Connect To Your Higher Self With DNA Activation: Tame the Shadow Body of Sabotage

The Shadow Body is the influencing force on human expression known as thoughts, emotions, and mindsets or struggle and sabotage. We live in a 15-dimensional time and space matrix with a Higher Self influencing empowerment. The Shadow Body and Higher Self collide and influence one another by overlapping. The Shadow Body is based in an anti-matter reality while the Higher Self is based in a matter reality known as Earth. The two realities overlap and influence one another like the Vesica Pisces.

The Shadow Body is the subtle body hooked to the human body. The Seven Subtle Bodies originate in the Seven Planes of Existence. The Seven Planes of Existence originate in the Phantom Matrix or overlapping anti-matter reality to our physical reality. The Phantom Matrix houses the archetypes, which is code for parasitical behavior based in survival mentality. The subtle body influences the angular rotation of particle spin of your physical body, which creates pre-determined situations. It's like an Invisible Suit that we each wear in 3D reality that creates human expression.

Everything in life is controlled by Angular Rotation of Particle Spin. Angular Rotation of Particle Spin or ARPS is less about spin and more about momentum based upon a determined angle on a 360 degree circle. All positions on the 360-degree ARPS scale have a resonance or meaning that attracts thoughts, emotions, and mindsets. Those thoughts, emotions, and mindsets ultimately attract positive, negative, or neutral results into your reality. The 360-degrees can be referred to 360 degrees of dualistic life experience, in which a person experiences sadness and its opposite known as happiness.

This Shadow Body has intentions built into each specific angular rotation of particle spin, such as addiction, fear, abuse, theft, blame, etc. The Shadow Body governs everything. The Shadow Body is a forced fallen blueprint that governs, steers, and directs your life. It is one of the keys to parasitical access and manipulation of your consciousness.

Think of the Shadow Body as pre-determined, pre-set circumstances that override your history of divine right choices. Free Will Choice is not fully functioning in this time and space matrix as this is a training reality to understand extreme opposites of Love. If you are to understand the opposite of love, such as anger, aggression, jealousy, and greed, you must experience a limitation of choice.

You did not inherit pre-determined circumstances due to karma or poor choices from the past. Pre-determined situations were created to feed Source Light from your DNA template to parasites that either gave up or lost their own Source Lights. If you do not have Source Light running through your subatomic particles and DNA template, your ability to manifest is compromised with limitation and lack.

What is Source Light?

Source Light is a blue-white hue colored light that is transmitted from Source Consciousness through a stepping down process through your Monad, Soul outside of time and space, and into time and space through your Rishi Self, Avatar Self, Oversoul Self, Soul Self, and finally 3D Self. DNA Template is a name for all these aspects of you, known as the Higher Self, and the light that steps down into time and space is necessary for consciousness expansion, manifesting, and living without extinction.

A 12-strand template is a reference to a person who has a Soul, Oversoul, and Avatar in their DNA template. The Soul is based in either dimensions 4, 5, or 6. The Oversoul is based in either dimensions 7, 8, or 9. The Avatar is based in either dimensions 10, 11, or 12.

Outside of time and space, the Soul, Oversoul, and Avatar are connected to a Soul that is currently going through transformation, which is a re-connection back to Source Light. Divine Love had been disconnected from the Monad and shut off from Source in order to experience the Fall. The experience of the Fall is complete and it is time to experience your true divine nature, which is divine love, vibrational harmony, and expansion. Thus creating a parasitical relationship through borrowing light by feeding on the emotions of other human beings is coming to an end.

How Does DNA Activation Play into this?

Due to parasitical influence and the lack of Universal Laws fully functioning in this time and space matrix, humans have been disconnected from aspects of their Higher Self. Humans function in the lower three DNA strands and the lower three chakras of survival. The original human blueprint was a natural integration of one's higher consciousness in one immortal lifetime. Currently, humans are unable to naturally embody their Higher Self or ascend out of this time and space matrix as we are stuck in an unnatural cycle of birth, death, and rebirth.

  • Reincarnation is not the divine blueprint.
  • Suffering continual, unconscious expression of thoughts, emotions, and mindsets is not the divine blueprint.
  • Not knowing your purpose, mission, or reason for existence is not the divine blueprint.
  • Experiencing financial struggle, confusion, and fear are not the divine blueprint.

DNA Activation is the key to restoring the Divine Blueprint in your DNA template. The double helical, physical DNA is the surface representation of you while the DNA template is the multidimensional manifestation of your divine structure. The activation of the DNA template is the activation of scalar waves, which are longitudinal waves, superluminal, and a powerful non-hertzian energy identified by Nikola Tesla and Albert Einstein. They are the key to restoring the connection to all aspects of your Higher Self.

The activation is based on using specific language in the form of commands, the use of Universal Laws, and the 528 hertz frequency. Your DNA responds to words. Dr. Peter Gariaev discovered that the genetic code in junk DNA follows grammar and usage rules virtually identical to the human language. Junk DNA was laden with indications of intelligence, purpose, and meaning. Dr. Jeff Delrow discovered that the A, T, G and C of DNA naturally form fractal structures closely related to human speech patterns.

Just as negative, painful words lead to anger, anxiety, degradation, guilt, aggression, humiliation, depression, and resentment, so do positive, powerful words or commands.

  • DNA Activation stops the repeating stories of lack, limitation, anxiety, and fear.
  • DNA Activation changes your angular rotation of particle spin so that the matrix overlay has less influence on your subatomic particles.
  • DNA Activation connects you to all aspects of your Higher Self.
  • DNA Activation restores spiritual gifts, such as telepathy, clairvoyance, clairaudience, and claircognizance.
  • DNA Activation attracts new opportunities, people, places, and experiences.
  • DNA Activation expands your pineal gland and awareness to other realities referred to as the Shamanic Realm or Bi-Locating your consciousness.
  • DNA Activation activates intuition, creativity, and your soul purpose.
  • DNA Activation creates empowerment, self actualization, freedom, and sovereignty.

DNA Activation creates wholeness, integrity, and peace. It frees your subatomic particles so that you regain the ability to manifest. As you focus on something you desire, your intent collapses scalar waves of consciousness into 3D. Your DNA literally becomes your projector of reality.

Turn Your Curse Into a Blessing

We all suffer a "chronic" struggle in our life: deep fear or anxiety, constant anger, procrastination, envy, depression, scarcity reality, greed, bad timing, missed opportunities, rejection issues, feeling unlucky in love, power struggles, intrapersonal co-dependencies, alcoholism, workaholism... These (and many more) are all related to a deep perception of some sort of insufficiency or lack: lack of love, lack of appreciation, lack of happiness, lack of understanding, lack of connection, lack of recognition, lack of attention, lack of wealth, lack of health, lack of food, lack of knowledge, lack of security, lack of justice, etc. And that deep (and, most importantly, deeply distorted) perception of insufficiency drives us into situations where we feel almost cursed: we can never find someone to connect with deeply, we can never have enough money, we are frequently depressed, we always struggle with our boss at work, we can't control our anger... (Feel free to fill in the dots with "the story of your life", i.e. your "favourite" recurring struggle from the past 10-20 years of life experience.)

Now, were we borne that way? Yes and no. Are we doomed to continue that way? Again - yes and no. You know that there are always two sides to the medal, right? And that the two sides are the exact opposites. In other words, if you are looking at Anger on one side of the medal, Serenity is on the other; if you are looking at Alcoholism on one of the sides, Sobriety is on the other; and if you are facing Procrastination on one side, you will invariably meet Decisive Action on the other side.

Importantly, we all carry at least one such medal in us, where the dualistic split of reality is taken to an extreme. Even more importantly, both sides of the medal are present in us simultaneously. In other words, the curse and the blessing are both there, at all times. As babies we normally connect to the "positive" side of the medal and we tend to spend more time feeling blessed. Then something goes wrong (i.e. life happens), and we turn to face the other side of the medal while starting to feel "cursed". Most important of all, your "curse" is actually a clue as to what innate talent and what innate strength you were born with.

Thus, fearful people have the greatest capacity for courage because fear and courage are on the two sides of the medal. Similarly, angry people have the greatest capacity for serenity, while vain people as well as pathological liars have the greatest capacity for authenticity; and alcoholics, of course, have the greatest capacity for sobriety.

Indeed, our blessing is our curse, but our curse is also our blessing. In other words, the curse and the blessing exist simultaneously and are two different ways of looking at the same thing. Importantly, there is a third force that needs to come into play here, if we are to tap into our innate potential for transformation and to connect with our internal capacity for greatness and happiness. This third force is frequently referred to as the Higher Self, or the Observer (some call it God), and embodies our ability to neutralize opposites by integrating them into one whole. So think of your angry self as a small self, and think of your serene self as another small self of yours. Now invoke your higher self and start to observe both of your small selves in a neutral, detached, non-judgemental way. In that moment, as you acknowledge and allow for the conflicting opposites to co-exist and gradually merge, you are collapsing a dualistic split into one whole, and right there you have access to options, possibilities and choice as to who you want to be and how you would like to respond to life situations.

Now, how do you invoke your higher self in practical terms? First, get some help through therapy (this may be optional for some). Next, go home and help yourself through meditation, contemplation and introspection practices (that's a must for all of us). Third, don't expect results overnight, and don't think that if you got it today, you have it for life. It's a process. Your smaller selves want it now, and want it all. But your higher self already has it all. So when you get worked up and impatient, go back to meditation, contemplation and introspection, i.e. connect with the higher self which already knows that you have everything in you to overcome the very thing that stops you from being all that you can be. Indeed, God doesn't give you a challenge that you can't deal with using your own internal resources only. So simply look deep inside of yourself for happiness does come from within.

How to Create a Vision Board That Manifests

One of my favorite ways to start the new year s with a vision board. Creating a vision board is a form of manifesting that is extremely powerful. A good vision board holds the "essence" of your future self and lifestyle. The most common mistake people make when creating a vision board is making it a "to do" list or a goal sheet. Refrain from putting up jobs or goals, as those are the means to the quality and outcome of your vision, not the essence of who you will be. This does not mean we don't have work or career goals it simply puts the focus on how the work you do today is the vehicle to build our vision. They both align but for the purpose of our vision we are unattached to the how and connecting to the WHY!

For the purpose of this vision work I am presenting, we acknowledge it is the work of the heart and soul and therefore needs to be void of reason and thinking. The goal of your vision board is to create the story of the future self. The board can serve as a process or pathway to creating goals but does not require you include them.

Often as a result of creating a vision board you will find the sub conscious dreams are brought into the conscious mind and in turn, your reality by way of experiences and opportunities. At this point we have the ability to choose what path we take. Therefore it is very important to be open-minded and mindful of what may be coming into your reality.

The energy that emanates from your vision is of your higher self and therefore may challenge you to be out of your comfort zone in any area that requires growth. This is now the time to set goals to meet the challenges. Opportunities may look like seeing a course that interests you, a job or an event. They may ask you to give of your time, energy or money and cause you to reconsider and say no. But often it is a matter of prioritizing our daily tasks and finances to serve this new direction. Ultimately the things we set out to achieve evolve us into the person of our vision board story and they will be worth the investment.

Vision board exercise:

  1. Choose magazines because you like the cover. Don't look through them just simply pick them up. (I often go to thrift stores and purchase used ones if I don't have enough lying around my house.)
  2. Choose words or phrases to cut out that resonate with who you are aspiring to be or who you are would like to become.
  3. Choose photos because you like the color, the look, the idea, not because it says who you think you currently are or what you now do. Simply cut pictures out of magazines without judgment.
  4. Once all your photos are clipped, arrange them in "categories" to create mini stories. Stories can be my love life, my journeys, my adventures, my dreams, my future, my aspirations, my health and wellness, my vitality, etc..
  5. You can use your word and phrase clippings to paste to each grouping or you can write your own words.
  6. If you find your pictures agitate you, create tension, anxiety or even a fraction of stress, eliminate them. Its most likely a goal not a vision.
  7. Once you like your stories and they "feel" right glue them onto your vision board.
  8. Hang your vision board somewhere you can take time to reflect on it that's in a space personal to you.

Vision Board Meditation:

  • To start a vision board meditation simply allow yourself a few minutes of time.
  • Set your focus to your heart area and ask that your mind stills while your heart "sees" the board.
  • Take a moment in each story or category to name how this makes you feel. Not sure yet? Just ask that you become aware. Once you have a feeling, amplify it by seeing yourself in this story. What attributes, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually have you attained by bringing this story into your life. Daydream till it "FEELS" good in every cell of your body.
  • If you feel your thoughts judging or questioning you can write them down and choose to work on this later. Or, you can simply thank them for showing up and bringing awareness but that you are choosing to enjoy this story.
  • You can choose one category at a time or continue with your whole vision board till complete. There is no right or wrong way to do this. Once I'm finished envisioning I like to close my quest with a deep breath and as I release it I put a smile on my face, love and joy in my heart and say... And so it is.

The vision you put forth IS manifesting and so it is very important to stay open, non judgmental and pass experiences and opportunities through the heart when they arise. Try saying yes more often and see where it leads!

A New Direction - A Path to Knowing

woman looking through window

We all get to that point in our lives when we have questions that no one can answer.

Our destiny is not often easily reachable sending each one of us to embark on a journey to find or know ourselves.

Sometimes you feel alone, discerning this is your path, solitary quietly yet you find there have been many walking down this lane with you

In our current economic times where there seems so much uncertainty we search for answers.

It's sad as many may live our entire lifetime without ever discovering our potential. Quietly you can hear the answers and guidance - a higher power that is within reach.

Higher Self

This is the power that is within you. It is your REAL self. The real you that has the total consciousness.

The "you" that is connected to the Light that never gets caught up in your daily darkness of emotional turmoil but maintains a divine perspective all through.

This higher guidance or higher self has the instruction manual to help you manage your thoughts, goals, plans, intentions and every emotion you encounter in your everyday life.

All that is required is to connect with your higher self and have faith the answers will come to you.

How to Connect with Your Higher Self

You get disconnected from your higher self any time you see yourself different than you are. You may have learned through all your fears, confusions, tears and anxiety to stay calm. By learning how to connect with your higher self- inner power, you will step into an awareness far beyond. Many are the times we allow our ego to speak, thinking it is our higher self-speaking. There is a difference in the language that differentiate ego from spirit.

It is important to distinguish between the two voices. The Higher self is what guides us to fulfill our path and wishes day in and day out. Connecting to your higher self is done purposely in the following ways:

  • Conscious imagination - Imagination is healthy, especially if it is higher self-imagination as it gives you the right answers you require in life to progress. The higher self gives you answers or advice that is more knowledgeable and wiser than you. It gives you insights into situations that have proved tough.
  • Journaling - Write down questions that have been disturbing your mind and listen up for answers and write them down as well. Journaling can be coupled with listening to your ego but with time, you will realize you are no longer dwelling on your ego anymore. Deeper and more meaningful answers will begin to surface, don't filter, just type all of them. Playing meditative music in the background has been known to work well in this session.
  • Visualization
  • Two Way Conversations

Remaining Connected

Remaining connected to your higher self is very important but fear stands in our way.

How To Dismiss Negative Thoughts & Feelings

Any negativity in thought, feeling or behavior is a separation from your real or higher self. It's a separation from reality itself - which we can term temporary insanity. This is based on the fact that the universe as a whole is an all-positive phenomenon where not a speck of negativity exists. The universe moves in perfect harmony with every person, place and thing within it. - Otherwise life could not exist and flourish within it.

Negativity such as anger, resentment, impatience, fear, guilt, insecurity, boredom, frustration, anxiety, worry, and the like, is usually an expression of denial or refusal. It's anything lacking in constructiveness, helpfulness, usefulness, cooperativeness and optimism. Negativity of any name or nature contradicts this universal harmony, so will result in negative feedback - for what goes around, comes around. What gives, gets. Nothing true, good or positive can possibly come from a negative foundation because the negative is always false or unreal. It's a lie from beginning to end.

Any negativity you experience in your life exists primarily in your mind and is all ego- or self-created. Part of your mind makes it up and another part believes it. You have a free will and, consciously or unconsciously, you - the egotistical or self-centered you, have chosen to indulge or express it in order to make yourself feel better about yourself, to justify yourself. The ego takes everything personally: "How dare my computer run so slowly!" "How dare that idiot driver cut me off!" It's all about you instead of about life itself.

Taking everything personally is your current default position, and is the father of all the negativity in your life. Until you grow out of this self-centeredness you were born with, you're going to have to learn to control your negative emotions rather than not have them at all. You control them by making them dead on arrival by not entertaining, romancing or indulging them for more than a split second. Prevention is key because negativity comes with the self-centered personality. It comes with the flesh.

This is where detached awareness comes into play. You want to stay on top of your thoughts and feelings. Notice their emergence into awareness as soon as possible - then immediately dismiss them. Change the subject. Pause. Walk away. When you witness them from a distance, they disintegrate on their own - as if from lack of fuel.

Your personally-indulgent attention is what gives negative thought and feeling energy, power and a false reality. This is how we "create our own monsters." As you consciously distance yourself from all thought and feeling - both negative and positive, you unite with your real, all-positive self. Separating from your lower self is the gesture that connects you to your higher self. It's amazing!

Turning Fears Into Action Items

We all have fears and issues around certain struggles that life has to offer us from time to time: some of us are fearful about death, finances, careers, health, weight, happiness, partnerships, business, coping abilities, aging, relationships with families or friends. These struggles can change with age and stages in our life. What was important when we're twenty is not so important when we are sixty or seventy.

Recently one person mentioned the fear of being a sales person and how to create her own business and find her own clients. This is a struggle for many people, especially for people in the natural health-related fields who find it a challenge to emphasize their talents and their fees. Why? Because we want to take care of people; we don't want them to feel we are putting pressure on them to spend their money. But, aren't we doing just that? If we want to share our services with others, we have to think of the sharing as an exchange. I give you this and you give me that. Both parties must feel that the exchange is of equal value. So as natural healing artists, we must address our fears about selling our services to others. Whenever we address our fears, try to think of yourself from a wholistic framework which can help you coach yourself to learning how to turn your fears into action items.

WHOLISTIC FRAMEWORK
I spell holistic with a 'w' because, for me, wholistic means whole. We are all whole and we all have the tools we need within ourselves to maintain a healthy, happy, and productive life; but sometimes inner thoughts and fears or outward pressures from the world and others create blockages that stop us from having the life we truly desire. That is what natural healing is all about - finding nature's way to ensure we stay balanced in our lives. Let's elaborate on the word 'wholistic'.

Wholistic can mean the linking or combination of the body, mind and spirit. Drawn from the principles of the Ayurvedic system, referred to as the system of life, we draw on the elements of Air, Fire, Water, and Earth as the underlying basis of the structure of the universe which is also the same basis within the human structure. We are all made up of air, fire, water, and earth and we use these basic elements as expressions or preferences that help us increase self-awareness of our gifts, strengths, and also of our blindspots - those parts of ourselves that we do not like to visit or that feel boring to us.

This increased self awareness along with the increased developmental use of all the elements within us consists of the Air or Mental side of ourselves which relates to how we think and dream - our ideas about life. The Fire & Water relate to the Social side of ourselves and how we relate to others through communicating, coordinating, cooperating, and connecting. The Earth or Physical side represents how we build a world that is solid and which manifests the ideas of the thinker or Dreamer through the processes of the two Social expressions of Fire or the Actions we take and Water or our Reactions to the process as we move through it.

OUR PREFERRED ELEMENT
This whole-person system is driven by the captain of our ship which is referred to as our natural, most preferred element or way of operating. When we allow the captain of our ship to guide us, it helps in its process to yoke all four elements into the maturation of our higher or spiritual self. This higher self is expressed in life by how we take our strengths out into the world to share with others; the ultimate goal of a spiritual life on planet earth is to self-actualize or to bring into actuality our gifts which are tempered by life itself - not in the world of the imagination - but in the world of reality -- through a complete process of manifestation developing and using all the tools within us that nature provides.

REFRAMING FEARS
The fear of sales, in some sense, can be reframed and doesn't have to feel like 'sales' but sales can be thought of as a context for sharing who we are with others. The process for insights into this struggle is not about getting you to 'sell' yourself but the process is about assisting you in sharing (hence getting sales) your highest, most actualized self with others even when you have or in spite of having these fears and blocks. The fears and blocks are the actual stepping stones for closing the gap between where you are and where you want to be - sharing (selling) your services to others.

COACHING TO INCREASED CONSCIOUS AWARENESS
No matter what you are afraid of and no matter what your blocks or stressors at the moment are, coaching to conscious awareness helps to bring and crystallize what is not working into what can be turned into an action plan. A good coach will help you create an action plan that is perfect for you and will then assist you in moving toward what you do want instead of what you fear or are striving to avoid.

COACHING TOOLS
The fundamental tools applied in a coaching session are personality preferences, behavioural insights, addressing fears and blocks through questioning skills, getting clear on motivational drives, insights for dealing with conflict and confrontation, and the use of various processes to increase personal insights as you focus and move forward on what you want to achieve - hence 'coaching' skills for achieving your goals/targets/dreams.

Indecision Is Death (By Ellie Rome-Reed)

I have had a lot happen on my path and sometimes I have had to make difficult decisions. Regardless of what you're going through, you have to make a decision. Because doing the indecision limbo is going to kill you.

I read Napoleon Hill's "Outwitting the Devil" and really resonated with the story. I have a lot to say about the book, but I will stick to the singular point: Indecision is death.

Napoleon Hill was struggling. He didn't know what to do or what his next step would be. On a walk one night, he received information about what he should do next, from his other self (or his higher-self). He made a decision to follow the guidance of his higher-self and it led to amazing things happening in his life!

Back to my decision: I was on the fence about leaving my 9-5 job. I was dealing with non-stop migraines since November 2016 and I had been on short term disability. During that time, our nanny quit and my autistic son started acting worse than ever before. I knew the doctor would not sign any more paperwork unless I agreed to Botox, which intuitively I knew was not a healthy option for me.

So I spoke to coaches and mentors, all of whom encouraged me to make a decision either way and stick with it. I even had a conversation with an amazing person who said, "Logic and responsibility can trick us sometimes." He told me not to go backwards. So I made the decision to quit.

For the next couple weeks, I started to wonder if I was making the right decision (you know, ego tries to keep you safe with the known instead of the grander possibility of the unknown). So I did what anyone who had made a decision and didn't want to waffle back and forth about it would do: I hit send on my resignation letter.

I felt an immediate relief. The stomach ache that had plagued me for weeks was gone. I was able to sleep through the night again. I even stopped grinding my teeth.

It didn't matter if I had enough money in the bank, if everything was lined up, I had to make a decision and commit to it. Because when you commit, the Universe shows up to support you. Or rather, "Leap and the net will appear."

Don't get stuck in the cycle of, "Let me think about it a little longer." You will never stop thinking! Make a decision, get out of that discomfort! Then you can step back and ask, "Does this decision serve me?" When asking that question, you haven't let the opportunity pass you by. You can always change your mind later, if things no longer serve you.

Here's another piece of advice I learned: Define failure for yourself.

What is failure to you? Now don't give up on that thing you said yes to until you actually "fail" at it. And I guarantee, you won't fail. But until you've reached the point of failure, you don't know if you don't try AND you will regret 100% of the shots you don't take!

Make a decision. Try something new. Give yourself a chance at success.

Everyone has a story, but sometimes we allow fear to prevent us from sharing it with the people it could most inspire. Everything you want is right outside of your comfort zone. Allow yourself to dream big and know that it is possible to achieve every one of your dreams. They're all on the other side of fear.

5 Steps to Creating Your Dream Life

Image result for universe

"You did not come to face reality, you came to create reality." - Abraham-Hicks

Take a moment and imagine your very best life: you live in your dream house, you have a loving partner, a healthy body, fulfilling work, supportive family and friends, and more than enough money to meet all your needs and wants.

How does your current reality compare with the life you just imagined? Does it even come close? If not, it's time to make some changes!

You are continually in the process of creating your life experiences, but most people are unaware of their power and are creating unconsciously, by default. As long as you believe that anyone or anything outside of you is controlling you, you will operate more from habit, or influence, and continue on in sameness.

You are not at the mercy of your circumstances. You were born a creator and have the power to shift and mold your reality into the life of your dreams.

Here are the 5 important steps to create your life intentionally:

1. Learn How Deliberate Creation Works

Deliberate creation is the intentional focus on something that is wanted with the purpose of creating a desired outcome. The process consists of 3 basic steps:

  1. Ask for what you want
  2. Believe that it is coming to you
  3. Allow it and receive it

Everyone is a creator and has the power to create. By learning to harness this power through awareness and conscious involvement in the creation process, you can become a creator who has consistent results and a life of your own choosing. Your life can be an ongoing journey of fulfillment and joy, rather than one of only occasional moments of fleeting happiness or temporary satisfaction.

Deliberate creation allows you to truly live rather than merely exist. You no longer feel like you are the victim of your circumstances because you are in the driver's seat and are in full control of the vehicle.

2. Connect With Your Inner Being

One of the most important steps of successful deliberate creation, the one that most teachers fail to tell you about, is to consciously connect with your Inner Being (also known as your Higher Self or Soul).

This non-physical part of you is always with you, loves you unconditionally, and is in every moment guiding you to your very best life. Your Inner Being is your expanded, loving, and compassionate self. It is the wise teacher within you that knows everything about you, including why you have the challenges you have. Your Inner Being is the essence of who-you-really-are, has no limits, and assists you in knowing your true identity.

As a deliberate creator, connecting with your Inner Being is crucial to creating your life on purpose. You may have some degree of success on your own but without this connection, there will be limits to what you can accomplish, and your life experience will be less meaningful, less satisfying, and considerably less productive. Making this conscious connection is the key to creating a spectacular life with consistent results because you are tapping into to the greater power and infinite wisdom of the Universe.

3. Get Clear on What You Want

It is through your dreams and desires that you grow and evolve. You are an eternal being and will forever have desires. It is a key element in the expansion of life; not only yours, but also the Universe. Without desire, you cannot evolve and would cease to exist.

Your dreams and desires may come to fruition eventually on their own without deliberate intent, but why leave it to chance when you can manifest what you want more quickly? This is where clarity comes in. Getting clear and focusing on exactly what you want to create in your life speeds up the process.

Image result for be positive

Consider each of the following areas of your life and write a list of what you want:

  • Your Values: What is most important to you - success, freedom, happiness? Identifying your values will help you to get clear on the essence of what you want and will serve as the foundation for your dream life. If you do not have the life you want, you are probably living from a different set of values than is required for what you want. Consider reprioritizing your top values to create more of what you most want.
  • Ideal Self: Identifying the traits of your ideal self will help you to reclaim your true identity and align you with the person your were born to be.
  • Health and body: What is your ideal for your health and body? How much do you weigh? What kinds of foods do you eat? Do you exercise? If so, how and how often? How do you feel physically? What do you look like?
  • Financial Abundance: What does your ideal financial situation look like? How much money do you make? What are your sources of income? How much money do you have in your savings account? Do you invest?
  • Career: What is your ideal work situation? Do you work with others or alone? Are you your own boss, maybe an entrepreneur? What activities are you doing? What skills do you use?
  • Intimate Relationship: Think about your ideal intimate relationship, how does it look and feel? What does your lover look like? What character traits does he/she have? What kinds of things do you do together? How do you feel when you're with him/her?
  • Other Relationships: What does your ideal relationship with others (family members, friends, co-workers) look like? How do you feel in these relationships?
  • Home Environment: Where do you live? Who do you live with? What kind of house do you have? How many bedrooms and bathrooms? How do you feel at home?
  • Spiritual Life: What are your spiritual beliefs? What activities do you do (meditation, attend church, etc.)?
  • Fun and Recreation: What activities do you do for fun? Where are you? Who is with you?

Add or change things on your lists as you think of them. Over time your vision will become more and more clear until eventually your life will begin to unfold as you have described.

4. Release Resistance

Resistance is the only thing that prevents you from having what you want and living your best life. It comes in the form of belief in lack, scarcity, or unworthiness. Negative emotions such as anger, fear, frustration, etc. is a signal from your Inner Being that you are in a state of resistance. If you catch it in the early stages, before the momentum gets going, it's easy to shift back in to allowing and in the direction of what you want.

Resistance lowers your vibration and slows your energy down, which in turn slows down your manifestations. In order for the Universe to deliver what you want, it has to receive a positive energetic signal and an open channel to receive.

Since releasing resistance raises your vibration, it is worth taking the time to let go of anything that is not for your highest good, such as negative emotions and old limiting beliefs. When you're in a high vibrational state, you feel more aware, connected, energized, and tuned in.

Here are the 3 most powerful ways to release resistance:

  1. Appreciation. Appreciation is the absence of resistance. It raises your vibration and aligns you with what you want and the creative person you really are. If all you did was look for things to appreciate you would live a happy, joyous life.
  2. Meditation. When you relax and quiet your mind, your attention is turned away from the thoughts that hold your vibration in a lower place. It only takes 10 to 15 minutes a day of meditation to significantly improve your life.
  3. Tapping. Also known as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), tapping is basically acupuncture without needles. It is an invaluable tool for releasing negative emotions, letting go of old beliefs, and neutralizing the charge of unpleasant memories from your past. If you are not familiar with EFT tapping, I highly recommend taking the time to learn.

5. Stay Focused and Move Forward

To create your life deliberately and successfully, it is important to develop the ability and skill to focus your thoughts. The best way to do this is to have an alignment plan.

Alignment is the absence of resistance and gives you the leverage to create what you want faster and more easily.

Your alignment plan can include any processes that you enjoy, such as meditation, scripting, affirmations, appreciation lists, or vision boards. Anything that helps you to stay positively focused on your desires, let go of resistance, and raise your vibration.

The more you practice alignment and focus on your dream life, the faster it can come to you. You are a powerful creator and have what it takes to succeed! Move forward confidently and joyfully, and allow the most magnificent life you can imagine to unfold.

The Value of Contrast

You came into your body full of excitement about the possibilities that this life experience would inspire, and that desire that you held in the beginning was not muted at all by trepidation or doubt, for you knew your power and you knew that this life experience and all of its contrast would be the fertile ground for wonderful expansion." - Abraham-Hicks

What is Contrast?

The concept of Contrast was introduced by Abraham-Hicks. As defined by Michael Losier, author of the book Law of Attraction, "Contrast, as it applies to the Law of Attraction, is anything you don't like, doesn't feel good, or causes you to be in a negative mood."

Most people are not good at knowing what they DO want but they are good at knowing what they DON'T want. Identifying contrast is a helpful tool to get clarity on what it is you do want.

When someone is not nice to you (contrast), you want them to be nice. When you don't have enough money (contrast), you want more money. If you're having health problems (contrast), you want to be healthy. Contrast causes you clarify your preferences.

How Contrast Serves Us

You can't know what you do want unless you know what you don't want. Although it doesn't feel good, contrast is actually a good thing. Out of contrast and the variety of life's experiences, you get to decide what you prefer.

Contrast launches desires and is Step 1 of the creation process. Contrast and desire is the basis for our existence. Without it, there is no creation.

Contrast causes you to focus your energy more clearly, and from that focus you find new awareness and your new preference. The more clearly you know what you want, the more easily the Law of Attraction can deliver it.

Sometimes your Inner Being / Higher Self will prompt you in the direction of a problem in order to create a solution. And as a creator, isn't that what you're looking for?

Clarity Through Contrast

In his book Law of Attraction, Michael Losier offers the Clarity Through Contrast process to help us better understand what it is we do want. You can download the PDF for free from his website, or, you can use a piece of paper - simply draw a line down the middle and at the top of the left side write "Contrast" (A) and on the top of the right side write "Clarity" (B).

The Clarity Through Contrast process is simple:

1. Choose a situation or life area that you want clarity on, such as career, finances, relationship, etc.
2. On side A (contrast) list all the things that are troubling you about your situation. For example - career - hours too long, pay too low. You can refer to past and current experiences to help build your list.
3. After completing the contrast list, read each item and ask, "So, what do I want?" and complete Side B (clarity) of the worksheet. After you have reached clarity, simply cross off the matching item of contrast.
4. Add new ideas or thoughts to your clarity list as you think of them. This is your new point of focus. Keep your thoughts only on your clarity list and let go of all the items from your contrast list.
5. Watch how the situation begins to shift!

An Environment Without Contrast

People think that it would be nice to have an environment where there are no problems and all they see is what they want, but expansion cannot come from that. That would lead to the end of our existence.

You came into your physical body for growth and expansion, and contrast is a necessary component of that.

Life is all about growing and expanding and alignment. If there was no more contrast, you would be bored. There would be no more desires to reach for, and you would be "done."

Contrast is Essential to our Eternity

"If we could eliminate the contrast, then we would eliminate choice, and if we could eliminate choice, then we would eliminate asking. If we could eliminate asking, we would eliminate summoning of Source, we would eliminate leading edge thought - and we would eliminate eternity." - Abraham-Hicks

Contrast is life giving and essential to your expansion as an eternal being. Since you are eternal, you don't want to run out of desires, and you don't want to run out of what causes desire either. The contrast causes you to focus yourself into a clear, new awareness of what you want.

"In the absence of contrast there would be absence of desire which means there would be absence of summoning of life which means there would be absence of life which means there would be Death, in the truest sense of the word, and we promise you there can never be that!" - Abraham-Hicks

Embracing Contrast

The challenge with contrast is to not get fixated on it. It is meant to birth new desires but when you stay fixated on the problem, you can't grow and evolve.

Instead of freaking out when you're in the midst of problems (contrast), learn to embrace it and realize it is an opportunity to fine-tune what you want and to expand your dreams. Ask yourself, "What do I want in this situation?"

The only way you can move out of the contrast and into a better feeling situation is to focus more on what you want. Through your desire and clarity, the solution can, and will, come. The Universe will respond to your improved vibration by bringing more improvement.

Once you have trained yourself not to dwell on the contrast, you will find that the contrast becomes fleeting, fewer and less severe over time. Just go with the flow and do what you can can to feel good. Keep your focus there - on feeling good. That is the sweet spot in life and it will only get better and better with practice, time, and attention.

Enjoy the journey!

How To Heal Your False Beliefs

Have you found that the same false beliefs keep coming up over and over - even though intellectually you know they aren't true? This is what Betty is struggling with:

"Many times I have identified a false belief through my guidance but I find that almost all the time, I slip back into the old belief- even though my guidance has provided me with the truth. Do you have any suggestions about helping to really integrate the truth? Have you found anything that works for you?"

There are two steps to healing a false belief. The first is what Betty is referring to - going to your Guidance for the truth.

The second step is that you have to consistently treat yourself according to the truth. For example, you discover that your false belief is that you aren't good enough, and then you go to your Guidance for the truth. Your Guidance tells you that you are a beautiful spark of the Divine, so of course you are good enough. But then, if you continue to abandon yourself - by ignoring your feelings by staying focused in your head, or by judging yourself, or by numbing your feelings with addictions, or by making someone else responsible for loving you and making you feel safe and worthy - why would your inner child believe you?

To heal a false belief, you need to consistently treat yourself like you would treat a beautiful spark of the Divine. Only when you do this, and do it over time, will the false belief heal.

Rob asked the following question about false beliefs during one of my courses:

"I have a question about false beliefs of the wounded self. I have identified a couple of debilitating beliefs that actually result in feelings of apathy and despair and since I tend to be a little OCD, they tend to persist. I know in my mind that the beliefs are false but they are still in my subconscious. There is still emotional charge on them. My question is: will just observing them cause them to diminish over time and vanish or do I need to do something additional? Maybe I need to pray for guidance on how to replace the false belief with a true one. Is this something that I should dialogue with my higher self about? I am confused about the mental versus the emotional components of beliefs. Thank you for this great course, it's really amazing and helps me clarify many things."

I told Rob the same thing I told Betty - it's treating ourselves lovingly that heals false beliefs. Healing beliefs is not simply an intellectual process - it takes loving action. Apathy and despair are indications of self-abandonment, so Rob would need to explore how he is abandoning himself, and what action(s) would be loving to himself, in order to begin to heal the false beliefs. The more he treats his inner child as a cherished being, the more the untrue beliefs get healed.

I know this from my personal experience and my experience with thousands of clients. When I now look at lists of false beliefs I used to have, I'm so grateful that I don't have them anymore. It took time and much inner work practice to heal them, but the neural pathways for these beliefs that were housed in my lower brain have been replaced with new neural pathways in my higher brain - pathways based on the truth rather then the lies of the wounded self. It was not only knowing about these beliefs that were not true, but focused loving action that created these strong new neural pathways.

You will find that the more you take loving action on your own behalf, the weaker your false beliefs become.

How to Manifest Your Wealth - Your Wish Is Your Command

We are making decisions all the time. From the most trivial to the life changing, we all need to decide what to say, how to behave and how to respond to the people and situations that cross our path. Ultimately, our decisions determine what we attract into our lives.

How do you make these decisions? What do you base your decision-making on? For many, it is something external, such as a religious belief system. Most people, however - even those with strong religious beliefs - make decisions based on those around them. When we are still very young, we learned that the approval of our parents was vital for getting what we wanted and, as we got older, our education system reinforced the idea that the approval of other people is important. We were taught that 'making a good impression' and presenting ourselves well in front of others is the key to a successful life.

The sad thing is that we never get over this, and it often turns into a real problem. How other people perceive us becomes so important that our behavior is completely dominated by worrying about what we look like to others. In effect, we are letting other people 'pull our strings.' We allow ourselves to become puppets, dancing to the changing tune of other people's beliefs and moods.

Our tendency to let other people pull our strings means, however, that we lose touch with our connection to what could be called our 'higher self' or our 'inner wisdom.' I believe that we are all connected the same source - we all come from the same place, and a connection to this 'life source' is essential to getting life to work for us. We cannot be in the driving seat unless we are in touch with our source or, if you prefer, our inner guide.

Being in touch with source doesn't mean meditating for hours each day. It isn't esoteric, but it does require a shift in our mentality. Instead of looking outward, to other people, for our guidance, we need to look inward.

... we are all connected the same source - we all come from the same place, and a connection to this 'life source' is essential to getting life to work for us.

It may be hard for us to trust ourselves - maybe we've been told for decades that making decisions without reference to the outside world is selfish or even dangerous. I've even heard someone say that without an external code of conduct such as a religious belief system, she would lie, cheat, steal and do all sorts of other wicked things! I think it is very sad when someone loses sight of his own inner guidance to such an extent, but it is not uncommon.

Regaining a connection to our source, or 'inner wisdom' isn't hard, but it takes a little time and gentle persistence. Try spending a few moments each day, perhaps before you go to sleep, speaking to your inner guide. Share yourself with your guide; share your problems and concerns; ask him or her any questions you have. Over time, your connection to this inner guide will become stronger - you'll get to know who s/he is. Your inner wisdom will, if listened to, become a great friend and will enable you to make good choices.

I guess the Law of Attraction needs no introduction! I'm sure you've heard about it, and maybe you've seen 'The Secret.' Let me clear - I think that a lot of the movies, the books and the products you are bombarded with on the Internet are of little value - hyped up, slick, well marketed and packaged, with one purpose - to relieve you of your money.

But that doesn't mean there's nothing in it at all. Far from it. I was reading about the so called 'Law of Attraction' for many years before 'The Secret,' and I stared using some of the stuff that's now so over-hyped in my own life. Let's go through the basic ideas. This comes from Ester Hicks, the author of a number of books on this subject which I do think are worthwhile.

'Nothing merely shows up in your experience. You attract it - all of it. No exceptions.'

But how do we 'attract' these things? Abraham explains that it's all to do with thought: 'You get what you think about; whether you want it or not.'

Ester goes on to explain that there is a foolproof way you can tell whether what you're thinking about is something you want to experience or not. This is simply the way you feel.

Why We're Attracted To People Who Are Wrong For Us

I'm asked this question all the time: "Why am I attracted to people who are wrong for me?" And the answer is quite simple, actually:
Because your wounded self is doing the attracting.
Now, I know the term "wounded self" can sound a little intense, so let me explain. We all have two selves: the "little self" (or the wounded self, the ego) and the "Spiritual Self" (the higher self, adult self, or soul).
The wounded self is the part of you that feels incomplete. It questions your worth and value; it doesn't feel whole, or it feels flawed in some way. My wounded self is the "little me" who wonders if I'm truly lovable.
On the other hand, we also have a Spiritual Self. This is your higher self, your soul. It's the part of you that's connected to love, truth, wisdom and peace within. Your Spiritual Self knows, without a doubt, how lovable and valuable you are. In many ways, it's the opposite of the ego.
At any given time, we are operating from one of these two selves. Many of us, unfortunately, operate from the viewpoint of the ego most of the time. That is, we believe we're insignificant and powerless in some way, and we're trying to make up for this lack.
The ego looks for things on the outside to find validation and completion. It believes once it gets more (money, a better partner, a better job, a better house, more vacations, etc…) it will finally be happy.
But … it's never happy. Not for long, anyway. Because the ego's very nature is to feel incomplete. Therefore when you live through the perspective of your ego, you're destined to feel like something's missing. Life through this lens is not very fun.
The ego gets highly activated when it comes to romantic relationships, because relationships are where we hold the most wounding.
We've all felt disappointed or hurt by a relationship in the past; we carry the memory of this wound into adulthood (sometimes unconsciously). If a wound from childhood is still active within you, you'll attract people who are going to highlight the same feeling. For example, if your wounding is centered around feeling rejected or unseen, it's likely that you'll feel a similar way in your relationships as an adult.
Your unconscious is programmed to attract people who activate your wounds. The reason for this is so you'll grow.
This is a frustrating part of the growth process! But think of it this way: You're replaying your wounds so you can finally heal them. We cannot heal anything we don't feel or see; we can't heal things that are unconscious! The uncomfortable feeling has to come to the surface for you to grow beyond it.
And how do you grow beyond it?
By identifying with your higher self.
Remember, your higher self is the part of you that knows the truth about you. It knows that you are worthy, amazing, capable, and powerful. Through the lens of the higher self, you are whole. Yes, you're an imperfect human with flaws; but the larger truth is: you're a soul.
You're beautiful.You're important.You're special.You're love.
This is what the higher self knows about you — and it wants you to know it, too.
By identifying with your higher self (the love within you), your compulsion to play out wounds with other people dissipates and in some cases, disappears.
When you wake up to the higher self's truth, you suddenly realize that the "wrong" people were just teachers to nudge you into the "right"state-of-mind; a state-of-mind that does not question your value or worth. Unfortunately, nothing inspires us to grow more than a broken heart.
Your higher self wants you to identify with it; it wants you to own who you really are. Reclaim the love within you, and you'll heal your relationships from the inside-out.
