Message From the Universe: Follow Your Heart

It's got nothing to do with being a perfect, goody-goody, selfless, sacrificing, spiritual saint. Blah! That whole characterization was meant for a different audience at a different time, and they really had issues.

It's got everything to do with being yourself, trusting the magic, following your heart, dreaming big, and having fun.

Hosanna in the highest,

The Universe"

Everything starts with a thought but follows with a feeling and belief, before jumping into action. We all have our moments of sadness, frustration, depression, anger and the list goes on and on but will you let it define you? Will you allow external factors take control of who you are and what your potential suppose to be? All is left to what you choose to do in moment of weakness. Nothing else can define your character when you keep calm and collected during challenging times, and this is when you can step back and realize what kind of person you are when you face adversity but still manage to keep on moving forward.

Life can be easy dandy when no road blocks are set in your path throughout your journey in life. Anyone can manage it with their eyes closed. However, when the going get rough, this is why you can determine the true character of a person, during their moment of panic while still managing to keep their cool. As long as you life is not in immediate danger, anything else you face at any given time can be resolved. You just need to focus on what to do to alleviate the intensity of the ordeal you are facing at that given moment. As long as you can work towards figuring out a solution, you will be on your way to ultimate happiness and unimaginable success.

Uncertainty The Choices And Consequences (By Tim Connor)

Oswald Chambers once said, "The only thing that is certain is uncertainty."

Uncertainty definition - "the state of being uncertain - times of uncertainty and danger." Well, that was really helpful.

Here's mine - When we don't know what the future, whether the next minute or the next year, has in store for us, will challenge us, help us, support us or cause chaos for us or is either positive, neutral or negative.

A little better, but definitions can often be challenging since words can be interpreted differently by everyone. For example - how would you define; challenge, the future, problems, success, failure, or uncertainty? OK on with the details (if you are still with me).

In times of uncertainty we have three options; wait, quit, or act. Let's first look at each from a short perspective. Waiting in some situations is stupid and in others a wise choice - what's the difference? If you are waiting to act for something you can't control, want to improve or disappear it's wise. If you are waiting for outcomes for something you can have influence or creative responses over - stupid. How about quitting? Quitting can be either wise or stupid. Quitting is stupid if you have failed to evaluate, consider, or effectively interpret circumstances. It is wise if you have exhausted all your options, resources, approaches, and energy, and you just can't change or improve the future outcomes no matter what. And finally, you can act.

Acting when you have limited experience, resources, energy, time, skills, desire, clear direction, goals, etc. is stupid. If you have all of these and are filled with confidence and resilience acting is wise. So regardless of whether a situation requires quitting, acting, or waiting the common thread is wisdom's ingredients. And what are these - when in doubt listen to your gut, inner voice, heart, and consciousness.

Let's take a more in-depth look at your three options and their benefits and consequences.

There are five concepts however that you need to consider before we dig into the details.

1) The number one contributor to death is stress. The number one contributor to stress is impatience. The number one contributor to impatience is the need for control. And the number one contributor to the need for control is fear of the unknown.

2) Doing anything - driving, eating, exercising, working, etc. faster does not give you one more minute of life.

3) Everything changes evolves, ends, grows, or dies sooner or later.

4) Letting uncertainty in the future have a negative impact on your present will contribute to a life-time negative impact on your past.

5) Everything in life has consequences; some are positive and some are negative. Some are short-term while others can take years or even a lifetime to materialize.

OK, let's take a more detailed look at; quitting, acting, and waiting.

Quitting - Ever quit anything too soon - a relationship, a project a hobby? Quitting is only easy when you have given up - emotionally, financially, physically, etc. The problem is that most people don't want to quit, they just want to want to quit. See the difference? We want the option to bail when we feel circumstances, results or expectations don't equal our goals or actions.

To be honest, I have quit a few times when in hindsight years later looked back I realized I should have hung in there just a bit longer with more energy, more patience, more resolve, or more tolerance. Been there?

Uncertainty can create a great deal of emotional tension that many feel the need to manage or fix with action now, decisions now, something now, anything now. Sometimes immediate action vs. quitting can be beneficial but far too often quick or knee-jerk responses to challenges or unknowns can lead to disaster, unnecessary failure, or costs emotionally, financially, or physically that could have been avoided.

So, how do we know when not quitting is the right or best option to uncertainty or unknowns. You are not going to like my answer but here it is anyway - it depends. Depends on what Tim? It depends on your degree of commitment, investment, patience, a willingness to let go or surrender, your ability to learn before you quit, and your desire to ensure that whatever the outcome - it will be better than giving up or throwing in the towel.

No one knows what lies around the next corner in life. Oh sure you can try and predict, hope, dream, work like crazy and pray but in the end, life is uncertain every single day of your life. After over forty years of speaking around the world, I have learned a great deal but one thing stands out - if you can control it - do something - if you can't control it - chill, relax, breathe and use the time to learn, grow and get wiser. But quitting is far too often pre-mature and stupid without adequate evaluation, consideration, research, etc. I hope you notice the connection between these three options - quitting, waiting, and action. If not you have missed the central message in this article. They are all connected in one way or another. The secret is to learn to make the best use of the combination of the three options. Keep reading and it will come to you.

Waiting - Ever had to wait for a call from your Doctor with the results of a biopsy?

How about a decision from a potential new employer where you have applied for the job of a lifetime? Or a client who is considering making the biggest purchase of one of your products in your career history? Or how about little ones - a retuned call from a potential new date candidate for a possible relationship? Or, just an email or text response from one of your kids? This list of things we wait for is endless and I will guarantee as you are reading this article you are waiting for something from someone or something.

A basic fundamental of the character of uncertainty is - no one knows; when where, how, if, whether, etc. All we can do is hope, dream, pray, and yes wait. But there are two kinds of waiting. One is with wisdom, intelligence, and maturity and the other is with pride, arrogance, ego, or impatience. Which tends to be your approach?

The outcomes to both are significantly different.

Waiting with wisdom or intelligence is grounded in knowledge, experience, accurate information, and common sense. Waiting with the other approach leads to stress, resentment, blame, anger, regret, and disappointment. Yes, sometimes there are actions we can take while we wait and other times - all we can do is just wait.

Trust me I understand the concept of waiting. After speaking in 25 countries and I only speak English - trust me - I have had to wait a lot for a lot of things and didn't even know what I was waiting for or why.

Been there?

Keep in mind - you can't control the weather, the stock market, others' behavior, the traffic behind you, or in front of you, need I go on? One thing I have noticed about mature people is their ability to wait when they can't control stuff. One of my life mantras is simply - 'I will not let your behavior determine my behavior'. Is this always easy - no way. When I am traveling the speed limit and an idiot is behind me on my tail beeping at me and flashing their lights for me to go faster, it's not always easy to just ignore these idiots.

Waiting style demonstrates a person's maturity, common sense, wisdom, and intelligence.

Acting - And the last action - acting.

There are four elements involved in acting and they are - the how, the when, the who, and the where. For example, let's say you were just laid off from your position. Your spouse doesn't work, you have three kids and a lot of bills and the economy is sucking wind. I know I have been there - twice.

No one is hiring, you have limited special skills and limited cash to self-promote yourself. So, the four elements mentioned above.

How - You have to earn some cash so the kids don't starve. Part-time job, two part-time jobs, reach out to family or friends, file bankruptcy, sell your house, take a job as a dishwasher in a restaurant, live on unemployment as long as it lasts - the options are limited or unlimited depending on your definition of your circumstances. And your definition will determine how you respond. The answer - spend a few hours every month reading, learning, growing in important life areas and I'm not talking here about survival tactics but just "life stuff" like improving skills in communication, emotional maturity, negotiation, money management, etc.

The when - do you have time to wait, reflect, consider, etc. or do you need to do something now? The when will determine how you handle the "how". The answer - Read the book "The Power of Patience" by Ryan.

The where - This one can vary depending on the circumstances - where you live, where you work, where you play, where you do anything or everything. The answer - if you live in the city, now and then take road trips into the suburbs or the country to get familiar with different areas. Once a year I take a week road trip to a new area within 500 miles of where I live. If you live in the country, now and then spend a weekend in the city. And why - to get rid of any fears about areas you are unfamiliar with.

The who - This one depends on your relationships with; family, friends, neighbors, fellow workers, customers, employees, etc. If you have people you can count on or ask for help, guidance, etc. consider yourself fortunate as many people lack these resources and have to go through uncertainty and challenges alone - again I'm not preaching to the choir - I've been there. Sometimes, even if you have these resources you might be unable to ask for help for any number of reasons. The answer - spend time developing relationships with people you can count on if you ever need help, support, or guidance in the future. And, find ways to be of value and service to others who may some day come to you for help.

Well, that's it - during uncertain times, and I am familiar with them having been through four recessions during my speaking career, you can; give in, point the finger, whine, blame, or learn, grow, change, adapt and win. It's a choice.

Forces Of Nature, Forces From You (By Joshua Clayton)

In life, there are two types of forces: Forces of nature, and forces from you. The forces of nature are from existence, or God themselves. But the forces from you are controlled by us, not from us. We have books and books of observations of the forces from God or existence, so I will write about the forces you and I control. In reality nature and God create all existence, that is why this article is forces of nature and forces from you. Think about the facts and even Sir Francis Bacon said that "nature uncontrolled fails". The fact is that we must harness our lives to do what we need and want them to do, and we cannot depend on God to get us out of bed in the morning meaning God and existence create, but we must always work with it all or suffer the consequences.

So, think about this factor of reality: A force unused is like a prayer that is not prayed, it is just potential.

The fable of unused potential is a reality all throughout nature. Like the ocean without the plant to take out the salt and make useful drinking water to the river without a useful bridge to get to the other side of the river. Sure, I am all for conservation and reasonable use of resources. But, there is a point where people must develop themselves and "get out of bed in the morning themselves", that means, we must use the forces from us, or suffer the consequences of "letting it all go".

I remember my Dad said with a cigar hanging out of his mouth, lit, "you see this nail and you see this board, right? Without work and hammering, it goes nowhere except on the useless heap." He was right about that and it illustrates what I mean by that Francis Bacon quote about nature unaided failing. Work and value are created and produced, not given.

After all, when you are in a car, the rubber always needs to meet the road or the car goes nowhere. Thought needs to meet action always or it stays undeveloped, a dream or worse. Sure, we can start with a dream, but action and combination of ideas always makes things and situations a reality. Sure, Rene Descartes said, "I think, therefore I am.", but it should have been, "I think and act, therefore, I am", and in that particular order, "I think and act, therefore, I am". But every thought and idea has to start somewhere, and that somewhere is genuinely in the spirit, then it is in our heads and then it has to go from our heads to everywhere else in reality.

When Will I Learn From My Mistakes

"I never learn from my mistakes." A sad truth that this article will explain why we continually make the same mistakes again and again.

We actually do learn from our mistakes, but we learn bad habits. In every event, we are accumulating knowledge of a process; action, reaction and a result. This is exactly the same thing that we have been doing since we where born. An action leads to a reaction which leads to a result and the whole process gets stored in memory. When a similar action happens again, we automatically search our memory for an appropriate reaction that we think we should have, based on a previous event. This will produce a result and that result will be stored in memory.

The problem is that all we are doing is accumulating information as to if something happens, how did I react and what was the result. It does not teach us how to react to get a different result.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing and expecting a different result.

If I ask you how much is 2 plus 2, you do not go through the mechanical process of counting one and one and one and one and get four. No, you think very quickly 2 plus 2 is 4, because you already know that answer. This is a very useful ability to save time and is good in many situations, but not in finding Love and learning from past relationship mistakes.

In order to find that perfect relationship that will last without fights and pain, we must learn the reason why we make these mistakes.

Our problem lies in desire. We desire certain things, which means we require a certain outcome to all situations. It is extremely rare for us to meet a new person and be completely open to it turning out how it will, how destiny or circumstance will determine, rather than how you want it to be.

In our relationships, we often have arguments and get angry with another person because even though Jack told Jill his situation, Jill did not want to hear it because it did not fit in with her desires. This is the cause of most conflicts, most fights, most disagreements.

You where given information either verbally or subtly, with hints that your intuition was capable of interpreting and preparing for if you were in a completely objective state and listening to what the other person was really trying to say. But you did not hear it because it did not fit with your plans. Often a person cannot properly formulate or verbalize their thoughts, but if you are attentive and open enough, you can see what they are trying to express. Sometimes they just do not have the courage to say it.

This applies very well to new relationships when fear of being alone enters. How many characteristics do we close our eyes to when meeting a new person because we want the relationship to work out for any number of reasons.

If you close your eyes and go into a room, you have no right to curse the furniture when you stub your toe. Even moving the furniture around is no help because the next time you enter the room, if you still close your eyes, you will hit the furniture again. The fault is not in the furniture, the room or the lack of light, these are all parts of the mind.

We repeat our mistakes and never learn because we do not know the correct way to react to a situation. Every situation is different. It would be impossible for anyone to learn the right reaction to every possible event. If anyone gives you a guide or list of; 'if this happens, then do that', is preparing you for disaster.

What if it is a bomb disposal instruction said; "cut the blue wire before the red", but the guy who made the bomb mixed up the wires?

Rather, the solution lies in developing a completely objective mind that is open without placing its desires in your own thoughts so loudly that it drowns out common sense and to your ability to interpret the clear signs.

Once you have developed the ability to be objective and allow all things to happen freely, you will not need to control things, or to try and alter things to your desires. You will have developed an ability to be prepared for all events before they happen because, along with being objective, that ability brings flexibility and adaptability so you will be able to adapt to all situations with complete equanimity.

You will no longer need to force things against their nature, because that is only a temporary change. Eventually nature will take its own course, and that is the moment that it slaps you in the face.

In this way you will be able to adapt to all situations, prepare in advance for most difficulties and events and you will be right in the perfect spot to gain the most benefit and live with the most ease through all situations and, finally, you will have learnt from your mistakes. Not the event, but the manner of dealing with the events in your own mind.

EXERCISE

To become objective you must realize and accept how very subjective you are, then change it. The solution to every problem can be found in accepting the objective reality of the situation. That is all. Once you have that, you will have attained equanimity and can be the master of your own heart and mind which means, you will no longer have fear of opening your heart and feeling the love we all desire.

Stop putting your desires, ideas and concepts on other people. Listen to them instead.

Why You Should Make It A Habit To Visualise Your Ideal Future

Visualise A Favourable Future

It's easy to focus on what is wrong in your life than trying to envisage a better future because your problems are real.

To imagine a future you can't see poses a challenge. However, it's worth devoting more time to visualise what you want to experience as I'm about to outline.

Before we proceed, I wish to render a caveat in case you dismiss this as another touchy feel good article. Visualisation without action is futile because mental preparation and inspired action are both necessary to bring to life your desires.

Visualisation is the seed fertilised in the mind, whereby action is the flowering plant that blossoms. One needs the other to manifest your goals and dreams.

I'm not articulating something new and apologise if you came looking for a revelation. Similarly, I can't assure you that a new idea will change your life either. What I can offer is a message that highlights why visualisation is a powerful tool to improve your life.

It's important to visualise a favourable future instead of focussing on circumstances that annoy you. Many people act impulsively without giving any thought to what they really want. They constantly think about what they don't want and are disheartened when it shows up not as expected. This is because they haven't devoted enough time or energy to get clear on their desires.

It was Napoleon Hill who wrote in The Master Key to Riches: "Mental attitude is important because it converts the brain into the equivalent of an electromagnet which attracts the counterpart of one's dominating thoughts, aims and purposes. It also attracts the counterpart of one's fears, worries and doubts."

People spend more time than necessary observing what is wrong in their life instead of imagining what their ideal future could be.

Use Windows Of Opportunity To Bathe Your Mind

Hebbian Theory describes the mechanism for synaptic plasticity stating: "Neurons that fire together, wire together." Brain cells that communicate frequently are strengthened through their connection. Messages travelling along the same pathway in the brain often become faster and more efficient.

This is beneficial for several reasons, least of which means what you give enough attention to is reinforced in the brain through its cellular network.

Therefore, if you give attention to what is unwanted in your life, those same cellular structures are strengthened and become efficient unless you change your thought patterns.

"Any idea that is held in the mind, emphasized, feared or reverenced, begins at once to clothe itself in the most convenient and appropriate physical form that is available," states Napoleon Hill.

I realise this is easier said than done. It has taken me many years of practice and drawbacks to consider myself capable of directing my thoughts. However, through diligent practice and regular meditation, I am more aware of my thoughts instead of allowing them to control me.

Certain times of the day such as early mornings and late evenings can be conducive to visualisation since the mind is less agitated then. Think of these times as windows of opportunity to bathe your mind with images and ideas to create your ideal future. The right time of the day helps in nourishing your mind with the right impressions.

Likewise, if you are stressed, hungry or tired, try not to wrestle with your thoughts since you are unlikely to succeed.

"While a certain amount of vision is necessary, on the other hand it must be remembered that we are dealing with a power that is like the soil of the ground, which will produce the plant when we plant seed. It does not matter if we have never before seen a plant like the one that is to be made for us. Our thought is the seed and mind is the soil. We are always planting and harvesting. All that we need to do is to plant only that which we want to harvest," wrote the founder of Science of Mind magazine Ernest S. Holmes.

Many New Age authors of the early 20th century spoke of the importance of visualisation, including: Ernest Holmes, Napoleon Hill, James Allen, Norman Vincent Peale, Wallace D Wattles, Neville Goddard and Ralph Waldo Emerson.

Even the great Stoic philosophers of ancient Greece spoke of training the mind to harness its potential. The most successful amongst us know that imagination is the strongest faculty of the mind.

Albert Einstein devoted many hours to conceive of intricate mathematical formulas. Author Walter Isaacson writes in Einstein: His Life and Universe: "How did he get his ideas? "I'm enough of an artist to draw freely on my imagination. Imagination is more important than knowledge. Knowledge is limited. Imagination encircles the world."

In a similar vein, it was the great Italian Renaissance genius Leonardo da Vinci who spent countless hours visualising his inventions before they came to life. Da Vinci referred to his visualisation process as, "sapere vedere" which translates to: "knowing how to see."

Form A Mental Picture Of An Ideal Future

The power of imagination is a powerful mental ability to create one's future. However, to take advantage of it you must devote consistent time and effort to develop your mental powers so it becomes laser focused.

The British philosophical writer James Allen wrote in As a Man Thinketh: "A man's mind may be likened to a garden, which may be intelligently cultivated or allowed to run wild; but whether cultivated or neglected, it must, and will, bring forth. If no useful seeds are put into it, then an abundance of useless weed seeds will fall therein, and will continue to produce their kind."

Visualisation requires time, patience and diligence and is something world renowned creators and thinkers engage in often. They apply laser-like focus to envisioning an idea until it comes to life.

Prayer is a form of visualisation, so too are your words, so it makes sense to use your creative powers to visualise your future. It's of no use bemoaning your current situation in the hope of creating a different outcome.

I liken it to travelling on a train headed in one direction before realising you want to go in the other direction. You notice a train approaching in the distance and decide to disembark in order to catch it.

And so it is with visualisation. Avoid giving your attention to what you're unhappy with in your life. Do not talk or write about it. Rather, focus on what you want to create by setting aside as little as five minutes a day to visual it.

James Allen says: "A particular train of thought persisted in, be it good or bad cannot fail to produce its results on the character and circumstances. A man cannot directly choose his circumstances, but he can choose his thoughts, and so indirectly, yet surely, shape his circumstances."

Many great thinkers used daydreaming to enhance their creative abilities. They sat in their favourite chair and allowed their minds to wander. Some took afternoon naps. In the moments preceding the nap, they visualised a scene or a problem and drifted off, awakening later with a solution. I often take regular naps in the afternoon and have noticed that my greatest insights arise following a twenty minute nap.

What you wish to bring to life should be first visualised and cultivated in the mind until it feels real. For the cynics, this is not positive thinking either, but redirecting the same mental energy you devote to your problems towards a better outcome.

Use the power of visualisation and emotions to form a mental picture of your ideal future.

It is often said we use ten percent of our minds. This is because we haven't developed the understanding to create our lives via our thoughts. By harnessing the power of your thoughts, you can train your mind to focus intently on what you want to create and play with the ideas, perhaps changing them before they manifest into reality.

Take consistent action to support your visualisations. Remember, visualisation and right action work in harmony with one another. On their own, are merely a diluted fantasy.

Harness the power of your conscious and subconscious mind and you will undoubtedly create a powerful future worth living.

Message From the Universe: Laws of Attraction Are Bogus, Only If You Lack Belief

"Simply put, the reasons there are things you want that have not yet appeared in your life, is because you're just not used to thinking of yourself with them.

Sorry, kind of wish it was more complicated.

Just keep practicing,

The Universe"

The main idea is to combine thoughts, belief, feeling and action into the mix. You can have your dreams materialize if you only have one of these components. It is true that everything starts with the thought, which is great in itself but not enough to make things happen. You need to add the belief, because without belief, thoughts won't go very far. So let's say you do believe in them, which is certainly helpful, but if you don't feel you have already experienced it, regardless of where you stand at this present moment, your thoughts won't come to fruition. Now, if you add the action to all of that, you got it made. This is the perfect quadra-fecta for success to occur in your life. What many do not yet realize about the Laws of Attraction, which stipulate "Thoughts become things", lots of items were left out from the equation of success. Thoughts will NEVER become things without feeling, belief and action.

Sorry to be busting your bubble but the reality is that Laws of Attraction per its definition is just bogus. Yes, you read it right. Thoughts DO NOT BECOME things and many believer would say: "well yes, but we assume that everyone knows that we need to put in belief, action and feeling for it to happen". Sorry to say but when you assume, you make an ass out of you and me. Do not assume that people know about the middle part to make thoughts come true. You can't believe in the laws of attraction without properly understanding the core and essence of it when it comes to the complex reality of how they become true. Do your research, and figure out what it really needs for you to experience the success, abundance, wealth and health you always wanted.

Is There Destiny, Luck, or Opportunity? (By Kit Gupta)

The news about my boss Andy giving his two-week notice spread like wild fire in the department. Everyone who reported to him was apprehensive about who and what the next guy would be like. Will the new guy be better or worse than Andy? Everybody was concerned about how this change would affect them, including other managers that worked with Andy. Two weeks after Andy was gone, as I was working on the production floor, one of the technicians came up to me and said, "So I heard you have a new boss now."

"Do I?" I inspected some plastic parts coming off a molding machine and replied softly.

"You didn't get the news yet? You and I will both be working for Shaun now," he said as he scrunched up his face in discontent.

"Is it that bad?" I inquired.

"I don't know how much you've worked with him, but he doesn't deserve to be a manager," he added, "The stars were lined up just right for him and the timing of it was right. That's the only reason why he became our boss."

While speaking to an event at Trinity University in Dublin, Ireland, I posed a question to my young audience. I asked if every single thing that they had in their life till date was because of their own action. Some agreed, while most nodded their head with disapproval. Upon continuing my discussion, some of the audience described that they're fortunate to have somethings in their life that they just got and never had to work for it. When I inquired what they thought gave them those things that they're so appreciative of, they used the words luck, destiny, and opportunity.

I want to share what I think about luck, destiny, or opportunity using the personal experience I shared in the beginning with you about my boss Andy and his departure. Andy made a conscious decision to quit and move somewhere else. So Andy created what he wanted through his action. However, Andy's action also resulted in creating a vacant spot in the department. It'll be foolish to say that Shawn intended that.

Did Shawn get the position because of his own action?

One may argue that just like Andy, Shawn made a conscious decision of taking the position, so he created what he wanted through his action. Yes. But one intricate component of this scenario is that the decision made by one person (Andy) impacted what the other person (Shawn) got. That is what we call is destiny, luck, or opportunity.

Every one of us experiences this phenomenon in our personal relationship or professional career at some point of time in our life. Think of experiences in your life or someone you know. That relationship that you so deeply desired with someone, but it never worked out (or when it did workout flawlessly). The job or promotion in your career that you so yearned for and worked hard for, never came to fruition (or when it turned out exactly the way you intended it to). Undeniably, there is some lack of control that we all experience with people and events in every scenario of our life. But it is this same lack of control that plays a significant role in the decisions we make (or don't) which ultimately dictates what we get (or don't) in all domains of our life. This unknown or "out-of-our-control" aspect of our life is destiny, luck, or opportunity. However there is key component that keeps our destiny, luck or opportunity alive. Only when we act does our destiny, luck, or opportunity has a possibility to work as well. All beings (plants, animals, you and I) at every level of evolution follow this principle. If all the ingredients necessary for the growth of a seed are available to it, however, if it does not do what it must do to sprout, irrevocably, it stays in the same state it was in. Whatever you choose to call "it": destiny, luck, or opportunity without your action, the fate of your luck, destiny, or opportunity is dead.

Make Every Stumbling Block As a Stepping Stone

Woman in Blue Sleeveless Crop-top

Lord Nelson, one of the Britain's greatest naval commander encouraged his soldiers to fight for a great victory.

In the battlefield one of his soldiers approached him and told him that the edge of his sword was broken.

Nelson replied him thus: "Then take a step forward and fight."

In a battle, no explanation is required. Only action is required. For that courage is needed.

In fact life is also a battlefield. We have to overcome many difficulties and stumbling blocks.

Make every stumbling block as a stepping stone. Then victory is yours.

Once a mother was walking along with his small boy on a ground. Suddenly the boy fell down. Helplessly he looked his mother. She was standing still watching her son. The son slowly stood up rubbing his hands. The mother asked him to show his hands. It was empty. She told him," My dear son, you could have taken at least some sand in your hand. You have to gain something in every fall". The mother's training worked. Needless to say that the son shaped himself and became a great hero.

The Jewish proverb rightly says, "When you have no choice, mobilize the spirit of courage.

"Success is never final and failure is never fatal. It is courage that counts" so said George F. Tilton.

Thomas Alva Edison's mother instilled in him values such as love, sacrifice and bravery. Once at the Grand Trunk Railroad he saved a three year old child from a runaway boxcar. The child's father Mackenzie, who was a station Agent was very much pleased and in gratitude he taught Edison telegraphy. Edison's courage paid him handsomely. He worked hard and as he advanced in years he went on from one success to another. He became the greatest inventor.

Napoleon Bonaparte rightly said that, 'courage is not having the strength to go on - it is going on when you don't have strength'.

Mahatma Gandhi stood like a rock against the mighty British Empire with non-violence as his only weapon. Churchill remarked, "I could defeat him if he comes with some weapon. But he is strange. He has no weapon. Then how could I fight him?"

The mighty British Empire was not able to face one single weaponless small figure. Such was his courage.

Mistakes and failures are common in everybody's life. We have to analyze our mistakes.

And we have to learn a lesson from every failure and the mistakes are not to be repeated.

Think deeply. Plan correctly. Act fast. Then success is yours.

With courage even the space could be conquered.

As the great poet Robert Browning rightly said," Ah! But a man's reach should exceed his grasp, Or what's heaven for?

Action - Putting Money Where Your Mouth Is

Action is the separator between promise, talk and fulfillment. We can all talk a good game, but the achievement is the actual fulfilled action. So I will start with the story of Henry Ford and the guy who worked in the garage stall near him. The guy who worked near Henry Ford was said to be a better mechanic than Henry Ford, and much smarter at fixing machines, so to speak. Indeed, it looked like he was going to get further in life than Henry Ford until the actions of Henry ford separated him from the "promise" of the other man to be more of a success. So, while Henry Ford was making billions, the other man still worked in the same garage in Detroit, Michigan, USA, doing the same thing "better" and "with more skill than" Henry Ford.

You see, what separates fantasy from reality is the actions we take. Without action, everything is a promise, a lot of talk and not any fulfillment.

When success becomes a reality, decisions are reached and actions are taken, not necessarily by the best person, but by the person willing to take the action genuinely.

To become a winner, we must not just know why to do it, but we must actually do it to the point of success. The action is to put our money where our mouth is, not to be "better than the other guy" on paper or in "an ideal world". We must take deliberate action now. We must be real in order to get what we want now. We must act on what we know now, or the opportunity is missed now. Some of the greatest losers quit at the moment they could have persisted and won. After all, what do you think happened to Peter Best and Stuart Sutcliffe of the Beatles anyway? Richard Starkey and George Harrison took their places. So, almost is never "the rub", making it is "the rub" that creates all success and fulfillment. The money is always on success, even when we think it is not, it is never on failure. Although, sometimes we make the bet against certain things, even the worst of us does not genuinely want to fail.

So, action and fulfillment is the separator between promise and talk. After all, how do you think Cassius Marcellus Clay, Jr./Muhammad Ali crossed that line? He fully backed up courageously right down to not going into the military and losing some of the best years of his boxing career, and almost going to jail and becoming more of a legend for it. The real failure does not have integrity, the success, however temporary the failure always does.

Prosperity Requires A Mindset That Drives Your Passion To Action

The real power driving your level of prosperity is a matter of passion and persistence along with one other ultimate determining factor.

We all know you can't do anything without money or by trading something of value. Hard work can get you money, but there's a limit to how much work you can mentally or physically do or tolerate.

Consequently, your total money and wealth is limited and rarely increases over time, unless you apply additional factors.

That fact stops many people and businesses in their tracks and often leads to failure or at least an attitude of, "It's the best I could do."

The good news for people and for businesses is that there is no lack of opportunities in any economy to quickly improve your financial status. The problem for those who disbelieve that unlimited opportunities exist for making money is one of eyes that don't see and ears that don't hear.

Nobody is standing in line to teach you or prove to you there are more than enough options available to improve your financial circumstances.

Fortunately, most people and businesses have an open mind for discovering other ways to increase their income. Their difficulties arise with skepticism, inability to recognize real opportunities, lack of self- confidence, and lack of an ability to create a new mindset.

The mindset is a fixed belief about something or a conviction that nothing can be any better than their original belief patterns that got them this far.

The definition of prosperity is not limited to wealth or money. It is defined as a successful, flourishing, or thriving condition. Prosperous is defined as having, or characterized by, financial success or good fortune.

How does one create a new mindset?

You need a "prosperity" mindset which opens doors for you that are beyond your imagination. Even for accomplishing this goal, there are requirements that need to be met. You have to give yourself permission to change ideas, thought patterns, actions, and expectations because your unconscious behavior is to try to prevent changes.

1. Your mental training begins with your personal virtues which are necessary to set yourself apart from all the others and will immediately allow you to attract prosperity. You never want to be chasing money.

Lee Milteer, widely known mindset and performance coach, describes these virtues as:

  1. The Quality of Your Personal Philosophy.
  2. The Quality of Your Thinking.
  3. The Quality of Your Behavior.
  4. The Quality of the Value You Create to Exchange for the Prosperity in the world.

It means, after you have taken a very hard look at yourself, you have reached a point where you are ready to accept these issues:

Positive thinking is one form of mindset.

  1. You are worthy of receiving wealth and prosperity.
  2. You do have opportunities, you just haven't recognized them yet.
  3. You understand that you are capable of higher accomplishments.
  4. You are able to focus on possibilities you had never thought of.
  5. Your confidence, energy, and desire increases daily.
  6. You don't just "think" you'll succeed, you just "know" it somehow!

2. You need to accept the fact that nothing happens without taking action on your intentions and new mindset. This involves stepping out of your comfort zone and taking some calculated and well planned out risks as all successful entrepreneurs do.

You do what you need to do to unload your previous mental baggage and plan your strategies and goals looking only at your future. This process allows you to move past any previously established conditions you might have set for yourself. The foundations for your new mindset are the result.

Every successful person understands that through the process of visualization about your goals and where they want to be in the future, they arrive at the point where you truly believe they are capable of reaching where you want to be. You believe in yourself, trust yourself, and magically understand that you are capable of doing it all.

Certain behavioral strategies cause business and money to fall back in your lap:

1. Your mental focus and behavior must be about prosperity and wealth.

You are now taking action on your plans. There are absolutely no limits to what you can create because you have unlimited options and resources right in front of you. You can now see them.

In addition, you understand that creating wealth comes from personal decisions, your own background knowledge, and actions you take, which have little to do with the state or local economy. Your abundance is a mindset that feeds your prosperity. Passion is what feeds your mindset.

"If you see yourself as prosperous, you will be. If you see yourself as continually hard up, that is exactly what you will be."

Robert Collier

What you think about every day is what drives your behavior. Others know that fact. You have to convince yourself of that.

2. Being creative propels your prosperity:

Creativeness can be learned, taught, and expanded. It's a behavior of constant vigilance for recognizing ways to improve things. You may find a different use for a product or service, use your abilities and talents in a completely different way, and see the need for a service or product that is not yet in existence.

Your conscious mind can't think of everything, every use for services or products, or ways to solve problems. But, once you start the thinking process seriously about how to accomplish something, your subconscious mind, like your bratty sister or brother, insists on getting involved in spitting out ideas.

Dr. Maxwell Maltz, author of the original book, Psycho-Cybernetics, recognized for his in-depth studies and experiences about how the mind functions, explains how the mind works. Dan S. Kennedy revised and updated the original book titled, The New Psycho-Cybernetics.

The activity called "masterminding" brings the brilliance of minds together and their thoughts shared. Sitting around a table with others discussing how to solve a problem is the most effective means of finding solutions.

Each person mentally digs into his or her memory banks, experiences, and imagination for ideas that are not the same as every other person sitting there. The benefit of ideas from multiple minds can't be overstated.

3. Negativity is a brain-eating animal that destroys ambition:

The very high probability of "negative thinking" by those around you being able to directly influence your ideas and thinking process, is well known. Such people do not understand, nor are ever able to recognize, that there is another dimension of thought that improves life, called positive thinking.

Stay away from negative thinking people who predictably will stomp on every good idea you ever have about improving your life.

Positive thinking people are constantly supportive of new ways of thinking and doing things. Being around that kind of person multiplies your energy, ambitions, and actions. That frame of mind inspires you to expose yourself to the sequence of steps leading to maximizing your true potential in life.

4. The integrity trap:

As you move up the ladder to prosperity and wealth, you will increasingly discover that those around you try to influence you to get off your chosen path. You must guard yourself from straying away from your goals and principles. Maintain your trust and belief in yourself and your ideas.

It doesn't mean you won't consider new ideas others offer you. Just don't let them become directly involved in your decisions, because they will try. Once you let them in on your decisions, you will let down your emotional barriers and expose yourself to increased stress.

It causes you to unconsciously begin depending on someone else for your success. And that "hybrid" success that happens in the wake of sharing will never be satisfactory for you.

Steve Jobs, recent CEO of Apple Computers, phrased it this way:

"Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma-which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice. And most important, have the courage to follow your heart and intuition."

Make prosperity happen in your life because you've earned it:

There is such a strong tendency for you to try to make prosperity impossible for yourself to achieve by being reminded of the negative factors that we all face on this journey. You will find that these negative influences become fewer and fewer as you continue to move upwards.

Fear is the primary obstructive emotion. As your confidence increases, as it will, fear becomes less of a problem for you. The many facets of fear gang up on you at times. But, overcoming fear is something you will learn to handle, one aspect of fear at a time.

Elements of fear that most of us have to some degree:

  1. Fear of failure.
  2. Fear of wasting money.
  3. Fear of making the wrong choices.
  4. Fear of disappointing family and friends.
  5. Fear of never being able to recover from failure if it happens.
  6. Fear of not having enough competence to do everything.
  7. Fear of not having the knowledge or training needed.
  8. Fear of never reaching your ultimate goal.
  9. Fear of being able to find help when you need it.
  10. Fear of how to handle your success when it happens. "Do the thing you fear, and the death of fear is certain." ---Ralph Waldo Emerson

The stumbling block of fear is overcome by your passion to reach any realistic goal you choose. In most cases prosperity is required to get there.

Your mindset for prosperity begins with a passion to accomplish what ever is required to reach an affordability level for the lifestyle that gives you persistent satisfaction and enjoyment.

Passion is what you develop when you can visualize your affluent future in the theatre of your mind. Repeated engagement with expansion of that mental picture eventually becomes a real belief that you do have the capability of reaching that objective. Once you believe you can do it, passion takes over and drives what you do and think after that. This driving force you feel is the mindset you need for success.

Remember that this doesn't happen overnight. Be patient as you see the progress you are making, just don't force your progress.

The remarkable thing about this process is that your self-confidence increases to the point when you realize you have capabilities far beyond those you once thought you had. Everyone tends to underestimate their talents and skills. This is where your driving passion uncovers capabilities you never dreamed you had. At this juncture success is inevitable and it rises to a level you choose.

Start Here: The One Thing You Have To Do

Patience, understanding and tolerance. Note: Everything there starts with patience. Without that patience: understanding and tolerance just are not there. So, start thinking, start taking rational action and create that patience for yourself, because time will not go any faster or slower. Things will not get better without your acting on them, and nobody will do it for you, really.

When I started out to write this article, I realized that nobody would be inspired except me. Sure, the spirit had to be there, but I first had to perceive it to use it in this article. That takes patience, then understanding and tolerance.

Without that patience, you cannot sit still enough to perceive, let alone not take things for granted. In fact, when you expect it "now", how can you have patience, let alone understanding of any meaningful sort or tolerance of any subject? You cannot.

So, when I mean start here, I do mean "start here, for there is nowhere to start except to cultivate patience."

Thinking about reality getting any better or any more easy, the reality is that it never does without our efforts or starting in the right direction. I remember my Dad telling me that nothing starts without patience to see it through. Well, I now not only agree with him, but I expand on what he was saying by reiterating: All we can do is be patient and the rest will come later as we take patient, and rational action. Action is the key, sure, but patience is the way through the door, let us face it.

Realistically, though, inaction is not patience. Patience is doing things at the right times and in the right order. What do you think Chinese philosopher Lao Tzu meant by "The Way" or the "Tao". There is always a certain and practical way to do things that does work in its sequence, and there are so many ways that do not work, find and go with what does work and you will be all right. What makes wrong is trying to make something work impatiently that will not work, that is the key to insanity really. So, here I quote Dr. Albert Einstein:

"Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting different results."
I can honestly consider insanity the opposite of patience, especially purposeful insanity trying to "play God". After all, my Dad also used to say: "Doctor or Scientist, if you are God, create some dirt out of nothing without tools or things to work with."

Prosperity Tips: 3 Keys to Abundance

There are many keys to prosperous living, but the 3-pronged approach I shall call the PAG Effect is a quick game-changer for the willing student of abundance, ready to make a difference in their life and those of their loved ones.

The acronym PAG, stands for Purpose Action (and) Gratitude. To start with, if you want prosperity to show up in your life, then you must start with the intention to live a prosperous life. That means, to live with a sense of PURPOSE in making sure you think thoughts of prosperity, and hence, live the dream; in the words of Descartes "I think therefore I am"!

Truly you CANNOT fill your mind with thoughts of lack and doubt and at the same time manifest the glory of The Most Gracious, God! Think abundance both for yourself and those you come into contact with. There is abundant evidence that thoughts do make physical impressions on people and objects; so given the reality of the scientific law of actions creating reactions as taught by the legendary Albert Einstein, make it a HABIT, to think prosperous thoughts about yourself and those you interact with. The results will amaze you!

It is a fact, incontrovertible, that wishes and desires alone would not bring you results in the real physical world without ACTION. Therefore transform your thoughts into reality by taking the right steps in the right direction of prosperity. The results may not come out in one-to-one proportions for the Divine Grace has a great multiplier effect, but you must do the act to see the effect. It is true that the Good Lord feeds all the beasts of the fields, and the birds of the air neither sow nor reap, but they all must take the step towards the bounty out there in the fields. The bird leaves its nest and flies out to get its food. So do the beasts go out in search of their sustenance. Do not miss this lesson, as a human being blessed with more faculty of reasoning than the rest of creation. Do the part, act for yourself and share the grace by acting and giving out prosperity. Yours would be a result multiplied!

Now to the third key to Prosperity, GRATITUDE. In the Quran Allah tells us in the chapter called Abraham, verse 7, that if we are grateful, He would increase His blessings upon us; the exegetes explain this sense of gratitude to include thankfulness to God as well as humans who may be the vehicles that God uses, sometimes, to extend His Grace to us. So being thankful for gifts of God including the often overlooked blessings of life, breath, health and being able to read this essay itself can be an effective channel for creating and sustaining prosperity in our lives. So let us give thanks and praise to God as often, and as profoundly, as possible and the results will manifest in our lives.

Now go ahead and use the PAG approach to prosperity and abundance and see the result manifest itself in a beautiful, life. Just live it!

Life Is So Simple - Why Insist on Making It So Complicated?

SIMPLE is the name of the game so you confuse me when you say it's COMPLICATED. Stop it and tell your mind to shut up and get it right. Always remember there's someone else in a worse situation than you are so be grateful for what you have and stop complaining about what you don't have. Instead of complaining, work towards things you desire. If you're not waking up everyday with a goal in mind than you're still sleeping. It is so easy to blame external factors for the things you don't have but let's really dig deep within and find out what's holding you back from getting what you want. Stop wishing and start doing. There's nothing wrong with being a dreamer but that in itself is only the first step.

You have your first step nailed down, VISUALIZING what you desire.

The second step is to do something about it. Get up and get into ACTION. If one plan doesn't work then try another and keep trying until you get to your destination.

Lastly be able to make a COMMITMENT to your dreams, goals, desires; whatever it is that you call it.

Write your goals down every morning and every night. Put them somewhere you are able to see it throughout the day. And before you know it you'll be on your way to getting the things you want in life.

The problem arises when we human beings like to complicate things by over thinking something as simple as having breakfast. Good Lord, no wonder why people are living in so many unsatisfied relationships, unsatisfied jobs, unsatisfied careers and the list could keep on going. See, your mind is there to protect you from anything that could hurt or harm you hence the fight or flight response. But darn sometimes you need to quiet your mind to stay and fight for what you want because if you allow it to keep running you, you are allowing it to keep flying away from what could be such as your goals. It's really not always about just getting to your goals; it is about whom you become while you reach for your goals.

Make a decision to stay and fight, don't sit there and wish and complain and moan and cry about the things you don't have. Get up and get into action and take the first step that will lead you in the direction of your goals.

Don't over think it and take calculated risks. Make a choice. Make a decision. Make it wisely. Make it powerfully. Make it consciously.

3 Keys to Create a Life That You Love

We all deserve to live a life that we absolutely LOVE! And it is possible! Too many people feel like they are stuck in a life that is not fulfilling. I have been there. And that can cause feelings of unhappiness and discouragement. But I have good news for you. You can create a life that you love, whatever that means for you. The three keys that are discussed in this article are definitely not the only three things you can do to create a life that you love, but they are three keys that can help you to jump-start the process!

1. The first thing you need to do is believe that you can create a life that you love:

If you don't believe it then the chance of it happening is going to be very slim. That is because what you believe in you are more likely to take action toward. And that is also because you are in a better position to manifest your desires when your belief system is in alignment with your desires. It is extremely hard to manifest the life you desire when there is doubt blocking the pathway. So when you believe that you can create the life you love that "gets the ball rolling!"

2. Describe what "a life that you love" looks like for you:

Picture the life that you dream about. Not the one that you currently see with your eyes, but the one that you see with your heart. Create a picture in your mind and don't leave anything out. Make sure that your picture is your picture and not the one you have created because that is what other people want your life to be. Use your own inspiration and your own power to create a life picture that resonates with you. And once you get the picture of your dream life you can write the details down in a notebook or on a piece of paper. And just don't toss the information to the side, put it somewhere that you are going to look at it often so that you can stay inspired and motivated.

3. Make it happen!

Now it is time to make it happen. That means it is action time! Your goal is to get the picture out of your head and into reality. What steps do you need to take? Do it one step at a time, keep moving, and don't stop until you are living the life you love. Is it that simple? Well yes and no. Yes, because it is not as difficult as you may think it is, and no because sometimes when we are on the road to up-leveling our life obstacles and struggles arise, but obstacles can be transformed into opportunities and struggle into success, so it is all about your mindset and your dedication. But creating a life that you love is totally possible for you!

Attraction Is the Result of Planning and Action, Achieved in Passion - Fashion Your Passion Daily

*It seems that more and more these days we are hearing about attraction. Whether in a romantic sense or not, really makes no difference because the principles are the same...

A person is attracted by what sparks or energizes their passion through their sight and senses. The same concept holds true for attracting the life path meant for me and for you!

If we want to attract a lean, clean and healthy mate, then by all means, we must emulate what we want to attract or reap back to ourselves..Attraction is a concept that can be applied to most anything you want to bring back into your field of energy. The energy you release into the universe has a mirror-effect- Do you like what you see?~

***A powerful, positive, outstanding individual wants the same kind of rewarding energy that they send out into the world. Do you agree? If someone works hard at excelling in everything similar to where they send their intentions and energy- to plan, work, and finally to complete. Obviously they care about what they put into the universe. With that being said, an effective, hard- working person is going to want another judicious, hard- working person to live with, work with,or to a part of their bandwagon too! A resourceful person will do daily deeds to arrive to their chosen desired destiny by planting seeds of effort in the scope of their daily living. Planning and planting seeds, in our daily habits and accomplishments will grow future outcomes of desired success. IN remarkable passion, fashion your actions daily- climb the steps of ascension allow yourself to go or be led to the road of action or opportunity to where your heart feels the most liberating peace and happiness will surely follow you...

*So the point being made here is if you are ready to commit to doing the toil, work and effort to attract what you want into your life, you gotta be prepared to flow in the same field of effort and energy. Our desired person or outcomes do not wait for us to feel better- NO- Your desired outcome or person is first placed as a thought by your higher consciousness, to compel you and me to want to excel at something. To want to be better or live better is innate. We want enhancement to broaden our scope of life knowledge. Also, let it be noted that as we evolve mentally and spiritually, we crave to be around more and more people and situations of like mind. The higher your ways of thinking the more you and me are going to get fed-up or even frustrated by old ways of doing things. Or else totally lose appeal or interest in what no longer resonates with the new more powerful way that we are expanding our intuition. Our intuition has grown wings and in the discovery of our new thoughts we feel more awesome about our choices! We can all achieve this more by allowing ourselves to crave higher awareness and to put ourselves in an environment that is conducive to what acts and people have already achieved success in their chosen field of effort. Our very souls are craving new ways of dealing with old stories more than staying still and complacent. Have you started a business plan? Or, have you added an action plan for what you want to achieve before the years' end? With focus, effort, and determination, we can all attract anyone or anything into our field of energy and live more joyfully in the process of following the rules for the law of attraction..

Attraction is the result of planning and action, achieved in passion-Fashion your passion daily! The law of attraction works with intention, purpose, effort and action- attracting the attention of a person, many people or the profession that we feel brings us peace, comfort, ease and lastly enjoyment is a calculated risk. A chance that can invigorate your life, finances or renew your mindset is a good risk investment. Are you ready to attract more joy and abundance into your life?

Cheesy Daily Affirmations Verses Action

OK so I am all for affirmations maintaining a strong mindset and keeping us all on track but really do cheesy daily affirmations really make a difference when we put them up against action?

I am a true believer of affirmations if you cannot affirm to yourself that you are going to achieve whatever it is you are out to achieve you won't stand a chance. If you are unable to convince yourself that you deserve success how the heck are you going to convince the rest of the world. So cheesy affirmations they may be, but it should become a part of your daily routine for success.

Don't get me wrong if you are just wishing and chanting away with your cheesy daily affirmation and taking absolutely no action whatsoever, you will need all the luck in the world to succeed. Because an affirmation cheesy as it may be, without action you are simply wishing for your life to change and for things to take a turn for the better but physically doing absolutely nothing about it.

So the cheesy daily affirmation up against the proven skill of action is not so much one against the other but you mastering the best of both worlds. You will never succeed at anything without the right mindset but you will also never succeed without taking action in some form. So how to you manage the balance to create the perfect life and existence you are after.

Firstly I would find the affirmations that mean something to you. You will need to affirm what you believe to be true to you not what it is that you do not believe. A perfect example is:

I am abundant and attract success everywhere I turn in comparison to the negative of I have no money but wish I had some, see the huge difference in mindset. One has an expectation and a knowing the other is just affirming the lack and what they want whilst confirming what they don't have.

Now to combine the two, this is the trick, to take action and combine the good old cheesy daily affirmation.

Set yourself a goal of setting the goals. You should never embark on a day without knowing what you would like to accomplish in that day. Call it goals, a to do list, dream board, whatever you want to call it. It is your step by step guide to a better future, without a path to follow you will be off in the bushes chanting away with your affirmations attracting nothing but butterflies and mosquitoes.

So start your day with your affirmations, you could call this your meditation time then write out your to do list for the day. And hey presto!! You have now combined your cheesy daily affirmation with your action plan and you are now on your way to success!

To your success

My Greatest Reality

Sure, I become what I constantly pray about, but Earl Nightingale paved the way with "we become what we think about". That is a point of this article, and the overall theme of this article. Reality is what we make it, sure. But constant and consistent thought and prayer make it what we want it to be. Sure, action has a lot to do with it, but, the overall thought and prayer behind the action is what makes it all. That is the big "rub" in it all. Without thought and prayer that is positive and life affirming, we cannot do anything worthwhile.

What do I mean by the above? Here is what I mean: The laws of life are gravity, cause and effect and all of that. What we put in with our genuine energies overall is what we get. If we put in good, we get good. If we give, and work in good ways, we ultimately get that. If we put in sneaky behavior and greed, we get that. If we put in bad, we especially get that. Ultimately, life reflects us all and life is genuinely fair. Without that sense of fairness however, like the laws of gravity, cause, effect and reality, life will not ultimately or obviously work for us as conscious beings.

So, what do I mean by the above? I will use Earl Nightingale terms to explain it. Say we have two plants, and plant them in the ground. One a seed of corn which is food and the other a seed of nightshade or belladonna which is poison. We plant them in the ground like we plant our thoughts and actions in reality. Like the plants, the thoughts and actions grow into realities. What should we expect? We should expect reality to ultimately grow what we plant either in thought or in the ground. That is what I mean by cause, effect, gravity and reality working in fair ways. We get back ultimately what we put in.

So, that brings me to the point of affirmative positive prayer power. What do we get when we pray in a good way and back it up with beneficial actions? If you answered that question like I thought you answered it, that is exactly right. We get benefits and good.

On the other hand what if we plant negative curses, destructive revenge and doubt. Then we get that.

So, I end this way, what we plant in thought or in deed, is what we all get.
