Anger And Other Forms of Control

Woman And Man Wearing Brown Jackets Standing Near Tree

Did you grow up with anger in your household? Did one or both of your parents use anger as a way to keep you in line and have control over you?

How did you respond?

You complied, trying to be the good little girl or boy and do what your parents wanted, hopeful that they wouldn't get angry so often.

You resisted and rebelled, making not being controlled your highest priority.

You fought with them, learning to use anger in the same way they did - to control.

You used a combination of the above, perhaps overtly complying but covertly resisting in various ways, and maybe getting angry with younger siblings or friends as your way of dealing with conflict.

You numbed out by staying in your head and turning to various addictions to avoid your feelings.

You turned their anger at you inward, becoming judgmental toward yourself.

Now, as an adult, what part does anger play in your life? Do you use anger to control, trying to get others to do what you want? Do you use compliance to control others, trying to make sure they don't get angry with you? Do you shut down, withdraw and resist when others are angry, to punish them and not be controlled by them?

Anger, blame, criticism, judgment - these are all ways of trying to control others. Compliance and niceness can also be ways of controlling how others feel about you and treat you.

Resistance and withdrawal are covert ways of controlling others and having control over not being controlled. All these behaviors create controlling systems that don't work in any relationship. Rather than creating harmony and intimacy, controlling behaviors make these things impossible.

If You Are The Angry One...

Each person who is involved in this system needs to deal with his or her own end of the system if the system is going to heal. If you are the angry one, you need to deal with the feelings your anger is covering up, such as fear, anxiety, depression, guilt, shame, aloneness, emptiness, loneliness, heartbreak, grief or helplessness over others and events.

Trying to control others with your anger is generally a projection of your own inner child's anger at you for not taking care of yourself in some way. How are you not taking responsibility for yourself? What are you making others responsible for, and then getting angry when they don't do it right?

As long as you believe that dumping your anger on another person is okay, you will continue to do it. You will stop only when you really understand that the psychic darts of anger are just as hurtful to another as actual physical darts. As long as you allow your wounded self to take over when your painful feelings come up, you will act out in anger. Fortunately, when you have practiced Inner Bonding long enough to have a loving adult present when pain comes up, then you will have a choice over your reactions.

If You Are Compliant, Resistant or Withdrawn...

If you are the compliant, resistant or withdrawn one, you need to see that you are not taking loving care of yourself either. Instead of being reactive by giving in, resisting, withdrawing or getting angry in return, you need to address the fact that it is not okay for others to dump anger onto you. You need to speak up and let the angry person know that you are not available to discuss any issue when he or she is using anger as a way of dealing with conflict.

If the angry person is not available to taking responsibility for his or her anger, then you need to lovingly disengage - leave the conflict without anger or blame and take loving care of your own feelings - until the other person is willing to drop the anger and/or explore the conflict with you. When each of you opens to learning about your own end of the system, and you each explore what is loving to yourselves and each other, then you begin to heal the dysfunctional anger/compliance/resistance/withdrawal system.

The person on the receiving end of anger is often very reactive to it - i.e. he or she goes into automatic compliance, resistance, withdrawal, or anger. If this is you, you need to practice being a loving adult to yourself in the face of another's anger. A loving adult is not reactive.

A loving adult stays open to learning while stating appropriate limits regarding the anger and taking action based on those limits, such as saying,

"I won't discuss this as long as you are angry," and then lovingly disengaging from the interaction. This is far easier to do if you are able to catch it at the first sign of the other's anger, or your own reactivity, and move into your loving adult self.

Dealing with your own or another's controlling behavior in a relationship can be a rewarding challenge for all concerned as long as each person is willing to open to learning rather than continuing to indulge in controlling behaviors. Each person has much to gain when learning has a higher priority than controlling.

Honour Your NO! (By Maggie Slider)

I'm discovering more and more just how much we... especially women, give our power away.

No matter what relationship we are talking about, be it parent-child, husband-wife, teacher-student, even owner-dog, it all starts with power and control. We feel the need to be in control of our lives, and to stand in our power, when in fact we are "not" in control of our lives and we constantly give our power away. My clients lately are confirming this is an epidemic for lack of better words. As I said especially women... let me just clarify, it's men too. The only thing we are in control of is 'ourself'... nothing more - nothing less. How we respond to others and to situations that cross our paths is what we are in control of. What happens, how it happens, other people, these are things we cannot control. Only 10% of what happens is actually the situation or event, the other 90% is our reaction or response. It's how we deal with it, what our emotions are about it and how we see it. If we have an impulse or knee jerk reaction we are not in control and we are giving our power to the person or situation. Learning to breathe, count to 10, possibly walk away, take time to think about how to respond, is being in control and standing in your power. We allow or emotions to get the better of us, we feel vulnerable and come from a place of guilt or shame which is actually us trying to protect ourselves.

We have to meet others where they are simply because we cannot control them or how they will behave, we can only control our response to them. Many of my clients tell me that their spouses or exes are Narcissists... well let me tell you you will never win with a narcissist because they don't see things in a logical, rational way. They take no accountability and are never responsible for their shortfalls as they play the victim and always blame others. It's always going to be your fault. They take your power away piece by piece and we allow it. We feel the need to justify our actions, why we do what we do or did what we did, so that others will understand our side of the story. Let me say this... You do not need to justify anything when you know your own truth, have control of yourself and are standing in your own power. Seriously... honour your NO, by saying NO without the need to give an explanation! You do not need to look for acceptance or approval and you do not need to apologize for standing in your power and honouring your NO. We are afraid of what others will think if we say NO! What if they call you a bitch, what if they talk badly behind your back and start rumours about you? What if they do? That is on them, only hurt people, hurt people and only people who are hurting, get hurt. Being assertive, is not being a bitch and it's not being a complainer, it's having boundaries and standing in your power! Honour your no without apology!

If you are sick and tired of giving away your power and feeling guilt about saying NO its time to change that. Being assertive is a strength, a boundary and necessary for your health. What is it costing you in terms of your health, stress level, energy and self esteem? Is it time for change? I can help you

Message From the Universe: There Are Some Things You CAN'T Control!

"Remember this one?

A million years from today, umpteen lifetimes away, no matter where time or space may find us, I promise that you and I will be locked arm-in-arm, dancing through reality, daring each other on to ever more adventures, tempting the most alluring illusions, and looking for distant worlds to create and explore. Simply because we can, because it will bring us immeasurable joy, and because there just isn't anything that could ever stop a pair like you and me.

Uncanny, huh, how a million years ago I was able to be so spot on.

Ohh-wee-ohh,
The Universe"

If the Universe visualized this from happening, what stops you to visualize your own future? The thought in itself is important but without your belief that it will happen or it SHOULD happen, you don't have much to fall on. The thought is like a dream, but without putting some action behind that dream, you really have nothing more than just a passing thought. You can also act all you want on that dream, but if you do not believe you deserve wealth and abundance, it might take longer for things to happen. Avoid contradicting thoughts at all cost because it just confuses the Universe to understand what you want. Be clear with your intentions, know exactly what you want out of life and do not deter from these desires. Focus on what you deserve and let the Universe take care of the rest.

Because we are a society who are more inclined to compare success with money, many have tried to take short-cuts and failed miserably in the process. Taking short-cuts means that you show disbelief to the Universe that it is INCAPABLE of bringing your dreams to reality, and if that is the case, it will PROVE to you that it doesn't believe in you either. Patience is a virtue, and the Universe knows exactly when it is your time to shine. Showing this lack of patience presents the beginning of an end to your full potential. Refrain from trying to find easy way out to reaching success, because in the long run, it won't help you at all. When I studied my doctorate degree, I took a while to complete because I wanted to really learn something beneficial and enjoy my journey prior to obtaining my degree. I could have rushed through it like I did for my bachelor degree but I realized that wasn't really a good idea. I read a lot, understood the material, studied some more, spent many nights researching additional material that wasn't part of the curriculum to just understand more the material that was offered in class. The nature of my courses weren't easy at all because it added some quantum theory classes to the mix. Quantum physics and mechanics weren't subject that I would ever thought to study in my life, but my brain was able to understand the complex nature of these sciences and understood the content as well. All this is because I focused my energy in learning more than what was offered in the material offered for the course. Patience was a must and I added the belief that I can make it and reach for my Doctorate degree. I am using that same approach for everything else in my life, including my business and my personal relationship. Life requires patience no matter which way you look at it. We all need at least 9 months to develop in the womb right? We need to start by looking at life as NOT being a race to its destination, but being a fun journey that you can learn from and make yourself a better person.

Message From the Universe: Planning for Success (By Daniel A Amzallag)

"I always knew I could count on you to uncover the truth, when others just played "follow the leader." I wasn't surprised at all to find you standing by your principles when the going got tough. And there was never any doubt in my mind that when faced with a fork in the road, you'd take the path less travelled.

I just had no idea you'd have such expensive taste.

You so rock,
The Universe"

It is said that when people follow the masses, they really follow asses. They follow blindly just because others are following behind the one in the front. They assume that if everyone does it, I should to. No one thinks for themselves nowadays, as it is about just following someone who think is smart and give them the power they need to control the mass. Why not think for yourself? No one is to blame as this how the system is set up. The government creates entities, like the Commander-in-Chief and allocates enough power to control the people of that country. It is not because the system is set up this way that you need to abide to it. No one, not event the President, is aloud to control your thoughts. You are free to think the way you want. Just follow what is right for you and do not do anything you don't want because others advise you to do so.

We all need to wake up and realize what is going on out there. So much is available on the internet and I agree, it is a bit scary. Knowledge is power, not money and it is up to us to wise up and understand what is going on out there and take control of what we deem extremely important: OUR FREEDOM. I know that the truth can be scary and this is why the majority of the citizens refuse to read about it. Whoever is gutsy enough to express the truth to others will be seen as someone trying to create chaos and will be ignored or laughed at. The system has brainwashed everyone and unless the citizen of our country rise up soon, our generation will suffer more from a similar predicament we live in at this moment. We can't allow that to happen and it is our duties and rights to know what is really going on and how things are run in our country.

The Question Should Be, "Why Not Me?" Rather Than, "Why Me?"

Woman Surrounded by Sunflowers Raising Hand

The question is - why not me rather than why me!

Have you ever said "why me"? Come on - be honest here - sooner or later everyone feels like some area of life has not been fair to them and their usual response is "why me or why now."

Why not look at these life situations or circumstances a little differently with a "why not me". Let me explain.

Think about it - no matter what has happened or how bad something seems, consider that there could possibly be someone in the world who has it worse. I could give your dozens of global statistics when it comes to poverty, sickness, death, the shortness of life, poor income etc. but I'm sure you are familiar with some of them unless you are totally immersed in yourself without a care in the world for anyone other than yourself. I'll give you one - over 795,000,000 people in the world suffer from hunger without enough food to sustain a healthy lifestyle. That's about one in nine people.

Are you one of them? I doubt it. But I'm sure you may have an idea where this article is going - if not - when you consider all of the disease, poverty, hunger etc. in the world I'll bet you don't face any of these every day so back to the title the question should be - why not me rather than why me in difficult circumstances?

I will focus on just three areas although there are many - careers and or business, general happiness and health.

Careers or business - The average income globally for individuals is $795/month. Are you making more than that? Thousands of people die every day due to hunger and disease. So, why are you whining? We spend over one third of our life working in our jobs or careers so if you do not have peace in your career - well - it's simple - one third of your life will be unfulfilling. I'll bet you know dozens of people who have been terminated or just lost their jobs to circumstances they couldn't control - are you one of them? If you are reading this - probably not.

Over 1500 businesses fail every day in the US - is yours one of them?

It's not complicated - I'll bet if you ask yourself a simple question - why not me rather than why me I'll wager that you will come to realize the many blessings you have in life every day. Over 40,000 people die in their sleep every day - are you one of them? Doubt it.

I have failed numerous times during my life but my response was always - OK what can I learn from this and what can I do now - not, poor me, life isn't fair, I don't deserve this or some other lame negative reaction. Ever failed at anything - what was your response - point the finger, get all stressed out or just have a pity party or did you just move on - smarter and wiser?

General happiness - Research indicates that only one in three Americans are happy and less than 50% of the population are happy in their careers or jobs. Happiness is not nor will ever be what you have, do or enjoy but the ability to be happy regardless of what life brings into your days and years. Happiness is a mindset and this is not who you are or what you have but your life philosophy.

If you want to be happy it won't happen with a bigger house, more money, nicer car or more toys or travel. Research over the years has proven time and time again - money, wealth, power, fame or stuff doesn't make people happy. Sure all of these are great but if you are doing them for greater happiness - you will be disappointed.

Do you think someone who is starving in the world gives a rip about having a nicer car or even a car?

Health - There are numerous studies over the years that have validated that the number one contributor to sickness and death is unmanaged stress and do you know the major cause of stress? It's a lack of patience or control. So, why not ask yourself - is a roof over my head enough? Are three meals a day enough, is having health insurance enough or do you whine about what's missing?

So let me close with a quick question - are your issues, challenges, concerns, worries or fears even close to the general negative global statistics when it comes to these areas? If not - get over it and just be OK with what you have and stop complaining about what you don't have

Are You Addicted to Complaining As A Form of Control? (By Margaret Paul, Ph.D)

Worried, Bored, Sad, Girl, Woman, Stress, Depression

Complaining is a way of life for some people. It was certainly a way of life for my mother. I don't remember a day going by without her complaining, endlessly. I don't think I ever heard a word of gratitude out of my mother's mouth. No matter how good things were, she would manage to find something wrong. No matter how perfect I was - and God knows I tried to be perfect! - she always found something wrong with me, as well as with my father.

Over the years of counseling others, I've noticed that some people start every session with a complaint. They can't seem to help it. Like my mother, they are addicted to complaining.

Why do people complain? What is it they want or hope for when they complain?

People who complain are generally people who have not done the emotional and spiritual work of developing a loving, compassionate inner adult self. They are operating as a wounded child in need of love, attention and compassion. Because they have not learned to give themselves the attention and compassion they need, they seek to get these needs met by others. Complaining is a way they have learned to attempt to get this. They use complaining as a form of control, hoping to guilt others into giving them the attention, caring and compassion they seek.

Complaining is a "pull" on other people. Energetically, complainers are pulling on others for caring and understanding because they have emotionally abandoned themselves. They are like demanding little children. The problem is that most people dislike being pulled on and demanded of. Most people don't want emotional responsibility for another person and will withdraw in the face of another's complaints.

This is what my father did. He withdrew. He shut down and he was emotionally unavailable to my mother as a way to protect himself from being controlled by her complaints. Of course, he didn't just do this in response to my mother. He had learned to withdraw as a child in response to his own mother's complaints and criticism. He entered the marriage ready to withdraw in the face of my mother's pull, while she entered the marriage ready to make my father emotionally responsible for her. A perfect match!

My father's withdrawal, of course, only served to exacerbate my mother's complaining, and she constantly complained about my father's lack of caring about her. Likewise, my mother's complaining served to exacerbate my father's already withdrawn way of being. This vicious circle started early and continued unabated for the 60 years of their marriage, until my mother died.

While my parents loved each other, their ability to express their love got buried beneath the dysfunctional system they created. Unfortunately, this is all too common in relationships. The most common relationship system I work with is where one partner is pulling - with complaints, anger, judgment and other forms of control - and the other is withdrawing.

A person addicted to complaining will not be able to stop complaining until he or she does the inner bonding work of developing a loving adult part of themselves capable of giving themselves the love, caring, understanding and compassion they need. As long as they believe that it is another's responsibility to be the adult for them and fill them with love, they will not take on this responsibility for themselves.

Our inner child - the feeling part of us - needs attention, approval and caring. If we don't learn to give this to ourselves, then this wounded child part of ourselves will either seek to get it from others, or learn to numb out with substance and process addictions, such as food, alcohol, drugs, TV, work, gambling and so on. If, as a child, a person saw others get attention through complaining - as my mother did with my grandmother - and if complaining worked for the child to get what he or she wanted, then it can become an addiction. Like all addictions, it may work for the moment, but it will never fill the deep inner need for love. Only we can fill this need for ourselves, by opening our hearts to our Source of love. Only we can do the inner bonding work of developing a loving adult capable of opening to the love of Spirit and bringing that love to the child within. People stop complaining when they learn to love themselves and fill themselves with love.

ABCs of Stress Management

The ABCs of Stress Management Is Awareness, Balance and Control.

Stress is created when external or internal demands made on an individual are in excess of his coping strategies and capabilities. Let us illustrate how physical stress is formed. If you are asked to pick up a glass of water and place it on the table it is not stressful. If you are asked to pick up the glass of water and fill it to the brim without dropping any water outside, it is mildly stressful. If you are asked to hold that full glass of water for two hours without dropping any water, you will get totally stressed out.

Awareness

How stressed are you? Do you feel that you have absolutely no worries and stress in the world? Then you are lucky indeed to be part of the minority of the population today. For most of us stress plays an important part of our daily lives. It disrupts our energy levels, affects our performance and can be a huge drain on our resources. Becoming aware that one is experiencing stress is also difficult as people have got used to being under fire from all sides. It is not a natural state and will affect the health of a person in the longterm.

Balance

Once you are aware of the fact that you get stressed in certain situations, what do you do next? It is now time to manage stress levels better. Keep yourself primed for action without the accompanying tension. This can be accomplished by ensuring that you balance out the stress you are feeling in a certain situation in an optimum manner. You can avoid or modify certain stressors right away on your own. Other stressors may need some contribution from outside influences. The idea is to get hold of the problematic stressors and neutralize them.

Control

Here, the idea is not to control the stress. Instead it is to control your own reaction to them. By directing one's own actions and thoughts, it is possible to stay in a positive frame of mind. This defeats the stress and allows you a measure of self responsibility and control. A good night's rest is often one of the best ways to control stress. It is easier to deal with issues when you are well fed, well rested and healthy. So make sure that you actively look after your physical body and stress will begin to disappear.

A Few Signs of Domestic Violence You Cannot Ignore

A few signs of domestic violence that cannot be ignored are criticism by one's significant other in front of family and friends, periods of silence by one's significant other and when he/she labels a room(s) in the house as off-limits.

You know, most of the time when we hear that someone we know was charged with a serious crime, we would either say, "I didn't see any signs that he/she would have done this or that or, yes, I'm not surprised because I saw the signs in him/her." Yes, consciously or unconsciously we are always looking for signs and usually, they are there for us to see and when it comes to domestic violence, there is no difference.

Domestic violence which is also referred to as domestic abuse, battering and family violence has touched many of us and DC Coalition Against Domestic Violence, in one of its pamphlet, defines it as a pattern of coercive behaviours, used by a batterer to gain or maintain power and control over another person with whom the batterer is in an intimate dating or family relationship.

Criticism in front of Loved Ones

The batterer's main aim is to dominate its victim and to get this done, he/she will speak unkindly to family members and friends about their victim. They will do so under the guise of love for their victim and the desire for him/her to do better. For example, he/she may say, "he/she is such an air-head when it comes to finances but I am trying to teach him/her how to handle it." Thereby helping to set the foundation for the batterer to completely control all the monies that pass between the two of them.

The batterer will say many more things that can help to cause division between family and friends and the person he/she is in a relationship with, so as to isolate his/her victim. While at the same time he/she is working to make him/herself look like the "good," sensible and loving one.

Periods of Silence

Another sign that cannot be ignored is when he/she stops talking with their victim for days and sometimes even weeks even though they see each other every day. Sometimes a reason, logical or not, is given but sometimes a reason is not given for this action.

Nevertheless, this is usually done with the intention of punishing the other person. Some victims cope well during this "silent treatment" and in fact, they look forward to it because this is the only time they do not have to hear their torturer's abusive words. On the other hand, some victims do not respond well to this because they are worried about what other torture he/she is planning during this time.

Off Limit Rooms

Today, we hear a lot about "man caves" and this should give us a moment of pausing and thinking and most of the time we do not because "man cave" is usually said in jesting and both parties in the relationship are usually in agreement with the arrangement. However if the abuser says that a room or rooms in the house is off-limits, this is another sign that should not be ignored. This is another tactic in domination. He/she is the king/queen and the victim is the subject. The subject is told when he/she can enter the room and this is usually when the batterer wants something that only the victim can provide.

If there are other family members in the house, the room(s) is also used to cause division within the home. The batterer will allow certain family members to enter the room as a special privilege while others are not allowed to do so.

Criticism in front of loved ones, periods of silence and off-limit rooms are signs of domestic violence that cannot be ignored because of the escalation in abuse that usually follows.

The science of spanking: What happens to spanked kids when they grow up

The science of corporal punishment. With fact-checked facts and everything.
Woman Holding Baby While Sitting on Fur Bean Bag
You know what the most annoying thing in the world is when you are a parent? Other people telling you what to do as if they know better. Backseat parenting drives me crazy. Until I'm the one doing it. I have dear friends who spank their kids, and I always try to talk to them about the science of it. They always respond with, "I know what's best for my kids, just like you know what's best for yours." Which is exactly what I'd say if someone told me that I was doing it wrong. Every kid is different. Every kid has their needs.
However, during those discussions, I'd say there is science that backs up doing something other than spanking. They'd always ask for specifics. I never had them. Until now. So here's an infographic explaining what 36,000 people and 88 studies found.
The biggest takeaway for me? Even if you spank with control, discipline, and good intent, your kids are more likely to have depression and engage in aggressive behavior in adulthood.

boy taking selfie
For those of you who spank your kids, let me just declare: I am in no way attacking your parenting skills or blaming you for anything. Parenting is hard. I've wanted to spank my kids on numerous occasions. But learning about the science can help you in the future.

Maybe it's what you grew up with. Maybe it's what you have always known. But the science is hard to ignore. Take from it what you will, but just know I'm not here to judge you — I'm only here to ask you to consider an alternative.
I think we can all agree that we want what is best for our children.

How to Prevent Anxiety From Ruining Your Business

As an entrepreneur, you battle uncertainty daily. Will you make enough money? Will you lose clients? Will the market suddenly shift and cause a change in your business plan? While studies have shown some stress can be helpful and even fuel your success, when stress turns into anxiety, it can be detrimental both to your mental health and to the health of your business.
Los Angeles-based psychotherapist John Tsilimparis, author of Retrain Your Anxious Brain, says anxiety happens when the body tries to protect itself from external threats. “All living things, throughout evolution, have stayed alive because this anxiety function protects them,” he says. When the brain scans its environment and finds things that are threatening, it engages the fight, flight or freeze response system.
While early in human evolution, this system was engaged when humans felt threatened by a wild bear or some other predator, today this system can be triggered by fear of disappointing somebody, being late for a meeting, not making enough money or fear of being fired. These fears can serve as healthy motivators, causing entrepreneurs to be more ambitious, to seek out clients and set their watch five minutes ahead. “We need to always have something to be afraid of otherwise we become complacent; we don’t create, we don’t move forward,” says Tsilimparis.
But where stress crosses the line from being helpful to harmful is when it begins to impair your ability to enjoy life and function at work.
So, how do you prevent stress from crossing the line from provoking success to fueling anxiety?  Tsilimparis has four suggestions:

1. Balance your need for perfection.

The old adage “in every failure there’s success and in every success there is failure” certainly holds true, but individuals who suffer from anxiety often hold the belief that everything has to be done right. “They succeed at 100 percent, but fail at 97 percent,” says Tsilimparis.
While there’s nothing wrong with aiming high, perfectionism causes you to look at the world in all-or-nothing, black-or-white terms. This kind of thinking results in exacerbated stress levels and can be debilitating in our working lives. Imagine if you expect your product to be absolutely perfect. It may never make it to market.

2. Stop being a people pleaser.

Others, too, can feed your anxiety. Seeking to impress everyone you meet and being devastated if you feel you’ve disappointed someone means that your self-worth is defined by others’ opinions of you. This type of thinking can be debilitating, especially for entrepreneurs. Tsilimparis says individuals who suffer from low self-esteem frequently doubt themselves and have difficulty making decisions because they’re too afraid of the consequences and what others may think of them.

3. Give up the illusion of control.

Of course, we know rationally that it’s impossible to have control over everything that happens to us in our lives, but individuals who suffer from anxiety often have an incessant need to for control. The problem is the search for a guarantee that things will turn out the way they envision will only serve to make them feel out of control and fuel their anxiety.

4. Practice relaxation techniques.

Tsilimparis recommends deep breathing (breathing from the diaphragm to send a boost of oxygen to the brain) and progressive muscle relaxation (slowly tensing then relaxing muscle groups) to calm the body’s stress response and help prevent an anxiety attack.

5 Fantastic Tips To Control Your Anger

Well, some people are born with cool nature and have the ability to control themselves. But on the other hand there are people with opposite nature. They have a hot head and are crammed with anger which typically leads to an appalling life. And these people badly want to know the art to control it - to control their irrepressible anger.

So, here are some things which you must exercise in your life to conquer this problem. Trust me! It's going to be a lot less work.

1. No! I'm not!

When you're angry, but you still act like you're not. Then trust me, it will bring more dilemma for you. If you're angry then accept the truth. Accept that you're angry and you want to beat or yell at someone. And you must admit the reality and after you have acknowledged the truth then you will witness that you are controlling yourself much better than before.
