Time Management Tips for Working Mothers

Working mothers truly juggle with a lot of balls at the same time. Being a working individual, the women already has to deal with so many things like and when kids get added to the family it may seem as if you have taken up another job, a job which is supposed to be done round the clock, 24/7.

Shopping for kids, dealing with their problems at school and otherwise too, spending quality time with them; there is a possibility that you may miss out on something or the other due to your own tight schedule.

More importantly, working mothers hardly have any time for themselves. Here are some ways to manage your time well.

Be Organized

It is important for the working mothers to get organized but most of them end up becoming control freaks. The idea is to have a systematic approach to life and follow the same schedule every day.

You may use a small notebook to keep track of what needs to be done for the day. Use mobile alarms to remind you about parent-teacher meetings or any other important events of your child.

Tell Kids you Need their Help

Even though they are your kids and you want to pamper and spoil them you must let them know that you need their help sometimes to keep things running smoothly.

Teach them to pack their school bag, place dirty clothes separately, brush their own teeth, dress up for school, etc. Whatever task you believe that your child is capable of doing, as per their age, ask them to do it.

If they become too dependent on you then it will only increase your burden. By division of labor you will be able to churn out some time for other errands.

Stay Away from Procrastination

Try to cut down spending time on gossip and stuff you know well doing which is a total waste of time. Stay away from procrastination by getting into a habit of doing things now.

Instant Healthy Foods

One thing every mother is worried about is that their child should eat a nutritious diet. The hectic lifestyle of today leaves no room for cooking full meals. A lot of urban population relies on ready-to-eat meals.

If you are not able to cook proper meals for your child then choose quick healthy recipes over lengthy preparations. Muesli, rice flakes, corn flakes and similar types of foods can be used to serve out quick and healthy dishes which hardly take any time.

No Harm in taking a little Assistance

Whether you are doing it together with your spouse or you are a single parent, taking a little assistance from your own parents is not going to make you look like a looser.

If the grandparents of the children are willing to do baby-sitting while you are preparing a presentation for the next day at office; there in no harm in it.

Try not to bring work to Home

This is the most common issue with working mothers. Your ambition may tempt you to bring work home and get it done before the next day. But this is the time that you need to spend with your family.

Develop such an attitude that your boss does not ask you to take work home and learn to say no when asked.

You should be proud that you have the courage to manage both your child and your work. Do not see it as a disadvantage at any point of time.

Valentine's Day - Few Random Thoughts and Observations About Valentine's Day

Valentine's Day come once a year, though it ought to be everyday.

Here are a few random thoughts, observations and tips for and about Valentine's Day:

  • I often refer to Valentine's Day as "amateur night." What I mean by that is this: if you truly feel strongly toward another person, you don't have to have a special day to show it. You ought to be showing it all the time. At the same time, this does not let you off the hook on February 14th.

  • And speaking of February 14th, there is something very important that most guys tend to forget about Valentine's Day. It's the same day every year, February 14th, the 45th day of the year. I'll say it again, February 14th. This means you can plan for it. Therefore, any guy reading this has been warned, and if you find yourself with several other said sacks scouring the card racks the night before, or even worse, the day of, to play off the immortal words of Jimmy Buffett, it's your own damn fault. And most women can tell the difference between a last minute card and one that was selected with care. Don't ask me how, they just can, and they're not telling.

  • Heard about the 12 Days of Christmas? What about the 7 days of Valentine's Day? Just a thought...

  • Not sure what to do for Valentine's Day? That means you have not been paying attention all year. So I'm here to rescue you if you have the guts to run with my suggestion. Ask your partner what would make a perfect Valentine's Day for him or her. Then to whatever extent possible, to the best of your ability, make it happen. And do not fall for the "Oh I don't need anything" line. Dangerous territory indeed.

  • As part of Valentine's week, take over a chore your partner does not like.

  • Here's one of my favorites: record a CD or create a playlist of your partner's favorite music. include some that express how you feel about your love.

  • If you are currently doing in the relationship that is not working or is just plain old and tired, remember the first rule of ruts: when you find yourself in one, stop digging! Find something, almost anything, to do something differently. Use your creativity.

  • Lastly, come up with 2 different plans for Valentine's Day. Choose one and do it. Then do the other one 3 months from now. Rinse and repeat.

  • Just for fun: "I don't understand why Cupid was chosen to represent Valentine's Day. When I think about romance, the last thing on my mind is a short, chubby toddler coming at me with a weapon." ~ Author Unknown

A 'Tinder expert' tells other men how to be more successful on the app

A new eBook helps men who just can't bag a date on Tinder. It’s called "Tinder for Experts: How to stop losing hot matches, wasting time, & getting nowhere.”
It was written by a man known only as "Max,” and is sponsored byTinder Advisor, an advice service for users of the popular dating/hook-up app. Max says it’s based on “accredited seduction psychology.” Whatever that means.
Max, who describes himself as a serial entrepreneur, built on his personal struggle to match with women on Tinder. By seeing it as a "sales process,” he made himself better at self-promotion.
Indeed, it all sounds a bit Julien Blanc — like a book designed specifically for pick-up artists to use one of the most prolific dating apps out there to get even more action.
But Max tells us this isn't the case. Instead, he says, his intention is to save men time and embarrassment. Tinder is not just a tool for hooking-up, but an opportunity to "attract quality women they might not have dared approach in real life,” he explains, adding that people can "find truly remarkable women" on the app.
It still sounds somewhat suspect. But we'll let you judge for yourselves.Below, we’ve republished some of Max's key Tinder advice with the author’s permission.
1. Tinder isn't just a "sex app."It's a massive resource that can have a more fruitful effect than trying to meet women at a bar.
Max writes that many describe Tinder as an "app serving strictly to have a one-night stand." But he says girls on Tinder aren't any more inclined to go straight to bed than girls at the bar. Max tells readers that the only reason more men get lucky on the app is because of the number of users — but while Tinder helps men hook-up more, it's not necessarily with the ones they really want to be with.
Understand that sleeping with the normal girls — the ones you truly want — is going to be harder than if you’d had the luck of running into her alone at the bar. Think about it, you need to convince a girl who has never seen you that she needs to spend some time with you, preferably one-on-one, as opposed to go on with life as usual or meet one of the other million guys on the app. The good news is that the law of large numbers ensures that you will succeed far more than at the bar, and there are techniques to multiply your odds.
2. Be the "absolute biggest sweetheart."
I am talking about Ryan Gosling in The Notebook. The guy who can do no wrong and was brought up to do anything for a woman. Someone who respects them so much that he is shy by nature and would never dare to approach a girl in a bar or do anything player-like for that matter. This is the guy that all women dream about, but would never actually be attracted to in reality. The Sweetheart Principle will enable you to pleasantly surprise a woman...
...the Sweetheart approach will yield the highest success because it appeals to a broad base of normal girls. In the later chapter, you will see many examples of how to put this frame into practice at every step until the meet-up. Don’t forget, once you finally do meet her, Ryan Gosling needs to turn into James Bond if you want to avoid a wedding and, instead, guide her seamlessly into your bed.
3. Set the right range.
To stay optimal, I highly recommend increasing the range incrementally. Start small and if you run out of girls and if you feel your plate is not yet full, increase the range gradually. This will make you prioritize your energy on the ones closest with the highest chance of success.
4. Create the perfect profile photo.
How does Max think men can get maximum impact for just one photo? First, formatting is very important.
He explains:
Avoid posting a photo with:
  • Only your face
  • You standing somewhere in the distance
  • You turned away from the camera
  • You sporting the “serious” look
  • you posing with anyone else. people in the background can be ok.
  • Blurry resolution. women are very weary of this while swiping and you should be too.
  • Parts of the photo hidden by darkness. same principle as previous point. Avoid Black and white photos. you wearing sunglasses
Instead:
  • Have a photo of only you, the sole focus of all attention
  • We must be able to see your entire head, down to at least your chest*. Anything past the knees will be too zoomed out
  • Stare at the camera, or slightly away if you want to have the “in action” look
  • Smile genuinely
  • Make sure it is a crisp shot, such that someone who saw the photo could later recognize you in person. This being said, use apps like instagram to optimize the lighting and smooth over your features. This needs to be the absolute best version of you
  • Display one or several of the following value indicators: taste for luxury, physical activity, artistic side, travel experience or acute sense of style
Max clarifies the whole thing in another section: "avoid the d*bag trap," he says. That means doing away with anything that will lower your "perceived value." He advises against selfies, "cool serious faces," and "showing off."
5. Swipe instead of clicking on the "X" or love heart.
Max says not to click the "X" or the love heart, as it takes more time than swiping. Crucially, he goes through the pros and cons of using a "swipe all girls right" process, or operating a "swipe right or left depending on profile picture" style. The first, Max says, is the fastest possible method and gains the maximum number of matches; the latter, though, means "no scary matches" and provides "minimal thought or emotional engagement."
6. Give girls time to match you first.
You can swipe at anytime of the day or night. However, I recommend doing this when you are stuck waiting and have absolutely nothing better to do. Otherwise, do it while you are in the middle of a Tinder conversation since you are logged on and distracted anyways. Since swiping is extremely time-flexible, set rules for yourself and don’t let it interfere with regular life. Swipe at least once, every one or two days, because active users have a priority over other men.
You can swipe many times in a day, you are better off spacing out the sessions, here is why: Tinder will have time to sort through the girls and show you the active ones in priority. Some matches may check up on when you were last logged on and get turned off if the number is always under five minutes. Give some girls time to match you first. This last point is called herding and can differentiate a king from a mere expert.
7. Don't be too picky.
Max tells men to be honest with themselves and says it's not realistic to only right-swipe models. He also explains that having friends "objectively rate your profile" is beneficial:
Since men only rate women on their looks, their scoring is simpler: a number between 1 and 10. Even women subconsciously know that this is their value on the dating scene, especially on Tinder. Right swipe women that score between your baseline and your ceiling. You will rarely match women above your ceiling, never mind meet them! Similarly, women below your baseline are the ones you do not want to meet even if they offer you sex on a silver platter.
8. The art of chatting.
In this section, Max talks about "when to engage," tapping into what he calls "prime-times." He divides the periods into Monday to Thursday, 7-11 p.m., Friday and Saturday between 3-9 p.m., and Sunday between 4-11 p.m. Each carries different weight.
This is Sunday, for example:
This time is devoted to relaxation and frivolous activities like Tinder. This is a great opportunity to schedule dates for the week because girls do not usually feel so “busy”. In many cities, a lot of girls will have followed a friend’s recommendation and downloaded Tinder over the weekend. On Sundays, you have plenty of time to build rapport with these newcomers.
There's also a "late night match" subsection, which Max says could lead to the most promiscuous conversations.
9. Working out who the girl actually is.
Max tells men that a Tinder profile isn't enough to judge somebody. He's got a solution: Find her on Facebook.
Most times, a girl’s Tinder profile is not enough to let you know if she is truly worth meeting. Having her on Facebook means that you can get a better grasp of who she really is and what she really looks like.
Max says women often hide their true identity through things like selective photos, or give away their desires by only posting photos of luxury items.
10. Don't move too fast.
Sexual escalation refers to making the girl imagine you as a sexual partner. This does not mean you should talk dirty right away and risk alienating most self-respecting girls. The escalation is done through gradual steps to avoid burning promising leads. Although this strategy is risky, I recommend a minimum of sexual escalation in all interactions because it makes them more fun and paints you as a confident male.
To do this skillfully, you need to apply two steps forward with the ability to take one step back. This way, if you sense that the girl is uncomfortable, you can still recover. Some of these notions have already been explored in previous chapters. Creating a fantasy is a light form of sexual escalation. Saying something very forward, but covering with a smiley, is a good way to escalate sexually while maintaining the ability to take a step back. These, as well as other techniques, are elaborated in this section in progressive order of intensity.
11. Dirty pictures are OK, apparently.
Max describes how he used to think naughty images were only for internet perverts and convicted felons. Then, he writes, he went traveling with another man who regularly sent intimate photos to Tinder matches — apparently to great effect.

9 Tips for the Partner With a Higher Sex Drive

If you are someone whose sexual desire needs no boosting, but your partner is not, that doesn't mean that you sit back and wait for him or her to change—you are equally responsible for changing how you handle this issue. This post will offer you nine tips to approach your spouse in ways that will increase the likelihood that she or he will want to be close to you:
1. Don't take it personally.
Differences in sexual desire among couples are very common. Although it is hard to have your advances rejected repeatedly without taking it personally, you need to remind yourself that a partner's lack of interest in sex just may not be about you, your attractiveness, or your qualities as a human being. It may be a matter of a hormone deficiency or other physiological problems—or feelings the person has about himself or herself. Although you undoubtedly want things to change, try to develop a little empathy. Chances are, given the choice, he or she would prefer to feel turned on easily. It's no picnic to feel disinterested in something your spouse or partner thrives on. He or she may feel inadequate, for example. The situation hurts you, but don't underestimate how painful it is for your partner. Even if he or she acts defensively, your partner probably spends lots of time wondering why things aren't easier between you. Try to be understanding.

2. Break free from the Catch-22.
If you are a man whose partner is less interested in sex than you, start paying attention to your friendship. Many women are wired this way—they can't get turned on unless they feel close to you. This means doing the things that are important to her—doing things as a couple, pitching in more at home, being more available, and asking about her day. These are the things that can soften a woman's heart. Do small things as well: Bring her a cup of coffee in the morning. Leave a note professing your love. Call her from work just to say you're thinking of her. Bring home a single rose. Show your affection through random acts of kindness. She may be more likely to want to be close to you sexually when you do.
If your wife has been rejecting your advances, the last thing you might feel like doing is being kind and thoughtful. All I can say is that if you want to improve your sex life and your wife needs to feel close to you emotionally as a prerequisite, doing the things that bring you closer to her is the only way you are going to get there. You can either hold out because you're angry, or break free of the Catch-22 and be loving. Experiment and watch what happens. Friendship is a great aphrodisiac.
If you are a woman and the more highly-sexual partner, the same theory applies: So many men have told me that their wives' nagging about such issues really turns them off. Men can become passive-aggressive, agreeing to your demands but turning off to you emotionally and sexually. Why not approach things differently? You might feel hurt or rejected or unsexy because your spouse has been apathetic, but don't be critical, be kind. Be complimentary. Catch your husband in the act of doing something right and tell him about it.
Look at your own behavior as well: Figure out what you might be doing that could be making your partner respond defensively. Become more of the person he wants you to be and he might become more of the person you want him to be.
3. Do something different.
Without knowing you, I can say with some certainty that your "more of the same" behavior has been to pursue your spouse for sex. And since this has become a heated, ongoing issue, you've gotten into roles with each other. You pursue him or her for sex, and he or she declines. The more you push, the more your partner feels pressured or angry and pulls away.
It's time for you to try a new approach.
First, back off for a while. No matter how attracted you might be to your spouse or how ready you might be to make love, for a certain period of time you should commit to not approaching him or her. Do not initiate sex for a while and see what happens. Don't talk about this plan; just back off and wait. Sometimes the lower-sexed person simply needs more time to allow his or her batteries to recharge. When the tug of war has ended, he or she might feel more amorous. It's worth a shot.
Backing off isn't easy, especially if you're feeling turned on. But if you haven't tried it yet, at least for a few weeks at a time, put this on your short list of things to try.
Also, stop talking about sex and focus on yourself for a change. You may have been so focused on your relationship, at least the sexual part of it, that you have probably put your other needs aside. Rather than arguing about what is or isn't happening in your relationship, use the time to focus on yourself and find things to do that fulfill you. Go out with friends. Join a health club. Volunteer. Once your partner sees you focusing on yourself rather than your sex life, he or she just might want to be more involved in your life—in every way.
Or do a 180: Wouldn't it just blow your partner's mind if you were to tell him or her that you have been doing some reading and that you now have a better understanding about his or her feelings and you're sorry about all the fighting? Think about it: Your partner has been making you feel like a sex maniac and you've been making him or her feel like a celibate. You're convinced that you're right and he or she is convinced of the opposite. And where has all of that gotten you? I can't guarantee that telling your spouse that you understand his or her feelings better will make your partner want to jump into bed, I can tell you that making your spouse "wrong" won't.
4. Focus on what works.
Have there been times in your marriage when your sex life was more passionate? (Yes, I know, in the very beginning—newness makes hormones run amuck. That is not the case any longer.) Examine your marriage beyond the very beginning. Ask yourself, "What was different about the times when my spouse was more interested in sex?" See if any of those conditions are reproducible. Then reproduce them.
5. Touch affectionately without thinking sex is imminent.

Women often complain that their husbands never touch them unless they want sex. This turns them off. If, as the man, you are the more highly-sexed partner, it will serve you well to remember this about your wife. She might want you to hug, cuddle, hold hands, sit next to her on the couch, or kiss her in ways that are affectionate but not sexual. Lots of women say that men are incapable of hugging without their hands sliding slowly down their bodies. Since many women have a strong need for affection without sexual overtones, they get annoyed when every touch becomes a means of foreplay.
If this sounds familiar to you, try being affectionate and stop there. Your partner will appreciate it, and you. She might wonder what in the world is going on. And that's exactly what you want to do—break out of old unproductive patterns. When you start doing the things that touch her soul, she will be more inclined to do the things that touch your body.
6. Masturbate.
Since your sex drives are so disparate, it's unreasonable for you to expect your spouse to take care of each and every desire. You need to take responsibility for satisfying your own needs from time to time. In all likelihood, you are already doing this but you may be resentful about it. That's not good or fair. Although your partner could try to meet you halfway, there will still be times when you are hot to trot and he or she isn't. That's normal; you need to accept it. As long as your spouse is making more of an effort to understand and care for your needs, you need to accept your differences and take care of yourself occasionally without feeling resentment.
7. Accept a gift of love.
Sometimes, as things improve and your spouse tries to be more caring about your needs, he or she might decide to become intimate with you even though sex might not be a burning desire. Rather than feeling insulted or put off, you should accept this as a gift of love. In good relationships, people do things for their spouses all the time that may not be exactly what they feel like doing at the moment. That's more than okay—that's real giving, when you give to your partner what he or she wants and needs whether or not you understand, like, or agree with it. Allow your spouse to show his or her love by being sexual even if it wasn't his or her favorite thing to do at the moment. Accept the gift and appreciate it. Good marriages are built on this kind of caring.
8. Respect your spouse's sexual prerequisites.
Here's another really good suggestion from Dr. Pat Love: When a partner with low sexual desire tells his or her spouse about the conditions that need to be in place in order to engage in or enjoy sex, the higher-sexed spouse often does not understand or accept the requests at face value. For example, if a wife tells her husband that she prefers making love at night rather than in the morning, the husband might think she is just making up excuses. (For most men, testosterone peaks between 7 to 8 A.M.; women's testosterone levels peak in the evening.) If a husband tells his wife that he feels more turned on after they take a shower or when the kids are asleep, she may think he is just putting things off so that sex never happens. But the truth is these may not just be excuses. You may have a hard time believing this because you are ready to go at the drop of a hat, but your spouse may really need things to be a certain way in order to feel relaxed, comfortable, and turned on. As much as possible, try to honor these requests and not discredit your partner when he or she confides in you about these conditions. Take them at face value, and try to create the kind of atmosphere that is most likely to be conducive to your partner desiring sex.
9. If all else fails, be brutally honest.
I've worked with countless couples in which one spouse was so dissatisfied with their sexual relationship that he or she eventually had an affair or left the marriage. You might be thinking of these alternatives too. An affair is a lousy solutions. Even if it satisfies you temporarily, it will only make things more difficult at home. Although an affair or separation sometimes serves as a wake-up call to the other spouse, you can't always count on that.
Still, as the more highly-sexed person, you might be at the end of your rope. You might be fantasizing about someone else—or about packing your bags and leaving. Before you act, make sure your spouse knows in no uncertain terms the seriousness of the situation. Make certain he or she understands what will happen if nothing changes. Don't threaten in the heat of an argument. Don't blame or criticize. Just say calmly that because of the differences in your sexual appetites, you are so unhappy that you are considering doing something you really don't want to. Spell out what you've been thinking about. Tell your partner that this is not a threat, but rather, that you are so desperate you don't know what else to do. Ask your partner one more time to seek help. Then wait and see what happens.

Each partner in a relationship needs to take personal responsibility for making things better. When both of you make more of an effort to understand each other's needs and feelings, you will undoubtedly feel closer and more connected emotionally and physically. And at the end of the day, isn't that what healthy relationships are all about?

Women, Do Not Let Go of Your Dreams

Hopes = Dreams. Let me repeat myself, HOPES = DREAMS. Now some people may tell you that dreams are just “illusions” or “pictures you experience in your head while sleeping.” Dreams are real. They are a part of you. They are a part of your destiny. The old adage that you have bad/strange dreams because you ate something that didn’t agree with you before you went to bed is a lie. Come on women!!!! Our bodies are designed far too intricately and with such expertise to listen to unwise sayings and the “they say” sayings. Your brain…your Spirit…are not controlled by the foods you eat before bedtime. Let the “experts” conjure up whatever makes them feel better to explain something away, but I tell you this…since ancient times, dreams were given to lead you, guide you and are a part of who you are. Now, I’m not saying that all dreams are explainable. I will say that ALL dreams play a part, to whatever extent, in your destiny.

Dreams are “devices” given to us to speak to us about our hurts, fears, joys, loves, plans, paths to take and not to take, they are GUIDEPOSTS. The definition of a guidepost is: a sign on a post by a road indicating directions. Since you were a little girl, dreams have given you signs, indications, and most of all have been the Universe/God’s way of leading you along the path of destiny and interweaving in you hopes to manifest at the right moment.

Have you had or still have naysayers in your life that have attempted to kill your dreams? Let me let you in on a little secret…the only one who can kill a dream is the One who gave it to you. The Power from above is not controlled by humans. If a dream was given to you for a purpose (whether known or unknown) and it died, then only one person has the power to do that, no one else. Also, keep this in mind. Only YOU own your dreams. Your hopes/dreams were never given to one other person on this planet…they are entirely owned by you. Think back (maybe you don’t have to think too far back), where you spoke out loud about a hope/dream and immediately darts, arrows, cannon balls and fire just were sent from every direction to put out that light that sparked in your heart. What did you do? Did you let the ammunition penetrate and darken the light? Or did you put up a shield and say no, this/these dreams/hopes are mine! If you did use the shield, then you are to be commended. However, if you are like the millions of women who let even one dart penetrate the light and darken the hope, then the dream has been “asleep”. Not dead, “asleep”.

When I speak of these dreams/hopes, I’m speaking of those that are healthy to you, not dreams/hopes that have manifested from a broken/bitter/revengeful heart. Those dreams/hopes are not healthy to you and that topic is for an entirely different article!! Let’s focus on that one hope/dream that has seemed to follow you your entire life and when you experience something related to it, such as a word, a song, a location, etc., anything that would cause your heart to “leap or twinge”, then know that that dream/hope is not dead. It has been “asleep”.

2015 is the year of Emergence. 2015 is the year for the emergence of dreams that were once thought lost. It is the year of women “emerging” from their sleep and/or “emerging” from the womb of life to enter the Day of Light. Womb of Life to the Day of Light. What does that mean?

In the mother’s womb, all is given to nourish the baby in order to grow, to develop right up to the point where the baby can survive and continue to grow once it “emerges” into the world. A full-term baby is one that has remained in the womb for the proper time in order to be equipped to function once the baby “emerges”. Such is a dream/hope that was given to you at some point in your life that has never left you. This dream/hope that resides within you now, at this moment, that ember that never burned out, this is your life purpose. (For clarification, this dream/hope is not another person in your life.) It was a seed that was sown at a point in your life where the ground was fertile, and through the years it has been watered with rain (maybe hot rain!), but it was encased inside and nourished even when you were not aware of it. It has matured and in 2015, this dream/hope is going to emerge.
If you are a woman who is serious about pursuing the “vision”, the “dream”, the “hope”, that you were given, then move on what it is that you were given. PURSUE THE VISION. How?

Steps to Pursue the Vision/Dream/Hope:

1. Get a journal and write down the dream/hope that is in your heart that was never quenched. Did you always want to be an author? A teacher? Did you want to be something completely OPPOSITE of where you are now? Have you wanted to travel the world? Write down in a journal your dream/hope no matter how impossible it seems to obtain right now.

2. USE VISUAL SOUND. Our two senses, sight and sound, are two of the most powerful senses we have. Even if your natural eyesight is not good or is not there at all, you always have your “third eye”, your spiritual eye. Your spoken voice is powerful. I say this with the utmost certainty: those who have hard hearts and use their voice for negativity and to harm anyone will ALWAYS have it rebound into their own lives. So I’m speaking to women here whose hearts are ready to enter into their destiny with “clean hands and a pure heart and a right Spirit”…speak out loud the visuals you were given. Speak out loud the dream/hope you were given. Then watch the movement happen.

3. Do not give up. Would a mother stop pushing after seeing the head of her baby? ABSOLUTELY NOT!!! EVERY DAY, speak out loud your dream. EVERY DAY. When you see a manifestation happen that is part of your dream, BUILD ON IT. Don’t stop, keep speaking and watch the next one appear.

I speak to you, the women of destiny today, that all naysayers in your lives are REMOVED.

I speak Light into your homes, beauty into your atmosphere and that a determined force to compel you to keep moving enter your life. To whom do I speak:

TO THESE WOMEN:

You were forged in the fire of darkness, you were brought to the threshold of pain, and yet you still kept on. You spoke in anger yet you refused to become bitter. You held love in your heart and it was ripped to pieces, yet you kept on. You removed yourself from all trauma and drama and were cast off to the side because you refused to “join the crowd” in misery. You were secluded and left alone and yet you prospered. You knew how to fight and every muscle ached, yet you kept on. The boundaries you once held so dear were broken and disrespect for your time seemed to abound, yet you kept on. You righted the wrong and you were despised due to your truth you held, you kept on. You stood in the face of anger and betrayal and you did not let it leave a scar, you kept on. You trusted with all your heart and the lies kept coming, you kept on. You removed yourself from bitter company and were rejected by the “social elite”, you kept on.

I say to you THIS DAY…NOTHING is going to keep you from your destiny. NOTHING. Your time in the womb of life is done. Your time to emerge is here. No one who cast a stone your way will remain standing. Your Light will shine in the Universe. YOU were the diamond being forged in the fire. YOU were kept safe and unharmed despite the pain. YOU will stand when others cannot. YOU ARE READY. YOUR destiny is here!
