How To Use Nature To Inspire You To Live More Positively

Did you know that you can be inspired by nature to make your live more positive? Which lessons have you learned from nature about how to live more positively? Do you appreciate the simplicity of the birds that fly around and seem to always have their food provided for them by nature? You can begin with the lesson of simplicity.

Apart from simplicity, two other lessons, you could learn from the birds would include beauty and patience. Birds are beautiful and colorful. They have an amazing range of colors, sizes, and species. Each type is equally beautiful and presents that beauty uniquely and unconditionally. One way to build your self-confidence would to be to patiently watch birds, then draw them and write a journal about which aspects of their behavior, you would like to emulate.

Take time to enjoy nature. Don't restrict yourself to the birds and butterflies, you see around your home, in your garden and in your city. Pay attention to the sunset too. It too can be serene and beautiful. Being in tune with nature can help stay more focused in the moments that make up your day! The more focused you can stay in the moments that make up your day, the more positive will be your interactions with others!

How often do you take time to observe the behavior of those around you? Do you do that once a day, once week or not all? When I consider that birds remain as beautiful and cheery on rainy days as they are on sunny days, I am humbled. I ask myself how come the birds appear not to be bothered by the changing circumstances around them? During this COVID-19, pandemic, I have watched the birds and insect that visit our gardens go about their business. The bees are still pollinating the flowers. Looking at them has inspired me to focus on what I can control instead of worrying about what I cannot control.

What about you? How does nature inspire you? Please could you share an example of how nature has inspired you to become positive. Are there lessons you have learned about contentment and survival? You have to remember that if you do not give up and continue to focus and seek options that work best for you, you will find ways to thrive through your greatest challenges. This is part of the process of self-mastery and consistent success.

Now that you have found out some of the ways you can be inspired by nature, please get the Dala Compass Report to discover many more self-mastery strategies and tips, you can use to improve your health, easily manage stress and become much more consistently successful today!

The power of manifestation can be brought forward in you to get the life you want through a series of meditation practices using reflection principles.

This abundance and prosperity manifestation practice has actually personally helped countless people to realize their goals and dreams faster than ever imaginable.

Let Go of Self-Limiting Beliefs

I really believe that humankind has been self-limiting and restricts oneself on exactly what is possible and eventually on what has seemed to be impossible.

I believe that some individuals by their very nature choose to play it safe in life, so therefore have no need for a motivational message and inspiration as they play from the sidelines.

Often we can adopt these attitudes and beliefs from our parents and peers and if we do want to accomplish our dreams and goals, we find it difficult to as we have discovered how to play it safe.

This is where we have to seek aid to obtain the inspiration to attain what we do desire and move forward in life while achieving massive abundance.

Dealing with the part of you called your sub-conscious mind, the power of manifestation has the ability to reprogram all of those undesirable beliefs, routines and behaviors that have you playing it safe.

The abundance and prosperity practices through reflection principles starts to reprogram your sub-conscious mind, to produce the motivation that you need, and to accomplish the objectives and goals that you set on your own.

Exactly what do you desire to accomplish in life?

Previously I discussed taking action on personal fulfillment and not settling for less.

A wonderful truck or car, a promotion, a family, or whatever exactly you want as goals in life is in your power to do so.

If you are serious about gaining inspiration to attain success in your dreams and goals beyond your wildest imagining, then I would recommend that you get going today with the power of manifestation practices for a better life.

Haven't you waited far too long to achieve success-- do not wait for success, learn to go within and create it and then reflect it to your material world.

Start today!

Remember that many of us as humans allow the ego to cover up and/or obscure our inner light of inspiration at the times, that you truly know is required?

The Course in Miracles states, "The distractions of the ego may seem to interfere with your learning, but the ego has no power to distract you unless you give it power to do so."

Many individuals by our ego-based human nature-- that fearful, self-doubting, and judgmental aspect in us, choose to play it safe in life far too often.

Thereby these individuals have no need for inspiration as they play from the sidelines and never achieve their goals and dreams.

If you are major about acquiring motivation to achieve success beyond your wildest dreams, then I would advise that you get moving forward in life beginning today, by learning how to practice daily a power of manifestation practice.

So think about exploring how to move forward in life by not procrastinating on manifesting your goals and dreams, and begin taking action on making the life you want a true reality lived.

(I like to suggest searching the web for further helpful content on personal fulfillment and inner power uncovered now to release a scarcity mindset and get the life you want.)

Importance of Mentors (By Madeline Frank)

Full Spectrum entertains, educates at Qatar Academy > Air Force ...

Throughout your life you will have remarkable mentors and teachers. How do you appreciate and thank them?

Your mentors and teachers show you how to do the work and inspire and motivate you to a higher level of achievement. They model how you should do the work and how to lead!

While I was a student at the Juilliard School, I played Principal viola at the 92nd Y Orchestra which gave me a stipend to help me pay my rent. One of the section members was an amazing and inspiring amateur violist named Herman Silver, age 75. He was passionate about playing chamber music on the weekends at his home with the best musicians in New York City. Herman would loan me the music to study for two weeks and would tell me the date of our concert. I would go to the Lincoln Center Public Library, borrow the recordings to study, and practice the music.

Herman enjoyed sharing his passion for chamber music with the next generation and had marvelous professionals join us. Herman was a marvelous and inspiring mentor. He introduced me to Toscha Samaroff, a concert violinist, who did studio work and recordings in New York City. He was a remarkable violinist, who had studied with Leopold Auer. When I met him he was 75 years old. Toscha played the very challenging first violin parts to Felix Mendelssohn Octet & Louis Spohr's Octet. Toscha was a remarkably strong leader who played with a beautiful tone and gorgeous phrasing. Herman Silver said, "Toscha Samaroff sounds just like Jascha Heifetz!"; a high compliment indeed. In these chamber works I played the first viola parts and Herman played second. It was one of the best experiences in my life playing with Toscha Samaroff. He was a magnificent musician. He led and encouraged others to play at their highest level of playing.

When Toscha came to visit his daughter, Lee, in Virginia Beach several years later, we arranged to play Handel Halvorsen's Passacaglia for violin and viola and other works. It was a beautiful chamber music experience I will long remember!

Another marvelous violinist who played with Herman Silver's Saturday night concert series was Stanley Hoffman. He studied violin with Arthur Grumiaux and studied at the Juilliard School with Mischa Mischakoff, Oscar Shumsky, and Raphael Bronstein. When I met Stanley, he was 47 years old. Herman Silver said, "Stanley plays Paganini 's Caprices brilliantly."

He was a member of the New York Philharmonic, and later the Jerusalem Radio Orchestra.

We played Tchaikovsky's Souvenir de Florence String Sextet in D minor with Stanley playing the difficult and beautiful first violin part. Stanley was a marvelous leader with his lovely phrasing and beautiful sound. When you played with Stanley you played at your highest level of playing too!

Over the 7 or 8 years we played together, we also played Brahms String Quintets, Mozart String Quintets, Beethoven String Quintets, and Dvorak String Quintets. It was an amazing experience.

Many years later I taught and played these same works with my students in concert. It's all about passing the mentorship gifts on to the next generation!

What are the three things you can do to mentor and teach others, to pass on the gifts your mentors gave to you?

1) Pass on their mentorship gifts to others! Dr. John Maxwell, number 1 leadership guru, and one of my mentors says, "Make people development your top priority and see everyone you mentor as a 10."

2) Model the way for others to follow by listening, observing, connecting, adding value to them, respecting them, empowering others, and instructing them.

Lift others up. Help the person you are mentoring by encouraging, motivating, and inspiring them to a higher level of excellence. Take them under your wing just like Herman Silver, Toscha Samaroff, and Stanley Hoffman did for me.

3) Mentors have a positive attitude and lead the way for the mentee to follow them!

Remarkable mentors and teachers make the difference! They help you to become the success you are today! Pass on their gifts to you, by mentoring the next generation to leave a lasting legacy from them.

There Are Many Ways You Can Help

You often hear people say that their goal in life is to help others. It's almost a default setting for some people, which can be viewed cynically when used by contestants such as those on reality TV shows or in beauty pageants. That vacuous, 'I want to help the world' doesn't always sound as sincere as it might!

And yet there are a variety of ways in which we can genuinely and appropriately help people. Let's consider some of them.

- Offering helpful advice to someone in crisis isn't always a good move. Saying, 'you should', 'you ought' or 'you must' may be tempting and feel like the logical next step after a long, heartfelt discussion. But often those words merely add to the recipient's existing stress levels. None of us can truly appreciate another person's feelings, needs or investment in a particular relationship or situation.

Far better is to offer help by suggesting they investigate what their available options are, establish some facts and find out what stepping-stones might next be required. If you know a good lawyer, financial adviser, therapist, letting agent or professional who's in a position to provide expert guidance then those recommendations can be invaluable and help them to move on.

- Ask, 'what do you need from me?' Firm advice can feel like additional pressure with even encouragement to take a break or say 'no' adding to the stress, anxiety or guilt they're already experiencing. Instead listen rather than speak. When asked people will often freely volunteer what they need. It may be as simple as reassurance that there's someone who will listen to them, go for a coffee or touch base from time to time. Small gestures can provide lots of support.

- Stories can be a great source of comfort. Apocryphal or not, stories often deliver messages, hope and insights far beyond other, less subtle teaching styles. They often have redemptive qualities, showing triumph over adversity, lessons learned along the way and how recovery came about. Relevant stories can educate and inspire.

- Money. With so many people struggling financially money is often a delicate and worrisome cause for concern. Offering to pay for someone can occasionally be handled tactfully with an, 'I've had a good week' or 'my bonus cheque's come through', but paying regularly is not a constructive way to help someone long-term. In fact, over time both the payer and the recipient may become dissatisfied and even resentful at the subtle change in the relationship's dynamic.

Far better is to arrange events and meet ups that more evenly accommodate everyone's financial status. Getting together for a walk, a coffee or free exhibition can be fun. Meals out could be at someone's house or early doors or lunch instead of dinner.

- Giving time is another of the many ways you can help someone. A phone call can make an enormous difference when someone's feeling lonely or alone. Make a brew, pull up a comfortable chair and settle down for a friendly chat. Dedicating time lets them know that you really care. Or turn up with a beautifully iced cake, a casserole, something you've seen that would be of interest to them. Little touches show you've been thinking of them and can mean a lot.

- Practical help can often be the best kind of support. Many people are pushed for time with work, children, family and a myriad of other demands and obligations weighing heavily on their shoulders. Offering to pick up the children and maybe feed them after school, or babysit so they can have a sociable evening out may be the very best kind of help. Perhaps they need help to get started de-cluttering their house, to sort out the garden, revamp their image.

All could be gently supportive ways of helping someone get back on their feet, especially if they've been feeling overwhelmed at the size of the task or are unsure as to where to start.

We may feel that we're familiar with a particular situation, know someone really well, are clear about what's right for them but the best way you can help is to really listen and pay attention to their words and actions. It's far more constructive and respectful to provide help that would truly make a difference and offer the right kind of support. Ascertain what's going on, where they're at and then they can be confident that you're truly with them. That's the best way you can help.

Find Out How Much You're WORTH

Welcome! Thank you for being here. I hope you're excited because I am! My intention is to inspire you, to get your vibration of energy to rise and for you to be focused on your goals and the things that you want to accomplish. We have the power to create our lives by design and that's what we're doing here so that you can have a very successful week. It's all about your mindset and manifesting your dreams!

Today we're going to be reviewing the Law Of Compensation

What does the word "compensation" mean to you?

For me compensation means getting rewarded for what I did or what I said or the value that I added.

It can also be described as: "A reward for my efforts." That's exactly what I understand for compensation. Also "Getting what you are owed." Absolutely. That means putting an effort or providing a service or product in order for you to get compensated and get paid what you're worth or what you're owed.

There Are Three Key Elements For Compensation:

1. Self Worth

It comes down to worthiness. What you believe you're worthy is what you're going to compensate yourself with, what others are going to compensate you with. Which, I'm going to call it in this case, your Self Image.

How do you feel you're getting compensated?

Whether it's your job, your career, your life purpose or whatever it is that you do every day, how do you feel you're getting compensated? - Please take a second to close your eyes, check within and ask yourself the following questions:

How do you get compensated?

Do you believe that you're getting compensated fairly?

Do you think it's fair what you get for compensation in extent of what you do?

Do you think you're getting compensated poorly? Or do you think you're getting compensated abundantly?

Whatever the answer is for you... then that is your self image. That's what you see yourself that you're worth. This is really important because it starts with how you see yourself on the inside.

Imagine that for a second you're outside of the jar, and you're looking into yourself. How do you see yourself? Do you see yourself like you do a fantastic job? Do you see yourself like, "Uh, I don't really have anything to teach. I don't really have anything to add value with." Then, guess what? That's probably why you're getting compensated poorly. The self image, that image you hold of yourself is very low and that has to do with your self worth.

If you're adding really good value, there is no reason why you shouldn't get compensated abundantly.

I believe I get compensated abundantly and that's because, first of all, I believe in the quality of what I do, which is adding value.

2. Adding Value:

The more value you add, the better you get compensated.

If you're adding little value, you're getting compensated very little. If you add a lot of value - and please do not confuse this with thinking that with the more hours I work, the more I'm going to get paid. That's just exchanging time and effort for money. I want you to contemplate in your brain for a second the possibility of, "How could I work less and get compensated more?" <= that's called LEVERAGE

Add more value every day by doing it with high quality standards

Adding more value doesn't mean working more hours. Getting more exhausted and sleeping less and all that. No. It just means adding more value but every day, doing it with quality, going the extra mile, with a smile.

If you're going to do something, even if you don't want to do it but you already committed to it, you might as well do it with quality. You might as well do it with the smile and with pleasure. Otherwise, what's the point?

3. Mastery:

The more you do it, the better quality it will be & the closer you are getting to mastery. You need to be a master at what you do. You don't need to juggle a million balls trying to be good at everything. No, You just need to be a master in one thing.

I don't go around teaching mindset and self esteem and confidence to cats and dogs and guys and girls, I just do it for ladies because that's what I'm good at. That's what I'm a work in progress of mastering. You just want to have a very small niche or area of expertise and become a master of it.

You want to keep doing it over and over again and always be thinking how can I be better at it? How can I improve? How can I add more value?

Ask yourself that question, "How can I add more value today?" This week. Ask the Universe out loud, "Universe, How can I add more value to humanity today?"

The more value you add, the better you're going to be compensated for it. Your level of compensation is going to get bigger and better. Do it over and over and do it better every time until you master that area of expertise.

Your Challenge for this week!

If you hold a poor Self Image of yourself like "I'm not good enough, why would anyone want to listen to me? What do I have to teach? I don't like the way I look. I hate my voice, why would I do this, why would I do that... " All that is a poor self image and low self esteem and low self worth and guess what? you're probably getting rewarded really poorly. You can make a decision to change that TODAY.

It's time to have a better self image. It's time to believe that you have a lot of value to add to humanity because you came here with a gift to share with the world. YOU are good enough and there are always people below you that can learn from you. If you're serving someone today, you're going to make an impact in their day if you do it with a smile, with a good attitude VS a long face. Why not commit to that today?

Let's make that your call to action for today. Anyone you talk to or serve today, commit to doing it with a smile. With excellence, with good attitude so that you get compensated better for it. It's really exciting when you think about it because it all starts with your self image.

That image you hold of yourself needs to improve. When it improves, you're going to start adding more value which is going to make you better at what you do to get to mastery.

I hope you're feeling inspired to add value today! I hope you're feeling inspired to do an assessment in what your self image is and why you're getting compensated low or fair or abundantly and there's always another level you can go up to. I hope you're feeling very inspired to become better at what you do so that you can get to mastery.

Please remember to have a fantastic week, go all out for the things you need to do to increase your level of compensation!

Until the next one,

Stay well and play full out!

Lateral Thinking For Creativity and Innovation Using A Technique Called REST

woman touching her forehead

Lateral Thinking does for your mind, what electricity does for a light bulb. It is the juice that powers creativity.

Lateral Thinking is a term created by Edward de Bono to describe a process of looking at problems from different angles or perspectives. By doing so you may find an innovative solution that would otherwise remain hidden from view.

The theory surmises the more you look at a problem from different directions, the better your chance of finding a way to solve it.

There are only 3 ways innovation can occur:

1) Something never before seen is created, for example the transistor.

2) Something that exist is repurposed for a different use such as using microwaves to cook food or

3) Something existing is improved by incorporating another existing product or service in whole or in part like the first steam powered automobile.

History has shown of the three, the combining of two existing products or services in whole or in part is the most common method used to inspire new ideas that advance our human experience!

The problem with all of these methods is often the inspiration comes by "chance" after long brain bleeding concentration.

Typically it goes something like this: you spend enormous brain power pouring over a problem you are trying to solve. You go over the problem countless times, like a dog chasing its tail and you get nothing. You're just about ready to throw in the towel when, as if by some weird magic you have an epiphany! The solution to your problem appears with absolute clarity.

In most cases, these revelations are stimulated by some random appearance of something totally unrelated.

What's really maddening is discovering the solution to a perplexing problem, was so obvious in hind sight that you kick yourself for being so blind to see it.

I call it my "Homer Simpson" moment where I slap my forehead and say "Doh!"

Why is that? Why do we miss the obvious so often?

Our minds are well trained in logical thinking. We have been educated and socialized in a world where logical thinking is required to function.

Our natural creative thinking ability has diminished to a pitiful impotent level either from lack of development and/or lack of use. Only a lucky few managed to keep their creative minds flourishing through to adulthood.

For most people there is a disconnect between the analytical left side of the brain and the creative right side of the brain.

Our brain contains ninety billion neurons with a potential of one hundred trillion unique connections. New connections are made with each new thought generated by our experience and imagination.

Our mind can not distinguish between the two. We have lots of experiences to form new connections from but as adults we have very little connections created by using our natural creativity, our imagination!

Thinking laterally stimulates our imagination creating new connections linking your logical left side of your brain to your creative right side.

A powerful mind is created when there are plenty of connections between the two sides.

Although opposite to each other Lateral Thinking and Logical Thinking work hand in hand. Lateral Thinking inspires while Logical Thinking implements.

Once your mind embraces the process of lateral thinking, it quickly learns its OK to use the accumulated knowledge you have and combine it in new, often crazy ways to inspire ingenious solutions for any problem you face.

There is a technique called REST (Random External Stimulus Technique) that inspires creative thinking.

Rather than waiting for "chance" to inspire your creativity you can train your mind to look for inspiration.

The biggest challenge you will have to learning the Random External Stimulus Technique is your own logical mind. Your journey to become more focused, smarter, even a genius requires that you practice being absolutely silly!

Yep, get insanely silly!

For starters, expect to be ridiculous, your logical mind has been in control for so long you'll resist this and may even feel embarrassed. So practice intensely alone. Have fun, laugh at yourself, but seriously push your imagination!

You will be amazed at how exhilarating the experience is!

Just like exercising requires you push your body well beyond what you do the rest of the day, exercising your creative mind requires the same.

Lateral Thinking develops your creativity. For fun solve this problem using REST.

Practice by randomly picking something around you right now. Do this before reading further...

... OK you picked something?

Now using this object as inspiration try to solve this problem:

How many numbers are in ZERO? I'll give you a hint, there are more than 64,000 numbers in ZERO! Tell me how this can be?

The best way to get started is to write down all the characteristics and origins of the random source of inspiration you picked. Write down everything you know about it while thinking of the problem. Use your uncensored wild imagination, without judgment on the outcome. Makeup stories that may answer this question and write them down regardless how stupid or idiotic they may sound or appear.

Remember this is just practice.

If you really want to have fun with this do some research on the random item to learn more about it.

Once you have exhausted all your crazy ideas and wrote them down, look at them with a logical mind for something that may show some merit or spark a legitimate idea.

The important "must" in this exercise, is the source of your inspiration, it must be totally random!

If you try to pick something that you think (logically) is better to use as stimulus you lose the opportunity to train your mind.

If you come up with the solution to this problem please let me know, I would love to hear from you. You can reach me at my website listed below.

Can Fidgety People Start a Mindfulness Practise?

Women's White Top and Orange Floral Skirt

Given our world of alacrity and technology, it is difficult for most of us to be mindful. We have to very diligently take ourselves out of the frey in order to cultivate even a few moments of quiet and stillness. Given this kind of world, it can be hard to start a mindfulness practice. But is it impossible?

I believe that given the state of our world, it is especially important to take steps to become more mindful. This is because mindlessness can cause a lot of undue anxiety and health problems down the road.

But what about the person who is anxious and mindless-- can such a person meditate or start a mindfulness practise? I believe that anyone can start a mindfulness practise, regardless of our current state of mind. And given the busy, plugged-in world that we all live in the midst of, I believe that it is especially important to develop a mindfulness practise.

In this article, I will show you how to start a mindfulness practise, even if you are fidgety. The best way to start is small and slow. Here are a few simple things you can try to be more mindful in your everyday world.

1. Start by being more mindful when you brush your teeth. Take some time to really look in the mirror at yourself. How do you look? What is the temperature in the room? How are you feeling as you brush your teeth? Are you tired? Sad? Depressed? Become conscious of how you are in this moment.

2. Become more conscious of your breath at different times of the day, such as when you are drinking a cup of coffee, or take a break, or going to the washroom. Try to choose activities that are routine, and when you know that you will be quite mindless, rehearsing different aspects of what happened already or will happen in the future.

3. Do a walking meditation for a minute at a time. You may want to start the practise at home when you won't be disturbed by the outside noise and seeing familiar faces as you walk outside. Be as precise as you can be. So, set a timer for one minute and see if you can be completely present to what you are doing at this moment. If you aren't, don't be too hard on yourself. Just keep bringing your attention to the moment when you realize that you are thinking of something else.

4. Try to eat mindfully. Turn off the television and all technological gadgets. If you are eating with another person, let the other person know that you will be trying to eat more mindfully a few times a week. Who knows, you may even inspire others to be more mindful while eating too.

5. Drink coffee or tea mindfully. Try to bring your attention fully to what you are doing which is drinking your cup of coffee or tea. Set a timer for one minute, and do nothing but drink your beverage. When the minute is over, you can lapse into other activities.

6. Do one thing at a time. Try not to multi-task for a while. Try and really pay attention to what you are doing at the time.

By taking these steps, you will become more mindful by doing everyday tasks mindfully. This is one important way to become more mindful.

Developing a mindfulness practise need not be difficult. However, it needs to be consistent. Try and start slow and small, but be consistent. Over time, you will develop mindfulness.

Build People Up

Photo of Two Women Sitting While Laughing

We All have gifts and talents that we naturally master. While others seldom wonder "How we do certain things", we can't even give them explanations as to how we effortlessly do them.

One of my most precious gifts is to "Build People Up". I can help people become more aware of their divine magnificence, make them feel like a "Million Box" as well as empower/inspire them to reach their goals & live their dreams. How do I do it? I often ask myself that question and honestly the answers I get are:

I BELIEVE in the human potential, because of that when I connect with someone, I can Feel and See in my mind what they are capable of or not...

I BELIEVE that skills can be learned and talents mastered so blessed is the one willing to Pay the Price of mastery with Passion, Persistance & Purpose

I BELIEVE that Success, Wealth & Power are within the reach of the Ones who desire it. Yes, some people are born in environments more propice to facilitate all of the above; however, many have acquired these without pre-existing privileges.

Before Building Them Up, the pre-requisite is a thorough inquiry aka one-on-one heart to heart connection to get to the roots of the clients' desires and build a solid base for results from the get-go.

Sometimes, we see people living their lives and we wish that they would have something different, have what we have or more but we neglect to Ask them if they are happy and to find out what they really want.

I have some very happy and content relatives who live in remote villages without electricity and modern day conveniences but they do not get up every morning and complain about their way of life. They farm their land; spend time in nature, do the things they love and thank God for their blessings. Some of them are very happy and would not live any other way.

I also have some very rich friends who are happy and others who are miserable despite the abundance in their daily life, the luxury & the millions in the bank.

So in my humble opinion, instead of assuming that others want what we have or what we desire; it is better to ask them:
1- What they REALLY want or desire
2- Why do they want it?
3- By When?
4- Impact of having it and it having it

This will allow us to get a very clear understanding of what is in their hearts & minds. This makes the "Building Up" process easier and more relevant.

There are several methods that can be used, one of them is the "WHY" questioning process: this consists of asking "WHY" over and over again like an eager 5 year old looking for answers until you get to the Roots.

Do not do it to annoy people, watch your tone, do it gently, look for signs, watch their body language, feel their energy while you focus on getting the right answers for them.

I actually enjoy this process and find it very effective because it can be fun and often connects to childhood memories so the client feels safer sometimes and even amused/emotional.

This method doesn't work with Everyone, that is why coaching is so fun, you get to study your clients and figure out the best method is for each client so you can help them get RESULTS.

PS: Sometimes people want something that they Already have, therefore, making them Aware of it becomes part of the coaching process. You would be surprised with the results you get with some clarity processes to bring up the real issues as well as the Best in People.

Never Look Down On Anybody Unless You Are Helping Them Become Better

Photography of a Man And Woman Laughing

Each one of us has a past. Instead of judging people by their past, help them build their future. Treat them with respect. Whatever their past are, people change. Show them you are true to them and in turn they will be honest with themselves and with you.

Treat everyone with kindness even if they are not but because you are. Even if they are ungrateful still be willing to give them a second chance. Help them even if they drive you crazy and those you don't even know. True kindness lies in the act of giving without the expectation of getting something in return. This is the selfless act of sharing what you have.

Don't try to make yourself great by making someone else look small. Never boost your achievements because others did not accomplish what you have. The moment you think you have the right to belittle others because you are better than they are is the moment you prove your weakness. People tend to make others feel how they themselves feel. If you can't offer help, at least do not to hurt them or make them feel small even if you feel that your kindness is already abused. Treat everyone you meet with respect.

Everyone has inner battles and issues, even you. Withhold your judgment and be objective in assessing other's mistakes. Nobody is perfect. Every person you meet will have a role in your life. Some people will help you grow, others will hurt you but there are also some who will inspire you to do better. Treat people with significance just the way you want to be treated.

Never look down anybody unless you are helping them up. In our society, it's so easy to look down on someone who isn't as successful or accomplished or well-educated as you are. You have no idea how far that person has suffered because of their wrong choices in life. Be there to show your empathy and willing ears to listen to their problems. Don't be rude. Your willingness to listen is enough. Time could easily reverse your positions, so treat everyone with dignity.

Be grateful to those who have supported you especially your family. Forgive those who have hurt you and help those who need you. Life is so complex that you need to treat all people including yourself with love and compassion.

Life will be better if you fairly treat others even if they don't respect you at all.

Most often than not, we judge people based on their mistakes. We failed to see that their past do not define them. Whatever their past maybe, what we can do is to put ourselves in their shoes. Empathy is the key to be objective in assessing people fairly.

Getting What You Want - Never Ever Give Up (By Anne O'Dwyer)

Woman in Red Coat Surrounded by Trees

My mother now in her 90's has been telling us more stories of her youth. It always amazes me the level of education achieved years ago as youngsters didn't stay at school until they were 18! Despite this my mother still has an excellent understanding in all areas of maths and English, she also has an excellent spelling and reading ability and still remembers some French learned in school.

I will share with you the tale she has told us many times, of when she was 14 she was officially able to leave school, she was the youngest of 4 so was keen to get out into the grown-up world and get a job and she also didn't like school she felt she had spent enough time there! Her mother wanted her to stay at school and improve her education but she persuaded her dad to let her leave.

Her Mother was annoyed by this and decided if she wanted to work she would have to work hard, and was to find a job immediately she left school. Not only this but she had to pay most of her wages to her mum 4 shillings out of a meagre 6 shillings, her weeks earnings! Her bus far was 2 pence, so sometimes she had to walk home six miles if she couldn't stretch her allowance any further. Her stockings cost nearly 12 pence and often had to be mended to last the week.

Her biggest disappointment, which she sadly remembers to this day, is the fact she had to wear her school coat whilst she saved every week for 30 months to replace it! I can't imagine youngsters doing that today they spend more a week on make-up!

She is determined to keep all her faculties and not be burdened with dementia so plays crib in the afternoons, does anagrams and only recently stopped doing crosswords as her eyesight is not too good. A recent hobby is to convert her food shopping list into French! (We had a laugh today to find an endearment translates into my little cabbage)" Brussel-sprouts will never be quite the same again.

To keep her body active she does exercises every morning, some housework and walks with a walking aid whenever someone is free to walk with her, often daily despite severe arthritis in her back and joints! She is a very determined lady. What has kept her alive so long - good genes and a determination to look after a chronically sick son who has been ill for 40 years. So together they manage and support each other.

Are we as persistent at getting what we want? Do we put in as much effort or persistence? So the moral of this story, never, ever give up!

It's those that persist in the face of adversity that achieve their goals, Do you know people who took years to build their business, we just view the results and think of them as successful without seeing the struggle and determination invested.

So for all those budding entrepreneurs there is an easier way, than struggling alone, find a competent coach in whatever you are learning and your learning curve with be smoother and quicker. If like me you aspire to a successful career online find a great coach in your chosen niche.

Affiliate marketing is a great starting point for online marketing, your coach will provide products and training enabling you to start earning commissions whilst you begin online. Don't sack the boss yet but begin in your spare-time. Working from your laptop gives you time and location freedom, which is great for family life. So whatever you choose, persist and enjoy the journey and the results!

Turn Your Life Story Into a Coaching Business (By Dr. Shauntel Peak-Jimenez, Ph.D)

Are you a natural encourager? Are you able to inspire others? Are you a good listener? Are you empathetic? Do you love to motivate others to succeed? Do you enjoy when you see others achieve their goals and dreams? If you have the heart to make a difference, the passion to see others live their best life possible, and the spirit of perseverance then you should consider becoming a life coach. Life coaching is a billion dollar industry annually and it is continuing to grow by leaps and bounds.

Helping others makes us feel good and when they show us gratitude for our services that is such a rewarding feeling. There are people in the world who could be yearning for your solution to their problem, but they will never find you if you don't show up. So isn't it time that you show up in the world and let others know that you can help them transform their lives from ordinary to extraordinary?

I remember having the feeling that I was supposed to be doing more than what I was currently doing, and I just felt stuck. I felt like I had a lot of big dreams inside of my head but I wasn't sure how to manifest them into physical reality. My heart seemed unsettled at times because I wasn't really enjoying life the way I knew I was born to enjoy it. I was working a job that I absolutely loved but yet it felt as it my potential was being limited.

And it wasn't until after I unexpectedly lost my job that I really began to see exactly what living fulfilled felt like. Now that doesn't mean that life is always a "bed of roses" for me, but what it does mean is that my life is full of more beautiful rose petals than thorns. I have had faced major challenges like loved ones passing away, but I had to make up my mind that where I was going to was better than what I was going through, and I decided that no matter what I was facing I must stay focused. I wanted to share that with you because often times we encounter challenges and obstacles while we are pursuing a goal or a dream, but that doesn't give us permission to give up or quit.

I am not going to tell you that becoming a life coach or launching a coaching business is easy, because it is not. But if you stick with it you can see phenomenal results manifest. That is personally, professionally, and financially. And the financial aspect can be very lucrative. You can earn hundreds and even thousands of dollars a month. When you are great at what you do you become a client magnet and being a client magnet means you are able to generate a nice income. And the ability to make more money means different things for different people. So imagine how generating additional income could change your life. What would that look like for you?

If you are a creative individual you will love the opportunity to let your creativity flourish as a life coach. You can create group programs, seminars, workshops, books, activities, exercises, and tools all based on your creativity and the needs of your client and clients. Your programs and products will empower your clients to break through obstacles, unleash their potential, and achieve their goals and dreams.

As you can probably tell by now, I absolutely love the field of life coaching. It is my passion and it is my purpose. I enjoy what I do every single day and I am so grateful to God for blessing me in such an amazing way. When I lost my job in 2009 as a corporate nurse due to corporate downsizing, I never imagined that I would be called to do something that touches my heart and soul in such a beautiful way. And when my mother passed away unexpectedly I didn't imagine that during the worst time of my life when I felt hopeless, that one day I would be blessed to help others find hope.

And I couldn't imagine at the time when I was burying my grandson with tears rolling down my face that I would ever feel so much passion for life again. And I couldn't imagine back in the 90's when I was a single mother of 5 living on government assistance that I would one day have a national and international coach training company that teaches others how to live in financial abundance.

Don't look at all that you have going against you, look at what you have working for you, and never let anything stop you. You have the inner power to transform obstacles into opportunities, struggles into success, and your life story into a wonderful coaching business.

How To Embrace An Attitude Of 'Hell Yeah' With Everything You Do

How To Navigate Life

Given the many distractions that compete for our attention these days, it's not surprising people don't devote more time to what truly inspires them.

We have a habit of tuning out anything that is not urgent.

There was a time when a person was only contactable via a phone landline, with no answering machine.

Nowadays, I can reach you through email, text messaging, instant messaging, social media, and dare I say, call you on your mobile device. Yet, this has not improved our lives other than make us more available.

Being more available equates to having less time to focus on your priorities.

As a consequence, we say 'yes' to things that don't inspire us, but provide a sense of satisfaction of having undertaken the task.

What I'm proposing is that you adopt a hell yeah attitude towards tasks instead of, it will do for now.

The idea was first discussed by the American entrepreneur Derek Sivers. He outlined how he prefers to engage in pursuits he is passionate about, instead of those he's obligated to do.

"As we become more mature and enlightened adults, we come to realize that if an opportunity is presented to us and it does not gain a near 100-percent enthusiasm and commitment from us, then the reply must be a 100-percent no," affirms motivational author Brendon Burchard in his book The Motivation Manifesto.

What if you were to adopt a similar approach?

You may avoid doing so because saying 'no' to good enough projects, goals or relationships suffices to keep you motivated for the time being.

When you settle, you compromise your self-worth because you accept less than meaningful conditions. The basis is to move from being Parked to an mindset of hell yeah in everything you do.

Consider author Larry Weidel's perspective in Serial Winner: 5 Actions to Create Your Cycle of Success: "Winners know that if you don't figure out what you want, you'll get whatever life hands you."

Time Is A Precious Commodity

When you say 'no' to requests that are low priorities, you free up time to say 'yes' to areas that serve your highest good.

By embracing a hell yeah attitude, you focus attention on what really matters.

It's vital to explore your full potential because in those moments you experience deep flow states and awaken your greatest ability.

You may undertake meaningless tasks or commit to relationships that don't inspire you because you're fearful more opportunities will not show up later. So, you take what is available now, hoping it will occupy your time until something better comes along.

It's what you devote your time and attention to, that matters.

Time is a precious commodity which many people squander. Guard it with your life and choose opportunities that inspire you, rather than just being task-orientated.

"Position your daily actions so time is working for you instead of against you. Because time will either promote you or expose you," writes author Jeff Olson in The Slight Edge: Secret to a Successful Life.

Don't think you can get everything done because it's impossible. You are likely to wash over the activities without fully committing to the task.

The question arises, how will you know whether to undertake a project or say 'no'?

It's as simple as this: if you don't feel a spark of enthusiasm, it's unlikely you'll see it through to completion.

It is my experience, if something is difficult at the start and I'm lacking motivation, the idea will not succeed because I'm not bringing my whole self to it.

If you cannot say hell yeah, it's best say 'no'.

I assure you, adopting this frame of mind will yield success and you needn't buy into the fear more opportunities won't become available. In fact, more quality prospects will emerge since you are careful what you give your attention to.

You should say 'yes' to tasks that excite you, that you are passionate about and to which you're likely to bring your best work.

Manage Your Time

"Pareto points us in a very clear direction: the majority of what you want will come from the minority of what you do. Extraordinary results are disproportionately created by fewer actions than most realize," affirm authors Gary Keller and Jay Papasan in The One Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results.

There is little room for negotiation and no grey area when you pursue a hell yeah way of life. You commit to the task or relationship or not at all, in which case you walk away.

Similarly, it pays to know which areas you are saying hell yeah to. It may pose a challenge to apply this approach to every facet of life because of competing interests.

For example, your partner may want to visit his/her favourite restaurant and you don't feel the same way. In this scenario, diplomacy prevails to maintain a healthy relationship.

Embracing a hell yeah outlook will change your approach to life, in so far as developing a laser-like focus while managing your time. You concentrate your attention on high value areas that lead to happiness and fulfilment, with a better chance of success.

Authors Gary Keller and Jay Papasan remind us once again to choose what you give your attention to: "To achieve an extraordinary result you must choose what matters most and give it all the time it demands. This requires getting extremely out of balance in relation to all other work issues... "

Given the many events that compete for your attention, it's important to be discerning with your time.

You become inspired by your goals and projects, instead of expecting a situation will improve as you go along - it seldom does.

Larry Weidel reminds us to maintain our enthusiasm or risk it burning out: "When it comes to most of our ideas, our enthusiasm has a shelf life. We won't be inspired to go for it forever. If you can't decide what you're going to do with your energy and drive, it will peter out. Doubt will grow and overwhelm you."

Commit to life with passion and fervour, otherwise you will be pulled along by secondary tasks that are less desirable.

Life is too short and valuable to be pursuing goals that are not consistent with your greater self.

The Importance of Genuine Introspection (By Nikunj Shah)

What comes to our mind when we hear the word 'introspection'?

We often say that we introspect and also hear others telling us that they also regularly introspect.

At this point, I would like to raise a question - are we really introspecting impartially or are we simply attributing our behavior as a reaction to the situations or events played out?

This question comes up because even when we say we introspect, we often do not see that it is accompanied by a transformation. Thus, an introspection that does not result in a genuine transformation in oneself cannot be regarded as true introspection.
This leads to the next question - what then is true introspection all about?

I was pleasantly surprised to discover what my Gurudev, Pujya Gurudevshri Rakeshbhai had to say in an article written by Him on true introspection. In a very clear and simple language, He helped me understand the importance of impartial introspection and how it helps in developing virtues in a seeker of spirituality.

After reading the article, I could comprehend that if we continue to attribute blame on the 'external' for our shortcomings and reactions, then we are not really introspecting. Because this track of thinking (of putting the blame on 'others' and acquitting ourselves from our hurtful reactions) will not lead us anywhere. It is futile to expect even an iota of transformation if we continue on this track of thinking. Most of us end up succumbing to blaming the outside because we find it a relatively easier approach to close the case. This leaves no scope for any sort of genuine introspection. In fact, it is a form of escapism - no need to look within for our own faults and just pass the buck onto others.

Further, it helped me to recognize that transformation cannot happen without genuine introspection and it is this introspection that will help a seeker of truth in identifying his/her own faults, thought patterns, reasons behind irritations and frustrations and many such shortcomings. Once we identify and are able to view our own faults in any situation thanks to genuine introspection, it is but natural that our very next thought would be to get rid of them and move towards purity, which actually is the advent of spirituality in our lives. Thus, genuine introspection is the key to spiritual beginning and advancement.

So how does genuine introspection help in bringing about a transformation in ourselves?

I have included a link below that helped me realize its importance. Hopefully, it will encourage and inspire you too to strive for impartial introspection.

Let Your Words Heal

Have you really thought about the power you have to either inspire or uplift yourself and others around simply by the words you use? Do you realize that words can either propel you to achieve excellence in everything that you do or hold you down from even trying anything at all?

Words - whether written or spoken - are the most powerful force on earth because not only are they the hallmark of our humanity, they are also used to create and communicate ideas that can either make or break us, both as individuals or as institutions. Indeed, words are the kindling energy that shapes our thoughts, fuels our actions and creates reactions in others. As a result of this, every word we speak or write produces an effect in the world even though we are oblivious of the positive or negative effect these words have on ourselves and the people around us.

Actually, most of us take words for granted by failing to realize that words are the most powerful tools with which we use to influence others, either negatively or positively. We do not understand that the constant usage and application of negative words lower self-esteem and destroy the joy of living; while well-chosen positive words on the other hand motivate, encourage, as well as propel us to gain greater heights in life. This is to say that nothing positive (good) can come from being negative (bad). However, for the benefit of those who may still think or feel otherwise, here is what the Bible says about the value of well-chosen words: "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."- Proverbs 15:1

In light of the above, rather than use words to hurt, abuse, ridicule, distort, disrespect, misguide, demoralize, defile, curse, humiliate, damn, destroy and hate - use words to heal, praise, compliment, beautify, respect, direct, motivate, purify, bless, educate, salvage, build and love. Certainly, the result of habitually using or applying positive words in our daily interactions with one another is greatly beneficial and more pleasing to humanity; because by doing so, we can actually overcome despair with hope, hate with love, failure with success, wickedness with compassion, impurity with purity, injustice with justice, weakness with strength, division with unity, selfishness with generosity, fear with faith, corruption with integrity, war with peace, and ultimately, evil with good. Simply put, through well-chosen words, you can become a dealer of hope in a world that is filled with fear, doubt, and anxiety.

Moreover, the continued cultivation and apprehension of such a worthy aspiration is far better than just complaining about the wrong things of this World, and practically doing nothing to change them. As a matter of fact, you can become part of the solution to the problems devastating many nations by making a conscious and consistent effort to always choose your words wisely and carefully, knowing that these words will surely have a positive and lasting impact on you and the people you interact with every day. And while you are at it, do not hesitate to encourage, urge or challenge those around you to continue emulating this meaningful act until our world becomes an interwoven web of positive words. Imagine what a beautiful world it would be!

Allow me to quickly add that just as God Almighty who is the maker of all heavenly and earthly things, created us in His image and likeness with words, so do we all possess the ability to create our world and determine our destinies with words, as well... So let your words heal and not hurt!
Let your words...
... accentuate positives
... herald truths
... spread love
... cultivate peace
... enrich lives
... uplift souls
... proffer solutions
... uphold justice
... empower people
... unite nations
... give hope
... create wealth
... apply wisdom
... share knowledge
... deploy joy
... break barriers
... exceed expectations
... open doors
... fulfill needs
... foster prosperity
... encourage patience
... exhibit courage
... embrace charity
... embody compassion
... honor humanity
... heighten happiness
... promote wellness
... express gratitude
... evoke empathy
... extol excellence
... enhance success
... laud integrity
... generate ideas
... add value
... transmit courage
... preserve civilization

But most importantly, let your words praise and worship God, always.

Message From the Universe: Sharing Your Dreams With the Right People Is Crucial to Success!

"The instant you have a new dream, the masses are notified.

And every single one of the billions of people alive today who have complementary visions, whether to be your future customer, reader, mentor, fan, lover, partner, agent, golf caddy, or tanning salon operator, all add their power to yours.

After all, you just might be their "lucky break."

Move boldly,
The Universe"

Do not let your dreams go unfulfilled. You decide the content and start processing that information. There are many dreamers, but not enough doers. You need to put these thoughts into action and not hesitate. It is imminent that you first determine the viability of your dream and make sure that it is feasible. Do not dream about creating a bridge between NY and Portugal when you have no civil engineering knowledge. For everything else, sky's the limit. The reason as to why you need to hang around people with big dreams is because it will inspire you to keep on going with your dream. Naysayers will always try to discourage you or bring you down to earth by mocking your dreams. Avoid these naysayers at all cost. First, you do not need to tell anyone what you are doing or thinking about doing or implementing any kind of dreams. The ONLY permission you need to ask is yourself. No one else out there is aloud to tell you what to do or how to do it. You are the master of your own self so start applying it. Produce all the dreams you want and take action as soon as the opportunity arise.

Joining a group of dreamers is crucial to your well being and to your confidence level when it comes to making all of your dreams a reality. Since you all share the same thought process, everyone can encourage to others when it comes to holding on and keep moving forward. This kind of encouragement is a must, especially during the embryo stage of the dream. You need the right support so you can avoid pitfalls. Mentors are good performing the task of encouraging others and sharing their point of view with the creator/entrepreneur. If you have the opportunity to talk to a mentor, make sure you pay attention to every word they share with you, every advice, every comment or feedback because they are extremely valuable. They will help you avoid costly mistakes that can save you time and money, especially where you need it the most at this stage of your business. Take my word for it, I have helped many avoid MY mistakes.

Your Footprint in the Sands of Time

Does anyone's life really matter? If you didn't do anything that was recognized, world-changing or life altering, will the world ever know that you existed? There is a process in the life cycle on Earth that is true for every living form from the minutest to the most sophisticated, the human. Everything that lives leaves a significant footprint behind. Even the plants and trees live providing oxygen and a host of other services to the air, insects and animals; after they die the soil is forever altered by the composition of what it has absorbed, affecting the next thing that is planted. All of these things are true and amplified in human life and how it was lived, affecting all the things touched during life.

Why is this true? Humans have the strongest energy of any life form. A life that is lived lovingly, providing encouragement and hope to those who surround you increases the positive energy field that surrounds you and everyone you come into contact with. While it seems invisible, it penetrates everything you touch changing the energy around people, animals, plants and all living forms. It is almost impossible to know who and what your life has or will change in a positive way. Even though your life cycle comes to an end those positive contacts and touches continue on. Like the soil that is forever altered by the decomposition of the tree, everything you touched was transformed in some way. A light filled energy surrounds you and remains even after your death.

A life that is wasted through anger, fear, violence and hateful attributes creates an equally strong energy field that causes chaos and injures everything it touches. For many the damage may last a lifetime, witnessed by the scars left through child abuse and domestic violence. These patterns are frequently carried into several generations. A parents alcoholism can create a generational tendency that is not interrupted until the pattern is broken, the unborn child finally freed through a parent that fought the tendency and remained sober and alcohol free. Other behavior patterns including drug abuse, OCD and so many others affect everyone who comes into contact with it through learned behavior. The death of a person who has lived their live instilling pain and fear leaves a heavy footprint that takes much longer to dissolve and heal. There is great damage in the wake behind them. The energy field around these people is much like a destructive storm. The people whose lives you touched will always be picking up the pieces and hoping to mend. Many never will.

How you choose to live matters far more than you may imagine. You can love and be loved, inspire and be inspired, trust and instill faith, heal and be healed leaving a lasting and loving legacy. You can be hate filled, angry and violent and live a life of misery that destroys others far into the future. Whatever the energy you create will be picked up on the path of a sunbeam and transferred to everything around you continuing long after you depart. It's your life, your story, your legacy; it will be defined by how you lived it.
