Alpha Point - The Truth About The Law Of Attraction and Manifestation

In 2016, the famous if not infamous little book called The Secret by Rhonda Byrne, celebrated it's 10th anniversary with, of course, a 10th anniversary special edition. It's mostly the same stuff as the 2006 edition but with a bit of updating and a new testimonial or two. This book follows on another one she compiled called How The Secret Changed My Life. Fun reads, all of them.

But...

Is it all a bunch of woo-woo hokum, or is there something to this thing called The Law of Attraction? Well, I can only boast by personal experience and I can say with certainty. Yes.

Yes? To which description?

Both.

First, there is a lot of hokum in books like The Secret. And many others I've read down through the decades, including such classics as Think And Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill, The Science of Getting Rich by Wallace Wattles, many books by Wayne Dyer, Tony Robbins, Jim Rohn, Marianne Williamson, and a host (read slew) of others.

There's also a lot of powerful information in all those ditties.

The so-called Law of Attraction is, to my mind, more about being in the right place at the right time. Cliché? Sure, but wait.

Someone once said that luck was the intersection of opportunity and hard work. Well, the Law of Attraction is similar. The LOA works when you put your mind and your actions together and that intersection seems to be the Alpha Point, as I call it. It's where the manifestation* takes place. (Alpha Point isn't original, by the way, but if you're the one who used it first, let me know, prove it, and I may or may not change it. (Smiley face here, if this was Facebook.)

So, then, how do you get the mind and the action to create a manifestation? And not just any manifestation; the one you say you want. (That is, if you really know what you want. It helps to know it. Most folks, when questioned, realize they don't really know.)

Here's the proverbial and expected list of how to's, with explanations:

  • You need to envision, to get a picture of, or a feeling for, what it is you say you want. And don't let me or anyone try to determine that for you. Sometimes gurus or well intended teachers/writers will say something like, "Don't just go for the material stuff. Deep down, that's not what you really want." How the hell do they know, eh? If you want money or the condo in the islands, who are they to say otherwise? So, if it's material, go for it.

  • You have to consider that it may be more complicated or complex than meets the eye. Say what? Yeah. Sometimes what we want involves all kinds of twists and turns in the material and/or spiritual realms to bring about your aim. Oh, and if it could hurt others in the process somehow, expect major delays. I'm not saying the LOA won't allow you to hurt someone; that's a judgment call. But it WILL make it extremely difficult. Just saying.

  • You need to think both long- and short-term. It can take a while for elements within your desires to arrange themselves. Patience is a definite virtue. People often give up when manifestation doesn't happen in a heart beat. Hold tight.

  • Be persistent in your thoughts and actions. There will be obstacles, with you being the major obstacle. You have mental and physical traits and habits that have a way of blocking the manifestation process. That may well be the biggest reason you seem to have trouble manifesting your desires and goals. As you put all this into practice, those blocks will begin to show themselves and you can decide how to deal with them.

  • Develop a thick skin. Not everyone in your circle of relationships is going to like your realities, your dreams, your outcomes. If you have a spouse, or niggling parent, or nagging boss, colleague, pastor, banker, chances are your dreams may cross paths with theirs in antagonistic ways. You may have to deal with some disappointment and rejection. If what you want is really what you want, you'll face it all. But if you waver even a little, that may be the sign that you don't really want it. Perhaps it's more important to please someone else. That's OK, as long as you get straight about it.

Finally, remember this:

Belief often comes in dribbles and droplets. It may take a while for you to come to terms with your own doubts about all this. And that's a good thing. We don't always know what we want, not really. As you practice this manifestation process consciously, your current creations, habits, relationships, doubts, hidden resentments and bitterness, anger, or fears may come to your attention. Maybe you didn't want to deal with them. But some of them stand in the way of your desires, your dreams, and to get around them, you must deal with them. (There's a price for everything. Even the free stuff.)

Ultimately, the journey to your manifestation is worth all the chaos it can create. After all, you are shaking things up. Changing. You may even realize you didn't want what you think you did. And in the process, discover what you REALLY do want. That's the real prize: To know what you really want and to stop wasting time on pipe dreams.

It's work, it's play, it's joy, some pain (even good change can be stressful, right?), but ultimately, you are in the driver's seat.

You can have whatever you want, truly, if you are willing to let mind meet action, face the challenges, do the work, and reap the harvest!

That's when you'll discover your personal Alpha Point. From that point forward, you will know how to manifest anything. The universe will literally roll at your feet in ecstasy.

And that's no secret!

*Manifestation, or manifestation process, isn't really something you do, exactly. It's a result. You are in fact manifesting all the time. Your thoughts, actions, beliefs, intentions, and internal stresses all serve to create manifestations. Changing any or all of those things, positively or negatively, will create a new manifestation.

Are You Conscious of Your Subconscious Mind?

Image result for thoughts

You have probably heard about the subconscious mind and how powerful it is. Many of the coaches, speakers and writers who work within the field of personal development refer to theories and assumptions about the subconscious mind and how much it impacts our daily lives. A common assumption is that the subconscious mind runs up to 95% (some people say even 97%) of our lives.

"The greatest impediments to changes in our traditional roles seem to lie not in the visible world of conscious intent, but in the murky realm of the unconscious mind."
- Augustus Y. Napier

When you perform familiar tasks, like bicycling or driving, your autopilot kicks in. This means that your subconscious mind is running the show, that is, your actions. The same goes for all automatic functions in your body. With every heartbeat, blood is delivered to all the veins in your body - without you having to give the order. Stretching your arm might be a conscious decision, but your subconscious mind is the one that ensures that all the muscles coordinate their actions to make it happen. This is a good thing and it is necessary for you to function. If you had to consciously think of all the processes taking place in your body or how to do all the things you do every day, you would not even get out of bed!

Your subconscious mind governs many of your thought and behavioral patterns, often in ways that do not serve you, and without you being aware of who is in charge.

This is not your fault. Your subconscious mind is trying to protect you and keep you alive and is doing it based on programs that are either inherited or taught during your lifetime.

A big part of the learning took place during your first seven years. Your teachers were your parents, relatives and friends, school, television, society and others in your surroundings. If an experience teaches you that the world is a dangerous place and if that fear stays with you, it can be triggered by a body sensation, something you see, hear or smell. You will re-live the experience and your body will go into the fight or flight mode even though you are in a safe place and your conscious mind knows that you are not in danger. The subconscious mind will take over and run the program that has been stored to keep you safe!

The subconscious mind is also programmed with beliefs that have a profound impact on how you act (or not act) in your daily life, which ultimately influences what you attract into your life. If you learned that it is hard to earn money or that money makes people greedy it will permeate your belief system. This will influence everything you do and, by extension, your financial situation. If you believe that money is hard to earn and that money makes people greedy and if you don't want to be greedy it will be hard or even impossible for you to earn and keep money. Your reality mirrors your beliefs.

Some sources say that we have around 1,000 thoughts per day and others that we have up to 100,000 thoughts. Most of the thoughts are repetitive, up to 90% as per some sources, and many thoughts are negative and limiting. Most of the thoughts are subconscious and based on our programming and we are often not aware of them. Neuroscience shows that repetitive thoughts strengthen the neural pathways and make it easier for the same thought or thought pattern to occur again. You get stuck in a repetitive thought loop. The good news is that you can reverse this and get unstuck. By learning to notice these repetitive thoughts and shifting your thoughts and attention away from the thoughts that keep you stuck - for example by practicing mindfulness - you start to build new paths. When you are no longer caught in the repetitive negative thought patterns you are free to choose your thoughts. You take your power back and it is you who decide what to manifest.

Make Yourself Great Again

Do you ever stop and think what it might take to make you great again? Let's start with personality traits. Some say personality is inherited, but in reality these traits are developed individually through behavior exhibited over and again. It's funny how many of us can "see the speck in someone's eye, but fail to see the log in our own eye." What this is saying is before you criticize another person's behavior, understand how your actions might be stimulating this person's reactions. It is a value to be concerned, but don't react and berate what you observe. Develop the practice of offering others caring responses to behaviors appearing offensive. Don't judge, focus on what you see, and express concern. Adjustment is personal; it develops your abilities to offer help to others.

A child's dream becomes a young man's passion. This passion creates career decisions through mid-life and into older age. The rockets are firing from the start, some misfire, but the engine never quits. The drive for a career begins a journey fraught with disappointment and elation, failure and success, hurt and satisfaction. But most importantly, at the end of the journey, accomplishment, pride, integrity, and dignity are the driver's results. These are learned skills; if they have not been developed, start now to reorganize and make corrections to facilitate productive development.

Maintaining control and being in charge is a task requiring information, understanding, and a willingness to abide by these behavior directives. Information raises your awareness, understanding guides you to create a plan of action, and taking action is your energy, desire, and dedication for managing to the best of your ability. You are in the driver's seat when you are actively thinking and managing yourself. With God as your co-pilot, you are on a winning team.

Learning is a process, a continuous event with no end. As you engage others, listen, observe, and absorb positive, productive information. These are basic elements of learning. Once received and acknowledged as beneficial, a level of understanding wraps the package, and prepares it for implementation. Once put in action, assessment and evaluation indicate value and cement learning experiences.

Others observe your actions and behavior. "Perception, the truth as you see something, but not as is really is," often leads to judgment calls. Your thoughts are internal controls. They direct your actions and behavior. Positive, productive, and inoffensive thoughts direct behavior that may be well intended, supportive, and loyal. Done successfully, they produce behaviors that are efficient, maintain relationships, and effect memorable results. No better sign of loyalty exists.

If depression sets in, you are likely sensing darkest moments. Depression is like riding a roller coaster headed down from its highest peak. Putting on the brakes only gets you stuck at the bottom. Allowing the decent, the bottom is reached with momentum carrying you back up. Don't put the brakes on when distracted by negative thoughts. Substitute positive thought of what you can do. Eventually the roller coaster comes to a platform. Your choice: get off or go for another ride. Choose wisely.

Advice or direction offered in written or spoken communication can provide legitimate tools for change or adjustment. Thoughts process information, gain understanding of its meaning, and gets you ready for action. The information and understanding helps you know where you are going and to identify purpose. Action is a personal decision based on desire for exploration, accomplishment of a specific goal, and reward for achieving a productive and desired outcome. Be selective and understand your choices.

Life's journey is the "first wonder of the world." Wondering what tomorrow may bring; wondering if success will result; wondering if this is the correct path! A need to be strong, wise, and in control guides you through suggestions and ideas. You may stumble and fall, but faith and belief encourages you, provides strength to get up, and moves you to continue. Determination and drive erase wonders and guides us over the finish line! Trust faith, believe in yourself, and gallop on!

How To Improve Your Likeability

What do your actions say about your character? If someone were to ask your family, your friends and your co-workers what type of person you are would they give the same answer? If your character ran true the answer would be "yes."

Now you may be thinking, "I have to be different around my family than I do my co-workers. I have to young children and I obviously don't want to talk to them the same way I do my buddies on the construction site." This is completely understandable... but erroneous thinking.

Do you suffer from multiple personality disorder? You must if you have to be a different person depending on your environment. Someone whose personality changes on a moment by moment basis is a fragmented person. This fragmentation leads to a lot of emotional upheaval and trauma. When you act differently depending on the group of people you are around, you're sort of having a "disordered" moment.

Have a universal speaking environment.

Integrity means to have an integrated life. If you have integrity you are the same person regardless of the environment. No matter what group of people you are around you are always the same person.

In the case of work, treat it like you're with your kids. I'm guessing there is a good chance at least one or two of your co-workers act like kids or at least teenagers, so this shouldn't be hard to do. But even if all of your co-workers act mature, do any of them gossip? Do you? Gossip speaks volumes about a person's character, or lack thereof.

Two words that change everything.

There are two words, that if you focus on them and take them to heart, will make people look up to you and admire you, regardless of what you do for a living or how much money you make. But be warned, these two words are on a path that takes some serious discipline at first to walk.

What are these two words? Dignity and Respect. When you treat others with dignity and respect it can't be missed. Of course, this requires you to treat yourself with dignity and respect. These are two of the most powerful character traits. Think about it for a moment. How do you feel when someone is respectful toward you? You hold them in a more favorable light. And when you help someone keep their dignity you allow them to save face, whether that person is in your presence or others are trying to talk about that person behind their back.

As a whole most people are pretty good about treating people with dignity and respect most of the time, but not ALL of the time.

How do you create the habit of treating people this way?

Habits are created by our daily thoughts and routines. If you're going to treat others with dignity and respect consistently you have to measure yourself consistently. The easiest way to do this is to make a little note card.On the top of the note card write, "Did I do my best to treat everyone with dignity and respect?" Then list out the days of the week. At the end of every day ask yourself this question, then under that day you're going to rate yourself on a scale from 1 to 10. You will quickly discover that you're not as good at this as you think. BUT, you will also start to quickly shift your thoughts and actions. You will start to change your habitual conversations with people who bring out your worst instead of your best, because as you start speaking the question automatically pops into your head..

The end result, everyone will hold you in much higher regard and treat you with dignity and respect... because you deserve it!

5 Ways To Change Your Bad Habits

Changing Your Habits

Our habits really shape who we are and in part determine how productive we are during the day. Habits are the reason we are able to accomplish tasks without thinking about them. However everyone has a bad habit or two that we probably know we need to stop before it causes more harm than it already has, so let's take a look at 5 Ways To Change Your bad Habits.

1. Recognize the Problem

In order to start changing our bad habits we first need to start recognizing which ones we have are bad. I would suggest you sit down in a quite place free from distractions and go over your past week. Think about all the things you did and I'm sure you'll quickly start to remember some recurring things you did that you may not be so proud of, better known as your bad habits. Write all these down on a sheet of paper so you're sure not to forget them. Now that we've recognized the problems let's work on correcting them.

2. Practice Your New Habit Everyday!!

A very common mistake many people make when going about tackling a bad habit is not working on fixing the problem everyday! Take not going to the gym for instance, you decide to go to the gym 3 times a week. Seems reasonable right? After all you're already struggling just to get there at all with your "super busy schedule".

The truth of the matter is time is almost never actually the problem, if you add up all the time-wasting you have any given day including watching TV, napping, procrastination, distraction or gaps between work then you would find you have more than enough time to hit the gym everyday for at least 30 minutes.

The reason you need to be practicing your new habit everyday instead of for example, 3 times a week is because you will become conditioned to your new habit much faster when you practice it everyday instead of taking breaks. This insures you're not allowing for your brain to reason its way back into old habits.

3. Have Someone Hold you Accountable

So this ones pretty simple all you have to do is tell someone about your intension to change your bad habits. You'll want this person to be a close friend or family member who will support you and check in on you very often to make sure you are staying on track.

A good way to make sure they will do this for you is to refer them to this post! Have them also review these ways to break their bad habits and you can both hold each other accountable.

PS post your new habit on your social media! are you really going to disappoint all of your friends and family? I think not.

4. Talk About Your New Habit in the Present Tense

Okay so you really want to kick this bad habit right? One of the best ways to change a bad habit is to change your thinking in your subconscious mind. To do this you'll want to continually remind yourself all day as often as possible of your goal to kick this bad habit.

Say the following line to yourself both out loud and in your head "I'm so happy and grateful now that (insert your goal)". Reaping this line and thinking about your goal all day will eventually work it into your subconscious mind which in turn will change your actions and your actions will become your desired results.

5. Don't be Too Hard on Yourself!

Changing habits can be hard especially when they're old and stubborn so don't beat yourself up too much. Remember this is a journey and it will take a little bit of time and effort so be patient. You'll do great just keep working towards your goals and kick those bad habits!

Burst Goals

It is a truism in personal development that goals drive activity. However, while all worthwhile goals are valuable and cause action, not all goals drive immediate action. For example, a retirement income goal will drive action, but for most people that action is not right now. A burst goal is a goal which drives immediate action or, as Tony Robbins calls it, massive action.

Burst goals are goals you are going to set for a short period of activity; they are the results of activity "bursts." Since they are of limited time duration, you do not have to worry about setting a deadline (the T of the SMART goal properties). Some of the characteristics of burst goals apply to all goals, some are unique to burst goals.

General Properties

* Positive tone - The subconscious does not understand negatives, so you want to phrase all goals as something positive. For example, not "I will cut my debt in half" but "I will save $1000."

* Specific - The more specific you are, the better the universe can respond. For example, not "I will get in better shape" but "I will lose 50 lbs."

* Able to Visualize - You must be able to visualize yourself reaching the goal. Do not use this quality to limit your goals but to drive your visualization exercises.

Burst Goal Properties

* Your Actions - Base a burst goal on what actions you can do, not on the results you desire to achieve. For example, not "I will get 10 new clients" but "I will make 50 phone calls"

* Use the word "will" - Most of the time, you want to avoid the use of "will" in a goal since that implies the goal is always in the future and never actually achieved. However, in this case you should go ahead and use the word because of the built-in deadline. This is a promise to yourself which will (see??) be redeemed by the deadline.

* Crescendo not Jump - When determining how big to make the goal, start at your current level of activity and start building; do not say you will make a massive change at the beginning. For example, say you were saving $50 per week. Start there, and build to $100 per week by the end of the time period, with some growth each week.

* Focus - Do not make a lot of burst goals at once. Better to make 1 goal you can focus on immediately for a short period of time than 5 goals which causes too much commitment.

* Short, short, short - The maximum time frame should be 90 days. Anybody can believe they can do something for a short period of time; too long and you put off action, particularly if you are not convinced you can do the action for an extended period of time.

* Plan for Stopping - In the long run, you want to increase your activity, of course. However, recognize that this is a burst of activity, and when it is done you will take a break. Just like a runner, plan a break or a reward when you reach the end of the race.

Burst goals can lead to new habits and new levels of productivity, but only if set and keep the deadlines. Use them to build momentum, and you can reach levels you have only dreamed about before you started.

Message From the Universe: The Simple Approach to Life!

"You eat to nourish your body. You sleep to rejuvenate your spirit. You study, work, and apply yourself for emotional gains. You exercise to tighten your muscles. You listen to music to entertain yourself.

You're not at all adverse to investing time and energy for the rewards you seek. So how about you spare just a few minutes every day to visualize the life of your dreams? Because nothing else you could ever do will make such a profound difference in your fortunes and misfortunes as working with your thoughts and beliefs.

You can start now,
The Universe"

It is not as difficult as you may think. You do everything else without much thought, just like eating, breathing, working out, or whatever else. You don't need someone to justify your actions because it is a part of who you are, and couldn't see yourself not doing the things you do everyday. However, when it comes to the mental awareness of who you can be in the future, it changes the dynamic on how your mind works on a day to day basis. You see, the problem is that we train our mind that all success, fortune and glory is reserved for all the very few among us living in this planet. Unlike the many who have a sense of entitlement and that life owes them something, a lot of people out there feel that they do not deserve the kind of success we see among the billionaires living in our planet. We can't seem to wrap our mind around that particular concept that we, also, deserve to succeed. I am not saying that everyone reading this post is looking to be the next billionaire, even though that won't hurt as bad, but the reality is that every of your thoughts, no matter its nature, is less likely to cross your mind when building yourself a great future. You feel that it is too good to be true or that how can this fortune come to you or whatever else your mind can construct. Because of these thoughts of insecurities, we subconsciously create a world that is not as intimidating as the wealthy life we strongly desire to possess. "If you think it, believe it and act upon it, IT will come".

Invest your energy into creating a life filled with abundance, joy, happiness and like everything else you do everyday, start training your mind so you can start accepting the good coming into your life. We face obstacles every day that comes out of our control, so why add more obstacles that are based on our thoughts and behaviors. Start looking at ways to bypass these hurdles by thinking positive and appreciate the things you already have. Appreciating doesn't mean to be complacent and settle for what you already have. Don't be an ingrate and complain that you don't have more or that this other person have more than you or whatever else. Be grateful and thank the Universe for the life you already have. Most issues you deal with today are thoughts that were created by YOU, around 6 months ago. You are dealing with these negative thoughts today, so even though it can be somewhat difficult to stay positive during difficult times, I would suggest to think that your thoughts today will have an impact on your outcome in 6 months. So might as well be a good one.

The Cost Of Taking Shortcuts

How do you define someone who is successful? Maybe they have results to show for their work - a lot of money, expensive car, big house, etc. This may look like success to you, but you don't really know how they achieved it. It could be luck or it could be doing the appropriate things to get them to that point.

I like to define success as your ability to achieve your desired outcome.

If your goal is to be a successful network marketer with a certain amount of money coming in every month and you have no idea how to achieve that, then you will start making the same mistakes that many others make.

Don't focus on what you think you must have to be successful. When you do this, your focus will turn negative when you don't see these things happening as fast as you would like. Now you find your motivation has changed and this will stop you from achieving what you want.

Change your definition of success. It's not about the results, but your ability to achieve those results.

You probably have big goals for your business. Maybe you want to quit your job, travel extensively, be around more for your family, time freedom, etc. But first you must develop certain abilities to get you to your goal.

Set milestones for yourself along the way. These will lead you closer to your goal instead of that mysterious, elusive goal out there in the future somewhere. Chunk it down. What is the closest, smallest, most achievable and believable goal you can achieve for yourself right now?

Once you start shifting your focus, things will become much easier because it's not longer a big, mysterious unattainable goal. Learn one skill at a time to get you there. Whether it be writing blog posts, creative emails, captivating videos, driving traffic to your website...

Become great at that skill. Learn it, master it and then become great at the next step.

This will almost make your success inevitable because everything will start to flow naturally. You are becoming that person and now have the ability because of the skills you are developing.

One more important thing is to make sure you have the right spirit behind your actions. Ask how you can serve other people. Do your best to serve others with the skills you have developed. Give value. Continue to do this and it will become like a ball of energy that keeps bringing you closer to your goal.

If you have the spirit of serving in mind, people will feel that. Focus on doing the things that will bring you results by developing your ability and serving others in the process. This will not only bring you the results you are looking for, but will also be much more fun and less stressful along the way.

Believing Is Being

Believing is the power of being able to change the universe. Believing is what gives you the strength to step down from your bed every morning. Your belief is what makes you stand up again when the world knocks you down. Everything you do, every move you make, it is all powered by your belief in yourself, goodness of the world and a hope that things will be better one day.

Anyone can hope, it's simple; but to believe it every day, especially in the face of adversity, that is what makes it real. People are often blessed with special talents, intelligence, opportunities, good familial backgrounds, etc. but you still don't see them succeeding. Why do you think that happens? It's because they don't believe that they can do this. They are so blinded by negativity, pessimism and sadness that they can't appreciate these gifts and use them to better themselves.

In the discussion of beliefs, one concept that commonly props up is that of locus of control. 'Locus' here means location. This concept of psychology talks about your personal storehouse of control. It means where is it that you believe, rise the controlling powers that give your life a direction and push you towards it. There are two loci of control- internal and external.

Internal locus of control is the belief that in spite of forces in the world and universe you can control your own life. You are the ultimate authority on what happens to you, there is no such thing as luck or chance. Yes, there are forces in nature that are not only much bigger than you but also out of your control, but they will only affect you if you let them. You believe that everything that happens to you in your life is controlled by you alone and therefore you take responsibility for all your actions.

External locus of control on the other hand is the belief that luck, or chance, plays a very big role in your life. When some opportunity knocks your way, you'll say- "oh I just got lucky," instead of "I worked really hard towards it which why it happened." Or when something bad happens to you, you'd say- "I'm just having a bad day, the universe is angry with me," instead of, "I know what mistakes I made that got me into this pickle." When your locus of control is external, you recognize and accept forces bigger than you, and believe very strongly that they control your life.

Whether you believe in yourself or something outside of you, that isn't of prime importance. What is more important is whether you believe, because if you don't you will always be lost. Think about your beliefs as the ground you stand on, without this ground you won't be able to build any foundation. To learn and grow in life, you must believe in yourself and your abilities.

Message From the Universe: Be True to Yourself, That's What Matters!

"At the end of the day, no matter how they behaved, no matter what was said, and no matter how things turned out, rest assured, dear friend, that your goodness was known by all.

You rock,
The Universe"

Everything that you do on a day to day basis should be aimed to make yourself happy. Yes, during that process, you may or may not make others feel the same, but the key is for you to be proud of your accomplishments. Never feel like your actions are not being perceived, and that you try too hard to make others happy at the expense of making yourself miserable. It is important to do your very best to not put anyone in danger, including yourself, when working hard towards your dreams. Do whatever it takes to make them happen so you will never regret anything, whatever the outcome. Not everyone will like how things turn out, and because of your strong determination to make things work, the results can be disappointing. Remember that your intentions were good, and whoever else supported you have to learn that you've done everything in your power to make things succeed, but it doesn't always happen that way. You need a long list of failures to have that ONE success. It takes ONLY one great success to propel you into the stars. Les Brown once said: "Shoot for the moon. Even if you miss it, you will land among the stars". Very deep and inspirational quote. No matter what you do in life, as long as you put your all into it, you are still a star to everyone who saw your struggles and desires to succeed. That takes a lot of determination that many do not have.

It is easy for people to just look and pray for others to fail because of their lack of desire to make a change in their lives. They get jealous because of your strong desire to succeed, which they do not have. Your love for adventure and stress free mentality makes them wonder how did you achieve this sense of self acceptance. How can you just move forward in life without any worries or concerns if you fail or succeed? What is your secret? All the ones going for their dreams, including me, are somewhat concerned about success or failure. We are NOT immune to it. We sense that risks are involved but we do not let these feelings control our destiny or desires to move forward. We control as much as we can the possible outcome by anticipating errors that might occur. We are not always right but because of the so many failures we had in the past, we manage NOT to repeat the same mistakes and prevent from falling in the same trap. It becomes a gift that is available to EVERYONE on earth who is willing to fail many times to finally acquire this gift. Not many are ready to experience hell before they see heaven. Focus on what you want in life, and don't let anything stop you.

Message From the Universe: Living ONLY for Today!

"Sometimes, the person whose life looks the easiest, has had it the hardest, but they're just really good at not dwelling on the past, keeping busy in the moment, and rolling "like that."

And I know you know what I mean.

Proud like a farmer in the spring after it rains,
The Universe"

Everyone is battling their own struggles so when you are arguing with someone, no matter how mean they are to you, do not let your emotions take over and strike back aggressively towards that person. The best way to handle situations like that is to understand more of how much this person is suffering inside. This argument might be the perfect case of being at the wrong place at the wrong time for this person to lash at you, but in all actuality, they would have lashed at anyone else, you were unfortunately the chosen one. Nothing personal really, unless you really screwed up and they are just responding to your actions. Overall, it is important to put your ego aside and keep yourself calm during these difficult times. You want to be the person who deals with difficult situations and still come out of it unscathed. By doing so, you are showing better leadership than anyone else by staying calm and collected. Life is never really fair, no matter which way you look at it. Instead of trying to work against human nature, you would need to work with it. Avoid letting conflicts grow and tackle issues as soon as they show up, especially the important ones. Work on yourself and take meditation classes that can help calming yourself down during times of conflict. You would want to create a serene environment every chance you get and allow yourself to become a better person. Growing spiritually is crucial and working towards this goal will make you feel more accomplished than having a successful career. If you are not healthy mentally, you can't be healthy in any other area of your life. It all starts with the mind!

When you see people trying to lose weight and fail, it is become their mind didn't catch up with their body's desire to lose the pounds. Even when they do reach their physical goals, they suffer from body dismorphya, which can be a mental disorder, especially when looking at yourself in the mirror and still seeing your old overweight body. Work with yourself from within, which is the spiritual mind, and then focus on the physical part. As mentioned, everyone deals with daily struggles, and some more than others. Even the ones who seems like everything is going amazingly well, they had their share of struggles but they know not to let these past struggles occupy their mind and stop them from living their lives TODAY. They mastered the "how" to leave events in the past and focus on what to do at this given moment. Trying to control everything is what will make you miserable. Stop focusing on that part of your life and learn how to let go, especially for the things you CAN'T control. Learning to let go of things and allow the Universe to take over is the best thing you can do. Go with the flow at times, just like swimming downstream instead of against current. At the end, you will have more than just your energy.

Message From the Universe: One Step Forward for the Greater Good of Humanity!

"Did you realize that whenever you gave anything, to anyone, you gave to the entire world?

And did you realize that for every path you've walked, for every stone you've turned over, and for every door you've knocked on, you did so for everyone?

And finally, did you realize that whenever you felt love, for any reason whatsoever, you irrevocably lifted the entire planet higher into the light?

Knock, knock -
The Universe"

It might not seem like your effort to make this world a better place will amount to anything but you are wrong. When you pay it forward, you are involved to make someone's life better and hopefully that person will do the same for someone else and so on and so forth. By the end, your generosity have probably impacted a few thousand people, indirectly I must say, but still made changes. The same can go if everyone else do the same. It is not that difficult. By providing help for someone in need is how it can all start. Someone you may not know may pay attention to what you are doing and do the same to someone else. It might not happen ALL the time but it can and when it does, you are a contributing part to this new chain reaction. People get inspired when others are generous, as they do not want to be frowned upon as cheap and insensitive. That is why religious organization are making a killing at Sunday Mass when passing the basket to drop your contribution. When you see others put money in, you can't just pass the basket to your neighbor without having to give something as well. If that works for these institutions, why can't it work for your actions as well.

Humans love to be needed, to be a part of something big and help others reach that level of spirituality that not many will ever reach in their lifetime. We want to be closer to G-d and find ourselves throughout this difficult journey we call life. Success doesn't mean the same to everyone, and many will equal success as having enough money to pay off the USA debt. Others will feel that success is something they create as a spiritual goal by finding out who they are as people, as being aware of their role in this planet. No matter how you define success, as long as you do the things that make you happy, that is what counts the most. We all have a mission on Earth and it is important to take the time to figure out what we need to do to accomplish this mission. By meditating more often, you create a bridge between the conscious and subconscious mind, which will help you get closer to finding out what will make you happy. Being aware of your role on Earth is what will guide you to your path of righteousness. Do not stress if you can't figure it out yet, it will come to you when you least expect it.
