Is Your Subconscious Set For Success?

Today you see a lot of people promoting the "Right mindset," and it's so saturated that you might be thinking "Oh not this crap again" I know I have gone through periods of those thoughts. But there is a reason you are being asked: "Is Your Subconscious Set For Success?"

Something happened to me this month of November 2017 that made me think. All the times I have received large sums of money... the money evaporates faster than a cheetah in pursuit!!

This got me thinking...

You hear so many stories of lotto winners who faster then flint use up their money after winning a huge lotto ticket, why is this, well I do believe most of us do have a set of unconscious thoughts about money (among other things) that hold us back from achieving the life we dream of.

I do believe many peoples internal belief system in regards to money and success is out of line with the external reality! Once they (Lotto winners or anyone coming into large sums of money) become a millionaire they blow their money to become aligned with their inner belief system, you see your subconscious mind is way more powerful than our conscious mind.

And although I have always believed that I should be making money, after many years of wondering why I have not come to the point, where I always thought I should be at this point in life, I have come to realize it's because of my inner belief system... which is hard to change!

Most of us have been raised to believe in the employee system, that you should work hard in school so that you can get a good job, be safe and be happy!

This type of work where you barely make ends meet to survive makes it hard for the average joe to go against this system and pursue your dreams and what you want out of life.

You have to re-condition your mind to think like a Leader.

It's not skill set holding you back; It's not information holding you back- just do a Google search or a YouTube search, and you will find practically anything you are looking for.

No, the most significant difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is their inner belief system and their mindset!

If you want to be an entrepreneur and you want to keep your money, you have to change your inner belief system.

The Science Of Deliberate Creation

The science of deliberate creation is about becoming more conscious. By becoming aware of your own preconceived ideas, beliefs and attitudes, you can see what is possible, and what isn't.

Nothing is possible without belief. Without belief in an idea, you won't take action and nothing can be achieved. But most people put the brakes on their own lives because their belief doesn't allow the possibility of great things.

People can live great lives only if they believe they can. Otherwise, you wouldn't attempt to improve things. Why bother if you don't think you can do it?

This is the beginning of the science of deliberate creation and it starts with your thinking. Thoughts are perhaps the smallest parts of your creation process. But like a drip of water in a cave, large formations can form over time.

Stalactites and stalagmites are large formations in a cave which form because of the drippings of water depositing material over a long period of time. I like to think these are like your beliefs and ideas forming in the mind over long periods of thinking in a certain way.

By taking control over the thoughts which you allow to remain in the conscious mind, you can influence your subconscious mind. This in turn is capable of creating beliefs and attitudes and attracting circumstances and events into your life.

The subconscious mind is much more powerful than the conscious mind and the thoughts can be considered the 'seeds' of the subconscious belief system.

If you've ever worked really hard at something only to self-sabotage it later on, this is an example of the subconscious mind working against your conscious wishes. This can be for many reasons but often it's because your conscious and subconscious are not working together as a "team".

Other considerations of the science of conscious creation are your words, visualisations and plans for the future. Becoming more conscious of your thoughts, words and actions is a good place to start. Many people self sabotage their best intentions with their words, proclaiming that they are "not good enough", "don't deserve something" or are not up to the job. Unless you can consolidate what you want to attain, with how to get it and align the two with your self-image, you'll find ways to un-do your work.

This is often just the sub-conscious mind delivering what you intended anyway. Perhaps you didn't realise it, but you were sending contrary intentions to your subconscious mind in the form of words, thoughts or intentions.

Your self-image has a large part to play in conscious creation. Unless you see yourself as someone worthy of success and happiness, you'll keep hitting a brick wall and falling back to your previous view of yourself and model of the world.

The old self-image keeps us safe inside our comfort zone. That's the positive pay-off. But there's a lot of downside to maintaining a consistent view of the world and how we fit into it.

If we doggedly stick to our preconceived ideas in all circumstances, it can eventually bite us on the ass! Particularly if we don't grow and change as our circumstances and needs change.

Becoming more conscious of our thoughts starts by being aware enough to know that we are not our thoughts. The thoughts we think can easily overtake our idea of ourselves. If we start to see ourselves as the thoughts themselves, we lose control by identifying with the thoughts as "us".

One way to detach from our thinking processes is through meditation. Anyone can learn to meditate simply by sitting still and quietly watching their thoughts come and go without attachment. The more you practice, the more you will experience the gap between the thoughts and be able to choose your thoughts more consciously.

Being aware of what you say is the next thing to take control of. Much of people's speech in general runs on complete autopilot. When we become conscious, we can align our speaking with our thinking. We can become more conscious of the power of our words to carve out our world.

Visualisation is another tool for the conscious creator to use in 'sculpting' their lives more consciously. We've all experienced a daydream. A daydream is a nice relaxing fantasy where we can let our mind wander and think about a nice situation or circumstance of our choosing.

But in our busy and stressful lives, we can start creating arguments and conflicts with our visualisations inadvertently. By trying to control our circumstances we can often focus on trying to push against problems and adversity rather than focusing on joy, happiness and contentment. When we try too hard to push things away by struggling with them, we are focusing on the very things we don't want.

The more attention we give them, the more they seem to wrap themselves around our lives. What you focus on grows in your life. Noticing this is the first step to becoming a more conscious creator. Then you can stop focusing on those things which you don't want, and turn your attention to more positive things, circumstances and situations.

Can You Gage Your Level of Subconscious Stress?

Did you know that stress presents itself in different degrees? That it can start by something as simple as daily worries? That it accumulates in us? That it can be silently consuming our subconscious capacities? That it can still be properly handled and managed?

Although stress is quite a modern concept, Hippocrates already discussed anxiety back in the 4th century BC. It is a problem that humanity has had to deal with since the dawn of time. In spite of which, we still seems to know very little about how to handle it.

In my line of work, humanology, I come across a lot of people who suffer from all types of stress and have come to some conclusions that I'd like to share with you here today, together with a few tips and tricks in the hope that they can help you.

1. Worry, fear, anxiety and panic can be just different forms and degrees of stress: When any of those forms of fear is present in a person's life too often, chances are that they end up escalating into the next level in this progression.
2. Worry can also become a form of stress when the person can't control it. Those who can't stop worrying over things end up accumulating a lot of cortisol, adrenaline and norepinephrine, which are slowly released by their system each time they plan to "fix" a problem by getting ready for it. They are regularly preparing their bodies for the "bad something" to come. There are certain trends at this level:
1. Overthinking is a form of constant worry. Those who can't stop thinking without control, whose thoughts govern them, tend to always think about problems and worries. They can't seem to be able to disconnect from their worries and are therefore constantly releasing stress-based chemicals. Daydreamers are one type of overthinkers. Most daydreamers spend their time also worrying, not enjoying fun or positive imaginations.
2. The excessive need to control everything is another form of worry. Those who need to have everything under their control, the so-called control freaks, are in a permanent state of worry over their losing such control.

3.
When the worry turns into "what if... " questions, it becomes fear. Worrying over something can grow into fearing it very easily. All "what if... " questions indicate some kind of fear. "What if that doesn't work out the way I want it to? What if that other thing happens? What if that person fails... " all indicate a fear of something happening or not in the future. The worry becomes more focused and the feeling more acute. The person's body segregates bigger amounts of chemicals.

4.
Constant worry and fear have a cumulative stressful effect in us. Being in a constant state of worry or fear leads to an excess of chemicals in our bodies. Those chemicals, if not properly managed and released, will accumulate in a person's body and could grow into silent anxiety.

5.
Worry, fear and anxiety can occupy a huge part of our subconscious capacity. When a person is silently and subconsciously handling worry, fear and anxiety many hours a day, that person's brain is working overtime.
1. The person is not aware of it. The conscious part of that person's brain will deal with the conscious symptoms of worry, fear and anxiety, whenever aware of them, but the subconscious ones will still grow and multiply, making use of the person's subconscious mechanisms and capacity.
2. The mind is like an iceberg and our conscious mind is nothing but the very tiny tip. When a person suffers from chronic worry, fear or anxiety, visible, noticeable symptoms will be tackled. Unfortunately, that same person will also be subconsciously working on silent stress, trying to manage it, while it gradually accumulates inside due to a lack of adequate release mechanisms for the non-stop triggers. This reality is one of the main reasons why worry and fear can end up escalating into anxiety.

6.
When the subconscious can't handle it, the conscious mind will release it. The subconscious tries to keep up with the stress, the worry, the fear, mostly by keeping it all bottled up inside, until its mere amount is so huge, that it overflows into the conscious mind in the form of anxiety or panic symptoms. Thus, all those never-released chemicals end up forcing the person to stop and do something. By then, handling them is obviously much harder. There might be years of accumulation and poor handling.

So, then, what can we do? There are some obvious answers to that question. But maybe not so many obvious tools. Let me offer you a couple of both.
  • Work with a humanologist. That is, of course, the most obvious solution J. Humanologists are experts in human beings and can expand on the understanding and tools beyond the scope of this article. Seek one out to help you recognize your level of stress, your triggers and the personal tools you need to change that trend in you. In the meantime, you can try the following tips as well:
  • Stop accumulating. Yes, even though that sounds obvious, how is it done? How can an overthinker stop thinking? How can a worrier stop worrying?
  • Mindfulness: Fear is ALWAYS in the future. What if... always refers to something that hasn't quite happened yet. Therefore, learning to be in the here and the now is key to those people. Learn to return from the future to the present. The more often you get back to the present, the less negative chemicals your system will be releasing. Learn and use mindfulness techniques to force yourself to be in the present as often as possible.
  • Connect with the world outside. Many people who suffer from worry, fear, anxiety and panic spend their hours inside themselves. They often spend many hours in their heads. And they sometimes forget to connect with the world outside, with their reality. The more time a person spends inside, without a clear connecting line with the world outside, the greater the chance to fall into this stress trap. KEEP IN CONTACT WITH THE OUTSIDE REALITY at all times. Yes, introspection is great... as long as you are not disconnected from reality. Yes, meditation is great... as long as you are not disconnected from reality. Yes, being inside one's personal sphere is great... as long as you're not disconnected from reality. Then, make the CONSCIOUS effort to remain connected to reality and the outside world, no matter what. Keep on coming out for air and a clear anchor on reality.
  • Time boxes. Design a certain fixed time to worry every day. Give yourself the chance to really worry for, let's say, an hour a day. AND THAT IS IT! Once the hour is over, any time your worry, fear or anxiety comes calling again, tell it to return tomorrow, for the next time box.

Fight negative with positive. Some other happier chemicals can help you reduce the levels of accumulated cortisol, adrenaline and norepinephrine in your body: oxytocin, endorphins, serotonin, dopamine and the like. Learn how to release them more often and in greater quantities for two reasons:
  • They fight the bad guys. Good chemicals will make you feel better and will help you relax almost immediately. Which means that the good ones will target some of the negative chemicals.
  • When your body is releasing these, it can't be releasing those. Thus, if your body is busy flushing your system with wonderful oxytocin, it can't be producing the nasty products at the same time.

The positive result is therefore double: there are less bad chemicals in you because the good ones are fighting them and you're producing less because you're busy doing something else.

Let them go! Nothing will work if you continue creating more and more of the nasty chemicals. Learn some tools to get rid of the stress you already have inside: exercise, practice laughing, apply the tools mentioned above to counteract and release the nasty bugs, and take control of your own being.

All these tips will help you handle your stress a bit better. Don't let it grow in you until it becomes unmanageable. Seek help now instead of letting it overtake you and control your will. It can be done.
Enjoy life... ALL of it,

How Autosuggestion Influences the Subconscious (By Sara Bern)

We have to use the right affirmations for autosuggestions because these affirmations greatly influence our subconscious. Remember that your conscious and subconscious mind work in totally different ways. The conscious mind can accept or reject an idea, choose among inputs arriving to it, and create entirely new ideas.

The subconscious mind, however, operates in a completely different way from your conscious mind. It's in the subconscious where your autopilot resides. The subconscious processes inputs extremely fast, a million times faster than the conscious. The subconscious mind is just like a receiver. It is akin to an open bowl. It is programmed to accept all things that enter into it, no choice here. It simply can not reject an idea that your conscious mind has already accepted.

In the subconscious, negations are filtered away. One common example of this is when mothers at restaurants strictly admonish their children to not spill on the nice table cloth. But, what usually happens?

They do spill! Most of the time, at least. Why, what did their subconscious get? Do spill out on the nice table cloth! And, because the instructions came from their mum, feelings stress more importance - you asked for it, mum, so here goes the milk!

The subconscious mind takes things at face value, just like kids and people with Asperger's syndrome. It cannot understand cynicism or sarcasm. If you use a cynical or sarcastic jargon, you need to think carefully and, perhaps, rephrase before formulating it in autosuggestions and affirmations.

Furthermore, your subconscious mind can certainly not distinguish between what is real and what is invented. It takes in everything it receives from the conscious mind without analysis, question or protest. The subconscious can not tell whether something is true or false, realistic or ridiculous.

Again, your subconscious mind, which controls your body, cannot distinguish between what is real and what is invented. So, use it to your advantage! Remember these:

  • Create your vision by using your conscious mind.
  • Plant the vision beautifully in your mind the knowledge that your subconscious doesn't have a chance to protest and let the subconscious or the autopilot take control.
  • Plant affirmations through autosuggestions in your subconscious mind and allow it to take over.

There is tremendous power in this.

A word of caution though. As my ex-boyfriend Per Ödling, Ph.D. and Professor, told me: "Repetition makes permanent, not perfect." So, be careful what affirmations and autosuggestions you use. Make use of your knowledge of how your subconscious mind works, and then, make the suggestions.

Why Do I Believe In The Law Of Attraction? (By Pedro Avalos)

Not long ago, I didn't believe in the law of attraction. I was the perfect prototype of a skeptic. Somewhere at the bottom of my heart I knew there could be something beyond our mainstream way of thinking, but I was not willing to waste my valuable time finding out what it was. Besides, I was afraid to be seen as ridiculous for talking about this subject.

I am an engineer with years of experience producing and maintaining big plants of more than 10,000 workers. Everything in my profession was planned according to studied rules, and we always tried to minimize the unpredictable. It worked. Our job was always satisfactory and went according to plan.

I grew up in a very strict environment. My father constantly emphasized the importance of staying within the bounds of science, because although science could be imperfect, it was the best information available. To climb the ladder of success and compete as a top industry executive I earned three Master's degrees: one in Business Administration, one in Finance, and one in Marketing. It was an honor for my father to be present at all my graduations.

I remember when big companies called me to work for them. I said "No," several times. On one occasion I was offered a good job in Houston, Texas earning about $4,000 a month, but I rejected it - just because I wanted to.

All of this suddenly changed when I stopped working after four and a half years in the industry because I thought I had already earned enough to retire. My friends and some relatives laughed at me because I was retiring so young. But now I understand that the Universe wanted to teach me a wonderful new way to be successful. That's why I didn't pay an expert copywriter to write this letter to you, because I want to communicate the essence of what really works without any marketing make-up.

Four years after I stopped working my life changed. Big companies would no longer accept me because of that long period of inactivity, so I had to accept poorly paid jobs just to survive. I went into deep debt, lost happiness, and began to appear older than my age. I would easily lose my temper, and any effort to improve my life just became worse.

At the point when I began to lose hope, I started reading books about the Law of Attraction. I was skeptical, but I had nothing left to lose.

After reading about 300 books on the subject, I was very confused about what was the first step, the second, and so forth. But ironically, the only way to prove whether this law worked was to follow the same scientific method I had always defended: understand the theory, put it into practice, and demonstrate whether it works.

So, despite the fact that I didn't have a clear schema of how to do things, I decided to practice the law of attraction to get a brand new car. I couldn't tell you whose method I used; I just combined everything I had read and did it my way. This is what I did:

First I envisioned a clear idea of what I wanted: a brand new car. I was going to get it in three months. Sometimes I think I just wanted to show that this law wouldn't work. But as a good scientist, I had to stick to the rules.

I visualized my car every day, but according to the law of attraction you have to feel as if you already have it. In your mind it is true despite your current circumstances. You have to convince yourself it is already yours and enjoy it profoundly; this is the only way for it to work.

So I followed the scientific method. I relaxed three times a day: when I woke up, right after lunch, and before sleeping.

During these exercises I visualized peaceful places like parks, forests, landscapes, beaches, colorful birds, quiet skies, and so forth. I convinced myself these places were true. Sometimes I imagined Albert Einstein telling me, "Never forget, my best tool as a scientist has been imagination." So little by little, I convinced my subconscious that what I was imagining was my truth, and I enjoyed it in my imagination. I imagined my happy face while driving the car.

Two months and 29 days passed by. I was deeper in debt, obtaining the same low income and still driving my old car. My credit card debt increased, partly because I often had to fix my car. "Aha!" I thought; I had finally demonstrated that the popular spiritual law of attraction doesn't work.

However, the daily practice had affected my subconscious more deeply than I imagined, because I was combining arguments from several books. I had read in other books that self talk makes a difference. So besides my three daily exercises, I also constantly checked my inner dialogue, and if disempowering thoughts crossed my mind I rapidly changed them into empowering thoughts.

I became an expert in this, convincing myself that it was not really me who was complaining but my fearful ego. I also learned to easily transform feelings and thoughts of anger or anxiety into happiness. With practice this became natural.

Despite this new mindset, it seemed that the theory hadn't worked... at least that's what I thought. However, I had also learned through my reading about combining thankfulness and detachment. These three months I had practiced being thankful all the time, even if events were not unfolding as I expected. One night before the end of the three months, I decided to practice detachment one more time.

I remember that it was a Wednesday, and I was going to bed around 10 pm. Usually I went to bed no later than 8 pm because I had to start working at 6 am and the place was not nearby. To be honest, that night I felt a little sad; I was deep in debt with my old car and my low income.

Even worse, my last hope in life, the law of attraction, seemed not to be working. I call it my last hope because at the beginning it was just an experiment for me. However, after almost three months (2 months and 29 days) my subconscious had begun to view it as hope, my only hope.

That night I was just going to sleep, willing to practice my exercise gratefully when the phone rang. I got mad. I was getting to bed late and something that never happened was happening now; it occurred to somebody to call me too late. It was my oldest sister.

"Come on!" I said in my mind, exasperated. My sister and I did not have the best relationship. When I was a kid she often treated me badly and would become upset with me because she said my mom spoiled me a lot. Besides, she was broke most of the time, and my first thought was that she was calling to ask for money or some kind of help.

What could I do for her with my low income, deep debt, old car and my last hope not working? But despite all this, I tried to be polite.

"Hi sister."

"Hi little kid."

"Why do you call me little kid?"

"Remember, you are the youngest brother in the family."

"Okay, anyway, what can I do for you, sister?"

"Do you remember that old property you advised me to buy years ago? And I almost died doing the impossible to pay for it."

"Come on," I thought, "she wants me to give her some money to pay the lawyer to arrange the property papers."

"Aha, what's up, sister?"

"Well, I sold it."

"What?"

"Yes, I sold it, for ten times what I paid some years ago, thanks to your good advice. And now... "

"Now what; please tell me; remember, I wake up very early in the morning and you call me at this time of the night."

"I know, little kid, but I thought this gift is worth it."

"What gift?" I said.

"I am going to give you a new brand car as a gift, you know. I got plenty of money now to do that, and I never thought about it before, but for one reason or another I feel a strong feeling to give you a Chevrolet Optra LS with full equipment, brand new this year. And I am really convinced that you can't reject it."

My jaw dropped to the floor. Here she was, my oldest sister, the one who had always given me grief. I absolutely never expected something like this from her. She was broke all the time. She always called me to borrow money or to ask for some kind of help. She was divorced and never got married again, and having two teenagers - one in high school and another in the first year of college - was not easy.

Here I was in the 89th day of my 90-day exercise, and see what was happening? The Universe was fulfilling my dream through a person from whom I never expected anything!

"Good night, little kid. I am going to deposit the money tomorrow in your bank account, so don't forget to check it out. You don't want me to do everything and go to buy it and drive it to your home, right?"

"Of course not; have a good night sister."

As soon as we hung up, I practiced my exercise and went to sleep. I didn't give too much importance to the incident. The next day at work was very hard. I was immersed in my job and completely forgot the conversation with my sister. It was already dark when I got home, and as soon as I got in the phone rang.

"Little kid, I deposited the money in your bank account. Did you check it out? By the way, I deposited an extra $500 just in case you need something else."

My phone is on the desk beside my computer, so I quickly turned my PC on and checked my balance online. She HAD deposited the money, and I thanked her from the deepest part of my heart fifty times; I remember it perfectly.

Soon after, I called my friend Charles who works for a Toyota car dealer. He knew about my financial situation so his first reaction was, "Lito, I am not in the mood for jokes right now." "It is true," I replied, "my sister gave me the money; an old debt, you know."

Right after lunch the next day, he called me. He had gotten me a $500 discount because I was going to pay cash. Can you picture that; a man with low income, an old car and deep debt was going to pay cash for a brand new car with full equipment?

Throughout the three-month exercise, I had been thinking every day how wonderful it would be if I could have an extra $1000 just to invest in an Internet business. The Universe gave me that too: the extra $500 that my sister deposited and the $500 discount from Charles. I didn't ask for it deliberately as I did with the car. But I believe the Universe gave it to me because I was thinking about that $1000 dollars every day, feeling really good about it and practicing detachment.

I don't know why, but detachment is key. Please understand I am no guru, and I am telling you about my experience not as a guru, but as an ordinary guy sharing what the law of attraction has done for me and can do for you. Since that time, miracles haven't stopped in my life.

The first time I put the law of attraction into practice I was picking things up from here and there, combining different tools and theories, re-reading many books, and sometimes becoming exhausted during the process. I did this because I wanted to prove the law scientifically.

By this time, I had read many books and experienced many things, so after I got my car I decided to create my own manual about the law of attraction.

I prepared 10 chapters to refresh the theory in my mind. Then I prepared 1-3 exercises at the end of each chapter in order to put the theory into practice right away. Now, instead of consulting many books all the time, I had a step-by-step manual with simple exercises at the end of each chapter. It was time to prove whether my manual worked according to the scientific method.

At this point I determined to clear my debts using my manual. I had never maxed out my credit cards because I had good credit before, and my credit limit was high. Even so, my credit card debt was more than 10 grand. For me, that was really a lot.

Because my manual has 10 chapters and exercises at the end of each chapter, I decided to practice 6 cycles of 10 days over 2 months. The manual is comprehensive and step-by-step, so if it worked, it would now be very easy to practice the law of attraction.

I was ready to start out on Saturday, but the Friday before I was going to start they fired me. "Come on, man," I thought, "I am going to practice a 60-day exercise to clear my debt, and now I am apparently without any income at all." My way of thinking had changed a lot - I thought "apparently" no income. I was not a period guy anymore.

I knew that if I practiced the exercises anyway and really felt it, I was going to feel great because you have to believe that what you are visualizing is already yours. That's the part I love most about the law of attraction. As soon as you convince your subconscious that what you are imagining is real, somehow your mind accepts it, and you feel great even though your eyes see different apparent circumstances.

During the fifth day practicing my manual, my friend Frank called me.

"Lito, I got some good customers and I have no time to take care of them. I trust you can help me with that."

"But Frank, you know, I know almost nothing about sales."

"No problem, I know my customers very well, and I am going to tell you exactly how to treat them and what to tell them, even your gestures."

I visited these guys as Frank instructed me, but I didn't see a clear signal that they were going to buy anything. I didn't want to complain, though, because I didn't have enough experience with sales to judge what was really happening. Nobody knows enough to be a pessimist.

Finally, one of these customers bought more than expected, and the next week after I finished my sixth cycle of exercises, I got a big commission. It was enough to pay for about 95% of my debt, food, gas, and other bills. Two months later I got the final part of my commission and could pay the debt completely. Lo and behold, the manual worked!

The interesting part about this example is that when I finished the 60-day exercise I thought my manual didn't work. I also thought that maybe I was seeking too much attention because I dared to prove my manual in 60 days, while my first successful exercise combined the 90-day techniques of very well know gurus.

Happily, the week after I finished the 60-day exercise, the Universe showed me that I had learned the lesson. That is very important to me. It doesn't matter that I am living proof that the law of attraction works; I am always a 'learn-it-all' because that is better than being a 'know-it-all.'

I gave my manual a name I feel is very appropriate because this is the way it has worked for me: A Complete Guide to Making Universal Laws Work for You.

I have practiced the principles and exercises in my manual, and in return reaped the following:

  • A better income. On one occasion, I made almost $5,000 in a couple of days. For me, that's a lot. In my last job, before I started to experiment with the law of attraction, I made only about $150 a week.
  • The laptop I always wanted.
  • Attendance at very expensive seminars for free.
  • Fully sponsored travel.
  • A free copy of the movie The Secret.

I don't have enough space to tell you so many wonderful stories. But one really wonderful story for me is that you are reading this letter right now.
I have practiced the principles and exercises in my manual in order to attract many people so that I can share these principles and exercises with them. I love it!

What If It Goes Right?

Why not play the "What If" game for your benefit instead of your detriment?

How many of us ask: -

"What if it goes wrong? What if I don't get the job? What if she/he/they say no?"

Let's just take this simple concept and turn it on its head.

Most of us use the power of creation and attraction to make our lives appear random and powerless.

In reality we are vibrating at certain frequencies and sending out these electromagnetic signals into our physical world.

These signals will only ever vibrate with similar frequencies... you will NEVER see red in the rainbow next to violet, because they vibrate at opposite ends of the colour spectrum.

In order to experience anything in your life, you will first have to BE the frequency at which your experiences vibrate.

So any lack or limitation that you perceive in your life is only in your experience because that is where you are vibrating. You ARE the frequency at which lack and limitation manifest and therefore that is what you project out into your world.

Playing the "what if" game can change your frequencies without you being sceptical of your positive affirmations. We have been taught to say things like: -

"I am healthy, wealthy, strong and powerful"!

This could get your conscious mind up in arms and resisting your affirmation, because you can clearly see that this is NOT the case in your experience.

So let's change that slightly to: -

"What if I was healthy, wealthy, strong and powerful?"

Instantly you are shifting the vibration, slipping through the conscious barriers and getting through to the sub-conscious with very little effort!

When you ask positive "what if" questions you can feel your vibration shift, your emotions start to move up the scale and you feel lighter, happier and more positive.

So just play the game, it won't make you appear ridiculous, no one need ever know... it can be totally silent within your own mind. But just start to ask these questions: -

"What if I get the job?"

"What if he/she/they say yes?"

"What if I could become successful?"

"What if my business succeeds?"

"What if I really am the creator of my own destiny?"

"What if I have a really good day today?"

Can you feel the power in these questions?

Can you feel the emotional intensity change within your heart?

These are the empowering questions that will help you to shift up a gear or two and bring your vibrations into alignment with the things you want to experience in your life.

And it ALL starts with a decision to just give it a go!

Just have a try.

What harm can it do?

"What if it actually works?"

The Cloud With the Gold Lining

I was yelling at everyone, myself, people on road, in family, on job, and even at God. I was screaming even more at things going wrong, at circumstances, on vehicles parked wrongly or ATM machines not responding, at electricity problems in my vicinity. I was angry at life and the lemons it was handing me for no reason, apparently. But above all, I was annoyed on my current job setting and the problems it posed on my nerves.

There was no soft cushion for me amid my emotional turmoil and overwhelming nervousness, being single and alone and tired. There was no financial backup also for me to calm myself my taking a break from the daily rut of the things. Furthermore, my masters' thesis was also heading nowhere with the arbitrary behaviour of my supervisor who wasn't helping me much with it, delaying the attainment of my degree. I was crying inside of me which was only showing as unpredictable bout of despair and verbal battles with everyone around.

Till today morning...

While I was commuting to my workplace, I felt a sharp light overhead. Unlike most oblivious individuals, I place much significance in divine quiet language of nature. People say every cloud has a silver lining, but this one had a gold one. So illumined and bathed in sunlight it was that, it touched my soul on a deep plane. I cannot relate all the feelings it evoked in me in that instant. It was like magic breaking in through all external barriers with a silent communication going on.

In that instant, one thought that had been evolving in my mind for months at end, raised its head once again, as if awakened by that golden light. It happens that you think intrinsically and somehow the connection between your subconscious and conscious worlds breaks. The children of such brain activity, namely thoughts produced during these breakdowns are left orphans until their parents reunite. This reconciliation, as and when it occurs, brings back the memory of the children born back then.

The thought lingered there for months, and it took months to materialize in my understanding. It is something like this: 'life may and may not be beautiful. It may not be up to your liking. But, it is there. It exists. At least you have life. This is not the end of it. There is still time. Things can still be changed to your liking. Beautiful or otherwise, life still exists.'

The above thought may and may not stand as significant solution to you. But it has settled down deep inside me and would perhaps be my guide for the next few days, and might set things straight in my head. Every war and every conflict does not end without its key. Take some time for yourself, not half an hour or fifteen minutes. Just a minute, may be few seconds to look up to that cloud with the gold lining and believe that life may and not be beautiful, but it is still there.

Is Your Subconscious Set For Success? (By Kiesha Michelle F)

You have to recondition your mind to think like a Leader.

It's not skillset holding you back; It's not information holding you back- just do a Google search or a YouTube search, and you will find practically anything you are looking for.

No, the most significant difference between successful people and unsuccessful people is their inner belief system and their mindset!

If you want to be an entrepreneur and you want to keep your money, you have to change your inner belief system.

Manifesting Your Desires Vs Asking For What You Want

We often talk about the Law of Attraction, and there are many who ask whether it really works to bring you the life you want. I believe it does... to an extent. From my own life experience, I'm coming to the conclusion that you can have anything that you desire. However, there are certain conditions that need to be met in order for you to be able to manifest that desire.

I'm using the word desire deliberately. Because what you desire at the deepest level of your being (the core of your being) is not necessarily the same as what you ask for.

If you're asking for something you think is socially acceptable for you to be, do or have, this can be more of an intellectual exercise. Your heart may not be in it. As a result what you ask for may not necessarily manifest. If it does manifest, it may not be something that fulfils you, or worse, you may be put off by it.

This is because your motivation for asking for what you want is external - it is based on what is socially acceptable, rather than on what is right for you. If it is not right for you, you may - on a subconscious level - repel it or be repelled by it.

Your desire should:

1. Be Part of Who You Are

What you desire needs to be a fundamental part of who you are at your deepest level. If you desire something that you deeply yearn, that you instinctively think about constantly, that you believe is absolutely the right thing for you, you will automatically start to move towards it, even manifest it. It may not show up in the way that you expect it to, but you will begin to make it happen because of the fact that you are constantly in touch with that desire.

You do, however, need to be absolutely clear about what it is that you do yearn, if it is to be successfully manifested. It is also not about having too many desires all at the same time. This will just serve to confuse you and lessen the effectiveness of the manifestation process.

2. Match Your Beliefs & Values

Your desires are inextricably linked to your innermost beliefs and values. If a significant part of you thinks you don't deserve the thing you are seeking, or you believe you will never have it, this will interrupt the natural flow of things and you may end up pushing away the very thing you yearn.

If, for instance, you wish to be a public speaker, and be able to speak in front of tens of thousands of people, but you dislike people, you're immediately in conflict.

If you don't have a natural yearning to be a good public speaker, you may find yourself speaking in front of tens of thousands of people, but the experience may be so stressful for you that you're completely put off by it. The upshot of this may be that you develop a fear of public speaking or decide never speak in public again.

If you do have a natural yearning to be a good public speaker you would see any bad public speaking experience as a necessary blip on the way to becoming a great speaker. Therefore it is important that your desires are in line with your belief system and values.

3. Let Go of The How

As you develop, your desires develop and exactly how you make your wishes come to fruition will become apparent when you are in the right place mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually. Once the how does become apparent to you, your success will depend on the level of action you take to get what you want, as well as your commitment and perseverance.

4. Let Go of Artificial Time Limitations

The thing to avoid is to be too rigid with your timeframes. Manifesting your desires is not necessarily a rapid or a slow process. It could take days, weeks, months or years... or it could take minutes depending on what you want to have true.

This can often be the dilemma in the 21st century where the emphasis is on deadlines. The thing to do is to allow your desire to manifest itself in its own time and in its own way, and simply have faith and patience, knowing that sooner or later you'll get exactly what you seek.

If your desire, for example, is a monetary one through doing what you love, you could look to gaining an income from another, temporary, source (such as a part-time job) so that your creativity can be maintained. If the natural manifestation process turns out to be slower than you'd prefer, your creativity may be blocked if you try to speed up that process just so that you can be paid. You need time and space to use your creativity to realise your true desire without the pressure of needing to produce a particular level of income within an unrealistic timeframe.

5. Remain In The Flow

Your life should flow - and the manifestation of your desire should also flow (and occur naturally) when you are in the right space at the right time. If your life does not flow something is out of kilter or balance. If something in your life is unbalanced it could simply be that you are not yet sufficiently mature to handle that situation well enough for it to flow and be in balance:

• You may need to go through a period of training, research, reflection, consultation or other development method that puts you in a different 'space' with a different perspective
• You may need time to develop yourself personally or professionally
• You may need a mentor
• You may need to simply go through a period of 'learning on the job' (and 'the job' could be any aspect of life) or
• You may just need time to pluck up the courage to do what it is you need to do!

Throwing yourself into your life after you've articulated your desire gives you valuable experience. And experience is priceless because with experience come life lessons, maturity and new perspectives.

So be aware that whatever you fundamentally desire you will get... but it won't necessarily show up when and in the way you expect. However, be under no illusion that you will get what you really desire at the deepest level of your being. But what you really desire might not necessarily be the same as what you ask for!

'Yestiny' - The Steps to Realizing Your Dreams

Image result for achieve your dream

Are you standing in your own way as you chase your greatest hopes and dreams? How is this possible? You must be in agreement to achieving them! You must say yes to the opportunities. For all the times life requires you to 'just say no' living your dreams requires you to 'just say yes.' Why ever would anyone say no to something they desperately want? No arrives on the same moon beam as the thought that it is impossible to really reach those dreams.

Some people keep their dreams tucked away like old childhood photos. They revisit them wistfully, wondering what happened to the years that have passed, their dreams scattered to the winds. "It was just a dream you say, it's no big deal, not really important.' Count that as a no. Others laugh at the things they used to wish for, calling them pipe dreams of childhood. 'They were never real were they?' Count another no.

Did you ever harbor a dream that seemed ridiculous or impossible, yet it continued to rise in your consciousness? Is it conceivable that this impossible dream was really a part of your life plan? That your refusal to believe it could be realized was your dismissal of the outcome you always desired? It is more probable that the deeply embedded hopes and dreams which accompanied you into this lifetime is a glimpse of what can be. It is easier to believe in dreams as a child; rarely will adults smash the dreams of a child. They are encouraging rather than discouraging even though they don't really believe in them.

And then Lo, comes the time when a child approaches adulthood and receives the directions that kill the dreams. 'Grow up; you have to live in the real world.' That means the world the person who is talking exists in, their reality is now staring you in the face mocking all the things they may have encouraged for most of your life. Their world comes crashing down closing in on you and caging you in a reality you never embraced. What happened?

Adults that have traded their dreams for mediocrity are rarely good role models for those who have a higher calling. They can't 'see the reaching' for themselves and certainly not for you. They great secret that has been shared for more than 2000 years houses the yes to your destiny. So simple, yet the profundity cannot be overstated. You cannot receive anything, absolutely nothing, more than you can believe in. If you cannot believe it can be, for you it can never be.

Simple they are, those words 'just believe.' Yet they are likely the most powerful words you can ever embrace. There are no limits to those who believe except those self-imposed. These include the people you surround yourself with, the ideas you embrace rather than reject and your willingness to settle for far less than you accepted before you were influenced by other peoples limits.

Yestiny means saying yes to your own destiny by treasuring your values, driving in your own lane in life and choosing when to exit, seeing the opportunity even if it is not clearly marked or recognized by the 'wise ones' who surround you. Just say yes, and believe!

3 Fast and Easy Ways to Improve Social Self-Confidence

Believing that you are unacceptable or unlikable socially can be painful. Lack of self-confidence can make you get afraid to interact socially. When in situations where you will be observed by others or where you need to speak in front of a crowd or to strangers you might feel anxious. This might cause you to act awkward. You might avoid eye contact and behave too cautiously. The idea that you are socially unacceptable might get reinforced to you when you feel that other people react strangely towards you.

As the result of the challenges you face you might end up avoiding social contact even though you know being in social places and interacting with others is a big part of any persons' life. We cannot always avoid social situations in living our daily lives. You might get invited to parties where friends are celebrating or by colleagues at work celebrating their birthdays. It is not always possible to avoid interacting socially.

So how do you improve social self-confidence when you do not have it? Before I tell you how, let me start by telling a little story about a rat.

When you have a rat in the house that eats up your tomatoes and messes up your fruits. To catch it, you would need to know how and when and where it operates. You would want to catch it when the house is quite with a piece of cheese in the mouse trap or place a rat poison in places where the rat is likely to hang around.

A similar approach is applicable to improving self-confidence. You need to understand how your mind operates and what patterns you go through so that you can interrupt those patterns and form new ones.

The first trigger is mentally, you get images of you doing something that will cause you embarrassment. What you think is what you feel. Your thoughts cause you to feel anxious. When feeling anxious you respond by avoiding interacting socially and the result is that you lack social self-confidence. To overcome social anxiety therefore you need to influence this pattern. Let's draw how the pattern looks like:

social situation (environment) - images of embarrassment (thought) - anxiety, fear (feelings)- avoidance (response)

We do know that we cannot change the external environment (sometimes you will be in a social situation whether you want to or not). We can only influence ourselves internally in terms of how we respond to the external environment. Constantly trying to avoid social situations may serve as a temporary solution. However, this cannot guarantee long-term success towards improving how you interact socially. What you can change is the thought process, your feelings as well as your responses.

Past failures might have conditioned you to view every social situation that you need to interact in as anxiety triggering. We are human after all human, once we are burned we never want to move near a lit candle. So to help you improve social self-confidence you might first need to forget past failures and try to change how you view social situations first. Here are the 3 ways that I have developed to help you overcome social anxiety and improve social interaction.

1. View social situations as opportunities by recalling past success

Some successful sport teams have a tradition in which they take players through past successes before a cup final. The players get shown previous cup finals before the match and get taken through all the trophies that the team has won before. The past success of the team helps players get motivated to win another cup final for the team. If you ever had past successes interacting socially use this as anchors for yourself. Remember how you successfully delivered a presentation in front of an audience and interacted very well with a stranger. Have you ever been in a situation where you delivered a public speech and did well despite your fear? This is the time to have these memories fresh in your mind. Remembering your past successes and celebrating past victories can help you believe in yourself and be able to overcome present anxiety feelings toward social interactions.

2. Use visualization to empower yourself for social situations

Access the power of your subconscious mind by constantly picturing yourself interacting well socially. This need not take long. Just spending 5 minutes seeing yourself approaching a stranger and having a pleasant conversation or picturing yourself delivering a great presentation publicly can help. Once our mind has been where we want to be, our bodies just need to support us in getting there. By mentally picturing yourself having social self-confidence, you will be able to give yourself better strength to play out your mental images in real life when the situations calls for it. Be careful though, visualization needs to be done before a social interaction. Doing this actively as you are interacting socially might be problematic because it will force you to think about what you are doing. When thinking about what you are doing you are more likely to get anxious. So visualize before social interactions and try as much as you can to remain natural when in social situations.

3. Make social interaction a challenging game of exposure

Sometimes we take ourselves too seriously and this does not help. Improving social anxiety requires you to occasionally have a playful attitude. Use a playful attitude to expose yourself socially. Exposure is scientifically proven to be very effective when it comes to improving social anxiety. I know this is the last thing that you might want to hear because when you are uncomfortable interacting socially the immediate response is to avoid social interaction. However, the more exposure you get interacting socially the better you will become. Aim to start a small conversation every time you are in a social situation with a stranger. This can be as simple as saying hallo to a cashier each time you pay for items in a store or when shopping. Just asking the cashier his/her name and thanking him/her for the service is enough to get you going.

Few of us remember to appreciate cashiers when shopping, you will make their day just showing appreciation and equally improve yourself. Try as much as you can to expose yourself.

Petrol attendants are also good people to interact with in a non-threatening environment to start a conversation. This is better done playfully so that you see it as a challenge instead of getting too serious and reading too much on the results. The more you bring it to your awareness to interact with others the better you will expose yourself and improve how you interact socially.

Spending time with a friend who is not afraid to interact socially might also help in this situation. Human beings learn by seeing also. If your anxiety is specific such as falling in a public place then get a friend to pretend falling in a public space so that you can visually see that the results are not as worse as you thought they would be. Expose yourself without emotional attachment. Use a playful attitude with any friend who is comfortable interacting socially and have fun doing so. Practice makes perfect, this is also true in getting rid of social anxiety.

Change Your State Of Anger To 'Calmness' With Subconscious Reimprinting

Image result for angry

Our destiny is defined by our everyday behaviours. Our behaviours are consistent to the state we are in. If you are experiencing the state of anger on a consistent basis, you may be facing a lot of resentment and guilt too. Also, the state of anger may be harming your health too.

Here is the small and easy subconscious technique that I do with people to help the inner patterns of subconscious mind.

Think of the situation where you usually experience the state of anger. Is it your home, office, or any other place. Just get the awareness of it. Think of the situation, make a mental picture. Just place this image aside for sometime in your imagination. This image will be utilised a bit later.

Now, you need to create a new image of calmness and delightfulness. For that you need to undergo the following experiment.

Imagine, you are sitting on a chair. At a fair distance, you see the image of your image known as 'the other you'. Sitting on the chair, you need to see the 'other you' as you want. Now, imagine that you are seeing the 'other you' completely calm and delightful. Imagine, the 'other you' has learnt how to be calm and delightful in that situation. Make that picture as attractive as you want. Also, put some sounds in that image that can make that image more attractive and powerful. Once you are satisfied with that image of 'calm and delightful', create a thirty to forty-second film.

Now, imagine to get up from the chair and go to the 'other you' and enter in the first scene, and relive the whole movie; enjoying each picture and sound in the movie. Repeat this process ten to fifteen times till the patterns of the new images are imprinted on your subconscious mind.

NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) has already proved that the state is the result of the patterns that we have developed in our subconscious mind. Also, now you have got the choice to alter or replace these patterns with the help of creative and controlled imagination.

The key to getting the desired result is to make the images attractive. You need to make the pictures in the 'other you' colorful, big, three-dimensional and bright. Also, you need to amplify the quality of the sounds in the images of the 'other you'. It will help you create intensified feeling. The more intensified feelings you create, the more powerful changes you are able to bring about in your behaviour.

Planning Persistence and Patience to Reach Success

Woman Looking at Stick Notes

Do you always achieve your goals and dreams? 12,400,000 people this morning are trying to find out how to achieve their dreams. Do you work with the 3 P's? Or do you let your dreams slip away into oblivion? Dreams are very elusive things we have to nurture them and coax them into action.

First whatever your dreams or goals you have to work out EXACTLY what it is you desire, and make a plan of action deciding how you can achieve them.

You have to decide what is necessary for you to do, when it will happen with a specific date, then plan how you can achieve it. Then imagine how you will feel when it comes to fruition. Dwell on this feeling with excitement "see" the end result, feel the satisfaction and enjoy the completion of your dream in advance. Do this as many times in the day as you have spare moments, also repeat it night and morning in your sleepy transition period. Make it the first and last thing you think of and you will be setting in motion your plans.

Next, every day do something to promote your dream, even it is for several years ahead, perhaps make a scrap-book you can add to. You will find your subconscious works in a similar way when buying a car, whatever model you buy, you mind notices what is important to you and you begin to see similar models everywhere. Let your subconscious help you achieve your dream.

Believe your dream will happen when planned, which is why you need a specific date. With persistence and patience doing everything you can to support your dream without too much willpower your dream will be getting nearer daily.

What is your dream anyway? Is it to change careers, go to university, travel the world swim with dolphins; Maybe to find a life-partner or set up a business. It could be anything, with planning persistence and patience you can achieve more or less anything that you want badly enough if you are prepared to totally commit to it and do whatever it takes. If your progress slows down check your current commitment, have you been lazy or distracted lately?

Working my plans as above I have achieved many goals, I have a little internet business, we winter in Spain, where it is warm and sunny. Years ago I earned a teaching certificate despite having no exams to my name 4 years previously. So if the need and desire are strong enough you can do it.

So does an online business appeal to you with time and location freedom, if it's your dream you can achieve it if you want it enough to commit to it. From experience I would say don't attempt to learn it all yourself, find a mentor whose teaching style suits you, and with their help and guidance you will soon be making progress and receiving commissions whilst you are learning the techniques.

Excellent products will be provided for you in a range bigger than you could achieve on your own. They will be tried and tested best sellers. You will work to a formula that has worked for many before you. Sales pages and perhaps email templates or banners will be provided too, making starting online much simpler and quicker. You will be part of a working program and although it won't happen overnight extra cash is always useful!

Internet marketing is suitable for almost anyone prepared to learn the skills required and use the 3 P's.

Best wishes in your venture.

Burst Goals

It is a truism in personal development that goals drive activity. However, while all worthwhile goals are valuable and cause action, not all goals drive immediate action. For example, a retirement income goal will drive action, but for most people that action is not right now. A burst goal is a goal which drives immediate action or, as Tony Robbins calls it, massive action.

Burst goals are goals you are going to set for a short period of activity; they are the results of activity "bursts." Since they are of limited time duration, you do not have to worry about setting a deadline (the T of the SMART goal properties). Some of the characteristics of burst goals apply to all goals, some are unique to burst goals.

General Properties

* Positive tone - The subconscious does not understand negatives, so you want to phrase all goals as something positive. For example, not "I will cut my debt in half" but "I will save $1000."

* Specific - The more specific you are, the better the universe can respond. For example, not "I will get in better shape" but "I will lose 50 lbs."

* Able to Visualize - You must be able to visualize yourself reaching the goal. Do not use this quality to limit your goals but to drive your visualization exercises.

Burst Goal Properties

* Your Actions - Base a burst goal on what actions you can do, not on the results you desire to achieve. For example, not "I will get 10 new clients" but "I will make 50 phone calls"

* Use the word "will" - Most of the time, you want to avoid the use of "will" in a goal since that implies the goal is always in the future and never actually achieved. However, in this case you should go ahead and use the word because of the built-in deadline. This is a promise to yourself which will (see??) be redeemed by the deadline.

* Crescendo not Jump - When determining how big to make the goal, start at your current level of activity and start building; do not say you will make a massive change at the beginning. For example, say you were saving $50 per week. Start there, and build to $100 per week by the end of the time period, with some growth each week.

* Focus - Do not make a lot of burst goals at once. Better to make 1 goal you can focus on immediately for a short period of time than 5 goals which causes too much commitment.

* Short, short, short - The maximum time frame should be 90 days. Anybody can believe they can do something for a short period of time; too long and you put off action, particularly if you are not convinced you can do the action for an extended period of time.

* Plan for Stopping - In the long run, you want to increase your activity, of course. However, recognize that this is a burst of activity, and when it is done you will take a break. Just like a runner, plan a break or a reward when you reach the end of the race.

Burst goals can lead to new habits and new levels of productivity, but only if set and keep the deadlines. Use them to build momentum, and you can reach levels you have only dreamed about before you started.

Discover How Innovation and Brain Power Is the Key to Success

Light Bulb Floating Above Person's Hand

The last article that I have written about innovation is the key to success; there was a paragraph in which I have mentioned how powerful the brain is when it comes to writing your ideas, to make your innovation a reality, in a notebook or journal.

Today, I am going to focus on the power of the brain and how you can use it to make your dreams or innovations come true.

In Biology, Psychology, or Anatomy classes, we learn that there are 2 main functions of the brain; they are called the Conscious and Subconscious. These 2 parts of our brain play an important role in everyday life. Some of you may think, "What has this got to do with innovation?" I will explain it to you.

The Subconscious Mind

For a building to exist, it is drawn up on a mental blueprint. The builder(s) have to visualize in their minds what the building is going to look like, how to tall it will be, and the materials that will be used before a physical blueprint is made.

For my readers, those who want to achieve success through innovation, I want you to draw a mental blueprint in your mind of who you want to be in the near future and figure out what it will take to make your dreams a reality. In this part of the exercise, do not write anything down as I will continue to discuss the importance of the subconscious mind, so that you can get a clear understanding of what I am talking about.

This part of your brain is where your dreams are active (awake and asleep) and where memories are stored.

1. Dreams. The innovations that we have today started out with dreams. The great Mathematician, Srinivasa Ramanujan, wrote his dreams down; many of which solved the riddles of Math and Physics. Your dreams play a vital role in starting your own innovation, so pay close attention to what dreams you have and see which ones are vital to your personal success.

2. Memories. There are many articles that I have written where I have used past memories and experiences and shared them with the world of how to become a better affiliate marketer. You wouldn't believe how many people have benefited from this as they have shared my articles on their websites or blogs.

Memorize important formulas or word definitions. I am sure that Mr. Ramanujan have memorized many Math formulas throughout his lifetime that led him to discover new formulas through his dreams. Memorizing important items will help you succeed on tests or discovering new ways to run a better business.

The Conscious Mind

If the Subconscious is the root of the tree, then the conscious mind is the main tree; it is the growth or the action part of the mind. It is where you make your dreams a reality!

1. Dreams. If you have a dream that is important to your innovation, write it down immediately in a notebook or journal; this means jumping out of bed in the middle of the night. If you are writing a book, dreams are a great to get started; you will visit worlds beyond your imagination and engage in an adventure that you will never forget.

2. Memorization. It is important to write in a journal everyday so that you can recall important events that have happened in your past. Who knows, you can create important tips in your next article or innovation that will help someone who is looking for answers to their question.

In conclusion, never neglect the power of your mind; it is the key to achieving personal and financial success. In your mind, innovation is born; start working on yours today!
