Let's go back to the book example again. If you are trying to writing a transformational book and you are not sure of how to begin, you can start by writing the first page, then the first chapter. One obstacle might be time, the other might be putting your ideas in words that others can relate to.

This an example of breaking up challenges into smaller pieces, and tackling them one by one. If necessary you can reach out for help from your support network. Ask for help but also be prepared to recognize when others are simply not in tune with your dreams and you have to trust your gut and faith and proceed with limited support. How can you use your intuition to help guide you through a challenge?

What can you do stay positive in difficult times? Is your focus clear? How do you put aside distractions and negative thoughts that hurt your progress? One way is to avoid those who try to bring you down and discourage your fight to become more successful. Is Stress Making You Look & Feel Old?

Are you swamped with stress? Does corporate management keep raising the amount you need to sell each year? Is there not enough money at the end of the month? Are you worried about your children's university tuition? Has your belt gotten tighter or your waist line expanded? Do you look in the mirror and wonder when you started looking old and tired.

Stress is part of life. It can you help you reach your goals or make you sick when it overwhelms you. Researchers discovered that it all depends on how satisfied you are. You may be in stressful situations but when you derive a lot of satisfaction from them you don't age as quickly. It is when you are in stressful situations and you are not satisfied then you begin to look and feel old. Here is an example.

Fred, age 46, decided to resign from his "government job to work with a group of missionaries helping to feed starving children in Africa. He said that the transition was bound to be very stressful but that short of a heart attack or serious illness, it would be "stress well spent."¹ Six months later he was back in North America and tested younger than before he left! Why? He was doing something that he loved and using stress well.

Not everyone can leave their home, children and responsibilities to help starving children in Africa. The question is, "What 2 small steps can you take starting today that will help you manage your stress energy?"

Here are a few tips:

1. Recognize some of the signs and symptoms of stress.

  • Are you always tired?
  • Do you sleep poorly at night?
  • Do you have difficulty concentrating
  • Do you have poor habits with personal care?
  • Others?
2. Ask yourself, "What will motivate me to make a change in my current situation? Hint: Pain and discomfort is a strong motivator. Be aware that changing habits is not easy. However, it is not impossible. Begin with the next step.
3. Start with drawing a self-portrait of what a healthy you looks like. This is different for each person. You are not aiming for perfection. You are drawing you being very satisfied with your life.

4. Meditate on and visualize your healthy self-portrait everyday.

5. Affirm positive statements throughout the day. For example: If you are trying to lose weight; state, "I am lean and sexy."

6. Journal your progress. Solicit the support of two or more like-minded people to help you stay motivated and accountable.

7. Savor your successes. Share and celebrate them.

The goal is to live life filled with so many satisfiers that you get a high rate of return managing stress!

How to Use Your Inner Voice to Reach Your Goals

I recently wrote about pain and how beneficial pain is to your success. In that article, I mentioned that we all make decisions based on one of two driving forces, avoiding pain or pursuing pleasure. As most of us can relate to, pain from doing something we don't want to do is far more intense at the time of the action than the joy we get for taking the action. That is why so many people don't do the things it takes to have success. The unfortunate truth is, the fact that people avoid pain actually creates pain. Stagnation is painful. We all have dreams and desires and must find a way to move forward to live a happy and fulfilling life.

Fear is our minds trying to protect us from pain. Letting fear stop you is making the choice to avoid pain, instead of the choice to pursue pleasure. Without this understanding it is easy to fall victim, but now that you understand what is going on psychologically, lets discuss some strategies to break through that fear so we can start making decisions that benefit us.

One strategy to break through fear is to start focusing on your inner voice. This is the voice in your head that is constantly talking. It is hardly ever quiet, and it loves to give you advice. Some of you are saying, "What inner voice? I don't have an inner voice!" That is your inner voice.

This is your subconscious mind speaking to your conscious mind. Think of your subconscious mind as a giant file cabinet. It is filled with files from experiences in your life or with files from things you use to condition it. For example, remember the first time you had a crush on a boy or a girl in your class? Maybe you built up the nerve to talk to them and they rejected you. As you got older and had opportunities to speak to others you got nervous. That fear is created by your mind to prevent that negative feeling you have had in your past. Different negative events have happened to all of us that shape our decision making as we get older. Another example is, a song that you love that makes you think about a specific time in your life or a specific person. That could be a positive or a negative feeling. The point is, those experiences created files that your subconscious mind relies on the rest of your life. If you are about to do something that you consider scary, your subconscious mind will likely start talking to you and giving you reasons to not move forward. That negative advice coming from your subconscious is what we are trying to control.

I believe that if you are willing to take responsibility for what your subconscious tells your conscious mind, you will have ultimate power. You see, most people do not understand the difference between subconscious and conscious thinking and they are not aware of the awesome power the subconscious has. It literally can make you successful if you work at conditioning it in the right way. Taking responsibility for this is not easy. It is hard work, and being honest with yourself can be painful. Here are five ways to start to condition your subconscious so you can control that inner voice.

Celebrate Fear: As long as you are in a safe place, I suggest you celebrate the fear that you are feeling each time you feel it. Shout out loud, "YES!!!" and say something like "I LOVE THIS FEELING" "I LOVE FEAR" By doing this each time you feel it, you will start to condition your mind that fear is positive, (which it is). You can work on conditioning your mind to understand that fear is only there to protect you and that in most cases, you can safely move forward with your task. The more you do this, the more the positive messages your subconscious will give your conscious when you are faced with fear. I know this sounds a little crazy, and it does take time and effort, but this is one way that I know works.

Exercise: I know this sounds crazy too, but when you exercise and push your body, your inner voice will tell you to stop. You feel pain, and you can stop feeling pain by simply stopping the activity you are doing, running for example. If you can hear the voice tell you to stop, but continue pushing, you will start to quiet that voice when you have challenges in other areas of your life. So am I really telling you to exercise and push your body until your inner voice says to stop? Yes, I am. Again, this is hard, and it hurts, and it is great for you to do. It is just one more way to accomplish what we are talking about.

Meditate: This one is much less painful but can be just as challenging. This is taking 20 minutes a day to yourself, and I know how hard that can be. Meditating helps quiet the normally loud and obnoxious subconscious mind. The best ideas in business will come to you when you meditate, because you create space in your mind. It is also positive energy and thoughts going into your subconscious mind, which is what we need to condition it. If we can fill the file cabinet with positive files, that is what we will use when we make decisions. I have found this to be challenging because my mind goes 100 mph. I have had the best results from putting on head phones and sitting on a comfortable chair with a guided meditation. You can find these for free on YouTube or through podcasts. You can also pay a little to get great guided meditations.

Affirmations: This is hands down my favorite, and no matter what strategies you decide to use to help you with your inner voice, I feel strongly that this should be incorporated into your plan. There are several ways to use affirmations to help, but the best way I have found is to simply write down what you want to accomplish, maybe a goal, and then repeat it out loud to yourself each morning and night. Using a mirror and saying it with conviction increases the results. By repeating this over and over, your subconscious mind will start to believe in it and will start to work on making it a reality. It is crazy the power you have over your life with this simple technique. You can literally have anything you want by convincing your subconscious mind that you have it or deserve to have it. Once your sub-conscious mind is convinced it will pull the correct files to give your conscious mind when the time comes. The correct files will push right through your fears. This too sounds crazy, but trust me, it flat works!

Self Development: This is the easiest of all of them to do, so it too should be incorporated into your plan. This is simply listening to educational, self-help, and self-development material instead of the radio in your car. This is nothing new. I am pretty sure that every mentor I have had has said the same thing. It is so easy to do, and you will be filling your mind with knowledge, hope, and inspiration. That is what you need for the inner voice to tell you to move forward instead of telling you to stop when you are faced with a challenge.

There are several other ways to bust through fears that I will write about, but controlling your inner voice is a great place to start.

Focus to Reach Goals

I have a client who faithfully goes to the gym three times a week. He told me that he is surprised at the lack of focus of others who are "working out" at the same time. Some of them are so busy looking at their phones that their speed is significantly reduced. Others may doddle or use some of their time visiting so they don't use their time wisely.

My client wants to ensure that his workouts are effective for him and has therefore developed a strategy for boosting his productivity. He deliberately wears a sweatshirt with a large hood that he can pull up around his face. Having only a small opening forces him to focus straight ahead in a manner that is similar to a horse that is wearing blinders. By doing this, he is not distracted by things around him so can invest all his attention and energy on his exercise program. By the time his workout is completed, the sweatshirt is dripping wet and he feels both physical and emotional satisfied.

When the client leaves the gym to drive home, he does the opposite. He doesn't wear a hood as he wants to ensure that there is nothing blocking his direct sight and peripheral vision. Safety is the goal.

I have been thinking about the wisdom of this man. He knows what he wants and then makes sure that he has set himself up for success.

So often in life, people state that they want to accomplish a goal but then keep moving the start date because of distractions. They think that procrastination will allow them a more suitable time for their project only to find that another life event interferes. Another delay. And another. Until time has passed and the dream dies.

There is no perfect time to begin. There will always be other things that fight for our time and attention. Time passes and we age. Whether we reach for our goals or put them off will determine whether we will feel regret or success.

Don't get lost in details or think that you need to proceed with break-neck speed. Small steps over time lead to big results. According to a Nerd Wallet Internet site, a 30 year old who invests just $21.00 per day at 6% will have a million dollars by retirement. If you reduced your calorie intake by 500 a week and burned another 500 a week with exercise you could lose two pounds a week or 52 pounds a year! Taking 30 university credits a year (which is usually just five full classes), you will have a degree in four years (with summers and holidays off).

What are the goals that you have been desiring but delaying? Do you want to clean and organize your closet? Would you like to fill the deep freeze with nutritious meals? Have you been thinking about re-connecting with old friends? Are you wanting to learn a skill or break a habit?

Today is the best time to begin. Write your goal down on paper and set a reasonable date for completion. Do some research and set out small, daily steps that will lead you in the right direction. Then make a strong commitment. Follow the example of my client. Grab an emotional sweatshirt with a hood that you can use to block out the distractions and focus on the task ahead.

The Power of Your Mind: Use Your Mind to Reach Your Goals

Do you truly know the power of your mind?

If you decide that something is true in your life, how does that affect you and the outcome of your actions? Are you reaching your goals on a regular basis? Before I discuss the power of your mind I wanted to share my inspiration for this post. The 2016 Olympics.

Do the Olympians believe they can do it? Of course they do! As I was watching some of the Olympic trials I was intrigued by how the athletes that were selected to go the Olympics would answer the interview questions after an event. The one common thread I heard was the belief that they could win and that they worked so hard to get to the Olympics. Some of these athletes shared how they have been dreaming (visualizing) themselves at the Olympics since they were children. I know that all of those athletes worked long and hard for their success. How did these athletes make it to the finals to be considered contenders for the Olympics? In addition to the hard work, I know there are many theories about the genetics, training, nutrition and coaching, but I truly believe that even after all those external factors their mindset and belief that they can win is a huge factor in their success. These elite athletes who are in peak physical shape have to keep motivated everyday in order to train for hours, they must forego all the trappings of life as a young adult so they can reach their goals. If they can reach their goals, so can we, but we must begin by starting with the belief that we can.

People often ask me why work on their thoughts, feelings, and subconscious mind. They would rather just take action and see what happens. My answer usually goes to the explaining the Placebo effect. In clinical trials there has to be a group of people that are given the equivalent of a sugar pill and told they are given the drug, and some of the participants improve their condition. How does that happen? That is the power of their mind. The placebo effect and the Olympic athletes are great indicators of the power of your mind. So what do you want to accomplish? What has been in your way of succeeding? What is stopping you from reaching your goals?

The answer is you and your mind. How do you change your mindset? What can you do to finally reach your goals?

Message From the Universe: Existentialism at Its Best

"Would it help to be reminded that there's no problem so great, that you won't one day be grateful for it?

That there's no friend you've ever had, who won't always love you?

And that there's no dream you've ever dreamt, that doesn't already exist?

Not bad, huh?
The Universe"

Existentialism is a "philosophical theory or approach that emphasizes the existence of the individual person as a free and responsible agent determining their own development through acts of the will." (Wikipedia) You control your own actions based on your experiences and ordeals you face on a daily basis. You decide what you want in life and it is up to you to get up from the couch and go get what you want. No one will hand you things without any effort on your part. The Universe is willing to help you reach your goals quicker as long as you share your strong desire towards your goals and dreams. It will not be easy, it will probably frustrate the hell out of you but at the end, you will be the one standing as a winner. As mentioned on my previous post, the race of life is taken against yourself, and nobody else. You are the only one running that race. As all humans have different goals and dreams, yours are inevitably different from all others. Hence, depending on how quick you want to get to destination, if you look around you, there is really no one at the start line besides yourself. There is abundance out there for everyone, so no matter how fast or slow you get to destination, you will still taste that piece of the pie of wealth and abundance.

It is certain that all humans wants to be rich and popular, which somewhat contradicts my previous statement as you being the ONLY one racing with no competitors around you. If we all share the same goals, we should have many racing towards that same goal. If I tell you that there are 7.1 billion tracks around planet Earth, which equals to all living human being on Earth, would that make sense? One athlete per track. So no matter which way you look at it, you are still the only one on that track racing for the same goal, which is wealth and abundance. If you look up at the stars at night, or use the Hubble telescope to count the billions of galaxies out there, which includes trillions of stars and planets, I would equal all that to how much abundance is available to you on this planet. Do not worry about the other racer located on the other side of planet Earth, focus on what is in front of you, because there is really no one on your left or right. Everything is happening in front.

Your Key to Success, and How to Reach Your Goals

It is so easy to feel weighed down by concerns, worries, fears for the future, or sad because relationships are strained, uneasy, or you always seem to say the wrong thing.

To get out of this groove and way of thinking can take some effort.

Thought is energy and emanates out from us like radio waves, therefore feeling sad or negative doesn't help the situation. Turning your thoughts or attitude around, can send out positive vibrations which has the knock-on effect of improving conditions.

So, whatever can help to make you feel more relaxed and happy, sends out that thought energy, which you can also project into the future, influencing future situations or relationships for the better. Your health and well-being will improve.

Situations, or people, that have upset you in the past can be wearing you down now, and preventing you from enjoying the good things in life NOW.

You cannot alter the past, but you can learn to accept what has occurred, or whatever has been said to hurt you, and leave the past where it is, in the past! Use the situation to project you towards a better future.

Visualizations, or using positive imaginations, can be a really useful too visualizing positive future situations or relationships are a great help as it is promoting positive vibrations.

Positive visualization, or imagination can affect you memory, helping you to feel more peaceful and more in control of any hurt or anxiety, instead of IT controlling YOU!

"Think happy and you'll be happy" was a phrase used by Evadne Price many years ago and is still true today.

Therefore also, think successful and you'll be successful. Successful people believe in their abilities, with confidence, it is their key to success. Therefore thinking this way can be YOUR secret to success.

How many times have you lain awake at night with everything going around and around in your mind, which prevents you from sleeping? Getting a good nights sleep helps you to cope with all you need to do. So promoting a good nights sleep by learning to let go of worries and concerns enables your mind to be more peaceful, able to relax and drift off to sleep, waking refreshed for the next day.

Your body is able to heal whilst you are asleep, so sleep is essential. If you are lying awake and tense, your body is not able to renew itself. You need to be able to look after your body and your mind to be physically and mentally healthy, in order to be at your best. After good sleep, being active and eating well maintains your well-being.

Feeling rested, calm, healthy and positive is how to reach your goals. If you feel tired, lacking energy and hope, you will feel you can't achieve anything.

"You are what you eat" is another good phrase worthy of consideration.

Being anxious about money, as we all are at various times of our lives, isn't helpful, because being anxious tends to prevent us from seeing any opportunities that may be occurring in order for us to improve our wealth. Think of ways to increase your income, sell unwanted items, look how to make money on-line.

Wealth can come to you in various ways and forms. One small step or one small "something" can lead to another. Glass half empty or half full? Be positive about everything you actually have even a small amount of money, or something that makes you happy, however small, is valuable.

Human beings have creative minds, which are capable of creating in many ways, and we are all different. Find ways to tap into your own creativity to boost your self-esteem.

With a calm, clear, uncluttered mind, ideas can pop into your head that you can use. Maybe you may think that you can do something in a better way, or something can be improved on or be more efficient, by making an adjustment.

Do not doubt yourself or your abilities, do not criticise yourself or be envious of others. What is self-esteem? It is when you feel confidence in yourself, respect yourself and have pride in your own abilities, using your own unique qualities.

Don't Ever Perceive Others' Success As Your Own Failure

It's easy to see the success of others as a reminder of our own shortcomings. But our jealousy is really a window into seeing what qualities we should improve upon ourselves.

If you notice yourself admiring people who take creative risks, take some time to reflect on how you might share your triumphs in a way that feels totally you. When you compare yourself with another person, you are just depressing yourself but if you see the light in others, it can help you see your own and appreciate it instead of envying them.

The worst part of success is trying to find someone who is happy for you. There will always be people who will not be happy with your accomplishments. They will hurt you, put you down, gossip bout you, belittle your achievements and judge your soul. It is a fact that we all must face. We cannot please everyone. But if we consider God as our best friend who stands beside us when others cast stones, we will never be afraid, never feel worthless and never feel alone.

The only sad thing about this people is that there are also foolish enough to listen to them. A lot of people get so hung up on what they can't have that they don't think for a second about whether they really want it. Their envy lasts longer than their happiness.

People are spiteful about somebody else's blessings often lead a lot of people to get so hung up on what they can't have. The reason why other people are talking behind someone else's back. Too much envy can spoil the pleasure of enjoying other people's success and, under certain circumstances, can be life-threatening.

When you're a beautiful person on the inside, nothing in the world can change that about you. Envy is the result of one's lack of self-confidence, self-worth, and self-acceptance. So, if you can't accept yourself, then certainly no one else will.

Acceptance is the key to happiness. Count your blessings and you will realize that everything happens for a reason. Maybe it is not yet your time to shine. But if you persevere and strive hard to reach your goals, you know that nothing is impossible. Prayers coupled with action will also help you.

Never regard other's success as your failure. Perhaps they achieve more because they also work more. Contemplate on your own strengths and weaknesses. Turn your weakness as your greatest strength to move forward despite other people's mockery because they think that they are better than you.

Don't allow them to upset you. They will be happier if you will let them see that they affected you. Just focus on the here and now and move forward.

People generally assume everything is fine even if they are already disgracing you unless you blowup. When you show them how affected you are, you give them satisfaction.

5 Ways to Identify Your Purpose and Unique Talent

Do you 'get' the concept of finding your passion and building a business around it, but are struggling to make it happen?

I get it. Being told to find your passion is like being told to cheer up when you're feeling depressed. Not only is it not helpful, it's counter-productive because it just makes you feel even more disconnected from your inner gifts.

Wherever you are on the spectrum of finding purpose and meaning through your creative expertise, everything you need is within you. It's just a matter of bringing it to light, little by little.

Here are 5 ways to help you do that:

1) Meditate (any which way you can)

As if you've been hanging out with me a while know, I fervently believe personal and professional development go hand-in-hand. If you don't manage your mind someone else will do it for you (and believe me, that's never going to end well!) So how do you do that? Pretty much every entrepreneurial or spiritual leader will tell you the same thing - through meditation.

I know, I know, meditation's hard. Who wants to sit still, trying (and failing) to still their monkey mind, especially when there's so much to do? If sitting still and meditating feels too challenging, try listening to a guided meditation on your iPhone as you walk. Anything that stills your mind, even for a minute, is helpful. One minute a day. We can all try that, right?

2) Look for ways to feel inspired

I can't tell you how many times I get an idea for a newsletter, talk or program by listening to an interview with someone I admire. In fact, this post was inspired by this Brene Brown talk. No matter what field you're in, there are thought-leaders and pioneers paving the way. Read their books, go to conferences where they're speaking, watch or read interviews with them. Greatness is contagious, so rub elbows with those who've got it going on.

3) Get input from a trusted partner

The tricky thing about gifts is they come so easily to us, we think everyone possesses them. When in fact, it's precisely that gift that others need, and will pay for. Using a trusted partner as a mirror to help you identify your talents can be incredibly clarifying, so consider recruiting a great client, a supportive friend/accountability buddy, or a coach to help shine a light on it.

4) Identify the problems you are uniquely equipped to solve

The thing that makes your unique gift have value and IMPACT in the world is figuring out what problems you solve, and for whom. Knowing who your ideal client is will give you clarity, purpose and make your efforts all the more effective. Not knowing who your ideal clients are, or how you solve their biggest challenges, is often the missing piece of the puzzle for struggling entrepreneurs or freelancers, so if you could use some clarity around that's my specialty!

5) Communicate how your ideal client benefits from your gifts

As a result of working with you, will your ideal client:

- Have a more successful brand
- Feel healthier
- Have more free time
- Make more money
- Look better

People will only hire you if they can immediately see how doing so will positively transform your life. Take the time to really get clear on these benefits and make those the center of your messaging and content. I promise, it's a game changer.

I get that there's a lot of information here and putting it all together, in the right order and sticking with it long enough to get results is a tall order. If you're ready to get the clarity you need to align your gifts, message and services with the clients who have the burning desire and money to invest in working with you, I'd love to help you reach your goals.

Healthy Habits, Lasting Change

The easiest way to make a healthy choice stick is to make it a habit. Habits are easy because, by definition, you do them consistently and without thinking about it. And since I brought up definitions, here's another habit specific: nowhere in the definition does it say that a habit must be a bad thing.

In fact, a lot of yours aren't. You brush your teeth in the morning out of habit. You hang up your coat when you walk in the door because of habit. You wash your hands after using the bathroom because it's a habit. All great things.

We are not born with habits. We create them.

Good and bad, they are our habits because we made them. We are influenced by others, our parents for example, but it is our own repetitive actions that create a habit. Give yourself a hand, you are super powerful.

Now that you know you are so powerful, use that power to create new, positive habits that will help you reach your goals.

Form a healthy habit, make a lasting change.

Here's how:

Choose a healthy habit that supports your goals. For example: "I will not eat sweets after dinner at home because I'd like to lose 5 pounds".
Cut out sweets after dinner when at home = HABIT

Lose 5 Pounds = GOAL

This is a great choice, because this desired habit, is SMART. It is:

Specific.

You've defined the parameters. You know WHO will (not) be doing this, WHAT you will (not) be eating, WHEN you will (not) be doing it, and WHERE you will (not) be doing it. You've also defined WHY (your goal).

Measurable.

You can track your progress. If you eat a sweet at home after dinner, you haven't made progress that day.

Achievable.

You've just had dinner, so you aren't eating sweets because you are starving. You can get rid of all temptation. This is totally achievable.

Relevant.

You want to lose 5 pounds. You know that you can't "lose 5 pounds after dinner at home" but you can certainly create a habit, like cutting out sweets, to get you there.

Time-Bound.

This is a habit that you will focus on after dinner. You aren't cutting out sweets all day, all week, or forever. That would be an almost unachievable habit to form and you would be setting yourself up for failure. Instead, you will create this habit at one, specified time every day. When you go to bed without raiding the fridge for a cookie or a brownie, you have achieved success.

Attach your healthy habit to a prompt.
Your prompt should be a real action that you take, not a note written on your calendar or a picture of your dream body on the fridge (although you can do that too).

When you feel the impulse to grab a brownie after dinner, make tea instead, grab your book and hop in the bath. Do this every time you have the impulse to grab a sweet.

Form a different, HEALTHY habit instead of the unhealthy one you've become used to.

Again, this is SMART. You know exactly what you will do and when you will do it. You can track your progress - every time you take a bath instead of having a sweet, you've succeeded. It's achievable, it's relevant (tea, a bath and a book are all healthy habits that are great to make), and it's time-bound.

Celebrate each success.
Each time you take a bath instead of eating ice cream, you've chosen the healthy habit. That means that every, single, day, you succeed.

That is motivation in itself. It's hard to stay motivated to lose 5 pounds if the scale doesn't drop each day. That's why your goal is the WHY and your habit is everything else. You know that this habit will help you lose 5 pounds, so you can and should pat yourself on the back when you succeed each night.

Make a conscious effort until the day you forget to think about it, and yet you still take a bath.
It seems wild now to not have a sweet. That's insane, you think, that's my thing! What's insane is that you haven't stopped to think about how irrelevant that sweet is to your life. It doesn't have meaning. It's simply a habit. And at this point, it's not even making you happy!

There was a time in your life when you couldn't imagine going to a job every day, or having kids, or taking yoga 3 times a week. Now you can't imagine life without those things.

It doesn't take as long as you might think.

You have the power to create a habit. It's one of the only powers you've been practicing since childhood. Now, use it.

How to Be a Self-Motivated Person

Woman Wearing Black Tank Top Crawiling

You want happiness and a peace of mind out of life. That's you.

This is how.

You need to figure out what will make you happy and the only way you'll get there is by knowing yourself, working on yourself being true to you.

You have to be willing to be yourself, have determination and live your true self. You can reach your goals but that will not make you happy unless you live and express who you truly are, that is how you will create peace of mind. Listen to me!

You have to live day in and day out finding what will make you transform into your true self. Take action now, yes it's true that reaching your calling, desire and destination will make you happy but, boy o boy you have to be comfortable with you first.

Learn to strive and overcome do not learn to survive, that is how you will transform yourself into a new you, the true you. The true you has a burning desire that needs to be heard, listen to it, you have to listen to it first before the world does.

Because you cannot live your true self yet it will make you unhappy. It will make you hate yourself, be resentful and hateful with others, so become who you really are, that is key.

I understand that it's hard out there to be you, or to be accepted but that is them, that's their problem. Those are opinions, crazy ideas in fact. Learn to trust yourself, your dreams, your faith and most of all your true self. Listen to that voice. What is he or she telling you?

Once you have overcome that crazy little voice in your head telling you to that you cannot be what you are destined to be you have to smash it against the wall. You decide you want to be peaceful, happy and joyful. You are in control not them. Do not be afraid of being you and achieving your true calling.

Others will criticize you, let you down, life will punch you in the face, guts and legs, because of who you are, what you represent but if you want to be peaceful with yourself you have to express who you are. Do not let those people hide, bury or keep you away from who you are.

Life will only get better for you when you enjoy life, enjoy your career, your family and most of all enjoy your true self. Man is most happiest when he can live in a world where he is free of true expression of himself with himself and his surrounds. Be this person. Be comfortable being you because life takes another turn.

You will feel more alive, caring, expressive with family and friends because you have work so much on yourself to become who you truly are and you were never afraid to be shut down. Be you.

Message From the Universe: Stopping FEAR in Its Track!

"Fear always goes away once two things are realized: First, you're a spiritual being. Second, nothing can ever be lost or taken from a spiritual being that cannot be recreated; not pride, nor money, nor love.

Phew!
The Universe"

Come to think of it, fear should keep you on your toes and allow you to seek better and more effective way to reach your goals. Even though FEAR could just be an illusion, created by a fragment of your imagination, the fact that it feels so real and palpable at times puts us in a position where we can really ignore it, and sometime allow fear to take over and stops us from seeking new opportunities and reaching new heights. It is not uncommon to fear uncertainties because of a lack of control of events and circumstances that can possibly create moments of stress and anxiety in our mind. Crossing a path to the unknown can be mentally demanding and not many can successfully reach the other side without turning around and going back to a place they feel more comfortable in venturing. By thinking outside the box, out of your comfort zone will allow you to find new opportunities that wouldn't ever be present if you would have stayed in your little cocoon. Just like the acronym, FEAR is just a false expectation appearing real, which create a moment of stress that isn't necessary. By confronting your fears, you break down the walls that were built by yourself, and realize that there was nothing for you to worry about. As life is a journey for everyone on earth, it is important that you focus more on your spiritual self, that you create your own world from within and make sure that you do not allow any negativity coming in your world.

Just imagine this. If you had the power to built a new planet from scratch, with all the basic things you see, such as air, water, weather and all that great stuff. You then add people into this new planet, yes, humans. However, instead of allowing hatred and war, and crime and terrorism, you eliminate any possibilities of these scenarios entering your world to create a world of peace and serenity. All of what you see today, including crime and violence, terrorism and greed, was created by just a few people who wanted to bring chaos in this planet so no one really focuses on what is really going on. By doing this, it allows them to do whatever they please, extort as much money and resources as they possibly can because they know that eventually, some day in the near future, people will eventually wake up and realize the truth behind our imminent reality. All of what is going on today is a cover up for something much bigger than what you can imagine. Whatever you do from this point forward, focus on yourself primarily and become a better person for your own future. Do not spend time wondering what others are doing or how this person is making so much money and you aren't. Continue walking on your own path as NO one will be walking by your side. Look straight ahead and focus on the horizon. If you don't see it clearly, you just need to walk further until it appears. It all depends on you and how far are you willing to walk on that path. Always remember that your journey of a thousand miles always starts with the first step. So go ahead, take that step!

Message From the Universe: Trusting Yourself Is Crucial

"Having a dream... Courage.

Visualizing your dream... Persistence.

Physically moving towards your dream... Guts.

Letting go of the "cursed hows"... Wisdom.

The look on your friends faces, when they see you on the red carpet... Priceless.

Yeah, that oughta light a fire -
The Universe"

Sounds like a familiar TV ads with MasterCard right? I guess everything you do or every step you take is getting you closer to reaching your ultimate dream. Having a dream is great, but not knowing how to visualize it can be detrimental to understanding what you are trying to gain with this dream. Let's say you mastered visualization with lots of meditation, it is important to take action and taking the necessary steps to actively reaching your goals. There is, like with anybody else on earth, a little voice inside wondering HOW the hell will this ever be done or achieved. You start questioning yourself, and putting lots of your energy on the negative thoughts instead of the positive ones. You forget that the how's aren't your problems since you've already delegated this task to the Universe. Yes, your read it clearly. The How's isn't your problem, just make sure you continue delegating this task to the force from above. The Universe will abide by your wishes as long as you continue walking on the path to success. Many will think it can't be that easy. Guess what? More you think of it not being easy, and less easy it will get. So why torture yourself this way? What is the point to all that?

WE all know that throughout your journey to success, you will come across family and friends who are very afraid of you succeeding. They will do everything in their power to warn you, to advise you, to share their concern about wasting your time and energy on things that will NEVER happen. They will come up with the worst scenarios as potential failure can happen and you may lose EVERYTHING. OK, let's analyze that one for a second. First, why did you allow them to know anything about what you do for them to give you any advice? Are you waiting for their approval for the things you want to do in your life? Do you need their authorization for creating your own future? So how do they know anything about your dreams or goals? No one should know anything except yourself or the people you know you can trust or mentors who are there not to judge you but to encourage you when wanting to reach your dreams. Stay away from the ones who are afraid of their own shadow. Stay far away from them if you can. They are afraid of doing anything positive in their lives but don't want to be left out when YOU succeed. So by the time you do walk the red carpet, look around and enjoy the success. Be ready to get calls from the so called friends who discouraged you to congratulates for an amazing job. The look in their eyes when they read about you on Fortune 500 magazine... PRICELESS!

3 Ways To Attract More Financial Prosperity In The Digital Economy As An Entrepreneur

For decades we have been nurturing poverty in our homes and places of work. It has become the most prevailing paradigm. There are deep roots of anxiety and fear that people can't seem to break free from and it is these very roots that have caused the pain and agony that so many have and continue to suffer from in the area of money.

The dying traditional economy might have put you through a lot of pain and you may have come to a point in your life where you're fed up of running through that old treadmill. Having found out in one way or another that the digital age has an emerging economy that could give you a fresh start, you might be among the individuals who's chosen to rewrite destiny and create a new lifestyle and business that will give you the freedom and abundance you've been seeking all your life.

What you feel inside is absolutely right and true for you, however, merely having the wish and going about taking physical actions to bring this new desire to life isn't sufficient on its own. Many have tried and in their ignorance have failed assuming that some external variable was responsible but the truth is, there is more work to be done by every modern individual who seeks a new way of life; work that doesn't involve physical toil yet bears great consequences on the results that will be attained in the physical realm. It is this obscure work that many neglect and so I hope that as of this moment, you will join the minority who have chosen to create real and lasting prosperity and success.

How is this done?

Realize that the culprit behind the lack experienced by billions in our world today is the spirit of fear. Anxiety, overwhelm, worry, stress are all different flavors of fear and when it comes to the topic of money, I think the spirit of fear has set up permanent residency in the minds of humanity in a major way. Here's the thing I have found about fear: The spirit of fear actually makes an individual dysfunctional and locked out of his or her own creativity and inspiration. It's almost like the spirit of fear gets a kick out of keeping unwary minds under bondage because then, they remain in that state of struggle and survival mode which completely makes the human mind disabled and incapable of unleashing all that the individual was meant to be. And from that state, the thing that was actually feared becomes manifest, proving the fear paradigm right which produced this circle of doom from which it seems impossible to escape.

Growing up in the second biggest slums of Nairobi, I have seen firsthand just how devastating this circle of doom can be and how real evil can actually appear. Today, I spend my days trying to help individuals like you awaken to the truth that all these seeming evils have power because for centuries we gave them power - but now it's time to take it back.

Hence if you are on a new journey and are working on new ways to increase prosperity in your life, along with all other things that you're diligently applying to help you reach your goals, please implement these three:

1. Release the fear paradigm

This will definitely take a bit of work because as we said the root of fear goes deep in the race mind. But understand that each time you partner up with fear and allow that lying voice to have an impact in your life then you disconnect yourself from your power and source of all things. It's very difficult for you to attract new opportunities that are lucrative when you are stuck in the state of anxiety and worry because that vibration screams something very different from prosperity. People who are stuck in welfare or in the slums are the ones who need prosperity the most and yet they have the hardest time acquiring it why? It isn't because life is unfair or unjust... I used to say that too! But the truth is, the vibration of fear, only attracts things of a like nature. The vibration of poverty and lack only attracts things that perpetuate more of the same. Learn effective and practical ways for releasing this belief and you'll be amazed how rapidly things start changing.

2. Cultivate the right mindset.

The right mindset in my opinion is the prosperity mindset. It is the mindset we were all meant to have; the rich, abundant and generous mindset that trusts in life and has its roots in what's real in life. Of course the quality of life most people have today shows us that we've lost track of that mindset so it's up to you to reclaim yours if you wish to design your own thriving lifestyle and business. Only a prosperous mind can attract prosperity and a thriving business. If you don't know what that looks like, then now you have something to do a bit of research on...

3. Connect with your creativity and individuality.

This is by far one of the best things you will ever do in your life if you want to increase your financial prosperity. And again, fear with all its many disguises will make sure you never connect to your creativity even though - your creativity is the surest way of attracting more income.

Life is seeking to manifest through you and as you, but when stuck in fear, that flow doesn't happen which means that in turn, that reciprocal action of financial abundance flowing into your life will also remain constricted. Are you getting the picture I am trying to paint here for you?

The beautiful truth is, our emerging digital economy is offering you a platform and vehicle to reach more people than ever before and grow your business faster than ever before which means that as long as you flow your creativity and authenticity, an equal amount of abundance will meet you right where you stand. So while the business strategies and motivational strategies that you've taken on are brilliant (if you like them) know that all of these things are secondary to these three essentials that I just shared with you. Now that you know them, it's up to you whether they become the magical formula your mind has been waiting for or not.

How to Achieve The Success You Want

Do you wake up every day dreading what comes next and worrying about all the problems you have or do you get up everyday and feel energized just thinking about all the possibilities and opportunities? Your honest answer to this question is your starting point. You can't get to Colorado by boat. All of us have limitations. Setting mental boundaries are the self inflicted barriers that set you up to fail. It is impossible to achieve your goals by the means you have been taking. You can get to Colorado several ways, however, by boat is not one of them.

We measure success by what we have. The true measure of success is not being fixated on how big or how many possessions you have, it is about enjoying the journey and loving the significant people we want to share our experiences.

Most people succeed or fail for the same reasons. How you react to events that happen define who you are. You can't reach your goal unless you actually have one. You must know what your goal is and plan a strategy to get to that goal. Your life can easily become a series of doing things that mentally allow you to indefinitely postpone establishing any real goals. From high school you go to college. In college you take several classes, not aiming specifically toward anything. You take jobs based on what pays more, not considering if you like working there, if you are learning anything, if you are moving in the direction of accomplishing anything you want, but wait, you don't know if these things are leading up to what you want because you haven't said what you want. You move clear across the country because you get a few more company perks, never asking yourself to make a conscious decision about your future. You allow circumstances to dictate your life.

Not only is this depressing, but you fail to acknowledge what is happening to you. You meet the love of your life and live together eventually drifting into marriage and children. You don't actually make a decision to do any of these things, you allow circumstances around you to decide for you. If you never declare what you want, you never have to decide what to do or how to do it. You can't fail because there is no base line to measure up to anything or anyone. The road to failure is due to never actually starting.

The real reason Harvard graduates make so much more money is because these are people who are focused, decisive, and driven with a passion about their specialty. You do not have to be a Harvard graduate to be successful. In fact if you pay attention, you will remember the incredible success of dozens of people who dropped out of high school or college to follow their dream. It is out of sheer determination, hard work, perseverance and never giving up that made these people winners. They made a decision to succeed and they do.

Stop what you are doing right this minute and ask yourself if you are living the life you want. If you are, great. If you never even thought about any of these things, it's not too late. It doesn't matter how old you are, the state of your health, your gender, your relationships, or your job. It really is as easy as this; look at your life situation and figure out what is important to you. Decide if it's important enough to do something to change your life and get what you want, Decide you are worthy of achieving any goal you set. The sooner you start, the sooner you will get there.

These very powerful motivation quotes will keep you going till you achieve all your goals.

Is Your Life a Circus? Balance Work and Life by Becoming a Ringleader!

There's a popular phrase that states "It's not my circus and these are not my monkeys." But do you ever feel like your life IS a circus and the monkeys are actually the least of your worries? Do you bring work home regularly or go in early to "catch up"? Do you fall into bed at night thinking, "I'd give anything to just do NOTHING for a day"? Do you long for the chance to sleep in or just go to bed before midnight? Or wish you could read more than the first three to five pages of a book?

The first thing to do is to admit that your life IS actually a circus and not only are the monkeys yours, so are the tigers, the acrobats, the dancing bears, elephants, and the clowns! The good news is that like any circus, all it takes is a good ringleader to put all the acts in their place so that everything runs smoothly.

The most important concept for attaining work/life balance is to identify pending tasks and activities and then relegate them to their proper ring or in this case, the proper time period. When you have clear boundaries or rings for each focus (act) in your life, it's much easier to take charge and be the ringleader so that you can have multiple acts in one day but they all run smoothly.

Ring 1 for most people will be their work activities. Ring 2 is probably your family. Part of the reason most people feel they are constantly on the go is that these may have overrun their ring and are now showing up and stealing the spotlight or disrupting other rings. It may help to spend a week or two documenting how you spend your time at any given moment of the day and evening.

Tracking what you actually are doing during each hour of the day will give you a pretty clear idea which acts are taking up most of your day. Most people have two or three big top acts, typically work, family, and friends. After you do your time tracking, decide which focus is your center ring right now. Which focus takes up the most time in your day on a regular basis? Is it work, family, school, friends?

Does this fit with how you thought you were allotting your time? Do you want to have a different main focus or center ring? If work is your center ring and it's taking up 10 or more hours per day on a regular basis, you may need to set some boundaries to keep it contained. Everyone should also have a ring for personal or time for self. This is the time you spend doing things you enjoy, things that renew your spirit.

A good ringleader is able to keep each focus or act contained within their "ring" so that focus transitions smoothly from one ring to the next without just one act hogging the spotlight (your attention). If you like visual representations, go ahead and trace circles on a sheet of paper and label them Ring 1 (center ring), Ring 2 (left), Ring 3 (right), etc. You can even write in blocks of time in each circle if that helps you.

The one other important thing to keep in mind are the monkeys and the clowns. These are the everyday distractions and the time wasters. They will run into your center ring, demand the spotlight, and wreak havoc if you let them.

Make a list of what these are for you during the day. It could be social media, email, non-stop phone calls, co-workers or friends that drop by your home or office without warning, calls from your kids after school while you're at work, just about anything that pulls your attention away from your focus.

So, to be a good ringleader, include time for yourself daily and that includes sufficient time for sleep so you can be rejuvenated. Let each act run as autonomously as possible within their ring when your focus is elsewhere, by putting systems in place. Set boundaries to keep those monkeys and clowns in their ring or think of a way to appease them quickly and send them on their way before they disrupt your show.

Is this overwhelming? Need help in recognizing exactly what you need and want? Maybe it's time to look into partnering with a life coach. Together the two of you will devise a plan in order to reach your goals. Sometimes we all need that unbiased person that we are accountable to.
