Clearing Away Crisis Clutter Frees You to Accomplish Your Goals

Time management tips give you lots of power - so how do you feel when others' urgent demands steal that power away? Accomplishing your goals becomes awfully challenging when others' crises crowd to the front of your line.

Maybe family members count on you to be the strong one. Perhaps colleagues confront you with surprise deadlines or frequent crises with ever-higher stakes. If you aren't prepared to handle others' urgency, their agendas will consistently undermine your best plans.

It's frustrating! And fortunately, it's workable. You can turn this dynamic around.

How do you protect your priorities without appearing uncaring and possibly jeopardizing your career or straining significant relationships?

You Have the Power to Clear Crisis Clutter! These 7 Simple Strategies are designed help you both stay on track and clarify your relationships.

1 Remember: Others' Urgency Is Not Your Emergency. Urgency is often a hallmark of strong personalities. But their crises needn't become yours! You control your time. So first, try using that time to do nothing.

  • Simply pause. Breathe. Carefully weigh your response. This is a powerful assertion of boundaries in itself.
  • By remaining thoughtful and not matching or reacting to frantic energy, you claim full responsibility over your choices and your time.

2. Conduct an Independent Assessment. Use the space you've taken to explore two fundamental questions:

  • What is your level of responsibility for the problem? Trust your own fair evaluation here. Guilt is an insidious boundary buster. Don't let it kidnap your time!
  • What is your stake in the outcome? Again, remain as neutral as possible as you weigh this for yourself. What is the consequence of staying true to your own plans versus following an urgent agenda?

Now you can decide how much time, if any, to devote to problem-solving. If you do wish to be supportive, consider the terms. Are there opportunities here for meaningful reciprocity?

3. Listen Actively and Compassionately, Without Adopting a Crisis Mentality. Restate the predicament from your perspective. When you re-frame the situation, you:

  • Defuse the drama. Summarizing things calmly and realistically deflates urgent energy.
  • Confirm that you truly understand the issue. Feeling heard helps people relax and listen to your ideas.
  • Find your feet, so you can create a solid base for your own decision. Whether or not the person you are speaking with clings to a crisis mentality is beside the point. (This is a significant boundary issue. You are responsible for your feelings alone!)

4. Create a Broader Perspective. Urgency may engender tunnel vision in others. You needn't join them in that tunnel! You can genuinely empathize from a spacious vantage point. In fact, the more separate you remain, the more understanding you can be. (And you are less likely to feel defensive or resentful when you trust your boundaries and know that your time can't be commandeered.)

5. Offer Alternatives That Work for You. You stand a better chance of succeeding when you articulate everyone's baseline needs and build from there. Be sure to make your parameters clear so that your own projects remain on track.

6. Allow Others Their Responses. This is the hardest part for many! Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is... absolutely nothing. When you set a limit:

  • The ball is in the other person's court, and so is the responsibility for her or his own feelings.
  • Others may express hurt, anger, indignation or retreat into stony silence. On your end, do your best to cultivate calm openness. Try breathing into your belly if you find yourself becoming anxious as you take this step.

With practice, you'll find it easier to accept others' dissatisfaction without defensiveness. Your openness demonstrates:

  • You respect their right to their feelings and
  • The powerful, self-referenced fact that your time priorities don't require their approval.

7. Focus on Your Areas of Positive Control. Clarifying your end of relationships takes time. And it rewards you richly. Share what you feel comfortable doing, and specify how much time you are willing to spend doing it. This clarity encourages open communication - and that can lead to genuine progress.

Have the Courage to Reframe Important Relationships. Relationships are often constructed out of unspoken contracts. As you change your end the dance, your "dance partner" may initiate changes in response.

  • Others may be called upon to help, as you become less available for last-minute crises. This expands roles and relationships and can be very enriching.
  • You may be asked to coordinate schedules and priorities more closely with colleagues. Flexibility and collegiality can grow as a result.
  • The road may seem rockier as changes evolve and all parties regain their footing. Ultimately, you benefit. You enjoy more productive, crisis-free time; and, quite often, your relationships grow and deepen.

So experiment, taking small steps as you clear crisis clutter! As you do so, you'll find more satisfaction with how you use your time.

Normally when we do understand the very best methods to deal with achieving them we just allow ourselves to stop attaining them by simply quitting. Establishing a mental motion picture can increase your chances of success as it is a creative and simple technique for setting your mind on your objectives.

A mind movie is a creative visualization method used by neuro-linguistic practitioners to help clients to reprogram their mind to dominate concerns or worries, recuperate previous injuries or to obtain work or life goals. If you comprehend the goal you want to achieve then you can maximize this efficient tool to help you in developing an efficient outcome.

Action 1: Pick your

It is needed that you can acknowledge the objectives you want to achieve. It must be specific and composed.

Action 2: Establish a strategy

You have to comprehend when conclusion point of the wanted goal. It is vital that you produce a strategy describing the exact adjustment or enhancement you want to make.

For it to be useful and produce a reliable outcome it has to:

  • Use all 5 senses;.
  • Be actually very detailed; and.
  • Use present tense writing

For example, if your goal is to wind up being more favorable in social circumstances your strategy might look like this:

I am at an event for a partner's birthday. The area is remarkably lit with music playing. There are red, blue, yellow and green balloons all over. I can hear people talking and laughing. I am standing in the center of a group of colleagues discussing a movie. Everyone is listening. They are smiling at me and I rejoice. The beat of the music pulses through me making me feel invigorated. I feel comfortable talking and listening to others.

With every sip of my drink, I feel more effective and more favorable. Each little the yummy food makes me feel much better. I am smiling.

Accomplishing Your Goals

woman praying beside tree

Anything in life is achievable if you set your mind to it. My father used to tell us that there is no such thing as can't. With that mindset we grew up completing whatever task was set in front of us. That should be the first thing in one's mind. A positive attitude and belief in yourself is essential. Life is full of ups and downs and that means many knock backs will happen. A successful person learns from them and gets up and moves on.

Some people don't have goals but go through life taking opportunities where they present themselves. In other words, they get a job and usually stay in the one line of employment for most of their lives. Others, who are less stable, may move from job to job without a clear idea of what they really want from life.

The really ambitious ones take up a profession and study for a degree or even a doctorate. That, however, may not get them the job they require unless they can present themselves to the world with the authority expected of them.

So how do we know what we want to achieve in life. In my case it was always with me as I was born knowing there was a particular job waiting for me. With memory of my reincarnation it is my belief that everyone has lived many times before. They have brought with them knowledge from their previous life that is their mindset and guide.

This is where our link with the Spirit of the Universe comes in. It is our subconscious mind and the little voice within that tells us when we are on the right path. If we stray from it we feel lost, stressed, and deeply unhappy. Once we return to it our mood quickly changes and life is worth living again.

Many have never heard of this 'phenomena' and they believe that they plan their lives and live according to their desires. That is far from the truth because everything in life is par to the plan of God and whatever we do affects many people.

The Spirit uses everything to test us for strength and it knows who the spiritual people are and is guiding them accordingly. So if you hear that little voice speaking to you then use it and your goals will be accomplished. Ignore it and you will find that nothing you do will work out. The choice is yours and that's how God has made you.

Follow Your Dreams - Don't Delay

Most of us have had dreams for our future, dreams are what gives life-blood to our desires; but how many or us let them dwindle away without fulfilling them?

You may be saying- I'm too busy right now, or I'm to young, too old or too tired, or every other excuse you can think of. You may be feeling too tired or despondent because your life has become dull. It's time to change. Usually we only change direction when something causes us to re-evaluate our lives.

Why are most of us such self-doubters, disbelieving our abilities or doubting our courage.

Hold on to those dreams, don't let them escape, they can fill your days with delight, strengthen your resolve and develop you as a person. They can force you to learn new things and stretch you to limits you didn't know existed.

They will give you frustrating moments, as you strive to accomplish your goals, but also untold satisfaction if you just step out of your comfort zone and experience true living. Don't accept second best just because its easy, strive for what you believe in. Be passionate about your aims. Just do it!

You might be in a boring job, or wishing you could change your career, wishing you could travel the world, or learn to play music or paint. Whatever your dream find a way to pursue it, incorporate it into your life, see what is possible and make plans to include it.

Anthony Robbins suggests the reason people are depressed is because their dream lifestyle, or life plan and reality are poles apart. Try and bring yours closer for a happier future, Maybe you have to re-consider your lifestyle, is it really what you want how can you improve it.

People who live their dreams and fill their days with work they enjoy, don't consider it work, think of actors, sports people, artists, and many others. Believe in yourself and pursue your dreams. Freedom to follow your own path is a desire that many would like to tread. Freedom to make decisions and follow them through.

What would you like to do that you are not doing, search your soul for your true delight. Would you travel, change your career, look for a new job, take up a new sport or hobby. Spice up your life.

Maybe you need extra cash to take the plunge or maybe it is a desire to set up a business or invent something. If you make a plan it may be possible to incorporate it into your life without hurting your loved ones. Talk it through and see what is possible, you may find much of your dream is can be achieved.

Make this an exciting year!

Breakthrough Your Limitations

Today you will learn how you can learn to beat your limitations.

Many people see limitations as something that is constant and unchanging. They see a concrete wall in which that cannot pass. This is the very reason that many people are leading unsatisfied and unfulfilled lives. It is also the number 1 reason that people are not living up to their full potential. Are you living up to your full potential? I can answer confidently that for you the answer is a resounding "NO!". (Otherwise, you would not still be reading this article)

Living beyond your current limitations is possible but only after you identify what those limitations are. There are only two types of limitations in your life. The first is a limitation imposed on you by another and the second type is a self-imposed limitation. These limitations may come in many different forms. They may be belief patterns that you have adopted throughout your life because someone in a position of authority or you admired told you they were true. Either way, you adopted these beliefs about yourself or your ability as truths that now govern your actions and decisions.

Another may be that of time. You may feel there is just not enough time to accomplish the things you think are needed to accomplish your goals. It may be the scheduling that is imposed upon you by your job or family responsibilities.

Finally, you may see a limitation regulated by resources; not enough money, not enough knowledge, not enough connections, etc...

To all of these things, I can speak only one word. Priority.

Does your desire to have something greater than you are currently expressing hold a greater priority in your life than the belief, restriction, or perceived lack that is holding you back?

Here Are 3 Steps That Will Allow You To Overcome Any Obstacle

1. Identify the area of dissatisfaction in your life and determine that you are going to make a change. Dissatisfaction is the birthplace of change. When you zero in on the very specific focus that has left you unsatisfied you are ready to move to step number 2. Do not go there until you can specifically identify the root of your limitation.

2. Make a list of the top five areas that you need to adjust your priorities in to feel satisfied in that area. You can do this by answering these questions honestly.

A. What habits do I have that monopolize my time? What habits can I replace them with to advance me toward my goal?

B. What disciplines do I have in my life that I can improve to free me to achieve success in this area? Are you taking care of your health by eating right, exercising, getting adequate rest?

C. Where is my focus? The focus or attention that you maintain will alter the direction that you go. When it comes to limitations it is summed up in this simple quote, "If you are focused on the limitation you will never see the potential."

3. Believe in yourself. This is a hard step because it requires you to think differently about yourself than you have in the past. Spend some time each day visualizing yourself doing and experiencing something that is beyond your limits. If you don't think you can run one mile, don't imagine yourself running two miles. Fully imagine the sounds, the smells, the sight of what it looks like as you are first to cross the finish line in a 20-mile race. Imagine the joy and exhilaration you feel as those that are dearest to you greet you with shouts of praise and encouragement. Make it so real you can taste the sweat! This is how you begin to believe in yourself greater than you have ever before.

When you believe in yourself you will begin to live like it. An amazing side effect of this is that others will begin to believe in you as well. When others believe in you they will stand by you and encourage you. This momentum created will push you past your limitations.

"To be in a different place, you
must be able to see what that place
looks like. Envision the lifestyle
you wish to have. Until you can see
it - you will not believe it and
until you believe it - you will never
receive it." -C. Nedland

The Secret Ingredient Successful People Use!

Have you ever wondered what the secret ingredient used by successful people is? How do successful people stay accountable and focused? How do they recognize and overcome obstacles and get outside their comfort zones to excel beyond their wildest dreams?

A successful person may have one, two or several! In fact, I listened to a speech given by a wealthy entrepreneur and he said he makes use of eight of them! Successful people may make time for this secret once a week, once a month, in person, on the phone, on Skype or in a group. Do you have an inkling of what I'm referring to? Yes, no, maybe? I'm referring to having a coach to help you stay on track to accomplish your goals.

Having a coach can be a powerful tool in becoming successful. Do you need a coach, or do you already have one? Have you ever considered becoming a coach yourself? Which type of coach would you be?

There are several different types of coaching. To name a few: life coaching, executive coaching, business coaching, and fitness coaching.

As a brief overview, a life coach generally has a focus on life-style issues and life decisions. An executive coach is paid by an organization and frequently offers a service to an executive's employer. Executive coaching fees usually are higher than those for life coaching.

Business coaching can refer to a type of life coaching or to the coaching of business skills within an organization. Fitness coaching focuses on physical fitness, but it may encompass issues such as diet and lifestyle.

Now that I've piqued your interest, how do you choose a coaching school that suits you and offers the best qualifications?

Isn't it always a good idea to go to the experts? The International Coaching Federation is the place to go to find expert advice about coaching. This organization is dedicated to raising the standard of excellence within the coaching industry. They have a list of numerous coaching schools to choose from, that have met their strict accreditation requirements. Everything that you could possibly think to ask about coaching is on this website.

If you are undecided and you would prefer to be coached instead there is no problem. They have a list of the benefits of using a coach, tips for hiring a coach, a referral service and more.

Wishing you great success in all your endeavors.

The Best Revenge Is Massive Success

In life, apparently, the best revenge is massive success. While I tried and experienced many things in the course of my existence, I succeeded in some of them, failed terribly in others and even gave up on a few. However, failing is something no one is immune to and that we must all go through it.
Is great achievement indeed the best payback? Why are we all failing at some point in our lives? What can failures teach us? Whatever good could come out of tragedies?

Of all the people who have experienced massive success, there exists no exception to a life without failure. In fact, the masters have failed more times than the students ever tried. The determining factor is that successful people did not give up while others did. And that is why success tastes so sweet after many bitter disasters.

"The best revenge is massive success." - Frank Sinatra
However, often being considered the underdog myself, I am always rooting for the long shots, no matter who they are. For whatever reasons, people who are misfit, marginal, black sheep or dark horse are discounted continuously and put aside in life.

The Design of Success
Nonetheless, the story of these marginal is perhaps one of the oldest and most celebrated stories of our world. By being different, they often create change and achieve massive success. And we are all miracles of life. Yet, as miraculous beings, we usually look at what we do not have.

We instead prefer to compete with others, fight, hold grudges, get angry, and even argue with people who we care about. And yet, we supposed to be the smartest beings on the planet. It all seems so ironic!

The people who create massive success for themselves can let go of petty things. They influence their minds, learn, move past trivialities, and focus entirely on what they want out of life. Successful people are not being dissuaded by things like pain or failure but instead able to push past the barriers in their way and ultimately succeed.

The Misfits of Great Success
There are plenty of underdogs who achieved massive success as their best revenge. A great example of that is Sylvester Stallone. Here is an actor who came to be known through the films of "Rocky." Yet, do you know his story? Mister Stallone was at one point in his life homeless, without a cent in his pocket. He lived in a bus station for close to one month.

The movie industry rejected all of his auditions. He got turned down more than 1,500 times and told he was a 'nobody.' Can you imagine? Mister Stallone failed more than one thousand five hundred times before seeing the light. Did you know that once, he was even forced to sell his dog for 25 dollars just to cover a bill he had to pay?

He felt so sorry because his dog was his best friend. But he afterward repurchased it. And it is that same dog that appears at his side in the first Rocky movie. However, imagine just how good the revenge of massive success tasted to mister Stallone when his film had won three Oscars.

The Best Revenge Is Massive Success
Even if you are going through hard times right now, or are experiencing setbacks or failures, or if people are telling you that you are not capable of doing something, or say that it is impossible, know this: Success is possible when you believe and keep trying.

The best revenge is massive success because, in this way, you can prove to yourself first what you are capable of achieving. Do not try to convince others wrong or show your abilities because, in time, all of that will happen on its own. Consider success instead, as the best alternative.

The Taste of Success is Sweet
To reach massive success, you need to fail countless times. You might need to fail more than a thousand times like Mister Stallone. And yes, after many failures and many years of pushing forward, success can genuinely feel like the best revenge and taste so sweet.

But, once you get there, and you reached the top, all of your hard work pays off. When you accomplish the apparently impossible, you can celebrate that triumph. However, you should set the bar higher and push harder to complete even more.

Massive Success is Possible
You have to believe in yourself. Know that you are capable of a whole lot of things, much of which you do not even realize until you try. Man in all his greatness has achieved improbable things that would shock most people of the past. Massive success is most certainly the best revenge when you finally accomplish your goals.

You then realize just what you can achieve when you put our minds to what you want, focusing on it and have an unstoppable persistence. Anything is possible as long as you put your heart and soul into what you desire and pursue it with every fiber of your being.

Success is Pushing through Fears
You cannot reach success without breaking through your fears. But those steps forward also take you out of your comfort zone and change you into a stronger person. Success is not only the best revenge but is also the power that pushes you beyond the fears that are holding you back.

The reason being is that to achieve anything that may endure; you have to overcome your fears. It also makes you reach more in-depth which is something that transforms and profoundly affects you.

Success is the Best Revenge
As you work in silence, your success makes the noise for you. Other people begin to talk about your achievements, and it spread at the speed of light. Success is indeed the best revenge because you do not even need to tell anyone about it.

Then the doubters and the haters hear the news, and they become upset. In fact, a lot of people do not like to see others succeed because it makes them unhappy. They see you, a person that they know or not, who can reach massive success while they were not able to do the same thing.

Your Success is Hope for Others
Once you reach success, you become a sign of hope for other people around you. They then realize that they can also achieve their dreams as long as they do not give up and persevere over the obstacles that are in their way.

Other people can use your success as an example of what is possible in life. Not only will it be an even better payback for you, but it will in turn also be the best revenge for them. Therefore, help them prove what is possible in life when you refuse to give up and push through.

I know there a lot of people in this world who have very little belief in themselves. I want to tell them that they can achieve anything they put their mind to. Just use the success of others as a roadmap to accomplish what seems unachievable to you. So remember: Massive success is the best revenge!

Message From the Universe: Self Worth at Its Best

"As if you weren't among the most important people who have ever lived.

Bowing before greatness,
The Universe"

Give yourself a bit of credit here. You are working hard to accomplish your goals, you are keeping yourself healthy, both physically and mentally and you make sure to always be there to help others. You are doing everything right and it is now up to the Universe to decide what is the best path for you. You can't be feeling down if it may take a bit longer to accomplish your lavish goals. It is crucial to keep on trying until you get it right. The question is: "How will I know what is right? How will I know what path to take to guarantee my success?" If something doesn't work, you will be aware, unless you are blind as a bat. You will realize that you are running fast on a treadmill, not going anywhere. Some other things will happen to take you OUT of your present path and redirect you somewhere else. Signs will be all around you to stop doing what you've been doing and start something new. It is important for you to carefully read these signs. You owe this to yourself. Focusing on what is important will be enough motivation to create yourself a better future.

Your presence in this world has a meaning, or the Universe wouldn't allow you to live too long. You are here, today, because your mission on Earth is YET to be accomplished. So how do you know what is your mission? There is a voice inside you that will direct you towards it. How do you get to hear that voice? Well, meditating is definitely a good start. It will allow your psychic awareness to kick into high gear and help you pay attention to the voice from within. Do not be afraid if you do hear it, as long as it is not a couple dozen voices that ask you to wrap a belt of explosives around your waist and blow yourself up. If you hear these voices, I would recommend psychiatric help. For everyone else, that little voice is the voice of wisdom and more you meditate, more you will hear it. Just remember, this little voice will never shout, will never be clear enough for you to hear it properly, so you need to really pay attention. Once you master these listening skills, you will experience drastic changes in your life and will finally know the main reason why you are here, in this planet. Once you know the ways how to listen to that voice, teach it to others so they can do the same. This is definitely a very valuable skills you want to share with others.

How to Stay Productive and Get Loads of Work Done

How are you going to stay productive in the most boring and slow of times?

Many times at age 16 did I once sit on the couch with my friends watching the latest episode of Game of Thrones just hoping that I will become a millionaire by putting just a few hours of work in a day.

I hated work. Work was the one thing in life that I wanted to get away from.

One day, however, life struck me. I had made a goal to have $1,000 in my checking account within a one-week period, and I didn't reach it. I sat on the couch doing nothing about achieving my goals. My bank had -$4 in it because I spent my money on snacks and items of instant gratification.

Had I stuck with my plan to get my business going rather than watch TV, I would have attained my $1,000 goal.

Here is how to stay productive in tough situations:

1. Go to Work

You know that feeling you get when you first awake in the morning, where you're groggy as hell and want to stay in bed? That's the first battle you need to fight throughout the day.

Fight the urges of wanting comfort so you can feel an unbelievable amount of comfort in the future!

2. Get Started

The most difficult battle to fight during your day is simply getting started with work. It's hard to start a task if it's puzzling or requires a lot of energy.

But, just doing the smallest piece of that straining task will relieve some of the pressure.

The key to progressing past this situation is to use momentum as an advantage to your side of the battle.

3. Automate Repetitive Tasks

Personally, I have a lot of tasks to do throughout the day which require me to do the same thing over and over and over again. To make it easier, I use cool programs like Automator on the Mac for organizing my computer files or other technology I can use to make the tasks in my day more convenient for my time schedule.

We live in a day and age where we shouldn't have to worry about the small, almost-annoying jobs that haunt our productivity.

4. Be Personally Accountable

Accountability is the best skill an individual can master in their lifetime because it strengthens bonds with those closest to you, and, if you're personally accountable, actions which require large amounts of focus will become easier to perform. When you're personally accountable, good habits are created, providing profit to you for long term success.

Keep yourself to your own word. Accomplish your goals with zero laziness.

5. Set Daily Goals to Accomplish

What are your dreams? Do you want to own a mansion in the future, or a Lamborghini sports car? Write down everything you know you want with a particular dream and figure the price it's going to take to reach that dream.

Create daily goals which will help you to reach benchmarks. Once you've reached a certain number of benchmarks over a period of time, you will have achieved a dream.

If you stay persistent and consistent with accomplishing your goals, you're going to reach your dreams at a quick pace. If you don't stay consistent at least, you're going to lose sight of your dreams.

6. Avoid Distractions

Ask any self-made successful person how they got to where they are, and they are most likely going to tell you to stay focused. Work with focus and take control of the environment around you because the people around you want something different for you than you do, and different is bad.

Look at the work you need to get done each day like it's a battle. Fight the distracting urges and become victorious with your achievements.

Two tips of advice regarding making it easier to avoid distractions:

Go somewhere peacefully different. Get your mind off the environment you usually spend your time in to relieve your mind of stress and regain focus on work.

Avoid social media. I did an experiment with my daily productivity where I uninstalled social media from my phone and logged out of social media on my computer. The amount of productivity I had went from only eight hours a day of work and thinking about my life to eighteen hours of work and life strategizing (actually creating plans and back-up plans). I was producing three times as much as I was when social media was available.

7. Develop Passion for What You Do

If you do the work you do for the money rather than for what you love to do, you're going to produce some at first, but, over the long-term, you're going to crash. Experiment until you find something you love more than anything else.

I love writing. I will be writing for the rest of my life not because I can make crazy amount of money from it but because it's fun to me. My heart beats faster and my brain just goes crazy excited whenever I write or create a story. Find what you love and pursue with your full heart. Life becomes more fulfilling when you use what you love to do to give back to the people you love.

Use these 7 methods above and you'll accomplish more than ever before. Stay focused and know that even in bad times or when you've reached rock bottom, you'll have knowledge of how to stay focused on what you love rather than sitting on the couch.

Allowing Others to Control You

It is a horrific crime against yourself to allow other people to dictate how you live, think, and feel. When you allow people to do this you have surrendered your freedom of person to them. You feel anxious and nervous and even angry when you are around people. You become a shut-in. You see days and nights passing that could have been well spent outdoors, but you opt to remain in a self-imposed bondage because you allow people to make you feel uncomfortable.

When you allow other people to rule you your creative abilities are squandered. You know that you need to network in order to accomplish your goals and dreams but you start getting a headache when the prospect of encountering people is before you. You tell yourself that you will settle down and relax, but it takes little to nothing to cause you to be tense and edgy when you are among the fold. You have become a willing slave to a flock of unknowns.

Today I live. Today I die. Life is that fragile and brief. When you allow people to influence how you feel you have jumped aboard a roller-coaster that is completely out of your control. With your permission, strangers have filtered into your body and are making you ill. You feel depressed. You feel agitated. You feel soiled and dirty. You are what non-entities want you to be. You are their willing vassal to do with you as they please. The moment has come and gone. Birth, aging, and then death, and you have not lived a single second of it because you have permitted vandals to rule over you.

When you allow people to dictate your thinking you have sealed yourself within a tight vacuum. You have drastically restricted the amount of fresh air that you have to breathe. Positive thinking desperately struggles to overcome the negative thought patterns that you have allowed people to plague you with. Your thinking is the core that makes you, you.

When you give away your individual thinking you become a carcass riddled with nothing. You are now a fake and a fraud pretending to be a self-contained human being. The pigs and the chickens walk all over you. Your brain cells are drying up and dying because you are allowing non-essentials to employ them.

It is a horrific crime against yourself to allow other people to dictate how you live, think, and feel. This consumption will destroy you if you allow it to. It is not an easy task to overcome this mindset when you have given it permission to infiltrate you. You have to look beyond yourself because your self-consciousness is the big foot that is kicking you in the rear and giving wanderers command and control over you.

Take a stand for yourself. Ignore the ignorable. Step briskly within the rays of you. Do not allow polluters to defile you and do not corrupt yourself by being what others will have you to be.

The Power of Good Habits: Leading A Life Of Productivity

Productivity is an important aspect of our daily lives. It is important to be productive in our work, in our personal and family lives. But how does a person become productive? The simple answer is by developing a chain of Good Habits.

What does it meant to be productive? A lot of people have mistakenly linked up productivity with busyness at work or at any social activities. The busier a person gets, the more productive a person feels or thinks. However, as we are caught in these busy schedules, and in this fast- changing environment, we forget to set goals, and plan our lives. Being productive means you are able to accomplish your goals without having to sacrifice your passion, happiness, and personal growth.

Being busy is not always bad, however if you put too much effort on doing tasks that are not really important, you are leading a life of wastefulness. Some people have been successful in living productive lives, but a lot of people have shrunk from problems, stress, criticism, and discouragements. And these negativities in life can also affect our attitude toward work, family, and personal growth.

First and foremost, it is essential to slow down. For some people, slowing down means weakness, defeat, and limitation. However, for productive people, slowing down allows a person to be open to newer and better perspectives. When you slow down, you are able to reevaluate your mental wellbeing, allowing you to reassess your feelings, insights, and senses.

Secondly, it is important to contemplate on mistakes and learn from them. Mistakes should not be taken as failure; instead, mistakes should be taken as a road to success. A mistake allows a person to develop new solutions. Productive people know the value of learning from mistakes.

Thirdly, productive people make a list. Making a list seems very simple and easy, but this habit is vital to accomplishing goals. It is easy to be overcame by tasks, schedules, and commitments, but creating a list would isolate distractions, and drives you to focus on progress. Simply write your things to be done early in the morning, and at the end of the day, you will know that you have been productive.

Fourth, time management should be implemented. We are now living in a world where there is so much distraction. Technological advancements contribute to ineffective time management. Social media, text messaging, and apps can definitely divide your time, and may cause you to be inefficient.

Lastly, believe in yourself and simplify your life. Believe that you can change, and you will, because you will have the motivation and the will to change. Simplifying your life keeps you from discontentment, envy, and stress. You can be more happy and satisfied.

The power of Good Habits can change your life in such a way that you will be successful in whatever you do.
