The Science Of Deliberate Creation

The science of deliberate creation is about becoming more conscious. By becoming aware of your own preconceived ideas, beliefs and attitudes, you can see what is possible, and what isn't.

Nothing is possible without belief. Without belief in an idea, you won't take action and nothing can be achieved. But most people put the brakes on their own lives because their belief doesn't allow the possibility of great things.

People can live great lives only if they believe they can. Otherwise, you wouldn't attempt to improve things. Why bother if you don't think you can do it?

This is the beginning of the science of deliberate creation and it starts with your thinking. Thoughts are perhaps the smallest parts of your creation process. But like a drip of water in a cave, large formations can form over time.

Stalactites and stalagmites are large formations in a cave which form because of the drippings of water depositing material over a long period of time. I like to think these are like your beliefs and ideas forming in the mind over long periods of thinking in a certain way.

By taking control over the thoughts which you allow to remain in the conscious mind, you can influence your subconscious mind. This in turn is capable of creating beliefs and attitudes and attracting circumstances and events into your life.

The subconscious mind is much more powerful than the conscious mind and the thoughts can be considered the 'seeds' of the subconscious belief system.

If you've ever worked really hard at something only to self-sabotage it later on, this is an example of the subconscious mind working against your conscious wishes. This can be for many reasons but often it's because your conscious and subconscious are not working together as a "team".

Other considerations of the science of conscious creation are your words, visualisations and plans for the future. Becoming more conscious of your thoughts, words and actions is a good place to start. Many people self sabotage their best intentions with their words, proclaiming that they are "not good enough", "don't deserve something" or are not up to the job. Unless you can consolidate what you want to attain, with how to get it and align the two with your self-image, you'll find ways to un-do your work.

This is often just the sub-conscious mind delivering what you intended anyway. Perhaps you didn't realise it, but you were sending contrary intentions to your subconscious mind in the form of words, thoughts or intentions.

Your self-image has a large part to play in conscious creation. Unless you see yourself as someone worthy of success and happiness, you'll keep hitting a brick wall and falling back to your previous view of yourself and model of the world.

The old self-image keeps us safe inside our comfort zone. That's the positive pay-off. But there's a lot of downside to maintaining a consistent view of the world and how we fit into it.

If we doggedly stick to our preconceived ideas in all circumstances, it can eventually bite us on the ass! Particularly if we don't grow and change as our circumstances and needs change.

Becoming more conscious of our thoughts starts by being aware enough to know that we are not our thoughts. The thoughts we think can easily overtake our idea of ourselves. If we start to see ourselves as the thoughts themselves, we lose control by identifying with the thoughts as "us".

One way to detach from our thinking processes is through meditation. Anyone can learn to meditate simply by sitting still and quietly watching their thoughts come and go without attachment. The more you practice, the more you will experience the gap between the thoughts and be able to choose your thoughts more consciously.

Being aware of what you say is the next thing to take control of. Much of people's speech in general runs on complete autopilot. When we become conscious, we can align our speaking with our thinking. We can become more conscious of the power of our words to carve out our world.

Visualisation is another tool for the conscious creator to use in 'sculpting' their lives more consciously. We've all experienced a daydream. A daydream is a nice relaxing fantasy where we can let our mind wander and think about a nice situation or circumstance of our choosing.

But in our busy and stressful lives, we can start creating arguments and conflicts with our visualisations inadvertently. By trying to control our circumstances we can often focus on trying to push against problems and adversity rather than focusing on joy, happiness and contentment. When we try too hard to push things away by struggling with them, we are focusing on the very things we don't want.

The more attention we give them, the more they seem to wrap themselves around our lives. What you focus on grows in your life. Noticing this is the first step to becoming a more conscious creator. Then you can stop focusing on those things which you don't want, and turn your attention to more positive things, circumstances and situations.

A Life On Fire (By Joshua Clayton)

Cut-off Saw Cutting Metal With Sparks

Creative reality when productive, sets you on genuine fire. When it is not, and you do not have a goal. Nothing happens. With that seemingly random thought, I begin this article.

Sure, I could have had a more standard opening to this article, but, I could not think of one that would fit the epochal nature of the title, "A Life On Fire". In reality, I could say this, though: Reality to mean anything genuinely productive or good must be genuinely creative in the sense that beneficial actions must beget beneficial emotions, and not the other way around, where destructive or vengeful actions beget "fun", if you get my meaning here.

So, when I write about a life on fire, I am writing about Michelangelo in painting, arts and sculpture/Phidias in sculpture or Raphael-type creativity expanded into Albert Einstein with this revolutionary discoveries in math and physics or Lewis Latimer and the drawing of the light bulb schematics type genius, not Ferdinand Foch, Saddam Hussein or Napoleon Bonaparte type creativity in war and destruction. What I mean is, vengeance and war are never productive or creative, just destructive, however ingenious the techniques used, from well planned war maps and idea visualizations, right down to nuclear bombs or chemical dust from genetically engineered flowers or cleverly disguised poison sarin gas.

This I understand: Greatness is as greatness does, and evil is always just plain evil. Deeds always speak the loudest, and louder than even the best words, right down to Cassius Clay/Muhammad Ali's boasting, although he did back that stuff up very well. But the quietest power is almost always the most potent, right down to the power of the wind when harnessed into electricity through its motions.

Indeed, to become a winner with a life on fire, you must always be productively creative, and not destructive.

In fact, when I think about reality, who gets the richest genuinely? Those who help people in a very real way through productive uses of ideas. The real poverty happens with revenge and selfishly destructive short-sighted thinking anyway. It is a given, reality when rightly lived is a far-reaching, productive idea acted on and nothing more anyway. Humanity only gains in a winning way when we are realistically creative. We must persist in this sense until we do succeed realistically. After all, existence itself always exists and never dies, and that persistence works in the same way. Here is the catch, though, we must change approaches if it does not work, but there is not any real quitting time, just as Alexander Graham Bell solved the problem of the phone with the turning of the screw to create a current where a voice could be carried without singing. Simple, yes, sometimes it is. But, creativity by its very nature is more complex than destruction anyway.

Revealed! 6 Steps to Getting What You Want

freedom man outdoors blue sky jeans topless arms embrace happy nature

Do you wonder how some people get what they want out of life while others do not? You must have experienced that some of your successful friends are not as talented as you are! There is a long list of reasons for your life not being everything you want it to be. If you understand the common mistakes behind this, you can certainly increase the possibility of getting what you want.

CHANGE YOU LIFE BY SIMPLY AVOIDING THE MOST COMMON PITFALLS LISTED BELOW;

1. No clarity about what you want: You being unhappy about your current situation only means that you don't want what you have. It, however, hardly means that you know what you want.

  • Solution: Have clarity i.e. DECIDE what you want. Start by creating a list of what you want so that you can then structure your life around attaining those things.

2. You are Not prioritizing your wants: Once you list out your 'wants', ask yourself whether you really want - say a hefty bank balance or an athlete's physique? Or would you rather watch TV shows with a drink & some awesome tasty chips by your side every night?
  • Solution: We need to understand the real issue here. It is not what you WANT but what you are willing to GIVE UP FOR YOUR WANT charts your course. E.g. a hefty bank balance requires dedicated smart work spread over a few years before the results start bringing you multiple streams of income whereas getting an athlete's physique would mean you have to hit the gym consistently & work with your trainer. In either case, you would need to give up on certain things such as giving up some free time & giving up certain foods. Ask yourself how much you are willing to give up to get what you want. Answer to this question will tell how much it means to you.

3. Lack of focus from you: Our life today is full of Digital Distractions. It is easier to get forgetful now than ever before. We can get immersed in our virtual social networks for hours together losing focus of important tasks & even forgetting some of our daily chores.
  • Solution: Make it a habit of reminding yourself of your wants at least twice daily. Read & visualize your goals while you lie in your bed once each in the morning & at night. Let your affirmation about your wants remain fresh in your mind by reminding yourself of them daily. This will assure you of focus on your wants.

4. You are not ready for the laborious hard work: Almost every prestigious accomplishment is achieved with more than 90% laborious hard-work. For example, sport's Greats like Usain Bolt or Micheal Phelps have seldom missed their practice sessions right after a competition. They have practiced their most fruitful skills thousands of times relentlessly during training. An analogy of iceberg is aptly suited here wherein their successful careers can be equated with the visible - minuscule - portion of an iceberg whereas their relentless practice sessions can be equated with the hidden - many folds larger than the visible - portion of the iceberg. This can be best understood by the fact that while Usain Bolt has actually run less than 115 Seconds for his Olympic Medals, he has invested 15 years of his life to achieve the success in those 115 seconds.
  • Solution: Accept the fact that much of your goal cannot be attained without sustained actions which won't be fun or exciting & even be mundane. These repetitive actions, however, will certainly benefit you & help you inch closer to your wants.

5. You don't focus on the processes: Having an obsession of acquiring an athlete's physique is not necessarily a solution to get one. The key is in familiarizing with & adopting habits that will help you reach your goal. While an obsession is an intense wish about a certain achievement, the achievement itself requires action which is planned carefully & executed meticulously.
  • Solution: First of all create a watch list of habits that will guarantee you successful achievement of your goals. Let it be in as much detail as possible so that you don't miss on any opportunity. Share it with your Coach alongwith your goals to ensure you are on the right track. Refine & finalize the list of actionable habits. Thereafter, your real challenge is to incorporate those finalized actionable habits into your day-to-day life. Start with baby steps & continue making progressive changes along the way until the habits become ingrained in your everyday life.

6. You want super-fast results: Rome wasn't built overnight. It takes time to achieve success at anything. Once your path is charted out, you might find that better results will start showing only after you have crossed the midway distance. This can be compared to rolling a big boulder down the hill. It can take huge amount of energy initially to get it moving from its place, but it gathers momentum quickly with minimal efforts once it is on its course.
  • Solution: Trust your own action plan more than your emotions. Remember always that your carefully planned action needs meticulous execution. If you are progressing on your charted course each day, you will eventually get to your destination - your want. Persist with your plan without giving in to your frustration. Have patience & faith in your action plan & it will show positive results.

HAPPY PURSUIT OF YOUR WANTS!

Really Great Positive Affirmations to Improve Your Life

To develop a positive mindset is one of the most powerful strategies that you need to develop in life. By means of positive affirmations, visualizations and powerful positive thinking techniques, you can be in a position to achieve all that you have ever desired for. Business personnel and professionals can make the most of these techniques for developing their personal prowess or gaining a competitive edge in life. At a more personal level, your health and overall life can be transformed while also renewing your passion and joy in life. Positive affirmations are so powerful that you will be waking up every morning full of joy and energy, bursting with enthusiasm to set out on the journey of another day.

Waking up and saying an affirmation early in the morning can prove to be a good idea as that is what remains ingrained in your mind and affects the way you take decisions through the day. Positive affirmations help you strike a balance in the mind under situations of intense stress and prevent you from getting too panicky. Try your best to come up with your own de-stressing mantra in life as what works for others may not be as effective for you. Stick with what you find to be effective, even though it may be something as simple and silly as "Hakuna Matata."

Here are some of the best positive affirmations that have been proven to be effective in restoring self-confidence of individuals.

• "This too shall pass": Forget the past, worry not about the future and live only in the present- how often do people come across this statement? Although living in the present maybe extremely important, reminding yourself of the fact that all the stress you are going through is only a temporary occurrence can help provide you some solace. Tell yourself that you need not look beyond the horizon to witness clear skies.

• "Make it work": A poignant power phrase that was devised by the famous spiritual guru Tim Gunn. When low on self-confidence, take in a deep breath and remind yourself that you have total control over the situation. Every situation, no matter how twisted it may seem initially, has a solution you can work with although you may not quite take note of it at first.

• "Keep calm and carry on": This phrase has come down over the years as a potentially powerful morale booster. What was initially designed to as a propaganda by the Ministry of Information to keep British worries away during the Second World War can now be found mounted on the walls of almost every college dorm that you set foot in.

• "Tomorrow is another day": Common knowledge though it may be, acknowledging the fact that if things are not working out today then you have another day to set the records straight can work wonders in boosting your self morale.

• "Every little thing gonna be alright": A famous Bob Marley song, opinion is still divided on what drives the positive affirmation in this case. While some claim that the words are what produces the calming effect, others believe that it is the divine and soulful melody that helps us to see past all things that lead to our frustration in life.

• "Don't worry, be happy": Remember the famous beat by Bobby McFerrin? It serves as a reminder for us that if you worry too much, it will only contribute further to your stress. Every life has its fair share of troubles, worry too much and it will only double.

Positive thinking techniques and positive affirmations help you in developing a positive and powerful attitude towards life, an essential element for your good health and success. When you have this power to work with, you can turn your failures into success while your success can be driven on to reach altogether new levels. Positive attitude is what fuels your success in life. Using the aforementioned techniques of positive affirmations, some of which have been behind the success of many famous personalities, you too can motivate yourself and aspire to be a someone with a very optimistic outlook on life.

Your Key to Success, and How to Reach Your Goals

It is so easy to feel weighed down by concerns, worries, fears for the future, or sad because relationships are strained, uneasy, or you always seem to say the wrong thing.

To get out of this groove and way of thinking can take some effort.

Thought is energy and emanates out from us like radio waves, therefore feeling sad or negative doesn't help the situation. Turning your thoughts or attitude around, can send out positive vibrations which has the knock-on effect of improving conditions.

So, whatever can help to make you feel more relaxed and happy, sends out that thought energy, which you can also project into the future, influencing future situations or relationships for the better. Your health and well-being will improve.

Situations, or people, that have upset you in the past can be wearing you down now, and preventing you from enjoying the good things in life NOW.

You cannot alter the past, but you can learn to accept what has occurred, or whatever has been said to hurt you, and leave the past where it is, in the past! Use the situation to project you towards a better future.

Visualizations, or using positive imaginations, can be a really useful too visualizing positive future situations or relationships are a great help as it is promoting positive vibrations.

Positive visualization, or imagination can affect you memory, helping you to feel more peaceful and more in control of any hurt or anxiety, instead of IT controlling YOU!

"Think happy and you'll be happy" was a phrase used by Evadne Price many years ago and is still true today.

Therefore also, think successful and you'll be successful. Successful people believe in their abilities, with confidence, it is their key to success. Therefore thinking this way can be YOUR secret to success.

How many times have you lain awake at night with everything going around and around in your mind, which prevents you from sleeping? Getting a good nights sleep helps you to cope with all you need to do. So promoting a good nights sleep by learning to let go of worries and concerns enables your mind to be more peaceful, able to relax and drift off to sleep, waking refreshed for the next day.

Your body is able to heal whilst you are asleep, so sleep is essential. If you are lying awake and tense, your body is not able to renew itself. You need to be able to look after your body and your mind to be physically and mentally healthy, in order to be at your best. After good sleep, being active and eating well maintains your well-being.

Feeling rested, calm, healthy and positive is how to reach your goals. If you feel tired, lacking energy and hope, you will feel you can't achieve anything.

"You are what you eat" is another good phrase worthy of consideration.

Being anxious about money, as we all are at various times of our lives, isn't helpful, because being anxious tends to prevent us from seeing any opportunities that may be occurring in order for us to improve our wealth. Think of ways to increase your income, sell unwanted items, look how to make money on-line.

Wealth can come to you in various ways and forms. One small step or one small "something" can lead to another. Glass half empty or half full? Be positive about everything you actually have even a small amount of money, or something that makes you happy, however small, is valuable.

Human beings have creative minds, which are capable of creating in many ways, and we are all different. Find ways to tap into your own creativity to boost your self-esteem.

With a calm, clear, uncluttered mind, ideas can pop into your head that you can use. Maybe you may think that you can do something in a better way, or something can be improved on or be more efficient, by making an adjustment.

Do not doubt yourself or your abilities, do not criticise yourself or be envious of others. What is self-esteem? It is when you feel confidence in yourself, respect yourself and have pride in your own abilities, using your own unique qualities.

Think Your Way to a Better Life

Image result for think

Our thoughts are extremely powerful and either get us where we want to go or hinder us and hold us back from what we want to achieve so how do we think our way to a better life?

1. Realize the Importance of the Way you Think

I think the first step has to be realizing how influential your thoughts are in getting what you want out of life. If you realize their importance then you will make more effort in controlling your thoughts and focussing on the positive; if you don't realize their importance then you may just let your mind wander wherever is more natural for you and that may not be where you want to go. We need to take control of our thoughts before we can make them act for our good.

2. Take Note of Negative Thought Patterns and Take Steps to Overcome Them

Once you understand the importance of your thoughts it is time to start taking note of your negative thought patterns that do not help you achieve what you want in life. Are you a procrastinator? Do you think that you will put off until tomorrow what should have been done yesterday? Do you commit self-sabotage? Do you think yourself into not succeeding at anything because you don't believe you will? Does negativity drain you of any energy you could put into more positive action? All of these thought patterns can be overcome and your mind can be trained to think right.

3. The Power of Affirmations and Visualization

Not only do you need to overcome negative thought patterns but you also need to train yourself to think positively and the best tools for this are visualization and affirmation. Visualization focuses you on what you want to achieve. It is a deliberate thinking about where you want to be. Affirmations fill your mind with positive thoughts and confessions and help you think positively and go after what you want in life. Picture yourself where you want to be instead of focusing on what you don't want in your life.

Why is Positive Thinking so Important Anyway?

In the first point I said you need to realize the importance of positive thinking, but why is it important? The fact is that when we focus on the negative we are drained of all energy and will become depressed and find it difficult to achieve the things we want to achieve. When we focus on what we want to become we find ways of making it happen. We have more energy to carry out the plans we develop for achieving our goals and gradually our life becomes totally different as we take these small actions and change the way we think.

Start taking control of your thoughts today - think positively, develop plans and visualize where you want to be instead of focusing on where you are. Before anything can happen it needs to begin as a thought so think right.

3 Game-Changing Mindset Shifts To Attract More Money

Do you set intentions to have more money every year? Do you create vision boards or visualizations to attract more abundance? After a couple weeks, do your intentions of wealth turn into long lost dreams and more financial struggle?
This year, you can do the same process and hope that you'll finally attract abundance, or you can change it up and move out of "living paycheck to paycheck" land forever.
Here are three steps to add to your intention-setting practice so that this year will be your most abundant year ever.
1. Investigate your thoughts about money.
Do you believe that money is hard to come by, you have to work really hard to earn money, or that there isn't enough money for everyone to be rich?
If so, your thoughts about money are unconsciously manifesting more financial struggle.
You're a master manifester, and you're constantly manifesting your reality. This may be a tough pill to swallow if you're struggling with money, because it means that you are manifesting your current struggle.
When you understand that you manifest everything in your life, from the ups to the downs, it means that you can finally step into your power and begin to consciously manifest what you want to experience.
Investigating your thoughts about money is the first step to becoming a powerful, conscious manifester.
If you think you have to work hard for money, the law of attraction will reflect your thoughts in your reality. You will attract circumstances that require you to work really hard to get money.
If you think that there isn't enough money in the world and money is hard to come by, once again you will attract circumstances into your life that make it difficult to obtain money and reflect the scarcity in your mind.
To interrupt this process of unconscious manifestation, ask yourself the following questions to release your money story:
What did I learn about money as a child? Is that story still serving me? What do I want my new story about money to be?
2. Ask from a place of abundance.
When you put a picture of a mansion on your vision board, and year after year you find yourself still living in a cramped apartment, it means that you may be asking for that mansion from a place of lack.
The law of attraction is based on your mindset, not your words and vision board.
Lack mindset attracts lack.
Abundant mindset attracts abundance.
To find out if you have a lack mindset, ask yourself the following questions:
Why do I want a mansion? Do I want it to impress others? Do I want it to get love? Do I want it to be worthy of approval and attention?
If you dig deep into your intentions and find that you want that mansion to be worthy of love, approval, or attention, that means you are asking from a place of lack. Your mindset is: "Right now, I'm not good enough and I need something outside of me to be worthy."
Therefore, you attract more circumstances into your life that mirror your mindset: "I'm not good enough."
To begin manifesting from a place of abundance, investigate your mindset to see if you are manifesting from a place of lack or abundance.
3. Live from a place of abundance.
When you spend money, is there a fear that you may not have enough in the future? Do you constantly seek out the best deal for fear of not having enough if you spend too much?
If you do, you could be living from a place of lack and therefore unconsciously attracting more lack.
If your focus is fixed on saving and living cheaply, there is no space for financial abundance in your life. Your thoughts most likely are based in a deeply ingrained fear of not having enough and therefore your reality will constantly reflect that.
This step is not about living outside your means or pretending that you have millions of dollars.
Living from a place of abundance means that you know that you are abundant no matter what material possessions you have. In addition, if you want to purchase something from a place of abundance rather than a place of trying to prove your worth, you will attract the right resources at the right time.
