Message of the Universe: Your Personal Journey in Life

"Now let me get this straight: You want things that you don't yet have, people in your life who you don't yet know, and events to take place that haven't yet occurred, so that once these "things" come to pass, you'll feel happy, confident, and fulfilled; accomplished, desired, and appreciated; treasured, adored, and like a-beautiful-sight-to-see?

But... wasn't that your rationale for all the other stuff you wanted that you now have?

Green light!

The Universe"

Yes, life is a cycle. We are born, we live our life and we die. In every tombstone, you see year of birth- year of death and basically, the eulogy is shared with people who knew the deceased and the way they lived their life in the DASH. Just like everything else, we observe, we wish to have, we sometime get it, and once we do, we look for something else to achieve. It is a constant process that puts many in the verge of suicide, because we seem to never be satisfied with anything in life. It is a constant pursuit for what we call temporary happiness, until something better comes along and we need to get it. Just like many avid iPhone users saving for the new version X, waiting in life for 2 or 3 days to pay 1000 dollars of their hard earn money to exchange their phone that works perfectly fine to fulfill that so called limited happiness. Once they get their new device with apps they will never use, they go back to using the phone for the basics of calls, text and web use.

So here you go about dreaming and receiving but the outcome is always the same. Your happiness doesn't rely on obtaining the item, but more on the anticipation of achieving the goal. If you manage to stay on that state of constant euphoria without the need of spending 1000 dollars for no particular reason, you will remain in your happy state and achieve more spiritually than materialistically. We always want more but not for the reasons of living in a bigger home, or having nicer cars, but more because of the feeling we get that we were able to achieve our creams. Happiness is felt from within and many have various definitions to happiness. It is not always about how many digits you have in your bank account, but more about how generous you are with others who do not have the ability to be like you and as motivated to achieve their dreams in life.

What Keeps You From Being Successful?

Man Sitting Down and Using His Laptop

There are many people who work very hard all their lives and get very little worthwhile reward while others seem to attract success at whatever they do.

It is frustrating but there can be good reason in that the more successful individual has more than likely set up plans, he knows where he wants to be and knows what he needs to achieve it,

Entrepreneurs... business people and those willing to break boundaries and become successful in what they do have to deal with many obstacles.

There are challenges that must be faced and dealt with and not least of all dealing with negativity and rejection is part of being successful and innovative.

Developing the right mindset can be the key to driving you forward in your own personal journey to success.

Nelson Mandela once said " There can be no passion in playing small- in settling for a life that is less than the one you are capable of living"

So what is holding you Back?

Have you ever thought that maybe the biggest hurdle to success could be You?

If you are guilty of negative thinking, try instead focusing on the positive aspects.

Positive thinking is a powerful tool to and it will help you overcome the many challenges and obstacles that life sometimes throws at us.

When you constantly berate yourself and focus on your flaws and failures you are creating an internal mindset that will prolong negativity and minimize the positive aspects of the situations that you encounter in your daily life.

Of course it is normal for everyone to experience some kind of self doubt but it can get out of control. If you are to become more successful in business you will need to create self confidence in yourself and the skills and products that you have to offer.

To be successful requires your time, hard work and the right business plan but it also needs you to have the right mindset...

Do you have a mindset that is fixed in believing that only others can find success in life?

We all dream of success, the elusive part is getting from dreaming about what you want to having it and enjoying it.

You can without doubt alter the way you think, your mindset can change...

You too can be a moneymaking entrepreneur by changing your mindset. Believing in your own abilities, by being prepared for hard work and by being prepared to learn from failure along the way.

How to Harness the Power of Your Transition

We can say that "change" is truly one of the few certainties of our life.

We change us and everything around us, at times in a hurry, other times more slowly, sometimes more obviously, other times in a more subtle way, but inexorably.

Change is a small death, we have to leave something behind, something that for us was a reference, to look toward a future that seems uncertain and sometimes threatening, especially if it is a change that makes us feel fear or we define as 'negative'.

However, change is a natural and healthy process, change is inextricably linked to growth: without change there is no, physical, emotional or spiritual growth. Change is at the very foundation of our evolution, it is the factor of evolution. A life without change is in fact already a death.

Sometimes changes bring rivers of tears, feelings of helplessness and despair, but paradoxically, it is precisely in the transition that we build our power and our happiness. Not a power and a happiness 'external' and therefore fragile, but 'internal', deep and stable.

It is important to recognise that there is nothing dangerous or evil in change, except our interpretation of it, the negative judgment that we attach to it. What makes a painful transition is not so much what happens - the facts as such- but our way of interpreting them.

When something changes, we are in a hurry to label the new situation as 'good' or 'bad', 'right' or 'unjust', 'luck' or 'tough luck', while if we were truly honest with ourselves we should admit that we do not really know anything about the consequences of that change!

How many times has something that we have judged at first sight as catastrophic is later then detected as a blessing?

But, let's get back to that part of us which brakes, kicks and punches in the face of transition. This part is the control. In each of us resides a "controller" that will not rest. It is full of expectations, and the first expectation is precisely that the situations remain fixed and immutable.

Our marriage and our relationship must remain fixed and unchanged... if it changes it means that there is something wrong (preferably in the other); our working situation must remain fixed and immutable... if it changes we live it as a disaster. Not to mention the economic situation...

Security (understood as non-change) has always been only an illusion. The only constant on which we can make a real expectation and that we have the possibility to completely dominate is "trust". Have confidence in life and in every change that it proposes us. Even those that appear more tragic to us: tragic is our vision, not the change in itself.

Learning to follow the flow of life is essential to finding our inner harmony. When we reject a change (and we reject every time that we suffer for something) we are swimming against the current, and since we need lots of energy to swim against the current, we feel exhausted.

The way to avoid this is to not judge, remain open to every possibility and say a full and unconditional YES to any situation life proposes us, learning to leave behind with love what has been and what is no longer.

This is not diminishing the cycle of loss, which is a fundamental personal journey, and suggesting that the process of surrendering and accepting will conclude in one week. Those losses will always be part of our life... we just need to acknowledge them, accept the transition and find the strengths to launch forth into your new situation!

So now grab a pen and a sheet of paper... a useful, simple and practical suggestion to facilitate a change that scares us and to harness the power of your transition is that of focusing on the emotional and practical implications that are behind your resistance: on the paper draw a vertical line to divide it into two vertical columns, in the left column list all the advantages of remaining in the current situation always and in the right column the benefits which would result from changing the situation. Or, in the left column, write how miserable you perceive your current life and in the right column, write what you can do to slowly bring some light on it.

This is the first step to help change your attitude and mindset toward any kind of Life Transition.

Transition is that difficult process of letting go of your old situation, suffering in your present confusion before launching forth into your new situation.

10 Spiritual Guidelines To Live Your Best Life

Whatever your personal journey, you are guaranteed an epic adventure. Here are 10 spiritual guidelines to remember to help live your best life:
1. You will forget everything.
You start at the beginning with no instructions and then for the rest of your life, you are tasked with remembering who you are. You start from nothing and at the end, all you get to take with you are the lessons learned.
2. You will get a body, hopefully in decent working order.
Your body is borrowed. At the end of your life, you don't get to take it worth you. So treat it with care while you have it. It is your most valuable possession. Treat it like a gift, a resource for you to use to get the most out of life. If you treat it impeccably, it will serve you well for the longest time.
3. What you do with your life is up to you.
It's your choice what to do with your life, how to feel and what to create with what you have. Imagine your life as a canvas; it's up to you to fill that canvas with the things and people you care most for. If you change, the world changes. Beliefs are the most powerful weapon in your arsenal.
4. You are here to learn lessons.
As you "evolve" on your path, the lessons may become harder and harder. If you don't learn the lesson, it will keep coming back into your life until you do learn it. In the end, everyone is successful from a spiritual perspective.
5. Don't give up!
It's guaranteed to get hard, yet you are not alone in this. Suffering is part of your life's assignment. Learning equanimity and patience will help your a lot.
6. Every choice you make takes you on a different path.
There is no wrong and right path, every path you take is a choice and will take you somewhere. If you ever feel that it's not the right path for you and you have to go all the way back to the beginning again, be in mind that it's an illusion. You're not the same person who left in the first place. Every decision changes you.
You may not realize today, yet in a few years time when you look back, you will be amazed at how circumstances magically worked out to take you where you were meant to be.
7. Accept the darkness and the light.
Within other people contains an element that is within you as per a holographic principle. If you hate something too much, perhaps you're rejecting that part within yourself? We call this our "shadow." Learn to accept all parts of you, including your shadow.
When you suppress or reject a part of yourself, you will feel stunted. In maturity comes greater fulfillment of who you truly are.
8. Understand the benefit of perspective.
How you view the world is everything. If you look for dark, you will find it. If you look for light, you will find it. If you think it is good, it will be good. When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at are changed. See the world with new eyes.
9. The most important thing is to love.
Your choice is to choose love over fear every time. That's the most important thing you need to know. Love is all there is.
10. Enjoy the journey!
Don't sweat the small stuff or take life too personally. There is always a big picture and the world doesn't revolve around you! Life is one of the greatest journeys imaginable. You don't pass or fail — you may as well enjoy the journey. There is no need to take life so seriously, because in the end there is no failure.
Always remember to be grateful for how things are, and work to make them how you want them to be.
