Your Fast-Acting Tool For Negative Waves

As someone who leans towards the spiritual side of life, are you picking up on some of the negative vibes that have been going around?

Are you keeping peace in your heart as you go about your day during this interesting time? Before you know it, we get to the point where we look back on it and smile for all we have learned. Yet, right now when we are "in" it, how do we tune back in to our True Selves of happiness and delight if we don't have 20 minutes to meditate, take a hike or get a massage?

It is important that we get to the heart of the matter. This process can take you there.

This is easy and works for adults and children. It may work for you.

Here is a process that hundreds of 3rd and 4th graders have learned, as well as over a thousand adult professionals. This has helped CEOs, people in management, lawyers, people in the medical professions, teachers, and more. Many people have created more delight in their marriages, relationships with spouses children, family and co-workers with this simple but powerful process. It will help us all get through these interesting times.

NeuroCalm works negative feelings from any situation. It can also help with physical pain.

As you use this over time, you will find that it becomes automatic.

NeuroCalm in 3 easy steps:

For now, bypass the thoughts. Imagine it your mind is like a talk show host that has to say something, and tune it out. As Bob Newhart said in his famous YouTube, "Stop it!" Humor helps here. Sometimes (maybe not you) we take the thoughts that pass through our consciousness too seriously.

Close your eyes and take a deep breath. If you are spiritual/religious, connect with your Source. Pretend you are sending light from the Source to the feeling and the situation. See yourself and the situation bathed in light.

  1. Be brave and feel. Notice the feeling in your body. This is between you and that feeling, not the commentary. Yes, it may feel uncomfortable for a short time. You are trading off feeling some discomfort now for the painful effects of ignoring it. Ignoring it makes it fester and grow, affecting your mental/emotional state and your health. Go ahead and feel it, fall into it. You can imagine you are holding a baby or a kitten/puppy and be compassionate with your feelings. Here you are listening to yourself. You may notice that the feeling changes. Follow it as it changes. Sometimes this is all it takes for the feeling to go away.
  2. Ask the magical question. (I know, this sounds odd, humor me here, you will see the results... that's what matters) Ask the feeling the magical question "What do I need to know to let you go?" Notice the first thing that comes up for you. It may be a thought, an image, it could be a "knowing." That is your answer. Trust that first response.
  3. Notice. Notice if the feeling is still there. It may be the same, different, or it may have left. If it is still there, repeat the process.

Sometimes these feelings leave quickly and do not return. With some issues in life, the feelings come back. Simply repeat the process.

Do you resonate with this? Try it for three days and see if it makes a difference for you. If so, teach it to others and to children. Imaging growing up knowing that your feelings are your own, and there is a way to peacefully learn from and release them.

To learn more about sending light to a situation, check out Illumination by Michael G. Reccia. You may be surprised at what sending light can do.

Letting go from a spiritual perspective is liberating and healing, and the concept is one of many themes explored, explained and demystified in depth in 'the Joseph Communications', a series of books I highly recommend.

The Ultimate Time Machine (Forward And Backward)

Your awakened mind is the ultimate time machine forward or backward. When things are seen differently, and lived differently, things happen. That is the honest reality of the situation. Spiritual is just another word for things happening that are genuinely miraculous and amazing. It is like the farmer in Africa looking for diamonds everywhere else but on his farm in the creek bed for diamonds as the genuine temple of the living God is within us all right where we stand in so many senses.

Listen, the ultimate time machine is a perception and a reality, not something I made up on the spot.

Like the movie "Somewhere In Time" or the book "Bid Time Return" by Richard Matheson, all we have to really do is reach back into our genuinely nearest resources to find the genuine miracle. The key to that miracle could be in your local library as a good hypnosis book or book or great book on the mind that teaches you to use your mind right to produce and procure that miracle for yourself.

The only enemy you have to all this really is thinking that the miracle is produced anywhere outside of yourself. To put it another way, "All is within, nothing is without" or the secret of the Emerald Tablet of Hermes said: As above, so below" or as Rodman Edward "Rod" Serling said, "look close, look close into your Twilight Zone".

Why do you think it is a phenomena that the most deep things in life and existence are the simplest or seem to be the simplest and most direct? We must look at and think about the facts of reality with the mind of a child, yet as adult as an old person that has the wisdom. That is done by being open enough to learn, yet closed enough to dismiss what does not work realistically.

The crisis only comes when things get too complicated, or what does not work is pursued as if it does. Every solution is simple because it is done with what is genuinely possible. What do you think it means when it is said that "thought attracts that upon which it is directed", "the early bird gets the worm to eat" or "the quickest most direct way is the simplest"?

So, what does it come down to? It comes down to using reality correctly to get a right result, that is it. All the rest is just beautiful and useless theory, lies and fantasies that lead nowhere.

Impatience - The Ascension Seekers' Way To Getting Rid Of It

Do you ever feel impatience coming up as you meditate and work on achieving your own positive internal growth?

Perhaps this feeling of 'impatience' is an all too familiar feeling to you, or could it be something that you are not that aware of? If you take the approach of 'sucking less everyday' when it comes to your practice, then you might not only be familiar with impatience, but better yet choose for it not to block your practice and Spiritual goals.

The world that we live in is growing more and more impatient. Everything in the external world around us happens so much faster than it used to. As a result people get frustrated more easily when things such as technology does not work fast enough.

Our focus on technology has encouraged us as a species to expect to be gratified as soon as possible. This expectation has cultivated the belief that we are in fact entitled to having our needs met quickly and with as little effort as possible!

Many of us when needing to wait for something, use distraction as a way to avoid being with own thoughts and feelings - this logically shows us that 'impatience' is simply 'aversion to the present moment'.

When it comes to tending to our internal reality - impatience is detrimental to positive growth. As mentioned above - impatience in its purest form is strong aversion to the experience of 'NOW' and I would even call it an expression of 'hating' the present moment.

Giving into impatience demands can be the difference between giving up on something you really want rather than sticking to it. It can be the difference between cultivating and solidifying bad habits rather than releasing them.

Impatience communicates itself to each of us differently.

Some of us will experience it as a feeling of frustration - possibly labeling ourselves as someone that simply just cannot meditate.

It may look like jumping from one tool or technique to another... like a "Jack of all trades and Master of None."... which in reality often become 'Jack of no trades and Master of none either'!

For those of us in this situation, the attachment to impatience has become so inflexible that they cannot settle on one practice and see it through to Intermediate or levels of Mastery... even though deep down they want to.

People attached to impatience may claim to be more evolved than they actually are. These people can feel ashamed of being a beginner and their impatience not to feel this shame hammers them to choose delusion instead.

Another manifestation of impatience can be seen when a Spiritually minded person believes that they are dependent on others for their awareness to be awakened. Their own awakening cannot be attained if their own awareness is dependent on the mere re-telling from external sources.

However the narrative of impatience arises within your thoughts, know that if given worth [worth that impatience does not deserve], it will turn from a mole hill into a mountain.

A motto that impatience despises is - "Your practice is both the journey and the destination."

Impatience does not have the structural integrity to endure, such as when you are not seeing results, are adverse to learning, or when you simply just don't feel like training.

The feeling of impatience can be subtle at first, but once witnessed for what it is, it becomes much easier to recognize it. Learn to soften your awareness enabling you to move through this limited and ultimately impermanent chemical reaction within the body!

You then need only to consciously choose which path you want to walk.

If you choose to actively dissolve impatience then you may need to make that choice over and over again until it becomes ingrained habit. The more solid impatience feels to you the longer you have been busy tethering yourself to it!

The more aversion, distraction, fear, resistance, frustration, irritation [all aspects of impatience] = the more inertia you have given it.

So have patience when dissolving it!

If you have not been doing exercise for 20 years and are out of shape do you think that a few trips to the gym is going to make you toned, trim and terrific! No way!

You have to earn it! You have to stick at it..this is is YOU actively building your Spiritual foundations!

Thanks for reading and if you have made it to this point perhaps your impatience is not as controlling of you as you first thought!

Bye for now!

Befriend Your Shadows

So often, especially for sensitive people, our personal shadow side is difficult to acknowledge. It's as if acknowledging the shadow will somehow negate the good we're doing in the world. Or perhaps the sheer presence of a shadow means we haven't done enough 'work' on ourselves. Or that we're not spiritual enough. Or, worse, that there's something permanently wrong with us.

Yes. Our shadows are tough to explore. They're designed to be tough. Tough enough to keep us away from those unwanted parts of ourselves, banished so long ago. Sometimes we don't even know they're there.

The problem with shadows, though, is that they never truly stay hidden. They creep into our behavior, our reactions, our moods, and our personalities. Sometimes they scream at us. And they always push us out of alignment. They will continue to push us out of alignment, until we begin to take notice. Until we embrace them. Simply put, until we befriend our shadows, we will never be able to find true fulfillment.

If you're new to shadow work, here is a brief description of a few common types of shadows.

3 common types of shadows:

Dark Shadows: These include mistakes, wrong-doings, and traumatic events. This is where we harbor shame. We typically spend inordinate amounts of energy trying to hide, deny and avoid these dark shadows. Neglected, they can lead to all sorts of negative, and even harmful, behavior towards ourselves and others.

Unacknowledged Gifts: Here we find our natural strengths and talents which have been pushed into the shadows. This usually happens during youth, as a result of some form of rejection. They can get triggered by someone else's success, along with resentment, anger, or jealousy. These shadows can lead to all sorts of self sabotage from unfulfilling jobs, to procrastination, to overall stagnation.

Light Shadows: These shadows can stem from an inner belief that we're not good, lovable, or valuable enough. Often these shadows include an unresolved need to be loved, or validated. They can lead to overly-friendly, overly-giving, and overly-responsible behaviors.

An effective way of approaching any of our shadows is with forgiveness, compassion, and love. Woven into our shadows are layers of pain and suffering, yearning to be healed. EFT Tapping, meditation, therapy, journaling, prayer, and deep self-care routines, are all helpful methods to assist you as you work with your shadows.

Remember, shadow work takes consistency, patience, compassion, love, and help from others. It's worth it. It's an experience that will truly transform your life.

How Would You Know If You Are Reincarnated?

Scientists have worked for years to understand the mechanism behind reincarnation. Why do some remember it while others can recall previous lives, even prove how and when they died? The dilemma is enhanced by the religious banning of anything to do with it. Officials in such organised mind bending only want people to accept their version of the after-life. This is so they maintain power and control exercised by fear and reward.

Human are prone to fear what they don't understand. That means that they tend to accept what is taught to them by parents, society, and their faith. But sometimes it is the little voice inside that pulls them away from it and presents a different picture to the 'norm'.

That happens to little children who may suddenly burst out with claims of a previous life or they accuse their parents of not being their rightful mother and father. In order to satisfy their own belief, the shocked mum and dad may instruct their offspring that they are sadly mistaken and can even call in the professionals to start psychiatric therapy.

The child becomes frightened and may stop the memory while accepting what they are then told. This can also present problems of other types. Many will become depressed and some even turn to suicide.

By ignoring their spiritual link which manifests through that little voice within they become lost and confused. Behavioural problems may manifest and sometimes rebellion against society and even the law.

When people are encouraged to maintain their memory, or they do it despite orders to the contrary, they generally live a happy and fulfilling life.

Can reincarnation, on the other hand, be the only trigger to these scenarios? With memory of my own transit from one life to the next a warning came not to expose it to anyone until it could be explained. Things happened, however, early on in my childhood that shocked my mother especially. It was hard not to let things slip out.

One day we were walking past a building we had not passed before. Stopping dead in my tracks it brought back memories not expected. "We used to live there" I burst out. Mum's face turned white and she looked like she might faint. "You couldn't possibly know that" she said, "you were only three weeks old when we moved."

Not only was it known to me but every detail of the inside came back. It taught me to remain quiet because of the shock it gave her.

So recall is one way that people can know that they have reincarnated. Deja'Vu is also important, and then there are flashbacks to things not accountable in one's present life. It all mounts up and if taken further many things can emerge to further confuse researchers who are not properly tuned into it.

Through a Simple Twist of Faith, Part One (By Randi G Fine)

Beige Dome Building

Part one of a three-part article written by Randi G. Fine

I was born into a highly observant Jewish family. My mother's father, a Lithuanian immigrant, was a pious man. He was a cantor by trade-an ordained Jewish clergy with a magnificent voice who joined the rabbi lin leading his congregation in Hebrew prayer. Whether in the synagogue or at home, my grandfather sung prayers to the God he believed in and loved, all day long. He never failed to express his gratitude for even the simplest blessings. His faith was unshakeable.

Having grown up in an environment suffused with religion, it naturally coursed through my mother's veins. Judaism was a huge part of her identity. Though Jewish, my father was not raised the same way but he happily embraced my mother's way of life. Together they shared the traditions my mother was brought up with. It was only natural that they would bring up their children that way.

I was born the youngest of three children, thirteen years after Nazi, Germany surrendered and the last of the holocaust camps were liberated. The horrific memories of senselessly losing six million of their people was still fresh in the minds of the Jewish people, many who were still mourning the tragic losses of their loved ones and friends. My family was very fortunate; we were not directly impacted by the losses, though as a community the Jewish people bonded together tighter than ever in support and for protection. They were very fearful of having outsiders infiltrate their community.

The message my siblings and I regularly received from our parents was, "Stick with your own kind. The rest of the world is out to get you." They hoped to insulate us against the hate they believed would be directed at us from non-Jews. That was understandable in a way, but unlike my parents who were raised largely in a white, Jewish "ghetto," our modern day community was integrated-multicultural and multi-racial.

As a family we went to synagogue every Sabbath and on all the holidays. We kept a kosher home, complied with all the rules and regulations dictated by modern "Conservative" Jewish law, and followed all the traditions the way we were supposed to. My siblings and I were sent to Hebrew school two evenings a week and every Sunday morning for six years. I hated every minute of sitting through those classes but was well-schooled in the rituals and prayers.

Whenever I questioned my teachers or my parents about the whys of what I was being told to do, the answer was often, "That's just the way you are supposed to do it-'why' does not matter." That answer may have well sufficed for others but it did not satisfy my inquisitive nature. I have never been one to comply just because I was supposed to. Arm me with logic and I am likely to follow along. Deprive me of logic and you will have a rebel on your hands. I came to resent the religion I felt was being forcefully integrated into my life.

As a young adult living on my own, no longer forced to perform the rituals that supposedly made me a good Jew, I became cynical about my religion. I never stopped loving the beautiful traditions of Judaism, the warmth of holidays spent with family, and the comfort of being with those who shared my roots. But I felt no need to go through motions that I had come to realize were meaningless to me. For years I had sat in the temple constantly shifting in my chair and yawning, anticipating the end of the service by counting the remaining pages of the prayer book. There was no longer any reason to sit through religious services that did not edify me-services that were conducted in a language I did not understand anyway.

I never believed, as many do, that I had to go to a house of worship to feel a spiritual connection-that all the benefits of religion could be absorbed by just being in synagogue and saying prayers I had memorized but did not understand. None of that made sense to my logical mind.

I did understand why Jewish people stuck together the way they did. Throughout history they were taught the importance of perpetuating their religion. This need was especially accentuated after having lost so many of their people to the Nazi death camps.

For many years I did not believe in the concept of faith. Still I wondered who the God my grandfather loved and revered in heart and soul was.

I never anticipated how essential faith would be ultimately be to my survival and the form in which it would take.

A Mind With Clairvoyance

woman standing near body of water

Clairvoyance is a topic on most of the people's mind. Many people believe that clairvoyance is a trait which is seen in cinemas mostly but the reality is, thousands of people around the world are blessed with this unique ability. Before understanding how it helps in eliminating negative influence from the life we need to know:

What exactly clairvoyance is

The word clairvoyance is derived from two French terms meaning "clear vision". This meaning was derived in the 17th century. Clairvoyance is considered as a special gift. It is experienced by only a few numbers of people. The person with clairvoyance has the ability to visualize events and people at another point in time. Clairvoyance can also be linked to second sight because the people having this can visualize or see the vision of any person, place, location, object or maybe any physical event which finally turns out to be true. This kind of vision occurs in mind. Here the person with clairvoyance doesn't see a spirit sitting on a couch or a bed but, the vision is something which comes out from the mind. Few clairvoyance abilities which one might have experienced: Clairvoyance is sometimes experienced by people but they don't actually realize why they are getting this.

Few psychic abilities are:
a) Random images flashing before your eyes suddenly.
b) Decent colours surrounding a person or living things.
c) Dreams which seems real.
d) A slight movement in your peripheral vision.

Different ways of receiving clairvoyant messages:
a) Images in your head: different people experience different things. It can be a snapshot of an image in mind or a vision of any symbol or maybe moving pictures etc.

b) The third eye: If one has the ability he or she might see the messages/visions/ images in their mind. Via third eye messages from our spiritual guides come through.

c) Symbols: Symbols can be a huge part when we talk about psychic ability. Many of the time the people receiving psychic messages are symbolic. One might experience the things or might be playing some character.

Types of clairvoyance:

There are three types in this:

Precognition is the ability to predict or visualize events that have not yet come.

Retrocognition is the ability to see events and people related to past.

Remote Viewing is the ability to see events and people who are beyond the range of the standard eye.

The people having clairvoyance experience a variety of visions even in dreams. These visions are so accurate that maybe one may dream of his or her loved once getting into a car crash accident and then later finds it comes true. Or one may get a vision of some historic event and later finds that this similar event has already happened.

What history tells us about clairvoyance?

In history, there have been numerous times when people claimed others or themselves to be clairvoyant. In history Christian saints claimed themselves to be able to visualize things which were occurring far from their sensory perception. They claimed this to be a gift of God. Not only Christian saints but also Jesus Christ, Iona of, Anne Catherine Emmerich and much more recorded as being able to know things that were far from human perception.

Similar cases came out from different religions as well. The ability of clairvoyance was considered as a higher power and not thought as an ability that lay in every person.

What does Jainism says about clairvoyance?

In Jainism, clairvoyance is considered as one of the five kinds of knowledge. In Jainism the beings of heaven and hell have the ability of clairvoyance in them. According to Sarvarthasiddhi, "this kind of knowledge is called 'Avadhi' as it ascertains matter in downward range".

What position does bible takes on clairvoyance?

Bible takes a negative position on this. The Bible expresses complete disapproval to clairvoyance and anything related to magical powers, practices or phenomena. Bible says that the Almighty has created the creatures with limitations for a reason. He created us so that we can be dependent on him. The moment people try to gain knowledge beyond their sixth sense then god is the only one who can answer everything. These powers like clairvoyance or magical powers or vision have no role in conveying the revelation of God. The god is the creator and no one is beyond it. Bible shows no support to clairvoyance.

Is clairvoyance a gift?

People having the clairvoyance power are different from other people not physically or mentally but it's just the vision which makes them a bit unique than others. There are few traits which a clairvoyant person has:

One learns better by seeing things or information visually. The person might grasp any information written on a paper, chart or a book instead of listening.

One might visualize things or in other words, day dream things in mind that they can actually feel that happening.

One is visually a sharp observant. If anyone moves his or her book a half inch from its place the person is gonna notice.

All this might sound creepy and might be a clairvoyant person had been suggested not to daydream and think real but this is a gift which one must cherish.

What Is the Origin of Your Anger?

Man Facing Sideways

Both proverbial and of cliché proportions, the term "tip of the iceberg" has been used to compare and shed light on numerous aspects in life, emphasizing that what one sees jutting out of the water is only a tiny portion of the greater mass upon which it rests below it. One of them is anger, since what you feel about circumstances and people later in life may have very early, subsurface origins.

Perhaps using others as a mirror when I was an adult-that is, viewing them with the same trusting eyes, integrity, and honesty I projected-I was sometimes disappointed, receiving, instead, betrayal, lies, and defamation, and not realizing that their low and lesser-than behavior had nothing to do with me, but everything to do with the efficiencies from which they functioned.

Unsuspecting, I was never prepared for their underhanded actions and usually raged about them for a considerable period--anywhere from weeks to months to years--perplexed as I asked myself such questions as, "How could they do such things to me?" "Why didn't I see that coming?" "Where was their remorse, regret, sorrow, feeling, conscience, embarrassment, or empathy for the hurt they inflicted on me?"

Those who continually heard my tirades were compelled to ask, "When are you going to get over it already?"

I could not. Therefore, I could not answer them.

Examination of my ire revealed two significant aspects of it: (1). Its intensity and (2) Its duration.

Why, I wondered, did I rage with such insatiable vehemence and why, despite the multiply-repeated tirades, did they never lose their intensity, regardless of the time lapse?

I ultimately realized that my late anger was the smoke produced by the early, still-smoldering fire lit by my father's abusive, traumatizing, life-threatening, predatory chases, projections, toxin transfers, enmeshments, and soul-siphoning-late layers, if you will, of an early, never dismantled foundation. Like threads stitched by time, they all stretched back to those unresolved incidents.

Physically blocked and suspended of power, I was immobilized, unable to run, harness the internal explosion of stress hormones, or even cry or scram. A single word afterward, interpreted by a mentally unstable parent, would only have been viewed as "talking back" and "disrespect of elders," inviting more of the same. It would have very much been the equivalent of pulling my own trigger. Little had I known that my father had been subjected to the same treatment as a child and that my sheer presence actually pulled his own trigger.

Squelching, suppressing, and swallowing it all, I became a backed-up volcano, always awaiting my own internal eruption and I always chose the lesser-and less detrimental-of two evils: remain silent until I imploded or talk back and risk further physical harm in the name of "justifiable discipline." It was a lose-lose situation, a damned-if-you-do and damned-if-you-don't' choice.

But the brain, by means of its neuron recordings of the negative, counter-survival experiences it is subjected to, only has so much capacity to absorb, like the sponge that tries to soak up a spilled gallon of water. After it reaches its capacity, the rest will ooze out of it until it virtually drowns in it.

Relevantly, the later-in-life authority figures, unrecovered adult children, and qualifiers triggered these never-diffused bombs and lit the match on the image of the father I had never processed and forgiven-not to mention still feared. Subconsciously, they wore his displaced face.

I could not "finish out" and reach a level of release, relinquish, and satisfaction with those I encountered as an adult, because they tripped the circuit I never diffused with my father as a child. This was the origin of my anger.

Anger, from a psychological perspective, is negative energy and emotion, a natural and automatic response to a person or circumstance who or which wronged you, especially in cases of unfairness, unexpectedness, and injustice. There can be either an internal or an external trigger to it.

Originating in the primitive or stem portion of the brain, it can be a defensive reaction to a threat, stressor, or loss. It provides a channel for the expression of negative feelings and can spark or motivate a person into solution- and survival-oriented actions. Because it never occurs in isolation and is usually preceded by pain or painful feelings, it can be characterized as a "second hand emotion."

Underlying anger is always hurt.

From the adult child perspective, anger is a normal reaction to an abnormal circumstance.

Spiritual or religious discussions warn of its overtaking nature, if it is not resolved, quelled, or kept in check. "In your anger, do not sin," the Bible advises.

"Get rid of all bitterness, rage, and anger, brawling and slander, along with every form of malice."

"Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry, because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires"-in other words, if you think that you are doing his work for him, you are not.

Although these quotes bespeak of ultimate truths, they are almost impossible to achieve and maintain when the fires of an abusive childhood still rage within you, waiting to be doused and dissolved with recovery. They may be the origins of your own anger, as expressed in Courage to Change (Al-Anon Family Group Headquarters, 1992, p. 341). "Before Al-Anon, I'd have sworn I didn't have an angry bone in my body. Through working the steps, however, I discovered that, without knowing it, I'd often been furious with the alcoholic in my life. I began to recognize anger while it was happening... It felt great to reclaim these repressed parts of myself. I felt more whole, more powerful... "

The person seems to share the same origin of anger as I and was equally forced to squelch it. All roads lead to Rome and all anger apparently leads to your abuser.

The solution for me came from shifting my focus from the tip of the iceberg later-in-life to the foundation laid by my father earlier in it and realizing that this insatiable, unshakable emotion was due to my inability to confront and express to him what I had been forced to absorb. This was the true origin of my anger.

Can you think of any of your own that you now believe was displaced and out-of-proportion for the person or the circumstance? Can you trace it back to the original ones? Was it something you never processed or resolved or someone you never forgave? Can you determine that what you wanted to express to someone as an adult may have been the same, unfinished emotions you should have vented to your parent, abuser, alcoholic, or qualifier as a child?

This, too, may be the origin of your anger.

The Purpose of Life - Can We Change Our Destiny

Can the purpose of a life, which has been set before incarnation, be changed during that life?

For example can you change your life plan to achieve a greater purpose by helping more people?

You are continuously changing your life by your actions. We each come in with a plan that has been determined before birth, a destiny we have each decided with the help of our guides and angels while we were in the presence of the tree of life.

We also discuss all the different possible outcomes and paths we may take once we incarnate, nothing is written in stone, it can and will be changed once we enter the physical body.

The changes in direction is determined not only by what we do, but also by what others around us do or accomplish. There are always many alternate paths we can take, some of which is determined as to how much we change our vibration once in physical form.

We can get so wrapped up in the issues of earthly life that we lower our vibrations and begin attraction those souls of a lower life form and we sink lower in evolution.

Likewise, if we suddenly wake up and realize what we are doing and once again follow our predetermined path, our vibrations will once again raise and consequently the universe will once again assist us in accomplishing our higher good.

Occasionally, especially as we grow older, we may have doubts as to whether we are following our life plan, and many times we believe we should be doing more. This is the time to look back to contemplate what kind of life we have led so far. In life one step normally follows another and if we have led a rather normal life with not much fanfare, that is probably the kind of life we will continue to lead, not everyone who learns will be teaching thousands, many times we lead a quiet life so as to enable us to learn deep meaningful lessons without the interruptions of a high profile life.

Sometimes this can be harder than being in the limelight, especially if we learn we have led influential lives in the past. All souls need lifetimes of rest, one doesn't need to do it all.

Many times we need to stand back and let others lead.

It is a normal tendency to share with others what we learn, if that is God's Will the opportunity will present itself, if it doesn't don't fret over it, just go on with life.

Many times, the learning is a personal event and it doesn't need to be shared with others. That is part of the learning.

I have traversed the globe in search of truth, my truth, during which time I have had an opportunity to study with Aborigine elders, native American Indians, and some of the world's finest intuitives. All of this has lead me to better understand our world and all things therein contained.

3 Keys to Learning Positive Intrapersonal Communications (By Latonia Price)

Closeup Photo of Primate

I know the idea of 'talking to yourself' seems ridiculous. However, in today's time, it's absolutely necessary to have great intrapersonal communication skills. These skills aren't necessarily about being conceited or selfish. It's more about being able to face reality with a more calm and level mindset. Here are 3 keys that I believe helps to improve intrapersonal communication skills:

1. Don't be ashamed to talk to yourself. I am not ashamed to admit I talk to myself. I ask myself serious and/or simple questions every day that centers on my attitude, love for myself, love for God, love for my husband, love for other people, and so much more. Most times, I don't answer certain questions right away because I want to wait to see if the answer will come from God. But because I asked myself a question and God knows what I asked, He'll answer. That's why I have no shame because most answers come from God. I may give an answer to some of the simple questions but for more of those serious questions, it's a few days or weeks because I want to make sure God answers and not myself. If I answer, I may not end up with the best solution. If I give room for God to answer, I am more likely to follow the right solution.

2. Have daily, consistent reflection time. Since the start of 2018, I've been doing tons of self-reflection. I've been telling people how I spend so much time in the mirror nowadays. Not sounding conceited but being transparent and sharing the fact that I need help. I need God, I need my husband, I need my family, I need trustworthy friends, etc. I'm not perfect. I love to learn and I have a lot of knowledge. However, I still need God to supply all my needs according to His riches in glory. (Phil. 4:19) I still need protection, love, support, healthy food, decent clothes, etc. I can't survive without God and what He supplies.

3. Break limiting beliefs through thanksgiving. Each person has an idea of who they are. Most are quick to recognize their weaknesses but so many are slow to recognize their strengths. It's easy to recognize a strength with a well-known public figure because that's all the media will show. But nowadays, the truth is coming forth and recognizing that even the they have flaws. We have to break these limiting beliefs by being so thankful for what we do have! Don't take what you have for granted. Don't doubt yourself by comparing yourself to others. It's not worth comparing or competing. Be grateful for how God made you.
Love yourself enough to talk to yourself. Improve your intrapersonal communication skills. You may find it so easy to encourage others but take more time to encourage yourself. Believe me, you'll reap the benefits over and over again!

What Are Your Margins? (By Chris Atley)

Person Holding White Printer Paper and Pen

I enjoyed a fabulous week quasi off with the kids for spring break and quasi working. It was a nice combination. I especially loved retreating for the night with my business women's group I personally belong to for my own business growth and development. We were at a fellow member's property where she runs retreats, and it is such a spiritual spot tucked away in the mountains from all of the busy-ness. Here is a picture of the hillside surrounding the retreat center. There is a lot of talk in the personal development marketplace these days about how much people are making, and it can be really discouraging for the folks that aren't there yet. There is a lot of judgement and comparison. In today's article I talk about what is really important and how to move away from the judgement and do what is best for you. Read on below.

Have a wonderful weekend and Happy Easter to those of you celebrating with family and friends. We don't have family in town this year, and are looking forward to an Easter egg hunt with the kids tomorrow morning and to the beach in the afternoon with friends. Our theme this year is about being thankful for what we have and the people in our lives.

First, I want to start of this week's article with us focusing on what is really important to you in terms of profit. Have you taken the time to look at what type of lifestyle you are really wanting? If it's been awhile, go ahead and do it again. Things shift, people change.

What do you really want? What is important to you? We want to be really mindful of not falling into comparisons and "shoulds" here. What is important to you in life and business? What type of business do you ultimately want to run, what support do you need and what does it look like cost wise? Do the same in your personal life. What lifestyle do you want and what is important to you? Is it travel, experiences with your family, savings, college funds, etc.? What is it for YOU?

Get clear on this first and drop the judgment and comparisons from there. This is about you living life to the fullest on your terms and no one else's.

Second, take what others are saying with a grain of salt. When a business owner talks about how much their company did in a given month or year, this is typically gross, not net. It's not a criticism, but something to keep in mind when you hear this info. so that it doesn't bring you down and make you feel bad for not being where you want to be. You could be earning way less, but keeping way more. It's all relative. A better determination of success is looking at your profit margin. How much are you earning versus how much you are keeping over a given period of time. That is a better indicator and most small businesses don't look at that percentage.

* You can calculate your profit margin by taking your total revenue and subtracting your total expenses, and then taking that number and dividing it by your total revenue to get the percentage. The percentage is your profit margin.

Start looking at this for your own company and determining what you would like to see happen. The average standard for a healthy business is having a profit margin of 25% or over, generally speaking to give you an idea. Once you figure out your own profit margin, you can then use your own business results to compare to and not others going forward. Let's get you to where you want to be in your business and what feels good for you, and not for someone else.

Happy calculating and planning!

Powerful Spiritual Words - These Words Will Change Your Life!

Woman Holding Yellow Petaled Flowers

'This is my day', the day to live, love and enjoy! As you rise, get dressed and eat your breakfast say 'This is my day!'

If you are facing difficulties and feeling afraid or anxious about the day say,

'This is the day I express strength and courage'

If you find yourself dwelling on the past and long for the good old days, affirm these words, 'This is my day of joy and happiness'

Repeat these words many times and welcome with open arms the good that is running to meet you. The gifts of spirit are always good. They draw health and peace towards you. What you see with your five senses, essentially the thoughts of others, may be helpful or may be harmful. The practice of connecting with the indwelling spirit will help you determine what is true and what is false. Turn your attention within, let all thoughts of disappointment drop away and replace them with ideas of love, joy and prosperity. Allow a new energy to enter your body.

When we know what we want we usually find a way to achieve it. Give yourself time for meditation and reflection. Give yourself time to sit quietly and listen to the still quiet voice within. What do you need to fulfill your desires? Do you need a different attitude? Are you willing to do the very best? Is your attention on your inner voice? Are you moving forward with courage and confidence?

If your need is for more courage, then be happy that spirit provides you with the unlimited life and strength to assist you in doing what is required. For it is through spirit that the life flow in you increases and prompts you to fulfill that which is required. By going within and connecting with your spiritual self, you will be led to outwardly express your true self.

If you feel that you carry a heavy burden then say,

'I release all seeming burdens to Spirit. I am free and at peace'

If your body needs health then say, 'I am renewed, healthy and whole'

Remember, this is your day! Do not be concerned about yesterday or tomorrow. Invite love, joy and happiness into your life now. Give thanks for the blessings you have received and for those not that have not yet been bestowed upon you. Open your arms, have courage, live fully and freely, this is your day!

Constructive and Destructive Thought

Woman, Girl, Balloon, Thought Bubble, Think, Thoughts

We build or destroy...

Our thoughts are the doorway to the inner sanctum of our psyche. That which is subconscious reveals itself through the channels of our thoughts. Some thoughts are based upon internal stimuli, while others external.

We possess the power to build, or destroy. We can construct mansions in heaven or destroy cities on earth. Our thoughts possess the power of the mental, the key to the unseen realm between physical and the spiritual.

That which is our innermost desire rises through the fog of our thoughts. This fog soon materializes before our eyes within our brain projecting its message to the world through our expressions.

Not all thoughts are constructive. This is a known fact, but what is unknown is how this impacts us in the long run.

The Ability To Destroy

Our brain is a fertile field. It will bear the harvest of the seeds we sown. If we sown good seeds we reap a good harvest, if we sown bad seeds, a bad harvest. The person who cultivates their mind in wisdom reaps the literal fruits of his labor.

However, if the seeds we plant are bad then the crops will poison us and the ground. There are two grounds. There is the upper ground (active mind) and the lower mind (passive mind). The passive mind we know as the subconscious mind. It is where the deepest desire, reaction, and truth resides.

Now the truth in the subconscious mind is relative. It is relative to what you have planted. Your subconscious mind will manifest whatever truth you feed it, first in your mind, then through attraction in your environment.

So, if the seeds you sown are bad, instead of bringing constructive results you will reap destructive forces. This is brought about by the manifestation we programmed in our subconscious mind.

Some example of bad seeds:

  • Hate
  • Envy
  • Jealousy
  • Backbiting

All of these are things you don't want in your life. There are a lot more bad seeds, this is by no means an exhaustive list.

Constructive Thought - To Create

However, not all seeds are bad. There are good seeds. These good seeds we plant bring forth a good harvest. I love the analogy of using seeds, and here is why:

  • They imply a process
  • It's not overnight
  • They produce their crop over time

When we intentionally think positive thoughts we are planting our garden with intelligence. Why would you want to grow a crop you despise? Did you know your mind is like a magnet, attracting to it the very things it either loves or loathes?

As you think thoughts seeds are planted from your active mind into your passive mind (subconscious mind). Your subconscious mind will draw to it the things requested by the active mind over a period of time. When you plant positive thoughts reinforced with positive action the universe itself begins to bring forth the very things you seek.

Remember, seek and you shall find! If you are seeking bad you are finding bad. If you are seeking good you are finding good. Ask yourself, which do you want in your life? Bad or good things?

The Twin Flame Connection

The twin flame connection existed long before the beginning of time, and in many lives over.

It's the reincarnation of the connection between souls, and it doesn't happen by accident. It's a soul connection on a spiritual lever, and it goes beyond human perception.

Many times we have false alarms on planet earth when we met someone on the physical plane that we have strong positive karmic ties with and with whom we can accomplish our life's mission.

These are normally souls that belong to the same soul group as we do, those we have joined to fulfill some physical goal with not only them but others as well.

Souls are always connecting and reconnecting, lifetime after lifetime, we meet many soul mates each earthly existence. Most come and go when the need or desire arises, only to fade off into the sunset once that need passes, some hang on for an entire lifetime always ready to assist us.

The minute that you make the contact, the spark ignites, but it is more than just what humans know love to be. It's more profound and is much more on the spiritual level, it is something that can't be explained in human terms.

Some people mistake that soul connection with a notion of what they believe love is because they want to be in love; with what their perception is, their understanding of love is, what their desire is. But that is not the true connection., but it is a step in the right direction.

Only souls who are highly evolved through numerous incarnations can totally comprehend the true connection, but the connections made in the mean time can be just as fulfilling and gratifying.

We confuse those connections with the true connection because we have never experienced anything more gratifying on the physical level and thus the relationship seems perfect.

Cherish those connections, they are the souls you need to be with at this particular time, they are fulfilling your needs, and you theirs, enjoy the bliss. When the time comes you will move on to the next level of evolving into a higher consciousness individual and meet more evolved souls until the final destination is reached.

We aren't here for a long time, just a short time but each time and life is important, one life is never more important than another, regardless of your station in life.

Sometimes we evolve more by being a lowly servant than a high profile leader.

I have traversed the globe in search of truth, my truth, during which time I have had an opportunity to study with Aborigine elders, native American Indians, and some of the world's finest intuitives. All of this has led me to better understand our world and all things therein contained.

3 Reasons You Need To Work With The Law of Attraction

When it comes to finding a new way to be spiritual, you may not have to look far. There are things that can be simple, and manifest a great deal of hope, peace, and love. Furthermore, there are options that can bring about great results, such as financial stability. One of the most iconic ways to focus on a new energy is through the Law of Attraction. This is something that can change the way that you see your life today, and for the future. While many people have argued that this is not a great thing, those that have used it to find peace in their lives, will tell you differently. At the end of the day, there are a few reasons why you should work with this principle, especially if you're stuck in a rut.

Changing Your Perspective

The first thing to remember about this is simple, your perspective needs changing. No matter how you are in life, you will find that negativity is easy to cling to. When you talk to people, you will find that it's far easier to be negative than positive. This is an issue that many people are dealing with right now. You may find that your goal is to reverse that, but if you're surrounded by individuals that are not thinking positively, you will be drowned out. Changing the way, you see the world is not a complex thing, it just requires you to focus on the right components. That's where the Law of Attraction truly comes into play.

Gaining Positive Affirmations

The notion of attracting positivity starts with affirmations that you can give yourself. You can look in the mirror and just speak out a few sentences and feel a bit of confidence. Other than that, you can start to meditate and feel the greatness of change within your life. You can turn things around by looking for a silver lining in everything that you do, and that could very well change your path moving forward. Instead of having to deal with the burdens of everyday life, you can strengthen your esteem, and push ahead to a greater good within your life.

It Just Works

It's easy to tell people to work within attracting what they want from the universe, but in practice, it's difficult. The thing that you should remember, however, is that it works. When you change the way that you see the world, you will not be thwarted by the things that the world throws at you. The world ahead of you will try to stop you, but you will be able to navigate through the right components overall. It's an empowering message, a revolutionary transmission for those that want to seek change and actually see a benefit come through.

The above are just a few reasons why you should look into getting cozy with attraction law. You very well may see benefits roll in, if you just try it out. Give it time, and get a fresh perspective on life.

Happiness & Success Begin With Not Desiring Them

To desire happiness or success proves you don't "think" you have it within you. So, if that's what you think, that's what you get. Desire for happiness does not bring happiness; desire for success does not bring success; desire for anything doesn't bring it. You have to already have it, and you do already have it.

"Thinking" otherwise sabotages the creative process. This explains, for instance, why certain people who have lost all their money tend to quickly regain it. It's because they have a pre-existing mindset of happiness and success that's based on reality not desire. They consciously or unconsciously tap the foundation of success - which is always within and from the Subconscious Mind.

Their happiness doesn't come from money or success of itself, but is realized via the game or process of creative action toward some greater good. There's a saying, "Nothing succeeds like success." This means success breeds more success, and happiness breeds more happiness.

To "think" otherwise is operating under a false pretence so brings failure or an unfavorable result. If you're not happy now, you won't be happy after you've achieved every goal you think will make you happy. You're never satisfied. You're always wanting something more or different. While there's nothing wrong with wanting more and more for creative purposes, there is something very wrong with wanting more for the purpose of happiness. It's a subtle distinction.

True happiness is an inherent, innate, non-emotional part of human being. It's not acquired externally but is realized internally. You can acquire pleasure but not happiness. Pleasure is emotional while true happiness is impersonal or spiritual.

You can't think or desire your way to happiness. You have to already be happy, and the beautiful little secret is that you already are happy. You were just looking for what you already have like a dog chasing its tail. You were looking in all the wrong places, in all the wrong ways, for all the wrong reasons.

Think of the erroneous translation, "Money is the root of all evil." The correct translation and true principle is, "The desire for money is the root of all evil." Now just change the word money to happiness and you'll have the problem correctly defined. It's the root of all evil because, again, you're operating under the false premise that true happiness is not who you truly are.

Think of happiness as a euphemism for any desired outcome. Don't set goals based on what your reward will be, but on being creative in, of and for itself.Just for the natural good of it and reality of it. Creativity is its own reward. It's the nature of being a joyous, powerful, fully functioning human. It comes from the Subconscious Mind while thinking and desiring come from the personal, self-centered mind. One is spiritual; the other, egotistical.

The Courage to Be Content and Discontent

Image result for be content
God calls us to two great and divergent poles to access the abundant life: to be content and discontent at the same time.

BEING CONTENT

Abundance as a spiritual concept is an outcome we arrive at through being content with what we have. With all we've been given, possessions and experiences, we're to be content. We count our blessings. Doing this means we have the courage to let go of our covetousness - those things and events we'll never have, and are not supposed to have. To do that we'll need to change some things in our lives, like say no to people, and drop unhealthy ambitions.

Being content, because it necessitates change to embrace surrender, requires courage.

BEING DISCONTENTED

Abundance is also a journey, a destination we never reach. We have glimpses of our contentedness, and these are good and to be enjoyed, but we can't get stuck there, because before too long contentedness becomes discontentedness. We can, however, enlist the courage to agree to remain discontented with where we're at. It's the only way we will continue to grow. It takes courage to refuse to settle.

CONNECTING CONTENTEDNESS AND DISCONTENT

These two divergent poles of demeanour seem on the surface not to complement one another, but together they're a perfect accompaniment, because they're a balance.

Being content is important, but staying content means we must be discontent with where we're at. Staying content will require us to break camp from our ideas that staying in our own safe bubble is even achievable, as it isn't. Life is always changing, and we have to remain mobile, which is the wisdom of humility that assumes nothing.

***

Life is in being content
with what we have
whilst being discontent
with staying as we are.
