Autosuggestion, Hypnosis and the Mental Nucleus

Autosuggestion means the person's self-influence. Thus, the ego is not a consistent and crystallized unit. It consists of one part that can influence the other. The division of these two parts of the ego is simple: the influential side is comprised of the conscious part and the influenced side is in the subconscious. The conscious part of the human mind is just a tip of the iceberg compared to the grand and mysterious subconscious. Actually, we have no information about that part of the ego, which autosuggestion applies to.
In an attempt to conduct a kind of "virtual mapping" of the soul, with the aim of locating and distinguishing that abstract element of the subconscious that is sensitive to suggestion, the best method is evaluating the phenomenon of hypnosis, where suggestion takes on the most direct and focused manifestation.
The Ego Paradox
Beyond the fact that our ego is spread across conscious and subconscious, and that one part can influence the other, hypnosis demonstrates another phenomenon as related to the subconscious ego. It is just this part, which is supposed to be the solid nucleus underlying the conscious ego and which is actually the "core of the mind", it is this part that is liquid and unstable. It is where we expect the individual to maintain his strongest identity, that his identity is not solid at all. A person can easily be hypnotized into believing that he is someone completely different. A person can be hypnotized to believe that he is living in another place and time, and he will truly believe it. Furthermore, in some cases, a person can be hypnotized into believing that he is an animal and he may believe it in his hypnotic trance, and behave accordingly. When hypnosis was first discovered, there wasn't much awareness to the severe damage that it may cause to the human psyche. The pioneer practitioners would hypnotize young women into believing that they were hens - they believed it and clucked around - leading some of them to eventually lose their sanity.
The paradox, by which the main nucleus underlying human personality, is the weakest part of his personality, is not unique within the mind-body system. The brain itself, in which all of the sensations and emotions are concentrated, and which is the only organ that senses the body, including any pain or light touch, is actually insensitive and has no reaction to it being touched, pinched or cut.
Hypnosis demonstrates that the human mind conceals a central point that is not bound - not by place, not by time and not by the identity which the individual has developed throughout his lifetime. This part accompanies the individual from birth to death. We encounter it almost every night in dreams in which we find ourselves in another time, another place and, sometimes, bearing a different identity. If we liken the mind (or the psyche) to a virtual ball, the solid external crust is the conscious part, while the core - the point affected by hypnosis, as it circumvents all of the layers and surfaces around it - is the mental nucleus. It is because of the "ego paradox" and its confusing nature, that hypnosis still remains a scientific mystery and the mental nucleus remains unexposed.
An Explanation for the Ego Paradox
At birth, a child is, to a great extent, "tabula rasa" as related to his identity and personality. He is indeed born with genetic attributes, with an instinctive will to survive and with inherent egoism, and yet on all issues relating to his identity and personality, he is highly dependent upon the environment into which he was born. If, for example, he is raised among monkeys or wolves, he will grow to believe that he is a wolf or a monkey (despite feeling the difference between him and them). He will adjust to the environment in which he is living, adopt its customs and norms, feel that he belongs and identifies with it and construct his identity accordingly. He will do all that he can to fit the genetic data, with which he was born, to the reality in which he is growing up. Every baby that is born, regardless of the environment, goes on over the years to develop its character, nature, essence and identity, based on his genetic load and environmental factors.
The ego-building process that every person undergoes does not completely cover the mind, but rather leaves its core, to a great extent, in a neutral stance as relating to one's identity and personality. Around the core, layers of ego are built up, wrapping it and crystallizing thanks to achievements, experience, the development of self-confidence, reinforcements, status, property, etc. There are people who have created thick and solid layers of protection around the core of their soul, and there are those whose core is more exposed - but for all, it is liquid in terms of identity and personality.
In order to understand the reason for this, we must apply the "proof of the negative" method. Assume that the mind's nucleus is made up of opposite attributes, i.e. having a clear and crystallized, strong, solid and immutable identity. A person with such a nucleus would find it very difficult to adjust to the many changes that he undergoes in life. He would be unable to cope with the changes occurring to his body, his growth and aging, and the many different roles that he is required to fill throughout his lifetime. He would be unable to handle changes of place, time and living conditions. He would be completely unable to fill the role of another, to masquerade or veer from his stereotypical image. There is no doubt that such a life would be much duller, and that people would behave as sophisticated robots whose conduct and reactions are predictable always.
The weakness of the mental nucleus is also the secret of human strength, since the soul wishes to make up for the weak point therein by strengthening the ego layers covering its nucleus by, as stated, attaining achievements, respect and status.
If every person's nucleus were rigid, we would be free of many problems: no ego struggles, no wars for respect and status. All the phenomena demonstrating sensitivity, vulnerability, vindictiveness and jealousy would not exist. Furthermore, all the psychological problems relating to identity and personality, such as split personalities, fragmented personalities, failed personalities and various personality disorders, would not exist.
A rigid and solid nucleus would render the desire for achievements and self- fulfillment superfluous. A person with such a nucleus would feel no need to belong to any group. Nor would he feel the need for warmth and love, where it is intended to complete a missing part of his personality.
The need for creating and maintaining an identity, which accompanies the individual throughout his lifetime, is nearly equivalent to his will to survive, which is an inherent genetic factor. There is usually harmony between these two urges, but they might sometimes encounter conflicts. There are people who are willing to die to maintain their identity, dignity, status, independence or the social environment, to which they belong. On the other hand, under the threat of death, many would be willing to surrender their identity and alter it in order to protect their lives.
Suggestive Influence
There are three levels of suggestive influence: suggestion, autosuggestion and hypnosis. We are constantly exposed to suggestions, at every age and every place. They apply, directly and indirectly, to our subconscious and conscious, and can affect our thoughts, emotions, desires, opinions, consumer inclinations, etc. Suggestions do not usually penetrate deep into the mental nucleus.
Autosuggestion, on the other hand, is not directed to the conscious at all and does not intend to alter opinions or direct thoughts. It is completely directed toward the subconscious and its target is emotions.
Hypnosis has the strongest suggestive impact and it is capable of penetrating the mental nucleus. Here too, the weakness of the nucleus is the secret of its power, seeing that by being elastic, it can quickly recapture - following the hypnotic impact - its original form.

In Time, You Will Thank Me For This Article (By Joshua Clayton)

The use of affirmation does not take chance, luck or silly fear. It takes time and patience. But, how many of us do have that. Although, you may get a little offended by the answer, I am going to answer that question. Rhetorically, I can say this: You do not have time to do them, you do not have patience to wait for results, and you want it now! Other than that, affirmations work just fine for anyone, including you. So, be warned, this article is not for the few that have patience and time, and a realistic viewpoint. In a sense, I am humorously insulting you with a challenge to have the patience and realism to better your life.
Right now, I am thinking of self-hypnosis and autosuggestion concepts and the fact that they are actually easy to master, especially when you have the patience and realistic viewpoint to conquer yourself over time and work. But that is just it, you have to let it all seep into your subconscious like good sticky Asian, slow-cooked rice or soup. Indeed, the most powerful concepts of affirmation are those types of affirmation which involve self-hypnosis and autosuggestion, also (as I have realized) you have to allow them to work, you cannot force any issue or expedite the results. So, I ask this challenging question in the next paragraph:
Is there any reason you need it "now"? If there is, I understand. If there is not, I still understand, but I say have patience and be willing to put in the time and effort that you instinctively know it will take, it will work.
Speed is not power, but persistence is really power like a train engine locomotive working out to its highest speed slowly, but surely. My Dad lost his foot in 1979 to diabetes, and he wanted to get rid of his ghost limb feeling through hypnosis so he could get on with his life, and through that insufferable patience I inherited from him, he did, through a program of self-hypnosis and patient massage, care and understanding. The point and moral to that little sentence about my Dad is that through your own efforts and patient work you can empower yourself fully and master yourself. But through impatience and laziness, you will not even get out of the door on time.
After all, how do you think I overcame childhood asperger syndrome and adult onset schizo-affective disorder to be coherent, honest and intelligent enough to write this challenging, powerful and probing article that challenges you to master and take power over yourself? I consider myself only starting on the road, but I am always working on it, that is all I can say for myself humbly in this article.

Anxious About Being Shy? Let Hypnotherapy Conquer Your Shyness (By Bryan Knight)

Many years ago I was so shy I couldn't enter a restaurant, let alone speak to a pretty girl.
My stomach churned, my face became hot, my hands damp, my voice squeaky. Similar symptoms to decades later when I worked as a community organizer and had to face the media.
I wish I could tell you that hypnosis (more accurately, hypnotherapy) cured my shyness back then but unfortunately it was decades before I learned about hypnosis and its value in helping to conquer shyness.
Symptoms of Shyness
A shy person's symptoms may range from being unable to speak to an attractive member of the opposite gender to a full-blown phobia that completely isolates the sufferer psychologically or even physically (as in the case of an agoraphobic).
Everyday shyness contains three, intertwining elements:
- physiological signs such as blushing
- negative thoughts such as "everyone is looking at me"
- bad feelings such as shame, anxiety and loneliness.
These interwoven elements often result in avoidance behavior (such as my keeping out of restaurants or not speaking to attractive girls).
This behavior frequently causes non-shy people to label the shy person as "stuck up" or "aloof" thus completing the self-defeating circle and reinforcing the shyness.
Causes of Shyness
A person may be shy because of traumatic experiences, family background, culture, even genetics. Extreme shyness may be diagnosed as "avoidant personality disorder" which often has no obvious origin.
Lack of experience in social situations, isolation as a child in a home or community can contribute to shyness. Low self-esteem arising from the poor parenting skills of your caregivers can leave you vulnerable to shyness as an adult.
As can over-involvement with inanimate objects such as television and computers and video games.
If you have little occasion to acquire social skills no wonder you're frightened by the possibility of interacting with humans.
Coping with Shyness
Unfortunately, the most common way of coping is avoidance. Avoidance of places and people who arouse the anxiety within a person that causes them to feel shy.
Anxiety of a shy person is most evident when he or she is asked to speak in public.
Coping with that (very common) form of shyness requires changing your thoughts and to let go of the terrifying fear of rejection.
Shyness Treatments; Hypnotic Cures
Behavioural treatments for shyness involve exposure to the fear-inducing person or place. Thus I eventually became immune to shyness on entering a restaurant by making myself go into them.
Drugs are prescribed for some forms of shyness, especially those which include high levels of anxiety. However, reducing the anxiety with chemicals is only a stop-gap. While it is great to reduce the anxiety the so-called side effects may be worse than the apparent cure.
On the other hand, if taking prescribed drugs temporarily enables you to engage in psychotherapy or hypnotherapy, then that could be highly beneficial.
The safest route to cure shyness is the hypnotic route.
How To Stop Shyness with Hypnosis
There are two main ways hypnosis is used to overcome shyness: suggestive and analytical.
1. Positive Suggestion Hypnosis to Conquer Shyness
As the title sounds, this involves you, while in hypnosis, imagining yourself calm, confident and at ease in situations that previously had you feeling shy.
Coupled with powerful post-hypnotic suggestions this approach can result in a swift disappearance of the discomfort of shyness.
Positive Suggestion Hypnosis often incorporates techniques from behavioural psychology.
2. Hypnoanalysis to Get to the Root(s) of Shyness
The second way of using hypnosis is to get to the root cause(s) of your shyness. And then, of course, dealing with them. While the fact of you having no siblings, or coming from another culture or being ignored as a child for instance, cannot be changed, your perceptions and therefore your thoughts, behaviour and feelings can.
Hypnoanalysis requires a trained professional to guide you.
But you can use hypnosis on your own to tackle shyness. The Web is replete with downloads you can use for self-hypnosis to conquer your shyness.

How To Overcome Distraction & Live In Reality

Overcoming distraction is about knowing how to focus on two things at the same time, but exactly what those two things are not commonly understood or practiced.
Many of us go about our business in a state of sensual, mental or emotional distraction. An egregious example is seen in people walking around while phoning, texting or game playing - then walking into walls, falling into water fountains or wrapping their car around a tree. It would be funny if it weren't pathetic - like in the slapstick comedies of early film.
Distraction is a primary technique of hypnosis. When you're distracted you become open to the suggestion of the hypnotist or whomever or whatever is distracting you. A person standing on the corner looking up will cause many passersby to also look up. This is the power of suggestion.
To be distracted is to lose yourself - to lose your soul so to speak. Why? Because distraction is a departure or moving away from your center of being - which is your only true reference point as you interface with the world. Virtually all mistakes and misperception happens when in an incorrectly focused state of mind. You make the wrong decision every time.
Take, for example, the distraction of excitement. A stock technique of the high-pressure salesperson is to excite you about his product or service. Once excited you're virtually sold because excitement distracts you from your reference point of truth or reality.
When you get home and the excitement wears off, you scratch your head wondering why you bought or paid so much for that used car, time-share, "free" vacation or service you really didn't want or need. - Which is why many states require a 3-day cooling off period before a contract becomes binding. That the government has to protect us from ourselves reveals how little we understand about ourselves. How lacking in self-awareness we are.
The key to living in distraction-free reality is to cultivate a little distance from the person, place or thing you're relating to in a given situation. See, hear and respond both with your eyes and ears and your higher awareness. That's what we mean by "two things at the same time." It's relating with both a personal faculty - sense, thought or feeling, and your impersonal faculty - which is your awareness or knowing faculty, at the same time. One is necessary to check and empower the other.
Again, we're not talking about two personal things at the same time - like eating and reading; we're talking about one personal thing and one impersonal thing - like eating and awareness of eating. Distraction is trying to concentrate on two or more personal things at the same time, and that's the cause of distraction, misperception, error, and diminished performance.
Let Go Of Your Addiction Through Hypnosis
Addiction is an intimate dependency on something which may be characterized by physical or psychological attachment.
In the physical level, the body is familiar with a substance and withdrawal symptoms may be experienced without it. Common withdrawal symptoms involve excessive sweating, shaking, sleep problems, vomiting, and migraines. The psychological aspect includes the need to have the object to experience its effects on the body. Its absence pushes an individual to crave more for that object.
Treating Addiction through Hypnosis
Hypnotherapy is a treatment which helps those undergoing rehabilitation to cope with their cravings and prevent any relapse. A patient who seeks treatment has to completely detoxify his body systems before considering the treatment. This involves spending some time cleaning up.
A hypnotherapist guides the recovering patient into a trance-like mental state where the person accepts ideas and suggestions to his subconscious mind. Hypnotized individuals are more imaginative and become better problem solvers. The patients are provided to conquer their own addictive behaviors.
Success in Hypnosis
To make hypnosis successful and an effective treatment for addiction is the willingness of an individual to let go of his addicting habit or behavior. The treatment only suggests new perspective to the patient how he will benefit from changing his mindset. Ideally, it assists in refining an individual's preexisting thoughts about his addiction.
Effects of Hypnosis
For hypnotherapy process puts the patient in deep concentration. Hypnosis has a major role in preventing any relapse like among alcoholics wishing to quit drinking. The treatment reinforces the willingness to stop the bad habit.
Alcoholics can overcome the early hurdle of becoming sober. To remain sober is the main goal. This also requires full focus and being optimistic. In this process, the treatment becomes effective allowing the patient to be actively involved in his treatment. He is empowered to explore what may trigger the relapse and provide them tools to prevent a craving to happen.
Self-hypnosis at Home
In some instances, the hypnotherapist can train the patient to do self-hypnosis in daily living. Getting into a lightly hypnotic state is the best way to win over a craving in real-time. It helps to recover patients to avoid relapse.
Hypnosis is a powerful tool that can help the mind address thoughts and behaviors to block addiction. Under the careful guidance of a professional counselor, hypnotherapy can be an effective means to treat a number of ailments. This will ensure the patient's recovery and live a normal life again.
How To Easily Influence Anybody According To Their Reasons
Everybody would love to be more persuasive. But most people are pretty clueless on how to persuade others. For example, if you wanted a girl to give you her number, how would you ask? You might suggest getting together later, or maybe trying to beat around the bush or something. But what if there was a way to get girls to WANT to give you their number before you even asked? What if they offered their number to you?
Luckily, there is a way and it involves using some of the easy to learn techniques from covert hypnosis. What is this word magic you may ask? Well, it involves speaking in a way that you're saying one thing on one level, but something else on another level.
For example, you might be talking about the people around you, the couples that you see, how they are interacting with each other. But on a deeper level you are talking about love, and how people fall in love. And on an even deeper level, you are talking about you and her falling in love. So after only about twenty or thirty minutes of a normal sounding conversation, she is really eager to give you her contact information, or even more.
What's more, if you are already in a relationship, you can use these powerful techniques to make her beg for you to do things to her that YOU want. Not only that, but she'll enjoy them more than ever.
Of course, it goes without saying that such powerful technology can be abused. Many people have used these tools to get girls to fall madly in love them in a matter of minutes. But then later, when the guy is finished with her, the poor girl has her heart broken.
Many salespeople also abuse these tools. They use them to build up massive buying temperature in their clients, when they can't even afford the product! Needless to say, this is very evil and something you should never do.
But so long as you have their best interests in mind, using these techniques can significantly speed up the process of getting them very interested in whatever you want them interested in.
One word of caution though. Many people believe these are a set of language patterns to be memorized, and then used verbatim. This is definitely NOT the case. This is like learning another language. It takes time, and a lot of practice. But once you learn these powerful tools, you will be able to speak to people on many different levels. The best part is they'll decide to do what you want, for their reasons. Which means they'll rarely be any resistance!

Using Self Hypnosis To Overcome a Fear of the Dark
Most people, when they grow up, lose the fear of the dark when they're in a safe environment like their home or some other indoor environment.
But, just imagine for a moment, that you're in a shack in the middle of the forest, miles and miles away from the first road to civilization. It's pitch dark outside and you're just getting ready to go to bed.
You turn off the lights and lie down in your bed. Now it begins...
The sounds of twigs falling of the trees, night birds making sounds, perhaps an animal is making a racket somewhere in the vicinity of the shack.
Now, some people don't mind this and they fall asleep without a problem, but most would get an uncomfortable feeling.
Here we'll look at a simple yet extremely effective way to get rid of the fear of the dark, whether you're a child or an adult suffering from this uncomfortable issue.
The technique is called self hypnosis.
Self hypnosis is easy to do. The easiest way, if you don't want to buy a CD or download an MP3 from someone else, is to record your own session.
To effectively do self hypnosis, you'll need to do these four steps:
1.) Relax your mind to achieve at least a light trance
2.) Give yourself a suggestion to keep in this state throughout the session and reinforce this suggestion every now and again
3.) At a certain point give a suggestion that from now on everything you say will be acted upon immediately and taken as 100% truth by your unconscious
4.) Repeat your suggestions for ten to twenty minutes per session
Progressive relaxation technique
During this stage you can simply name the parts of your body from head to toes and suggest to relax every muscle in the region. You can add an imagery of a bright, warm, white light that slowly travels down your body and relaxes your muscles while doing so.
When you come to your toes, you can suggest two or three more times to relax your whole body even more, perhaps 100x times more each time.
When you've relaxed your body, you begin relaxing your mind. This is much easier to do when you're completely relaxed than when you're not (if you don't have the proper training before. Otherwise the relaxation itself isn't necessary for trance induction at all).
You relax your mind by suggesting to focus on your voice and to allow all other thoughts to melt away during the session.
You can proceed by deepening the trance by suggesting to breathe in deeply and as you take in your breath, you're waking up. Then hold your breath for a few seconds and as you release, you go hundreds if not thousands times deeper into trance than before.
This is called fractionation in hypnosis. Every time you go out of the trance and back in, you will go deeper every successive time.
Now that you've done this three to six times, it's time for the next step...
Suggest yourself to keep this state throughout the session
This is pretty self explanatory. Simply say something like: "Now, keep this wonderful state of trance throughout this session".
If you think it's necessary, you can also reinforce this by sliding this suggestion in every now and again (perhaps once or twice more per session).
Suggest that everything you say during this session immediately becomes 100% truth for you and your unconscious will act on it immediately
This is an important step that most of the self hypnosis books and courses forget to mention. Although without this step it will still work, this simple step makes the session much more powerful.
Deliver your suggestions
Now it's time to deliver your suggestions. I suggest you say something like this: "Now please repeat each of these positive suggestions after me" and then deliver them in the "I am" form instead of the "you are". You can do both if you want (make two sessions and see which one works best for you).
Make sure your suggestions are positive and don't use negatives.
For example, don't say: "I am not afraid of the dark any more" but rather say: "Every day my fear of the dark is getting smaller and smaller".
I also suggest you make about ten similar but different suggestions so that you don't get too bored. You can then loop the ten suggestions ten times to make the session approximately 20 minutes long.
Other suggestions might be something like this: "Every day I find night time more and more relaxing" or "Every day I feel more and more at ease when it's dark". Use your imagination.
Hypnosis Tips: How To Slip Your Ideas Into The Minds Of Others
Everybody's seen the movie, "Inception," right? How they can secretly plant ideas into the minds of others? That would be amazing, wouldn't it! Just for a moment, imagine you could really do that. You could slip ideas into other people's minds. What ideas would you put there?
"Buy my product." "Give me your phone number." "That's a great idea!"
But that's fiction right? Not really. The truth is there really is a way to get people to think the way you want them to. Of course, you should never abuse this. You should always make sure that the ideas you are getting other people to think are things they want to do anyway, right?
See, although you can abuse this power, it's not a good idea. Not just for moral or ethical reasons. Because if you do, people are going to know, and they are going to be very angry. So don't do it!
That being said, how do you use this wonderful technique of covert hypnosis?
Simple. It involves using a kind of vague language, in a way that they will have to fill in the blanks, in their mind, with their own experience.
For example, if you said, "Imagine the perfect piece of pizza, with cheese and mushrooms and some shiny anchovies on top, all topped with extra hot sauce!" Now, that would only make them hungry if they liked the same thing you liked. Most people don't like pizza with anchovies and hot sauce, so that sentence probably wouldn't work with too many people.
But how about this sentence:
"Imagine the perfect dish, right in front of you. Imagine smelling it right now, exactly the way you like it. Now look at it. Imagine the perfect colors, the perfect shape, and the perfect size. Imagine me giving you that, right now, saying, this is all for you to enjoy exactly how you want."
That's much, much better. You have to fill in the blanks, and unless you've just eaten, you probably are starting to get a little bit hungry. And here's the best part. I don't even need to know what kind of food you like, but I've already got you imagining your favorite food. Now what if we were sitting in a park or something, and I wanted to ask you to have dinner with me. This would make it much more likely that you would join me!
The good news is that there are many, many different ways to use this technology, to use other people's ideas to get them to do just want you want, for their own reasons. This not only means that there won't be any resistance, but it also means they'll be very glad, and want to do it again for you in the future!
How to Make the Most of Online Hypnosis
You may be wondering how online hypnosis works and whether it is the right choice for you. It's not always possible to get to a hypnotist and get the alternative treatment you need or want, whether you want to give up smoking, lose weight or you want help in managing your anxiety, irritable bowel syndrome or even a sleep disorder.
The first step to ensuring you get the most of your online hypnosis experience is to get yourself comfortable. Choose a place where you feel most relaxed, this can be your bedroom, next to the pool or on a nature trail you like to visit. Everyone has their own space where they feel safe and at ease, this is the place to choose to ensure you can completely relax your body and mind to achieve the best results.
Choose a quiet area away from the noise of the television or the traffic, a place that oozes peace and tranquility and doesn't leave you being disturbed by noise every few minutes. Next you need to ensure that you are not disturbed. Tell the family, turn your phone onto silent and leave your home landlines off the hook for an hour, ensuring that you can go the full time without any unwelcome distractions which can lead you off track.
Identify your goals and what you want to achieve from online hypnosis. This is something you should identify with a qualified hypnotist to ensure you get the right online training to assist you in achieving your goals. With your goals in mind and a place chosen where you feel comfortable, safe and tranquil you are ready to start your online hypnosis experience.
Start by closing your eyes and working on clearing your mind of any fear or anxiety. Many people find themselves worried at this point as they don't believe that they will be able to get out of the "trance." The truth is that this is a completely safe practice and you can remove yourself from the situation at any time you feel uncomfortable.
As your mind clears and you start to feel yourself relax, allow your body to relax. Feel as the tension leaves the body from the tip of the head down and out through the toes. You should feel completely relaxed, your body should feel heavy and limp and not tight and uncomfortable. Only once you get to this point are you going to start making headway and having the hypnosis work for you and help you overcome your ailment or improve yourself moving forward.
Now is the time to start focusing on your breathing. Your body is relaxed and you feel at peace and calm, now you want to slow down your breathing. This is also a wonderful relaxation exercise without the hypnosis, just the breathing and relaxation. Breath deeply, focusing on each breath and ensuring that you fill your lungs with air and then expel every ounce before taking another breath.
The final step of the process is to listen to the online hypnosis recording and allow it to offer necessary suggestions. When you are in such a relaxed state, your mind is able to respond better to suggestion and not allow your conscious and very active mind to come into play. It is in this relaxed state where you can start working on your anxiety, improving your sleep, working on your weight loss or even focus on giving up smoking, just to name a few.
