Why Your Soul Knows What The Mind Cannot Understand

Your Soul Knows The Best Path For You

Have you ever experienced a sense of oneness? A feeling of connectedness with life and the universe? What did it feel like on an emotional level? These types of occurrences are difficult to explain through logic and reason because the soul experiences what the mind cannot explain. For example, how do you describe the attraction towards another person via logic? You might describe how the other person makes you feel, but it is difficult to define the exact quality of the attraction. This is because emotions are the language of the soul and can only be experienced through the heart. Soulful living is an invitation to merge with our heart and mind through these faculties. Is this something you're willing to explore in your life?

I'll admit, it can be difficult to navigate our way through life at the soul level because the communication is hard to distinguish. In contrast, the language of thought is direct because we are familiar with it. This doesn't mean thoughts are the only way to make sense of the world. In fact, many of our problems stem from an overactive mind that leads to stress since we buy into the narrative our thoughts promote. Have you noticed this with the mindless chatter that takes place in your head which can cause chaos and confusion? The language of the heart speaks in silence and relays messages through subtle signs and symbols.

Your soul knows the best path for you in life, yet it may not appear that way sometimes because of the challenges you face. Regardless, these are vital lessons to expand your soul's evolution. I've experienced many of these lessons throughout my life and now realise my soul was communicating to me through these experiences. Whilst they were difficult, a new path emerged following the event that lead me in a new direction. Have you experienced something like this before? Whether it be the breakup of a relationship, losing a job or the unexpected loss of a loved one? Whilst these events can be distressing, they leave a ripple effect in our consciousness and we can never go back to the same way of living.

Acceptance Does Not Mean Resignation

I've written about my life-and-death encounter in earlier articles where I describe a gradual awakening that foreshadowed a new way of living. I began to read books on consciousness, personal growth and leadership and realised my experience was a gateway to expanded living. Regrettably, I lost many friends during this time whom I no longer identified with. It seemed we were speaking different languages that neither of us could understand and our life's journey was taking us in different directions. Naturally, I wanted to hold on to these relationships because I had known these people since childhood. As painful as it was, I allowed life to take the lead, and surrendered to the process. I stopped resisting the changes because they were happening, regardless of my struggle. My resistance only fuelled more suffering, and it was easier to go with the flow hoping it would lead to somewhere special. I'm glad I did because that special place is the one I am living now and the person writing these words on your screen.

Sometimes, what seems like the wrong turn, is the only turn we need to take for life to guide us where we need to be. The soul has a plan for us and knows the people that will enter our life at the right time. It knows what lessons we need for our soul's evolution. It makes it easier when we let go of resistance and learn to accept what is unfolding. Remember, acceptance does not mean resignation, nor does it mean we like what is happening. It means letting go of the mental drama of why things shouldn't be happening as they are. All our problems will melt away when we accept what life is trying to bring us. Sometimes the pieces may be still coming together and the situation may look fragmented. This is an opportunity to practice infinite patience and wait for the storm to pass, before taking the next step.

With this in mind, I'd like you to think about a difficult situation in your life right now. Ask yourself: What does my soul want me to learn from this experience? How does my soul want me to learn and grow from it? Journal your answers in a diary. I assure you there will be responses that come forth which may not make sense at first. Keep exploring them and follow the trail. Sometimes, it will be easy and at other times you will be frustrated because you cannot make sense of what is unfolding. This is natural because you might try to dance quicker than the song being played. The uni-verse (one song) has an inherent rhythm we must abide by and when we learn to synchronise with it, life flows easily and effortlessly. Your soul not only knows what the mind cannot understand, it knows the best way to get there.

Soul Searching To Real Success

You must search your own soul for a good reason to achieve what you want, nobody can do it for you. You must be committed to life for yourself. There is nothing more or nothing less than a commitment level that separates those who are successful in searching their souls and those who are not. What do you want? Yes, I asked the question, what do you want? Do not fear the question, answer it.

The best thing in life is to face what you need to face and genuinely want to face to become the master mind you want to be. What I mean by "genuinely want to face" is not how it sounds at all. It is more like doing the hard instead of the easy to achieve what you genuinely want and need. Look, the most foolish thing we can all do is not know, not achieve or even try to achieve what someone else wants because it "looks better" than our own goals. We must have the courage to search our souls and make a genuine decision to achieve what we want even if "the grass seems better on the other side". So, I ask again, what do you want? If you can answer that question without any of what I talked about preferring the "greener grass on the other side", you are not only genuinely fortunate, you are genuinely wise. For the genuine life is grits, sweat and work on your own behalf to achieve your genuine goals even if there is seemingly not any immediate reward like those who got what they wanted dishonestly (as in dodging their own genuine work, and getting it the "easy way" without doing the essence work that goes with genuinely achieving a goal) and "quickly" seem to have.

So, I remember what my own Dad used to say about that: He used to say "I do not play" and "there are not any shortcuts". I know exactly what he meant. Taking the easy "meal ticket" is not a way to go in any way, especially when searching your soul for a genuine motivation and purpose to live. To be the best is not to take the easy meal ticket, to be the best is to win at a very deep level that personally counts. That is successful soul searching.

There is not any failure where it is all genuine.

Osmosis - Letting It All Soak In

Scientific words are wonderful. They not only are handy when learning science facts or observing during experiments, they waltz right out of the textbook or lab and two-step into everyday language and life. Osmosis is a perfect example of this. Remember that time in the laboratory when you and your partner were examining membranes to better understand how nutrients pass from one layer to the next? It is a fascinating process and one that is necessary for survival. After all without this soaking in, absorption activity, plants and animals would die.

In life we encounter osmosis again and again. When sitting in a long, complicated lecture your mind has a few options. One is to check out and daydream about anything except the topic at hand figuring that you can gain the knowledge in another way, perhaps on the Internet after the extremely boring droning ends. Another choice is to scribble copious notes, taking in every word whether there is any sense in them at all. You can then take these notes home, place them neatly under your pillow and wait attentively in the belief that as your snore away the hours, osmosis will intercede, allowing intelligence to flow off the page, filter through the feathers and thus enter the brain. Learning will ensue. Of course, this decisions is folly but sometimes with added study, it can sort of work.

The best osmosis technique for me has been a combination of the above. I take wild and crazy notes, gathering as much information as possible. I add marks and dashes to areas where I know that Internet research or partner discussion will be essential after the lecture is complete. I also permit moments of pause. Hopefully these arrive when the professor or other lecturer takes a breath so that I do not lose critical input, but sometimes I just have to grab a mental break. During this time, from 30-60 seconds, I reread notes, add quick diagrams or illustrations if necessary, and then I allow osmosis to jump into motion. As ideas whirl and churn on the page, off the page, and through my brain, I have the satisfaction of realizing what I am beginning know and understand while also noting what remains a mystery at the moment. As a result, this idea osmosis authorizes big thoughts and complicated concepts to realign in a pattern that extends and advances my understanding.

Arriving home after this exhausting day of learning, I must review my notes, add to them as necessary, read them aloud, and then, of course, tuck them under the pillow. As the night breezes by my mind will continue to soak in the messages and meanings of my diligent pursuit of knowledge. No, the notes do not really have to go under the pillow but there is something about keeping them handy that better inserts them into long-term memory.

My advice to you is to adapt osmosis as a daily routine. It entails those moments of stillness and silence when you allow your mind and your brain, and even your heart, time to regroup, reorganize, relax, and reinvigorate. Reflecting on facts and phenomenon will bring you to a higher level of understanding as it also acts as a stress reliever. Tranquility and wisdom will gently be absorbed as you are revitalized. Try it soon - it is guaranteed to improve outlook and soul.

The Cloud With the Gold Lining

I was yelling at everyone, myself, people on road, in family, on job, and even at God. I was screaming even more at things going wrong, at circumstances, on vehicles parked wrongly or ATM machines not responding, at electricity problems in my vicinity. I was angry at life and the lemons it was handing me for no reason, apparently. But above all, I was annoyed on my current job setting and the problems it posed on my nerves.

There was no soft cushion for me amid my emotional turmoil and overwhelming nervousness, being single and alone and tired. There was no financial backup also for me to calm myself my taking a break from the daily rut of the things. Furthermore, my masters' thesis was also heading nowhere with the arbitrary behaviour of my supervisor who wasn't helping me much with it, delaying the attainment of my degree. I was crying inside of me which was only showing as unpredictable bout of despair and verbal battles with everyone around.

Till today morning...

While I was commuting to my workplace, I felt a sharp light overhead. Unlike most oblivious individuals, I place much significance in divine quiet language of nature. People say every cloud has a silver lining, but this one had a gold one. So illumined and bathed in sunlight it was that, it touched my soul on a deep plane. I cannot relate all the feelings it evoked in me in that instant. It was like magic breaking in through all external barriers with a silent communication going on.

In that instant, one thought that had been evolving in my mind for months at end, raised its head once again, as if awakened by that golden light. It happens that you think intrinsically and somehow the connection between your subconscious and conscious worlds breaks. The children of such brain activity, namely thoughts produced during these breakdowns are left orphans until their parents reunite. This reconciliation, as and when it occurs, brings back the memory of the children born back then.

The thought lingered there for months, and it took months to materialize in my understanding. It is something like this: 'life may and may not be beautiful. It may not be up to your liking. But, it is there. It exists. At least you have life. This is not the end of it. There is still time. Things can still be changed to your liking. Beautiful or otherwise, life still exists.'

The above thought may and may not stand as significant solution to you. But it has settled down deep inside me and would perhaps be my guide for the next few days, and might set things straight in my head. Every war and every conflict does not end without its key. Take some time for yourself, not half an hour or fifteen minutes. Just a minute, may be few seconds to look up to that cloud with the gold lining and believe that life may and not be beautiful, but it is still there.

Change Is Good (By Clarena Wise)

On my fourteenth birthday, my grandmother gave me a bottle of a wildly popular, fairly expensive perfume. My mother hinted to her, that perhaps the fragrance was a bit too 'grown-up' for me. Needless to say, my teenage ego soared, and I've worn this scent ever since.

The other day I noticed that after spritzing my arms and neck generously with my beloved spray, that I'd broken out into hives. Large, painful welts erupted all over my arms, neck and parts of my face. It was horrible, and yet I refused to believe that my discomfort was the result of my traditional Eau de Toilette. As a precaution, I discontinued its use and vowed to recommit to it after a few weeks. Only a few days had passed before I was drenching my skin in its delicate aroma again. Moments later, I was clawing at my skin, whimpering in pain. That was that, my love affair with Acme Fragrance B was over.

This upsetting event was yet another addition to the favorites I'd lost over the years. At the age of twenty-five, I said goodbye to dairy products after a triple scoop of ice cream left me grabbing my stomach in agony, at what felt like tiny shards of glass moving through my intestines. At the age of thirty, I had to say Adios to soda after noticing that my eyelids would jump so intensely after a few sips, that I could barely see. I took a swig of Sprite recently... it still happens. At age forty, I bid farewell to gummy bears. And honestly, it'd been easier to give up some friendships than to give up gummy bears. Anytime I eat them now (I cheat), I get one of the worse migraines ever.

And now at forty-five, I would have to alter the segment of my morning ritual pertaining to my olfactory indulgence. BUMMER! Finding a lesson in everything, I saw this as an opportunity to try a new perfume. Change is inevitable, and not always a bad thing. Just because you've been doing something for the past twenty years, doesn't mean that you must continue to do it for the next twenty years. Especially if it's no longer working for you.

Some of you right now are at jobs that you absolutely hate, but because you've been there for ten years...

Some of you are in stagnant relationships that are bad for your health, but because you fear being alone...

Some of you have never stepped foot outside of the city that you grew up in, but because your mamma and daddy never left the city either...

My point... pay attention to what your mind, body and soul is telling you. Don't ignore those cues indicating that change is not only necessary, but vital. Life was not meant to be lived in discomfort.

Unwrap The Gift Of You

A large number of people do not really know their potential until much later in life when they are less energetic and time has passed them by. The least you can do to live a more fulfilled life is to learn to unwrap yourself so you know what you are gifted in and how to exploit the gifts so that you can work towards your purpose in life. Life can be hectic making it harder for people to discover who they really are and what their talents are. The truth is that everyone has talents and unless you keenly listen to your inner self, it can be very hard to discover what talents you hold. It is for this reason that some do not discover what they are good at until much later in life.

Discovering your gifts

You really can't discover what you are all about until you take time to concentrate on yourself. One of the best ways of starting the process of discovering your gifts is by upholding your spirituality. A close relationship with God transforms you in an amazing way and you start realizing what your gifts are. While you continue upholding your relationship with God, you should try and spend some considerable amount of time serving others. This is a great way of helping you surface your gifts. Through socializing and taking part in group projects and tasks, you easily get to know what you can do best. People around you can also help you know what you are good at thereby helping you discover something you didn't realize before.

But the most important stage of un-wrapping the gift of you is listening to your soul. Your full potential is hidden in your soul and when you pay attention, you will easily realize what you love and what you do not like as much. Remember that gifts are not things you only can do with your hands as cooking and crafting, but they extend to those things that are not tangible and can only be expressed by giving and coming up with ideas.

To start with the process, concentrate on what your biggest traits. What qualities do you have? What are your values in life? What do you love doing? What appeals most to you? What areas of life do you find interesting? These are all questions that can help you identify the type of person you are; what your likes and dislikes are and what your strengths and weaknesses are. When you know your strengths, then you should create a strategy to maximize them and to exploit opportunities that they bring your way.

After the discovery

When you realize what areas you are gifted in, you then should work on perfecting them so that you can achieve your purpose and renew yourself. Nothing can be worse than living your life without a purpose or without knowing what your purpose in life is. By taking time to serve God and others, you will not only discover your gifts but you will also know how to treat yourself and live a purposeful life.

The discovery of your gifts leads to newness that in turn changes your purpose and course of life. Love, accept and discover yourself and you will experience great changes in your life.

How to Understand the Woman in Your Life Better

You can never define a woman. They are not basic entities. Women, same as men, are complex individuals that require a deeper understanding. But nowadays, it seems that men find it hard to decipher femininity. To say that a "woman" is the only one making a relationship intricate is definitely biased. Let's just simply put it like this, women are mysterious species that need extensive research in order for a man to discover their marvelous qualities.

So, if you are the type who doesn't settle for physicality but goes beyond the soul and into her heart, then dude... you are on the right path. Communication is the key, get involved with her stories and show her that you are "really" listening. Pay attention, what she may be speaking are not mere words but the deepest secrets of her heart which she completely entrusted to you. To better understand the female gender, here are some magic tricks.

Get to know the things she is interested in.
If you truly love her, you will find time to learn to love the things she adores. This will enable you to get to know her more, the things she likes and dislikes. You will soon realize that there is still so much more to discover in the woman you love.

Remember that you are two distinct individuals.
You can never own a person, give her the freedom to do the things she wants in her life. Allow her to be independent and let her learn to not always rely on you. You should let each other grow.

Deal with the issues sooner.
Do not add fuel to the fire. If possible, resolve any problems you have before going to sleep. For women, little things matter. Do not make the problem worst by avoiding it. Solve them together and your relationship will get stronger.

Take note of the period.
In a month, women pass through a lot of biological changes. And remember, menstruation happens every month so there's no wonder why it has various emotional effects on them. They usually have mood swings during this time and they will need the most important person in their life to ease their situation.

Hearts above minds.
Yes, the are indeed very emotional. Even the most independent woman cries in the corner when no one is around, just to release the tension that is building inside her. They have the tendencies to think with their hearts, our moms are the best examples of this. When this happens, be there for her. Let her know that you are there whenever you need a shoulder to cry on. You don't have to give her advice or anything, your presence is enough to make her feel loved.

Listen in order to understand. A woman needs to be appreciated. Men should make an effort to establish a connection and seek methods to strengthen it. If you would just be patient enough to dig deeper into her heart and soul, you will uncover the greatest version of her. You are her inspiration.

Why You Need to Feed Your Soul, Not Your Ego

Not too long ago, I was sitting on a beach in San Juan, Puerto Rico, and noticed a couple holding hands, walking along the shoreline. They looked so peaceful and perfect, like an island getaway commercial. And then it happened: His cellphone went off.
She gave him a look as if to say, “I dare you!” But the idiot took the dare. Not only did he answer the phone, but he let go of her hand, walked away and talked for 10 minutes. She shook her head, walked over to their beach setup and sat down under the umbrella. The couple that had just resembled a picture-perfect getaway were about to become prime candidates for The Dr. Phil Show.
He finally walked over to her. I grimaced. In my head I heard the booming boxing catchphrase: “Let’s get ready to ruuuumble!” Ding, ding! And boy did she come out swinging.
“Really?” she asked. “I can’t believe you answered your phone. Stop and look how beautiful this place is—and you can’t stop working to even see it, to take it in, let alone be here.”
He should have listened, right? But of course he didn’t. “Hey!” he jabbed at her in his defense. “If it wasn’t for my job, we wouldn’t even be on this vacation!”
She rebounded with a combination of blows that seemed to shake the champ. “Vacation?” she said, incredulous. “Vacation? You call this a vacation!? This is our anniversary! We’ve been here for three days and you can’t stay away from your phone and stupid computer. You brought your job with you—it’s like you can’t stop yourself, like you’re addicted!”
She picked up her belongings and took a few steps toward the hotel. Then she stopped, turned and delivered the final blow: “You know, you used to be married to me. Now you’re married to your job.” The champ just stood there, looking like a real chump.
I grimaced, feeling uncomfortable for having witnessed the whole thing. But let me ask you, this probably isn’t the first time you’ve heard, or even had, an argument like this, is it? Let’s face it. We are living in a world that is moving at an amazing pace. And it is easy to get lost and misplace our feelings and values.
Many of us are conditioned to devote the majority of our waking hours on building our careers or business, leaving little, if any, time for other important aspects of our lives. Who can deny that we live in a competitive, ambitious society that stresses the importance of being the very best, rather than simply to do the best we can?
A lot of us have bought into the grand deception of always wanting more, regardless of how much we already have. We have adopted the illusion that if some money, power and fame feels good, then more of these things feels better.
Maybe it would be wise for us to come to the realization that what we think we want in life might not necessarily be what we need in order to lead a truly successful and happy life. Maybe, just maybe, we are leaving out important personal factors from the equation of what completes us as individuals. Maybe it’s just a matter of making a slight shift, finding your balance and choosing a better way. Maybe there are too many “maybes” in this paragraph. Or in your life.
I’m at a place right now where my philosophy about what’s important in my life has significantly shifted. Yes, I love what I do for a living. I always did and I always will. But I know far too many people who are so caught up in trying to make a living that they’ve forgotten what it’s like to live.
More often than not, what we want feeds our ego. But when we fulfill our needs, we feed our soul. Pause today for just a minute and ask yourself, Which one am I feeding?
Choose wisely, because time has a cruel way of saying, “I told you so.”

20 Signs You're Unhappy (But Don't Even Realize It)

Our entire culture suffers from what the shamans call “soul loss,” a loss of meaning, direction, vitality, mission, purpose, identity, and genuine connection; a deep unhappiness that most of us have come to consider as simply ordinary.
The soul is our source of absolute uniqueness, a place within that connects you not only to your own value and essence, but to the value and essence of every other living being. What makes soul loss so subtle and dangerous is that very few people have realized that it has happened. Most of us do not know that we have disconnected from our soul and have come to accept as normal a numbness and lack of meaning in our lives.
Because we all belong to this culture, we all suffer from soul loss. It's epidemic and blinds us from seeing the potential for joy and wholeness in ordinary life. When you heal from soul loss, you see familiar things in new ways so you can increase your joy in what you already have.
Not sure if you’re suffering from soul loss? Here are 20 diagnostic signs that signal soul loss:
  1. You feel like you’re not as good as other people.
  2. You yearn to be of service, but you have no idea what you have to contribute and why it matters.
  3. You find yourself striving in vain for an impossible-to-achieve standard of perfection.
  4. Your fears keep you from living large.
  5. You’re frequently worried that you’re not good enough, smart enough, thin enough, young enough, [fill in the blank] enough.
  6. You feel like a victim of circumstances that are beyond your control.
  7. You feel like your daily life is meaningless and task-driven.
  8. You often feel helpless, hopeless, or pessimistic.
  9. You protect your heart with steel walls.
  10. You often feel you don’t really matter and your love doesn’t make a difference.
  11. You’re always trying to fit in and belong, but rarely feel like you do.
  12. You feel beaten down by the challenges you face in your life.
  13. You suffer from a variety of vague, hard to treat physical symptoms, such as fatigue, chronic pain, weight gain or loss, insomnia, skin disorders, or gastrointestinal symptoms.
  14. You struggle with being able to accept love and nurturing.
  15. You feel depressed, anxious, or chronically worried.
  16. You feel like you’re not appreciated enough.
  17. You find yourself judging others.
  18. You frequently numb yourself with alcohol, drugs, sex, television, or excessive busyness.
  19. You feel disappointed with life.
  20. You’ve forgotten how to dream.
How soul loss shows up at the doctor’s office
As a physician, I’ve had years of experience diagnosing soul loss in my patients, but Western medicine has no framework for this kind of diagnosis, and as doctors, we’re not taught to treat this kind of suffering, so we wind up mistreating it.
What people suffering from soul loss need is the deep medicine of reconnection with the soul, but in our culture, we tend to treat soul loss too superficially. We treat the chronic pain with pain medication. We treat the insomnia with sleeping pills. We treat the weight issues with diet and exercise. And most damagingly, we may label soul loss as mental illness, such as depression, and cover up the symptoms with psychiatric medications that may make things worse by slapping a Band-aid on a wound that’s not healing underneath the bandage.
The treatment you really need
Sometimes the soul needs space in order to heal, and this may require the courage to make some external changes in your life. Perhaps you need to switch careers in order to give the soul more room to breathe. Perhaps an unhealthy relationship is constricting the soul, and it’s time to get into therapy, set boundaries, or even end things. Perhaps you need to find more people to love or relocate to a place that helps your soul come alive.
Perhaps you need to give your soul permission to engage in more creative activities. Such eternal changes may be part of the prescription the inner doctor of your soul writes. But very often, those kinds of major life overhauls are NOT NECESSARY! Reconnecting to the soul allows you to find peace and happiness right where you are in ways that are much simpler and more profound than you might think. It can be astounding to discover that you’ve had what you needed all along and have been looking in all the wrong places. Perhaps all that is needed is to see the life you’re already living in a different way.

How To Make Anyone (And Everyone) Want You

There are some people who just have it. You know, that thing...
They illuminate a room. Eyes follow them. The spotlight naturally and effortlessly is drawn to them.
What's their secret? I know, and I'm going to tell you.
It's called soul.
People who embody soul are irresistible. Seriously irresistible. Like, I-can't-take-my-eyes-off-you irresistible. Uh huh, it's that good.
Soulful individuals are always being pursued. People flock to them. They look good, they feel good; they've got that thing
Guess what? You can have that thing, too. In fact, you already have it. You just have to tap in and let it shine. That's what this article is going to teach you to do.
Here are four easy steps to embody your soul and light up a room. Get ready to turn some heads.
1. Center.
The quality of being centered is strong and peaceful; assured and graceful; aligned and free.
It feels heavenly to be around centered people because these qualities are so desirable to us. They also aren't the norm.
We live in a fast-paced, frazzled world, so being a pillar of peace is an oasis in a very dry desert. If you flow with grace and ease, no doubt people will be drawn to flow with you.
So how do you do it?
Easy. You practice.
Whether it's meditation (focus on your breath), mindfulness (focus on the now), or just paying attention to what is happening in the present moment, these practices will lead you to embody a sense of calm and ease.
People will take note. It's a slight shift with a big impact. Train yourself to be here now and watch how others respond to your aura of grace.
2. Be grateful.
The reason gratitude is paramount in attracting others is because it aligns you with a state of abundance. Abundance overflows – it wants to share. When you're overflowing with good vibes, others will flock by your side.
Think about it. How does it feel to be around people who are grateful; people who are happy, free-spirited, and gracious? Pretty nice, right?
Gratitude overflows. It's light, joyful, and yummy. When you feel grateful, you become one with this delectable energy; it's an absolute people magnet!
Embody your soul by getting your gratitude on. Relish all the beautiful things you encounter during your day, feel it before you go to sleep, and be thankful whenever possible. This practice will greatly increase your personal magnetism, guaranteed.
3. Live your truth.
People with that thing have confidence. Not inflated confidence; not narcissism. It's a deep confidence. Faith.
They know what they want, and they know that they're going to get it. This type of unwavering conviction is extremely attractive to us because it's what we all want, too.
We all want to know. We all want to be certain. We all want to believe. Therefore, those who live in this manner are utterly irresistible to us.
When someone speaks with conviction, we listen. We may not like what they're saying, but we'll listen. Conviction draws a crowd.
Guess what? You have conviction, too. You may not be aware of it, but you do. It comes in the form of your intuition, your higher self, your truth.
There's a voice that lives inside you; it's not in your head, it's in your heart. When you listen to this voice you'll be guided in the direction you're supposed to go. And as life unfolds the way you want as a result of listening to this voice, you'll have found your truth.
There's nothing more captivating than a person on their path. Listen to what the real you has to say, then follow through. People will always be drawn to you as a result to being true to yourself.

Love your city. Love your home. Love your food. Love your dreams. Love your people. Love.
Love the things that are easy to love, and stretch to love the things that aren't.
When you love fearlessly, you beam. You're a light in the storm. You're a smile in the crowd. You're a breath of fresh air.
