Speak Words of Inspiration: Ignite Your Passion From Within

Learn by listening to your self when you speak, whether in a personal conversation or speaking to yourself silently. Listen intently to words spoken or written in newspapers, media and books. Give yourself an encouraging chance to advance by fanning the flames and engage the cinders that empower your carefully selected choice of verbal or written fired communication. Speak with purpose, joyful grace and apply communication energy in words that you choose to enlighten the world. Make your words matter, speak to educate, entertain or to add a fire of energy to your audience!

Listen to your soul, speak words of inspiration; gain clarity; learn to calculate your reactions. IGNITE A FIRE WITH YOUR INSPIRED WORDS, remember that there is power in the words that you use to communicate. When words were first organized and made into sentences, the intention was to work together, eventually they made communication and language easier. Words had their rightful place- A simple form of communication for our ancestors: the caveman.

Through evolution and throughout our lifetime on earth; in the way we live our lives; words serve as learning/teaching tools and multipurpose forms of entertainment, preservation and a new fangled way to touch the masses with the strokes of a keyboard and the ability to engage the INTERNET!!!

Words fuel and generate fire to touch the globe with e-mail, mass- marketing, media, and any other positive spin you wish to acknowledge. Like the wood that furnishes the fuel supply for the fire; SO ARE YOU AND SO AM I.

The four initial elements were known as fire, air, earth and water since then since science has proven that there are 118 elements in total. One thing that is certain; fuel is required for burning wood; the fire of light is applied to minimize the darkness, you can't have one exclusive of the other. Light was brought into the equation to eradicate the darkness. To shed light on new ways of thinking: innovative ways of working:to multiply your witnesses: to nurture your audience that were ready to learn and had fire in their hearts. The words that we convey communicate our internal landscape and demonstrate the focus of our intention, speak from the fire that ignites the passion in your heart. Fire is also expressive, and when ignited carelessly, causes turmoil, smoke and dangerous conditions. It can also INCITE MOTIVATION: INSPIRE ACTION, OR DIVERT DANGER, in its most protective form.

Following an age-old pattern of enhancing the elements; we must increase our abilities by adding fire to anything that we wish to gain or enlighten, or to function by feeding the mind with inspired thoughts to gain comprehension.

Like a Florida forest controlled-burn project, averting dry, hazardous forest fires, in the dismally hot summertime, or any excessively dry season. So can the fires of life be diverted to bring empathy and protection by minimizing a possible exacerbated, dry heat- induced catastrophe and averting flames too!

Are you the wood that feeds the fires of your life, causing smoke, extending the fire long past it's usefulness, prolonging the drama in others, even in the most undeserving victim of all: YOU? Or, are you the fire that gets things initiated, fueled and ready to function? Save the smoldering hot burning fire for the fireplace in your home, apply fire, you emit, for a worthy cause: Written, spoken or any form of words introduced and energized correctly: light and inspire others profoundly AND PERFECTLY. . .

Some fireplaces come readily equipped with screens and smoke filters: uniquely designed, for your fireplace, strategically placed to contain the flames in your home to a designated area; serving a worthy purpose, so can your written, and spoken communication be applied to serve; avert; or minimize a fire directed to others, or pointed at you! Keep your fire burning clean as we speak humbly to ourselves: to one another: and listen to our inner words uninterrupted:realizing how our internal words are fed and ignited. Use your own communication skills to your benefit and fan the flames of success with unequivocal passion and conviction.

I enjoy learning from you and from others offering me knowledge continuously!

Self Explanatory

People just keep on hurrying along. From one project to the next, to a new house, a new relationship, a new job, another vacation; to 'something different'. People are forever busy organizing, planning, making sure that everything keeps going well. This juggling act continues day-in, day-out... and again, another season, another year has passed. Many people have long since activated next year's calendar. The next summer vacation has already been booked! People quite often don't talk about their hurried lifestyles. It just keeps piling up and their calendar gets filled to overflowing. The very young are especially prone to having full activity planners. There is definitely a need to express oneself, to just talk, open up to someone and unwind, but there doesn't seem be any time for that.

Do you still have time for a talk? There is always something, an activity, in other words, a reason why that's not possible... busy, busy. Fortunately, it will soon be Christmas again, 'good times'!

People talk to me about their experiences: "When I talk about 'it', I have lost, or will lose, my balance. Then I will no longer be able to control myself and lose my grip."

Or: 'I have given off all kinds of signals but I'm not being heard. I did actually say it, but it wasn't heard. Nobody listens to me. I probably haven't been clear enough. These feelings tend to grow over time and come to control me, which turns these feelings into fixed images and so appear to become exclusive. It's like a barrier is being thrown up and then I don't know how to break through anymore. It is a weird vicious circle that somehow or other I do know, also from experience, can be broken, but right now I don't know how or when. It is becoming a pattern in my life. I really would want to be invited for it, or that someone creates a circumstance, a climate. There should be somebody there who listens to me. Who listens in a way that makes me speak. Because there are always reasons not to express myself, not to approach, call or mail the other person, or (I know, really old-fashioned) to simply write a letter." Many people find it much easier to deliver a positive message, to just casually remark that you have experienced, bought or done something nice, funny, or enjoyable, rather than to give voice to a sad or impressive feeling.

When you are not satisfied about how you experience yourself there is often something that holds you back. Something that throws you back on your individuality, on yourself, into your own environment, into isolation. It would appear like you don't feel the need for other people and you begin to withdraw into yourself. Shutting yourself in, turning inward, while the need to be 'together' is actually quite strong. This need, however, is dismissed as 'Oh well, the seasons are changing, it's a period in which I'm vulnerable and sensitive.' Or: 'Leave me be, this is just the way I am.' Or 'just take me as I am.'

It is precisely the people who say that, who make these statements, who don't want to be left alone. They want to sit quietly together and somebody to 'really' listen to them. They want to think and talk together about their experiences without the need to solve absolutely anything. Just reflection in moments of cherishing, realisation and silence.

Strange, isn't it, to speak in silence!
Many, many people speak in silence. Just listen to yourself. You hold many, long conversations with yourself in your 'internal language', in your musings. The conversation with yourself is worthy of being shared with others. With people who really and sincerely want to be with you. With those people who want to talk with you without imposing themselves or wanting to shoulder your thoughts. There are people who really take an interest.

These conversations are often moments of insight and growth. Really personal, intimate and precious moments. Experiences that you later look back on and feel warmly about. Those kinds of evenings that seem to fly past; "is it this late already... ?'

Then you will find the words, know why and when, and it will make no difference what is being said. Then it will come from within and it will feel just right. Everything that comes spontaneously from within yourself is good, is of value. Then it will come naturally. To not yet fully know but still, somehow, know inside. The other person fosters that knowledge through listening and the conversation, which gives you space. Space to speak and be heard at multiple levels. Then you will automatically speak your own language. This also applies to entrepreneurs, managers and executives. But also to doctors and relief workers. That is the language that many others would also like to hear from you. Real words are self-explanatory.

Strive for the Mountain Top

Don't walk where everybody else walks, it's a reason it's called the beaten path. There will be many that will offer you their advice as to what is good for you. You separate the good information from the bad. The process is called discernment. I advise you to first listen to your self. Welcome change with open arms. Resistance to change will hinder your advancement. Nothing avoids change. Your values should never be compromised but enhanced. Your character should be of the utmost but open minded. Your conviction should be strong but also willing. Our perception of what life is about is based in our values our experiences and our ideology. Some will tell you accepting defeat in some situations is acceptable. You will live to fight another day is a very true and exacting statement. Though this statement is true I disagree with accepting defeat. Life is a learning process and every situation is an opportunity to improve upon that situation. When you settle for defeat that is exactly what you get. The substances of self consist of experiences, beliefs and situations. The substance is invaluable, significant and distinctive. How we manage those situations, events and circumstances is vital.

Your opportunities to succeed are larger than your opportunities to fail. The magnificent gift of life is a gift that is given only by one. The gift is the reason we all are here. There is no gift bigger than the gift of life. It is not to be wasted or unappreciated. When we strive to make the best of our selves we also strive to make the world better. The pursuit of a better life is measured by the road traveled not by arriving at destination. We will discover who we are by not conforming to others opinions of who we are but by conforming to the gifts given to us. The better we manage the lane given to us the wider the lane gets. The more we guard what we say, what we do and what we hear the sharper we become. The inner ear is a true source for knowledge. It will never tell you anything but what is good for you. We just have to be willing to listen. The more we listen the more we gain. The more we appreciate our selves the more we appreciate others. The drive to succeed has to be fueled from what's inside you. It will give you conviction a necessary building block needed to reach your pinnacle.

When transform instead of conforming, we allow the gifts of life to be utilized. When a gift comes upon and you and you are not ready for it, it will pass you by. Spiritual and fiscal responsibility prepare you for a gift that has already been bestowed upon you. To most, this statement is grammatically incorrect. It talks of the past tense giving to the future tense. It also describes faith. If you truly believe something, it will convict you. Conviction is a substance to build upon. When we truly embrace the gifts given to us, our perceptions of what matters will change. Your shortcoming will become opportunities. Once you realize who you are and what you are, the opportunities will become more abundant. Your gifts were set aside for you before you ever knew or realized who or what you are. Where there is cause there is effect. When you put forth the effort, there will be an effect. The effect is dependent on your effort. The effect of believing in your self raises your expectations that you have for your self. In order to get to the top, there has to be more than believing in your self.

Believing in self is good, but sometimes self can get in the way. You need to be guided by faith. Opportunities build character and endurance. With intellect, you can get through anything if applied correctly. Apply faith and it will produce. Allow your gifts to work for you and you will never fail.

Tuning In (Tips on how to be a good listener to yourself so you can be a better listener to others).

How often do you feel really listened to? How often do you really listen to others? (Be honest.)
We know we’re in the presence of a good listener when we get that sweet, affirming feeling of really being heard. But sadly it occurs all too rarely. We can’t force others to listen, but we can improve our own listening, and perhaps inspire others by doing so.
Good listening means mindful listening. Like mindfulness itself, listening takes a combination of intention and attention. The intention part is having a genuine interest in the other person—their experiences, views, feelings, and needs. The attention part is being able to stay present, open, and unbiased as we receive the other’s words—even when they don’t line up with our own ideas or desires.
Paradoxically, being good at listening to others requires the ability to listen to yourself. If you can’t recognize your own beliefs and opinions, needs and fears, you won’t have enough inner space to really hear anyone else. So the foundation for mindful listening is self-awareness.
Here are some tips to be a good listener to yourself so you can be a good listener for others.
1. Check inside: “How am I feeling just now? Is there anything getting in the way of being present for the other person?” If something is in the way, decide if it needs to be addressed first or can wait till later.
2. Feeling your own sense of presence, extend it to the other person with the intention to listen fully and openly, with interest, empathy, and mindfulness.
3. Silently note your own reactions as they arise—thoughts, feelings, judgments, memories. Then return your full attention to the speaker.
4. Reflect back what you are hearing, using the speaker’s own words when possible, paraphrasing or summarizing the main point. Help the other person feel heard.
5. Use friendly, open-ended questions to clarify your understanding and probe for more. Affirm before you differ. Acknowledge the other person’s point of view—acknowledging is not agreeing!—before introducing your own ideas, feelings, or requests.
