Message From the Universe: It's Suppose to Be Easy. Trust Me!

"It's supposed to be easy. Everything is supposed to be easy. Everything is easy. You live in a dream world. You're surrounded by illusions. And the illusions change when you change your thinking!

Tell yourself it's easy. Tell yourself often. Make it an affirmation. Eat, sleep, breathe it, and your life shall be transformed.

It's supposed to be easy,

The Universe"

We tend to complicate our life just because when things are easy, we can't seem to grasp the reality of it. It is often said when something is to good to be true, then it's certainly is. The same goes for the easy things in our lives. We are accustomed to experience difficulties daily, and we got used to it because this is how it is suppose to be. We never really take the time to slow down and figure out how can we find ways to make things easier and less stressful. The lazy people have mastered that process as they constantly find ways to do things with the least effort possible. They don't seem to be bothered by complicated process because they will always find a way to simplify their lives. I personally admire them because after so many years of practice when looking for the easy way out in everything they do, they were able to re-wire their brains in doing the strict minimum. and still find a way to succeed.

I am sure they have some hidden secrets on how to see everything in life as being easy. They may be delusional at times but it seems to work for them pretty well. Why can we all have that talent? Maybe they know some things we do not know. Maybe their thinking is different and look at the world with different lens. I wish I knew so I can write about it and share my newfound knowledge so everyone can take advantage and live life stress free. I guess the only thing we can do is tell ourselves that everything is easy, more often than not. If we start affirming that everyday, we might see things differently and enjoy our easy and simple life. Why not try that for a change.

Medisuggestion - The Efficient Combination of Meditation and Autosuggestion

For those who know how to use them, meditation and autosuggestion are efficient tools for influencing the mind and body. Although they are different techniques that impact the subconscious, they are partially overlapping. This article shall analyze the option of combining the two methods in a manner that will enable harnessing the advantages of both methods. This option will be referred to below as medisuggestion.

Meditation vs. Autosuggestion

The main objective of meditation is soothing the soul. This objective is achieved through relaxation, closed eyes, regulated breathing, an attempt to detach oneself from external stimuli and influences, avoidance of disturbing thoughts and the desire to reach the "peaceful realm". Some meditation techniques include the repeated self affirmation of a mantra, usually a meaningless word that contains syllables with no negative connotations. Mediation has a suggestive impact on the body and mind seeing that the individual applying this technique wishes consciously to achieve peace and serenity while consciously and unconsciously detaching from mundane worries. The meditating individual creates, over time, a kind of conditioning aimed at reaching relaxation whenever beginning the meditation process.

While in meditation self suggestion is more of an indirect and side effect of the relaxation method, the self persuasion performed in the process of autosuggestion is direct and intended to generate a willful, directed and focused impact on the subconscious. Autosuggestion is a tool for achieving various objectives and not only tranquility and inner serenity. Similarly to meditation, autosuggestion is also comprised of the constant repetition of certain words. Meditation has the advantage of being a pleasant and calm method in which time is not pressing. Autosuggestion, on the other hand, conveys the message more rapidly and directly, but it lacks an organized method and supportive establishment. Both meditation and autosuggestion are techniques that are not practiced persistently, whether due to their monotonous nature, the fact that their results are not immediately apparent, the fact that daily pressures and troubles distract us from them and overtake our agenda, and whether due to the easier option of using chemical sedatives.

Medisuggestion - Combining the advantages of both methods

Medisuggestion combines autosuggestion and the method of meditation. The concept is very simple: instead of whispering a meaningless and empty mantra during meditation, repeatedly whisper words of suggestive content, such as: "I am peaceful and calm, I am peaceful and calm, I am always peaceful and calm". The message will slowly permeate into your subconscious and when you are more relaxed, so will be your body, including its autonomies.

Medisuggestion - How it works

When we are tense and upset by a significant issue that bothers us and interferes with our peace of mind, we may experience symptoms resembling a slight emotional trauma, such as sleeplessness and recurring thoughts of the same issue, overrunning the everyday routine and refusing to let up. The mind is overwhelmed by the issue in a manner that may even interfere with our ability to function. Indeed, one can take a sedative, but such an option bears with it side effects. It interferes with concentration, causes drowsiness and may impair proper thought processes, not to mention addiction and long term effects to the brain.

When we are in a state of medisuggestion, constantly whispering words of self relaxation, we introduce a "new player" into our mind. This player, appearing as the suggestive chant, slowly pushes aside the annoying thoughts and takes over the mind in their stead, while conveying a message of peace and serenity to the body and soul. The efficient suggestive effect is achieved in two manners: A. The direct auto suggestive message; B. The indirect method of meditation, i.e. everything surrounding us - the atmosphere, the sense of serenity and the conditioning. The impact of this method increases with practice. The "new player" gains power and acquires strength. As time goes by, those temporary worries and tensions that bothered us and which medisuggestion helped us get rid of, fade away and disappear. When we once again enter a state of stress and tension and we repeat the routine and familiar words of relaxation we perceive the temporal problems from a different perspective. The annoying and bothersome problem seems to be temporary and fleeting as compared to that "player" in our mind, who has gained experience and proven itself.

Future Effects

Another advantage of this method over meditation is in its ability to prepare us for an expected difficult and nerve racking event, such as a charged encounter, stressful interview, difficult test, clarification discussion, trial, medical procedure and the likes. Using this method, we can convey a personal message for the future, such as: "Tomorrow, during the interview, I will be calm and serene" through repetition. This method also provides for other future suggestions, such as: "I will be in focus" or "I will be confident". This method increases the level of concentration when "taking the test", unlike a sedative which might even impair concentration levels.

Application

After studying the method and growing accustomed to it, there is no need to implement it daily, but rather when it is truly necessary, and 10-20 minutes are enough for it to work. The method is especially effective when it is most needed, i.e. when waking up at night because of the annoying problem. It is at this stage, when we are neither asleep nor awake, that our subconscious is more exposed to suggestive influences, more open to receive them and more effectively influenced by them.

Self-Control: Who's in Charge Here?

When you're faced with an emotional situation, self-control is not easy. In the face of your partner's actions, it's difficult not to react. Learning to stop and think, to respond thoughtfully and carefully rather than quickly and automatically, takes practice. However, mastering self-control is always worthwhile, because it makes every moment of your life easier. Have you heard the phrase "Emotional Intelligence"? It just means emotional self-control

Using Self Talk

Self-talk is one of the most powerful tools you can use to learn emotional self-control. Everyone has a running mental dialog, which often is negative or self-defeating. The good news is that you can choose to replace this negative monologue with something more positive. The brain tends to repeat familiar things over and over, going again and again over established neuronal pathways. Repeating a mantra, an affirmation or a choice over and over creates new pathways, which eventually become automatic. The new thoughts will run through your head like the old thoughts did, or like a popular song you've heard over and over. Only this song won't be about your lost love, it will be about supporting yourself.

If your self talk feels "naturally negative," you may be creating a self-fulfilling identity, which saps your ability to choose your responses. To change this, learn to pay attention to your inner monologue: what do you say to yourself about the upcoming day, about mistakes, about your luck? If these messages are negative, changing them can indeed lift your spirits and your optimism.

Positive, happy people do have an easier time in life, and bounce back from problems faster. There are things you can do to increase your level of optimism, even if you can't change who you are. Know yourself: if you love silence, tend to be quiet, like quiet conversations and not big parties, this may be a genetic trait-your hearing, and nervous system may be more sensitive than others, and this trait will not go away. You can, however, make the most of it, and learn that creating plenty of quiet in your life will make you a happier, calmer person. If, on the other hand, you're a party animal-social, enjoying noise and excitement, you can also use that as an asset.

Your thoughts affect your mood, and how you relate to yourself can either lift or dampen your spirits. Neuronal activity in the brain activates hormones which are synonymous with feelings. Constant self-criticism results in a "what's the use' attitude, which leads to depression and a cranky attitude, which doesn't work well in your life or relationships. Continuous free-floating thoughts of impending doom lead to anxiety attacks. Negative self-talk creates stress. To help clients become aware of self-inflicted stress, I ask them to become aware of what they're saying to themselves: a constant stream of negativity, will create stress; just as being followed around by someone who's constantly carping on you would be stressful. If my client is having an internal mental battle and not able to come to a solid decision; it also increases the stress. Dysfunctional relationship patterns also are stress-building. For example, if you are constantly guilt-tripped by someone else, or you and your spouse fight, or you are too worried about others' opinions of who you are and what you're doing, you'll be a lot more stressed than if you know how to get along with others, when to listen and when to trust yourself. Many of my clients don't realize that they are responsible for their own feelings, and no one else is responsible for making them feel better.

Patience

Patience is another way to describe emotional self control. Learning to be patient and remain calm reduces and relieves stress and worry. Cultivating patience is really learning impulse control: it's an issue in self control. You can learn how to do "emotional maintenance" and shake off stress, keep on track of what you want to do, and let go of frustration when something is getting to you. Patience is learning how to wait until you've thought before acting and made sure you understand the options and take control of your own ideas and decisions. It's a growth process, a transformation of self through awareness and learning.

To acquire patience, learn not to act on impulse, but change your thinking and attitude, and reach out for support and encouragement. To learn the necessary patience and determination that enhances your communication, these seven steps will help.

Seven Steps to Help You Learn Patience:

1: Wait: The old advice to "count to 10 before you respond" is a great way to learn patience. Give yourself a chance to give your best response.

2: Use Perspective: Put your impulses or desires in perspective. Will it be important an hour from now; fifteen minutes from now? Most of them won't be.

3. Self understanding: If you are tempted to act or speak on impulse, understand that the impulse is normal, but you don't have to be run by it. Reactions and impulses are normal-it's how thoughtfully we act on them that counts.

4: Take a longer view: If you're reacting because someone upset you (e.g.: your partner hurt your feelings) give a little prayer of thanks that it wasn't worse, say a blessing for your partner (who probably needs it) and you'll feel better. If you are tempted to act impulsively, pause a minute and consider your bigger goal; then decide if the momentary impulse is worth setting back your goal.

5. Give yourself a break: If you act on an impulse before thinking about it, acknowledge that you did it, then forgive yourself and get back on track. If you find yourself acting impulsively a lot, then maybe your goal is too rigid, and you need to allow a little more room for yourself, or to renegotiate the contract with your spouse.

6. Consider the source: Impulses are often a reaction to outside circumstances. For example, being annoyed because your partner isn't available, when you could enjoy using the time you have to yourself. Make sure what you do is what you really want to do.

7: Celebrate: Remember to celebrate your accomplishments and all the times you do what you intend to, keep your promises, and work things out. Frequent small celebrations are a way to reward yourself for patience, and to increase your motivation to be even more patient.

Napoleon Hill's Think and Grow Rich

Man Wearing White Suit Jacket and White Pants

All over the free world, there are thousands of successful men and women who are where they are today because they once picked up a copy of Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill. Without question, this single book has had a greater influence on the lives, accomplishments, and fortunes of more people than any other work of its kind.

This remarkable book helped me decide once and for all how I was to accomplish my goal. It unified my thinking and gave me a straight, clear road to the point I decided to reach. One of my closest friends found the book, stayed home for three days reading and digesting its material, and he then went on to reach the top of his industry. I've sat in richly paneled executive offices and listened to world famous business leaders tell me how reading Think and Grow Rich changed their lives.

When the last page of Think and Grow Rich is read, the hand that puts the book down on the table is a different hand. The man who then stands up and walks out into the world is a different, a changed man - the possessor of the unique knowledge that will enable him to turn dreams into reality, thoughts into things. So called fate and exterior circumstances are no longer in command. He who had been a passenger is now suddenly the captain.

The secret behind Think and Grow Rich, the reason why it has withstood the test of time, is because it stands on the foundation of truth: the clear, unchallenged fact that everything begins with an idea. One may start with nothing but ideas, but ideas are incredibly powerful when they're supported by Definiteness of Purpose, persistence, and a burning desire for their translation into material objects or riches - "riches" being whatever it is you happen to want.

In other words, by controlling your mind, you can control your destiny. And you can start that amazing process today, by absorbing and applying Napoleon Hill's famous 13 principles for unbridled success.

Desire

Desire is the starting point for all achievement, the first step toward riches. But it's here that we so often run into a roadblock. A person will say, "I know what I desire, but can I get it?"

The answer was best expressed by Emerson: "There's nothing capricious in nature, and the implanting of a desire indicates that its gratification is in the constitution of the creature that feels it." In other words, you would not have the desire unless you were capable of its achievement.

Your burning desire is nothing more than an accurate picture of what you will one day become. So right here, firmly establish in your mind that which you desire more than anything else, and cherish and nurture that desire. Do not suppress or annihilate it. A man without desire has within him no principle of action, nor motive to act.

Faith

Faith is the state of mind that may be induced or created by affirmation or repeated instructions to the subconscious mind by conscious auto suggestion. By summoning over and over again a mental image of yourself already having accomplished your main desire, you will muster the faith you need. Faith is vital to accomplishment.

Have faith that you can accomplish that which you seek, for you would never have decided upon it unless it was meant for you to accomplish it. If you find it difficult at times to have faith in yourself, you may be certain that you can have faith in these principles.

Auto Suggestion

Through repeated suggestion, the subconscious mind can be put to work for you. It's the faculty of being able to concentrate your mind on your burning desire until your subconscious mind accepts it as fact and begins to devise ways of bringing it about. Here's where hunches come from, sudden flashes of thought, inspiration, or guidance.

To access the power of auto suggestion, go into some quiet spot, perhaps in bed at night. Close your eyes and repeat aloud so you may hear your own words a careful reaffirmation of whatever your goal happens to be. If it's the accumulation of a sum of money, reiterate the time limit for its accumulation and a description of the service or merchandise you intend to give in return for it. As you carry out these instructions, see yourself already in possession of your goal.

Specialized Knowledge

Knowledge is power only to the extent that it's organized into a definite plan of action and directed to a definite end. Before you can be sure of your ability to transmute desire into its monetary equivalent, you will require specialized knowledge of the service, merchandise, or profession that you intend to offer in return for fortune.

Realize that you must learn all you can about your specialty. Set aside a definite time every day for learning more about what it is you do for a living. Take the courses that are offered on your subject and associate with people who know your business well.

Imagination

Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve. Man's only limitation, within reason, lies in the development and use of his imagination and subsequent motivation to action. The great leaders of business, industry, and finance, and the great artists, musicians, poets, and writers became great because they developed the power of self-motivation.

As you go about your daily work, think constantly of ways in which it could be done better, more efficiently. Think of the changes that are inevitable. Can they be made now? If you feel limited, remember the words of the late Frank Lloyd Wright: "The human race built most nobly when limitations were greatest and, therefore, when most was required of imagination in order to build at all."

Decision

Analysis of several hundred people who've accumulated fortunes well beyond the million-dollar mark disclose the fact that every one of them had the habit of reaching decisions promptly and of changing these decisions slowly, if and when they were changed.

When you make up your mind, stay with it. The majority of people who fail are generally easily influenced by the opinions of others. Opinions are the cheapest commodities on earth. Keep your own counsel when you begin to put into practice the principles described here by reaching your own decisions and following them. Take no one into your confidence except the members of your mastermind alliance (as discussed later), and be very careful in your selection of this group, choosing only those who will be in complete sympathy and harmony with your purpose. Close friends and relatives, while not meaning to do so, often handicap one through uninformed opinions and sometimes through ridicule.

Persistence

Persistence is simply the power of will. Willpower and desire, when properly combined, make an irresistible pair. Persistence is to an individual what carbon is to steel. In uncounted thousands of cases, persistence has stood as the difference between success and failure. It is the lack of this quality more than any other that keeps the majority from great accomplishment. As soon as the going gets tough, they fold.

If you're to accomplish the goal you set for yourself, you must form the habit of persistence. Things will get difficult. It will seem as though there's no longer any reason to continue. Everything in you will tell you to give up, to quit trying. It is right here that if you'll go that extra mile and keep going, the skies will clear and you'll begin to see the first signs of the abundance that is to be yours because you had the courage to persist. With persistence will come success.

Enthusiastic Support

Man in Black Suit Raising Both Hands

It is of great significance that behind practically every great leader has been the supportive love and inspiration of a spouse. When things get tough - and you can count on it, they will - you may be deserted by some you thought were friends. But if you've got a good woman or man supporting you, you will never be alone. He or she will be willing to start over again if necessary and will give you the new enthusiasm that comes through faith in you.

Having someone to love is having someone to share your success and accomplishments; to give you the praise that all of us need from time to time. A person can become successful without a spouse and family, but much of the real joy is lost if it cannot be shared. Take care of your spouse and children as your greatest possessions.

Organized Planning

The first of the six steps for transforming desire into reality is the formation of a definite, practical plan through which this transformation may be made (see From Desire to Reality in Six Easy Steps, pg. 40). Once you do, it is critical that you ally yourself with one or more people or a group of as many people as you may need for the creation and carrying out of your plan. These people are your "mastermind alliance."

Before forming your mastermind alliance, decide what advantages and benefits you may offer the individual members of your group in return for their cooperation. No one will work indefinitely without compensation, though this may not always be in the form of money.

Arrange to meet with the members of your mastermind alliance at least twice a week, and more often if possible, until you have jointly perfected the necessary plan or plans for the accomplishment of your goal.

Maintain perfect harmony between yourself and every member of your mastermind alliance. Keep in mind these facts: First, you are engaged in an undertaking of major importance to you. To be sure of success, you must have plans that are as faultless as possible. Second, you must have the advantage of the experience, education, native ability, and imagination of other minds. This is in harmony with the methods followed by every person who has risen above the average. Work at this until you have a well-executed formal plan for reaching your objective. In this way you're never confused or wondering what you should do next. Every morning you know exactly what you're going to do and why.

Organized planning is one the most important principles, because a person without a plan is like a ship without a course. With no place to go, disaster is a probability.

The Power of the Mastermind

Photo Of People Using Laptop's

No two minds ever come together without thereby creating a third - a third invisible, intangible force that may be likened to a third mind. You may have noticed many times that by discussing something with another person you suddenly get good ideas as a result of the discussion, ideas you would not have gotten without this association. Well, the same thing happens to the other person. A lot of good ideas have been born in individual minds as a result of having met in committee.

Associating with your mastermind alliance is not meant as a means of letting others do your thinking for you, far from it. It is meant to stimulate your own thinking through the association with other minds. No one knows everything. The more sympathetic minds you get together - that is, minds working for a common purpose - the more related information is going to be available. Great ideas are a combination of related information.

Pick the members of your mastermind group with care. Make sure they're people you respect and who are hard working and conscientious. You'll have a lot of fun, and you'll reach your goals just that much sooner.

The Subconscious Mind

The subconscious mind is a mental area in which all inputs through any of the five senses are classified and recorded, and from which they may be recalled or withdrawn like data from the storage banks of a limitless computer. No one knows very much about what we call the subconscious mind but we do know that it is incalculably powerful and can solve our problems if we go about using it the right way.

The best way is to hold in your conscious mind as often as possible a clear picture of yourself already having accomplished your goal. Know what you want. Define it clearly, and then project it on the motion picture screen of your mind. Hold it. See yourself doing and having the things you have when your objective will have been reached. Do this as often as practical, particularly at night just before you go to sleep and the first thing upon waking. As you do this, your subconscious will begin to lead you toward your objective. Don't fight it. Follow your sudden hunches, the ideas that come into your mind, knowing that they may well represent subconscious knowledge.

If you'll keep at this, you'll be amazed and delighted by the ideas that just seem to come from nowhere.

The Power of the Brain

If you had access to all the wealth in the world and used only a penny, you would be doing exactly what most of us very probably have been doing in the use of our brains. You own in your brain the most marvelous, miraculous, inconceivably powerful force the world has ever known.

It is the brain that has given us the computer, supersonic airplane, our deep rocket probes into outer space, the sciences, and the arts. All of what we know today and will achieve tomorrow is born from this small, gray mass each of us carries around.

Can you doubt, even for a moment, that your brain can bring you and yours everything you want here on earth? Recognize its power, give it the job you've decided to accomplish, and watch it handle it.

The Sixth Sense

The sixth sense can be described as the sense through which your infinite intelligence may and will communicate. This principle is the apex of the philosophy. It can be assimilated, understood, and applied only by first mastering the other 12 principles. The sixth sense is that function of the subconscious mind that has been referred to as the creative imagination. It's also been referred to as the receiving set through which ideas flash into the mind, sometimes called hunches or inspirations.

The sixth sense cannot be described to a person who has not mastered the other principles of this philosophy, because such a person has no knowledge and no experience to serve as points of reference. The sixth sense is not something one can take off and put on at will. The ability to use this great power comes slowly through application of the other principles we've outlined. So begin to develop it now by applying the principles we've talked about here.

Remember this: Man can create nothing that he does not first conceive in the form of an idea, a desire. Keep fear out of your mind. Concentrate on the mental picture of yourself achieving your desire. Cut yourself away from the average - from the mediocre - and chart your course on the dream in your heart. These 13 principles will never let you down. You need only remember and use them.

From Desire to Reality in Six Easy Steps

Six definite practical steps to transform a burning desire into reality.

Fix in your mind an exact picture of what you desire. It's not sufficient merely to say, for example, "I want plenty of money." Be definite as to the amount.

Determine exactly what you intend to give in return for the thing you desire. There's no such reality as something for nothing.

Establish a definite date by which you intend to possess the desired thing.

Create a definite plan for carrying out your desire and begin at once, whether you feel entirely ready or not to put this plan into action.

Write out a clear, concise statement of your responses to the preceding four steps.

Read your written statement aloud twice daily. Once after arising in the morning and once just before retiring at night. As you read, see and feel and believe yourself already in possession of whatever your goal happens to be.

"Through some strange and powerful principle of mental chemistry, nature wraps up in the impulse [of a] strong desire that something which recognizes no such word as impossible and accepts no such reality as failure."

The Spirit Of Genuinely Productive Individualism In The Creative Mind

Greedily competitive is always a bad thing to be and to affirm to yourself. Especially when you want to be genuinely prosperous in a creative way that enhances your life and the lives of everyone else in a deserved way. Yet, we all are greedily competitive at some time in our lives. The best thing to do about this is to be more conscious of what we do and why we do it, which is an affirmation in itself. It is an affirmation in itself because, when we are honest inwardly and realistic about why we do something and what we do, that is a start in the realistic direction that is the opposite of greedily competitive as I describe it above.

So what do I mean by the title of my article? Productive individualism benefits you, yet it cares about others in a considerate and productive way that works for all, including yourself.

Now, when I use the word individualism, I do not mean destructive "me first" purely type thinking or action. I mean this: I mean a genuinely proactive approach to your own interests while considering the interests of others as human beings as you consider yourself. That does mean an equity of consciousness, using empathy and understanding to help yourself and others through better service and benefit. It is a funny thing, but, in thought and reality, it comes down to the genuine golden rule from ancient times: "Do unto others as you would have them do unto you" and I would add "not only that, consider others equally in consciousness as you consider yourself when warranted." What do I mean by "when warranted"? Well, I mean this: If someone is an equal in consciousness or a better in consciousness, be appropriately and give them room to grow in a "you win and I win with you" type way. If a person is lesser in consciousness, help them out, but be careful not to lower your consciousness. In a sense, protect yourself and your interests, yet, consider other people, learn from them, but I repeat, be purely creative productively and do not compete destructively.

In this abundant universe and existence, there is always enough for everyone really. But, if you are greedy or destructive in an initiating way, you pay for it ultimately. It does not matter what the quick benefit seems to be when greedy or destructive, you do pay for it. This is not just a reality, I wanted to end this article with logical and honesty working words of warning. For, if you help others, you help yourselves. I do not want to end negatively, so I end with this quote from Samuel "Golden Rule" Jones, former mayor of Toronto,Canada in the early twentieth century:

"What I want for myself, I want for everybody!"

3 Unique Ways to Control Anger

The ideal way to manage a bad habit is to become aware of the triggers, whether it is stress or anger and take pre-emptive actions before one has a complete meltdown or one engages in a course of action that has far reaching consequences.

Anger never just springs upon us, it is preceded by irritation and if one is aware of the indicators, which may differ from person to person, the immediate first-aid approach would include walking away from the distressing situation, counting to ten and even drinking a glass of water to calm one's emotions. For some, saying a quick affirmation helps.

But what if one did not have to rely on first-aid measures? What if one could build one's resilience and ability to remain calm in an anger provoking situation?

There are many ways that one can raise one's threshold to anger. Here are 3 unique ways which can be practiced any time and any place to strengthen our inner selves. They focus on calming the mind and nervous system.

Bee Breath

Music has a calming effect on the mind. Listening to soft music, devotional songs, hearing chants and even listening to the sound of your chanting helps to calm the mind.

Raise your resilience to anger by practising this short exercise on a regular basis called the Bhramari Pranayama (Bee Breath). Derived from the name of the black Indian bee called Bhramari, the sound made during exhalation sounds like a bee hum. Pranayama means breathing technique.

This exercise should be done on an empty stomach.

Sit up straight and keep your eyes closed. Place your index fingers on the cartilage of your ears. The cartilage is located between your cheek and ear.

Inhale deeply through both nostrils and then, with the lips closed, gently press the cartilage exhaling slowly through the nose making the sound of a bee humming.

Repeat this process about 5-10 times. You can practice this pranayama 3-4 times a day.

Ensure that you are not putting your finger inside the ear, but on the cartilage. Also, the cartilage is to be pressed gently and released with the finger.

Moon Breath

We all know about taking a deep breath to calm down. Here is another technique where we can use the act of breathing to cool down our body and calm our mind called the Chandra Nadi Pranayama or Moon Breath.

According to the Chakra theories, the left nostril is connected to the Ida Nadi which provides the cooling effect to the body. This exercise is great not only to cool down when we feel anger coming on, but is a great technique to build our resilience to anger. Other benefits include improving sleep and reducing anxiety.

Sit on a chair with both feet on the ground. Keep your back straight and belly completely relaxed. Start by taking a few deep breaths. Close your right nostril with your right hand index finger. Inhale deeply and slowly and exhale deeply through your left nostril. Do this exercise for 1-3 minutes.

You can also try this about 30 minutes before you retire at night to get a good night's sleep.

Candle Gazing Meditation

This meditation, called Trataka is quite easy and better suited for those of us who find it hard to concentrate on a mantra or image as one can hold onto an after image of a bright flame with closed eyes. It aids us in increasing our resilience to stress & anger as well as increases the power of the mind and eyes.

Place the candle at eye level at a distance of one meter in a dark and draught free room. Sit in a meditative posture with crossed legs with an erect spine. Keeping the eyes wide open and without blinking, gaze at the candle flame until the eyes become watery or tired.

When the eyes are tired, gently close them keeping your inner gaze steady, visualize the object and meditate on it. Once the image vanishes, open the eyes and repeat the candle gazing.

Please note that it is important that the eyes should be relaxed and no force should be applied otherwise a headache is possible. With practice, you will learn to ignore the irritation and watering of the eyes and the gaze will become steady making the mind single pointed..

It is advisable to start this process slowly with say, 10 to 15 seconds at a stretch and with 3 repetitions at a sitting. As time progresses, the duration can be gradually increased by 10 seconds per week.

One method of deepening this form of meditation is to visualize that you are breathing in and out the candle light. Feel a sense of purity and clarity infusing your mind and body and eliminating the stress that you have holed up inside yourself. Remaining still and focussing only on the candle flame stills your mind and with single pointed concentration you enter deep relaxing meditation.

At the completion of the candle meditation, close your eyes and lie down for a few minutes to allow yourself to return to normal.

There will always be times in one's life, whether in the workplace or in our personal lives where we may not have much control over a situation. However, we always have control over how we choose to react and respond to a situation. Controlling our anger and staying calm helps to mitigate potential damage to relationships and prevents us from taking hasty actions with consequent long term repercussions. The first step to managing our irritation and reactions starts with building our anger threshold and these 3 techniques help in achieving our goal - anger management.

The Laws Behind A Positive Mindset (By Rebecca Halfast)

I have been competitively training in the sport of swimming since I was 15 years old. During my high school years, I was able to improve my times every year until my senior in high school. I would train so hard and swim fast in practice, but my times never improved. I was so frustrated as to why I could never race fast, but swim so fast in practice. At the time, I considered myself a "work horse instead of a race horse." And right there was my problem. I believe in positive mentally, and that only that will take you to measures beyond human thought. There is a fact about swimming; I am sure it is said in all sports, that swimming is "10 percent physical and 90 percent mental." I can remember the days where my body just was not working, no matter how hard I tried to push myself physically. One of those days I used my mind to surpass that barrier of fatigue, and then my whole training style changed and so did my racing strategy. I was able to change my mentality by the power of manifestation, affirmation, and positive reassurance.

The Law of Manifestation is the ability to create, with your imagination, some idea, action, anything in life. The Law of Manifestation is closely related to the Law of Attraction, but the difference between the two is attraction and creation. What this does is allow you to focus on creating a positive outcome that has not happened yet. Before I head to any practice I have, I say, "Thank you God and angels for a great practice! And so it is!" The practice has not happened yet, but I am still creating the outcome. I am focusing on a positive result; therefore, I will create one. The phrase "And so it is" is to confirm that your outcome has already been fulfilled. I practice manifestation every day, especially if it has been a rough day and I am not-so-great of moods, to remind myself the power I have to create a positive mindset.

I believe in God and angels, yes, and I also believe everyone lives by believing in something. I see God as this universal energy that goes through all of us and makes us one; whatever you call this energy, it is there to support and direct you throughout your life. I use the power of affirmative prayer- in simpler terms, it is thankful for what you are praying for like it has already happened. Before races, I would say, "Please let me swim fast, I know I capable of better times." Now I say, "Thank you God and angels for the opportunity to race. Thank you for helping me prepare for this race. And so it is!" Instead of using the word "please" I use "thank you" in my prayers. Affirmation allows you to acknowledge that the energy is guiding right then and there, for you to be thankful for the energy's guidance, and to confirm that you are safe.

I am. The two most powerful self-constructing words there is to know. When we say 'I am' and a word or phrase after them, we are inviting the energy of those words to us. When one does this, they speak to the universe that this is true, and it will listen to us and make it true. If a teammate says to me that "they are not fast enough" I will respond, "You will never be because you are telling yourself and the universe you are not." I always enjoy this tactic that I do. If someone says something negative, I stop them and tell them to say five things they are thankful for. I call this, "Thankful Five."

Ever since I started using the Law of Manifestation, affirming prayers, and positive assurances my days and mentality is happier and more powerful. They allow me to go beyond what I never thought I could achieve. Changing my mindset allows me to be comfortable while being uncomfortable. By using these techniques and tactics, I have been able to excel in swimming, school, and personally.

The Law of Attraction and Letting Go of Your Limiting Beliefs

We are vibrational beings. With every thought we have we transmit a vibration to the Universe. When we place our focus of attention on a particular thought, we strengthen the vibration of that thought. The Universe responds to our vibration by giving us what we are placing our energy and attention on.When we repeatedly hold a thought, it becomes a belief. Our beliefs determine what shows up in our lives. If, for example, a person believes he or she is not deserving of success, then despite all efforts, there will be some way in which she sabotages her success.

Most of our beliefs come from the ideas we picked up in childhood. Unfortunately, many of those beliefs are not true. Think about your self-talk. How often is it encouraging and positive? For most people, the majority of their thoughts are negative and habitual. No wonder so many people struggle to reach their goals and dreams!

Our beliefs, attitudes and values are stored in our subconscious mind. You may not even realize some of the beliefs you hold subconsciously. Our beliefs become the lens through which we see the world and affect how we behave. If you want to know what beliefs you hold, simply look at your life and ask, "What would someone have to believe in order to have created this?"

Perhaps you recognize some of these commonly held beliefs:

  • No matter what I do or how hard I try, it's never good enough.
  • I blame others for my problems.
  • My opinion doesn't matter.
  • What I do isn't really important.
  • If people knew the real me they wouldn't like me.
  • I shouldn't try anything new or risky because I'll probably screw it up.
  • I don't deserve to be happy (be successful, have love, etc.)
  • Mistakes and failure are bad.

The way to consciously deactivate a thought is to replace it with a different thought. When you first give your attention to a new thought, the vibration isn't very strong. But with practice, you begin to shift your limiting dominant thought to the new one. You actually create new neural pathways in the brain, so the new thought is now your default thought. Now you will be transmitting a vibration in alignment with what you want to create in your life.
Think about how you feel when you have a negative thought. Not so good, right? That feeling of contraction is your indicator you are off track from creating what you want. Your Source knows you are deserving and capable of bringing into being everything you want to be, do and have. When you think a negative thought you are out of alignment with what is actually true about you. So, use your feelings as your internal guidance system to tell if you are in alignment with your desires or keeping them away from you.

Some ways to practice shifting to positive thoughts:

  1. Start paying more attention to your self-talk. When you notice a negative thought, gently replace it with a thought that feels better. Practice the new thought as an affirmation. You can start the new thought with the words "I've decided" or "I chose." Ex: I choose to know that I am deserving of success" or "I've decided I am deserving of success."
  2. Scripting is another great way to practice new thinking and raise your vibration. Simply write a story about how you want your life to look, as if it was already accomplished. Use sentence starters like, "I love knowing that... " and "It's so exciting when... " Read your script frequently to raise your vibration-and make sure it is something that feels great to read!
  3. Vision boards and "mind movies" are great if you are a visual person. There are many resources online that will help you with ideas for creating a vision board or create a video version of a vision board.
  4. EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique, also called "tapping") or PSYCH-K are two modalities that work to help you shift limiting subconscious beliefs quickly.

Receptive Behavior

Ultimately, habits are just an affirmation, really. With that, this article begins. Yes, we have a choice of what habits to have in life and existence as our path is our own. I mean, it is a choice of being drunken and unconsciously doing the bad and letting the bad happen or doing the good and making that happen.

When reality is thought about, sometimes even the best of us and especially the worst of us think that things are out of our control. Well, through habits good or bad, they really are. Sometimes, I think of reality like the grooves of a compact disc, wax record or tape recording as I am sure that many do, only the habit patterns and "grooves" are more complicated and permanent, and there is more of choice in outcome also. So, I can honestly say: If it is good, it is our virtue. If it is bad, it is our fault.

It starts with behavior and ends with a habit however you want to put it. If it is bad, like alcohol or cigarettes, it is called a negative addiction. If it is good, like exercise, cleanliness or something beneficial, it is called a positive routine. My point is, it all starts with behavior without question and ends with a habit, good or bad. Now, chance has its place, but the habit is the main thing that causes the rest of it to work or not work in its totality whatever the plans ultimately. Sure, things may not go exactly to plan, but the total workings of something depends on the attitude it is done with. You may or may not agree with me totally, but you have to admit, behavior and habit have something to do with everything we do, achieve or have or the lack of it.

So, I would like to end this way: Receptive behavior is always a positive, especially when genuinely understand what is going on and how to act accordingly in the situation and beyond it. The only time when it is a negative is when we are receptive to the wrong things as mentioned above, but when we take in the right things and take them to heart as habits, that is when receptiveness is the best. After all, good habits are easier in the longest run than bad habits, although bad habits may look easier in a destructive "quickly power grabbing" way sometimes. Good habits give you life, bad habits take it away.

Self Affirm And Problem Solve Better Under Stress

How well do you solve problems under stress? We all went through having to prepare for exams sometimes at the last minute. Perhaps you've had to come up with a business proposal on short notice. In general, it is well known that the effects of acute and chronic stress interfere with problem solving requiring flexibility and adaptation. Acute stress can help rote memory, which is probably why so many "crammers" for exams actually did satisfactorily. However, if the task involves more complex problem solving increased stress interferes.

Yet, in the last several years there is new research indicating that self-affirmation can lessen the interfering effects of stress on problem solving. What exactly is an affirmation? According to researchers at Carnegie Mellon University, "self-affirmation is the process of identifying and focusing on your most important values". In my own work, I prefer the definition that an affirmation is a statement that describes your goal in its completed state. For example, if you are trying to lose weight, your self affirmation might be that "I am feeling lean and powerful at my perfect body weight of 170 pounds".

Using self-affirmation can improve your problem solving skills under pressure. The research team at Carnegie-Mellon University found that a brief self affirmation activity helped buffer the negative effects of chronic stress on task performance when stress levels were rated by questionnaire, heart rate, and blood pressure.

But you have to do it right. When working with clients, I start with the following guidelines:

1. Start with the words I am.
2. Use the present tense.
3. State it in the positive. Affirm what you want, not what you don't want.
4. Keep it brief.
5. Make it specific.
6. Include an action word ending with -ing.
7. Include at least one dynamic emotion or feeling word.
8. Make affirmations for yourself, not others.

Then it is important to create the affirmation for yourself using the following guidelines:

1. Visualize what you would like to create. See things just as you would like them to be.
2. Hear the sounds you would hear if you already had achieved your vision.
3. Feel the feeling you want to feel when you created what you want.
4. Describe what you are experiencing in a brief statement, including what you are feeling. Start the sentence with the words "I am so happy and grateful that I now... Make sure it is stated in the present.
5. Edit it as needed.

Self affirmations work best for you when you combine the above guidelines with visualizations of how things will be when your goal is achieved, whether it is a personal or business goal.

When you are under high stress, you will initiate better problem solving by taking a little time to create and/or reflect on a self affirmative statement that is important to you. For example, if faced with a business deadline and you are inclined to feel high levels of stress, create a self affirmation such as "I am happy that I am working well at creating cohesion among my team to complete our sales project".

This strategy is reasonably easy and you can use it before you enter a high pressure situation or start a self improvement project. Give it a try. If you start to do it regularly, you will be surprised at your successes.

Affirmation Without Substance

It is never about what you have been told or heard rather what are you doing with it, matters the most. It is not about who spoke or how many times you have heard about it. Words without substance is nothing, it is just like a pen without ink. At this point there is absolutely nothing to brag about, feel shame or scared about. There are just mere words!

Every spoken word does not have power until it is allowed or permitted by a recipient. This entails that any spoken word on its own does not mean what it says unless it is permitted. It is a recipient that makes any word spoken by anyone powerful. Without allowing or permitting the words uttered by the ''utter'' on its own is just, but empty. This literally explains that, the power of a spoken word is not in the mouth of the speaker but in the mind of a recipient. It is the recipient that holds keys in determining the spoken word powerful and for it to come into reality. However, at this point a physical action does not have great power as mental action in accepting the spoken word. This is well explained by law of attraction, whatever that you allow into your thoughts to grow you attract and become. Therefore, this means that, the very spoken word by anyone, that you allow into your thoughts to dominate, you are actually giving it power over you and subject to it. The power of any word secretly lies, in ''permitting'' it to be exactly what it has been spoken by anyone. It is the recipient that determines the physical manifestation of the spoken word. The harmony only comes to effect when the recipient agrees to what has been spoken. At this stage this is when it is said, the 'POWER OF A SPOKEN WORD' This happens to both negative or positive words.

Any word spoken by anyone does, no harm or profit to you, it does not add value or change anything until the moment you cooperate with it. However, unknowingly or ignorantly a number of people are living on the island encircled with full of excuses, there are failing to gaze upon the view outside the island. There are just holding to what has been negatively said over their lives. They believed and shift a blame that there are not progressing or successful simply because someone once drop out a negative word in their world. It is just a belief that they have embraced it in their thoughts and this belief has turned into a reality, yet it was not initially. They have allowed a negative word spoken in their lives to bound and haunt them. This is giving power to the word spoken. You need to stand and be accountable for every single thing that is happening in your life not point fingers to other people. You are not successful, not because of anyone or any circumstance rather yourself. your number one hindrance to your success is yourself. Anyone can speak anything they feel like speaking towards you but what matters is, what are you doing with it? you can choose to accept it or not. Stand on your toes to have a look on the outside the box. If a negative word has been spoken on you, then what? All you need is ''a shake it off attitude'', refusing to be stopped by any words from whosoever. If they speak anything negative, so what? Just shake it off and walk on top of their words. Giving them a denial access of their words in your world.

Perhaps you have been told something so positive like you shall become a millionaire, billionaire or the most influential person in the world of his time. It Impossible for you to become anything just by only a word without substance exerting on it. This can remain empty words just uttered if nothing is done about it. Every single word gets the power if it is embraced by the receiver into their thoughts and allowed and such thoughts to become dominant and attract likewise. The moment you start doing something towards it, is the very moment you start your journey towards that which has been spoken. Negatively probably you have told a million times that you cannot make it life, you are dump, loser! all such words do not have power to make you what it says until you give them power to be as such.

Affirmations cannot make whatever you desire but actions backing up that does. Having a daily affirmation is not enough but consistently working towards them makes a huge difference.

AFFIRMATIONS WITHOUT A BACKBONE IS AS GOOD AS TRIFLE!

The Block Roller Coaster

I hate the word "blocks"
Would you like to know why?

Mostly because the word itself is a block. Just the mere fact that you are telling me you are blocked is a block!

I am blocked...

Possibly the strongest affirmation in the world, guaranteed to make you stay right where you are. It stops all forward motion because you start to obsess about it. It's all you can think and talk about! You live it and breathe it in every day searching for that one piece of magical information that will get rid of it.

So you stay blocked because you THINK you are blocked!

I just hate that word.

Plus, even if you do figure out what it is, you still have that small voice in the back of your mind that wonders if you really did find out what it was because a few months from now you'll find yourself in another dark place and the "block" roller coaster starts all over again!

So here's what I do...

I replace the word "block" with "distractions"

What is distracting you from attaining your dreams?

Let's start by writing down what is distracting you right now.

  • You have work to do for your boss?
  • Your dysfunctional childhood memories can't get out of your head?
  • Your friends told you that you can't?
  • Bad relationship?
  • No money in the bank?
  • You are sick?

Distractions.

Let's take a look at that last one... you're sick. You are too sick to start moving towards your dream.

OK, I respect that. Being sick is a HUGE distraction! I am a breast cancer survivor and chemotherapy, radiation and operations were a HUGE distraction. Being sick for two years was horrible! However, I never let my illness prevent me from writing my blog, talking with friends, or consulting with clients... all of which brings me incredible joy. Life is just too damn short to not live in your joy.

So what is distracting you?

Lack of money?

There's a good one!

"I don't have enough money to start"

OK... fine... your bank account has a $1.50 in it. I get that.

I also understand that the internet is free and you can do some research on your dream (or your current distraction) without spending a dime. TONS of information there on every topic you can possibly imagine.

What is your HEART telling you to do? Your gut? Your inner voice?

What was your knee jerk reaction when I asked what is distracting you? What was the first thing that popped into your mind?

Start there.

Choose to move forward through your distractions.

Choose to feel the sun on your face, have more than enough money in your bank account, a healthy body and a happy relationship. Choose this in your mind and then feel the results. Smile about it. Daydream about it. Where would you go if your dream was given to you RIGHT NOW? Daydream about that.

Do that every day.

Think POSITIVE forward-moving thoughts that include loving words such as certain, capable and happy!

Eventually, people will magically float into your life that will help you get where you want to go, and the negative ones who are holding you back will float out.

You will stumble across websites and articles that will give you an idea. You'll see something on television or hear it in a song on the radio. Distractions that took over your life yesterday will disappear today and you'll be walking in a new direction.

Then you'll be on your way!

So stop saying that you are blocked!!!!! Your are NOT blocked, you are just temporarily distracted!

Your life might look gloomy and miserable now, but remember that the sun always comes out after a rain storm so hang in there.

Do what I do... when I get into that dark place and random negative situations hit me, I look at the situation as my launching pad to something even greater! Sure I was sick for two years recovering from breast cancer, but if I hadn't gone through it... I wouldn't be here with you right now!

Everyone Loves A Winner

Winning is a habit, and so is the other thing of losing. Genuinely simple as an affirmation made enough times, we can all raise ourselves and our vibrations up if we give ourselves a chance to do that. For genuine winning is simply the habit of never quitting until you genuinely do succeed.

This will be a classic motivational article in many ways, with an emphasis on habit and affirmation. Also, this will spotlight the realities of the habits of winning and losing also.

Winning is as simple as a habit, it is not a fixed situation in any way. It does not depend on where you start, where you are, and how much behind you are or even how much advantage you have. It is a habit or to put it another way that is almost the same, it is an affirmation.

The biggest losses come to those who quit. For those who master, the biggest gains come and come always. There is not any real loss for them, even starting over is looked at as an advantage.

The best winners are the winners who depend on mastery instead of luck. Sure, luck can be at best preparation meeting opportunity. But genuine mastery despite temporary failure is even better than that always.

To get beyond breaking even or almost, you must master yourself fully. That is the key to greatness. Without that key, all doors are locked. Skill is developed, it is not come by luckily. Hence, the seeming fault with the definition of luck that it is preparation meeting opportunity. Preparation is a form of mastery, and opportunity can only be noticed by those who are prepared for it.

Winning is everything when it is genuine, but is nothing when it is a genuinely lucky break of chance as described by anyone who is unfortunate enough to be lucky in the accepted sense. Mastery is the best way to go indeed.

Winning is repeatable when mastery is involved. Loss is mandatory when luck is depended on. Think about those two sentences, and you will see that they are really true, honest and real. Tragedy is quitting before mastery is reached. Happiness is being a master. Sure, that sounds simple until you realize the emotional frustration of loss and think: "What then? what now? I did my best!" Well in that case, it will take a little or a lot more to win through mastery because when you master instead of quit, that is when your best is good enough.

Cheesy Daily Affirmations Verses Action

OK so I am all for affirmations maintaining a strong mindset and keeping us all on track but really do cheesy daily affirmations really make a difference when we put them up against action?

I am a true believer of affirmations if you cannot affirm to yourself that you are going to achieve whatever it is you are out to achieve you won't stand a chance. If you are unable to convince yourself that you deserve success how the heck are you going to convince the rest of the world. So cheesy affirmations they may be, but it should become a part of your daily routine for success.

Don't get me wrong if you are just wishing and chanting away with your cheesy daily affirmation and taking absolutely no action whatsoever, you will need all the luck in the world to succeed. Because an affirmation cheesy as it may be, without action you are simply wishing for your life to change and for things to take a turn for the better but physically doing absolutely nothing about it.

So the cheesy daily affirmation up against the proven skill of action is not so much one against the other but you mastering the best of both worlds. You will never succeed at anything without the right mindset but you will also never succeed without taking action in some form. So how to you manage the balance to create the perfect life and existence you are after.

Firstly I would find the affirmations that mean something to you. You will need to affirm what you believe to be true to you not what it is that you do not believe. A perfect example is:

I am abundant and attract success everywhere I turn in comparison to the negative of I have no money but wish I had some, see the huge difference in mindset. One has an expectation and a knowing the other is just affirming the lack and what they want whilst confirming what they don't have.

Now to combine the two, this is the trick, to take action and combine the good old cheesy daily affirmation.

Set yourself a goal of setting the goals. You should never embark on a day without knowing what you would like to accomplish in that day. Call it goals, a to do list, dream board, whatever you want to call it. It is your step by step guide to a better future, without a path to follow you will be off in the bushes chanting away with your affirmations attracting nothing but butterflies and mosquitoes.

So start your day with your affirmations, you could call this your meditation time then write out your to do list for the day. And hey presto!! You have now combined your cheesy daily affirmation with your action plan and you are now on your way to success!

To your success

Change Your Life With The Power Of Positive Affirmations

What Is an Affirmation?

An empowering statement that, when repeated on a consistent basis, is accepted as truth within the subconscious mind. For example, if you're insecure about your weight you might use the affirmation "Everyday I am effortlessly getting closer to my weight loss goal". If you lack confidence in a social environment you could affirm "By being myself, I effortlessly build lasting connections with everyone". Any fear you may have, any doubt, insecurity or limiting belief can be overcome by using affirmations. In addition, you can use affirmations as a sort of "magnet". Affirmations such as "money flows to me naturally and effortless", or "I am attracting my soul mate to me now" have an astounding effect. In short, a positive affirmation is used to reprogram your subconscious mind, empowering you in every area of your life.

What's The Big Deal?

Your subconscious mind makes 96-98% of your decisions for you, without you being consciously aware of it at all. So, if your subconscious mind is holding on to a limiting belief or a superfluous fear (such as fear of social interaction) you will be led to decisions that don't reflect what you truly desire. This is where affirmations come in! The only one who can make you believe a negative or limiting thought is you. Luckily, you can make your subconscious mind believe what you want it to believe. When you do this, you become what you are truly capable of. You will do bolder things, be more optimistic, create the reality you want and live a better life. So, on to the important part!

How To Do Affirmations

  • Pick out your list of a few positive affirmations to replace your negative beliefs with. You can recite these to yourself at any time throughout your day, as long as you're able to focus intently on the words and their meaning.
  • Relax your body. Take a few deep breaths and quiet your mind. Release all of the meaningless mental chatter and focus on your affirmations.
  • As you say each affirmation, try to actually feel the emotion that would come with this belief.
  • Visualize being this true version of yourself. Know that this is who you really are, you just need your subconscious mind to get on board!
  • Say each affirmation with intent and purpose. If your affirmations start to become a "chore", they will instantly lose their effectiveness.

Pro Tips

  • Say each affirmation as if it is already true. Your subconscious mind is most receptive to the present tense.
  • Believe each affirmation to be true, rather than hoping it will one day be true. "Fake it 'til you make it". Your subconscious mind will accept these statements much easier this way.
  • Spend at least 5 minutes per day per affirmation if you want to make any difference. It is for this reason that it's recommended to only have a few affirmations in the beginning.
  • Meditate! When in a meditative state, you are able to access your subconscious mind much easier. Doing Affirmations while in meditation is thought by many to increase their effectiveness by as much as ten times!
  • The average consensus is that it takes around 60-90 days for the subconscious mind to accept an affirmation as truth. You can not skip even one day, or the process will restart. Be consistent!
  • Once you have changed your belief effectively, don't stop affirming! This is where many go wrong. You are constantly picking up new beliefs from your everyday environment. To have lasting beliefs that you actually want, you must constantly maintain them.

Unleash Your Potential

When your realize that your thoughts and beliefs create your reality, you have within you an unlimited power to do absolutely anything. You must actively work to rid your mind of self doubt and fear. Once you achieve this, you are truly an unlimited being. You are given this power at birth, and it is waiting to be used!
