Give Yourself Change - The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind

Woman Facing Sideways in Shallow Photo

Your intellect is divided into two parts - Conscious and Subconscious Mind. The Conscious Mind is in charge of analyzing the data received through your five senses. The Conscious Mind is the side we use when learning something new, like driving or any new subject.

By means of repetition, those "thoughts" are sent over to the Subconscious, that part of you which has the strongest connection with the Universal Mind.

These repeated thoughts become "Thinking Patterns" or Beliefs. These beliefs, combined with your conscious choice of feelings, attract to you Circumstances, People and Experiences that match what you are emitting.

Many people struggle with Manifestation. They change how they think, read self-help books and meditate more than most monks these days but still feel stuck.

Let's break this down a bit.

*When you want to attract something, you must OPEN yourself up.
* Whoever FEELS less, will continue to get less.
* The More Gratitude you are capable of expressing, the more you will love your life and be loved by others.
* Your Subconscious Mind cannot tell the difference between what is Real from what is Imagined.

• Open Yourself Up

A mind focused on Abundance, will Attract Abundance. When you want to receive something, you have to open your hands, you cannot receive something when you close your hands. You have to be open to the possibilities of being Abundant. You do so by believing that you are living in abundance, that you are wealthy and prosperous.

We tend to focus on things that we don't desire, how we don't want things to be and about how things could fail, if we took a certain path. It matters not what you are seeking, but if you focus on all the wrong thoughts, then that is what you will attract into your experience.

You see, the mind attracts to it whatever it's attuned to.

Take the simple example of waking up a bit late in the morning. The first thing to hit your mind will be, "I'm late". That thought will flood your mind with similar thoughts of a future you haven't even gotten to yet. You'll start seeing the consequences of showing up late, your boss waiting with a written warning at your office or plain old traffic in the street after 6am.

All those thoughts lead to a very unhappy ending, as much as they haven't taken physical form yet. That way of thinking leaves no room for anything else. Then you wonder why Sam woke up 15min after you and still got to work before you.

Much of this is caused by closing the communication line with your Intuition, which is your Non-Linear Intelligence System that knows it all. If you had listened to that small voice inside you, then you would have found a way to get to where you wanted to be on time.

Through Inspired Thought, Your Higher Self Guides you in every moment. Not knowing how you are going to do something, doesn't mean it won't happen.

You have to come from a place that matches your desired outcome, the universe knows just what to do.

• Remember The Principle - The More, The More; The Less, The Less

Imagine if your child never said thank you. Imagine them complaining about all the things they don't have, how long you're taking to buy that new toy and how they never get what they want, but you're always out buying stuff for them.

That is not a pleasant scene hey. This is also true for the Universe. If you never count your blessings, then God will stop blessing you until you wake up.

Gratitude is one of the Key Points to successful living. Dr. John Demartini said, "What we Think about and Thank about, we bring into our experience"

Gratitude unlocks the powers of the universe to make manifestation a breeze. Most of us are not really aware of all the complaints we make on a daily basis. "The President, the System, The New World Order, The Wars, The Hate, The... You get the picture. The more we focus on these things (Things that we hate, or don't have) the more they show up in OUR experience.

Throughout this article, I mention the word "experience". It is YOUR experience, YOUR world, YOUR beliefs creating that experience. In other words, this emphasis is made to make you realize that "YOU ARE THE CAPTAIN OF YOUR SOUL", as the late Nelson Mandela used to say.

• Subconscious Reprogramming

Your subconscious mind is the boss of all that happens to you, through you. Most of your actions are on autopilot. See, God gave us a great gift. That gift can sometimes be a curse, if neglected. This gift is called Habit!

Yes.

Habits are a gift or a curse. If certain habits don't serve you (like spending money unwisely, knowing you want more abundance) then your subconscious mind will just pick that up as you NOT wanting any more, because when you have more, you don't know what to do with it. If those habits serve you (like showing up for that audition, interview or workshop to better your life) then you will attract and continue to attract the things that will get you to your desired outcome.

Repeated thoughts become habit. Bob Proctor said, " Habit is God's way of making good automatic in our lives". Every thought absorbed by the subconscious, becomes a habit, a belief in you.

Those beliefs, determine whether you will attract prosperity or not.

Changing a subconscious belief is hard work though. You have to repeat your new beliefs for more than 20 days in order for them to become your new habits. One way of doing this is when you are asleep.

This is huge! It might just be the answer you have been searching for.

* Write down how you would like your life to be. "I am Wealthy" is where you could start. Begin with "I", because you are going to say this to yourself. Once you've completed your new life affirmations, grab your smartphone and open the voice recorder. You will want to do this in "high quality" format so your voice is clear, a Samsung usually does wonders (but it's OK if you don't own one, any phone will do). Hit the record button and read your new life out loud (record yourself). You may add some background music if you have experience with mixing softwares or technology, but your voice is the star of the show.

When your audio is complete, set your phone next to you at night, on the nightstand or under your pillow, just make sure you can hear it. Put the audio on repeat and doze off.

Commit to doing this for 21 days in a row and see the difference in just 7 days.

How To Choose Happiness No Matter What

Have you ever dwelled on unresolved conflicts for months, if not years, where all you can think about are the negative side of things?

Are you the kind of person who always sees a glass half empty instead of a glass half full?

Do you have a tendency to be overprotective, over-cautious, overstressed by little minutiae because you somehow find a way to interpret them as bad dangerous things?

If you are naturally inclined to be pessimistic about life, the chances are that you aren't happy most of the time. As sarcastic as it sounds, you are very good at finding reasons (or excuses) to be upset about everything that happens to you and this is negatively affecting your entire well-being.

Luckily, things don't have to be this way. You have a choice. You have latent personal power to change that.

While some people are hardwired to find the negatives in almost everything, others are the exact opposite who are able to find the good in everything.

If you tend to dwell on the negative, here's the big thing you can do now in order to change your perspective for the better.

It's called choosing happiness.

It sounds pretty simple although it's a difficult transformational process for some fellows.

The first thing you need to do is to remember what happens to you is not always within your control, but how you react to it is.

Once you realize this, you are immediately more powerful because you are now choosing how circumstances can affect you. You now understand that no one can make you sad, angry or depressed because your happiness does not depend on anyone or anything.

Your happiness depends on you.

This attitude can be a challenge for some, especially those who have years of ingrained habits, thinking patterns, and belief systems that shaped their worldview into a negativity-biased reality.

However, the idea of reframing is to push out the negative thoughts and try to see things with a different perspective.

For example, if your significant other recently left you, the negative reaction for most is to dwell on what you did wrong and to feel sorry for yourself. To reframe this thought, you must consider the other people you have in your life who still love you.

It is okay to note the mistakes you may have made in the past relationships, but recognize that most of us made mistakes as well. And what's more important right now is to stop living in fear, stop arguing over unimportant issues, stop figuring who's right and who's wrong, but start loving opening and generously while you still can.

Also, you must define what optimism means to you personally. Even the same words can sometime mean different things to different people.

Generally, optimistic people tend to believe that everything happens for a reason, but no matter what happens, everything will work out how it is supposed to and we will be fine.

While bad things are inevitably going to happen, it is important to learn from them and move on rather than dwell on them, letting the past things sucking your energy, time and spirit away.

If you're willing to stop and take some time to reframe situations in a new, fresh and positive way, you will be a conscious human being who can design a happier, more successful, more fulfilling life.

2 Steps to Overcome Negative Thinking to Better Deal With Stress

Most of us have heard the saying: The optimist sees the glass half full, while the pessimist sees it half-empty.

In its simplest terms, positive thinking is optimism and negative thinking is pessimism. It is an attitude towards life, yourself and particular predicaments and events in life.

Negative thinkers, tend to see the negative in everything, even in the most positive situations, and they dwell in that negativity, so they are much less equipped to deal with stress that then has more of an impact on their health.

People who are negative on a regular basis do not necessarily do this intentionally. Negative thoughts are often automatic reactions to unexpected crises, challenges, stresses and disappointments. For some, negative thinking is a natural reaction to life no matter the circumstances, as they habitually focus on the negative in any given situation.

For example, a negative thinker gets a raise at work, and automatically thinks it's not enough money. A negative thinker who is graduating from college may miss a wonderful moment because they dwell on not graduating with honors.

Negative thoughts can creep in everyday situations, no matter how positive one's day may actually be, like a wife whose husband cleaned the house as a surprise, and all she can focus on is the areas he missed.

Negative thinking is typically a thought process that is well engrained in the mind from years of repetition, where one automatically focuses on the negative instead of seeing the positive.

Children who grow up in dysfunctional families with critical parents often adopt this style of thinking because critical parents tend to focus on everything that is wrong, and negativity becomes commonplace, so that even when that child does good things, they are often overlooked

Follow these 2 steps to help you with overcoming negative thinking patterns.

STEP 1: IDENTIFYING NEGATIVE THINKING PATTERNS

A negative nature can be overcome by identifying negativity and sources of negativity, and taking conscious steps towards becoming a more positive person. Take the time to evaluate if any of these apply to you:

Filtering: In filtering, negative thinkers will magnify the negative aspects of a given situation and filter out any positive elements. For example, a negative thinker gets a raise and focuses on the fact that it's too small or a student gets an A- on a paper, and is upset because it was not an A.

Personalizing: Personalizing is when one blames themselves whenever anything bad occurs, it is an automatic reaction. For example, you get rear ended, and blame yourself because you chose to turn onto the ill-fated street or a friend cancels a lunch date and you assume that it's because he or she does not want to see you.

Catastrophizing: One of the more volatile negative thinking patterns, and possibly most harmful to health and wellness is catastrophizing, which is when one automatically anticipates the worst-case scenario in any given situation. For example, you arrive late for work and know the rest of the day will be a disaster, or your child gets the flu and you automatically fear that he or she is sicker than they are.

Polarizing: Polarizing is common among perfectionists and negative thinkers who only see things in terms of good or bad. There is never a middle ground. They either view themselves as perfect or complete and total failures; a burden on emotional and mental health, where extremes can lead to chronic anxiety, and depression.

STEP 2: PINPOINTING YOUR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS

"If you don't think every day is a good day, just try missing one."
- Cavett Robert

Identifying your negative thoughts is an important step in overcoming them. You may assume that you are already aware of your negativity, which may be true, but you may not be aware of what's causing it, the degree of it and how you naturally react to it.

1. Write down your negative thoughts as they occur. They might be an emotional reaction to something, or they might just be your everyday thoughts. You are looking for thoughts that cause you to feel upset or disenchanted. They could include blame, shame, perceived failure, or small problems that seem big. Write down the thought itself as well as anything else that is relevant, such as how it made you feel and why you thought it.

2. Determine the source(s) of your negative thoughts. Do you see any trends in the thoughts you wrote down? Is your negativity mainly in response to unexpected situations or is it due to common, everyday thoughts? Is it in response to someone or something in particular, or is it more of a self-confidence issue? Do you find yourself often using negative "absolute" terms such as never, nothing, anything, everyone, and no one.

3. Determine how you react to negative thoughts. Do you blow them into catastrophes? Do you dwell on them? The way that you react can intensify the negativity you experience, cause it to linger, or with a positive attitude, can cause the negativity to quickly dissolve.

These steps build awareness about your negativity and provide you with a starting point for tackling the problem. Once you know what you are up against, you will be more prepared to overcome it.

"The way to overcome negative thoughts and destructive emotions is to develop opposing, positive emotions that are stronger and more powerful."
- Tenzin Gyasto - the 14th Dalai Lama

Make A Living And A Difference By Changing Your Thinking

In this day and age there are more opportunities to make money than there ever has been. The problem is that people don't believe this is true and never allow the money to flow. Most of this relates to psychology and people's beliefs surrounding money. The general thinking patterns surrounding money are that it's the root of all evil, it doesn't grow on trees, it's hard to earn, there's not enough of it and so on and so forth. So the real issue is that people are afraid to create money and don't see themselves worthy of receiving it. This is why so few of the world's population control so much of the world's money supply. It's because they're the only ones who believe they can and should have it. In general most people have many well thought out excuse of why they can't make money. They have given up before they have started. They label honest business pyramid schemes and then go work for dishonest companies for next to nothing while a few board members make all the money. This is the real pyramid and it's like quicksand. So the real problem has nothing to do with lack of resources or education it has to do with belief and self-doubt.

So how do we change these thinking patterns and develop belief? The answer is so stupidly simple that you might not hear it. You choose to and you believe that it can happen. The reason this is so important is because when you make the choice the universe responds to that choice. This is when you get the ideas, people, situations and circumstances to help you make money. The only reason they were not available before is because of the lack of belief. The Universe is like a big video game console and it can't give you the tools you need or take you where you want to go until you decide to press the button that gives you access to them and moves you around the game. It's no different with the universe. Your brain transmits a signal and the universe responds to what you're thinking about and believing. Armed with this knowledge you cannot only make money but you can create any reality you desire. So if you don't believe you can be, have or do something than believe something else and wait for the idea, person situation or circumstance to help you move towards your desire.

When enough people start applying this technique then it's going to start affecting other people and the world around them. This is going to cause a major shift in consciousness and start changing things on a massive scale. When one person wakes up and says to themselves that there is plenty of money in the world and believes it I can guarantee it's only a matter of time before somebody else catches that frequency and believes the same thing. After that it's like dominoes. This is why trends pick up so fast. So if you have an idea I would start to believe it will work. This will gravitate others towards it and make you clear on what to do about it. If you don't have an idea then all you have to do is ask the universe and it will give you one. Like ordering food and waiting for it to show up. So I hope you're starting to see that making money has nothing to do with how to make money but everything to do with the attitude and belief about it. I would recommend you start believing that money is good and that there is plenty of it available for you if you ever want it to come in to your life.
