How to Combine Two Powerful Mind Tools For Rapid Manifestation

What are your greatest goals? Hopefully you can easily answer that question. I know from experience that each of most likely have several goals in life. I also know that, not only do we want our goals and wishes realized, but we want them now. Or at least as quickly as possible.

Since we all want our greatest desires realized with as little waiting as possible, what are the quickest ways to get there? For years I have learned that, through the power of your mind and the power of God, you can go anywhere you want to go. Prayer is certainly a helpful option, and the two ideas I've been told consistently are affirmations and creative visualization. I have shared several posts about each, and I can certainly tell you that they are very effective.

In case you don't know, I will provide the basics here. Affirmations are positive words and phrases you say to yourself over and over again. Creative visualization is using your imagination and playing pictures in your mind of you being the person you want to be and experiencing the life you want to experience. They work well because they affect the subconscious mind, which is the part of your brain makes you the person that you are.

In the past I have done these two things separately. I would spend some time stating affirmations, then later times visualizing. However, I have recently discovered an even more effective way to use these tools to manifest my goals even faster. I have found that an effective key is to use affirmations and visualization together at the same time.

I will say that I am certainly not a multi-tasker, which is one reason it's taken me this long to realize the power of this. However, it's not difficult to do, and if I can do it so can you. Keep your affirmations simple. I have said simple statements, like wealth, God-power, love, joy, etc. Then at the same time, I picture a visual representation. For example, if I say wealth, I spend some time visualizing money. Then I eventually see myself enjoying the benefits of having this wealth and living my life as if I have the exact amount I am looking for. It has a very powerful effect. If you know the Law of Attraction, you know that powerful, positive focus and feelings can only bring you what you are seeking rapidly.

Another reason this is effective is because it doesn't allow the subconscious to question it. Often times when people do affirmations, the mind doesn't believe it because it has been so negatively conditioned. For example, you can affirm "I am wealthy", but it is not effective. This is because your mind is then responding, "No I'm not!". By just saying wealth or power or whatever you are seeking, there is no resistance. Then when you picture it, you start to believe it. That is because your subconscious mind cannot tell the difference between a real or imagined event. Once it is convinced of something, it believes it as truth. That's how your beliefs are formed, and then you act accordingly.

I have experienced an unbelievable confidence and power in my life since I began affirming and visualizing at the same time. I can see and feel my faith increasing, and I am knowing that it's only a matter of time before some long awaited goals are reached. The same can be true for you. Affirm great things in your life that you want. Then immediately see it happening in your mind through visual representations and seeing and feeling yourself experience it. You too will be more confident and willing to make your goals happen. Enjoy the blessings: )

If I Could: A Hopeful Prayer for Healing

If I could, I'd wash away the sadness.

I would wrap you in my arms and hold you against me, pressed against my chest. I would protect you from everything that makes you unhappy and reduces your spirit. Gently, I'd wipe away the tears and hold gently your head between my hands, looking you deep in the eyes, reminding you without words that I am with you no matter what comes. We'd embrace again, a little too long; yet as we pulled apart, we'd eke out delicate smiles as we went our separate ways for the day, confident in the awareness that we'd be together safely again come evening.

If it was up to me, I'd banish the fear.

Standing bullishly, steel-tower upright and strong; arms crossed over my chest, facing into the bleak; I'd defend you as you stood behind me. Nothing would pass to bring you agony. No harm could penetrate. An invisible shield lovingly guarding you from all that might bring to you hurt, or cause you to cower fearfully in the dark places. The soft, bright, warm glow of inner strength would flood over you until you again could stand tall beside me. At that point, arm-in-arm, the two of us would face the day, supported by each other, looking forward to the future once again.

If it was in my power, I'd eliminate the worries.

I would keep us in the present, realizing all that happened has gone and what is yet to come is powerless until it appears. We would rejoice in the Now, infused with the awareness that, in this moment, at this point in time, despite the maelstrom that swirls around us near and far, we are safe and secure and together. Remembering that this moment is all we have; for the past cannot be changed and the future is still a formless shadow. Anxiety would subside. We'd breathe deeply again, filling our lungs with peaceful calm, and savor the perfect moment of the here and now.

If there was a way to accomplish it, I'd heal away the illness.

Should it be something of which I was capable, I'd wave a wand, or pray to God, or meditate in silence high atop a summit; forcing away the sickness that has enveloped us. There would be no virus; no death counts on the television nor health alerts published in the news. Social distancing would become an oxymoron as we'd crowd together in too-tight spaces, overjoyed to be close to friends and even to strangers. We would hug each other with joy and abandon. Masks would be reserved for costume balls and Halloween parties. We'd all together raise our glasses and sing songs to the rafters of happiness and health.

Should I have my druthers, things would be different.

We would celebrate the small events and praise the educated and the health care providers for keeping us in strong well-being. Our classrooms and playgrounds would again be full with the unbounded eagerness of children, keen to learn and play. Patrons would flood out from movie theaters at the end of a summer blockbuster, their excited chatter filling the parking lot, as they went their many ways, driving to bustling restaurants and bars and standing in lines waiting, fearlessly, for tables in crowded establishments. There would be no reminders on the floor to "stand here" and hand sanitizer would never again be a pre-condition to enter a building.

If it was my decision, things would be so unlike they appear today.

There would be more joy and fewer tears. Politics would be a healing force, not one used to create more "us" and "them." There would not be videos of department store customers tossing merchandise on the floor, acting like screaming ghouls because they were asked to protect the public health. Group homes would not instill fear, but rather stand for protection and support; as they are supposed to do. We would no longer cross the street to avoid passersby, instead continuing on, even waving and possibly shaking hands.

Alas, these powers are not mine to have nor give.

Therefore, as we go through these trying times together, I wish for each of us that we stay healthy, keep strong, hold each other close in love and light, and know that there is a new, bright, sunny day waiting for us when we rise again; which most assuredly we will do.

The Magical Life

You have got to believe in something inside and outside of yourself, I realize that, for life to mean anything. But, here is the catch to that simple sentence: You have got to think for yourself about what you believe in, you have got to know for yourself if it works or not. The responsibility to lead yourself in where you go falls on you as it falls on me. Sure, I could write in a less blunt way about this subject. Indeed, though, I would genuinely feel I am doing you wrong and creating bad cause and effect for myself (Bad Karma). So, I am going to endeavor here to tell the honest truth, and create good cause and effect for myself (Good Karma).

When we look at things with a different and more conscientious consciousness and genuinely think for ourselves, everything becomes easy not to take for granted, even a normal church day on Sunday becomes wonderfully magical where God or Intuition speaks through normal situations that take on a whole new meaning, right down to prayer and affirmations of faith and belief. So, I will skip to this look for the magical in all things normal and strange, and magic there will be, right down to simply and consciously enjoying a normal day in genuine ways that does not take things for granted. To lift a line from singer Paul Simon, medicine is magical and magical is art, and I genuinely believe magic can be found anywhere, everywhere and all the time if we just genuinely perceive it, act on it, affirm it and appreciate it.

When I think about all of the above, I cannot take a thing for granted, not even my relationship with my Mom. Although things do get a little contentious between us at times seemingly with small arguments and little disagreements. They blow over, and I love her very much and all and I genuinely respect her and listen to her. In fact her advice is the greatest magical medicine for me, because she gives me a better slant on things I otherwise would not have.

Beyond that, I genuinely take nothing for granted though, not even "given realities". I truly know what it means when it is said in the Christian King James version of the Bible, The Book of Matthew, Matthew Chapter thirteen, Verse twelve For whosoever has, to him shall be given, and he shall have more abundance: but whosoever has not, from him shall be taken away even that he has. Sure, I edited that saying a bit. Indeed, though, you get that picture. It could say: To those who take things for granted without genuine appreciation that which they have will genuinely leave or be taken away, to those who do not take things for granted with genuine appreciation, they will genuinely get better and more. I reversed the order of the verse too, because of something I believe fully about life. If we do not get "it", we never get "it" until we get "it". If we do genuinely get it, we can grow genuinely.

I spelled out a lot here, some will get it, some will not. But, all I know is that the value is there, and I do not take what I write for granted. With that reality humbly and consciously given, I can say what I mean and mean what I say.

What If This Was Your Last Day?

If today was your last day on earth, how would you like to spend it? Would it be the same as a regular day or would you spend it differently? How different would it be?

Following is a list of stuff that I would like to do differently if this was my last day. Read on.

  1. I would be full of compassion and act kind towards everyone I meet.
  2. I would send greetings emails to my sisters who live abroad and call my brother late in the evening after he gets back home from work.
  3. I would order something from Food Panda and share it with Mom.
  4. I would write my will, saying how I would want my life savings to be split.
  5. I would call my favorite aunt and have a chitchat with her.
  6. I would open my personal Facebook account and see which of my friends are online and knock those I feel like at the moment and chat with them.
  7. I would visit my Dad's grave and say a silent prayer.
  8. I would pray a silent prayer for myself.
  9. I would visit the nearest orphanage center and cancer hospital and talk to those orphans or sick people. I would donate generously to their funds.
  10. I would walk in mother nature and get connected to the Divine Earth and experience joy. I would do it for a while until I have consumed enough energy. I would walk back home happily.
  11. I would buy candies and chocolates abundantly and give them away to the children of my community. Watching the beautiful smiles on their faces, I would start smiling a lot myself.
  12. I would keep some time for myself for self-care. I would shampoo my hair and shower. I would cut off my finger and toe nails. I would put powder on my face in the heated summer time. I would put lotion on my hands and feet. I would decorate my face and wear a perfume.
  13. I would listen to the audio tracks of my favorite songs by John Denver and Abba. I would be in perfect spirit. The music will heal my fears and agonies.
  14. I would like to have a light meal at the end of the day and go to pleasant sleep, a while later, thinking probably I would die in my sleep as the doctor said this was my last day. It would be an amazing miracle if I do open my eyes in the morning and prove to my doctor that he was wrong all along.

Summing up, this is how I would tackle my day if it were the last, facing everything courageously and jubilantly. How would you confront your day if this was the end of your journey on this mighty planet? Would you slump down and regret or pass time fruitfully and happily like me only to realize that you would live longer - much longer than your doctor ever anticipated?

A Prayer to Come Out of Your Current Situation to a More Positive & Empowering One

Photo Of Woman Wearing White Shirt

There are moments of despair or crisis we have to get along everyday life. What I give in this article is a wonderful magical prayer that will work almost every time to come out of your situation to land in a more positive one. Read on to find out.

This prayer can be said at any time of the day and can be shortened or expanded as you like. It concentrates mainly on gratitude as it will work wonderfully with the Universe to pay you better times. There are however, other aspects as well, for example, what you desire from God fervently and how to say it to get it. It covers aspects such as, why you are a believer of God and let Him know it and also how to ask for forgiveness from God for making mistakes, if any, while saying your prayer.

Here goes:

Thank you Almighty God for all blessings. Advanced thanks for those blessings that are already on the way to come to me.
The way you have kept your grace over me, I hope and pray that you will continue to do so and protect me.
I am a believer of You because I consider you, God, the Almightiest, the most Gracious and the most Merciful. As a believer of God, my prime desire is to ask You to cease to give me hard hardships, punishments, lessons or disappointments. My biggest desire is to ask for the things that I have already asked You about.
I ask for abundance and prosperity.
I ask for good health of my family and me as well as friends and well wishers.
I ask for wellness & safety of all concerned.
I lay my problems in your hands. Please solve them for me. You can fix anything.
I trust in You, believe in You, have faith in You and rely on You. I trust in myself, believe in myself, have faith in myself and rely on myself.
Always give me the right guidance and show me the right way.
Thank you God for all blessings, I repeat.
If I have erred somewhere in saying this prayer, I ask for your forgiveness.
Please cease to give me shortcomings or the severe tests on me.
I hope everyone softens towards me.
I hope I can proceed towards my desired destination.
Thank you for all the blessings, I repeat.

This is the magic wonderful prayer that will work wonders. Say it as often as you like and you will benefit.

It really is simple but it covers everything you would like to change your situation to a more improved one.

I only talk about how you should ask for everything you desire in general. But you can make your own statements for something more personalized.

You can add your own statements about your guilt & sins and ask for forgiveness from God.

What I really like about this prayer is its simplicity and the general topics it covers so adequately and subtly that you cannot really miss out on something important about everyday life. So pay attention to its style and content and there is much you will acquire.

This prayer is good on the overall in that it flip flops your thoughts to more positive ones and therefore your situation also changes accordingly.

Hello Darkness, My Old Friend, I've Come to Talk With You Again. (By Steve Wickham)

Empathy in the individual is a massively important quality. Though it is a felt kind of trait, not strictly related with intelligence quotient, I think it is a cornerstone in the development of intelligence. Here's why. When we have the capacity of feeling for others, we truly connect with our world and the fiasco of self is ended.

At least that is the theory!

But empathy isn't the end of it. It's just the beginning. Once our empathy is acquired it doesn't stay with us statically; it can grow or rescind. We may develop it, but the tricky thing is we can also grow our skill for tapping artificially into it. In other words, we can learn to fake it.

Anyone can appear caring.

We need to be suspicious about those who appear as caring without actually feeling moved.

But the truth is that's me. There's a darkness in me to be able to continue as a pastor and counsellor and not be traumatised. Some would call it a thick skin. I know I'm capable of feeling enormous empathy, but it's moderated hugely now by my mind. Of a sense, I can control it. On one level such control is good. It helps me do my job. But at another level I feel cut off from what I could possibly be feeling. Or, I mourn the fact that I'm not as emotional as I once was or upset by things many other people are. In a weaker moment, I can truly wonder if there is darkness in me to the degree that my conscience is somewhat seared. But I know what I think, and that convinces me - my thinking conveys reprehensibility for the things that would otherwise gut me.

See how there is the entrance into the reality of my darkness. I'm not afraid of finding out how dark my soul could be. It would trouble me where I was to find darkness. And it has. But it only troubles me to the degree that I am impelled to do something about it. Yet this is just one example. I am still vulnerable in areas where I think I'm right, where I could be wrong, where pride can still be the predictable initial response. Pride is never too far away as an immediate response I must be awake to. Pride driven of fear that I'm not, in fact, all that I think I am. Still, there are hidden darknesses that I am yet to be made aware of that elicits the prayer, 'God, have mercy on me, a sinner.'

You may have heard the song The Boxer by Simon and Garfunkel, which says, 'A man hears what he wants to hear and disregards the rest.' This is so true to our human nature, that we cannot see what others see, and what others see we disregard, because we can only see our truth, and it forever polarises us in conflict with others who disagree. We are forlorn to war and battle and to decry justice and to fight for 'justice', and the biggest irony of all is the supposed social justice warrior insists they are right, and if only things were turned their way all would be right with the world. Sorry, I don't buy it. Yet, there are those on the Right who cannot bear that they also might be wrong. I see so much at the polarities that is untrustworthy. Both sides manipulate truth to satisfy their need and prop up their position.

Could it be possible that we are all wrong?

If all of us could be wrong, and if only God can truly be right, all the time, what might that convince us to do? The trouble is, especially in the Christian world, we tend to think that God is on our side, when there are other Christians who see the world differently and believe God is on their side. Could it be possible that we are both partially right? If that is true, we are both partially wrong, as well. Where does all this thinking lead us?

Hopefully it leads us to the place of bringing our sinful opinionatedness to the cross, to confess our need of Jesus, and to repent toward the possibility of those truths that we cannot yet see. All we need to do is acknowledge that we cannot see everything.

We can only fix 'us' in Jesus' name.

The 'other' is the Holy Spirit's project.

Imagine this scenario: standing before God's Judgment Seat on the day we finally meet Him.

We hear the record of our lives. Together with our record as it is read out, we hear others' records read out; those whose lives paralleled ours, and especially, as it pertains to this topic, we hear those records of those people we might praise and despise.

Gradually we are enlightened as we listen, and begin to comprehend the facts we never knew, which are the things we always did that we thought were right but that weren't wholly right, and those things that others did that we thought were wrong, that weren't wholly wrong.

We hear the record of this other person we could not forgive, and for the first time in our lives we see how truly lovable they are, because the perception of God is added to us.

We begin to see who they actually are from the experiences that had shaped their lives. And suddenly there is a sense of remorse, because we did not, or chose not to, see what we could have always seen if only we had been openhearted.

In the immediacy of this moment, suddenly God makes us angelic to the point that all our eyes can see is truth, and from that truth is the full portion of grace, because, for the first time in our lives, we understood that grace can only be understood and extended from the perspective of the fullness of truth.

Then, after seemingly a long silence and pause,

God speaks these words gently:

'You seem surprised, My son/daughter.

'Did you not assume that you too had blind spots? Did you not plan for this day? Did you assume all along that you had read me right, whilst thinking all along others who love me read me all wrong? Did you assume that the moment you pledged yourself to Jesus resolved your sin in its entirety? Were you not concerned at all that from the moment you pledged to follow My Son that you did not grow as much as you ought to have? Do you arrive here imagining you are at the top of the hierarchy of mortals in heaven? Did you live your life that way? Of course, you are thinking right now, "You know it all, God, so I really have no defence." Of course, the prosecution rests, for My questions of you are not judgment as you think they are Judgment. Until now you have been geared to think of everything against your view as judgment. I offer these rhetorical questions to you to bring you to the truth that causes repentance, which is an eternal commitment to and commission for the truth.

'My Grace has covered you; you are loved and you are mine, but I would not love you if I did not bring this truth to you. Now, enjoy my heavenly kingdom, knowing you can only now do good and be good to all.'

What if our world was suddenly full of people, every single one of us, who saw immediately where we were wrong, instead of being right all the time? Of course, this is not a picture of earth, it is a picture of heaven on earth, but not of the new heaven and earth where there will be no wrong.

Could it be our opportunity, here as we live our lives, to live with our wrongness at the forefront of our awareness, as the principal modus operandi for living at peace with everyone, so far as it depends on us?

I started this article talking about empathy. If we, ourselves, do not have empathy we have no hope of realising the potential that God stowed in us from the beginning.

Please do not think this is referring to anybody else but yourself. It is so common for each of us to think about how others lack empathy or exude it too much, without facing the question for ourselves.

This is your time. This is your question.

Before the Lord of all the Ages.

This could be your opportunity to truly ask how devoted you are to truly following Jesus. What a golden opportunity it is, before your time, and mine, is up.

It is up to us to tell on our darkness before the darkness tells on us.

It's time to be honest and to ascribe honesty as our covenant of allegiance to Christ.

This I Believe: Open Mindedness Is The Way, Closed Minded Thinking Is Not

In this life, there is more to all of this than meets the eyes. Thought, prayer, and actions are not an exception. Let me put it this way, if there was less to reality than meets the eyes, we would still be in trees grooming each others hair and eating raw meat, not, getting ever more and more interesting technologies.

The open mind is the way to go, everything else is just below the open mind just waiting to be made obsolete. What can be conceived and believed can be achieved, all we have to do is light the way beyond the closed mind. Sounds simple enough, until someone whispers or screams "impossible!"

Impossible is a word that says to everything around it "finished, I have found all of the limitations to this." I know that is not reality, because science fiction in yesteryear is coming real today in rational ways. For example, what is a Star Trek communicator device but a cell phone? Or this one: What are three dimensional material printers when they manufacture things? Anyhow, nothing is really or rationally impossible except if we declare it so too strongly. The possible is simply something to grow on to the next level with, not the limit.

I am a strong believer in the genuinely open mind that is open to infinite possibility, and realities beyond the normal. Normal now, when you really think about it, is obsolete later. Reality is fluid possibility then, is it not? It is not a fixed normality that does not change.

So, to "up the pace" of this article, I want to say that thought controls and attracts that upon which it is directed, all possibilities and "impossible" things included. What I mean by that is that even thoughts and ideas have a basis in reality if they can be conceived. I bet the Catholic Church secretly still does not like Galileo Galilei or Nicholas Copernicus too much either because of that reality of ideas, and genuine new realities proved by them through the centuries of evolving reality. But all normality now started as a "strangely new" idea then. That is also my point in this article. Better ideas are the ultimate affirmation of the open mind, staying put with the normal and known are the pet ideas of the closed mind. All we have to do is step beyond the boundaries and there we are in the new and untried, and sometimes better.

My Greatest Reality

Sure, I become what I constantly pray about, but Earl Nightingale paved the way with "we become what we think about". That is a point of this article, and the overall theme of this article. Reality is what we make it, sure. But constant and consistent thought and prayer make it what we want it to be. Sure, action has a lot to do with it, but, the overall thought and prayer behind the action is what makes it all. That is the big "rub" in it all. Without thought and prayer that is positive and life affirming, we cannot do anything worthwhile.

What do I mean by the above? Here is what I mean: The laws of life are gravity, cause and effect and all of that. What we put in with our genuine energies overall is what we get. If we put in good, we get good. If we give, and work in good ways, we ultimately get that. If we put in sneaky behavior and greed, we get that. If we put in bad, we especially get that. Ultimately, life reflects us all and life is genuinely fair. Without that sense of fairness however, like the laws of gravity, cause, effect and reality, life will not ultimately or obviously work for us as conscious beings.

So, what do I mean by the above? I will use Earl Nightingale terms to explain it. Say we have two plants, and plant them in the ground. One a seed of corn which is food and the other a seed of nightshade or belladonna which is poison. We plant them in the ground like we plant our thoughts and actions in reality. Like the plants, the thoughts and actions grow into realities. What should we expect? We should expect reality to ultimately grow what we plant either in thought or in the ground. That is what I mean by cause, effect, gravity and reality working in fair ways. We get back ultimately what we put in.

So, that brings me to the point of affirmative positive prayer power. What do we get when we pray in a good way and back it up with beneficial actions? If you answered that question like I thought you answered it, that is exactly right. We get benefits and good.

On the other hand what if we plant negative curses, destructive revenge and doubt. Then we get that.

So, I end this way, what we plant in thought or in deed, is what we all get.

The 8 P's of Success

Every time I try to cook rice, I either end up having mini popcorns or my rice end up turning into a thick paste of porridge. Trust me, I have tried and you can say I haven't succeeded yet. Success, according to Oxford dictionary, is achieving something that you have been trying to do or get. Though this is not exhaustive, here are the 8 P's of Success.

1. Purpose

Find and have something worth living and dying for. Your purpose could be raising your children or making a difference in other people's lives. When you find your purpose, life takes on a new and different meaning.

2. Passion

Sleep, walk, talk and see yourself achieving your vision and goals. Say you want to be a better parent or salesperson, the more you repeat and affirm this to yourself and those near you, the better off you are. Constant affirmations help to remind us of our goals.

3. Persistence

Don't give up even when you don't see results. Most of the time, results don't appear in relation to the efforts you might be putting into achieving your desired goals. The good thing is; something is happening beneath the surface and you need to keep doing your best in order to see your desired results.

4. Practice

Keep working. We have all heard the saying, if at first you don't succeed; keep trying, again and again. Constant practice helps teach us how to do it better. Make sure you keep going whether there are results or not.

5. Patience

Be patient with those who should (but don't understand) your vision or goal. And above all, be patient with yourself. Often when people don't affirm us or fail to recognize and appreciate our efforts, it isn't cause we are failures. It could be because they don't understand know how best to encourage or affirm us. Look at it this way. The fact that you are having an umbrella doesn't stop the rain from falling from the skies! You should, in like manner keep going.

6. People

Have people around you, even those you cannot stand because they will help you to improve. Seek their opinion, listen and soldier on knowing that no man has succeeded in becoming an island. Read books, listen to audio tapes, ask questions and attend motivational speaking engagements.

7. Prayer

Involve God in everything you do by seeking His guidance, provision, wisdom and the grace to keep going on.

8. Plunge in

Launch into what you want to do and just get it done. Do not give procrastination a foothold in your life. Do not wait for the perfect and ideal situation, environment or time. Just go for it and give it your best. Remember, you don't have to see it on your family tree to attempt it.

"The person you struggle with the most, has the most to teach you... about yourself." - Shawne Duperon

Conditional Trust Taking a Pass on Destiny

How human it is to set a goal, decide what we need to achieve it and offer up a prayer advising all the things we need for victory, one that claims advance victory only to learn that the rules were not, 'Let's make a deal, but rather 'This is the deal.' Conditional trust is common in our lives, this means we trust completely if we can see and control the outcome. With this approach the greatest good we can ever receive is limited by what we can see and believe. Thankfully the hand of one much more powerful than us guides us through life, one that can see much farther. This hand controls our destiny if we let go and allow it. And so, many times the answer is, 'No deal.'

Conditional trust, no matter where it is applied, attempts to control outcomes. Unconditional trust means we are mature enough to accept results even when we do not understand them. That resounding 'No' that was so disappointing was not random. It was a directive to be still and allow something much better to enter the scene. That something will launch you to a new level in your destiny; your life plan may be much bigger than you can imagine. It is also a reminder that the things your 'must haves' make you vulnerable to limiting wrong turns and can be used against you. Be careful when you make your 'must have' list in life.

It takes courage to accept a 'No' for something that seemed so perfect and is important. Yet difficulties challenge us to grow, to look beyond the obvious. Difficulties do not defeat, they promote. A part of great success is learning to trust the life process, to stand where we are with a good attitude.

Every person has a purpose, an opportunity to grow and something to do. We did not haplessly enter life to float about like an untethered canoe in the ocean of life. We are here to be bold, to snatch opportunity from the hands of fate and victory from the claws of defeat. We need to find joy in the journey. We came to win. We are encouraged to dream and to hold tightly to your dreams, even while we are asked to cling loosely to the method of realizing those dreams. We cannot have an attachment to the process of winning.

Destiny lies before you like a distant horizon line. When you approach it with conditional trust the expanse is narrowed to what you can see clearly leaving so many opportunities you could not see scattered to the winds. Dare to believe and you will be amazed at what you can achieve!

Speak Up, Take the Pledge (By Barbara Altman)

Close-up Photo of Man Wearing Black Suit Jacket Doing Thumbs Up Gesture

Take the pledge for yourself, for your neighborhood, for your country, and for the world.

What a gift God gave us when we were created with the ability to speak. No one knows this better than those of us who are challenged with vocal problems.

I start each music therapy session at a local nursing home with the pledge of allegiance. Three weeks of inability to speak made it much more meaningful. What does it mean speak the pledge of allegiance? To whom do we make that promise? When we speak those sacred words, we are pledging to our country. Is it not possible to pledge allegiance to self? How about speaking fidelity to our neighborhood, to our church, and to the world?

Think about it. What does it mean to speak out? What does it mean to take the pledge? What does it mean to speak the truth?

What does it mean to have allegiance to self? Consider the following ten possibilities:
  1. I promise to pursue good health. Happiness and success are difficult to achieve if one's health is not in order. I know that to be a fact.
  2. I promise to have a healthy diet. A healthy diet excludes sugar, gluten, most grains, and all pasteurized dairy. A healthy diet includes small amounts of protein and large amounts of vegetables. Most Americans eat way too much protein. Protein amounts should be extremely small.
  3. I promise to have daily prayer time. Morning prayers set the stage for a productive day, for happiness, and for a deep connection with God
  4. I promise to go to Church every Sunday. Weekly worship with like minded people raises levels of consciousness.
  5. I promise to speak up in defense of children. When we speak up to protect the vulnerable members of society, we speak up to protect ourselves.
  6. I promise to maintain a healthy weight. Obesity is the number one health problem in today's world. Weight control is essential for good health.
  7. I promise to love myself. Love self first and proceed to love others out of that love of self.
  8. I promise to stay in contact with my family. That's not always easy. But family contact is important for one's well-being.
  9. I promise to forgive those who have hurt me. Resentment adds to stress levels. Forgiveness promotes healing.
  10. I promise to speak my truth for the good of all. Only speak the truth when everyone benefits from hearing it.

Six Morning Rituals That Help to Kick Off a Good Start Into Every Day

Have you ever thought of some wonderful morning rituals to help you to give a good start into every single day? If your day starts off fine, chances are it will end off super good as well. Well, you are the driver of your days and nothing is as good as performing a few morning rituals to make a great start into your days. So what are some of these rituals? Read on to find out.

The rituals I am about to mention take less than an hour. So I recommend them daily for your greatest advantage. Here goes:

1) A Small Prayer

Start off your day saying a small prayer. Include in it what your desired elements are for the day that you would like to come to fruition. Include praying for your family and yourself and also two extra great persons in your life whom you love. That way you are bound to feel good and have a good morning start.

2) A Meditation Exercise

The meditation exercise does not have to be extensive. Just breathe in and out 20 times or as much as possible initially and then extend it to 20 times or more.

3) Left Hand Writing Ritual

With your left hand, date in a notebook and start writing with your left hand the following statement:

I am getting ahead in life step by step one day at a time.

Now this is a powerful exercise as well. Because you cannot write quickly and steadily with your left hand, you will always be aware of what you are writing and it will fixate in your mind, making your statement a reality.

4) 15 seconds of positive thoughts

Try to come up with powerful positive thoughts and dwell upon them for 15 seconds. Here are a few to help you:

a) Every day in every way I am getting better, better and better.

b) My life is a great adventure.

c) I love the way just as I am.

d) I have an abundance of energy and I am of great vibes to others.

e) Wealth and prosperity flow easily towards me.

f) I go higher and stronger with life's challenges.

5) A Gratitude Journal

Keep a gratitude journal by your bedside and every morning write five things you are grateful for in your life. Now why is that a powerful exercise? It allows you to count the blessings in your life. The more you find them, the more they flow into your life.

6) A Short Positive Content Self-Help eBook

Instead of reading news in the morning, read a short positive content self-help eBook and fill your soul and mind with energy and vigor. I promise it will do you a lot of good instead of reading news which contains a whole lot of negative content all the time.

All the six rituals are terrific and make a great start into your day. The positivity will exude from you and others you come in touch with will catch your vibes and feel positive too. So make it a point to carry out all the six rituals under an hour every morning. That way not only you become happy but wealthy as well full of rich thoughts plus you are off to great start into your mornings as each single day passes by.

My Greatest Reality

People, Man, Guy, Mustache, Virtual Reality, Vr, Video

What Makes an Energy Healer Powerful?

Image result for healer

The quality of her consciousness.

A healer is powerful when he or she:

  • Is a clear open channel for healing energies.
  • Has clearly focused intention.
  • Is grounded.
  • Is open to infinite possibilities.
  • Is heart-centered.
  • Is filled with integrity.
Let's explore these qualities together.

A powerful healer is a clear open channel for healing energies.
To be a "clear open channel" requires that a healer continually works on herself to raise her consciousness and maintain her openness to receive and work with the highest frequencies possible.

This means that the person is committed to her own spiritual path and to their service as a healer. Working on oneself includes, but is not limited to these activities.

  1. Eliminates limited thinking and beliefs that can interfere with bringing through healing energies.
  2. Knows how to manage her own emotions so that they don't get "dumped" onto the one receiving the healing.
  3. Clears one's own channels daily so that more energy and a wider variety of frequencies can be channeled for purposes of healing.
  4. Begins each session with a prayer asking to be a "clear channel" and ends each session by clearing herself, the healing space, and everyone in that space.
A powerful healer has clearly focused intention.
For a healer, a clear, focused intention requires three things:

  • Knowing what your own intentions are as a healer.
  • Asking the one receiving the healing to tell you their intentions
  • Making sure that your intentions and your client's intentions are aligned.
Aligning your intention as a healer with the intention of your client is very important because:

  1. Putting your own intentions over those of the one receiving the healing violates higher law and creates karma for the healer.
  2. Setting intentions that do not align with the life path and higher purpose of the one receiving the healing can cause problems for that being down the road.
  3. Muddled intention leads to muddled results.
A powerful healer is grounded.
To heal, you must be grounded, meaning that your consciousness must be present in all parts of your own physical body and connected to the Earth!

  1. A healer cannot heal issues in the lower parts of their own body unless she is willing to be fully present with therein.
  2. To fully experience your life path, you have to be fully in all your energy bodies.
  3. A powerful healer is grounded so she can assist her clients to also become grounded.
  4. A powerful healer is Open to Infinite Possibilities.
Being open to infinite possibilities opens the door for miracles.

By setting that intention, the healer gets him/herself out of the way so that healing can happen.

A powerful healer is heart centered.
Being consciously heart centered means you are more likely to offer Divine Love and Compassion to your clients, and that is the basis for powerful healing.

A powerful healer is filled with integrity.
"Integrity" means having coherence within yourself because all your "parts" are fully integrated.

"Integrity" means that you say what you mean, mean what you say, and follow through with your commitments.

"Integrity" means telling yourself the truth about yourself. "To thine own self be true." Only when you do that, can you be honest with others.

"Integrity" is necessary for trust. If you have integrity, all parts of you trust yourself, and others can trust you, too. To be a powerful healer, you must be trustworthy.

How to decide if a healer is the best match for you.

When seeking an energy healer, you can determine to what degree someone meets these criteria by asking your body to help you sense or feel whether the person is a good match for you, your animal, or another family member.
  • You can use muscle testing, a pendulum, or just tune into your own body.
  • Think of the healer you are considering contacting.
  • Go through the list of characteristics and ask, in each case, to what degree you feel this person meets the criteria.

Getting Closer To Achieving Your Dreams, Reaching Your Goals

The magic trick you've been waiting for, right here in this article, read on. Remember those goals and dreams that you had last year, and the year before? Remember that list that you had, some called it the 'bucket list' but you call it your 'adventure list'? Yes, those lists, that's what I'm talking about. Remember those? How far did you get on those lists? Have you tackled number one? Have you gone down the list checking off your hopes and dreams and wishes, one at a time? Have you accomplished what you set out to do, about your adventure list?

Okay, so what number did you get to, after you tackled number one on the list? Listening. I'm listening. What's that you say? Kidding? No joke?

You haven't 'been there, done that'? You haven't tackled anything on the list? You haven't accomplished even one thing? Stop! Stop right there, even before you begin. Because there's a trick you can use that will help you tackle that list quicker than you have in the past. And there's a trick you can use to accomplish all the tasks on your list, one item at a time, and you will finally be successful in making a dent in your adventure list before another decade passes you by.

First, you must admit to yourself, and remind yourself that you do have goals, wishes, hopes and dreams and you do, finally, want to tackle that list and pare it down to size. Once you admit that to yourself, you are on the road to success. So, what's the answer to the problem? What's the answer to the problem of "procrastination"?

Sitting? Ready? Seriously, are you ready? If so, then here goes. You just have to do three things, that's all, just three things. And those three things are the trick, the magic to make it happen in your life, before another decade passes.

But, in order for this to work, you must adhere to the three things and not leave out any step at all. You can't just do two of the things. You will not be successful if you do just one of those things. You need to do all three of those things... and keep on doing them and you will be on the road to success, the success of finally tackling your adventure list, the success of finally really accomplishing things on the list. You will be able to sit down, relax, and say to yourself after it all, "I did it! I finally did it! I completed the first thing on my adventure list! Now, to tackle item number two on the list.

Enough of the pep talk. Here's the list, the small, tiny list of three things you need to do in order for you to accomplish everything on your adventure list (or whatever the name of your list is).

Pray about it.
Remove one item from the list and place that item on a brand new piece of paper. Now, you have a list of "one", that's it, just one item.
Examine that one item and take one single step towards accomplishing your goal. (All of this is explained below).
First, the reasoning behind the success of this method. One of the biggest helps that you will find, in life, is prayer, the power of prayer in your life.

So first by praying about it, you are bringing in the most powerful Person in the world (God) to help solve your problem. And then the practical solutions of making the list shorter (so that it doesn't overwhelm you) does really help you get more done. You look at your list and see that you have only one thing to do. That alone relieves some stress. And when you have less stress, you can do more.

Now, how do you tackle even that one thing that is on your adventure list?

Don't tackle it! That's right. Instead of tackling that one thing on your list, break the one thing down into steps. One adventure could be broken down into five, ten or even thirty steps.

Once you break a task or a chore or an adventure into steps, it is easier to get started, and it's easier and quicker to get that accomplished.
