How To Develop Clearer Personal INSIGHTS?

How can anyone, ever, become, the best, he can possibly be, unless/ until, he does all he can, to develop the finest, best - developed, personal INSIGHTS? I, often, refer to this, as getting yourself, a check - up. from the neck - up, which means, trying, to be truly introspective, and understand your strengths, and weaknesses, effectively using area of strength, while enhancing, and working, effectively, on areas of weakness. Instead of lying, to yourself, as so many do, doesn't it make more sense, to really identify, and understand, what makes you tick, and, how, knowing this, might assist you, in becoming the healthiest, happiest, and best, to might become. With that in mind, this article will attempt to, briefly, consider, what this means and represents, using the mnemonic approach, and why it matters.

1. Ideas; intuition; image: When one's personal intuition, becomes better enhanced, and developed, he generally, develops a finer, self - image! Only then, will you proceed, with the quality of ideas, which makes you, truly proud!

2. Needs; nuances; nerve: Do you know, what your true needs, might be? Do you possess the nerve, to proceed, with the nuances, which make you happiest? Are you aware of, what really, makes you happy?

3. Serves; strengths/ stronger: Which strengths, will best, serve, your needs, and make you the most comfortable? Are you ready, to do, what makes you stronger, on a regular basis?

4. Imagination; issues: When one optimizes his imagination, in a focused way, he addresses the true, relevant issues, in a priorities - based way?

5. Growth; greater; good: What makes you, feel good, about yourself? Will you focus on the bigger - picture, and the greater necessities of happier, healthier living? Will you, consistently, undergo personal growth, on a regular basis?

6. Hero/ heroic; healthy; happy: Shouldn't you become your own hero? Is it heroic, to proceed, forward, every day, in a somewhat, insightful, introspective, manner? Shouldn't your primary objective, be, to enjoy a happy, healthy, life?

7. True/ truthful; timely; take time: Getting better, often requires the commitment, to take the time, to consider, alternatives and options, and which, works best, for you! Be certain, you are consistently, being truthful, and, develop/ enhance those skills/ assets, to become better! When you take a true, deep look, and examine, your inner - self, with absolute insight, you will enjoy the end - results!

8. Solutions: Learn to consider, obstacles, as challenges, to overcome, rather than debilitating problems, and you will be better able, to seek the finest solutions, which are most beneficial, to you!

Our health and happiness, are achieved, when our personal INSIGHTS, make us feel, much better, about ourselves. Are you up to the task, and responsibility?

Walking Alone in the Rain (By Anselm Anyoha)

Ideas, they say, come at moments of loneliness, or seclusion. People have written volumes of books while jailed by their fellow men, who regretted the inspiration gained by their enemies even as they were incarcerated. In 1963, from a jail in Birmingham during the civil rights movement, Dr. Martin Luther King wrote several pivotal letters.

Not that I recommend going to jail as a way of coming up with ideas. There are less-punishing places to find inspiration. Places to get away from all the noise and smoke, dust and smells. A place to have quiet moments to think, to come up with new ideas, or to hope new ideas will germinate in the mind like the small, wavering stems of young corn plants.

"Just find any quiet, isolated place," they say, "and ideas will rush into your brain."

This is not to say that a person cannot still have ideas when everybody is on their case and situations around them are blowing up, with their parents screaming at each other, their wives asking them to wait a minute more for the egusi/melon soup to cook properly, their children not doing as they are told, their bosses unreasonable, money drying up like raindrops on Harmattan Day, and people not giving them the respect they deserve.

One still could come up with ideas in those horrible situations. The problem, though, is that under such circumstances the ideas would come out scrambled, like the patch of damp soil where a hen has used her claws to search for an elusive worm, with which she hopes to feed five starving chicks.

There is no debating, therefore, that being in a quiet place is the best way to imagine new ideas and new ways of accomplishing a dream, no matter how elusive that may have been in the past.

Nevertheless, finding a suitable nest for a solitary moment is becoming very difficult. One may have to think hard, search hard, perhaps drive a distance to locate quiet places suitable for a moment of reflection.

But since I had been thinking of this walk for months, perhaps years, I had an idea of where to go to find solitude. What freedom it would be to walk alone! The place I had in mind is a community park in Monroe, Connecticut called Wolfe Park. It is an area filled with tall trees, surrounding a lake the size of a soccer field.

When one of my brothers visited from Nigeria and I had taken him to the park, he had remarked how the Wolfe Park Lake resembled Nwangele Lake in Onitsha, Nigeria. As kids, we used to visit Nwangele and from a distance, and for no particular reason other than we were young, restless, and uncontrollable, throw rocks on a few toads and frogs that raised their heads above water. I remembered how quick those frogs were and how they would dive back into the water as the rocks left our palms.

Don't feel left out if you didn't know the town of Onitsha or Nwangele Lake. It doesn't really matter, because people have maltreated Nwangele, used it as a dump site and left it to dry out beyond recognition.

Anyway, Wolfe Park has a narrow pedestrian path that takes visitors up the hills and down steep valleys until they have walked right around the lake to come back to their original starting point.

Making up my mind to go for the walk was not an easy decision. The sky looked like it was going to open its doors and pour down buckets and buckets of rain. "Will it rain or not?" I asked myself as I looked up into the teary cloud.

Questions came into my head. Was it possible that what I had not been able to do for months could today become a reality? Several times I had used fatigue as an excuse not to walk. Yesterday, fatigue was the reason I could walk; today fatigue is gone.

Ripples of excitement flew into my head. What would the feelings be when I walked alone, and what ideas would come into my head?

Walking with others is fun, but it is compromising when you have to keep pace with them or talk to them or listen to them, share their everlasting burdens of issues and problems. Selfishness, like walking alone, serves a purpose. I wanted to walk alone in silence and at my own pace, hearing only the sound of my footsteps and the beat of my heart, the rustling of the leaves in the tops of majestic trees.

In terms of ideas, lately, my ideas seemed as old as worn-out jeans. A new wardrobe of ideas was what I was searching for. There is more holding back for a walk alone, a walk that would solve a lot of my worldly desires.

With my mind made up, after work, instead of going home I drove to Wolfe Park. No other car was at the parking field. What did that mean? Everybody else but me was fearful of the rain. The cloud was on the brink of tears, but would it rain? I thought for a moment. If I hurried and began the walk, I could finish and get back to my car before any downpour. If, however, the rain caught up with me... oh well, I would have to endure it just like I have endured many other misfortunes in my life.

As a final preparation I grabbed a bug repellant tin from my car and sprayed the tips of my shoes, the cuffs of my shirt, the hems of my pants and the top part of my hat. For some reason bugs, mosquitoes, and their cousins like to follow me, land on me and bite my neck, like mean women do to their men.

Then, again, I looked up at the sky. Not that I was terrified of rain; I only wanted to know what was facing me. The cloud above was damp with rain, but also there was a defiant sun. Which of the two would win the day? I pondered. As kids, we used to wonder who would win if the sun and rain wrestled. The sun is so powerful it could evaporate falling rain, but then again a torrential rain could drench the sun.

Not certain if it would rain, and not overtly concerned if it did, I began to walk the trail of the park, an undulating landscape of hills and valleys around a lake of crystal water, surrounded by vegetation and the big tall trees.

True to expectation, there was not one man or woman on the trail with me. I was all alone, just as I'd prayed for. Ordinarily, you would see a crowd of people, including weight-watchers, loners, monks, those who wanted a quiet moment, old and young, men and women, black and white, all walking the trail. Not today.

They were not serious, to begin with, I said to myself: How could everybody be gone because of the threat of rain? Their absence was my gain, I supposed. More quiet time for ideas to rush into my brain.

As I walked down the trail, my mind was occupied, initially full of ideas, of wonderful possibilities in the field of making money, plenty of money, and new, never-seen discoveries that would take the world by surprise, all of which would finally make my teachers proud of the time they spent educating me.

Mediocrity wasn't what they intended when they crammed my brain with mathematics and physics and yes, chemistry.

Raindrops were now beginning to break through the leaves to fall on my hat and arms. It was a drizzle, yet it was beginning to derail my mind and my ideas, turning them into situation alert. For the first time during the walk I became conscious of my circumstances.

What an insane idea to walk the trail, alone in the rain, through the woods. By this time I was in the thick of the park, surrounded by trees, huge tall trees; some kissing the sky, others, weak and broken, leaning against their neighbors. My mind was running through scenarios of pandemonium. Am I in any danger or not?

Drops of rain were now breaking through the branches and leaves at a much faster pace and landing on my head, which was now exposed because I had been using my hat to ward off the scores of flies that, despite the insect repellant, were hovering around my ears and eyes and face.

To shake off the flies, I began to trot, occasionally stopping to elude them. They kept pace with me. How did I manage to get into this mess? I swore to myself as I hit and swatted the flies off my head.

Minutes ago I was happy, unaware of my surroundings walking alone in the park, and indeed, new ideas were beginning to erupt in my head; but now everything around me had become noticeable and frightening.

The trees were no longer elegant and strong. They were actually in a forest where wolves live, and I remembered that recently people had reported sighting a horde of wolves. My heart, which had been quiet since I started the walk, began to pound beneath my ribs, and my breathing went up and down like a child at the end of a long cry.

From the chest of the forest a long, winding snake rose and began to creep towards me, one inch at a time. With drops of rain hanging off my eyelashes, it was hard for me to judge its distance. I suspected it was close enough to lunge at me. I could only see its dazzling head, its grey skin and half of its length; the other half of its body and the tail, I suspected, it had either concealed or curled around a half-dead tree with a slender trunk. What should I do now? Grab a weapon, my mind instructed.

Around the path were quite a few sticks thrown to the ground by the wind that had accompanied the teary sky. I selected a thick club, the size of a man's leg. But the second I gazed back at the snake, it had turned into a twisted fallen branch. A sigh of relief came upon me. With my weapon ready to whack any other intruder, I continued trekking the trail.

When I got near the lake that resembled Nwangele, I quickened my pace trying to go around the circumference of the lake in a faster time. Half of the perimeter of the lake is not sheltered by trees and the rain hammered me as I walked.

Because I was so deep in the forest I welcomed the rain. It had been a long time since rain fell on me. It brought back childhood memories of my village, Akokwa. How grandmother would allow me to shower in the rain and I would position myself to let the waterfall from the zinc pound my head.

Except for ripples of raindrops the lake was calm. I don't think it has frogs and toads like the old Nwangele Lake before it dried up, but I have seen people catch medium-size fish and crabs in Wolfe Lake. Where were they today? Only a little rain and everybody but me was gone. They couldn't have been serious fishermen.

When I'd completed the circumference of the lake I turned the corner and began to walk back up the trail to where I began the journey. I was drenched but happy. My fear had lessened. Let it rain on me, I murmured with wet lips. I slowed my ascent up the hill. Why hurry when I was already soaking wet?

Almost halfway back to my car, a steady breeze came to glue my shirt to my skin. Uneasiness and cold sent a shuddering sensation around my chest. I tried to peel parts of my shirt away from my skin but it was not enough to save me from the chills, so I let the shivers plague me.

More power walking and I could see the outline of my car, all by itself in a field that could swallow six hundred and seven cars. Pride filled my heart. Not empty pride, but a pride of accomplishment.

Breakthrough ideas did not come, but I sure laid the foundation for one. No farmer sows a corn seed without tilling the ground, preparing the fields, and cutting the weeds. The same with ideas; they don't just come out of thin air. And they come when least expected.

Who knows what channels had been opened in my mind by the experience of rain on the body, the reconnection of the past to the present, and the remembrance of Nwangele?

Back in my car, I peeled off my wet shirt and put on a coat jacket. Where is everybody on this rainy day at Wolfe Park?

End

Creative Brainstorming: How to Channel Your Best Ideas to Create a Winning Product

Creative Brainstorming is that phase in the production process that is all about idea-generation. Some of the best ideas known to man have been thought up during this phase. But just what happens during the brainstorming phase? It's hard to pinpoint exactly how brainstorming occurs because it can be different for different people. But we have focused in on some of the most important elements of brainstorming that aid in the creative process.

THE THEORY OF EVERYTHING

In science there is an idea about "the theory of everything," which implies that every single idea or thing came from one central original thing. It's an interesting idea and can be applied somewhat to the idea of creative brainstorming. Consider brainstorming as the generating of numerous ideas that come from one major concept. From this major concept you can brainstorm various subtopics that can fall under the main topic and then further expand from there. This technique is good when you need one major concept from which you can build specific details and ideas that surround the central theme. This sort of brainstorming often works well with "mind maps," which take the idea of growing ideas from one major concept and expanding out.

IDENTIFY GOALS

Once you have let all of the creative ideas out in the open, you will want to focus on your goals. Whether it be for more sales in your business, more engagement from readers (as an author), or just more interest in your ideas, you need to decide what it is that you wish to accomplish from your efforts. This will guide your brainstorming so that it won't include every single thing, but begin to be more focused toward reaching the goals you have set forth.

WEEDING YOUR GARDEN

In this phase of creative brainstorming, you will want to consider each and every idea that your team through out in the initial brainstorming session, while always considering what you should eliminate to fine-tune the concept. For example, if your central idea is to expand your Human Resources department, in the weeding phase, you will want to focus on all of the ideas that you think you could feasible carry out within your organization and weed out those that you don't have the budget for, or which are not practical within your work environment. Don't forget though to also brainstorm ways you could try new ideas, including outsourcing work when needed, in order to meet your goals.

FINE-TUNING THE IDEA INTO A MARKETABLE CONCEPT

Steve Jobs once said, "There is a quantum leap between an idea and a marketable product." There is a lot of truth in this. So when engaging in creative brainstorming, you will eventually want to fine-tune the idea into "what sells?" In other words, while money is not the entire goal, you should always keep the practical aspects of your idea in mind, and how it will sell once on the market. You must also brainstorm what market your finished product will likely fit into as well.

FROM CONCEPT TO PRODUCT

During the process of brainstorming, you will want to not only brainstorm about your product or idea, but also about the market that you plan to put your product in. By knowing your specific market, you should be able to fit the needs of your customers more to your product, thereby increasing your sales and loyalty to your product over the long haul.

Creativity in brainstorming is not hard. But it involves going through the stages from original concept to production, so that you not only focus on the idea but also on the end result. In business, this is as important as the creative process itself and it keeps the creative process focusing on end product, so that there is more of a fit between what you create and the customers' needs and wants. In creative arts like writing or music composition, for example, it will help you to fine-tune the art that you put out so that your work not only inspires the imagination but also finds its audience.

Creative Inspiration Hit - NOW WHAT?

This morning I was listening to the Accidental Creative Podcast on my commute to work. As will sometimes happen, I found the discussion triggering my creative juices. My mind went into over-drive with thoughts and ideas that were flowing faster than my mind could process them. At some point, I had to push the pause button and stop the podcast... it felt like my head was going to explode. I am not the most patient individual. And here I was with these raw ideas that I wanted to act upon immediately. Instead, I was stuck in stop-and-go traffic on route 3.

This is not an uncommon occurrence for me. I suspect it is not for many others, as well. An idea hits and you feel like, if you don't act upon it immediately, it will be lost in the stratosphere for ever... never to be seen again. However, situations (like being stuck in a car) don't often allows for these ideas to be carried out when they hit.

I have also noticed an other interesting phenomenon. The longer I think about an idea, the less the chance I will act upon it. Sometimes, this is because I realize that the idea was just crap, and I am thankful I didn't waste my time on it. But, often there is a level of hesitation due to fear of failure. Other times, I get intimidated by the level of effort an idea requires to see through to fruition. However, more often than not, I don't follow an idea through because I gradually lose the enthusiasm I originally had for that project. Over time, I came to realize that I wasn't acting on many perfectly sound ideas and sought to develop an easy way to rectify this.

So, what did I do this morning when my head was about to explode? I love http://www.evernote.com ability to record notes. In fact, I have the Evernote Widget prominent on my smartphone so I can record with little effort. This morning, I performed a brain dump recording that kept going until I had nothing else to say (i.e. the exploding brain sensation subsided). I also keep a journal with me at all times (I like unlined pages... lines make me feel restricted). In this journal, among other things, is where I keep a permanent record of my raw ideas. So, as soon as I got into work, I replayed my recording and put it to paper in a slightly more cohesive format (yet, by no means finalized). At a later time, if I decide the idea is a good one, I will develop this idea even further on paper.

Here's what I have discovered. By having my ideas on paper, I am more likely to act upon the ones that are worth seeing through. In many cases, much of the hard work has already been done. I find that the physical tasks associated with an idea often feel less intimidating when already thought out and on paper. Also, because this is a multi-process step, that is initiated when I am feeling inspired and continued in smaller chunks, there is less chance of feeling overwhelmed (the "eat an elephant one bite at a time" philosophy).

Here are the key points:

1) When creative inspiration hits, perform a brain-dump as soon as possible. Don't stop until you have exhausted all points.

2) Don't worry about quality at this stage. Just get it on paper

3) Refine your idea on paper. It doesn't have to be perfect, just cohesive enough to make sense later

4) Go back and review your ideas. Decide which ones are worthy and which are not

5) Follow-through with the worthy ideas.

The Pathways To Creativity

Lighted Roadside Rings

There is a spirit in man and the inspiration of the Almighty gives them understanding"*

CREATIVITY: ABILITY TO ENGAGE IN AN ACTIVITY in order to CREATE!

What is creativity? Creativity, I will simply say is the ability to create or produce something new; it's that which a man possesses which makes him engage in activity that produces new dimension of awareness or reality. Creativity is the result of Inspiration or a higher consciousness of being. This article will take a brief look at how creative thoughts or ideas are formed or obtained.

(a) Thoughts: Your thought stream is a principal pathway to creative ideas. The human mind is the seat of thoughts, and countless thoughts pass thought the human mind every second. The mind is a very potent tool and when trained well to engage actively in creative ideas can generate useful and creative ideas. Great thoughts are products of great thinking; great inventors have been known to have personal thinking rooms.

(b) Dreams: The subject of dreams is of much controversy in different circles yet it is a common avenue through which great ideas have been known to have sprung from. I will not go into theories or works of psychologists like Sigmund Freud here.

In 1861 August Kekule woke from his sleep, and he came up with the structure of the Benzene Molecule the way he had seen it in his dream like a snake eating its tail. As much as dream is a pathway to creative ideas, it is not a must to stay asleep for hours to receive creative ideas.

A Pharaoh in Egypt saw in his dreams an imminent famine and this guided his decision to put in place the first grain storage system the world has ever known through the help of a Jewish youth who interpreted the dreams who was instantly promoted to the post of the Prime Minister of the then world power

(c) Silence: Most creative thoughts are brewed in silent moments. Listening to the voice of silence can reveal it to you. Being quiet in your heart can pave way for the next creative ideas it is clearly obvious that we perform less under much noise and confusion neither can we seem to fathom out any useful idea when we are troubled within us. Calmness and tranquility within us put us in a very good stead for conceiving more refined ideas.

(d) Meditation: Meditating or pondering on an issue can be another pathway to birthing a more useful idea, your subconscious mind could process and relate productive thoughts at this particular time as you reflect on an issue. As you spend more time pondering on a particular subject, you begin to see it from a new perspective and you are open to more ideas on the same issue.

(e) Ambiance: The environment you find yourself affects how you come to terms with your creativity. Have you ever wondered why multinationals and other big organizations take into cognizance their environment? They know how it affects their productivity and how it also makes it easy for their employees to be more creative. Spending time to create a more aesthetic environment around you will go a long way to affect how receptive you are to new ideas.

(f) Self awareness: Discovery always precedes recovery; constantly evaluating yourself makes you more aware of happenings around you as they relate to you. You consciously and regularly discover who you are. Your eyes are opened to your strengths and your weaknesses. And you gain new insights to how you can come up with the best ideas in the same situation.

(g) The Spirit of God: This is the most important source or pathway of creativity. In actual fact all the other pathways are subject to this. This Spirit is the main drive behind the creation of the Universe itself, and He is the one that triggers the creative nature within us. When we are in touch with Him He takes us to the unusual frequency where creativity resides. Access to Him activates the other pathways of creativity.

Keep achieving Greatness!

The Habit of a Journalist

Woman in White Long Sleeved Shirt Holding a Pen Writing on a Paper

Out of all the activities, journaling according to me is the healthiest activity. You feel relieved after spilling out every single thought going through your head. It is a fun activity as well because you play with your own words and ways of expression. Everyone should make journaling a habit.

Most of us feel like giving up writing after a week or two. Have you ever wondered why does this happen? This is because we don't make it a routine habit. We actually think of it as a hectic task but not as a pleasurable and joyful activity.

At the very beginning we get stuck at finding the right topic to write on. One easiest way of getting rid of this problem is to right about what you've done for the whole day. Write down about your daily routine, your work, your love life, things you like and things you dislike. Writing about your own self is one of the simplest topic you can ever find.

Secondly, reading can also help. Searching for random stuff on internet including journals written by different people can give you various ideas about what to write and how to write it. Reading helps you learn better ways to express your thoughts and ideas. This is how you learn how to express your inner thoughts and feelings through relevant and affective words.

Try to find out inspirations. Your inspirations and aspirations are basically the sources of motivation. Bookmark the journals, articles, quotes or texts you like. Keep a record for present and future reference.

Environment and your state of mind are also quite important. The time when you wake up in the morning is considered as the period when you can effectively utilize all your senses to produce excellent work. Moreover, it is important to be in a relaxing environment where you feel good. It affects your mind more than you can imagine and it enhances the productivity rate as well. For instance, while sitting under a huge tree with a cup of tea, you can think about so many things and can transform all those thoughts and ideas into some amazing words. All you need is a good diary with a fine pen like that of Parker or Pelikan.

In the end, all I want to say is if you want to write, just start doing it. You will feel a lot better and productive. Mark my words.

7 Steps to Cultivate Your Creativity

Coffee-filled Cup on Saucer Beside Macbook and Iphone on Desk

Being creative can be harder than you think! But it's a skill that you can easily learn with a bit of practice and a few simple steps.

Boost your creativity with some of the following exercises and see how many new ideas you can cultivate in no time.

1. Be a beginner. Go straight to the basics in something you have never done before. Waterski, crochet or write a poem for the first time and take all the first steps beginners do and ask all the same questions. Then turn around and wonder about your own project and assess it as if seeing it for the first time.

2. Make lists. In order to come up with the best ideas, you have to come up with a lot of ideas. So choose one aspect of your custom logo products and come up with as many variations as you can for that one part - the wilder the better. Some of your ideas will be silly, but maybe there is also your next great concept hidden in the midst.

3. Embrace the accidents. Many great discoveries came about through sheer accident. Learn from every scenario, even if it isn't what you hoped for, and be open to the possibility that the surprise is the better solution.

4. Use all your senses. To become an expert on something, you have to know everything about it from all sides. Taste, see, smell, feel and hear the sounds of your subject.

5. Creative time. Many artists and writers agree that the best time to be creative should be at the same time every day. Whether it's an hour before bed or first thing when you wake up, train your brain to be at its best at these certain times. Free write, sketch or otherwise brainstorm to spark that creativity "on demand."

6. Engage with someone different. There is no one type of creativity nor only one way to be creative. Connect with someone with whom you would normally disagree or not understand. You are bound to learn a lot about their kind of creativity and maybe something about your own as well.

7. Change the perspective. Take the question you have been working from and see how many ways you can rephrase and turn it around. Make sure your focus truly meets your audience's needs.

After exploring different techniques to being creative, consider which are the best, the ones worth pursuing. Look past the good of each to the pros and cons, to the worst case scenarios and everything in between. Put your ideas head to head and let the final best of them all win.

Get The Life You Want By Accepting That How To Create Miracles Is In Your Power

Have you truly witnessed any miracles in your life? Or possibly I should ask a much stronger concern:

Are miracles real?

Is it possible for you to create miracles as the secret to getting what you want.

Let's consider, are miracles real?

Whatever your answer is to either of these questions, I can tell you why miracles can happen, not magic, and are for real as the secret to getting what you want while in this world.

The Course in Miracles states, "Miracles occur naturally as expressions of love. The real miracle is the love that inspires them."

I have seen a great deal of miracles in my own life, and I see real miracles practically every day.

Would not that be a true miracle if you are considering improving your health, and experienced, say, the power of mindfulness meditation come into your life and become a great friend and teacher?

Would not that be a wonderful miracle if you are thinking of enhancing your spiritual life, and you suddenly discovered a book by a spiritual master who thinks just like you do?

Would not that be the miracle if you wish to enhance your financial life, and a retired multi-millionaire living on the other end of the world contacted you and was willing to teach you his/her success strategies?

Would not that be the miracle as the secret to getting what you want when you want to do a joint business endeavor, and someone from out of nowhere calls you and turns out together you make one of the very best joint ventures ever?

Would not that be the miracle to get the life you want when you think about a service for an issue, and a brilliant concept unexpectedly hits you?

True miracles happen all over the globe every day, and the secret to getting what you want through real miracles can happen to you.

And the good news is you can intentionally create true miracles in your life, and you don't need to do much work.

All it takes is a couple of brand-new ideas and your inner-awareness.

By putting these powerful brand-new thoughts into your awareness, and then reflecting it into your exterior world, you are actually transforming your life by way of the miracle.

The Course in Miracles further teaches, "Miracles are natural. When they do not occur something has gone wrong."

I am going to give you a quick food-for-thought lesson on the secret to getting what you want while here on earth, that you can use for how to create miracles in your life.

It begins with opening your mind and going within to your inner-awareness.

Everything you desire is already here:.

Einstein had spent years to prove something to the world, "Time does not exist, it only exists as an illusion in a human's mind".

The other day is the same as today and it is the exact same as tomorrow if time does not exist. There is only one time that is now.

If time does not exist, then everything that potentially exists will be existing here.

Envision you are taking a trip from point A to point B, however it takes no time at all since time doesn't exist. There is no range; they both exist at the very same place and at the exact same time.

Everything that can perhaps exist, exists here, consisting of the picture you are holding in your mind.

The things you envision in your mind are absolutely nothing artificial, it is as real as your arms and legs.

Researchers explain the world as a world of possibility, everything in this world exists as a probability, and this is why miracles can happen.

The portrait you paint in your mind exists as a probability that is already in quantum consciousness waiting to take shape and material form.

It's how to create miracles. How to create miracles is as basic as that, select your own picture, and the universe will supply the result you want.

Here is something I'm asking you to do after you're finished contemplating this lesson:.

Pick something you actually desire, form a visual, a photo, if you will, firmly in your mind, and tell yourself that it is currently here, and accept it as a fact.

Do this quite a few times throughout the day and you will get addicted to it, and before you know it the reality of the secret to getting what you want will be real in this world.

Message From the Universe: You Are ONE of a Kind

"Of course not everyone understands you.

It takes crazy to know crazy.

It takes sexy to know sexy.

And most assuredly, it takes cool to know cool.

Yeah, uh-huh, alright -
The Universe"

You are one of a kind and different from many others roaming on our large planet. Never wait for others approval to allow you to reach your dreams. You are in control of what you need to do so go out there and just do it. Remember that many are too afraid of their own shadows and wouldn't want to see you succeed because of their fear to be left behind. It is unfortunate but also true. Many are miserable in their career so when you go and share your great ideas and dreams, they feel like they are stuck in a rut and you are working on reaching ultimate happiness and financial success. Do you think they want to allow that to happen? Absolutely not. They will do everything in their power to discourage you at all cost to make your dreams a reality. They will find every possible way to share their so called concern for your failure for you to not move forward. They will provide detailed explanation as to why your idea will NOT work so they can see you settle for a miserable job as they did themselves. So how can you avoid all that? Do not look for others approval to do anything. Leave them in their misery and focus on your own happiness.

It is important to realize that NO one is out there to help you reach success at their expense. Everyone will focus to reach their own dreams and goals. Zig Ziglar, one of the most popular motivational speaker of all time often said to help others succeed first prior to your own, as yours will follow right after. I guess it worked for him very well. There is abundance everywhere, and many fail to see it as they are too focused on looking at what is available around their vicinity. They do not see the bigger picture. They are too afraid of failure that often miss the many opportunities available to them. I agree that living a wealthy life is in everyone's goal and aspiration, but missing out on living your life TODAY will make you miss out of more important things. There is nothing wrong for reaching financial wealth but don't put aside living your life today at the expectation to have a better life tomorrow. Appreciate and enjoy what you have NOW as you have no guarantee for the future. Today is what's important as yesterday is already gone and tomorrow has no certainty.

Decide What You Want Out Of Life, Then Create Your Life

An excellent truth about how to create the life you want to live is in understanding the deep space of thought. It's how successful people grow, but what many others don't understand is that we bring about, whatever it is we map out within.

Your ideas born of your thoughts are producing a potential scenario for you while your feelings are creating more thoughts.

It is unbending in its operation for you to create the life you want to live.

The knowledge that you have the power over what do you want out of life is really thrilling. Have you began to bring in to you those things that ran out of reach before you understood it?

I will help you with a road or a guide map, if you will, and give you the essential tools needed to create the life you want to live.

From here you can begin to create the life you want to live.

Do not simply skim through this thought-provoking article, but use the methods that are offered in it to create the life you want to live.

There are a few essential elements that are missing in the average world citizen's approach to figuring out life and the power of reflection.

- Most people cannot get specific.

"I want to be abundant", "I desire a new vehicle" or "I want a relationship". Just how much cash does it take to be abundant and get the life you want?

You should realize that there is no shortage of new vehicles however who makes the one you desire and what color does it come in?

- Many want to manifest their dreams and at the best time-frame for it to take place.

It understands how best to manifest your desires and it knows the best ways to do it a lot faster than you do.

Get really particular about your desires, down to elaborate details, but be really versatile about the method which that desire will manifest!

Deep inner-awareness is eternal and infinite and is boundless in a number of ways deep thought and awareness might send your desire to you.

- A cause of failure, to accomplish results with the Law Of Attraction, for many, depends on the failure to generate visualization.

The required feeling when visualizing, affirming or just thinking about their desire is important. You must stimulate the feelings that are related to your desire.

Why do you want that specific car and truck, because particular color?

- You need to take some action. Action is necessary.

This entire Universal vibrating energy is an ocean of love and movement, to create the life you want to live.

The Course in Miracles states, "This world is causeless, as is every dream that anyone has dreamed within the world."

In order to receive what you desire you must align. Take some small actions towards your goal of what do you want out of life, even if it's just hanging a picture of that brand-new car or truck, or trying to find a brand-new house.

The Course in Miracles further states, "The dreamer of a dream is not awake, but does not know he sleeps."

When you have established a plan to attain, manifest or attract something, give the timing of it to your inner Guide working diligently in your deepest inner-awareness.

When you actually get clear on what do you want out of life, start the manifestation procedure and begin utilizing the power of reflection to bring it to you.

To getting the life you want!

The Most Significant Ways To Reclaim Your Life

How To Make Sense Of Chaos

You may believe your life is spinning out of control.

However, it's a misguided perception because you're invested in your circumstances and unable to see an alternative solution.

I'm drawn to the tale by Anthony de Mello which highlights our reaction to life:

Everyone was surprised by the Master's updated metaphor: "Life is like a motor car."

They waited in silence, knowing that an explanation would not be long in coming.

"Oh yes," he said at length. "A motor car can be used to travel to the heights."

Another silence.

"But most people lie in front of it and allow it to run over them and then blame it for the accident."

Our greatest challenge in life is overcoming our sense of helplessness. However, this too is an illusion and not what's taking place.

"Circumstances are powerless, too. Your perception of outside events is solely dependent on your thinking and mind-set. And since your thinking and mind-set ebb and flow, it makes little sense to take the content of your thoughts as written in stone and requiring action," affirms author and sports psychologist Garret Kramer in The Path of No Resistance: Why Overcoming is Simpler than You Think.

When we become invested in the drama around us, we cannot make sense of it and assume chaos is detrimental.

In fact, upheaval may be what we need to advance us to the next point in our life.

The most significant act we can undertake to reclaim our life, is to surrender. I realise this goes against every principle of setting your life on track. Nevertheless, what if this simple understanding propelled you to a new way of life?

Author Mary O'Malley states in What's in the Way Is the Way: A Practical Guide for Waking Up to Life, "Opening to Life brings you into full engagement with what is happening rather than keeping you caught in a conversation about Life. We could call it surrender, but this doesn't mean being defeated. It means finally giving up your war with what Life is bringing you."

The Process Called Life

Surrender does not mean apathy, yet something more significant. It entails yielding to the process called life, by allowing what needs to transpire, irrespective of your thoughts and preconceived ideas.

Your ideas and beliefs about the world give meaning to what is taking place around you.

To reclaim your life, requires finding your own path and following the journey wherever it leads. It's a rewarding adventure, given the many discoveries made along the way.

Thus, it pays to be vigilant and know what's important to you.

It's easy to be distracted by unimportant matters. Many people succumb to this way of living because they react to what happens before them, instead of focusing on what's essential.

"Saying yes to reality-to the things we cannot change-is like choosing to turn around and sit in the saddle in the direction the horse is going. Sitting that way is mindfulness, an honouring of the here and now without the distractions of fear or desire," avows author David Richo in The Five Things We Cannot Change: And the Happiness We Find by Embracing Them.

It's In Your Response

How you respond to life, reflects whether you're pulled by situations or people that don't relate with your deepest values.

Life proceeds with its own agenda, directed through you. Yet, it's derailed by trivial matters since we lose sight of what we value most.

I liken it to working on a computer and besieged with pop-up messages from a mail program.

If you're like most people, they respond to the messages, texts or incoming calls as they arise because they're habituated to do so, like Pavlovian Conditioning.

What if there's a better reaction instead of plunging ourselves into unimportant issues?

The choice is not to allow external events to disrupt your inner stability.

We must be mindful of the excuses that keep us trapped in our comfort zone. This safe harbour is where we avoid confronting life's pressing issues while delaying the inevitable.

Eventually, it overwhelms us because we've grown accustomed to running away from our problems instead of meeting them head-on.

"People automatically thrive when they stop making circumstantial excuses for their feelings. They find clarity, take judgment off the table, and then feel a connection with everything around them," states Garret Kramer.

Life needn't be a series of unfortunate events. You have the power to take affirmative action to reclaim your life. First, you must discover what's important to you and let go of any distractions that don't complete the picture.

I assure you, life will pull you in every direction not of your choosing. If you're not resolute, you'll find yourself in a place you care little for.

This is why many people are unhappy in intimate relationships because they're enticed by the initial spark that alights their interest. They respond like a child with new toys, believing the situation will stay the same. It seldom does and soon enough they find themselves stuck and unable to navigate life.

Life is not to blame for your circumstances. It results from your less than unwavering commitment to pursue what's important.

If you're in a position that does not benefit you, ask yourself, "What really matters?"

Continue to pose this question for thirty days until answers appear. What emerges will be insights giving you clues to what you value most.

Pursue it.

However, what arises, may go against your better judgement and force you out of your comfort zone - that's okay, go with it.

Listen, for something to be of value, you must let go of fixed ideas not in alignment with a greater vision for your life.

Tune In To Your Inner Wisdom

There's a place within you, a universal wisdom that knows your needs. You may not be aware of it as it's drowned out by the incessant chatter in your mind.

This radio mind distracts you of what's essential.

To live a spirited life, turn down the volume on your thoughts and tune in to the ever silent, infinite wisdom that lies deep within you.

I assure you it's there.

People claim not to hear it or that it doesn't exist because they can't get quiet enough to perceive it.

It may take months or years to drown out the incessant chatter and allow the silent voice to direct you to the life you're meant to live.

What's the rush, anyway?

Your Instagram and Facebook friends will still be there, so set aside your communication devices for now.

Don't go another minute living a complicated life, claiming it's a series of trials and tribulations.

Be vigilant in your response to life and trust there's a greater plan for you, beyond your understanding. You needn't know the plan in its entirety right now.

Follow the trail, via your emotions to reclaim your life. Take one step at a time.

Everyday, life will show you what needs to be completed, who you need to meet with, what books you need to read and the resources you require.

As the opening tale proposes, step out of the way of the motor car and into the passenger seat to assume your role as creator and navigator of your life.

Postponing Procrastination

Procrastination: on goals, actions, to-do lists, ideas. The report that needs to be done, presentation to prepare, even fitness targets we want to achieve. They can start piling up and lead us to feel overwhelmed, which may make us procrastinate even more.

Have you been known to decide to start a task, only to immediately go and put the kettle on? Have you justified leaving a task because you need to be in the right mood, or have enough time to tackle it? Or completed easier, or fun tasks, over and above the ones you know you "should" be doing?

Wouldn't it be good if you could understand why you procrastinate and how you can get into the right state of mind when you need it, so that you can maintain your motivation, purpose and drive?

This is where an in-depth self-awareness is key. People often sabotage their own success through perfectionism, fear of failure or making mistakes, or simply not playing to their own strengths. Additionally, it could be due to:

  • Negative self-talk can reduce self-esteem and confidence.
  • Telling yourself you "should" do something, rather than "could", implies judgement rather than a sense of hopefulness
  • Perfectionism can sometimes hide a fear of not doing something well/right or thoughts of never being allowed to make a mistake
  • Cognitive bias such as Imposter Syndrome can make us worry that we'll be found out as frauds and that we don't deserve to be doing what we're doing.

We procrastinate often because there's a fear to our sense of worth, and our "reward" (or feel good) system is threatened. We like fun and stress-free today, not to feel all these concerns.
But this means we're not very good at looking out for our future self. I often ask clients, "what would your future-self say to you right now? Would they be asking you to get on with it, so that they don't have twice as much work or have a serious deadline to do it all in?"

Procrastination is making our future-self pay the price of us not doing something today. When we procrastinate, we are valuing the current moment more than what we're going to have to go through later. Sometimes all we need to do is think about how much more work our future-self will have to do, to get us to start now.

As well as asking ourselves these questions, we need to work out if we have any beliefs that are causing us to put off doing the important things, and therefore putting our future self under more pressure. Our brains don't like moving outside of our comfort zone, without a lot of confidence and determination, so we'll find ways of not having to go there. Our past can haunt our current thinking. But when we feel confident, we're happy to take action.

Consider the following:

  • Work out what triggers you to put things off. What are you concerned about or avoiding? For example, failure, criticism, rejection?
  • Do you need to improve your knowledge or skills?
  • Get rid of external distractions - ensure a tidy work space, turn the phone off, close down social media, turn off the email notification ping!
  • Prioritise your to-do list, thinking about what is really essential.
  • Break down actions to small, achievable tasks.
  • Also delegate or even delete things where you can.
  • Focus your mind on getting started. You'll be surprised how much you can get done once you get started! It's the thought of it that can often put us off.
  • Celebrate achievements and successes. When your mind can see results, overwhelm reduces.

Lastly, are there any habits that are contributing to not getting things done. For instance, coming home and switching the TV on, spending 2 hours checking emails in the morning, even finding housework that for some reason needs to be done right now! Not that these are from personal experience!!
Just consider all that you can achieve when you postpone your procrastination! Your future self will really appreciate it.

Stay Informed And Take Honest Action, Then All Else Will Be Added

The power of a good life is not just to have knowledge of how to live a good life, we can have lots of knowledge miles long, yet it can be thin and weak. We need to apply the knowledge to genuinely make it stronger. Some of the greatest ideas came out of people who genuinely could not fully carry them out. But, some of those who carried those great ideas out got the credit for them, because they carried them out.

Sure, there are great "idea people", but just as deserving of the credit as those "idea people" are the "action takers" that take the idea and run with it. Do not discount them, they take a dream and make it real.

All right, the reality of the situation is as follows, sure a good idea can be created, but if it is not implemented, it is nothing more than a dream. Do not get me wrong, dreamers are important, very important, but what is just as important is the realization of the dreams and ideas, remember that, not just as you read, but remember that in reality after you read.

But, even more important than what I mentioned is that we should not limit ourselves to the reality "in front of us". We should always see and rationally work on possibilities. Realistic thinking is healthy, but overtly limiting ourselves is unhealthy. Because I did not say do not see the forest for the trees, but I did say that balance between dreams and implementation of ideas is always important.

So, here is where the ridiculous comes in: Ideas without any realistic way of implementing them. A goal, definite purpose and dream is one good thing, but a total wish without a base is not good. Like I said, we can have all the knowledge and aspirations in existence, but they will be pathetic and thin without a way to implement them or a definite goal.

We may have great ideas, but implementation is the key to the kingdom of fulfillment. Without that total approach, everything is just "romantic crap" without a base or a genuine way to do it. Sure, those last two sentences bring things to a head in this article well, but strength of character comes from that total approach, everything else is just empty and foolish talk, dreams and "bluster". Stay informed, take honest fulfilling action and all else will be added ultimately with rational persistence and perseverance.

Build an Influential Lifestyle

In today's society there is so much noise that to compete you have to be louder in every aspect of your life. You are competing with social events and other distractions and most importantly what is influencing your decision-making and the barriers that make it hard to reach your full potential. Your goal should be to create an identity for yourself that involves yourself with great leaders, and that channels your expectations and your goals and most importantly your power to control the influential lifestyle you're seeking. It is very important to understand that you can't have everyone as your friend. You must select only a few and I mean only a hand-full of people into your environment.

What you need to accomplish is a ground game to access the necessary information from these groups of people you surround yourself with, and I'm talking about the LEADERS, the SMART, and most SUCCESSFUL, POWERFUL RISK takers that you can find. For there is where you will find many solutions and ideas. Once you discover these leaders in your circle, create firewalls around them by having the greatest relationship with them as possible, this will allow you to break into other markets of great leaders and people in the marketplace.

Example: Find the people who are really influential in the business that you want to start, and let's say you don't have the funds to start the business, which can ordinarily be tough. Find them and connect with them, grab their ATTENTION and don't let GO! You have to pass the gate- keeper, so call them, email them and call them again and email them again and repeat! Sound persistent? You should be a billboard that they can't stop looking at. Remember successful and powerful people who are very influential want to be surrounded by other people who want to be like them. If you are loyal to seeking their attention it will give them a sense of urgency to connect. However you must remember that these powerful and influential people hear a lot of noise so you have to be louder than that noise, and quite frankly that will be your way of life once you build that relationship.

So be LOUD and go out to create a lot of noise and get the ATTENTION that you need to be POWERFUL and INFLUENTIAL to create the lifestyle you need for yourself. And don't doubt yourself! And my question to you is are you going to go out there and be GREAT? And are you going to STAY GREAT! Remember it's all about the connections that have INFLUENCE!

Make Your Ideas Clear

4 Ways to Have a Meaningful Conversation

Image result for conversation

I never really thought much about if the conversations I were having everyday were meaningful or not. Not until recently did I really take a step back and focus on what I was conversing about on a daily basis. In order to grow in your relationships you have to have those meaningful conversations, get to really know the person you're talking to; their wants, needs, hopes, fears, and dreams. When I thought about all the people I care about and who I talk to on a daily basis, I'm not sure I can say that I know them on that level. Life is too short for bland and boring conversations; get to know those you admire on a deeper level.

1. Stop gossiping

The old saying goes, if you don't have anything good to say about no one do say anything at all. Sadly when I think of past conversations I've had with my girlfriends, I can think of a few that were centered on gossip. Gossip doesn't make you feel good, if anything it makes you feel worse about yourself. It leaves a sour taste in your mouth. Talk less about others and more about ideas, events, dreams etc. It's time to STOP talking about someone else, put the focus on each other, and THINK before you speak,

T - is it true?
H - is it helpful?
I - is it inspiring?
N - is it necessary?
K - is it kind?

"What Susie says of Sally says more of Susie than Sally"

2. Put down the phone

We live in a world where our lives are centered around social media. People feel more comfortable texting their friends, loved ones than they do actually talking to them in person. This baffles me that it has come to this. How can you have a meaningful conversation with someone when you are busy checking out the Instagram pic of Lucy's selfie. For most it is a reflex to pick up the phone every few minutes or so, believe me nothing life changing has happened in the last two minutes on social media. Be present in your conversations. Put your phone in your purse or pocket and don't check it until your conversation is over. This is a challenge I know, but you will not regret it.

3. Look them in the eyes

We all have done it; passed a stranger when walking and looked down instead of at them. But we aren't just doing this to people we don't know, but to those we do. I am guilty of this and it is something I am working on to change. When I tell someone my feelings for them it's easier to look at anything else than in their eyes. But your message won't mean as much unless you are truly connected with that person. Look people in the eyes and don't be afraid or intimidated to do so. You can get to know a lot about someone just by looking at them. Research shows that people are more likely to tell you the truth if you look them in the eyes. Why? Because it makes them feel you are trustworthy. I want people to know they can trust me.

"Eye contact is more intimate than words will ever be."

4. Tell the truth

Say what you mean and mean what you say. Humans are deceptive beings. A lot of times it's much easier to lie than tell the truth. It is much easier to agree with someone than disagreeing in fear you might start an argument. Let me tell you something, having different opinions than your friends or loved ones is GOOD! This is a great base for a conversation starter. A healthy banter opens your mind to other views and helps you accept the different opinion. You have more respect for one another, information and knowledge can be shared between the two of you without any judgment being passed. It feels good to share your passion with others and to get their truthful and positive feedback. This will help you grow as a person and in your relationships as well.

5 Ways the Rules of Success Have Changed (From SUCCESS Academy )

We’re living in an opportunity-filled age where anyone can open the door to success.
Thanks to the very technology you’re using to read these words, ordinary people can solve extraordinary problems. And experience extraordinary results.
The rules of success have changed rapidly in the last 20 years, giving you the keys to unlocking achievement that no one predicted were even possible just decades ago.

Rule #1: The “little guy” holds all the power.

If you’re reading this, you are the little guy. You don’t have the capital, the workforce or resources available to Fortune 100 companies, or at least you don’t have access to them right now. But what you do have is all of the power you need to create necessities for success—ideas, money, people to help.
Technology has made it possible for you to create the essential elements of business out of thin air. For the very first time, individuals can disrupt entire industries by themselves. Just think about all the dorm room startups we’ve seen turn into million and billion dollar companies. We’re living in an incredible age and big business is shaking in its boots.
As you’re about to discover, all you need is a problem to solve, an idea and a passion to drive you. Let’s use startup costs as an example…

Rule #2: Startup costs are no longer an issue.

While compiling research for entrepreneurs and students at Singularity University to embrace as part of an Exponential Thinking exercise, I sat down and spoke with Eric Migicovsky, the founder of Pebble, an Apple iWatch competitor.
Eric went from next to nothing—just an idea in a project “incubator” think-tank program to a direct competitor to Apple, overnight with a single Kickstarter Campaign.
He had planned to do it step-by-step, sending press releases, going to events, looking for angel investors—all the strategies you had to use 20 or even 10 years ago to get funding for an idea.
But within two hours of his Kickstarter launch, his idea caught on and his followers, fueled by passion and viral internet hype, raised his entire $100,000 goal. Within six days, his project was the most funded project in Kickstarter history. He raised $4.7 million with 30 days left.
Money used to be the issue that kept businesses off the ground—even the smallest of startups. You had to take a massive risk to get started, investing your money or convincing investors while moving forward to create a product or offer you had to hope people would buy.
Crowdfunding has eliminated this barrier. If you have a great idea, you no longer need money to get it off the ground.

Rule #3: You can crowdsource your workforce.

You don’t need physical employees or a team in place to launch your idea anymore. And I’m not talking about your ability to outsource work to a single freelancer—I’m talking about true incentive-based crowdsourcing.
I sat down recently with Jack Hughes, the founder of TopCoder, a platform that allows you to hire design and technology experts using a competition model: You submit a project, people from all over the world compete to give you the best possible work and you pay only the winner.
Using incentive competitions like this, lean companies with a small workforce have a distinct advantage over corporate powerhouses. Crowdsourcing your workforce is much less expensive than a room full of employees working on a project—and it often results in better work.

Rule #4: All it takes is an idea you’re willing to act on.

“Yes, but I don’t have an idea” is something I hear quite a bit from entrepreneurs who have bold business dreams but nothing to build them on. My response is always this: Look to your passion for ideas.
What can you see yourself doing every day? What gets you excited? How do you spend time when you’re not working?
Back in 1996, I wanted to go to space—that was my passion. But I was never going to be an astronaut. At the time, I didn’t have the money, but I announced a $10-million prize to the first privately financed team who could put a passenger vehicle 100 kilometers into space twice within two weeks.
It was the first “XPRIZE” and the beginning of my XPRIZE Foundation.
Twenty-six teams from around the world invested well over $100 million in attempts to win the “Ansari XPRIZE” for sending a private passenger spacecraft into space. All it took to get started was that big idea.
Supporters joined, we raised the prize money and crowdsourced the solution. SpaceshipOne was the result.

Rule #5: Look for the billion-person problems.

Here’s the big lesson I like to leave entrepreneurs with, or really anyone looking to build a successful venture: The first step is finding a billion-person problem. One problem that affects at least one billion people. A big goal you want to solve. I call it a “moonshot” goal.
For example, take a look at the work Elon Musk is doing with Tesla or any one of his companies right now. Their business models revolve around billion-person problems.
When you discover one of these problems and get passionate about it, you also inspire the passion of billions of other people who are ready to help you succeed. After those people get on board, you don’t need to worry about resources, ideas or even capital. The crowd helps you take care of it all.
These are the new rules of success—and they are changing every day. Can you keep up?
