Simple Steps to Everyday Life Management

Metaphysics is a complex philosophical concept that deals with the abstract and physical aspects of life. It is filled with inquiries into the self-identity and experience of the external world by an individual. These two aspects of life can help shape life in a much better way than the present condition. But this inquiry can become limited because of the limitations of an individual's mental and psychological conditioning within a specific community, society, city, and the country. Religious and ritualistic practices can also set limitations to one's thought process. The aim here is not to define or defy those limitations, but to know how to get the best from an individual's lifetime resources.

Meditation Could be Mindful

Existence is the first element that is features in Metaphysics. Everyone knows about their existence simply because they are conscious about it. As an individual focuses on the breathing and meditates deeply, it results in a sense of wellbeing within the mind. It helps in overcoming the regret for the past and the worries about the future. The present as such has no reasons to create fear in one's mind. Hence, the individual gets freedom from the burden of negative thoughts to a considerable extent.

But this feeling is not constant. The feelings of doubt and skepticism are bound to return sooner or later. There have been too many books about self-improvement and personality development. There will be thousands of them in the future. But how many of them have helped in bringing about the promised results? Hence, one can safely say, the answers are within the subconscious mind of an individual. S/he needs to explore within the self, rather than trying to find answers in the external world.

By meditating on ones' breath it could be possible to calm the mind and make it responsive to new ideas and practical implementation. The first task is to let go of the EGO (that says "I" know everything) into a state of I don't know. Then one can experience lot of opportunities opening up on the path. Keeping the mind blank like an empty canvas can enable a piece of art to be drawn onto it. One can explore innovative channels when open to learning. It is an endless process that needs patience and persistence.

The Conscious Vs the Subconscious

The conscious mind is awake during the day and rests during the sleep. It is the window to the external world through which experience and knowledge enter the mind. It is also the part which gets distracted and disturbed easily. On an average every individual 48 to 50 thoughts enter an individual's mind every minute. That is one thought for every second! The brain gets exhausted too easily and it can affect ones' heart also.

The subconscious is the part of mind which is hidden from the external world. It's only contact is with the conscious mind from which it takes feeds. As long as the conscious mind keeps feeding energizing thought, it remains healthy and active. Once the negation starts flowing in, the subconscious mind becomes numb and dumb. It is the most powerful device gifted to humans by nature. It can push an individual to the heights of the Himalayas, or it can pull the individual to the nadir of life.

The Mean Path is not Always Golden

The golden mean path is for those, who have attained the perfect balance in life. Imperfect people tend to go either to the peak or hit the nadir frequently. Faith (or belief) is the finest thread that holds the mind bonded to the core of life called existence and progress.

Belief keeps the desire to work more, earn more, live more, give more, and get more. Without this thread life becomes meaningless and hopeless. For those aspiring to be their best (not comparing with others, but with themselves) the path deviates from the mean and move up. As one starts climbing up the ladder of life, the temptation to turn back and look down takes over the mind. This is precisely when most of the people fall due to the fear of heights.

The key to progress is not to look back too often. Of course, reflecting on one's mistakes and achievements if required to direct the person on the right path. But it should not put the individual into the trap of self glorification or self-condemnation. This attitude can seep into the subconscious mind and spread its roots deep.

If one keeps traveling on the lines of the men path, the probability of slipping down to the negative side is more. Also, the individual is deprived of the satisfaction in attaining higher goals of life. Life has been a straight line to most of the successful people in the world. It is like riding on the sea waves. Ups and downs are common which have to be experienced.

Whose Game is it

Ultimately, it is the subconscious mind that could win the day for an individual. Hence, it is essential for the person to engage in activities that provide a deeper sense of satisfaction to the subconscious mind. It could be one's hobby, profession, or any other mean. Of course, sobriety and sanity are the two key elements that keep an individual conscious and confident. Once the sobriety is gone, the grip of fear and uncertainty on the individual's mind becomes more.

The grip becomes severe in cases of addictions that can lead to severe incidents of insanity. Managing everyday tasks like bathing, eating, and hygiene can become complex. Life ultimately becomes unmanageable. Hence, the individual may need to apply caution while getting used to any of the addictive substances.

Choosing to Believe

According to the expert psychologists, choosing to believe (in the science, technology, medicine, or the higher power) in something other than the self can work miracles. The bondage with the self gets cut off and one can experience relaxation. When examined closely, every individual believes in something (for example, one may believe in the existence/non-existence of god, hope/hopelessness, and positive/negative), regardless of personal characters.

Experiencing everyday life is the key to happiness, prosperity, and progress for the individual. Metaphysics can help shape up ones' life for better, when the mind is filled with chaos and uncertainty.

Are Your Decisions Influenced by Things You Don't Know You Don't Know? (By Ted Santos)

When I first meet with a client, I tell them something profound. Within the first 20 minutes of that meeting, I tell them they are still making decisions as a five year old. In every single case, they tell me that that does not apply to them. Over the next 90 minutes, they say something different. They come to the realization that the five-year-old version of themselves is still running their life. How is this possible?

The age of my clients range 35-62. Most are CEOs or managers of midsize businesses. The industries vary from legal to manufacturing. Their education also ranges from Ivy League universities to highly skilled technical training. I have even had clients who were once psychologists with a private practice. As you can see, education, profession or socioeconomic class has not made anyone immune to this aspect of the human paradigm. Making decisions, as a five year old is so much a part of our social construct that no one questions it. In some ways, we are taught to think as a five year old when we encounter certain people or situations.

For example, I know a woman, called Paula, who once asked me why she always had to be right. I said you might have given the wrong answer when you were about five years old. She enthusiastically responded by telling me about the time she was in the waiting area of a dentist's office when she was five. She said the dentist walked into the waiting area that was filled with children who were scheduled for an appointment. When he entered the room, he was holding something. He asked the children if they knew what it was. Paula was the first to raise her hand. When she gave her answer, the dentist said, 'no, that's wrong'.

After that, she had no idea as to what happened in the room. She immediately began to think about how stupid and embarrassing she looked. Included in that thought process was a promise. She promised she would never let that happen again.

While it seems that was a past event and she should have gotten over it, she, like others, did not. The fear of looking bad by giving wrong answer plagued her personal and professional life. On the one hand, she chose to be a criminal attorney. In that profession, the need to be right works in her favor. If you're an alleged criminal in need of legal representation, she is a great lawyer to hire. She will fight like an alley cat to be right for you. She wins most of her cases. When she loses, she is devastated.

On the other hand, as a boss, she manages her people almost like a samurai, in that her words are like a sword that beheads people. She has her own practice with several attorneys and support staff. And she fights her subordinates to be right, even if she isn't. Worse yet, she has not been able to successfully hire men.

Without question, the fear of experiencing being wrong affected her romantic relationships. She fights her significant other like an attorney in the courtroom. As you can imagine, those relationships don't last long.

Over and over again, I have seen people make choices and sabotage great ambitions because they did not want to experience or relive an event that happened when they were five. Because people believe becoming an adult exempts them from childhood trauma, they don't know that they don't know they are being affected by a situation that happened around five years old - for some it could have happened anywhere between four and eight. This is probably true for every human on the planet.

Anything that vaguely reminds us of the five-year-old experience will push us back into that mindset. Because you have had that mindset since a young age, it seems like it is part of your personality. It is not. If anything, it becomes part of your identity and the lens through which you see yourself and the world. Because that lens shapes reality, the person is blind to the fact they are responding to an incident from the past. That becomes a blind spot or self-imposed barrier. In Paula's case, that blind spot shaped career choices as well as marital status. To undo the five year old in you, you will have to reverse engineer your identity. That way it becomes self-discovery. Once you discover it, you can do something about it.

Listen to Your Daydreams, Authorize Them to Ignite a Blaze of Creation or Innovation

Woman Lying on Flowers

Listen to your daydreams, authorize them to ignite an ember for a blaze of creation or innovation to your existence. Ignite your innate fire from within. Make your daydreams your reality! I enjoy sandwiches, on-the-go, and I am grateful to the people or person that invented a novel way of eating a complete meal with convenient and edible packaging. It is as natural as running water to make things easier for ourselves, especially if we listen to the silent voice that sends us vibes or helpful insight into what we should expect in a given situation, or, how we can be better prepared, especially, if we listen to the vibration,or the feeling in our sub-conscious mind.

Ever felt the vibe, or vibration, in a room, filled with students taking an exam or playing musical instruments in a jam session? The studying students are concentrating and raising the conscious level of focus, in the room, and you can't help but walk around with an inclination to focus and become more alert and serious. Listening and feeling the vibe in a music class is so inviting. Sometimes, out-of-the-blue, a really nice song gets written,or the harmonies and melodies are ripe and ready for the lyrics to complete the newly infused creation There's so much to say about the vibrations in a room. Vibrations are the frequency feeding your imagination and reality, to vibe, is being sync with something that brings you a serene, pleasant feeling with the flood gates of serotonin, in your brain, making you relaxed, calm and happy.

Sometimes the creative process of music and song-writing can compare to the feeling of running your own company or kingdom. Imagine yourself as the king of your own kingdom, or perhaps the president; of which planet, or of which nation, or of which reality? Allow your own imagination to flourish; happily infused by your daydreams or creative thought process. Glide and flow, with the timing, and in synchronicity. Watch things unfold organically without preparation or planning.

Embrace your part in all that is essential for your happiness; surround yourself with good people from every class of life; family; friends; supportive friends; co-workers; good books and put on a nice demeanor for yourself and for everyone else to enjoy.

The Frequency that you set forth, by your intention by action, is the frequency that will return to you; like pulling a massive rubber band. It will always come back to you with the same urgency and frequency that you sent out into the universe. Be aware of the gravitational pull that you release; remember, gravity also desires a fair and balanced existence.

Live and lead others, by example, you by own actions and lived adventures on earth; allow yourself to enhance every aspect of YOUR OWN LIFE. Be an active participant in all the vibrations that you wish to receive. Do your own cultivation, discovery and wording, spend the time to write your own song, article or rhyme.

Like gravity,be the exclusive and personal representation of the manifestation that you alone chose to receive from the universe, without copy, or imitation. Karmic law is in full-effect, whether you choose to believe or not, it will take place anyway, the decision to live a life of truth and honesty, in your own words and work, remains strictly upon your own shoulders. It's an easy choice to make, don't vacillate in your choices, or tempt your fate.

You can help others do things in their own ability; by your own lifestyle; Live well; set the example of how you engage the game of life. Other people will see you and your life-style choices and they too will choose: JOY; LOVE; EXCITEMENT, AND MORE Happiness, by watching you display, your vibration, in the process of witnessing you living your life in goodness and honesty. Live an honest life and engage in your own purpose by living productively, you can easily thrive, throughout the process, by your acceptance to learning from your mistakes, and by learning new lessons that you receive throughout your life journey.

When listening to your daydreams, you will authorize new discoveries about yourself, about others and about your own hopes, joys and getting closer to realizing your dreams.

I enjoy learning from you and from others offering me knowledge continuously!

Slave Mentality

Man in Blue Crew Neck Shirt

When a person thinks and lives their life with the intent of being a slave or working for someone throughout their entire life and never being free from that is slave mentality. Most of us were subconsciously trained and taught to think this way because of the actions of our ancestors. And not only do many of us think this way but have accepted it as a way of life. After all, it's crazy to think that you will ever be free, right? Most people don't plan on living long lives, so they don't plan on not working to survive, so essentially they plan to work their entire lives.

Most people don't save their money. Most people don't have the discipline to save their money. For some crazy reason, people think about dying when they get a little bit of money and start to think that they may die before they get to spend that money. They win the lottery, they get an inheritance, a bonus and they go on a shopping spree. A common saying/thought process is that you can't take the money with you when you die. That's what rich people want you to think. But... who cares about that, most people just feel better spending their hard-earned money. Don't get me wrong, saving money doesn't really make money, but at least the money is not being wasted and it's there when there is a real need for it or a real investment opportunity shall arise. It's OK to have money in the bank.

Most people don't invest their money. Material items, such as; electronics, clothing, furniture, appliances, cars, car accessories, etc... are not investments, but worthless merchandise once purchased. The longer these products are possessed, the more worthless they get. Many people tend to purchase products that are more expensive, because they believe that they are better products, and sometimes that is true, but most of the time, it is not true. With all the different name brands to choose from, most people have convinced themselves that the more expensive the better it is, which is simply, not true. Besides that, even if it is a better working product, it may not even pertain to your particular need(s) and at the end of the day, it is still just as worthless as the less expensive product. A house is an investment. Not only can it be worth more in the future, but it can also provide housing in the meantime. Many people won't even consider it, because of many personal reasons, but as long as we pay rent we are making someone else rich and paying their mortgage/investment. Stocks and 401k plans are a good investment, but many people choose not to participate in planning for the future. Many companies are even willing to match a percentage of contributions made.

Many people live check to check, but that should be a temporary thing. If a person is spending/wasting most of their daily income, then it's slave mentality, because they are living above their means. People should not have to live check-to-check for years, but many people get accustomed to this life-style and they accept it as a way of life. So, even when they do get a little extra money they go out and blow it on something worthless. A person can actually survive making minimum wage, but they would have to cut a lot of corners, skip a few meals, and buy the least expensive everything, but that should be a temporary thing. There is no way a person should work for minimum wage for over a year working in the same industry. As a matter of fact, a person should not work for the same wage for over a year, because experience is gained every day, every month, every year, which means a person should be worth more every single year. Most of the time, nowadays, the cost of living goes up every year, so if you're not getting a raise to accommodate basic economic needs then you're actually making less.

Bad habits are the worst for most people, because no matter what else happens, the bad habit addiction has to happen. Whether it's drugs, alcohol, gambling, porn, eating or whatever it may be, it costs money and time, yet it's going to happen. While the bad habit is being performed no income is being generated. The whole thing with bad habits is to waste time, until it's time to go back to that horrible job that you love and cherish, where you have to work and be a slave and do things that you don't want to do. It's really the main reason for the bad habit. So instead of trying to make life better for themselves they find a better way to deal with or justify continuing their misery, because I guess... they believe they can't do any better.

Just for the record, no matter how old a person is, schooling is always an option. Learn a new trade. Obtain a personal computer. It never ceases to amaze me at how many people don't own a personal computer.

Growing up, many of us were taught that life is what you make it to be. Only you have the power to change your life. I like to believe that we work to live, and not live to work. We were not put on this earth to work for others or be someone's slave, by no means. RIGHT?

Why Most People Rarely Learn Anything New

Person Behind Books

The human brain has an enormous capacity to learn. The paradox is it is filled with blind spots that limit learning capacity. For the most part, you only think the way you were taught to think. In effect, the way you do things is the way you do everything. The way you do things is shaped by the way you see things. The way you see things is shaped by the way you think or your thought process. Your thought process is an amalgamation of your brain's syntax. Your environment shapes your syntax. And your environment gives you the facts of life. Unlearning the learned facts is one of the biggest hurdles people face. And that interferes with personal and professional growth.

People make sense of new information by using existing knowledge and experience. If new information invalidates existing information, the person will defend what they already know, unless there is incontestable proof. In other words, people think the way they think because of the way they already think. Asking people to look at any situation from a new perspective is asking them to alter their brain's syntax. If that syntax is disrupted they will most likely resist. Hence, the incessant desire to disagree. That slows learning of breakthrough information. It is easier for people to add improvements to existing knowledge.

The topic of what we learn is inconsequential. Jean Paul Sartre talks about how people process information or incidents that occur in their lives. If, for example, a five year old is punished for speaking up, they will fear speaking up or resent not being able to speak up. Therefore, as a five year old, they will make a decision based on that one incident to keep their thoughts to themselves or be a rebel and speak up regardless of the consequences.

Irrespective of the choice made at five his or her life will be shaped by it throughout their life. In fact, they will believe it is inappropriate to speak up, if they chose that path. Sartre says once a person believes something is true, they will always seek evidence that their point of view is right. Being right is more important than learning something new. If you try to convince them otherwise, they will recall the countless times they paid a price for speaking up.

In some cases, because they remained silent so often, they may not have developed effective communication skills. As a result, when they speak up, it will be done clumsily and not embraced by others. It will be nearly impossible for them to see they are creating adverse situations by not being able to communicate effectively. If you attempt to teach them to communicate effectively, you will be teaching them on top of the mindset that speaking up has consequences. That is like putting icing on a mud pie.

This example highlights how everyone learns. We make decisions to avoid consequences. While it appears the decision kept us safe, we are stuck with it for the rest of our lives, unless we go through a significant transformation. And sometimes the catalyst for transformation can be temporary.

For example, Meyer Briggs personality assessment was administered to many companies in the twin towers of the World Trade Center. The assessment was administered before the events of 9/11. Shortly after the 9/11 incident the Meyer Briggs assessment was administered again to many of the same people.

In almost every case, their results changed. The catastrophic event had changed personalities and individual outlooks on life. Therefore, it appeared as though they learned to be different people. To see if those changes were sustainable, the companies administered the assessments five years after the incident on 9/11. And the results were amazing. Nearly every person went back to the same personality they had before September 11, 2001. That means their mindset remained the same. The severity of the event temporarily disrupted people's thought processes. However, when things returned to normal, so did their mindset.

So you know what you know because what you know has helped you survive and avoid consequences. Other times what you know gives you access to pleasure. Once you know what you know works, you stick with it. Anything that challenges what you know is difficult to accept because you already have proof that what you know works, even if it is not giving you what you really want. If you want to teach people something new, you first have to disrupt their existing thought processes and help them see themselves and the world from an entirely new perspective. That is where coaching plays a significant role. It is critical to stick with the person to help them make a smooth transition to live in a new paradigm.

Are You a Chronic Worrier?

Photo Of Woman Covering Her Face

There are many things about the brain and the mind that we still don't know, or at least that we don't know for certain.

One question is "Why are some people chronic worriers?" Is there something in their genes-a "worry gene," perhaps-that runs in the family? Or is it something else?

The nightmare for them is this: What if a cure for chronic worry can never be found?

We hope that one day we'll come up with the real source of the "worrier state."

Science believes that when people live with high levels of anxiety (i.e., those who are chronic worriers), constantly look for and expect the worst (including danger), and live in constant fear of everything, the result is a life that isn't so easy.

Everyone knows that being a worrier isn't good for many reasons. Nobody wants to be a worrier, and those who are worriers often attempt to switch to a "non-worrier" state and, unfortunately, are unsuccessful.

Chronic worriers are prone to many illnesses, live under constant stress, are unable to concentrate properly, and have impulsive tendencies and problems with memory. More importantly, they waste their brainpower with unnecessary worrying.

Obviously, life comes with no guarantees: There are bad moments every now and then. For a chronic worrier, however, life is all about bad moments. They believe (wrongly) that if they expect the worst, they'll never be disappointed.

This thought process is definitely the greatest barrier to living a good life and robs the worrier's life of meaning, peace, and joy.

What can the worrier do to rid themselves of chronic worry?

They can change the way they think.

It's easy to say and hard to do. However, if you're a worrier, what other choice do you have? For a start, you can follow these suggestions:

• Ask for professional help if needed.

• Pay close attention to your diet. What you eat influences your mood and brain function, more so than you may believe.

• Exercise regularly. Exercise helps the brain to function well and assists in combatting those "moody days" that tend to arise frequently in a worrier's life.

• Learn and use relaxation response exercise. It's the perfect way to calm a busy mind. (I personally took a course on this technique and found that it works very well.)

• Try an 8-week course on mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR) or mindfulness-based cognitive therapy (MBCT). These types of classes are very helpful.

• Incorporate meditation into your routine. Do a bit of research and choose the type of meditation that works best for you.

• Consider hypnosis. Some people find it a helpful strategy for coping with a "worrier mind."

• Think about trying the emotional freedom technique (EFT). Many have found it to be a good way to change a worrisome state of mind.

• Acknowledge the importance of having good social support from your spouse, other family members, friends, and colleagues.

Finally, learn from other sources what else you can do to change your unhealthy way of thinking, and stay positive. Change from a chronic worrier into a positive-thinking warrior!

3 Self Help Principles to Effectively Handle Anyone

women's yellow and black sleeveless top

Have you ever found yourself in a situation or predicament where you just can't seem to get along with another person, or merely communicate in such a way for any sole reason at all? Whether it being achieving a certain desire or providing potentially beneficial advice that the selected other can't seem to understand. Feeling like you have tried everything? Fear not-The purpose of this post has you an old, yet very simple but seemingly forgotten self-help principles to aid your irrefutable frustration regarding such a common issue.

There are times in life where we find ourselves bewildered at our abilities to deal with other people, sometimes you're unsure whether it's you, them or the weather (for many reasons) nor come to terms with the complexity of exactly what is making such a task seem impossible.

Listed below are 3, easily digestible principles to keep in mind for effectively handling anyone; that when learnt and practised, will seem effortless. Enjoy.

Self-Help Principle 1: Never critique, complain or castigate.

Let's begin with a short parable. A man with an infamous reputation is often a feared criminal, in this sense, he is considered evil by his wrongdoing and acts of injustice. It is this injustice that society and its conventional values view this person contrary to the norm.

On a particular night in London, dozens of police officers were heard scrambling in and around Oxford Circus tube station as gunshots lit up the night. Screams and despair spread as the night grew older, rumour has it that one of London's most wanted was spotted inside and once noticed, took siege of human lives as form of leverage. Thousands of people listened and waited close behind the human blockade of officers, nothing like it had ever been seen before on the tracks of London. When this man was captured, Captain S. Montgomery stated that the man was unknowingly to the public, an enemy of the state previously turned rogue for reasons undisclosed, "He will disregard all consequences of behaviour," said the Captain, "and will kill in the blink of an eye."

The question we must ruminate is, how did this mysterious man regard himself? We know, because it is only until after finding in the residence of this man evidence that may be mutually exclusive with these intentions. a letter labelled, "To my younger self." And, as it read: "Beneath this vessel was a heart of gold, one that too many, times left cold."

Not too long before this, this man was going about his morning to surprise his girlfriend out-of-town near West Sussex. After he had arrived and noticed another male in the bed. Without saying a word, he leaped through the window and drew his gun, the gun shot and the air shattered. The bullet tore through space and silence fell upon him in its wake. He spoke but his words were lost in the quiet. That was the killer who said "Beneath this vessel was a heart of gold, one that too many, times left cold." The man was sentenced to death. When he was upon his last few hours, do you think he said, "This is what I get for killing people?" No, he said "This is what I get for doing what any man would do."

The point of this story is exactly this: This man did not blame himself for anything. Would you say that is an unusual thought process for criminals? I think not, now ponder this for a minute and ask yourself, if these men and women behind bars do not blame themselves for acts of such sin, what about the people who you and I have come in contact with? People do not criticise themselves, not for anything, no matter the severity or margin that they may be so very wrong by.

B.F Skinner, a world-famous psychologist had proved with his experiments that animals respond and learn much more efficiently when being rewarded with good behaviour and retain that information rather than castigated for poor behaviour. Further studies also proved that the same theory indeed applies to humans. In self-help we must be self-aware and acknowledge that the person we feel the need to correct or critique will probably justify himself/herself for what ever the reason may be. Perhaps even critique us in return?

Do you know of someone who you aspire to change or improve? perhaps a partner, friend, colleague etc. Why not begin with the man in the mirror? This is much, much more profitable and long-term efficient, and is also the pinnacle of self-help improvisation. Remember that before trying to handle others, that you are dealing with creatures of emotion, master this and things will fall in just the right places.

Self-Help Principle 2: Show a little appreciation.

There are roughly eight wants in life that we truly desire, I will label these; the eight things we desire most. We will be elaborating on solely one of these wants in this principle. The principle analysed and laid out is "The desire of importance." If you're interested in the other seven then you can head here.

Majority of these wants are more or less satisfied throughout our journeys, although there is one longing, deep, heart-wrenching desire that is satisfied rarely. I think you guessed it, the desire of importance. Who doesn't like a compliment? One of the most, if not the most sought after craving in life is the gratification of appreciation, hence the word "craving" not desire, but for appreciation and not importance. The person that can acknowledge this is all well, good and possibly on their way. However, to grasp this information and strictly apply it whenever you get the chance, this person will hold people in the palms of their hands.

The desire of importance has been around for centuries, this desire even stems off the infamous quote I'm sure you've heard "We buy things we don't like, to impress people we don't even know, with money we don't even have." It is why the rich build the biggest houses that you and I both know they can't make use of, it is why you feel the need to wear the latest fashion styles, it is why you want to drive the coolest car, this desire even impacts the way you talk about your brilliant partner or children. Some even fall victim into partaking in criminal activities, joining a gang or going as far as your imagination serves you, why? The answer is merely ego, the craving for appreciation, the desire of importance.

An easy way to begin: Bring to the table genuine enthusiasm among your people, appreciation and encouragement to others for small things, lead to a large impact. Positive reinforcement is actually critically important at times but be careful not to flatter. Flattery and appreciation are two very different things, the difference is 'sincerity'. One comes from the 'heart' and the other from the mouth. One is sincere and the other has an ulterior motive.

Again - the difference is 'sincerity'.

One comes from the 'heart' and the other from the mouth. One is sincere and the other has an ulterior motive.

What do average people do? The exact opposite.

If one does not approve or fancy something, they will scold their minions, partners and so on and so forth; if they happen to fancy or approve of it, most of the time they say nothing. Let us stop thinking of ourselves, our accomplishments and our desires. Let's attempt to analyse the person we wish to interact with and try to acknowledge their traits, disregard the flattery and acquire some genuine, real appreciation. Do this often and the people on the receiving end will hold your words tight, for longer than you can remember their faces.

Self-Help Principle 3: Give the person an incentive.

Let us begin with a bite size parable by D. Carnegie. A man is in charge of how he spends his time, this man enjoys fishing as his selected hobby and often spent the summertime in Maine. "I Personally am fond of strawberries and cream," said D. Carnegie, "but I have began to notice, fish prefer worms." This brilliant man did not think about what he wanted whilst fishing, he thought about what the fish wanted. So why not use this perfect little allegory and apply it when fishing for people?

Why be futile and converse about our wants? We are interested in what we want and others are interested in what they want, you may seldom stumble upon the occasion where others are also interested in your wants as you share a common goal or desire. But the rest of us are like you, only invested in what we want. Do you see where this is heading? The only way to strike influence and be able to handle somebody in these occasions is to converse about their wants, their desires, and you know what else? You have to show them how to get it.

Visualise yourself in a future situation where you are, the one attempting to get somebody to do something or change something. For example; You want your child to stay in and refrain from going out as they have an exam to attend the next morning, don't stand there and lecture them talking about what you want, we all know the answer and reasoning behind your want; but instead show them how heading out may impact the outcome of their grade scores and achieving that future opportunity.

Another parable to provide insight is; Mr Ralph Emerson and his son were trying to get their calf into the barn, however they inevitably made the common mistake and were only thinking about what they wanted. Can you guess what the calf was thinking about? If you've caught on you would assume (and you're correct) the calf is thinking only of what he wants, so the calf had centred his weight and refused to move. A bystander, the housemaid had been observing the entire situation, unbeknown to Ralph and his son, she had a broad perception of her surroundings, she thought of what the calf wanted; so she placed her maternal finger inside the calf's mouth and let the calf suck on her finger as she patiently guided him into the barn.

Tomorrow you may find yourself in a situation where you want to persuade somebody to do something. Before any form of communication, stop and ask yourself the question: "How can I make this person want to do this?" This question will not only stop absolute inefficiency and possibly embarrassing conversations ending with futile chatter of your desires, but give the person an incentive to do something. He who is capable of doing this, has the universe with him.

Message From the Universe: This Is NOT Your Last Crusade

Back view Of A Woman Standing Near Cliff

"Of all the wonderful places you'll go, of all the happy times you'll have, and of all the adventures that now call unto you, each will be enhanced and will more quickly come to pass... with your absolute immersion into today's places, times, and adventures.

Don't you just love having so much control?

Tallyho,
The Universe"

Life without any adventures is a boring life. Even the difficult challenges we face daily are an integrated part of what makes who we are today. It is easy to go through life without any hurdles or frustrations, but without them, you will never progress or develop in a stronger and more purposeful individual. You should embrace all the good and the bad that comes into your life but also not let the bad things weigh over your shoulders and create havoc in your life. There is so much to do and enjoy about life and whatever happens, always be grateful that it is not worst than what it is now. Take the time to look around you and be fortunate for what you have. Nothing will come easy and this is why, by working harder and more efficiently, you will start seeing amazing results. The Universe will work on your side if you allow it but without the proper thought process, you might confuse the Universe to what you really want and nothing will come to fruition. In response to this inevitable situation, you might end up feeling a sense of nothing working in your life and abandon ship. Patience is crucial for things to take momentum, just like a snowball rolling down a hill. It will start slowly but once it amasses snow and speed, it gets bigger and more destructive in nature. This is how we all need to tackle life.

Your adventure has just begun. The question is: What are your plans to live through the many adventures life have to offer? If confronted with some obstacles, will you let life bring you down and keep you there permanently or will you get up and hit back like Mike Tyson in a boxing match. If you recall, he was an animal and won most of all his fights. So what are you waiting for? Get yourself back at the gym, go in front of a punching back and start hitting the bag day after day for as long as it takes to built strength and power. Once done, get back home and take 25 minutes daily to do mindful meditation to train your brain to ONLY accept positive thoughts in your life. Once you follow this training religiously, there are no reasons why you shouldn't win every of your fights. A healthy body will render a healthy mind, and vice versa. Never forgo one for the other. They come together in synergy to provide you with a life filled with dreams and prosperity. Put your gloves on, and let's hit the gym.

How You Can Prevent Negative Thoughts From Assaulting Your Mind And Your Health

There is scientific evidence to prove that the number of information bits that enter into our nervous system is 2 millions per second. These information bits direct our thought process. A major chunk of these information bits can be contributing to our negative attitude because they come from the media that seems to have taken a vow that they will thrive only on negativity. This may be the reason self-improvement experts advise you not to read the newspapers or see the news channels at least during the first few hours of the mornings. Their intention is to help you start your days with a positive mindset.

Of course, despite all the negativity surrounding you, you can be positive and strive to improve yourself. But this is possible only if you change how you think. In fact, if you make purposeful efforts, you can succeed in it. Use these tips to awaken your dormant power.

1. Self-improvement experts classify people into two groups. The first group is called "the-cause people" and the second group is named as "the-effect people." It is because of the former group of people things happen. On the other hand, the second group blames everything and everyone for their failures. For example, if a person in the second group fails in an examination, he or she will say that it is because of bad luck that he or she could not clear the examination. Similarly, those who fail will find out some reason or the other to explain their failure.

If you belong to the second group and if you want to shift to the first group, you must first be ready to take responsibility for whatever happens in your life. Once you change your mindset, you will feel empowered to take the required action that may take you quickly towards your goal. Simply put, if you want to improve yourself, stop blaming others and be ready to take responsibility for all your actions and behaviors and the results thereof.

2. Let us assume that you have picked a book from the library, assuming that it will be interesting. After reading a few pages, you realize that the contents of the book are boring and that they may not do any good to you. What will be your immediate reaction? You will return the book to the library and try to choose a better book. Your thought process should also be the same.

If unwanted thoughts come up in your mind, you should get rid of them immediately. This means you should cultivate the habit of constantly "observing" your mind. In other words, you must purposely pay attention to what you think. So, whenever negative or unwanted thoughts come up in your mind, you should forcibly drive them away by changing your thoughts. You can do this by thinking about some positive or pleasant incident that happened in your life.

Remember that your mind is like a fertile field in which you can grow fruit-bearing trees and flowery plants. But if you allow unwanted weeds to grow in such a 'fertile field,' these weeds can do harm to your crop. Hatred, jealousy, anger, etc. are like unwanted weeds. Replace them with kindness, empathy, sympathy etc. Take people as they are. Everyone has a positive as well as negative qualities. If you look at their positive side, you will not feel hatred towards anyone. This may initially be difficult to adopt but if you practice consistently, you can certainly change the way you look at things and people.

The 1960s saw the discovery of chemicals in the human body that are known as 'neurotransmitters.' These chemicals carry messages all over the body. According to Deepak Chopra, a renowned self-improvement expert, every cell of the human body loves to immerse themselves in these neurotransmitters. This means every cell in your body is aware of what your mind thinks. In other words, unwanted thoughts can negatively impact the health of your body cells and ultimately, your overall health. You may develop what are called 'psycho-somatic illnesses.'

By practicing consistently and training your mind to think only of positive thoughts, you can improve yourself and escape from these illnesses also.

The Disempowerment of Money Being Your God (By Kate Strong)

1 Us Dollar Banknotes

Thinking About Money

In my journey healing PTSD, with its varying symptoms, I have been listening to the voices inside me, and I realised how much of my thought process is around my provision. Worrying about making money, do I have enough money, will I have enough money.

You could say I had a right to think like that, we all do, it's a fact of life. My father's parents died when he was in his early 20s, so he had to provide for himself, so working hard and working your way up was how you made sure you had enough money.

I do the accounts for my son's business and when I relax about my money, I start to worry about his money, to the point of having OCD where I check his bank account app on my phone multiple times a day to see what transactions have occurred.

Relationship To Money

I really allowed myself to feel into this worry and realised my relationship with money is exhausting me, it's part of believing that if I keep on top of things, I will be OK.

My father had a saying that I knew so very well as a child. - "I know men in the ranks, who are going to stay in the ranks. Why? I'll tell you why. Simply because they haven't the ability to get things done."

So I always felt I had to better myself. No time to read a novel when I could be reading a book for my business.

Wrong Way Around

I asked myself, so what if it's not my hard work that allows me opportunities? What if it's the letting go when I switch off at the end of the day that allows abundance to flow in?

What if I had the cycle of work and income all wrong?

What would it feel like to take my hands off the steering wheel and Let Go and Let God?

Source of Supply

In the 1980s when I had a young family, I had this attitude of letting go and letting God as my source of supply, but I was in a relationship where we were in partnership handling our money. I felt more support. I could play around with surrendering, because I felt I had him for back up.

Then in my next relationship I was in charge of managing the money and there wasn't a partnership in the financial decisions. So I had a lot more fear of lack of provision.

Now I am on my own and I provide for myself so if I surrender, I'm mindful that it's just me. Who is there to do the hard work? What if I let go and it all turns to chaos? Isn't letting go and letting God like handing it over to thin air?

Life is so much easier when you have money than not, but what if money was never my security all along?

What if it was the surrendering at the end of my work day that opened me to the flow for my sense of security.

Tight Grip

From the time I reached working age in my teens, I have been in situations where I endured abuse and terrible humiliation for a pay cheque. I believed I had to put up with it, because money was my source, my survival. I was taught to do what it takes to keep your job.

So, I ended up with hypervigilance around money, if I keep on it I will never have to experience such powerlessness, abuse, or poverty ever again.

Letting Go

So in allowing myself more space, allowing my body to spend more time relaxing to switch on the parasympathetic nervous system, it's bought up my fear of what will happen if I don't keep on it, don't keep pursuing my need to get more done, to create more, to make more, to be more.

Impression Management

Our culture's values are such that if you aren't being more, then there's something wrong. We receive messages that maybe we need to heal procrastination, or maybe we have a fear of success?

Most of the photos people post on Facebook are about what they are doing. They may post the highlight of their day, but they aren't taking a photo of themselves doing the dishes, or napping. We can often feel lacking in comparison to other people's apparent busyness and success.

Stress

I'm relaxing into healing high blood pressure, (notice I didn't say working?) and in The Biogenealogy Sourcebook it says that a core issue can be an injustice around a fluid, which can also be money.

What if my obsession about having enough money (which can also transpose to food) is about never having to experience such powerlessness or humiliation around money ever again, that I keep on top of it so it doesn't get away on me. I'm never out of my depth again.

The Power of the Small

When you're always pursuing money as the source of your security, then you don't have time to do things that may actually be the key to your financial success.

I saw a quote today by Kurt Vonnegut *Enjoy the little things, because one day you may look back and realise they were the big things*.

What if taking time out in your day, to breathe, was the little thing that makes all the difference?

What if lying down and resting is taking charge of your finances?

What would it feel like for you to hand over your finances to a Divine Power?

Message From the Universe: The Origin of Your Thought Process

Shallow Focus Photography of Man Wearing Red Polo Shirt

"Doesn't it happen like that? I mean, isn't your entire life proof?

One day you're scrimping, the next you're in the money.

One day you're lonely, the next you have friends.

Lost, then found. Ill, then well. Low, then high.

Yet with hindsight, it becomes ever so clear that the only thing that ever really changed was your thinking. Even though you were free to think as you pleased the entire time.

History need not repeat itself,
The Universe"

So what came first, the Chicken or the Egg? The negative thinking or the result thereof? Your thoughts are a predominant factor to what will happen to you in the near future, so even though we all know that life is like a roller-coaster, your thoughts do not need to be. No one has any control about how life will come at you, or the challenges you will need to face on a daily basis. No one can control if you will be ill or well, or if you will be rich or poor, regardless on how much you work hard. Life is not racist, nor religiously based. It will hit you whenever it feels like it. Most people will just say: "well, if I am predestined to get sick or be poor, why bother?". This is exactly when YOU should bother and prove that life will not bring you down. You need to really fight for what you believe in. Life is an entity in itself, and it will come and prey on the weak souls. Will you let it prey on you? Show life what you are made of and fight back until your last breath, because if you don't fight hard enough, it might just be. No one really knows what to expect when it comes to your life or anything else that might happen if you don't keep your thoughts under control. More you focus on the bad, more bad will come. The opposite is also true. However, how can you ask someone who is experiencing hell in their lives to think positively? How can that be feasible? My only guess is that you will be feeling lots of pain after getting heavily slapped by that person. No one wants to hear your preaching when they feel hopeless and why life is so vindictive against them. They all ask: "What have I done to deserve all this crap?"

The truth of the matter is that you haven't really done anything to deserve this kind of outcome, but the issue here is not what have you DONE, it's mostly what have you been THINKING. A combination of many negative thoughts coming in regularly can cause your demise. Let's put it this way. If you act upon something in a physical way, the results of your actions are tangible, visible and perceivable. However, your thoughts couldn't be seen or touched, they can ONLY be remembered, if you do recall them. The thoughts you have today will NOT be remembered in a month from now, as their outcome is not YET existent. Nothing really happened to you for your thoughts to be the cause of your existing misfortune. You are not experiencing any issues at this moment for you to recall these negative thoughts. The process (of thinking negatively) keep repeating itself as you don't think that your thoughts have anything to do with what you are dealing with. As time progress, you lose sight to your thinking and totally forget the content of your thoughts. You do not recall that your conscious mind is directly related to the experiences and challenges you are facing today. In retrospect, you are accusing others to being the cause of your misfortune. Sorry to be busting your chops here, but guess what? YOU ARE THE CAUSE. Starting changing your mind so all outcomes will become controllable by you ONLY. You need to change your inner thinking before understanding what can come next.

How To Use The Law Of Attraction At Work

Silhouette of Person Holding Glass Mason Jar
Can you use The Law of Attraction (LOA) at work? Of course.

However, if you make any grand statements that you are doing it, you should expect some resistance from your coworkers. Not everyone is going to champion your efforts.

The question is, who actually need to know that you are using it? Most people don't really care about what you are thinking anyway, so why not just keep this information to yourself sometimes to avoid unnecessary tension? It's a thought process that's serving you and you are not obliged to tell people who are not interested in it at all.

Some companies are embracing the concept of the LOA and encourage their employees to use it. Creativity is the net result of it and most companies do want their employees to be more creative, productive and positive-minded.

Small business owners are also embracing the concept to increase sales for their business. Businesses that have not embraced it will likely do so in the future as the concept takes hold.

Employees who are more creative and encouraged by the company to use LOA will enjoy their jobs more than those less creative. When employees enjoy their jobs, they will contribute more, they will work harder and they will champion the company and its mission. This can be a great opportunity especially if you own your business and have employees.

Start small by implementing the techniques yourself.

Hire a coach or consultant who studies personal development and who also is practicing LOA in their life. You can be the guinea pig, or you can select a well-trusted employee to try it out. If it works out well, you can implement the program company-wide.

It's natural to hit some resistance in the beginning.

But, as more employees participate in the training and implement it in their work, others who were resistant will likely take to it. There may be one or two who simply refuse to accept anything new. This is usually a subtle tale sign of the employees who aren't willing to improve.

If you don't have your own business and work for someone else, there are plenty of resources you can explore online and at your library. Simply search for the phrase "The Law Of Attraction" in Google and see what kinds of results you get back.

It's wise to start small, perhaps a book or two on Amazon or the library. Take a look at some videos on YouTube to see what it's all about. After you get proficient, you can try to hit up your boss to fund some training on the subject. Or, you can simply fund it yourself. You won't have to worry about the cost because you will have the tools necessary after the training to potentially earn the investment back.

Keep on the Sunny Side

There are not many things of import in this world that you are able to directly control. Quite possibly the most important aspect of your life you will ever be able to control is the orientation of your mind and your thought process. I have learned that no matter how bad a situation is, it could always be much worse. During my time in the Navy I served on board a submarine. I don't want to bore you with the technical details, but suffice it to say it was not always a party underway. I learned during that time away from my family and civilization that it was a choice to be sad or upset about being out to sea. I thought that if I can't change being under water for months at a time, I can at least change my attitude about it.

Keep in mind that I was never overjoyed to be out to sea; however, I realized that moping around and being sad about my situation was not doing me any favors. I knew that I could be underway and miserable, or I could be underway with a good attitude. After I changed my mindset and refused to indulge in any self-pity my time on the sub became exponentially better.

I have since separated from the Navy, but still maintain the same thought process. I set a baseline for each day I have to face. That baseline is if I'm not on the boat then I'm having a good day. This is something that anybody can use to help themselves. When you wake up in the morning think to yourself of places you would never want to be, and then be comforted that you are not there. This approach to life is simple, and it will not always be easy. If you suffer the loss of someone close for instance. When faced with a situation like that understand that it is OK to be sad and miss that person. What is not OK is to stay in the pit of despair forever. I will not presume to tell anybody how long they should mourn for a loss, but I will say there comes a time when you have to pick yourself up and move forward with your life.

How do I stay positive when everything seems to be so negative? Simple, take a look at your environment and change whatever you can to better it. If the news makes you depressed, then watch less of the news. Or after you watch the news and become disheartened by what you see, find something that makes you laugh. If you're feeling blue one day, then look up pictures of puppies, kittens, ocean sunrises, etc. anything that you find happy and peaceful. Do not dwell on the things that you cannot change, but rather find the things you can and then change them.
Having a positive attitude is a trait that will take a conscious effort. You will have to learn how to best process the information that can change your mood, and then teach yourself the best way to move forward with a smile. For me, I refuse to stay sad for long. I made a choice years ago that I refuse to be a product of my environment, but rather will make my environment a product of me. Just remember that you have a choice and you have the power within yourself to make every day a good day. Be excited each morning that you wake up and can face a new day and you are given challenges that you can overcome. No matter what happens, you can always find at least one positive thing.

Are Charisma And The Law Of Attraction The Same?

Many people talk about the Law of Attraction (LOA) nowadays because it's a concept where people tune into the universe using their thoughts to realize their dreams.

They create a thought process that is positive and then send that out (just by thinking about it) to the universal forces. Many believe when you do this, you will receive what you think about. If you want a promotion at work, you will get it. If you need money to pay bills, this will happen too.

When looking at this concept, it doesn't seem like it's that much different from the concept of charisma.

After all, people who are charismatic seem to be able to get whatever they want. While similarities exist, the one crucial distinguishing factor with charisma is you use others to get what you want. With the LOA, for the most part you accomplish this alone.

This presents a darker side to charisma.

There are evil people who are considered charismatic. Dictators tend to start early on as being charismatic leaders. This is how they can gain their power. If you take a look at many of the infamous dictators of the 20th century - Hitler, Stalin and many Chinese war lords - these are the people who can always charm people into doing irrational things for them.

People tend to associate the word charisma in a positive light. It's much like Time Magazine's Man of the Year, or Woman of the Year. It's not necessarily about likeable people. It's about people who are the most newsworthy that year.

Charisma can certainly be used in a positive manner and many people do. However, it's easy to abuse the power of charisma when it leads to getting your way. A power such as this can be intoxicating for the charismatic person which means they continue to use it no matter the cost. After a while, they stop using their power for good and it becomes detrimental to themselves and society at large.

This concept doesn't apply to the LOA.

When you apply the LOA in your life, if you are using it to be self-serving, it simply won't work. You'll be "flagged" as someone trying to game the system, and you will be caught in the negative energy. And because it's a thought process, it is completely personal and contained within yourself.

This brings up an interesting point: can someone be charismatic and use the LOA together?

As long as they are using their charisma in a selfless manner, there should be no problem when using both. However, the minute they cross the line, the negative side of the LOA may start to accumulate and believe it or not, they will pay for the heavy price somehow, somewhere and someday.

Top 4 Tips To Make Your Affirmations Awesome

Affirmations can be a great way to take back control of your life. They help restructuring your thought process in ways that make things happen. But, they need to be used in the right way or else you could be wasting your efforts.

Below are the top 4 tips on how to create the right affirmations so they work in your favor.

#1 Stay in the Present

People tend to think in terms of the future when trying to make something out of their lives. For instance, they may say, "I am going to get a promotion someday." While this is certainly better than using negative language, if you switch your focus to the present rather than the future, you will find you get better results.

So instead of saying someday, somewhere, sometime you will get certain things, you should say things like I am doing whatever it takes to create [this outcome or that result] by taking [this action or that behavior].

Do not focus on the outcomes in the future, focus on performing the next necessary action today so you make real progress.

#2 Make Affirmations Part of Your Routine

Our brain has been programmed with certain beliefs and habits. Making changes can be difficult especially as we get older. There is some truth in the saying that "you can't teach an old dog new tricks."

However, regardless of age or other self-limiting beliefs, everyone can reprogram their brains if they do it consistent enough. Affirmations will help only if you are willing to take the time, energy and effort to make them a part of your daily routine.

#3 Seek Out Support

Find others who have successfully implemented affirmations to get what they wanted. You could look online for blogs or forums, or you could even advertise in your local area.

Another option is to create a group on Meetup.com for your local area. Search for ones that may already be available or create your own and see what kinds of responses you get. Between the internet and local groups, you should be able to find like-minded individuals who are happy to share their experiences and assist you in your own journey.

#4 Read More About the Subject

There are many resources on the subject of affirmations and personal development. This can be a double-edged sword because not all of the information are created equal and there are tons of irrelevant nonsense in the marketplace.

However, as you become more proficient on the subject, you will find it easier to filter out the noise. There are several books available on Amazon for this topic. You can also participate in some great learning courses on Udemy.

It will take a bit of research but there are programs with great ratings that you may want to engage with. As time change, be sure to search online and offline for updated resources as well.

Message From the Universe: Sharing Your Dreams With the Right People Is Crucial to Success!

"The instant you have a new dream, the masses are notified.

And every single one of the billions of people alive today who have complementary visions, whether to be your future customer, reader, mentor, fan, lover, partner, agent, golf caddy, or tanning salon operator, all add their power to yours.

After all, you just might be their "lucky break."

Move boldly,
The Universe"

Do not let your dreams go unfulfilled. You decide the content and start processing that information. There are many dreamers, but not enough doers. You need to put these thoughts into action and not hesitate. It is imminent that you first determine the viability of your dream and make sure that it is feasible. Do not dream about creating a bridge between NY and Portugal when you have no civil engineering knowledge. For everything else, sky's the limit. The reason as to why you need to hang around people with big dreams is because it will inspire you to keep on going with your dream. Naysayers will always try to discourage you or bring you down to earth by mocking your dreams. Avoid these naysayers at all cost. First, you do not need to tell anyone what you are doing or thinking about doing or implementing any kind of dreams. The ONLY permission you need to ask is yourself. No one else out there is aloud to tell you what to do or how to do it. You are the master of your own self so start applying it. Produce all the dreams you want and take action as soon as the opportunity arise.

Joining a group of dreamers is crucial to your well being and to your confidence level when it comes to making all of your dreams a reality. Since you all share the same thought process, everyone can encourage to others when it comes to holding on and keep moving forward. This kind of encouragement is a must, especially during the embryo stage of the dream. You need the right support so you can avoid pitfalls. Mentors are good performing the task of encouraging others and sharing their point of view with the creator/entrepreneur. If you have the opportunity to talk to a mentor, make sure you pay attention to every word they share with you, every advice, every comment or feedback because they are extremely valuable. They will help you avoid costly mistakes that can save you time and money, especially where you need it the most at this stage of your business. Take my word for it, I have helped many avoid MY mistakes.

Ways To Change Your Life For A Better Future

For a better future take a panoramic view of your life and ask yourself if this is the quality of life you want to continue having.

Most people who have been asked what they've done to change their lives usually answer with something along lines, "It's too late now, my life is my life, and it is what is."

If you're asking yourself, "How do I change my life," or perhaps continually thinking, "I want to change my life," then you've got a great head start.

The primary step in getting out of the rut is to stop making excuses and presume responsibility for the quality of your life.

You can transform your life scenario today.

There will constantly be obstacles and struggles for how to improve your life, however none that can not be conquered for a better future.

The Course in Miracles teaches through its many spiritual metaphysical principles and lessons that, "We truly literally do have the power within us to move mountains."

An initial step for a better future is to getting out of the rut you're in now and step up into faith, and, as the Nike commercial says, "Just do it".

There is no time like the present to change course for a better future. Albert Einstein once said "Anyone who has never ever made a mistake has actually never tried anything new."

Transforming your life and how to improve your life begins with self-forgiveness.

Yes, I mean forgiving your past by letting go of it and going beyond it.

The Course in Miracles states, Forgiveness turns the world of sin into a world of glory, wonderful to see.

The Course in Miracles further teaches that we are not sinners and that our only guilt comes from thinking we have sinned. Errors we've made, yes.

So let go of the thought process that has you living amongst error.

How to improve your life means stepping out of what you do not want, and shifting your mind forward to what you do want.

Take an opportunity, and as William Durant, the founder of General Motors said "Forget past errors."

Start today, don't put it off, take action in getting out of the rut and let go of all excuses about what is holding you back and become responsible for the quality of your life and for a better future.

To improving your life and for a better future!
