Message From the Universe: Doing What You Want, ALWAYS

"Always when you just don't know what you want, want happiness; and when you just don't know what to do, do anything.

You can start today,
The Universe"

If you want something in life, just ask for it! If you want to do anything, just go for it! If you want to succeed with everything, take the first step towards reaching your dreams. Is that SO difficult to ask? We live in a world where most people are too afraid to ask anything, because of their fear to be perceived as demanding, or selfish in some way. Remember that if you don't ask for what you want, the answer will always be NO. The same goes with everything else in life. If you have dreams but do not take a step towards accomplishing the demands of making your dreams a reality, don't go and complain that nothing in happening in your life. You reap what you sow, always remember that. Everything will require hard work, but expecting to do everything by yourself can take more time and be more difficult than just asking help from others. There is nothing wrong to ask when you know it will save you time and possibly money. Asking doesn't make you a weak person, you just have to be tactful and make others WANT to help you. The way to ask for help is what will make the other person be there and provide the help you need. Being demanding while asking for it will definitely give you the cold shoulder, so always ask politely.

So when you want something, always go for wanting everything. However, do not be disappointed if not EVERYTHING comes your way. Always aim for the top but be grateful to have anything coming from your expectations. Learn to always work towards your goal and never feel bad about asking for things throughout your journey to wealth, health and happiness. If you know what you want, then go out there and take what you want, but don't expect everyone to be willing to give you that help that you need to reach your goals. Everyone have dreams and many will prioritize them over yours. You may get 9 No's before you get 1 person willing to help. As long as you keep asking, you will always end up with someone who is there to give you their helping hand. Most people are good and are happy to help, and you should do the same, despite you reaching your financial success or not. Be grateful for what you have and never allow fear to stop you from taking risks and going for what you want in life. This is the beauty of life, it is to have the privilege to take your share, focus on what you want to do and just DO IT.

The Price of Hard Work

Everybody wants to be famous, but nobody wants to do the task without realizing that the price of success is hard work, dedication to the job at hand, and the determination that whether we win or lose, we have applied the best of ourselves to the task at hand.

The road to success is not easy to navigate, but with drive and passion, it's possible. It is the real key to success. Keep your eyes on your goal and keep taking the next step towards achieving it. If you aren't sure which way to do something, do it both ways and see which works better.

Enjoy your sweat because it doesn't guarantee success, but without it you don't have a chance. I do not believe in excuses. I believe that it is the primary solution to life's problems. We all naturally want to become successful. It opens opportunities and shows the world that you are serious about being one of those peculiar human beings who use their talents at optimum level and do their very best. However, the moment we believe that success is determined by an a deep-seated level of ability as opposed to resilience, we will be vulnerable in the face of adversity.

Opportunities are usually disguised as hard work, so most people don't recognize them. Most of the time you will fail, but you will also occasionally succeed. Those occasional successes make it worthwhile. In a lot of ways, success is much harder than we thought it would be.You'd get there and then everything would be happily ever after. But, it's almost harder once you're successful because you've got to maintain it.

Writing is work. It takes a lot of contemplation, concentration, and sweat. People are charmed with the idea that somehow writing is easy and appears by benefit of some mystical external force. In reality, to be a writer, you have to sit down and write. It's work, and often it's hard work.

I would rather have one article a day of this sort; and these ten or twenty lines might readily represent a whole day's hard work in the way of concentrated, intense thinking and revision rather than sit and do nothing productive.

It's shown and proved that working hard pays off. So,build your goals, achieve them and replace them with new goals. Even if there were moments when we were disappointed and frustrated.

This talks about how our hardwork pays off. Difficult but possible.

Build an Influential Lifestyle

In today's society there is so much noise that to compete you have to be louder in every aspect of your life. You are competing with social events and other distractions and most importantly what is influencing your decision-making and the barriers that make it hard to reach your full potential. Your goal should be to create an identity for yourself that involves yourself with great leaders, and that channels your expectations and your goals and most importantly your power to control the influential lifestyle you're seeking. It is very important to understand that you can't have everyone as your friend. You must select only a few and I mean only a hand-full of people into your environment.

What you need to accomplish is a ground game to access the necessary information from these groups of people you surround yourself with, and I'm talking about the LEADERS, the SMART, and most SUCCESSFUL, POWERFUL RISK takers that you can find. For there is where you will find many solutions and ideas. Once you discover these leaders in your circle, create firewalls around them by having the greatest relationship with them as possible, this will allow you to break into other markets of great leaders and people in the marketplace.

Example: Find the people who are really influential in the business that you want to start, and let's say you don't have the funds to start the business, which can ordinarily be tough. Find them and connect with them, grab their ATTENTION and don't let GO! You have to pass the gate- keeper, so call them, email them and call them again and email them again and repeat! Sound persistent? You should be a billboard that they can't stop looking at. Remember successful and powerful people who are very influential want to be surrounded by other people who want to be like them. If you are loyal to seeking their attention it will give them a sense of urgency to connect. However you must remember that these powerful and influential people hear a lot of noise so you have to be louder than that noise, and quite frankly that will be your way of life once you build that relationship.

So be LOUD and go out to create a lot of noise and get the ATTENTION that you need to be POWERFUL and INFLUENTIAL to create the lifestyle you need for yourself. And don't doubt yourself! And my question to you is are you going to go out there and be GREAT? And are you going to STAY GREAT! Remember it's all about the connections that have INFLUENCE!

Success - The Key To Achieving Big Success

The dictionary defines success as the accomplishment of an aim or purpose. Whatever your goal, you can achieve it. But success doesn't come in one huge action. Completing a series of small tasks add up. Day-to-day actions yield small results that lead to big success.

Stop making excuses. It's a simple instruction, but it's not always avoid the easy way out. Sometimes, making an excuse is easier than doing the deed. It's easier to tell yourself you're tired and need a break so you don't feel bad about sleeping in instead of heading to the gym. It's easier to tell yourself that you deserve a break instead of studying material for your class. It's easier to convince yourself that you need more time to prepare your product instead of cold contacting store owners about stocking it for sale. There is always an easy way out. Avoid excuses at all costs. Making excuses lead to no where.

Do the thing you don't want to do. Completing the difficult task is a form of personal development. Remember the first time you went for a run? Getting through that one mile was hard. But your doctor recommended increased activity to avoid blood pressure medication. So you run, even on days you don't want to and you successfully avoid taking a medication. Goal achieved by doing the thing you didn't want to do. The same with doing something you don't want to do when it comes to your business or education. No one wants to read chapters from a textbook but how else will you learn the material? Reading leads to learning. Learning leads to passing quizzes and exams. Passing tests leads to good grades. Good grades lead to graduation. Success. The same with business. There are things you don't want to do as a business owner, like firing employees or ending business relationships. What's the alternative? Continue to pay an employee who isn't performing up to standard? Continue to order from a supplier that no longer meets the needs of your business? Although it's hard, terminating an underperforming employee makes an opening for a potential super star who can help take the business to the next level. After doing the "hard" things for a while, it is less challenging to do it again.

No matter how big or small the goal, achieving it is simple. The only way to make it happen is to take small steps. Stop making excuses. Excuses lead to nothing. Just do it. The things that seem hard require growth to complete them. The only way to achieve success is to grow as a person.

5 Ways To Change Your Bad Habits

Changing Your Habits

Our habits really shape who we are and in part determine how productive we are during the day. Habits are the reason we are able to accomplish tasks without thinking about them. However everyone has a bad habit or two that we probably know we need to stop before it causes more harm than it already has, so let's take a look at 5 Ways To Change Your bad Habits.

1. Recognize the Problem

In order to start changing our bad habits we first need to start recognizing which ones we have are bad. I would suggest you sit down in a quite place free from distractions and go over your past week. Think about all the things you did and I'm sure you'll quickly start to remember some recurring things you did that you may not be so proud of, better known as your bad habits. Write all these down on a sheet of paper so you're sure not to forget them. Now that we've recognized the problems let's work on correcting them.

2. Practice Your New Habit Everyday!!

A very common mistake many people make when going about tackling a bad habit is not working on fixing the problem everyday! Take not going to the gym for instance, you decide to go to the gym 3 times a week. Seems reasonable right? After all you're already struggling just to get there at all with your "super busy schedule".

The truth of the matter is time is almost never actually the problem, if you add up all the time-wasting you have any given day including watching TV, napping, procrastination, distraction or gaps between work then you would find you have more than enough time to hit the gym everyday for at least 30 minutes.

The reason you need to be practicing your new habit everyday instead of for example, 3 times a week is because you will become conditioned to your new habit much faster when you practice it everyday instead of taking breaks. This insures you're not allowing for your brain to reason its way back into old habits.

3. Have Someone Hold you Accountable

So this ones pretty simple all you have to do is tell someone about your intension to change your bad habits. You'll want this person to be a close friend or family member who will support you and check in on you very often to make sure you are staying on track.

A good way to make sure they will do this for you is to refer them to this post! Have them also review these ways to break their bad habits and you can both hold each other accountable.

PS post your new habit on your social media! are you really going to disappoint all of your friends and family? I think not.

4. Talk About Your New Habit in the Present Tense

Okay so you really want to kick this bad habit right? One of the best ways to change a bad habit is to change your thinking in your subconscious mind. To do this you'll want to continually remind yourself all day as often as possible of your goal to kick this bad habit.

Say the following line to yourself both out loud and in your head "I'm so happy and grateful now that (insert your goal)". Reaping this line and thinking about your goal all day will eventually work it into your subconscious mind which in turn will change your actions and your actions will become your desired results.

5. Don't be Too Hard on Yourself!

Changing habits can be hard especially when they're old and stubborn so don't beat yourself up too much. Remember this is a journey and it will take a little bit of time and effort so be patient. You'll do great just keep working towards your goals and kick those bad habits!

The Cost Of Taking Shortcuts

How do you define someone who is successful? Maybe they have results to show for their work - a lot of money, expensive car, big house, etc. This may look like success to you, but you don't really know how they achieved it. It could be luck or it could be doing the appropriate things to get them to that point.

I like to define success as your ability to achieve your desired outcome.

If your goal is to be a successful network marketer with a certain amount of money coming in every month and you have no idea how to achieve that, then you will start making the same mistakes that many others make.

Don't focus on what you think you must have to be successful. When you do this, your focus will turn negative when you don't see these things happening as fast as you would like. Now you find your motivation has changed and this will stop you from achieving what you want.

Change your definition of success. It's not about the results, but your ability to achieve those results.

You probably have big goals for your business. Maybe you want to quit your job, travel extensively, be around more for your family, time freedom, etc. But first you must develop certain abilities to get you to your goal.

Set milestones for yourself along the way. These will lead you closer to your goal instead of that mysterious, elusive goal out there in the future somewhere. Chunk it down. What is the closest, smallest, most achievable and believable goal you can achieve for yourself right now?

Once you start shifting your focus, things will become much easier because it's not longer a big, mysterious unattainable goal. Learn one skill at a time to get you there. Whether it be writing blog posts, creative emails, captivating videos, driving traffic to your website...

Become great at that skill. Learn it, master it and then become great at the next step.

This will almost make your success inevitable because everything will start to flow naturally. You are becoming that person and now have the ability because of the skills you are developing.

One more important thing is to make sure you have the right spirit behind your actions. Ask how you can serve other people. Do your best to serve others with the skills you have developed. Give value. Continue to do this and it will become like a ball of energy that keeps bringing you closer to your goal.

If you have the spirit of serving in mind, people will feel that. Focus on doing the things that will bring you results by developing your ability and serving others in the process. This will not only bring you the results you are looking for, but will also be much more fun and less stressful along the way.

Dreamers Solve More Problems

Some believe dreams are our imaginations at work, while others maintain that dreams are nothing more than a basic brain reflex, generated by the brainstem - whose function is to control sleep. Still others, like Deirdre Barrett - in her book, "The Committee of Sleep: How Artists, Scientists, and Athletes Use Dreams for Creative Problem-Solving - and How You Can, Too" - believe dreams can solve problems, and produce masterpieces of literature, art, music, scientific discoveries, and more.

Barrett, a Harvard psychologist, describes dreaming as your mind thinking in more of a heightened state than when you are fully conscious, and proposes the practice of "dream incubation" to use dreams to for problem solving and creation. People can dream solutions for any subject (according to the author), however they're most effective in instances where visualization is key to solving the problem, and also when thinking beyond conventional solutions is required to tackle the issue at hand. There are many in the psychological community who subscribe to Barrett's theory, with some variations on technique. Below are some steps you can take to use dreams to solve problems.

When you are relaxed in your bedroom before you slumber, consider your problem or desired outcome. Focus specifically on what the crux of your problem is. Either ask yourself a question, or make a request with your goal in mind.

Jot the question or request down. Be clear and simple so your brain can easily process it with no confusion. Then ponder this question or request for several minutes, and then set down the piece of paper in a journal on your nightstand (a dream journal), or place it under your pillow and go to sleep.

Relax, acknowledge, and trust that your subconscious mind will be able to take over while you are asleep and figure it out. This act gives your conscious mind permission to let go of the issue so it can "shut down" and get some rest.

When you wake up from a dream - no matter what time it is - write it down immediately in your dream journal. Use as many details as you can recall, as quickly as you can, to log the dream. Go back to sleep

Finally, don't get impatient. The answer may be immediate when you wake again, or it could take days, weeks or months for a solution to be revealed to your conscious mind.

How to Achieve The Success You Want

Do you wake up every day dreading what comes next and worrying about all the problems you have or do you get up everyday and feel energized just thinking about all the possibilities and opportunities? Your honest answer to this question is your starting point. You can't get to Colorado by boat. All of us have limitations. Setting mental boundaries are the self inflicted barriers that set you up to fail. It is impossible to achieve your goals by the means you have been taking. You can get to Colorado several ways, however, by boat is not one of them.

We measure success by what we have. The true measure of success is not being fixated on how big or how many possessions you have, it is about enjoying the journey and loving the significant people we want to share our experiences.

Most people succeed or fail for the same reasons. How you react to events that happen define who you are. You can't reach your goal unless you actually have one. You must know what your goal is and plan a strategy to get to that goal. Your life can easily become a series of doing things that mentally allow you to indefinitely postpone establishing any real goals. From high school you go to college. In college you take several classes, not aiming specifically toward anything. You take jobs based on what pays more, not considering if you like working there, if you are learning anything, if you are moving in the direction of accomplishing anything you want, but wait, you don't know if these things are leading up to what you want because you haven't said what you want. You move clear across the country because you get a few more company perks, never asking yourself to make a conscious decision about your future. You allow circumstances to dictate your life.

Not only is this depressing, but you fail to acknowledge what is happening to you. You meet the love of your life and live together eventually drifting into marriage and children. You don't actually make a decision to do any of these things, you allow circumstances around you to decide for you. If you never declare what you want, you never have to decide what to do or how to do it. You can't fail because there is no base line to measure up to anything or anyone. The road to failure is due to never actually starting.

The real reason Harvard graduates make so much more money is because these are people who are focused, decisive, and driven with a passion about their specialty. You do not have to be a Harvard graduate to be successful. In fact if you pay attention, you will remember the incredible success of dozens of people who dropped out of high school or college to follow their dream. It is out of sheer determination, hard work, perseverance and never giving up that made these people winners. They made a decision to succeed and they do.

Stop what you are doing right this minute and ask yourself if you are living the life you want. If you are, great. If you never even thought about any of these things, it's not too late. It doesn't matter how old you are, the state of your health, your gender, your relationships, or your job. It really is as easy as this; look at your life situation and figure out what is important to you. Decide if it's important enough to do something to change your life and get what you want, Decide you are worthy of achieving any goal you set. The sooner you start, the sooner you will get there.

These very powerful motivation quotes will keep you going till you achieve all your goals.

Message From the Universe: Exercise Your Rights to Be Happy!

"The greatest gift a parent can give a child is the ability to become independently happy.

And the greatest gift a child can give a parent is exercising that ability.

Happily,
The Universe"

Is it too much to ask? You exercise your right to votes, to carry a firearm, to speak, and basically everything else this wonderful country has to offer. However, the ONE thing that people fail to ask on a daily basis is happiness. Now, the ONLY person you can ask for happiness is yourself and NO one else. You have the right to choose to be happy or not. You can also feel happy depending on your circumstances, but then again, it should be irrelevant. Your happiness should come from within, and not from what external elements are conditioning your level of happiness. You should be happy to be alive, breathing, walking, talking, laughing, crying, eating, driving, and whatever else you do every day. Be grateful for what you have and never feel entitled. What you have today can be gone tomorrow. Always remember that.

We live in a society where expecting things to come our way is the norm. It is something as obvious as breathing. As you can see though, it doesn't happen like that all the time. It is true that things follow your thoughts you created from within, but it always requires you to humble yourself for the great things you already have. Don't expect anything to come your way just because you put the work into it. You may work your butt off for months for a project or a venture, but the outcome may not be what you anticipated. The outcome is anger, frustration and depression. Your mood comes spiraling down to the abyss of sadness. Your thoughts change in nature, you feel like what's the point of working so hard at something and not being compensated for it. What you need to understand is that everything you start, such as project or venture is something that many didn't have the courage to do in the first place. You are already on your way to success because of the steps that you took towards your goal. You need to focus more on what you've done versus how you failed. The word fail shouldn't be taken negatively as F.A.I.L (first attempt in learning) is beneficial to you in many ways. You learn NOT to repeat the same mistakes and figure out what went wrong. That is how life works. You are sometimes very close to success and you don't even know it. Million of people gave up on their dreams right before hitting it big. It is not uncommon at all to see that happening every day. Just when you feel that all is lost, that no sign of success is possible, push a bit further. You would be amazed with the outcome.

How to Define Your Own Destiny?

"It is in your moments of decision that your destiny is shaped." Anthony Robbins.

Have you ever wondered the importance of our daily's routine decisions? More than we could possibly imagine. In order to define your future and reshape your destiny there are some steps that one should follow. All of them are based in "the moments of your decisions".

Most of us tend to ignore the magnitude of these three crucial ones.

Focus on things you enjoy.
Interpretation of life.
Willingness for Success.
Focus on things you enjoy.

Firstly, DETECT the things that thrill you, that interest you the most and make them part of your life.

Achieving that, requires some simple questions to yourselves first.

What are the things I like doing?
Do they make me happy in long-term?
How can I reach to the success?
So, the first decision is related with the things you choose to focus on!

Interpretation of life.

Secondly, how you choose to interpret things to your life?

If you approach situations you encounter in your daily basis in a negative way, you've already lost the game. If you interpret your attempts for reaching your goal as a failure, every experiment stands as a dead end. Eventually you walk away sporadically from your goal. If you face any snag as a "conviction" of your primary plan, you will end up distancing yourself from your own first decision. So, stick to it and no matter what, keep on trying till it finally works out. Did you know that Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone was rejected 12 times? Also, a publisher advised J.K. Rowling "not to quit her current job, because she was an inadequate writer"! Can you imagine? But still, she kept in focusing in her goals.

How can I reach success?

The third decision and the most important one is what are you willing to do about it? What are you willing to sacrifice - (I assure you that there has to be some of that, too) -but in the end you would have enjoyed those moments as well. Whatever the decisions you make, you always have to show adaptability, you will examine the outcome and use the knowledge as a result of better judgment in the future.

Remember, if someone else is more successful than you in a specific field, that automatically means this person has made different decisions of yours in the same situation or under the same circumstances.

Dreams Are Meant to Be Reality

What is the first thought that pops up in your head when you hear the word 'Dreams'? Are your dreams something which you truly believe can come true or is it just a wish upon a star that only exist when we fall asleep?

Many people have dreams; or 'wishes' as they call it. It's normally the term used when we want something that seems 'impossible' to happen to us. For some, these dreams that they are so passionate about, don't seem to be practical in their everyday lives. They dream of being artist, billionaires, actors, sportsmen, successful entrepreneurs and many other things that don't seem possible to the average person. But what if I told you that your dreams can easily come true?

Would you believe me if I said that there is a simple way to achieve this thing that your Heart so greatly desires?

With constant thought and belief you plant the seed of thought which is your dreams, or as you can call it your goal. Once this seed is planted, and watered with your persistent thoughts and your burning desire to achieve your dream, there would be no doubt that you will eventually reach it. Given the fact that you should also add in thoughts of Happiness and Health into your goal repetition to ensure that you will truly enjoy the fruits of your thoughts when they start to come your way.

This is how the Law of Sowing and Reaping and The Law of Vibrations and Attractions work to help attain what your Heart wants. The seed of your goal which is planted will reap the results that you desire and your thoughts will attract to you all the necessary things you need to do so.

Some would argue that if it was that easy to achieve your goals and dreams then everyone should be successful by now! But the reason why this doesn't work for everyone is because most of the time people are filled with self-doubt and don't actually believe in themselves or their dreams. Their lack of confidence ensure that they won't be able to achieve it because they plant the seed of their dreams with uncertainty and water it with doubts and worries.

This is how the laws end up working against you. So technically, it is us who are standing in the way of our dreams from coming true because the laws are ready to help us if we work with them.

For anyone who is feeling discouraged and still believes that their dreams are too far-fetched for them, then maybe I should say that if it is truly your Heart that wants you to do something then you will definitely find a way to make it a reality. Your Heart always knows what's best and it will guide you through the whole journey of reaching your dreams.

How To Quit Doing A Job You Hate And Move On

The alarm blares. You wake up and are groaning knowing that in a few hours you'll be spending your day in a dead-end job that you hate. You may even have a boss who makes your life impossible. Your blood pressure is through the roof. Your cholesterol is out of whack. You wrestled with sleep last night and remember your spouse nudging you awake after yet another bad dream. Essentially, your body has already started to tell you what you already know: if things don't change, you have even bigger troubles and worries ahead.

You drag yourself into the bathroom and look at yourself in the mirror as you brush your teeth. Where did your life go, you wonder? How did you get to this miserable point? And, is there anything you can do to get out of it?

I'm going to tell you something even if you don't necessarily believe it: YOU matter! If there's something inside of you that can connect with those words, then let me give you some tips for what you have to do to take the first step in a journey of a thousand miles.

  • Draw a line in the sand: What makes today different than yesterday? Today is the day you tell yourself that you've had enough. It's the day where you finally draw a line in the sand and make a decision that enough is enough. You're done with the job that is slowly killing you instead of making you shine.
  • But I can't quit my job today: I get it. You need to pay your bills and you need that paycheck. No one's saying to quit your job today. What I am saying is that you make the mental shift in your mind that will tell you that beginning today you will take a step each and every day toward your exit strategy from that job.
  • Determine the goal: Is your goal simply to get out of your current job to another one? Or, is it that you want to develop a new business? Do you want to do what you've always loved? It doesn't matter what your circumstance is. You have to have a tough conversation with yourself and determine your goal. It may be something that will take several days or weeks to determine, but make it a point each day to research, talk to people and be clear with yourself as to what you want. You already know what you don't want - you don't want your current situation.
  • Get to work: Once you've made the decision that you want to develop a new business, change careers or simply change jobs, it's time to get to work on getting it done. You don't get from A to Z without going through all of the letters in between. In other words, you have to put in the time and effort. The absolute best thing you can do is to plan at the beginning of each week what you're going to do toward your effort. Perhaps you plan to spend two hours per night working on your goal. Or, maybe you will develop a list of 10 people you will call and reach out to each of them to schedule coffees and exploratory meetings. Whatever you decide, you need to chip away at the problem.
  • Making decisions will boost your mental well-being: The fact that you made the decision to move on and that you're choosing to prioritize yourself and your well-being is important. It's a big step. The more decisions and choices you make, the more in control you will feel about the situation. That is key. When you feel that you are in the drivers' seat, it will go a long way to helping you.
  • Be like a duck: Finally, make another mental shift with regard to your attitude at work. If your boss is making your life miserable, remember this - your boss does not define your life. You don't live and breathe for your boss. You exist because you are alive and what matters is not your boss but your family, your friends and whatever drives you in life. Be like a duck and let whatever happens roll over you at work. Don't allow anything to affect your life ever again to the point that you feel trapped. You might not be able to control the outside forces of your life, but you certainly control how you react and think about it all.
