Message From the Universe: Start Looking Into the Future, But Live in the Present

"When you visualize a great dream of yours coming true, what do you imagine?

Do you see yourself jumping up and down, doing the happy dance, looking to the sky, and shrieking, "THANK YOU! THANK YOU! THANK YOU!"? Can you feel the skin on your face stretch as you smile from ear to ear, or the palm of your hands sting as you slap more high-fives? Can you feel your fingers dialing your best friend's telephone number?

Yeah, I think you should.

"Very should,"

The Universe"

So what are YOU going to do when you have reached your ultimate goals? Will YOU jump up and down a sofa like Tom Cruise when he expressed his love for Katie Holmes? Or will you just take a breather, look up into the sky, thank the Universe for everything and be grateful for all the great things that are about to happen in your life? Will you scream from the top of your lungs with joy and tears coming out for all the hard work and sacrifice you have made to make all this happen? Whatever you do, you deserve it. Do all of what is suggested, or do whatever you intent to do and tap yourself on the shoulder for a job well done. You should be proud of everything you have done, because not many are about to go through the same path as you. Not many have the courage, the determination, the desire, the will to sacrifice to get to where you are today.

One important thing to mention though. You are now a TARGET. Yes, you are wealthy, powerful, and everyone wants a piece of what you have but weren't willing to risk it when you were in development stage of your idea. They will all knock on your door congratulating you for an amazing job, with the purpose of getting something out of you. It is important to really decide what step to take from this point forward. Wealth can play some crazy games with your mind so do not go and spend all of it at once. Do not buy yourself luxury cars or mansions. Get yourself smart and trustful financial adviser to how you can re-distribute your wealth so it can start making more money for you. Stay living the same way as you used to, so no one will come knocking on your door as you can delay response by saying: I have taxes to pay, will get back to you when all my responsibilities are met. Keep escrow account aside to give to family and friends and charities. The rest, invest it in your business, in a corporation that NO one can touch your funds, and develop a plan to make yourself more successful. Do not let yourself be taken by living the life of the rich and famous, as when that dies down, the people who partied with you will disappear with your wealth. Be smart!

How To Get Rid Of Worries

The best way to keep worry away from you is to keep yourself engaged in various activities. Busy people have no time to worry about anything. Keep yourself engaged and be happy. In fact most busy people in the world are also happiest. According to researches, the happiest people are those who are busy but not rushed. If you are rushing and pressed for time then you will feel stressed and it will make you unhappy. On the other hand if you are just plain busy and doing things at your own pace then you will feel happy.

Appointing time for worrying is a good idea to tackle the habit. All you have to do is to just schedule a certain time in the day for all worries. It works for many people. It will work for you too. If you have decided that you will worry about things from 7 pm to 8 pm in the evening then you will feel relieved throughout the day.

Postponing things takes off stress away from our heads. So, the next time you feel like worrying make a decision that you will worry at a certain time in the day and you will feel better. When the time to worry finally comes you will realize that you are less willing to worry. Your worry loses its impact after postponement.

Most people worry as they live in the future. They keep worrying about things that may take place in the future. It impacts their level of happiness. The way to handle this is to live in the present time. If you keep thinking about only the present time then you will feel better and you will not be willing to feel stress due to a future event.

Many people worry about so many things that are out of their control. Does it help them? No. The reality is that we should never worry about things that are out of our control and we should focus only on things we can control.

After getting rid of negative emotions it's very important to fill your mind with positive thoughts. We should remember that our output will be decided by our input. If you store positive thoughts in your mind then you will get positive results and if you store negative ideas in your mind then you will get negative results.

Negative thinking will get you nowhere. People who always expect negative things unconsciously attract negative results. They are less likely to effectively tackle negative events when they face them as their continuous negative thinking saps their energy.

The Art Of Worrying

The Art Of Worrying is a comprehensive training on chronic worrying, when this takes too much space and becomes an uncomfortable habit. It's based on accurate studies, and widely shared to make this information available to anyone needing support. It reminds to each of us how to behave and deal with this time, energy, and life-killing attitude when it surfaces in all its splendour on the screen of our consciousness. What it conveys is subsequently aimed at all people, men and women, possessed by the demon of chronic worrying.

The Art describes the preparations required, different perspectives, and viewpoints before we can solve our chronic worrying, and why it's surely better to take steps to be able to manage it at will. Inviting us to live in the present - avoiding focusing on thoughts that center on past events, and likely future, or on what could have been or happened, since they are part of a virtual and partial reality -, it explores different techniques, to put an end to worrying, which are the same that allow us to activate it when we need it, or are pleased to recite it, to eventually get to the meditative lifestyle, focused on the now, absent of thoughts in general and full of everything.

Most of us are worried. There's a constant stream of worrying flowing below the conscious level of our mind that keeps us in a continuous state of tension. It is a subtle energy, crept between our synapses, which feed on excitement and apprehension. Worrying is a pest, the nuisance of our time, culture and civilization. It symbolizes all the things we can do, we would like to do, and we do not know if we'll be ever able of doing. It is the probable, the future, the hypothetical, and uncompleted. It is time that is never enough, strength that is never enough, help that never comes, and resources that are never adequate. It is the clock of our being that keeps on ticking the countdown of our soul, buried under multiple layers of worry.

It is the weapon of the Gods, the instrument with which they keep us subjugated within the boundaries that we, ourselves, drew first around us. Boundaries that we can overcome and break at any time, because they do not belong to our essential nature which is unlimited space, absolute abundance, and infinite capacity to create and build everything that our mind synthesizes from the universal impulse. Our ultimate reality is quietness, mastering, and observing the surface ripples from the oceanic depths of the self, and seeing them as a festive excitement, bubbling young and carefree, where the pure joy of living blends with the universal magnificence that is joyously in us and around us and through us manifests its boundless possibilities of existing.

The Art Of Worrying helps us in and out of all this, and reminding that we're complete entities, and perfectly able to determine our own destiny, gives us a push to jump in what we already are, for the simple reason that our presence is not questionable.

Find Contentment and Happiness When Your Plans Change

Some people are highly driven people by nature. They have their lives mapped out well in advance of ever executing it. Highly driven people can struggle to find contentment and happiness, because they are always looking for the next thing to happen.

What Happens When Your Whole Life is Mapped Out

With someone that has a plan for their lives, the slightest deviation from it can really cause them to struggle. They are going along and... something changes... life doesn't go according to plan.

This can happen to anyone. For example, career changes are a huge game changer. This is particularly true if your partner or significant other is the one who is changing their career. When it is the other person that makes the major life change, it affects yours in many ways.

Have you ever had that happen to you? Someone comes in and completely wrecks your plans? I know I've had that happen. It can be really difficult to recover when someone else plays a huge part in changing your life.

When The Plan Changes

So often, when the plan changes, you will struggle to get your life back on course. Depending on how severe the change, being happy and content doesn't seem achievable.

Those that have their lives mapped out well in advance hit an even bigger crisis than those that play it by the seat of their pants. They aren't used to being flexible and figuring out how to go with the flow.

I think all of us are guilty of living in the future to a degree. You are always working towards that end goal. Unfortunately, if you live in the future and not the present, you miss out on so much. It actually breeds dissatisfaction in life because you are constantly chasing the something you can never have... and that's tomorrow.

Learning to Live in the Present Helps You Be Content

I'm not saying you should go through life without a plan at all or something to look forward to. However, reaching your life goals should never take place of your current happiness. When you spend so much time working towards the life you want to have... you don't stop to enjoy the life that you do have.

Find Happiness in Your Day to Day Life

Do you ever find yourself going through the "when" scenarios in your mind? For example,

When I make more money, I'll be happy.

When I have my ideal home, I'll feel content.

When my body looks the way I want it to, I'll feel happy.

When... when... when...

Here's what I have learned in life... if I can't be happy in the here and now... I won't be happy when...

Right now, I think you would greatly benefit from just working to feel satisfied with what you have; not what you hope to have.
