Take Back the Power Of Choice and Live Life a Life of Fulfillment

Choices are there for all of us to make. Life has a way of steering us towards a direction that perhaps we don't want to go in. So where does the power of choice come into our mind, heart and soul?

Intuition remains intrinsically woven with our desires, life path and the choice we have at every second of every day to make. The best decisions come from a place of knowing thyself.

The journey of intuition begins with the connection we have to ourselves along with the choices that are made. To pursue intuition is a choice based on the need of opening the mind to greater self- awareness.

The choices we make result in a conscious decision to alter life circumstances. The results are made from the freedom to choose how we react, live and interact within the world. Knowing we have a choice will lead to greater joy and happiness. Remaining asleep, unconscious of the ability to evolve our way of being will keep us enslaved to current limitations.

Life has a wonderful way of honoring choices by manifesting the circumstances that will reinforce what we believe to be true. If we believe deep down that our life is to be a continual burden of work, financial stress and limited joy then it will be. Alter this core belief to be in line with how you want to feel, and the perception of the world and circumstances will transform with you.

Developing intuition will unleash the core beliefs, pushing the boundaries of free thinking with limited vision. Emotions, physical symptoms, thoughts and dreams can reveal the pain of past hurts. Do not let this awareness stop you from continuing with development.

There will be a logical processing of regret for past actions undertaken by you and others. Everyone has a regret of some degree, but do not hold onto this, let it go. Clear the burden of what should have been and focus on all the freedom that is with you now.

Ego will lead us to think that we have no choice, our life is locked in by responsibilities. The simple truth is, we all have the ability to choose how we think, feel and act. We have a choice to give up, be unhappy and never do anything different or we can ask for help, seek guidance and free the mind from its prison.

Tips for Making Choices

• The deeper the connection to ourselves the more conscious our ability to choose

• Core beliefs create life circumstances

• Choices we make result in a conscious decision to alter current positioning

How to Make the 3 Most Important Choices for Your Day

Man Sitting on Grass Beside Dog

We make 100's of choices every day. Choices range from, 'what do I wear?' to "do I call in sick today?' to "what shall I watch on tv tonight?'.

But the top 3 choices that need to be made each day will create the flow of your day and possibly the flow of those that are affected by your choices. We are free to choose but we are NOT free from the results of those choices.

Choice #1
Positive or negative outlook for your day. Whether it is in the grocery store or in the workplace, we sometimes forget that our attitudes affect those around us. We cannot know what kind of day or what path others are on. It is selfish behavior to not consider how our mood affects others.

Choice #2
Mid day down time. We all need a break in our day. What do we do on that break? Is it productive? Does it strengthen our bodies? Does it motivate or replenish our spirit? Being specific on what to do or not to do would only make me guilty of robbing others of their freedom to choose. For me, my down time could include reading, listening to my favorite music, looking around and marveling at God's creation and just being thankful. To me, Facebook, surfing the internet or playing mindless games does the complete opposite of relaxing my mind and improving my outlook for my day. Only you know what is best for you. By making the right choices in your down time you are guaranteed to feel more relaxed, uplifted, stimulated to continue your day.

Choice #3
Interacting with those closest to us. There is an old proverb that says we tend to hurt those closest to us. Although this tends to be more true than not, just as a side note, I do not believe in old proverbs. What I do believe in is that we are a composite of all our choices. So no matter what we face during the day, whether positive or negative, we tend to allow those things to mold our behavior. That is what we give in return to those closest to us. We must always remember who we are and to give thanks to God for all that we have. We can then draw strength from those closest to us or give them of our strength. Putting the needs of others before your own will have the most amazing beneficial effect on our minds and bodies.

Experience True Freedom

I don't know about anyone else, but sometimes I can be a prisoner to my own thoughts and forget that I have the freedom to choose. Choose a different thought. Choose a different experience. Choose a different interpretation.

"I know but one freedom and that is the freedom of the mind." ~Antoine de Saint-Exupery

Freedom means many things to many people. We can view freedom politically, as having the opportunity to vote for particular ideas, people, or parties which best represent our views. Closely tied to this is the notion of freedom of speech, where one has the liberty to voice their personal opinion or perspective. Others understand freedom in a financial context, where people seek to free themselves of financial debt, outstanding credit, and burdensome loans.

How many of us are prisoners of our own thoughts, our own stories?

Yesterday I spent the day getting all stressed about something that I really had no control over. Why get stressed about things we can't control? And who is controlling my life, anyway: me or my thoughts?

Sometimes my thoughts are just well practiced habitual ways of thinking. But that doesn't always mean they are right.

I have been, at times, a prisoner to my thoughts. I've now garnered enough awareness to know if what I am thinking is serving me or not. And when I get to this place, I'm able to make a decision. After all, our brain is not concerned about what is right for us, it's always looking out for what can go wrong.

Which thought feels better? What interpretation serves me the best?

Because honestly, "things always work out for me" and "I just got screwed" can be equally true.

But which thought serves us better? Which one puts out the kind of energy we want to embrace in the world? Everything can be a jumping off point for something new, if we are willing to choose the best interpretation and move forward.

If "I just got screwed," it means someone else takes dominion over my life, and that is a stance that is not empowering. But if, "things always work out for me," then I dictate my life because I know my future holds a different experience.

We can choose our thoughts if we have enough awareness to recognize that our thoughts do not run our life. Then we can choose differently-this is freedom.

Freedom of interpretation, freedom to dictate our own lives, freedom to choose thoughts that work for us can liberate us from our own limiting self-made constructs.

I highly suggest reading "The Four Agreements" by Don Miguel Ruiz. I'm not going to go into detail about the book though I will tell you that it is based on ancient Toltec wisdom and offers a powerful code of conduct that can rapidly transform our lives to a new experience of freedom, true happiness, and love.

The Four Agreements

1. Be Impeccable With Your Word

2. Don't Take Anything Personally

3. Don't Make Assumptions

4. Always Do Your Best

If we want to be successful, we have to maintain our locus of control".

We have the freedom to decide what we do with information, how we interpret our life, how we dictate our future, change our minds, or make new decisions.

All of it is a choice. Our choice.

And in choosing, we find freedom.

I realized that I could do this in every area of my life and come out ahead.

This is freedom.

Too Busy to Hear Your Inner Calling?

Image result for inner calling

I believe an inner calling comes to each of us in subtle ways, and the subtlety of that calling becomes the song of your heart. Your job, should you desire to find your greatest potential, is to learn how to listen.

When your life is filled with busyness of the things you have-to-do, you may forget that you created it all by the choices you've made.

Abraham-Hicks shared at a recent conference that as human beings; "we always have choice, our lives are based in freedom - even the freedom to choose bondage."

Why would anyone choose bondage?

I know the feeling when life slips into autopilot and I start living in reaction to things or people. The day gets filled with a long list of to-dos, family, bills, home, business... and a feeling of "stuck-ness" can build over time.

Though at first it may be subtle, the inner calling for your own survival begins to get louder and louder.

Some of us can hear it early on and respond by changing and realigning life. Others try to ignore the symptoms and continue to push on, mistakenly thinking that things will change... but they never do.

Many who choose to ignore their own well being can experience less than subtle manifestations of the inner voice. If you are aware, you will notice a correlation to the things that force you to slow down, potentially resulting in physical pain and/or sickness.

I remember when this happened to me. I had known for several years that I couldn't keep living on adrenalin, but still I pushed on. My focus, towards what I thought was success, overrode my attention to the intuitive voice within that was calling me in another direction.

Intuitive guidance can feel like a sense of off-ness, but if you listen within, you will understand the message. Life requires fluid adjustments in order to move forward with greater ease.

Your ability to tune in and listen to your inner calling is known as intuitive intelligence. This level of intelligence is your access to an ever-expanding intelligence of "mind" that is infinitely more fulfilling.

What if this intuitive information offers the keys to life expansion, real success and ultimate joy?

We know the mind-body connection links thought to physical well-being. In other words, your thoughts impact the health and well-being of your body. It has been scientifically studied for years, and the more we learn the more exciting it becomes. Thoughts, directly and cumulatively, impact the body's health and ability to heal. But there is even more.

Studies at Heartmath Institute show the heart's coherence with electromagnetometers (EMA). It authenticates the electromagnetic emission of non-verbal energy that is communicating from our bodies all the time. What science is now proving, animals have known for eons. We are communicating volumes without every speaking a word.

In experiential work with horses, I have seen physically clear responses to energy, especially the energy of dissonance within humans who are in proximity to the horse. Horses physically react by moving away from dissonance but conversely, when there is congruence or head and heart coherence, it creates the desire to commune.

This not only verified the physical response of discomfort that occurs with dissonance, but possibly even more importantly, it pointed out the natural instinct and desire for cohesion and alignment within a coherent group. The simplicity yet complexity is astounding and the potential for human expansion; infinite.

What if this is just the tip of the iceberg?

What if your body, through an inner calling, is actually helping you to tap into infinite intelligence?

Is it possible that your body is trying to provide the necessary information, not only for health and wellbeing, but for inspiration and direction with others?

There is a secret level of awareness that is essential for sustainable success, personally and professionally. It was through the work of Frederic Pignon and Magali Delgado, who have dedicated their lives to the mastery of horsemanship, that I found some of the most essential keys for interpersonal connection and benevolence that creates cohesion.

Having worked in the field of leadership development and team-building for two decades, I wanted to provide something greater that energetically empowered individuals to succeed, and these two extraordinary horsemen helped me find the missing links.

Creating coherence in a team had always been an elusive skill that was largely untapped because was not easily measurable. Now we have the tools that provide instant feedback and unparalleled training. Great leadership thrives with inner balance, intuitive intelligence and personal congruence. Mastering these skills, a leader can inspire the world.

What if this is what it is all about?

Message From the Universe: The Freedom to Choose!

It's so tempting to look at your present life situation, at whom you're with, at where you work, at what you have and have not, and think to yourself, "This was obviously meant to be... I'm here for a reason." And to a degree, you'd be right. But you are where you are because of the thoughts you used to (and may still) think, and so you are where you are to learn that this is how life works - NOT because it was meant to be.

Don't give away your power to vague or mysterious logic. Tomorrow is a blank slate in terms of people, work, and play, because it, too, will be of your making. You will again have that sense that it was meant to be, no matter who or what you've drawn into your life. Nothing is meant to be except for your freedom to choose and your power to create.

Ungawa,
The Universe

What you do everyday in your life is an extension of your thoughts and actions. There is a reason for everything, including your mission on earth. It is hard to determine as to why things happens a certain way, why this person is more or less fortunate than you, how did I put myself in this situation when I could have easily avoided it. Life works a certain way because of what you make out of it. I agree that not ALL events that happens is a result of your thought processes, but for most of the time, it does have a certain correlation between what you think today and what can happen tomorrow. I agree that an imminent death that occurred couldn't be a result of the thought of that victim, but somewhere, somehow, things happen mysteriously for no apparent reason at all. Not everything can be explained in life as to why things happen a certain way. At the end of each day, it is important to take some time for ourselves and track our thought process of the day. Did I have more negative than positive thoughts? What was the highlight of my day? Could have I done anything to better my day? Did I hurt anyone today with my actions?

Since the next day is a new day, we are starting going through the same process as to determine what did we do right and how can we do better. If you feel you've done something horrible, you still can redeem yourself and fix the problem as the next day comes along. Nothing is lost, unless you just stay put and not do anything to fix what you've done wrong in life. What others do about their despicable act of cruelty is not really your problem. As long as you make the changes needed to grow as a good human being, your actions are of ultimate importance and never expect others to do good deeds towards you when they've done wrong to you. Many feel it's better to just avoid you instead of confronting you. This is the coward way to go and most use the path of least confrontation. Be different, as it takes a good person to admit their mistakes. We are all humans, and it is perfectly normal to make mistakes. You create your own path in life and by allowing only the positive to come into your life, you are enabling positive results to enter into your world for the years to come. Start today!
