How to Combine Two Powerful Mind Tools For Rapid Manifestation

What are your greatest goals? Hopefully you can easily answer that question. I know from experience that each of most likely have several goals in life. I also know that, not only do we want our goals and wishes realized, but we want them now. Or at least as quickly as possible.

Since we all want our greatest desires realized with as little waiting as possible, what are the quickest ways to get there? For years I have learned that, through the power of your mind and the power of God, you can go anywhere you want to go. Prayer is certainly a helpful option, and the two ideas I've been told consistently are affirmations and creative visualization. I have shared several posts about each, and I can certainly tell you that they are very effective.

In case you don't know, I will provide the basics here. Affirmations are positive words and phrases you say to yourself over and over again. Creative visualization is using your imagination and playing pictures in your mind of you being the person you want to be and experiencing the life you want to experience. They work well because they affect the subconscious mind, which is the part of your brain makes you the person that you are.

In the past I have done these two things separately. I would spend some time stating affirmations, then later times visualizing. However, I have recently discovered an even more effective way to use these tools to manifest my goals even faster. I have found that an effective key is to use affirmations and visualization together at the same time.

I will say that I am certainly not a multi-tasker, which is one reason it's taken me this long to realize the power of this. However, it's not difficult to do, and if I can do it so can you. Keep your affirmations simple. I have said simple statements, like wealth, God-power, love, joy, etc. Then at the same time, I picture a visual representation. For example, if I say wealth, I spend some time visualizing money. Then I eventually see myself enjoying the benefits of having this wealth and living my life as if I have the exact amount I am looking for. It has a very powerful effect. If you know the Law of Attraction, you know that powerful, positive focus and feelings can only bring you what you are seeking rapidly.

Another reason this is effective is because it doesn't allow the subconscious to question it. Often times when people do affirmations, the mind doesn't believe it because it has been so negatively conditioned. For example, you can affirm "I am wealthy", but it is not effective. This is because your mind is then responding, "No I'm not!". By just saying wealth or power or whatever you are seeking, there is no resistance. Then when you picture it, you start to believe it. That is because your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between a real or imagined event. Once it is convinced of something, it believes it as truth. That's how your beliefs are formed, and then you act accordingly.

I have experienced an unbelievable confidence and power in my life since I began affirming and visualizing at the same time. I can see and feel my faith increasing, and I am knowing that it's only a matter of time before some long awaited goals are reached. The same can be true for you. Affirm great things in your life that you want. Then immediately see it happening in your mind through visual representations and seeing and feeling yourself experience it. You too will be more confident and willing to make your goals happen. Enjoy the blessings: )

The Power of Positive Thinking in Your Life

Positive thinking gets a bad rap these days. You may have heard it said that this kind of thinking doesn't help because it is just thought, and doesn't do anything tangible. You may have also heard that this way of thinking is just a fad, and it only makes you "feel good" but does not really help. You may have even heard that it actually works against you because it is not grounded in reality, and it distracts you from what you should be doing.

While all the things mentioned above may have a sliver of truth, the more complete truth is that a positive attitude is essential to making any change in your life. Let me explain. Everything in our lives is made of thought.

Everything. Now I am not saying that the tangible universe does not exist. If you stub your toe on a chair leg at two in the morning when you get up for a glass of water, you would probably be certain that the chair exists, right? But our experience of the world and the universe is completely made up of our thinking about it. In other words, the only way we can experience anything is through our thinking.

Do you see what I am getting at here? The world may be "out there", but our experience of the world is "in here." The world we experience is completely our thoughts in the moment. Our experience of the world is subjective. Now that does not mean that you can have positive thoughts and nothing bad will ever happen to you. I can almost guarantee that the most cheerful person in the world will still get rained on if they are in Edinburgh, Scotland in November. But here is the key point, how you feel about the rain, how you internally experience it, is up to the way you are thinking.

Look at the points I am making from another angle. If you have an event of any type, a person who has consistently negative thoughts as their way of being in life will have a very different experience than a person who has consistently positive thoughts. I am not advocating a "Pollyanna" "Everything is Roses" attitude while the roof of your house is coming off in a hurricane, but I am saying that you might want to consider the way that your baseline thoughts change the way you feel or experience everything. In other words, pay attention to what is beneath any feeling you have. After all, some psychologists believe that all emotion springs from thoughts, whether we are aware of the thoughts or not.

Obviously, "positive thinking" can mean different things to different people. This is not a one-size-fits-all world we live in. We are all unique in our experiences, which is why some people are formed with a more or less positive way of viewing the world, and others are formed with a more negative view. I am not saying that either way is bad, just that they are different ways of experiencing what is "out there" in the world.

Here is a concept that may seem radical to some: The way you think is a skill that can be changed with effort. That means, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the way you think, experience the world, or feel, you can work to change the way you are thinking and experiencing the world. In some cases, this can be as simple as the realization that thought matters and that you have control over the way you think. In other cases it may be that you have to put in consistent effort and self-reflection to understand the way you are thinking because so much thinking is automatic and we are not even aware of our thoughts.

So what can you do right now:

- Be aware of your thinking and use your feelings as a guide. When you have a feeling, pause and consider what thought is beneath the feeling. Where did it come from?

- Once you find the underlying thought that is beneath the feeling, ask yourself if the thought is actually valid. If it is not, wait for a better thought. Yes, wait, because a different thought that is likely more valid will come, and when it does, focus on that one.

- Practice consciously having positive thoughts. The simplest way to do this is not to try and drive out negative thoughts, but rather to focus on positive things and consider all the things in your life that you are grateful for, and the people or experiences you have had that are positive.

- Spend more time doing things that make you happy and bring you joy.

Changing your thinking to a more positive trajectory is not impossible, it just takes an awareness that it can be done, and some effort. The key point is that living life from a more positive orientation gives you the energy to make positive changes in your relationships, your health, and your work. Don't discount the benefits of being more positive until you give it a chance.

There are numerous research studies that show that people with a positive attitude are healthier and happier. It makes sense when you think about it, If you are positive, you are more likely to make positive changes in your life. Your relationships are generally more positive, and your social network is stronger.

Small things add up when you are making changes that move your life in a positive direction.

You do not need to change everything overnight. Do one small thing and then go from there. Don't beat yourself up if you fall back into a negative mindset from time to time. We all do, The key is to get back up and start again,

Eventually, small changes will happen and your outlook on life can change. Positive thinking can work amazing changes in the way you experience life. Why not give it a try.

Message From the Universe: When Your Success Is Inevitable

"When in doubt, show up early. Think less. Feel more. Ask once. Give thanks. Expect the best. Appreciate everything. Never give up. Make it fun. Lead. Invent. Regroup. Wink. Chill. Smile. And live as if your success was inevitable, and so it shall be.

Happy global domination,
The Universe"

It's all about a feeling right? Just like the song "I gotta feeling" from Black Eyed peas. Feel the energy you possess, feel the success even before it happens. Feel like nothing can stop you, and that you are invincible. You know you are capable of accomplishing anything you put your mind into so why ever think otherwise. Appreciate everything you have, be thankful, be grateful and get that hungry feeling of getting everything you ever dreamed off. I am sure that despite the challenges you are facing or will face in your lifetime, you will push through and will come out a winner. Never allow anyone to convince you otherwise, and especially that little voice inside you that will try to negate your effort and will certainly create fear in your mind to abandon your goal. Listen to that other voice that direct you in the path of righteousness and encourages you to never let go of your dreams. This is the ultimate voice you need to listen to. During moments of anxiety or stress, I am sure you will always figure out ways to push through these moments and find the best solution that will fit your needs and expectations. Life is a journey, NOT a destination.

As life being a journey, never forget to LIVE that life, and not wait for getting to where you want to be to finally live that life. As we all know that some destination is the end of life, never feel like you stopped living that journey to start living when you arrive at destination. This is never the way to experience life. The moment is NOW, TODAY, AT THIS MOMENT IN TIME. Never think like: "When I get this job, I will be able to buy this or that" or "When I have a family, I will be able to do the things I always wanted to do" or " When I graduate, I will have more opportunities available to me". Nothing is guaranteed so when you do live that life, learn to live it TODAY so you never end up regretting not living it when you are no longer able to enjoy it. Life is too short to live this way to start taking the time to enjoy the moments you have and appreciate the many opportunities you live in everyday. The most important thing is to NEVER give up. Success is right around the corner.

The Simple Truth That Transforms the Law of Attraction

What if the entire universe, all of it, is but a reflection of limitless consciousness?

And what if every possible outcome is unfolding simultaneously? What if we could select, as if from a mind-boggling buffet, any moments we choose to cooperate with in order to experience it?

What if we are choosing each moment in order to understand who we are in relationship to that experience or circumstance?

What if we are all ONE mind simply playing different parts?

What if time is not real and all events and all possible events are actually occurring right NOW? In other words, what if now, this moment, is all there is, although we experience it as linear time?

Choosing to experience a state of being, simply by 'being' it, creates a cascade of new probable events, one that backfills, as it were, the past to construct the NOW in the most logical path in our memory.

We remember the event as having transpired, as if cause and effect happened, but in reality, the NOW event actually caused the effect, or rather path that it traveled and not the other way around.

What if a state of openness, gratitude and joy could mold the experience we have in our construct of time?

Results would be instantaneous, although they would seem as if they were separated by time and space (from our perspective).

The Law of Attraction then would simply be a vehicle of expression of the eternal moment, one of many outcomes, all changing simultaneously as we choose and thereby create whatever it is we are experiencing.

And what if, our vast minds, being part of a living consciousness that permeates all things, indeed is all things, is also experiencing our choices and non-choices in each moment so that in order to experience itself, in relation to, every other aspect of itself?

And, if we were eternal, playing a vast game and interacting with others, we do so to "live out "the adventure of the game.

That would mean that everyone that comes into your life, however briefly, is chosen in advance (or agreed upon in some way) so that you to react/respond/experience that meeting or interaction and be whoever you are in relation to it.

It would also mean that you are not 'stuck" on any given path. All outcomes are possible in each moment. You simply have to select them. ( You choose by your emotional response.)

By embracing life and seeking love and joy in all circumstances, the game is "re-set" to change the path, the outcome and even the players themselves.

Ego, greed and fear however, destroy the game. As does worry, the stepchild of fear of lack. (Again, the game responds to your emotional state rather than your words.)

The great challenge of the game is then to get what you need without allowing it to become your identity. Chasing material things is a false purpose and creates fear.

Your body is only a vehicle that allows you to experience physical life.

It is easy to forget that you are not here to pursue wealth or fame, although those things may come. Your real purpose is to experience life and in so doing, create joy.

Your ultimate purpose is to be love in action, kindness in motion and to remind others of the same.

You are here to express love (and have fun). So go do that.
