Improve Your Life Today By Learning How To Apply The Power Of Attraction

Living the power of attraction and how to apply the law of manifestation is an important concept in physics and science.

It describes the force that one object utilizes to attract another, like the method a magnet attracts a metal.

In this article let's look at how does the law of attraction work in a few different aspects of your life, like, good health and family, perhaps your social life, too, and keep you attention as you read on as to other areas you may apply this.

Keep in the back of your mind as you absorb this article that the Course in Miracles states, "The miracle does not awaken you, but merely shows you who the dreamer is."

If you think the only magnetic object at work in your life is the one that's keeping your grocery list on the front of your fridge, you need to look at how the principle operates in a new manner.

When something draws another to itself it draws in something.

Much like when an individual tends to attract a specific type of individual, whether bad or good, that's a kind of magnetic force.

When a person tends to draw in unfavorable individuals and circumstances, it becomes an outcome of the same concept, even where the law of abundance is concerned.

How does the law of attraction work for you?

By understanding the law of attraction and what it can imply in your life. The principles of this power of the subconscious mind are that you initially decide exactly what you desire, then you put out an invitation for the cosmos to give you what you want.

Some people specify this as wishing the important things; some people ask the universe for it.

The point is to invite exactly what you desire in the manner in which is most comfortable for you. You must think that you will get it.

By doing these things, you utilize magnetic attraction to attract the thing to you.

Previously I discussed free power of manifestation material available on the web that on how to also be aligned in the right direction for attracting the life you want.

You've developed a force through your thoughts and beliefs that will pull the important things you want in your direction.

It can assist to comprehend the principles behind favorable thinking and intentional development when you start utilizing the concepts of the power of the subconscious mind in your life.

Favorable right-minded thinking and deliberate projection have you concentrate on what you wish to do or to achieve, believe it's possible and even picture it in your mind.

You would relax and practically meditate on doing so if you want to be able to run a mile in record time.

You would see yourself running, see the end of the mile approaching and see yourself cross the mile mark while picturing a timer at a time less than ever before.

This exact same technique can be utilized in other areas of your life, like financial freedom and other monetary areas.

You need to know what you desire, believe that you can have it and see yourself getting it.

This favorable idea and belief will then put out a magnetic pull to the things you wish to pull to yourself, like financial success.

If you steep yourself in unfavorable beliefs, you may draw negative wrong-mindedness to yourself due to the fact that like draws in like.

If you surround yourself with favorable belief and positive thought, nevertheless, you will bring in those things to you in the very same way.

When you think of individuals and whom they attract, - You can see the fact of the principle.

Favorable people living the law of attraction have the tendency to bring in positive partners and relationships, while unfavorable individuals appear to always have one relationship crisis after another.

Living the law of attraction can work in your relationships, your finances and in every part of your life.

How to apply the law of attraction is a crucial manifestation idea in quantum physics and science.

Just like when an individual tends to draw in a specific type of person, whether for the best or for the worst, it's still a power of the subconscious mind.

This power of the universe within you can work in your relationships, your financial resources and in every part of your life.

(I also suggest seeking the net for more helpful material on topics like, attracting optimum health into your life by more clearly understanding this power of manifestation principle.)

To a life of success and happiness!

When You Emerge From Your Home, Will You See Your Shadow?

Most people are discovering a "new normal" and have changed habits and goals. While every day may seem like the movie Ground Hog Day, you can pull several excellent lessons from this 1993 classic.

The movie Ground Hog Day stars Bill Murray as Phil Connors, a TV weatherman and Andi MacDowell as Rita Hanson, news producer. Phil has for several years been assigned to this small town to report on the end of winter, Groundhog Day with Punxsutawney Phil.

Phil sees this small town as beneath him and sees himself as above all of this. The next day he wakes up at his hotel as if the day before has not happened. He is in a time loop, an endless repeat of the same day!

Does this sound familiar to you?

Does every day seem like the one before?

What are you doing to improve your life and that of your family during these dark days?

Are you moving items from your someday list to your do it now list?

At first Phil doesn't accept responsibility for anything, and lives like a college freshman who just received their first taste of freedom. He indulges in binge eating and drinking, reckless driving, one-night stands, and robbery. Each day has no consequences, as if he is in a time loop.

The Realization:

Phil has always had an attraction to his news producer, Rita. He tries and fails to court her and is depressed and desperate to end the loop. He also tries to kill himself and even kidnaps Punxsutawney Phil.

The most valuable take-away from this segment was that he decides to pursue something he wants, instead of talking about it... even if he fails.

What are some of the things on your someday list?

Have you begun learning that musical instrument or language you have always wanted to learn?

The Transformation:

Phil chooses to take responsibility for himself and his actions and decides to better himself and take action on the items that have long been on his someday list.

On Phil's list was to learn to play the piano. He takes lessons on the piano, practices, and realizes he possesses musical talent!

He also has always wanted to learn French, so he puts in the effort and does. He learns to sculpt ice, he decides to help others. He begins by asking them questions to find out what they dream about and want! Then he begins helping them get it!

In a restaurant a man is choking and Phil steps in to save him. He befriends a homeless man, takes care of him, and takes him to the hospital.

He asks questions about the people around him wanting to know about them to help them realize their dreams. He helps them to show he cares about others. He's become a better man because of this "Time Loop".

How are you helping others?

Phil really likes Rita and asks questions about her to find out about her dreams and wishes! Rita sees the changes in Phil too!

During this crisis what are you doing to better yourself?

What are some of the things on your someday list?

That someday is now.

Do you want to learn a musical instrument?

Do you want to learn a new language? What about writing a blog to honor someone who has helped you?

Isn't this a perfect time for you to shift gears during these dark days and do something special with this time you have been given?

What books are you reading? How is that new musical instrument coming along?

The time to start is now!

What are some of the things on your someday list?

What are one or two things you want to do right now to improve your life?

Start now!

What would happen if you viewed these times as your opportunity days?

Why You Should Make It A Habit To Visualise Your Ideal Future

Visualise A Favourable Future

It's easy to focus on what is wrong in your life than trying to envisage a better future because your problems are real.

To imagine a future you can't see poses a challenge. However, it's worth devoting more time to visualise what you want to experience as I'm about to outline.

Before we proceed, I wish to render a caveat in case you dismiss this as another touchy feel good article. Visualisation without action is futile because mental preparation and inspired action are both necessary to bring to life your desires.

Visualisation is the seed fertilised in the mind, whereby action is the flowering plant that blossoms. One needs the other to manifest your goals and dreams.

I'm not articulating something new and apologise if you came looking for a revelation. Similarly, I can't assure you that a new idea will change your life either. What I can offer is a message that highlights why visualisation is a powerful tool to improve your life.

It's important to visualise a favourable future instead of focussing on circumstances that annoy you. Many people act impulsively without giving any thought to what they really want. They constantly think about what they don't want and are disheartened when it shows up not as expected. This is because they haven't devoted enough time or energy to get clear on their desires.

It was Napoleon Hill who wrote in The Master Key to Riches: "Mental attitude is important because it converts the brain into the equivalent of an electromagnet which attracts the counterpart of one's dominating thoughts, aims and purposes. It also attracts the counterpart of one's fears, worries and doubts."

People spend more time than necessary observing what is wrong in their life instead of imagining what their ideal future could be.

Use Windows Of Opportunity To Bathe Your Mind

Hebbian Theory describes the mechanism for synaptic plasticity stating: "Neurons that fire together, wire together." Brain cells that communicate frequently are strengthened through their connection. Messages travelling along the same pathway in the brain often become faster and more efficient.

This is beneficial for several reasons, least of which means what you give enough attention to is reinforced in the brain through its cellular network.

Therefore, if you give attention to what is unwanted in your life, those same cellular structures are strengthened and become efficient unless you change your thought patterns.

"Any idea that is held in the mind, emphasized, feared or reverenced, begins at once to clothe itself in the most convenient and appropriate physical form that is available," states Napoleon Hill.

I realise this is easier said than done. It has taken me many years of practice and drawbacks to consider myself capable of directing my thoughts. However, through diligent practice and regular meditation, I am more aware of my thoughts instead of allowing them to control me.

Certain times of the day such as early mornings and late evenings can be conducive to visualisation since the mind is less agitated then. Think of these times as windows of opportunity to bathe your mind with images and ideas to create your ideal future. The right time of the day helps in nourishing your mind with the right impressions.

Likewise, if you are stressed, hungry or tired, try not to wrestle with your thoughts since you are unlikely to succeed.

"While a certain amount of vision is necessary, on the other hand it must be remembered that we are dealing with a power that is like the soil of the ground, which will produce the plant when we plant seed. It does not matter if we have never before seen a plant like the one that is to be made for us. Our thought is the seed and mind is the soil. We are always planting and harvesting. All that we need to do is to plant only that which we want to harvest," wrote the founder of Science of Mind magazine Ernest S. Holmes.

Many New Age authors of the early 20th century spoke of the importance of visualisation, including: Ernest Holmes, Napoleon Hill, James Allen, Norman Vincent Peale, Wallace D Wattles, Neville Goddard and Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Even the great Stoic philosophers of ancient Greece spoke of training the mind to harness its potential. The most successful amongst us know that imagination is the strongest faculty of the mind.

Albert Einstein devoted many hours to conceive of intricate mathematical formulas. Author Walter Isaacson writes in Einstein: His Life and Universe: "How did he get his ideas? "I'm enough of an artist to draw freely on my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world."

In a similar vein, it was the great Italian Renaissance genius Leonardo da Vinci who spent countless hours visualising his inventions before they came to life. Da Vinci referred to his visualisation process as, "sapere vedere" which translates to: "knowing how to see."

Form A Mental Picture Of An Ideal Future

The power of imagination is a powerful mental ability to create one's future. However, to take advantage of it you must devote consistent time and effort to develop your mental powers so it becomes laser focused.

The British philosophical writer James Allen wrote in As a Man Thinketh: "A man's mind may be likened to a garden, which may be intelligently cultivated or allowed to run wild; but whether cultivated or neglected, it must, and will, bring forth. If no useful seeds are put into it, then an abundance of useless weed seeds will fall therein, and will continue to produce their kind."

Visualisation requires time, patience and diligence and is something world renowned creators and thinkers engage in often. They apply laser-like focus to envisioning an idea until it comes to life.

Prayer is a form of visualisation, so too are your words, so it makes sense to use your creative powers to visualise your future. It's of no use bemoaning your current situation in the hope of creating a different outcome.

I liken it to travelling on a train headed in one direction before realising you want to go in the other direction. You notice a train approaching in the distance and decide to disembark in order to catch it.

And so it is with visualisation. Avoid giving your attention to what you're unhappy with in your life. Do not talk or write about it. Rather, focus on what you want to create by setting aside as little as five minutes a day to visual it.

James Allen says: "A particular train of thought persisted in, be it good or bad cannot fail to produce its results on the character and circumstances. A man cannot directly choose his circumstances, but he can choose his thoughts, and so indirectly, yet surely, shape his circumstances."

Many great thinkers used daydreaming to enhance their creative abilities. They sat in their favourite chair and allowed their minds to wander. Some took afternoon naps. In the moments preceding the nap, they visualised a scene or a problem and drifted off, awakening later with a solution. I often take regular naps in the afternoon and have noticed that my greatest insights arise following a twenty minute nap.

What you wish to bring to life should be first visualised and cultivated in the mind until it feels real. For the cynics, this is not positive thinking either, but redirecting the same mental energy you devote to your problems towards a better outcome.

Use the power of visualisation and emotions to form a mental picture of your ideal future.

It is often said we use ten percent of our minds. This is because we haven't developed the understanding to create our lives via our thoughts. By harnessing the power of your thoughts, you can train your mind to focus intently on what you want to create and play with the ideas, perhaps changing them before they manifest into reality.

Take consistent action to support your visualisations. Remember, visualisation and right action work in harmony with one another. On their own, are merely a diluted fantasy.

Harness the power of your conscious and subconscious mind and you will undoubtedly create a powerful future worth living.

Ways to Improve Quality of Life - Improve Your Life With Long-Term Changes

Man Wearing Black Zip-up Jacket Near Beach Smiling at the Photo

There are qualities that we need to address to improve quality life. We all have these to some degree and must be cognizant of them so they do not take control of our life.

Fears change?

I have listed 4 qualities that we need to change. Once we will learn how to overcome these, surely we will obtain what we desire in life.

Enjoys Seeing Others Fail - There are individuals out there who enjoy seeing others fail. Some of them hide it well but instead of congratulating a person when they attain some form of success this individual deep down inside wishes that successful person falls flat on their face.

These feelings could stem from the individual having a narcissistic personality or some deep-rooted psychological problem. A successful person likes to see others achieve greatness as well, the more people who succeed the greater the wealth for everyone. This "evil eye" mentality may come back to haunt the person who enjoys seeing others fail.

In business and life if you help people they will help you at some point in time but if you kick a person when they are down you may find yourself in a similar predicament in the future so try to help individuals whenever possible. If you feel this way then seek out professional help, having this condition is not a character flaw but failing to get it treated is a sign of selfishness.

Irritable And Angry Most Of The Time - Everyone has a bad day here and there but if a person is constantly irritable that other people avoid them then that is a sign this particular individual is either in the wrong position or is dealing with internal challenges.

The reason a person gets angry is they feel like they are overwhelmed and out of control otherwise they wouldn't be angry. Unless the individual in question is suffering from withdrawal due to a drug addiction i.e. smoking cigarettes there is no reason for them to be irritable all the time.

This negativity can be toxic for your company, nobody wants to go near an individual who is constantly negative so if this sounds like you it may be time to look at your workload and maybe adopt some stress management exercises to keep the angst in check. We all get angry from time to time but it is how we deal with it that makes all the difference in the world.

Will Find Excuses And Blame Others For Failure - No one wants to fail, but we only fail if we stop trying. Whenever something happens that seems to be negative an individual with the wrong mindset will look for excuses why a particular project did not go according to plan.

Some of the excuses are "not enough time" "not enough money" "someone else dropped the ball" all of these excuses are nothing more than lies, the project did not go according to plan which does happen to the best of companies.

A successful person would say "you know what, this is what we did right and can implement and this is what didn't go according to plan and we can avoid in the future". By making you accountable to yourself and those around you will exude confidence and people respect that, no one likes a whiner and if a person constantly makes excuses they are essentially that a "whiner".

Does Not Set Goals - If you do not set goals in life how will you measure results? Not trying to be rude but if you do the same things day in and day out without willing to make goals and measure them then what is the point of living?

Please don't take this the wrong way but if you had a job and you went to work every day but did absolutely nothing your boss would fire you. You are the boss of your own life so if you are not doing anything to make your life better what kind of message are you making about yourself as a person?

I know you are scared, we have all been there but you only have one life to live so why not try something different, positive and see where it takes you, who knows where you will be but one thing we know is what you are doing now does not produce results so take the first step and try something new.

Erase these negative mindsets and embrace new things to improve your life with long-term changes. You do it for the better.

Did You Know That Positive Affirmations Can Improve Your Life And Wellbeing? Here's How!

The dictionary defines affirmations as, "statements, which affirm something to be true." In simple terms, positive affirmations are positive phrases, which you repeat to yourself and which describe how you want to be.

The theory of this practice dictates that when you repeat affirmations as if they were already a reality (when they are not) the message seeps deep into the subconscious mind, so you really start to believe them, and eventually they will become your reality. It is a self-fulfilling prophecy.

At first, you should state the phrase(s) intentionally, to counter any negative thoughts that creep into your mind. Over time, the phrases should occur naturally, without you having to intentionally think about them. At this point, the phrases become part of your subconscious, part of your very mentality, which has a tremendous effect on your life and wellbeing.

How To Use Positive Affirmations

Select affirmation phrases that are only 4-5 words long so that you won't forget them. Make them present, positive, and personal.

In staying present, use "I am... " instead of "I will be... "

In staying positive, make sure the phrase is uplifting. Examples could be "I like my artistic side" and "I am successful" and "I love myself."

Lastly, in staying personal, use phrases whenever possible that directly apply to your unique skills and qualities.

For example, "I paint landscapes beautifully" and "I organize my time well."

It is best to only pick 1-3 phrases that you can really focus on per day, because you should be repeating the same phrase to yourself repeatedly.

The phrase(s) should be related to anything particular that you are struggling with that day or doubting yourself about. The phrase(s) may not change for days or weeks at a time, until you are able to truly believe them and they become one with your subconscious.

The best time to use the affirmations is when you are not busy with other tasks. Spend 5-10 minutes repeating the phrase(s) to yourself, either mentally or out loud if no one is around you. Do this first thing in the morning and multiple times during the day, as you are able.

Make it a habit to also say them as you are trying to fall asleep. Make sure you are relaxed when you begin. Try taking deep breaths before you start, and concentrate on the words as you are saying them.

Go one-step further and visualize the phrase in your mind as you say it. This helps to integrate the phrase into your subconscious.

How Positive Affirmations Affect Your Wellbeing

Research shows that positive affirmations improve your well-being. Specifically, positive affirmations can do the following things in your life:

  • Build Your Confidence - As the positive phrases become implanted in your subconscious, you will come to think more highly of yourself and your self-esteem and confidence will grow.

  • Empower You To Accomplish Your Goals - As your confidence grows, you will trust more in your capabilities and be able to successfully reach your goals. The visualization technique previously mentioned helps with this too, because if you envision what your life looks like when you have obtained a specific goal, then it will be easier to motivate yourself to work towards it. One great example of this is weight loss, as studies have shown affirmations to have positive effect on success in people losing weight versus subjects who did not employ the technique.

  • Lead To Prosperity - You will find yourself more successful in your career, in your relationships and in your personal life when you live life with a positive mentality.

  • Lead To Romance - Whether you have long doubted your abilities to sweep another person off their feet, or you have been in a relationship that you view as mediocre, this will all change with a new attitude. When the positive affirmations change your mentality, which changes your outlook on life, you will have the confidence to sweep someone off of their feet or to re-invigorate your current relationship. You will be a much happier person, and that happiness will flood into your romantic life.

  • Heal Your Mind And Body - Research studies show a strong connection between the mind and body. People with a positive mentality control their stress and blood pressure better and demonstrate a stronger resiliency against disease. They also have effective coping skills when dealing with life's maladies that make them resilient and well equipped to deal with stressful situations and come out on top, instead of succumbing to the pressure.

  • Can Be Applied To Any Situation - No matter the personal struggle, applicable affirmations can be created and applied.

You can achieve all of these things with positive thinking. It all starts with affirmations that are present, positive and personal. Never underestimate the power of positive words!

Really Great Positive Affirmations to Improve Your Life

To develop a positive mindset is one of the most powerful strategies that you need to develop in life. By means of positive affirmations, visualizations and powerful positive thinking techniques, you can be in a position to achieve all that you have ever desired for. Business personnel and professionals can make the most of these techniques for developing their personal prowess or gaining a competitive edge in life. At a more personal level, your health and overall life can be transformed while also renewing your passion and joy in life. Positive affirmations are so powerful that you will be waking up every morning full of joy and energy, bursting with enthusiasm to set out on the journey of another day.

Waking up and saying an affirmation early in the morning can prove to be a good idea as that is what remains ingrained in your mind and affects the way you take decisions through the day. Positive affirmations help you strike a balance in the mind under situations of intense stress and prevent you from getting too panicky. Try your best to come up with your own de-stressing mantra in life as what works for others may not be as effective for you. Stick with what you find to be effective, even though it may be something as simple and silly as "Hakuna Matata."

Here are some of the best positive affirmations that have been proven to be effective in restoring self-confidence of individuals.

• "This too shall pass": Forget the past, worry not about the future and live only in the present- how often do people come across this statement? Although living in the present maybe extremely important, reminding yourself of the fact that all the stress you are going through is only a temporary occurrence can help provide you some solace. Tell yourself that you need not look beyond the horizon to witness clear skies.

• "Make it work": A poignant power phrase that was devised by the famous spiritual guru Tim Gunn. When low on self-confidence, take in a deep breath and remind yourself that you have total control over the situation. Every situation, no matter how twisted it may seem initially, has a solution you can work with although you may not quite take note of it at first.

• "Keep calm and carry on": This phrase has come down over the years as a potentially powerful morale booster. What was initially designed to as a propaganda by the Ministry of Information to keep British worries away during the Second World War can now be found mounted on the walls of almost every college dorm that you set foot in.

• "Tomorrow is another day": Common knowledge though it may be, acknowledging the fact that if things are not working out today then you have another day to set the records straight can work wonders in boosting your self morale.

• "Every little thing gonna be alright": A famous Bob Marley song, opinion is still divided on what drives the positive affirmation in this case. While some claim that the words are what produces the calming effect, others believe that it is the divine and soulful melody that helps us to see past all things that lead to our frustration in life.

• "Don't worry, be happy": Remember the famous beat by Bobby McFerrin? It serves as a reminder for us that if you worry too much, it will only contribute further to your stress. Every life has its fair share of troubles, worry too much and it will only double.

Positive thinking techniques and positive affirmations help you in developing a positive and powerful attitude towards life, an essential element for your good health and success. When you have this power to work with, you can turn your failures into success while your success can be driven on to reach altogether new levels. Positive attitude is what fuels your success in life. Using the aforementioned techniques of positive affirmations, some of which have been behind the success of many famous personalities, you too can motivate yourself and aspire to be a someone with a very optimistic outlook on life.

How The Law of Attraction Can Improve Your Life

In life, there are a lot of different things that can positively affect your life. You may not immediately think of certain things, but it's true. For instance, you're not going to find many people scoff at the notion of eating right and exercising. In fact, this is the premier thing that you can do for your body. It helps with weight loss, management, and can even stabilize mood. It's something that can absolutely pay off in a lot of different ways. The body can be mended and helped with exercise, but what about the mind? People may find that the mind is a difficult thing to really work on, especially when it comes to getting a handle of anxiety, and more. To elevate the mood, you may want to look at why and how the Law of Attraction can help.

The Problem With Negativity

The first thing that you are going to find to be true is that millions of people are negative. Just turn on a television and you will be hit with a lot of news and updates that are absolutely problematic. There's nothing good that can come from manifesting this into your life. Millions of people are dwelling on the wrong things, and they are starting to see themselves get sick as a result. If you don't cast aside the elements that are anything but positive, you will start to slowly weigh yourself down. When you're dwelling on things that are outside of your control, you will no longer have positivity in your life, and that can be problematic. The law focuses on removing these issues and building up your self-esteem, confidence and more.

An Outward Change

One of the premier things that the Law of Attraction does is it makes you a bit more jovial. When you go into work, when you talk to others, and when you are just living your life, you're going to exhibit a great deal of outward happiness. This beautiful update will allow you to become more popular, and people gravitate towards that. You'll be surprised by how much a smile can change the way that people see you. Imagine walking into your work smiling, laughing, and enjoying the day. That's the kind of positivity that is infectious, and it's part of the notion of attraction overall.

The Big Question

The biggest question that you will no doubt ask is simple, does this work for everyone? The short answer is absolutely, yes. However, it doesn't happen overnight. If you're going to make a lifestyle change, you need to work on it slowly so that you can see a great amount of momentum come your way. If you expect changes to occur permanently, over 24 hours, you will not get moving forward. However, if you take your time, and you work through the positive elements that are necessary, you will end up in a whole new world of positivity. Test this out a bit and see why so many are seeking out attraction instead of dwelling on the negative elements that can manifest in life.

3 Major Reasons Why People Give Up On The Law of Attraction

You may see this throughout the online world. People are throwing in the towel in regards to the Law of Attraction. There are always going to be negative people in life, and with the internet, many of them have posted things online. When you research this concept, and start to learn about how you can improve your life, you may be tempted to fall into the negative side of things. Skeptics are going to always push you in the wrong direction, and that's not a good thing. There are many major reasons why people stop pursuing attraction. The following illustrates just a few of them.

It's Easier To Be Negative

Folding one's hands, and just scoffing at the future is easier. Cynics are born every day, and the more skeptical people are, the more negative things can become. It's easy to join this side because it is just a lot easier to band together with those that aren't seeing anything good manifest in life. You could turn on the television and see a lot of bad news and dwell on that. You could join the millions that are anxious, mad at life, and just don't want to get anywhere. That will lead to more negativity and issues than if you were to chase the opposite direction.

People Assume Bad Things Will Always Happen

Ask someone about why they are unhappy with their job, life, spouse, and more. They'll have reasons and they'll most likely just fold their arms. They just assume that things are always going to be bad, so they are happy with the status quo. This is not a good thing. The status quo is not going to help you grow or feel better about your life. Furthermore, if you have children, they are going to manifest the same disdain that you may have for things, and the cycle of negative momentum will continue through the years. It's not a good thing. People give up on attraction because they assume that bad things will always happen, and that's not true.

Riches Don't Manifest Fast

People assume that by adhering to the principles found in the Law of Attraction, that they will win the lottery. This is not a good luck charm. When you look at this like a fortune telling machine, or something that is going to pay you dividends for just being positive, you will lose sight of the bigger picture. While you may be more prosperous, it will not occur overnight, or by gambling. You'll have to put in some work in order to get more in terms of riches. There's no shortcuts to being positive, you have to remember that.

At the end of the day, it's easy to give up on being positive in life. Millions of people do that. However, those that don't give up, those that continue to find silver linings in their lives, are happier, see more positivity manifest, and enjoy life as a whole. Try this out, and see how far you can go with the many benefits of attraction overall.

Do You Have The Life You Deserve? (By Felipe Tognarelli)

How to improve your life and get the motivation to pursue your dreams!

I remember growing up with the widely accepted notion that life will somehow just give way to my fantasies and wishes. But as I grew older, I discovered the depth of the saying; "if wishes were horses, we would all be riders".

If we could all just get what we desired, then no one would have to be wallowing in the disgrace of lack or struggle with pursuing their dreams. While considering if it is possible for someone to have the life we deserve and also while trying to improve my own life and get motivation to pursue my dreams, I noticed that life will not hand you what you need but will give you what you demand and that there is a way to place such a demand.

I may not always have deserved what I demanded, I certainly didn't demand to be diagnosed with stage 2 Cancer while only being 25 years old, but the fact is that we all get what we demand or attract, and most of the time, we all do this unconsciously by letting our thought take control of our lives. With this knowledge, I admitted that life was never handing me what I deserved and it never would. If today, I'm not where I want to be in life it's because I didn't place the demand or I never thought of myself as someone capable of achieving success, there was always the "but" keeping my brain "tied up" telling myself I am just not good enough, then I surely have realized what I've demanded my entire life - Nothing.

Once before this realization, I attracted a lot of negative thoughts that weighed me down on the highway of life to destiny, but I decided to get rid of all these beliefs to finally start taking control of my life and move it towards my dream, you know what they say... if you don't control your life, your life will control you... So life has finally given me what I demanded, reshape my mind and take over it!

Now, the fact that I wanted something doesn't necessarily mean that I have decided to have that one thing, and the difference here is what has transformed in my life. Although it is the greatest importance and obviously the first step, desiring accomplishment and a better life won't necessarily give you that life, you must be relentless and hustle every single day to achieve that type of life you are after, success is not complicated to obtain, just hard, but not complicated.

This is what I have seen as the key that unlocked my latent abilities and eventually my drive. The fact about dreaming is that it's everyone's ability, it is therefore, imperative that one must dream big or as others may say "think big". An inner source of motivation I first chose to cleave to is; to dream and think bigger every day, through the rain and whatever weather I was going to dream big. Dreaming was the first step to my improved life. The consistency of my dreams bears much who I am ordinarily and creates spaces for a better me. Dreaming big as I have understood, helps me realize all the greatness that I can be, but am not yet and this sets me on the edge. I cannot sit comfortably with the understanding that I am less than I should be.

So, what would happen if we don't decide to act upon our dreams? Then, times will come when the only apparent option is to desert your dreams and desires to settle for less, that's why the matter of deciding to press on must be permanently present, because if not now, then when?. The truth in life is that not every day will be a sunny day, storms and tempests will come and your resolve to hang on and remain in the game is what will determine you having the life you deserve.

Dreaming big, I came to realize that helped me to get to another phase of improving my life; knowing myself and knowing my life, knowing where I was and where I wanted to go. Another important matter to achieve the life we have always dreamed about, we must avoid the "identity Crisis" the quest for who to imitate or who to masquerade as being that. Not knowing oneself is a deterrent to personal improvement because the fact is we are all different and to improve oneself, one must know their own self. This knowledge is what makes me and not somebody else, you are the anchor of your own show and you and have the power to decide whatever dreams you will pursue to achieve or not.

I see that it is never really any improvement repeating what another man has done. I can and should learn from the achievements and failures of other men, but I should never replicate them, it is fundamental to have a mentor, someone that has accomplished what we are trying to accomplish, so we can learn from them, however, failure and success are personal, they are subject to circumstances such as the principal conditions around the person and activity. Thus, because conditions cannot, in essence, be replicated, it not wise to want to replicate the success of another man.

The fact that I know myself helps me to decide on what and what not to indulge myself in. I know what activities would drain me without seeing any conceivable benefits and those that will engage me with returns, but no conceivable drains.

A wise man once said, "Wisdom is the ability to recognize difference". And in defining wisdom he says "is pragmatic of life". I have seen that when I recognize the difference between what I can and cannot do, I do not stress myself on the "cannot", rather I reinforce my can.

Reinforcing what I can do is the third step to improving my life. From nature, we can learn that, when a seed is planted it is not guaranteed that it will grow and bear the fruits a plant should. It needs water and fertilizers, sunlight and weeding. Eventually, the plant brings forth, likewise, the knowledge of who I am was basically the seed that had been planted, and I then need to water that seed, provide it with fertilizers, sunlight and weed the ground around the seed.

This reinforcement is what I have seen comes from awareness, I should gain as much knowledge as I can on the dreams I have, the pros and the cons. The knowledge I get from books, the internet, learning from others (specifically those I can recognize as having achievements in areas of my ambitions) and from nature will help me further pursue my dreams, this knowledge points me in the right direction of implementation and also gives the momentum towards my dreams. Without such knowledge I will gamble with what to and what not to do, this eats large chunks from invaluable time.

Lastly, improvement is guaranteed by work. I may have big dreams and know how to achieve them, but without the express vigor of taking action to the latter, big dreams and abilities are simply that. To translate big dreams into their tangible equivalents, I have learned that I have to work them out, there is no magic involved, just work and we all can work.

The times that I've encountered the greatest improvements in my life have been in the hardest times when facing my biggest challenges, but I essentially kept on pressing without stopping. The motivation to keep on going comes from the knowledge that what I am facing right now is not unknown, there have been countless people before me that have encountered similar and worse challenges and overcame them successfully.

Until next time!

How To Overcome Feeling Stuck In Life

It's All Perception

You've tried everything to improve your life, but nothing changes. Frustration develops and you're disappointed because you're unable to resolve the situation.

Allow me to put your mind at ease over the coming paragraphs.

Here's the good news. Remaining stuck is only a perception and does not represent your actual reality.

Now the not-so-good news. Feeling stuck is a sign something needs to change in your life. You might have an intuitive impulse to make those changes, but resist doing so for fear of change.

The key to overcoming being stuck is to distance ourselves from the drama to gain a wider perspective. That's why taking a break is useful because we perceive our problem with a new mindset.

Albert Einstein said, "You can't solve a problem with the same level of thinking that created it." He was referring to developing a higher perspective to solve a problem formed by outdated thinking.

We need a new paradigm to conquer being stuck, otherwise we approach our difficulties with obsolete thinking.

The harder we try the less we see results, due to a change in conditions that have now progressed.

"Stuck on a problem? Step outside your head for a minute. How might your best friend approach the same problem? A scientist? A poet? A six-year-old? Your dog? A fresh solution - even a hilariously wrong one - might lead to a right one," states author Victor J. Strecher in Life on Purpose: How Living for What Matters Most Changes Everything.

Distance And Time Are The Antidote

Distance and time are two ingredients to transition from this state, since we gain clarity without being too invested in the outcome.

Journaling and talking to an unbiased person is beneficial to help you form a different opinion. What we consider stuck, is really a holding place to gather new information before embarking on a new adventure. Alternatively, it may be the seed of an opportunity fertilising itself for something better to transpire.

I enjoy the title quote by author Dan Millman who wrote, Way Of The Peaceful Warrior. He states that being stuck is an opportunity to gain a running start. What may have worked in the past is no longer useful to get us to the next point in our life.

"Remember, we get stuck because we've lost touch with a bigger sense of things. We forget that our stuck place is not an obstacle but rather our exact path to freedom. Yet this is only true if we're willing to bring awareness to it," affirms author Ezra Bayda in The Authentic Life: Zen Wisdom for Living Free from Complacency and Fear.

Often, being stuck is life shepherding us to the next stage of our life.

As an example, consider a failed relationship where one partner cheats on the other. If the relationship dissolves, the person who instigated the cheating might be remorseful for their actions and reflect on what caused them to behave this way.

If they don't learn the lesson, they are stuck in the same destructive cycle. Think of a mouse running on a mouse wheel not going anywhere.

However, if the person is sorry, they will use this time to contemplate their actions and make amends to heal their negative actions. With any luck, they will have gained the awareness to transform their behaviour in the next relationship.

I appreciate the advice from author Dennis Merritt Jones who states in Your Redefining Moments: Becoming Who You Were Born to Be, "When the next disappointment pops up on your pathway to the life of your dreams - and it will at some point - slow down and, rather than getting stuck, allow yourself time to dig deep and connect with that creative, tireless genius within who knows how to get past the brick wall."

When we're stuck, our judgement can be clouded by frustration. We try desperately to overcome our negative feelings, instead of gaining valuable insights minus the undesirable emotional states.

Excuses Keep You Stuck Further

To move forward, be honest with yourself and avoid hiding behind excuses. This creates a victim mindset and keeps you stuck further.

Based on my experience coaching individuals over the years, this is the hardest phase. To assume ownership of our choices means we're held accountable for our actions.

This is empowering because accepting responsibility means we co-create our life's story and change the cycle of destructive habits.

Embracing your circumstances is the first step to move beyond your current state. It doesn't mean you like what's happening, instead you're accepting that it's taking place through you.

"Despite how stuck you may feel, you are here to dissolve the veil of denial with the power of your own loving support," avows author Matt Kahn in Whatever Arises, Love That.

Distance yourself from the chaos to impartially assess what your situation is. What could being stuck teach you? Be honest and avoid sugar-coating the answer to appease yourself.

I assure you, getting past the sense of being stuck pales into insignificance to feeling good about yourself. One is short lived while the other is a permanent resolution to your troubles. Power is attained when we rise above our challenges.

Second, welcome your circumstances instead of expecting it to resolve itself. It seldom does, until you examine your actions and find a solution. A poor solution is better than running away from pain because at the very least, it's a starting point towards self-empowerment.

Sometimes life forces our hand to help us gain a new level of understanding for our personal development.

Consider your current experience as an opportunity to a better way of life.

As the saying goes, if nothing changes, nothing changes. Ultimately, the answer to rising above your situation lies in your response.

Will you stay stuck or step into a rewarding life?

Only you and the passage of time will tell.

How the Law of Attraction Can Improve Your Life

Image result for attract

How the law of attraction really works?

The secret Law of Attraction is a theory based on the fact that "like attracts like". Meaning that positive energy will attract positive things, and negative energy will attract negative things. So what you have to do is rather simple.

If you want that all the things you dream about to come true, you need to change your state of mind and adopt positive attitude, of course, this can be rather hard when trouble hits you, but you must have the strength to think and feel positive even in those moments if you want to turn the odds in your favor.

Probably you wondered why some people are richer and successful?

Well, for some people, being positive is their natural state of mind, so yes, things happen faster for them, giving the things they want easier. For some, most of us, there the need for practice and focus to behave like that, in order to materialize our wishes into our lives.

So you have to change your lifestyle first if you want for the Law of Attraction to work for you, stop being miserable about the things you don't have.

The more you feel sorry for not having them, thinking that you are not worth it or other negative thoughts of this kind, the more you will make a larger gap between you and the accomplishment of that wish. You should feel like that wish is already present in your life as it is there and you are enjoying it already, which means to be happy and positive.

"To bring anything into your life, imagine that it's already there." Richard Bach

You need to start being grateful for all the things you have. You may not have much, but there are many people that don't have half of what you have, so be happy about it.

Being thankful for your health, family, job, house, even if it is small or rented, can help you change your vision into a more positive one.

The most important thing you have to do is to chase away all the negative energies that make you think badly, which stress you and make you unhappy.

Even if you risk to appear selfish! the only way to make the Law of Attraction work for you is to be happy. You need to do the things that make you happy, regardless of how simple they are, like reading a book or taking a walk. Relax, take care of yourself, be calm and serene, and be positive no matter what.

Do all these and you will see your life shifting. And keep in mind that your wishes will come true according to their size and importance, so never lose your hope, as some wishes will take more time to come to reality.

"Be thankful for what you have, you'll end up having more. If you concentrate on what you don't have, you will never, ever have enough" Oprah Winfrey

Ways to Improve Quality of Life - Improve Your Life With Long-Term Changes

There are qualities that we need to address to improve quality life. We all have these to some degree and must be cognizant of them so they do not take control of our life.

Fears change?

I have listed 4 qualities that we need to change. Once we will learn how to overcome these, surely we will obtain what we desire in life.

Enjoys Seeing Others Fail - There are individuals out there who enjoy seeing others fail. Some of the hide it well but instead of congratulating a person when they attain some form of success this individual deep down inside wishes that successful person falls flat on their face.

Moving Mountains With Placebo

Person Standing on Top of Rock

When we go to the doctor it is because we are unwell and want to get better. Once there, we feel that now the doctor will take it from there. We go with faith and a hope to get better. This is the first step. The doctor writes the prescription and we pop the pills, no questions asked, thinking these will help us get better. They actually do. Research says that placebo effect works. But what fascinates me is that how amazing it is that by mere thinking something is true, your whole psychology and physiology starts to work in that one direction. You actually start to feel better.

Well, if this can work on an illness, why can't it work in other real life situations where mere believing can send a message to the universe that, "I want this, start working in my favor." Your mind and body are living in a state where they believe that good things are going to happen. They don't even think about the other option, not even once. This can be a great force in making things happen and motivating oneself to achieve a goal which at one point seemed unattainable.

But having said all that, there is one hitch. This is where the truth lies. "What do you want?" If you apply the placebo effect to your mind for every situation, you should understand that merely wanting and believing is not enough, what you believe also matters. Having malicious intentions or wanting something that you feel you don't truly deserve will not trigger your brain and mind in the way pure thoughts do. Wanting things like wellness, better health, a good quality life, love, companionship, financial security, respect, etc. are fully justified in life. We all deserve a good life. Therefore, wanting something that one should have anyways makes a strong case for you as there is no guilt factor.

We all know ourselves better than the world knows us. Keep your thoughts pure and then think about how you want to improve your life. Think about what aspects of your life need your attention and then apply the placebo effect. How do you do that? Well, it's simple. Just keep one thought in mind. If you feel that life isn't being fair, just believe that good things will happen, have faith, let yourself go and the universe take over. It's worth a try.

Affirmations to Improve Your Life

An affirmation is a positive assertion, a solemn declaration, a way to change your way of thinking. You can use affirmations to improve performance and results in all areas of your life. The "positive action" self-talk of specific affirmations is beneficial to achieving desired outcomes.

Affirmations can implant your sub-conscious mind with a framework for achieving success. They should be read with emotion, preferably out loud, and with great desire and meaning. The secret to affirmations is to read them as though you are already in possession of that which you are seeking.

Affirmations should be read every day without fail, preferably as soon as possible on rising in the morning and always just prior to retiring in the evening. During the day try to read your affirmations as often as you can.

Do not be concerned if the results you are seeking do not come immediately. Be persistent. Use your affirmations for 30 days without missing a single day. This will implant the positive messages into your normal way of thinking. Continuing the recital of your affirmations beyond 30 days will increase their strength, which will manifest itself in the results that you will receive.

Understand that different people have different levels of self-belief and self-worth. Results, therefore, will be different from one person to the next.

For greater results you can write each affirmation into an exercise book every day. You can also add your name to each affirmation to personalize it for you. Commence each affirmation by saying: "My name is..." This will add further strength to the affirmation.

The following is an example of an affirmation for happiness. (Note the positive and action based way it is written)

HAPPINESS AFFIRMATION

"A feeling of inner happiness is coursing through me. I am choosing to be happy every day no matter what circumstances I find myself in. I awaken each day with a smile on my face because I know I will be at my best when I am happy. Other people see my happiness as a sign of great strength. I smile and greet people with genuine enthusiasm. My own happiness leaves everyone I meet in a happier state. Being happy is a wonderful feeling. A feeling of inner happiness is coursing through me."

3 Things That Help Improve Your Mood

Self-improvement is a difficult thing to accomplish if you aren't sure how to move forward with natural elements. If you want to improve your life, you need to focus on what your mood is like, and how to elevate it through natural means. The reason why people need to focus on natural elements is because it works with alleviating the body's mind and body. Instead of taking pharmaceutical options, there are a lot of different things that you can do to help with mood, and improvement overall. If you want to get moving forward in this realm, consider the following elements that you can change up for the better.

Get More Sleep

The biggest issue that people are not doing on a regular basis is simple, sleeping right. You may be able to function on 5 hours of sleep, but that's not a good thing. Don't diminish the value of sleeping enough hours every night. Take on at least 7 hours a night, and perhaps even a cat nap during the day. You want to make sure that you do this so that you can feel refreshed overall. If you do not feel good in your slumber, get a sleep test and figure out what may be going awry with how your patterns are.

Give To Others

Another thing that you can do to help with mood is simple, give of your time. Volunteer at your local soup kitchen, or find yourself an opportunity to simply give back. You can volunteer in a lot of different ways, and you can receive a great joy in literally helping others. You don't have to spend a lot of money to do this, you can just set up shop at your local library and help people read, or a food pantry and pass out food to those that need it most. A lot of non-profit organizations just need your time, give back.

Take More Walks

During your days, take a walk. Literally go outside, find a park, or just get out and get some sun by walking. There are a lot of great things that come with walking. If you can just spend at least 30 minutes of time in this regard, you will not only feel better about your life, you'll also enjoy better health and more. Walking is a good thing to help you, and elevates mood overall. There's no better way to get started with self-improvement, than exercise. This is the easiest exercise you can do right now.

At the end of the day, the aforementioned simple steps are going to help you with your confidence, weight management, and will help others. Your mood will change, you will receive many benefits in terms of health, and mental stability as well. There's something beautiful about improving yourself, and it starts with the simple steps mentioned above. Test them out one by one and see what happens when you decide to work towards a better resolution. It may not manifest in 24 hours, but in time, you'll feel a lot better about yourself and others.

How To Use Criticism To Improve Your Life

It is just a matter of looking at things a little different.

  • "Are there any honest people in the world?"
  • "Are there any people who will tell you the truth no matter how good or bad?"
  • "If everyone is beating me down, what can I do?"
  • "I've failed so many times, I can't think of anything else to do to solve this problem."

These words reflect the views and mindset of an individual who has given up on themselves.

It is sad to see how many people have done so.

These individuals don't view criticism as anything more than a personal attack. They don't see it as useful and may view it in a negative light. This negativity is failing to help them to build self-esteem or improve their lives in any way.

Criticism is often interpreted as a negative proponent. The fact is, it is a valuable tool for self-analysis. Nothing more.

Did you know that psychics use criticism to gain valuable insights?

Think about that statement for one minute. It makes sense. If you remain negative and advert criticism, how will you change? It is not hard for someone to determine your future.

Criticism is only advice you do not want to hear!

It does help and it should never effect you in a negative way.

I know some people are bad at delivering it, but stop listening for the how and listen for the why. Just because someone is not good at speaking, it does not mean that what they have to say is not valid.

It can be important and helpful.

Criticism makes people weary of doing this such as solving problems and contributing.

When you begin to accept criticism for what it is, nothing more than advice, you will begin to see its true value. It can be an effective tool for helping to improve your life.

You will never hold back a good idea for fear of it.

This can change the world. Creativity is the mother of all new things.

You will see the positive aspects of other advice given to you.

Sometimes a bad review is a good thing, it pushes you to do your best. This can result in a better outcome. Even better than you ever imagined.

You can focus only on the things that you need to change.

People who see criticism as nothing but a personal attack sometimes feel overwhelmed. They begin to question themselves and then low self-esteem ensues.

Remember, no one is perfect. Everyone needs a little talking to once in a while.
