Connect To Your Higher Self With DNA Activation: Tame the Shadow Body of Sabotage

The Shadow Body is the influencing force on human expression known as thoughts, emotions, and mindsets or struggle and sabotage. We live in a 15-dimensional time and space matrix with a Higher Self influencing empowerment. The Shadow Body and Higher Self collide and influence one another by overlapping. The Shadow Body is based in an anti-matter reality while the Higher Self is based in a matter reality known as Earth. The two realities overlap and influence one another like the Vesica Pisces.

The Shadow Body is the subtle body hooked to the human body. The Seven Subtle Bodies originate in the Seven Planes of Existence. The Seven Planes of Existence originate in the Phantom Matrix or overlapping anti-matter reality to our physical reality. The Phantom Matrix houses the archetypes, which is code for parasitical behavior based in survival mentality. The subtle body influences the angular rotation of particle spin of your physical body, which creates pre-determined situations. It's like an Invisible Suit that we each wear in 3D reality that creates human expression.

Everything in life is controlled by Angular Rotation of Particle Spin. Angular Rotation of Particle Spin or ARPS is less about spin and more about momentum based upon a determined angle on a 360 degree circle. All positions on the 360-degree ARPS scale have a resonance or meaning that attracts thoughts, emotions, and mindsets. Those thoughts, emotions, and mindsets ultimately attract positive, negative, or neutral results into your reality. The 360-degrees can be referred to 360 degrees of dualistic life experience, in which a person experiences sadness and its opposite known as happiness.

This Shadow Body has intentions built into each specific angular rotation of particle spin, such as addiction, fear, abuse, theft, blame, etc. The Shadow Body governs everything. The Shadow Body is a forced fallen blueprint that governs, steers, and directs your life. It is one of the keys to parasitical access and manipulation of your consciousness.

Think of the Shadow Body as pre-determined, pre-set circumstances that override your history of divine right choices. Free Will Choice is not fully functioning in this time and space matrix as this is a training reality to understand extreme opposites of Love. If you are to understand the opposite of love, such as anger, aggression, jealousy, and greed, you must experience a limitation of choice.

You did not inherit pre-determined circumstances due to karma or poor choices from the past. Pre-determined situations were created to feed Source Light from your DNA template to parasites that either gave up or lost their own Source Lights. If you do not have Source Light running through your subatomic particles and DNA template, your ability to manifest is compromised with limitation and lack.

What is Source Light?

Source Light is a blue-white hue colored light that is transmitted from Source Consciousness through a stepping down process through your Monad, Soul outside of time and space, and into time and space through your Rishi Self, Avatar Self, Oversoul Self, Soul Self, and finally 3D Self. DNA Template is a name for all these aspects of you, known as the Higher Self, and the light that steps down into time and space is necessary for consciousness expansion, manifesting, and living without extinction.

A 12-strand template is a reference to a person who has a Soul, Oversoul, and Avatar in their DNA template. The Soul is based in either dimensions 4, 5, or 6. The Oversoul is based in either dimensions 7, 8, or 9. The Avatar is based in either dimensions 10, 11, or 12.

Outside of time and space, the Soul, Oversoul, and Avatar are connected to a Soul that is currently going through transformation, which is a re-connection back to Source Light. Divine Love had been disconnected from the Monad and shut off from Source in order to experience the Fall. The experience of the Fall is complete and it is time to experience your true divine nature, which is divine love, vibrational harmony, and expansion. Thus creating a parasitical relationship through borrowing light by feeding on the emotions of other human beings is coming to an end.

How Does DNA Activation Play into this?

Due to parasitical influence and the lack of Universal Laws fully functioning in this time and space matrix, humans have been disconnected from aspects of their Higher Self. Humans function in the lower three DNA strands and the lower three chakras of survival. The original human blueprint was a natural integration of one's higher consciousness in one immortal lifetime. Currently, humans are unable to naturally embody their Higher Self or ascend out of this time and space matrix as we are stuck in an unnatural cycle of birth, death, and rebirth.

  • Reincarnation is not the divine blueprint.
  • Suffering continual, unconscious expression of thoughts, emotions, and mindsets is not the divine blueprint.
  • Not knowing your purpose, mission, or reason for existence is not the divine blueprint.
  • Experiencing financial struggle, confusion, and fear are not the divine blueprint.

DNA Activation is the key to restoring the Divine Blueprint in your DNA template. The double helical, physical DNA is the surface representation of you while the DNA template is the multidimensional manifestation of your divine structure. The activation of the DNA template is the activation of scalar waves, which are longitudinal waves, superluminal, and a powerful non-hertzian energy identified by Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein. They are the key to restoring the connection to all aspects of your Higher Self.

The activation is based on using specific language in the form of commands, the use of Universal Laws, and the 528 hertz frequency. Your DNA responds to words. Dr. Peter Gariaev discovered that the genetic code in junk DNA follows grammar and usage rules virtually identical to the human language. Junk DNA was laden with indications of intelligence, purpose, and meaning. Dr. Jeff Delrow discovered that the A, T, G and C of DNA naturally form fractal structures closely related to human speech patterns.

Just as negative, painful words lead to anger, anxiety, degradation, guilt, aggression, humiliation, depression, and resentment, so do positive, powerful words or commands.

  • DNA Activation stops the repeating stories of lack, limitation, anxiety, and fear.
  • DNA Activation changes your angular rotation of particle spin so that the matrix overlay has less influence on your subatomic particles.
  • DNA Activation connects you to all aspects of your Higher Self.
  • DNA Activation restores spiritual gifts, such as telepathy, clairvoyance, clairaudience, and claircognizance.
  • DNA Activation attracts new opportunities, people, places, and experiences.
  • DNA Activation expands your pineal gland and awareness to other realities referred to as the Shamanic Realm or Bi-Locating your consciousness.
  • DNA Activation activates intuition, creativity, and your soul purpose.
  • DNA Activation creates empowerment, self actualization, freedom, and sovereignty.

DNA Activation creates wholeness, integrity, and peace. It frees your subatomic particles so that you regain the ability to manifest. As you focus on something you desire, your intent collapses scalar waves of consciousness into 3D. Your DNA literally becomes your projector of reality.

Emotions As Weather (By Tina Tessina)

Although most people in the country wouldn't agree, we in Southern California have been having extreme weather conditions for us: rain and mudslides. You could almost say we're so used to mild conditions that we become afraid of what others would call "real" weather-weather wimps. Being afraid, ashamed of, or embarrassed by your feelings is like being afraid of the weather, because emotions (tears, panic attacks, angry outbursts, withdrawal, depression, elation, lust, romantic excitement, euphoria) are the weather conditions of the inner self.

Certainly there are weather conditions that are fearsome, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, floods, exploding volcanoes and fierce fires, and we need to control these if we can, and protect ourselves from them. But, like the weather, most emotional climate conditions are pretty mild.

My clients have found it very helpful to use the metaphors of weather to understand how natural and normal all feelings are. Here are my thoughts on the basics of emotional weather. It's a concept I'm just working out, so please share your ideas and reactions.

Sunshine

Your smile lights up your face the way the sun lights our day. Smiles, too can come from behind clouds or after emotional storms. The smile signals that all is well, pressure is equalized and the coast is clear to be out and open and have some fun.

Rain

Like rain, tears can be stormy or just a light sprinkle, and feel angry, cold, dreary and sad, or even come through the sunshine. Rain often follows a change of weather pressure, and tears can be the result of release of inner tension. People frequently cry from relief that they've been heard or that they can see a solution where there appeared to be a problem. Those who suffer from a trauma or a loss normally cry a little after the first shock of finding out, as the awful pressure of the news is absorbed and the grief sets in.

Rain first carries with it the dust suspended in the air, and then washes everything clean as it continues. Emotional rain, too, can first be painful, and then begin to bring release and clarity. A "good cry" is one that really lets go of the held feelings and continues until relief sets in.

Rainbows

When you allow the tears to flow until your natural smile returns, you will feel hopeful again-hope is the rainbow of our internal climate. Like a rainbow, hope doesn't exist until there has been a disappointment, and the disappointment has been accepted completely enough to let the sun shine once more. That smile, coming thorough sadness, brings with it a renewed feeling of hope.

Storms

Sometimes reluctance to express unhappiness or discomfort builds pressure that eventually releases in a rush, like a storm. Violent storms shake things up, just as strong anger does. Anger that is allowed to get out of control is as destructive as a hurricane, but anger that is expressed in healthy ways can "clear the air" just as a storm does. The aftermath of a healthy, not too violent storm allows us to appreciate the pleasures of calmness.

Cloudiness and Fog

Emotionally, things are not always very clear. It's normal to feel foggy and unsure, or depressed and dark from time to time. If you can remember it's just your emotional climate, and explore it to discover the cause, the fog will lift, the clouds will part, it may rain or storm a little, but the sun will eventually come out again. Normal depression that is not allowed to take its natural course, not opened up to let the fresh air in, can turn into emotional smog, or internal pollution.

Smog

Emotional smog, like the weather kind, is just the normal cloudy/foggy conditions with man-made junk added. We call it clinical depression. Everyone is down from time to time, but those who attack themselves when down, or have others around who pollute their internal atmosphere with criticism or shaming, become smog-bound, and can't clear up their internal atmosphere. Letting in the fresh air of interest and the warmth of emotional support allows the fog to lift, and the sun to come out again.

Internal Conditions

If you try paying the same amount of daily attention to your internal conditions as you probably do to the weather report, and begin to regard your feelings as naturally as weather, you'll become much more emotionally comfortable. Like weather, your feelings are easier to accept and live with when you manage them, respond to them and don't try to resist them or deny them. If you understand your feelings as weather, you can have many lovely inner days.

Your Sense of Emotion

Human attributes, we are taught, include five senses: sight, sound, taste, touch and smell. Only in science fiction do we read about a sixth sense, which is usually depicted as a psychic sense. If you think about it, however, your emotions are your real "sixth sense." Just like your other five senses, your emotions register data about the external world. With your sight, your eyes take in data about colors, shapes and relative sizes of the things in the world around us. Touch tells us how things feel, how warm, cold, soft, hard, sharp or smooth they are.

Your emotions tell you what others' feelings are. We can sense, in an almost psychic way, how someone feels at a distance, without being told. By comparing what our other senses tell us about others (smiles, frowns, tension, "prickly vibes," relaxed breathing and an indescribable type of data we call empathy) with what we know about our own inner feelings, we draw conclusions about what other people are feeling. Without being told, we know when someone is angry, when someone has strong positive or negative feelings toward us, and when we are loved.

With conscientious practice, people can improve their use of senses, such as being a wine taster, reading braille, refining your sense of color as an artist, or learning to tell different fabrics by texture. Certain people, such as psychotherapists and actors, practice and refine emotions until they can sense very small changes. As a psychotherapist, I "read" my clients' emotions and give them feedback to help them sort out emotional confusion. "You say you're fine, but you appear to be angry," I might say to someone who is disconnected from his feelings.

Sight is an external sense-we only see what's outside us. Touch, however, is both internal and external. We can feel food go down our gullet, on occasion we can feel our own heartbeat, and we can feel muscle cramps and movement from inside the body. Emotions are a sense that is simultaneously internal and external. To our emotions, it's as if there's no limit to our bodies, and our skin is transparent. We feel our feelings on the inside, and yet they reach out and touch people and tell us what they're feeling, too. It is a type of psychic sense, especially to people who develop it.

Just as your sight helps you navigate the roads, avoid obstacles, and choose the best route, your emotions are the sense that help you navigate the paths of relationships. If you are knowledgeable about your feelings, and your sensitivity to others' feelings, you can be much more effective in all your relationships, maximizing your love, your intimacy, your emotional well-being, and your happiness.

Practicing Emotion

You can refine and sensitize yourself to your feelings by "tracking" what you are feeling on a daily basis: Just stop a few times each day and ask yourself, "What am I feeling right now?" Once you get comfortable with that, you can spend some time people watching, and guess what they might be feeling. You won't know if you've guessed right unless you ask, but just practicing paying attention will sharpen your skills.

Emotions and Essential Oils

Essential Oils are more than just lovely smells, there is actually a therapeutic process going on in your nose which affects the limbic system in the brain; the area that governs the emotion center. Our nose is the fastest way to reach the limbic system.

As David K Hill, Chairman, Scientific Advisory Committee for doTerra says " Essential oils are simply a mixture of volatile aromatic compounds. These compounds are able to interact with the olfactory (smell) receptors in the nose. Our sense of smell can have a profound effect on our emotions, and simply inhaling the aroma can elicit an emotional response. The smell receptors located on the upper surface of the nasal cavity make direct links with the limbic system of the brain, where the scent is perceived and processed."

And from there the brain sends signals via the nervous system to other parts of the body, so smelling essential oils is just as beneficial as ingesting them and rubbing them on your skin. This can literally be done by smelling the bottle or diffusing them in a diffuser.

Healing

Essential oils can assist us with our emotional healing, but they can't do the work for us. According to the book, Emotions and Essential Oils, here are five stages of healing with Essential oils.

1. Assisting us in healing the physical body

2. Assisting us in healing the heart

3. Assisting us in releasing limiting beliefs

4. Increase spiritual awareness and connection

5. Inspire the fulfilment of our life's purpose

In this book there is a description for each oil and I have found them to be so spot on with what I have experienced and felt after smelling the oils.

For eg:

• Cedarwood is the Oil of Community

• Clary Sage is the oils of Clarity and Vision

• Douglas Fir is the Oil of Generational Wisdom

• Frankincense is the Oil of Truth

Tools

There are many tools out there now to guide you, apart from intuition, with Emotions and Essential Oils, there's also an app for your phone called Essential Emotions Reference. You can buy along with the book a wheel chart you can use to select what emotion you are feeling or want to feel, and the corresponding oil you can use.

I have even tried a therapy where when you get in touch with a memory you want to clear, you smell the bottle until the memory fades or changes intensity.

doTerra even have a set of oil blends that target emotions: Peace, Motivate, Passion, Cheer, Console, Forgive.

So Essential Oils aren't just lovely smells, they actually are emotionally therapeutic.

The Power of Positive Thinking in Your Life

Positive thinking gets a bad rap these days. You may have heard it said that this kind of thinking doesn't help because it is just thought, and doesn't do anything tangible. You may have also heard that this way of thinking is just a fad, and it only makes you "feel good" but does not really help. You may have even heard that it actually works against you because it is not grounded in reality, and it distracts you from what you should be doing.

While all the things mentioned above may have a sliver of truth, the more complete truth is that a positive attitude is essential to making any change in your life. Let me explain. Everything in our lives is made of thought.

Everything. Now I am not saying that the tangible universe does not exist. If you stub your toe on a chair leg at two in the morning when you get up for a glass of water, you would probably be certain that the chair exists, right? But our experience of the world and the universe is completely made up of our thinking about it. In other words, the only way we can experience anything is through our thinking.

Do you see what I am getting at here? The world may be "out there", but our experience of the world is "in here." The world we experience is completely our thoughts in the moment. Our experience of the world is subjective. Now that does not mean that you can have positive thoughts and nothing bad will ever happen to you. I can almost guarantee that the most cheerful person in the world will still get rained on if they are in Edinburgh, Scotland in November. But here is the key point, how you feel about the rain, how you internally experience it, is up to the way you are thinking.

Look at the points I am making from another angle. If you have an event of any type, a person who has consistently negative thoughts as their way of being in life will have a very different experience than a person who has consistently positive thoughts. I am not advocating a "Pollyanna" "Everything is Roses" attitude while the roof of your house is coming off in a hurricane, but I am saying that you might want to consider the way that your baseline thoughts change the way you feel or experience everything. In other words, pay attention to what is beneath any feeling you have. After all, some psychologists believe that all emotion springs from thoughts, whether we are aware of the thoughts or not.

Obviously, "positive thinking" can mean different things to different people. This is not a one-size-fits-all world we live in. We are all unique in our experiences, which is why some people are formed with a more or less positive way of viewing the world, and others are formed with a more negative view. I am not saying that either way is bad, just that they are different ways of experiencing what is "out there" in the world.

Here is a concept that may seem radical to some: The way you think is a skill that can be changed with effort. That means, if for whatever reason you are not satisfied with the way you think, experience the world, or feel, you can work to change the way you are thinking and experiencing the world. In some cases, this can be as simple as the realization that thought matters and that you have control over the way you think. In other cases it may be that you have to put in consistent effort and self-reflection to understand the way you are thinking because so much thinking is automatic and we are not even aware of our thoughts.

So what can you do right now:

- Be aware of your thinking and use your feelings as a guide. When you have a feeling, pause and consider what thought is beneath the feeling. Where did it come from?

- Once you find the underlying thought that is beneath the feeling, ask yourself if the thought is actually valid. If it is not, wait for a better thought. Yes, wait, because a different thought that is likely more valid will come, and when it does, focus on that one.

- Practice consciously having positive thoughts. The simplest way to do this is not to try and drive out negative thoughts, but rather to focus on positive things and consider all the things in your life that you are grateful for, and the people or experiences you have had that are positive.

- Spend more time doing things that make you happy and bring you joy.

Changing your thinking to a more positive trajectory is not impossible, it just takes an awareness that it can be done, and some effort. The key point is that living life from a more positive orientation gives you the energy to make positive changes in your relationships, your health, and your work. Don't discount the benefits of being more positive until you give it a chance.

There are numerous research studies that show that people with a positive attitude are healthier and happier. It makes sense when you think about it, If you are positive, you are more likely to make positive changes in your life. Your relationships are generally more positive, and your social network is stronger.

Small things add up when you are making changes that move your life in a positive direction.

You do not need to change everything overnight. Do one small thing and then go from there. Don't beat yourself up if you fall back into a negative mindset from time to time. We all do, The key is to get back up and start again,

Eventually, small changes will happen and your outlook on life can change. Positive thinking can work amazing changes in the way you experience life. Why not give it a try.

Motivation Doesn't Last, Nor Do You Want It To - Here's What Does

Examine Your Urges

Motivation doesn't last because it diminishes the moment challenges arise.

Humans are emotional creatures and while we have highly sophisticated forebrains, our actions are dictated by our limbic brain.

Your actions are driven by unconscious desires that dwell deep in your reptilian brain, comprising of the brain stem and cerebellum. Its purpose centres on physical survival and the homoeostasis of your body.

Its primary function is to preserve your survival and control movement, breathing, reproduction and other basic survival needs.

It controls unconscious actions and is resistant to change. Even when starting a new habit, your attempts can be hijacked by the reptilian brain.

The thinking brain accounts for approximately 20% of your decision-making which explains why behavioural change is often met with resistance.

Most people live on autopilot and are dictated by their instincts which means the reptilian brain is in command.

The problem occurs when you give in to gratification instead of engaging the logical mind to examine these urges.

Motivation doesn't last because it is a fleeting incident repeatedly commandeered by your unconscious desires, even despite your best intentions.

I liken it to having someone place their hand on your back to keep you moving forward. If they remove their hand, you are likely to lose your motivation.

It was the late American motivational speaker Jim Rohn who once said: "Motivation is what gets you started. Habit is what keeps you going." He knew that motivation alone is not enough to sustain your efforts.

I believe Sound Habits + A Compelling WHY are two important components that will help you achieve your goals and success.

The HOW, the WHAT and the WHY

I've coached hundreds of people over the past decade, ranging from athletes to CEOs and the one key factor that often comes up in coaching sessions is the subject of feelings.

People often say they don't feel motivated to act or commit to a habit because they are responding to their emotional brain and give in to its demands.

I like author and doctor Kyra Bobinet's perspective in her book Well Designed Life: 10 Lessons In Brain Science & Design Thinking For A Mindful, Healthy, & Purposeful Life: "When people say things like "I need to get motivated," what I think they really are saying is "I want to feel stronger about doing this, and I hope that will get me to do it." They are saying motivation, but really, they are talking about emotion."

So if motivation doesn't last, what does?

I'm glad you asked.

What is required is a powerful WHY?

According to motivational author Simon Sinek, many people and organisations focus on the HOW and WHAT as their primary motivators.

In his Golden Circle principle, the HOW and WHAT occupy the outer rings of the circle, while the WHY fills the centre.

The WHAT is the role of the neocortex which is responsible for rational, analytical thought and language.

The HOW is governed by the limbic brain, responsible for your feelings, trust and loyalty. It governs human behaviour and decision-making and has no capacity for language.

The WHY is ruled by the limbic brain and handles intuition and decision-making.

What this all means is when you have a commanding WHY you are likely to associate powerful emotions to your actions that leads to a greater chance of success.

Authors Jeff Brown and Mark Fenske explain in The Winner's Brain: 8 Strategies Great Minds Use to Achieve Success how to better manage your emotions instead of allowing them to dictate your life: "The difference between a Winner's Brain and an average brain is that Winners make a point of directing their emotions in productive ways. They don't simply spew out emotions in an uncontrolled or thoughtless manner; they are highly sensitive to their emotional responses (even the negative ones) so that emotions can make positive contributions to current and long-term goals."

To highlight an example, I'm currently working with a young lady who is a woman's soccer referee. Jane (not her real name) was injured over 12 months ago when she rolled her ankle on a dry section of a soccer pitch during a game.

Whilst her injury did not require surgery, she suffered a grade II tear to the ligaments in her ankle which required twelve months of rehabilitation.

In our first meeting, I asked Jane what she enjoyed about being a soccer referee (WHY?). This was difficult for her to answer, and I had to probe further.

However, by the end of the session she stated her motivation to be a soccer referee stemmed from her childhood memories of going to soccer games with her father. She could recall the smell of the grass and experienced a flood of emotions as she recounted the experience to me.

I could see tears filling up in her eyes and I knew we had found a strong reason to help regain her full health again.

The good news is that Jane has made a full recovery and is now back refereeing because of one simple reason. She associated a compelling WHY that inspired her to show up each week to do the work because she knew it was too important to leave to motivation.

Take The Emotional Journey Into Yourself

I've worked with many other similar people and the common theme throughout is helping them to uncover their WHY well before they act.

I'm not saying motivation doesn't exist or there isn't a place for it. Based on my experience, a powerful WHY trumps motivation every time because motivation is like a fuse and burns out quickly.

Typically, I will also help my clients establish sound habits to support their goals and draw their awareness to the change cycle.

Motivation alone doesn't guarantee results, nor can you rely on it because it comes and goes.

Everyone is motivated at the beginning of a new habit, goal or project, yet six months later the individual is unmotivated. This is when life gets in the way or when unexpected challenges arise.

In Jane's case, four weeks out from her fitness test to qualify as a referee, she developed inflammation in her knee which required scaling back her training program.

Most people would give up, however Jane realised the goal was too important because her WHY meant more to her than the short term setback of an injured knee.

Thankfully, she managed the injury through a refined exercise program instead of giving up.

I appreciate the schools of thought that say: grit, resiliency and a growth mindset is paramount to achieving your goals.

Whilst I agree, if you do not have a convincing WHY, it is unlikely you will achieve success based on these principles alone.

Ask yourself the following questions before undertaking a goal or project to get clear on your primary motivation:

Why is this goal/project important to me?

What will it mean if I achieve this goal/project?

Will I be fulfilled if I achieve this goal/project?

In relation to the first question, when you have answered it, continue asking WHY until you reach an emotional point where you experience tears or are moved by your answer.

This process must be an emotional journey into yourself because you are trying to tap into the limbic brain.

Only then you will discover the real reason you are pursuing a specific goal or action.

After all, if you don't understand the reason behind your motivation, what use is the goal to you when it is achieved?

What Lurks Beneath Misunderstood Emotions

Almost nothing can be more frustrating than the inability to understand a spouse, relative, friend or coworker, especially when they are important in your life. Frustration frequently becomes anger and finally a distancing from someone you once believed was genuinely important. When relationships dissolve into these kinds of dynamics you are constantly seeking solutions. What's causing this confusion; how can you understand or alter the course of a relationship that feels impossible?

Every time you encounter a deep emotional response take a moment to look beneath the obvious.

When anything stirs another person profoundly some event in their life has left a deep memory imprint; there is often a pattern to this. A vast variety of events can affect us deeply. Focus in on whether particular holidays or seasons evoke extraordinary emotions. If so, some event has caused an inability to trust that they will feel safe or loved during these times. A profound loss may have occurred leaving the inability to experience the season or holiday without a painful memory surfacing.

When a particular statement or presentation of something evokes anger or rage look for the fear behind what is being presented. Fear is the mask anger wears. The greater the rage displayed the deeper the fear that lies beneath the issue. Rather than walking away or becoming absorbed in the moment, try calmly asking questions about what they believe is making them angry. Establishing what the real fear is will allow you to help them rationally confront their fear and may pave a much smoother way forward.

When you encounter an unacceptable response about something that is really important to you it's time to ask questions, sincere questions without emotion. Why are they so fixed in their opinion? Why is the issue so important to them that they are unable to step away and look objectively? When you learn why something is so important to another person you are able to adopt a more neutral position or alter your own. Understanding why someone feels so deeply can help bridge a gap and allow a peaceful solution to emerge.

Finally, there are times in our lives when we discover we are wearing rose-colored glasses with a large crack in them. You may have to accept that you are expecting more than another person is willing or able to give. You may even learn that your relationship is not nearly as important to them as it is to you. When this happens you may be forced to accept that this person can or will not ever support you, even when it's important to you. If you arrive at this point it is time to stop questioning the other person and begin questioning yourself.

No person or relationship is worth the price of becoming a human doormat or whipping post. It becomes essential to set boundaries that will allow you to grow and follow your own life path. If you are encountering these emotions with a relative or important coworker look for a safe place in the relationship that will allow you to maintain the essentials while leaving you the opportunity to escape scathing criticism or any other emotion that may deplete your energy or desire to be more, to dream your own dream. If this is coming from a friend, partner or spouse it may be time to assess whether the relationship can ever be what you hoped it would. If the answer is no it may be time to disconnect and move forward on a different path with other people.

Before you make a final decision, it is worth making the effort of listening, asking questions and looking for middle ground that may be a bridge you can both cross to meet at a point both can accept. After all, you were always seeking a solution; doing so may lead to a lasting one.

Fanning the Flames (By Chris Penlington)

I'm driving into work. As the traffic slows approaching a junction, a car pulls suddenly into my lane in front of me, requiring me to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting it. I blast the car horn. The young driver and his friend make rude signs with their hands and screech away laughing.

Halfway through the work day I am still running this scenario through my mind and thinking of all the ways in which I might have liked to respond. Might still like to respond if given the opportunity.

The incident itself was undoubtedly unpleasant and difficult for me. Despite having done nothing wrong I was put in danger by the insensitive driving style of another driver, only to suffer what felt like a further injustice when they reacted as they did. I could not have done much to change my automatic reactions at the time of fear, anger and a sense of injustice. Yet the incident happened once. In the hours that followed, I have recreated this same incident in my mind many more times, each time reconnecting with the original feelings. If, by lunchtime I am feeling tense, angry, frustrated and violated, who can I hold responsible for this? The young driver with the insensitive driving style? Or my own mind, which has replayed this difficult situation again and again, in glorious technicolour and with added commentary all through the morning?

It's interesting to note that one feature of the human mind is that it does not always make a distinction between what is happening in real time and memories that we are replaying. A memory can trigger the same emotions and responses as if we were actually going through that same situation again. So as I run through this situation in my mind over and over, I am subjecting myself to the same anger, fear and sense of unfairness that were triggered by the events at the beginning of the day. Does this do me any good? No, it doesn't.

It is easy to become caught in patterns like this. The feelings that are generated are highly threatening, and demand a response. Unless we actively choose otherwise, our minds will turn to automatic pilot running and re-running the memory in problem-solving mode until we find an acceptable solution. Except of course in this, as in many situations, we are not going to find an acceptable solution. Which means that the urge to re-run the events in our mind is not going to be naturally switched off any time soon. Which means that the feelings of fear, anger and having been treated unfairly will remain pretty strong and probably influence our other interactions during the day.

Even if I recognise that my thoughts are not helping me, it can be tricky to stop.

One thing that won't help is to give myself a hard time and tell myself to stop thinking like this. Fighting against how we think or feel is almost always counterproductive.

So how can I stop it? How can I help myself to cope when things like this happen? It's not easy, but mindfulness training does give us some helpful possibilities.

I might tell myself that there is something more important I want to focus on right now. Then, whenever I notice that my mind has started to drift away from what I now want to focus on, I can simply gently guide my attention back to where I want it to be.

I might recognise that it is hard for me to feel the way that I do. Since when things are hard we all need to be able to connect with kindness to help us through, I might try to be kind to myself in some small way, maybe with calming self-talk, some relaxed breathing or a small treat.

I might take a little time to focus in on the body and gently pay attention to the physical feelings that come with the sense of anger and frustration. By dropping the storyline and focusing in on my tight chest and clenched jaw I can more helpfully direct my attention towards looking after myself in the moment rather than pulling myself with thinking back into the past.

With practice I notice sooner when I am being pulled into unhelpful patterns of responding in my mind after difficult experiences. I am beginning to sometimes make wiser choices which can help me to move forward in my life. And even when I haven't made these wise choices for some time, I am learning to bring kindness to the experience and just do the best I can.

Remember Makakilo (By Denise Wallace)

I love the Law of Relativity because it really helps me to keep things in perspective. Knowing about this law has helped me to be aware of situations in my life and the things I am going through and be able to look at life with a new perspective, which really helps to keep my spirits up and focus on the good in everything going on. The Law of Relativity states as taught by Leslie Householder, "Your situation is not fundamentally good or bad until you compare it to something else." In reality we are the ones that tend to make a situation bad or good by how we perceive the situation. What may be a bad situation to one may seem wonderful to another.

When we first moved to Hawaii, we had been homeless for 2 months because we had sold our house earlier then expected. We lived in our trailer, hotels and basements of family and friends. It was a very difficult time because we did not have a place to call our own. Have you ever been on a trip for a week or two and had to stay with others? When you get home, you are so grateful to be home in your own space and can just relax, I know at least I am. After arriving in Hawaii, we had another month that we lived in a hotel before we found a home to move into. I remember being so grateful to have a place we could call home, but we very quickly realized that this home was not going to be suitable for our family and we would need to do something about it soon. Every time I had a really bad day, I was able to draw up memories of our situation when we were homeless and that is what helped me get through the hard times, because I was able to compare our current situation with another one that was worse. It helped me realize that our situation really was not so bad and we would have it figured out eventually. As our situation got worse in Makakilo, at least it felt that way to us, from a roach infested home, to my kids having no friends and being asked if they do drugs, long commutes, fighting, depression, and just bad vibes in our home. Life felt pretty bleak, but at least we had a home.

Now we are in a nice home and my kids are happy and thriving. One evening we were sitting down to dinner one evening and my family was getting really annoyed and even angry because the doorbell kept ringing and interrupting our dinner. It was kid after kid coming to the door to see if my boys could play. As I saw the anger rising in my family all I had to say was 2 words and it completely changed the atmosphere in our home in an instant. REMEMBER MAKAKILO!!! My whole family had such a bad experience living there for that short 2 months that all it takes is to remember what it was like and all of a sudden everyone is grateful for all the kids ringing and knocking at our door.

I have a friend who would talk about how hard her life situation was and her friend would always speak and say to her, "well I survived cancer". My friend said her response was always "You Win" and whatever she was going through just never seemed as bad.

Just as stated before our situations are not "good or bad it just is". We are the ones that start adding emotion and perspective to our situations and by comparing what we are going through with what someone else is going through can really help you to get through whatever it is you are going through.

An Explanation of "What Comes Around, Goes Around" Really Means

Are you intrigued by the title? Do you know what it relates? For an understanding in depth, read on.

All emotions like love, smile, laugh, cry and anger carry energy. You are an abundance of one of these energies at a particular moment and you pass on those vibes to others.

Others catch these vibes and immediately depending on the type of vibe, they feel loved, happy, sad or angry. So it's important what vibes you are radiating moment to moment.

These vibes spread from community to community, the whole city, the whole nation and even start trespassing to the rest of the world.

So what comes around to people from you as an individual goes all around the earth. Knowing how badly it affects everyone, wouldn't you care to smile more and be full of optimism no matter what your current situation is. After all you do care about making the world a happier place to live in and surprising enough it all starts with you.

The next time you meet people, pass on good vibes to them, playing and laughing with them. Immediately the happy vibes reach across and spread and everybody automatically feels happier.

You can also show acts of kindness and love to your circle of people and as you guessed they will disseminate all around.

So remind yourself not to get mad, be cruel or harsh on anybody. You may be strict with your values and principles but that's different. It's the emotions that you show that really matter and go around.

Start with your own family. Be empathetic, soft, caring and loving towards your spouse and children. They will be happy and feel loved and spread those vibes on to the people they come across.

That's how you make a difference in a positive way in your world. It all starts small and ends up big. In fact, what comes around, goes around.

Now that you know the emotions you display affect others contagiously and the world at large, wouldn't you care to be affectionate and smile more at others? It not only makes others happy but also you stay happy. When you are at peace with yourself, it is easy and simple to be at peace with others.

So realize it all starts with you. The world simply mirrors back your emotional vibrations. So the next time you come across somebody feeling low in spirits, cheer them up and the happy vibes will be infectious going all around.

Self-Esteem Is Your Mirror, So Keep It Clean

Self-esteem as stated in verywell.com is a culmination of a person's thoughts, beliefs and emotions regarding their own value and worth as a person. Self-esteem is usually tied up with how a person perceives the quality of their own appearance, inherent characteristics, level of intelligence, societal status, and relationships. How someone regards themselves becomes ingrained in their persona, and can define who they are not only in their own eyes, but in the eyes of others. By following the simple plan below, anyone can adopt a rational, self-respecting, well-balanced view of themselves and improve their self-esteem.

Take Stock

Any personal growth starts with introspection and honesty. To fully begin to understand your own self-worth, start by writing down what you believe are your strengths and your weaknesses. This will help you identify the areas you'd like to improve, and help you appreciate all the good things in your life. Start with one thing to focus on in both columns and come up with an easy strategy to improve a weakness, and expand a strength.

Run Your Own Race

This is very important. You must stop comparing yourself to others, and keep the focus on yourself. Comparisons only lead to envy and jealousy, which are toxic emotions that drain your energy and keep you stuck. Society does not always value true authenticity, so you may just be conditioned to think what others have is what you need. If you feel inadequate in certain areas, try look at it as an opportunity to become the more authentic, self-actualized person you were uniquely created to be.

Accept the "Good" and the "Bad"

Throughout this exploratory process, embrace both your successes and failures as coaches and mentors along on your evolving path of self-esteem. Reject the need for perfection, and focus instead on the process in whatever you strive for, rather than outcome. This will allow you to build self-worth and value in the quality of your efforts, and not hold yourself to some unattainable expectation of perfection.

Stay present

Don't bind yourself to a self-image that is based on a self-image from your past. As your life evolves, and circumstances change, past skills and accomplishments may simply no longer be practical or obtainable. It's okay to strive towards goals, but be realistic about where you are now and build from there.

Above all, be kind to yourself! Be your own best friend.

What Is Anger Management? A Definition

Whether you are someone who has a problem with anger, or you're just curious, you may be wondering - what is anger management? The phrase is thrown around rather casually, but it is actually a serious therapy that can help people control their intense emotions, particularly anger and rage.

Most psychological experts would define anger management as the process of recognizing and controlling your anger. It is not something that is done only once.

When you have a problem with anger, you will be required to manage that problem for the rest of your life. If it is left untreated, it can end up causing a long list of social, physical, mental and emotional problems.

The first part of anger management is identifying the problem you or your loved one may have with anger. Most people get angry from time to time; anger is a normal and healthy emotion.

If someone disappoints you, or you feel you have no control over a terrible situation or you are taken advantage of, it is very natural to feel angry. Most people are equipped to deal with that anger in ways that are helpful and healthy.

People who need anger management have a problem understanding how to respond to their feelings of anger. Instead of dealing with it appropriately, they let it turn into something uncontrollable, often threatening or harming themselves or others.

Anger that isn't managed may lead to depression, anxiety, suicide and other harms.

Knowing what is anger management can help you recognize your need for it. If you have a problem controlling how you feel, particularly when you're angry, you might have some issues.

If you find yourself unable to get over something or some wrong that has been done to you, or you tend to blow seemingly small problems into huge issues, you could have a problem with anger.

Any time you become abusive or threatening in a physical or verbal manner, you know you need some help with anger management strategies.

People who have problems with anger management might also have a difficult time maintaining healthy relationships. If you have an anger problem, there's a good chance that you don't always treat people well or fairly.

Many people who have a hard time with rage will alienate their friends and family members. People will avoid you and your tendency to engage in confrontations, arguments or fights.

Take a look at your life and think about how anger might be impacting it. If you'd like to bring more meaningful relationships and positive experiences into your life, but you cannot because you are angry all the time, it's time to get yourself some anger management.

There are many different ways to take advantage of treatment options. You can try to do it on your own; using books and other printed, digital and visual resources. Look for anything that addresses what is anger management and how to make it work for you.

You can read what experts in the mental health field have written, visit websites and sign up for newsletters and other information online. Educating yourself on anger and how it affects you is a great first step towards managing the problem.

Getting help from a professional therapist or counselor is a good idea. You can talk about what makes you angry, how you respond and how you would rather behave.

A therapist will ask you about your past, particularly how you may have acted as a child, how you were raised and whether you were exposed to a lot of untamed anger as a child.

This has a profound impact on your current emotional and mental health. Your therapist will give you some great anger management techniques, and help you track how you are doing with different strategies and tools.

Another great way to manage your anger is through support groups. Working with others who have anger problems is a great way to address what is anger management and how to use it for your own benefit.

You will be able to share your own stories and listen to the stories of others. Some things might sound familiar to you, and you will have the opportunity to find comfort in the fact that you are not alone.

You will also learn some great tricks for anger management, and you can even share some of your own.

If you or someone you know is suffering from emotional problems that stem from problems with anger, acknowledge the problem. You won't be able to help until you recognize that something has to be done in order to embrace a healthy and productive life.

Don't ignore the anger problem that may be lurking. Start by educating yourself on what is anger management so you can choose the tools that will work best in your own life.

Message From the Universe: When Anger Shouldn't Be a Part of the Equation!

"Anger is a fabulous reminder that there are still a few things being misunderstood.

In all cases,
The Universe"

I guess the Universe is looking down on planet Earth and seeing all humans dealing with anger management issues. There are specialists working on a daily basis to treat their patients with these kind of problems. They even made a sit-com with Charlie Sheen about anger management therapy. WE all know that anger is based on emotions that get out of control, especially when that person may misunderstand the message that was delivered by the other party in question. WE all get angry at times, and it is perfectly normal. I must agree that ALL PARENTS out there share their feelings of anger when dealing with their kids. However, managing this anger is what can make a big difference in your life. Not letting your emotions take control of your behavior is what's crucial, especially when dealing with moment of stress and anxiety. When it comes to personal relationships, especially with your significant other, you would want to keep peace at all cost. If one of you deals with anger, go out and seek counseling. Anger can be destructive, not just for your significant other, but also to yourself and everyone else dealing with you. You must NOT allow these feelings of anger dictate who you are and work harder in controlling this beast from within to get out in the open. There is ONLY one chance to make the right impression, so if someone rubs you the wrong way, in-deliberately, they probably have no clue of their actions, but would you want to show your bad side to them the first time around? You need to keep things under control and make sure to act professionally. Signs of anger can be intimidating to some as they will refrain from working with you at all cost. If you feel anger exiting your subconscious mind, excuse yourself immediately, go out for a breath of fresh air, calm your nerves down, breath heavily, in and out, keeping the oxygen in for at least 5 seconds, and release with a 4 seconds tempo. Once you have done that a few thousands times (depending on your level of anger), you can go back into the room and deal with the issues accordingly.

The feeling of anger comes when your conscious mind feels suffocated by external factors that are out of your control. As a defense mechanism, you feel like you need to create more space around you, to allow yourself to breath. Claustrophobic feelings can also trigger anger bouts when people feel like they can' really breath and need space. It is a common behavioral approach when being in this state of panic. Anger is primarily based on misunderstanding the other person with the message they are trying to deliver to you. Now, is this misunderstanding based on the other person lacking capabilities of delivering the right message or you not understanding what they are talking about. It is always important to clearly repeat what they said, just to confirm what they are trying to convey. For example: "So, If I understand correctly what you said, you want me to do this or that or whatever". The other person might have to clarify some points of your reiteration and explain themselves better. Whatever which way it works for you, some few words may need to be repeated so you can understand the scope of their request. As mentioned, responding aggressively without taking the time to really understand might be construed as you being a very mean and angry person, which NO one likes to deal with that on a daily basis. Keeping calm and collected is the KEY to every business transactions. If you feel cheated, talk calmly and be clear about your next step from this point forward. Keeping calm is what will concern them the most. So take control of the situation and learn to work on yourself. This is the best thing you can do from this point on.

When Fear or Sadness Turns to Anger

Scream

WE LIVE in a cause-and-effect world. Things that happen have what Isaac Newton called an equal and opposite reaction. Emotional processes are certainly not exempt. Whatever happens to us has an effect. We can neither deny it nor can we make more of it than we'd wish.

It is what it is - our emotional process.

What goes inward must, of a sense, be processed, where meaning is made; where meaning rummages around in the vessel, sometimes coming out in unexpected ways.

There are times when we can't possibly predict how we will feel as a result of something that has happened. We can always explain it better from the aspect of hindsight, but hindsight is not a gift we get in advance.

So, we are left with our emotions - those that result for our perception of justice.

Justice, of course, is clearly another matter. But we can be sure that our justice is faltering in contrast to true justice: reality. Pride - the ego - tends to twist our realities in favour of us and those we are kin with. So, our emotions can be ransomed. The closer our relationship with God - that sense of vertical self - the better is our awareness and our ability to receive the truth humbly.

WHEN ANGER IS AN INDICATION OF RELIEF NEEDED

We should judge our anger much less than we do, in my opinion. We are too harsh on ourselves, and, as a result, we get despondent and then we are more likely to get angry - it's a vicious cycle.

When we have a bearing or a gauge for our anger - when we feel the heat rising - we then stand on a precipice. If we act to deal with 'us' by enquiring "What is going on here," we may then simply take a short time out to reflect, which is safety. That's all our higher minds need in bringing some sense of integrity to our thinking - to take the pressure off.

When we are especially sad or fearful we are more prone to anger. It's the process of transference at work. What builds up must find expression, and safe expression is unlikely to be found in the actual direction of our sadness or fear, unless we are aware and okay to travel truthfully in its direction - ah, that's in the direction of healing!

This is why we take our anger out on those we love; they won't reject us, or at least they will take more of our garbage than some would. But the better way is to recognise why the anger presents in the first place. It's not about them, but it's about our own lack. That acknowledged - that it's our own lack and not really about them at all - we can call our presenting emotions for what they are. There is no need to spew our anger over others in ugly transference.

***

Anger is the indication of relief that's needed. We are more prone to anger when we are sad or fearful. Simply knowing that anger is caused by sorrow or fear helps. It helps us control our emotions so others won't be damaged; so that we have options like reflecting instead of ranting.

Potential Causes Of Anger Issues In Children

teenager

Sometimes, it is difficult to identify anger issues in children because most kids pass through phases where they are learning to express their emotions. Sometimes, they can get angry and express those feelings through crying, yelling, stomping, fighting with friends and family members or withdrawing completely and pouting in silence and frustration.

These behaviors are typical, and all children do have temper tantrums and outbursts of anger when they are unsure of their feelings and they have not yet learned how to express their emotions in healthy and appropriate ways.

Anger becomes a problem, however, when it causes harm to themselves or other people. When it cannot be controlled and when it leads to other problematic physical and mental issues.

The causes of anger in children are varied. A large number of children model their behavior after their parents or other adults in their lives. If a child comes from a home where there is constant yelling, fighting or even abuse, that child is prone to having anger issues of his own.

Studies have also indicated that children who come from homes where there is extreme marital discord are also more likely to develop problems with anger and depression.

If parents overreact and display their anger in problematic ways, the child will learn that such behavior is acceptable. It's a cycle that can be difficult to break.

Another potential cause of anger issues in children is selfishness.

Small children often think they are the center of the universe. This is normal. However, as they grow and develop and mature into older children, they should be able to understand that the feelings and needs of others are just as important as their own.

When they are unable to understand this principle, they get angry for wrong reasons. They might think that another child is getting more attention, more love, more care, more material things, more comfort.

This will send them into a rage that they don't even understand themselves. Extreme selfishness is terrible for children, not only because it can lead to anger issues, but also because it separates them from feeling like they are a part of a larger community.

Jealousy is certain to cause anger in children.

If one child has a toy that another child wants, the child without the toy is going to be mad. Again - this is normal with young children. Eventually, children will be able to find contentment with other toys.

However, a child that is obsessively jealous or preoccupied with what he doesn't have will have a problem controlling and dealing with anger. Kids who get whatever they want, on demand, will grow to expect that they are entitled to every single desire. A point will come when that child cannot have something, or will get jealous of someone who has something he covets.

Not understanding that this sometimes happens, the anger will grow in the child and probably be expressed in an unhealthy way.

If a child is lonely, that loneliness can be expressed through anger.

Not getting enough attention can cause pain for kids, and instead of seeking attention and love in healthy ways, the child might act out in order to gain that attention he so craves.

Providing attention for positive behaviors is the best way to avoid this. Make sure children are loved and provided with all the affection and attention they need so that they don't feel they must act out in anger or rage in order to get that attention from parents, siblings, friends, caregivers and other people who matter in their lives.

Loneliness will lead to isolation, and kids who are isolated or feel like they have no one on their side will only allow their anger to grow and fester.

Some children demonstrate a problem with authority early on in their lives. While most kids will test boundaries several times during their childhoods, a defiant child will often display signs of anger that is out of control.

When anger issues in children come from defiance, parents, teachers and other figures of authority must work hard at helping those children understand that authority is not a bad thing.

Rather, it is in place to protect children and help them. If your child can see authority figures as trustworthy, loving and helpful, there will be less cause for alarm. Children who trust adults and figures of authority are less likely to be angry and defiant.

Before you begin to treat and deal with anger issues in children, you have to understand the causes. Some children are angry because it's what they witness and learn from a very early age.

Other children develop anger problems because of selfishness, defiance, loneliness or jealousy. Allow a healthy expression of anger when it's appropriate, but make sure to get help when anger becomes a problem

The Danger of Suppression: Don't Bottle Up Your Emotions

Woman Holding Brown Leaf

Any serious scientist will be familiar with the assertion that stress causes immune-compromise. A recent study by researchers at Harvard School of Public Health has finally put this long-held knowledge into perspective, deciphering that those who bottle up their feelings have a cardiovascular disease risk of 140 per cent and a risk of cancer of 170 per cent when compared to individuals who share how they feel. Overall, the risk of premature death for those who keep their negative feelings to themselves is around 135 per cent that of individuals unafraid to speak their minds.

When framed in this way, the dangers of suppressing emotions are hard to ignore, but how exactly does bottling up your emotions lead to real and tangible damage to the body? The article below will explore the molecular and physiological mechanisms behind this startling array of statistics, and provide some helpful tips to managing your rage, and keeping your body healthy!

Although the concrete mechanism linking bottled-up emotions and premature death has yet to be established, several sound scientific principles may be applied in order to elucidate some facts about the forces at work. Firstly, it is conceivable that those who feel that they must hide their emotions from others are more susceptible to seeking comfort in substance abuse such as alcohol addiction, cigarette smoking, or the use of other harmful drugs in order to relieve their stress. The use of these substances has several obvious and detrimental effects to health, and so needs no explanation here. The second suspected mechanism is slightly less direct in nature.

When the body is coping with a stress response, such as un-vented anger or pent-up rage, a hormone known as Cortisol is released.

Cortisol is a hormone of critical importance to humans, but it also has some unwanted effects in individuals experiencing high levels of stress. Cortisol is a steroid hormone, specifically a glucocorticoid, meaning that it is capable of suppressing the immune system's response to damage or invading pathogens. This unfortunate effect means that individuals who have a higher than normal stress level, and thus a raised Cortisol level, will have under-effective immune systems, not only opening the floodgates to any nasty bugs that may wish to make your body their home, but also preventing a complete response from being carried out towards invaders from within - cancer cells. Every day, the immune system destroys a cell that would otherwise have become cancerous, so it's easy to see how quickly things can go wrong when this response is working below optimum levels.

All is not lost, though. Studies have shown that releasing anger actually increases blood flow to those parts of the brain responsible for pleasure and reward, thus making taking out your frustration a 'feel good' experience. However, there are those of us for whom releasing anger at every turn can very quickly end both friendships and careers. Perhaps a change in outlook is the answer?

Conditioning your brain to be more optimistic about everyday situations and into overlooking the minor foibles of others can quite literally be a lifesaver. The statistics speak for themselves, and lend credence to the thought that optimistic people really do live longer than their pessimistic, stressed out counterparts.

Speaking of which, we are about to launch Tantrum World - a whole new approach to releasing your anger whilst becoming healthier. So, why not try to LET RIP whilst GETTING FIT?

Till next time

Lots of hugs,
