Living The Law Of Attraction For Connecting Closer To Family And Friends

With the power of attraction, you will discover that you can do anything.

You can work the family aspect, you can deal with yourself, you can deal with the career, however you can likewise work on anything that you would like to enhance or change.

With living the law of attraction, you can do anything.

The Course in Miracles further states, "And where the little gap was seen to stand between you and your brother, join him there."

You will want to deal with yourself and work on ways that you can bring yourself closer to feeling total and happiness.

The first step of attraction principles is to identify exactly what it is that you want. You may want to bring your household closer together where problems have come up, but be more particular.

You will discover that there is a lot of things can be worked on when it concerns the household or your social life, but you have to get particular.

You will have to think of exactly what part of the household relationship, for example, that you have to deal with and what it will consider you to bring the family more together.

The 2nd part of living the law of attraction is discovery.

Yes, I mean to truly discover the best ways to release the negative energy and change it with favorable energy.

When you are considering the household, it is a lot harder to do this.

You will have to get everyone on board with the idea and you are going to need to get on board with the concept.

If you learn the best ways to get everyone included with the idea, you will find that this will only work.

You will want to sit down and have a couple of household discussions so that you can bring the family closer to one another.

Have every member of your household use the law of attraction in a method to accompany the family's main goal.

You will desire to make sure that you stop and think about how the household reacts to the theory and you might desire to get family therapy included.

Moving on to the 3rd step of applying attraction principles is taking action.

Previously I discussed free e-books and other material on the net about the law of attraction and your personal transformation for a successful life.

You will need to act like a close-knit household, and if it is your social life with friends you need to actually care for them and be sincere.

This implies that you will require to put your family nights together and learn how to share time with each other.

You will need to put yourself through the reality that the household needs to begin acting like a household.

You will wish to consider that there is a lot to do when it comes to working as a family and it is a long way down the road before you have the best household image.

You may even want to consider how you can find success in the family, and with close friends, instead of working towards the perfect image.

The ideal household image is always flawed anyway, but working towards family togetherness and happiness is the important thing.

There is a lot to acquire from the personal strength that you will obtain from the laws of the universe, but you will likewise discover that this is something that the whole household can gain from.

You and Your Relationships

You will want to make certain that you offer yourself a long time to think about your energy and the energy of the relationship.

You will need to believe about what part of the household relationship that you require to work on and what it will take for you to bring the family closer in mind to one another.

You will want to make sure that you be patient and think about the way the family responds to these power of manifestation ideas, and you might want to see that family therapy might be a good idea.

You will want to consider that there is a lot to do when it comes to working as a household and it is a long way down the path prior to you creating the best family image.

You might even desire to believe about how you can discover success in the household, rather of working towards the perfect household image.

Remember, the ideal family image is always going to have some flaws, but working to family togetherness and joy should be your main goal.

Be Happier: FIVE Things to Stop Doing Right Now

Sometimes the route to happiness depends upon what you don't do.

STOP:

1. Over-talking: The word SILENT has the same letters as the word LISTEN. When you become silent by speaking less, you will be present with others and learn more.

2. Rushing: Take time and show people what you mean, rather than raise your voice and yell or over-explain. One on one, shoulder to shoulder, be with the person who you need, and who needs you.

3. Eye rolling: Eye rolling is a silent punch to the gut. You know how it feels when it happens to you. And yet, you have done it as well. Maybe even to your child! Let go of the eye roll and put compassion and love in your eyes. You will receive a much better response, and your understanding will make the recipient of your glance feel at ease.

4. Sighing: Conscious breathing is a great way to regain your sense of presence and restore calm. An expressive sigh, however, has the opposite effect. Sighing reinforces your level of discontent, and lets others know how upset you are. Let sighing go, and calmly breathe.

5. Seeking what's wrong: When you walk in to a room, restaurant, or theater, you can notice the seating is wrong, the lighting is wrong, people's attire is wrong. Or, you can shift your awareness and notice what is right! There is so much going on that's right - right here, right now! Notice it and allow the goodness to fill you up!

Adopt one of these "stops" each day for the next five days. Schedule a reminder on your phone, or write sticky notes and remind yourself what to stop each day. You will see the best of yourself emerge, as you let go of these traits. Taking action is the greatest gift you can give yourself and those around you! Be happy!

How Action Reduces Fear

Action reduces fear, so act.

Truth be told, this neat little quote isn't my own. It's one that I came upon while reading a summary of David Schwartz' classic "The Magic of Thinking Big". But it stuck with me.

For someone plagued by low confidence and self-esteem, the idea that action reduces fear could very well seem counter-intuitive. Because often, it's when we need to take action on something - especially something important - that fear arises.

There's the fear that we'll mess something up, and that, as a result, people will judge us and ridicule us. But there's also the fear that we might successfully carry through with our endeavor and advance to a higher level. - We'd have expectations coming at us from all sides! And responsibilities!

Whether it's one or both, or some other fear, fear associated with taking action is definitely real. So, why would anyone claim that action reduces fear?

To find the answer, take a moment to think about another topic that seems to cause non-fidents a lot of pain: Over-thinking.

We've all been there. Stuck with a seemingly unsolvable choice, entirely unable to weigh out the pros and cons. Or, having done just that, unable to make a decision because either option seems just as good - or bad - as the other.

No-one's exactly a fan, that's for sure. But still, as it is said in the personal coaching world, there's always a pay-off.

You see, over-thinking is, deep down, a defense mechanism. When we over-think something, it's because of exactly those aforementioned fears.

No-one likes over-thinking. But it still feels way less uncomfortable than having to make a tough decision or do something that makes you feel exposed and put on the line.

Over-thinking, then, is the antithesis to the action that it prevents. The two cannot co-exist. It's either one, or the other.

Sometimes, the over-thinking wins, and we end up doing nothing at all. That's when we really give in to our doubts and fears.

And so, it's when we stop thinking and just do it that action reduces fear.

Action reduces fear, because when we act, we only do it because we've sufficiently silenced that fearsome part of our brains telling us to abort and run away. Like I said, the two cannot co-exist.

"But doesn't that mean that I'd have to compromise my thinking if I want to get things done? What if I, like, really treasure my thinking?"

Sounds like a defense mechanism to me.

No, seriously, it does. But I DO get where you're coming from. I was there.

The thing is, thinking isn't necessarily good for us altogether. Thinking isn't a means to an end. We have more thoughts every day than can be measured, and that's not exactly beneficial.

On the contrary, many a study have been done on how meditation helps us by training us to simply observe our thoughts and stay focused on the ones that matter, rather than blowing the insignificant ones out of proportion.*

Also, after we've done whatever frightening actions we're doing, we can evaluate ourselves and get better at it the next time. And, of course, we want to start out by taking babysteps. This goes for whatever we're doing. Some people even get help from a confidence coach. (Something I obviously highly recommend doing.)

Bottom line: If you're feeling anxious about doing something, it probably means it's important, and you should do it. And really, there are lots of ways to go about your challenges safely and securely. But only the action reduces fear. And, as another quote from the initially mentioned summary goes: Nothing happens just by thinking.

Yes, it's scary. Do it anyway.

How To Find Inner Strength And Maximize Personal Fulfillment

"If you hear a voice within you say you can not paint, then by all means paint and that voice will be silenced." Vincent Van Gogh

We frequently make every effort to fill that space in between exactly what we've got and exactly what we desire focusing our attention on what we think we lack.

This weakens us!

Are we investing so much time and energy attempting to get up to speed where we are doing nothing, and find that we miss out on the chance to take advantage of and make the most of the strengths, skills, and resources that we currently have?

Humankind's manmade illusory forces based on assumptions and projections shut down the idea of being one with our Creator, so that you remain in a mode of littleness that leads to loneliness and loathsomeness.

With regard to abilities, if you discover an ability but doubt or fear it, it might still assist you to get only a "little" better, however you will not experience personal fulfillment.

Rather, as you develop your strengths, by uncovering your inner power, abilities will in fact show most important when they are integrated with authentic skill.

Are you prepared to get familiarized with finding real inner strength?

You might be amazed by exactly what uncovers as your strengths even though it makes sense once you believe it without fear and doubt or judgement.

I mean that when you are utilizing your strengths which is one factor why we do not acknowledge them, life will start to welcome you.

To us our inner power looks like no huge offer, or we believe everybody believes that way.

Let me explain by asking you:

Where are you losing time on something that is not honoring your leading skills and strengths?

Allow those jobs to be handed over to somebody who has the strength to do it remarkably better than you?

How can you establish your service or business and even your household so that individuals included are establishing their strengths?

If the brand-new ability is in line with one of your strengths you will discover it much easier to take full advantage of that ability which is constructed on a strength.

How can you take exactly what you've got and optimize it filled with hope and faith to make a favorable effect in your life and the life of others?

I mean beginning Now!

Previously I discussed how to live the life you imagine now by letting go of feeling hopeless.

Are we investing so much time and energy being hopeless and attempting to get up to speed where we are not taking action, and thus missing out on the chance to take advantage of and make the most of our inner power?

Are we too busy being set in complacency waiting for some outside power to deliver us the resources and skills we need to accomplish our heroic mission?

If there are resources you need to be aligned with your true free will, your inner power will discover how to locate and take full advantage of resources you never before realized were available.

The world will be there to help.

Rather than feeling worried and anxious and calling out through the ego-based mind-- which may start hounding you about loss and lack, only leading to a disastrous drain on your emotions quickly, go within and uncover your inner Light.

- Do so by talking to yourself like you would an old friend in need.

- Ask, "How would I advise a goof friend who is having a similar problem?"

- Then tell yourself you are now living in the light and not darkness.

By uncovering the Light, this will eliminate or undo much of the ego clutter of lack trying to be in control.

The Course in Miracles states, "Decide for the answer and you will have it, for you will see it as it is, and it is yours already."

As the ego chatter fades a new formula will begin conquering what is obstructing the way and renewed inner strength will take over.

If you're still in a bit of a stymie, take one step toward action of some sort, even if it's just a simple phone call to someone for help.

Or, the action could be preparing a checklist of things you can do next.

Do something to shine light on the problems one at a time, and insist to yourself that you must start taking some sort of action.

No matter what, as long as you're moving in the right direction, you will be uncovering a creative attitude supporting productive action.

This new inner power, or, mindfulness muscle, we may say, was not found or delivered to you from somewhere "out there," but it was uncovered from within you.

(Be sure to seek the net for further helpful content on topics like, ways to overcome adversity and get the life you want with a happy life.)

To your inner power!

Taking Action On Reaching Your Goals And Achieving Success in Today's World

Exactly what the majority of us do, nevertheless, is state that we wish to transform, however then we act in manner through procrastination which opposes that desire.

There can be lots of factors for this, such as the lure of old routines, worry, or low self-respect and perhaps a need for self-esteem help.

Till we deal with the underlying problems, we will keep undermining our efforts for personal transformation and to get the life you want while in this world.

When we initially choose to make favorable modifications in our lives, we generally undervalue the quantity of effort it will take.

It's simple to dream and envision a much better life, but we likewise have to provide some sort of action taking to our ideas with definitive drive and purpose.

- This is where the majority of us get stuck.

- We have to utilize the exact same procedure to "develop" the lives we desire.

- We have to be clear on exactly what we desire (develop the concept), prepare strategies (set objectives), then do something about it to form our desires in the physical.

Think of, for example, wanting to begin a business, write a book, or say, build a new home, and then consider the procedure that has to be taken into consideration.

You 'd have to focus on your goals and dreams and develop the concept, purchase land for the home to be built on, prepare plans that include a wonderful writing den where your first novel will be written.

You 'd have to order products, begin working with experts to do the jobs you can not, and lastly, start developing your house.

You 'd be waiting a long time on your goals and dreams to manifest if you got as far as buying the products and then sat there waiting for them to amazingly form themselves into a home!

If this explains you, and you've been having a hard time to make favorable modifications in your life, and you simply can not appear to begin moving forward on your goals and dreams, then you must do something.

Here is a small-scale step-by-goal setting-step thought process to assist breaking through any ego procrastination barriers getting in the way:

Identify and get rid of obstructions:

If you regularly prevent taking the actions that will bring about favorable personal transformation in your life, there is most likely something holding you back.

It might be an old self-limiting belief that you're not deserving of a pleased life, or fear that you will not have the ability to deal with the brand-new scenarios, or simply plain old resistance to make changes.

Decide on and commit to actions to take:

Previously I discussed in a well-received session deeply about personal fulfillment and inner power uncovered now to release a scarcity mindset and get the life you want.

The same procedure is for any sort of change or alterations you are attempting to make in your life.

Minute to minute, you have to begin deciding on the actions that will result in exactly what you are attempting to produce.

In order to do this, you might want to establish a much deeper level of awareness about your own actions, particularly if you discover yourself instantly gravitating towards ineffective actions.

Stay focused on the procedure:

Enhancement is a procedure, and it takes constant effort and focus., if we take our time and delight in the journey we can not stop working.

Another factor you may withstand modification is feeling not sure about the actions you require to take to bring about your goals and dreams.

I mean that if you make a list of extremely particular actions that you can take daily, you will have a clearer roadmap to the result you are attempting to produce.

You will be able to work through any restricting fears, worries, or self-limiting beliefs if you take some time to check out these sensations.

Face your fears:

You may begin with a timely statement of your fears, I mean staring them in the face, such as, "I feel scared of... ", or "I feel safe with my life just how it is due to the fact that... "

Allow your responses to come easily, and work on altering any ideas or self-limiting beliefs that will continue to hold you back.

When we initially choose to make a personal transformation in our lives, we generally undervalue the quantity of effort it will take.

If you regularly prevent taking the actions that will bring about the changes needed so that you can achieve your dreams and goals in life, there is most likely some sort of ego-based hold on you.

Remember, the Course in Miracles states, "Only you can deprive yourself of anything. Do not oppose this realization, for it is truly the beginning of the dawn of light."

Another factor you may consider that is holding you back is feeling uncertain about the action steps you require to take to bring it about.

If you make a list of really particular actions that you can take each and every day, you will have a clearer state of mind that is free of ego interference to the result you are attempting to develop.

In order to do this, you might require some consistent and deeper mindfulness meditation practices where you're quietly listening for further guidance.

A much deeper level of awareness about your goals and dreams being achieved and enjoying the process without fear or self-doubt will make the action steps easier.

If you discover yourself instantly gravitating towards ineffective actions then make some adjustments along the way, continue to ask within what you should do next, and soon you will see a result that fits your goals in life.

I wish you the very best of success on your miracle mindfulness journey!

(I also suggest searching the web for further helpful material on things like, does visualization meditation really work to get the life you want?)

To achieving success and happiness!

Getting Unstuck by Becoming More Psychologically Flexible

Acceptance and Commitment (AC) Coaching identifies six core processes for developing greater psychological flexibility and getting unstuck: (1) defining valued directions, (2) acceptance training, (3) commitment (taking action), (4) being present (developing mindfulness), (5) cognitive defusion, and (6) self-as-context.

In this article I will briefly discuss all of them. I will cover each process in greater detail in future articles.

Defining Valued Directions:

Values are the motivational link for commitment to action. People commit to acting on their goals because they value what they need to do and where they need to go more than they value being stuck in the rut. There are four steps to defining valued directions: (1) exploring values, (2) choosing and ranking values, (3) publicly affirming values, and (4) acting on values. I will go into detail explaining each of those steps in my next article.

Acceptance Training:

Acceptance training revolves around helping people accept the things they can't control and coexist with the pain and suffering that accompanies taking action. Acceptance training reinforces commitment training, because it prepares people to continue moving toward their goals despite the conflicts and roadblocks that make it difficult to do so.

Commitment (taking action):

Taking action starts with setting clear goals. For goal setting to be meaningful it must reflect people's values. Clear values-based goals and measurable objectives reduce ambiguity and provide structure and a framework for taking action. Taking action is easier if it is based on clear goals and measurable objectives. Commitment is the action component of acceptance.

Mindfulness:

Mindfulness can be characterized as moment-by-moment awareness. Mindfulness can be developed through informal and formal training. Informal mindfulness training revolves around developing attention-building skills. Informal training involves using short activities to help people become more aware of internal (thoughts, scripts, etc.) and external environment) stimuli. Formal mindfulness training involves learning and practicing mindful meditation.

Cognitive Defusion:

Cognitive defusion revolves around learning how to defuse from unhelpful aspects of the conceptualized self. Defusion activities help people learn how to separate themselves from their unhelpful thinking that creates stress.

Self-as-Context:

ACT theory proposes an alternative view to the conceptualized-self perspective. A self-as context view, also known as the observer-self view, allows people to step back and appraise their thoughts, personal scripts, mental images, and emotions in a more objective way. Observer-self training allows people to examine internal stimuli in terms of its helpfulness in meeting goals that are consistent with personal values.

This core processes can be used individually or in combination to help you develop greater psychological flexibility, get unstuck, and live a life full of passion and purpose. In the coming six articles I'll show you how to apply these processes to the things that are causing you to be stuck in a rut.

It's Not Really Anger, It's Confusion, The Missing Link

Three Women Kneeling On Floor

Anger management is a huge issue and business. There are so many books and courses on this topic and yet, there is no reduction of anger in the world.

As you may know from reading my other work, I do not agree with anything in the contemporary methods of anger management, because that is all just containing and dealing with anger when you feel it. Rather, my methods are about eliminating the source of anger so you do not get angry to begin with.

This article will discuss the link preceding the emotion of anger and the event, in order to explain that anger is not a thing in itself but rather that it is a result of something, as you probably know, but I want to show that the cause of anger is not what you think it really is. In seeing what anger really is, or its true source and the reason you get angry, this should be a major step to its reduction in your life.

Anger is like a fart and a fart is only a byproduct of the food you ate. Therefor, anger is a byproduct of something. The problem is that you may think your anger is a result of a situation, something that happened or what someone said, but that is not the immediate preceding cause of the anger. There is a step in between.

This is why you stay angry for a long time, because you do not see the missing link between the event and your anger.

Confusion is the food that causes the noxious results known as anger.

Confusion of a situation you cannot understand about an event or problem, or how a person could do or say what they did, or not do the simplest of things, can drive you crazy. That frustration is vented as anger. You are not angry, you are confused, and the confusion builds up like a volcano and eventually explodes.

The reason you cannot understand is because you would not do it that way, or you would do that differently so you expect everyone to do what you would do, to be like you. Or equally common is that your fixed opinions based on your limited knowledge of all things in the world close your mind to accepting that there may be different ways for different people about anything and everything in life.

We are all different, people, cultures, countries, customs, some help others and some blow others up, and both feel correct and justified in their actions. The list of cultural differences is endless. A westerner says they should live for themselves, Asians live for their parents regardless of what they want to do. Both see each other as crazy, but objectively, who is right?

Sometimes people know that they just did not think before they spoke or just stood there and watched something bad happen without taking action even though they saw the problem brewing. They are very confused about their own actions. Why did I say that? Why did I do that? Or, why didn't I say or do that when I knew I should?

When something confusing happens that cannot be explained, we can either ignore it and move on, or we can let it roll around in our mind until it builds up enough force to become a devastating typhoon.

Anger can be expressed towards others, and it can be expressed towards yourself in many ways that are self-destructive and destroy your self-confidence and self-esteem.

If I do not like having indigestion and I know that the cause is eating raw onions, I can avoid eating onions, and I will not have the problem. No confusion, no anger. I understand the cause and the pain is avoided.

When we know the cause of a problem, there is no confusion and we will not get angry. You must use your own examples of this principle to realize the truth behind it. Please do this because if you do not realize it's truth through your own experiences, this information will equate you to being the donkey carrying a load of books, all the knowledge is on its back but not in its mind, and so you will stay just a donkey.

You are never angry, you are confused. You stay confused because you cannot understand why anyone would be different than you. If you accepted that we are NOT all equal, and that there are many different 'species' of humans, some smarter than others, some evil and some good, and that is just the nature of that individual being, you would not be confused.

It would also be of great value in many ways to the betterment of your life if when you are confused or angry, you would first accept that there is always a good reason, but you just do not know what it is. However, people tend to repeat the words; "I don't understand' when in fact they are really saying; 'My way is right and you are wrong, end of story.'

Accepting this obvious and objective truth, to whatever degree, even for common sense when you am stumped with how anyone could be that stupid; intelligence, motivation, self-respect, independent thinking or being a sheep mentality, all these things, in fact every single minor or major difference between you and anyone else, is based on the simple fact that we are not all equal, you will find far less confusion in acceptance.

Does the bird wonder why the fish does not live in the trees? Do you wonder why dogs do not mate with cats? Believing lies create confusion because there is a part of you that knows the truth and yet tries to deny it, and that creates confusion, the seed and fuel for frustration which quickly turns into anger.

The statement that we are all equal is the foundation lie that creates all the confusion which breeds infinite anger. Accepting that we are not all the same species and that some have different values and ways of thinking than you do may not make you accept them, but it will help reduce your anger so that you can think more clearly towards finding a resolution to any problem, and maybe learn a few new things you did not know before.

Principles of Performance

Woman in Yellow Long sleeve Standing Under the Sunlight

I have written several articles that cover the principles of self-development. I am a true believer that self-development is the key to success. Much of success is about taking action. In many cases, principles of performance have a lot to do with what you do and what you are able to encourage others to do. There are many principles that I use on a constant basis and will continue to use them until they are no longer effective. The number one principle that should be addressed if you are wanting to be successful would be to focus, focus, focus. Most people lose their focus and that is why they are not able to complete anything they pursue.

I am a true believer that for anyone to be successful they need to have the right attitude. A negative attitude has never gotten anyone anywhere but rejected and left out. Expect positive things to happen in your life when your attitude is positive. What you put out is what you get back in most cases. It's like looking in a mirror. Your attitude determines your altitude.

Now, the attitude I am writing about is not falsely manufactured to impress or manipulate others. The attitude that I am addressing would be a true positive attitude that resides deep down inside your soul. The positive attitude I am talking about would be the attitude that oozes from your pores when you wake-up in the morning and stays with you all day long. You know the attitude I am talking about; the attitude that is part of who you are at your core.

If you have a bad attitude, this would be a reflection of who you are inside your soul. If you want to change your attitude, you would first have to change what resides deep down in your soul. If your soul is battered, tattered, and torn, you may want to ask the Lord for His assistance. He can heal a broken soul only if you allow Him to. You will want to ask for an Attitude that can support love, kindness, joy, goodness, and corrective discipline. When you are truly thankful and grateful you will find that a positive attitude will flow from you. And I promise you that it will be noticed by everyone you encounter.

Here is a pet-peeve that drives me nuts. People that make promises and don't keep them. Far too many people make promises they can't keep. They may have good intentions when making a promise, but they don't realize by making a promise that they don't keep taints who they are. No matter what happens in your life your words will stand the test of time. People can take all physical possessions from you, but they can't take your knowledge or your word from you. If your word means nothing, you are nothing. No one will take you seriously. If you do make a promise, you will want to make a plan to fulfill it. If you make a future commitment, you must grasp how important it is to follow through with your promise. You should be willing to do whatever it takes to complete your obligation. The reason why so many relationships fail would be due to all parties involved not understanding what it takes to have a wonderful relationship. They do not plan for or understand the sacrifices each must make for the relationship to flourish and work.

Let me bring up something positive to share with you. In general, we usually get from others and ourselves what we expect. The law of expectancy is very powerful. If you don't know what you want, 99.9% of the time you will never obtain it. You must take aim at what you want if you expect to hit your target. Blind men and women don't make good knife throwers. I'm sure you would agree. A very successful friend of mine shared this with me; "you will either live up to your expectations or fall short of them. If you expect nothing, you usually end up with nothing. You should know that something from nothing leaves nothing. If you expect to be mediocre then don't expect anything more than average. If you expect to feel bad, you will feel bad. It is a fact that you are what you think about all the time. So, with that being said, if you expect to feel wonderful there will be nothing standing in your way of feeling that way. And always know that if it is possible for you to feel that way, it is also possible for others to feel that way.

The difference between mediocre employees and exceptional employees would be the training they receive. The only thing worse than training employees and losing them is to not train them and keep them. That sounds like an axiom I heard many years ago; "what is worse than a person that can't read, that would be a person that can read and won't." When you think of training as practice and preparation, it makes you wonder how people survive that do not practice and prepare. It is a must that people invest in themselves. In essence, people that do not prepare and invest in their ability don't make the grade. If you want to improve and move from good to excellent, you will want to adopt a rigorous training program and stick to it.

Finally, you will want to seek out what you want in life. If you look for the good things in life, you will find them. If you look for opportunities to prosper and grow from, you will find them. If you look for positive and insightful people that will support you and push you to be your best, you will find them. Then again, if you look for ways to swindle and cheat, you will end up doing just that. If you look for ways to justify leaving your spouse, you will find them. If you look for reasons to hate another, you will find them. It is natural for us to justify what we need or want. If you are not living by lawful standards of integrity, honesty, loyalty, love, and faith, you will be drawn to selfish indulgence, and that leads to misery and unfulfilled dreams. Whatever you have will never be enough. Always look for the good and for ways to help others and you will see that positive things will come from such acts.

A Little Change Makes a Big Investment

As I wander through life there are many interesting conversations to overhear and participate in. One that's caught my attention lately is how hard change is. You can resist change and stay stuck in your situation, or you can grow through change and create a different reality.

There's no denying that change is hard, at first. The benefit of sticking with the effort to make a change is that you emerge a better person. The effort you put in is rewarded by the results you get. The path along the way can be a bit messy, even disappointing some days, but you still owe it to yourself to persevere. And you learn and grow from even the messy stuff in the middle.

Another objection to some making change is that it feel like deprivation. You gotta change that mindset. If doing things that are hard creates a feeling of deprivation, not a feeling of challenge and growth, you owe it to yourself to switch your thinking. Growth isn't a sacrifice. When you lose bad habits you are growing. You lose a bad habit by replacing it with a good habit. When you change from a bad habit to a good habit, you haven't lost a thing, you haven't sacrificed anything - you have grown and improved. There's no deprivation in growth.

In my observations and experience, deciding to change some aspect of your life - diet, physique, addiction, meditation practice... any habit you perform - is energizing. That decision is taking the first step. Taking action is the next step, and subsequent steps, until you reach your goal. That's how change is accomplished, one decision and step at a time.

Each step along the way is a chance to learn. You learn about yourself and the world. Exciting! Empowering. That's part of an Energize Me attitude. That's part of the growth that keeps life interesting and valuable.

Are you tired of at least some aspects of your life? What are you doing about it? Action versus non-action is the difference between someone living up to their potential and someone stuck in the past.

Maybe you don't strive to grow and change because it feels like too much work. That's one of the comments I hear. Consider this: you are working toward the wrong goal, you aren't passionate about the change you are avoiding. That is stressful. Altering your attitude or goal will turn hard work into passion.

Another possibility is that you haven't found the right attitude about the change you want, or are told you must make. Can you wrap your head around the idea of accepting that the change is important and taking the first step, even if it's a little one? Can you tiptoe into the change? Some people prefer jumping in with both feet - or diving in head first. Regardless, you have to move toward your goal or your desired change won't happen. What's your style?

A friend of mine has learned to live his life like a video game or movie script. By turning a challenge into a game goal - complete with points, levels, and rewards - he has been living the life of his dreams for over six years now. Now that's energizing! That's the path to success for him, and lots of his tribe.

The reality, is by taking on change you are investing in yourself. You invest in yourself in other ways, like education, saving for a goal, health, or the friends you keep; why not invest in yourself when it comes to your habits and attitudes?

You'll find your life more satisfying and gratifying as you accept that change can be hard, but that you can make it easier. You'll be energized by the action you take with that first step. You'll live a better life.

Message of the Universe: Ignorance Is Not ALWAYS Bliss

"Some look, but don't see.

Some listen, but don't hear.

And some know, but don't do.

And they have fun, but not jumping-waving-crazy-dodgeball kind of fun.

Jump,
The Universe"

Some might look at things, but don't see opportunities.

Some might listen to things but don't pay attention or hear anything.

Some know how to do it but are too afraid to fail so they end up NOT doing anything.

Sometimes, ignorance is bliss and by not seeing opportunities, or hearing anything that can help better themselves with advice given by others with more experience, or have dreams but not taking actions at all to make these dreams come true might end up living a regular life and be happy with it. Do you want to be the same? You are the only one who can answer that question.

Being an entrepreneur have taken me in most thrilling ride of my life. Not knowing about the future, not knowing if any projects I dive in would render the expected and anticipated results, not knowing if I can pay my bills because of lack of funds by investing in the wrong projects. I really have NO clue to what will happen the next day, or week or month or year. I live by the edge of my seat. I constantly look and search for my ultimate mission in this planet and with every step I make towards reaching my goals, my gut feelings tells me I am on the right track. I have no idea what track that is but I don't see my life any other way. I am NOT a 9-5 type of guy, and I strive with uncertainties. Nothing is guaranteed in life so I need to create my own certainties. Many are looking for financial freedom, wealth and prosperity and have grandiose dreams but do nothing to put them in execution. They are too afraid to fail and choose the route of least resistance. If you want something in life, go and get what you want and expect failure and more failure along the way. However, failure is just a lesson, not a result. Failure gives you the tools to do better next time around. I am sure you failed classes in college but you kept moving forward until you completed your degree. The real world is tougher, more demanding and can beat you down to your knees and keep you there if you let it. Fight harder, longer and be persistent. You will win at the end. Life, in reality, is just a game. Depends on what side you will finish.

The Unbelievable Power Of Certainty

Man Wearing White Dress Shirt and Black Blazer

For centuries now, in history, the unbelievable power of certainty is the attribute that draws people to leaders and experts. It is what comes into play when you want to influence, make an impact or achieve the impossible whereas a lack of it can stop you dead in your tracks. But what is certainty?
How do you get such trait? Do you have a lack of confidence from time to time? Are you allowing yourself to doubt, even if it is for a second? Why do you still lack confidence, despite knowing, doing, preparing or practicing?

The reason is you possess some uncertainty! It can be about yourself, your abilities, what you believe in, your relationship or anything else. Have you ever known someone who knows their stuff, but just lacked confidence? Well, confidence comes from knowing yourself or your own business, but in taking it a step further, you understand that the power of certainty comes from not doubt at all.

My Shaolin Kung Fu master always says that self-confidence is for children and you have better to be certain. If you do not sense an inner certainty about what you want or what you need to do, then it will be over before you know it. Luckily for you, the power of certainty can be developed.

Gaining certitude can take time but the more you use it, the better you will get. It begins with you sharing your ideas so often that you finally find your voice and become sure in what you believe or teach. It is a big deal because the more you share with others, the more certain you will become. The power of certainty provides the key to unlocking what is holding you back.

"Certainty helps us take the actions to achieve our dreams." - Tony Robbins
The Inner battle for Certainty
You have to understand that when ideas take hold in your mind, an inner battle begins between your unconscious and conscious mind. It often comes down to your conscious mind which wants something while your unconscious mind may not believe a thing you say. When you lack power of certainty, there is automatically a conflict, a struggle, and ideas just remain thoughts.

You might be trying to tell your unconscious that you are going to you will be financially free in ten years' time or that you will have millions by the time you are thirty. But if your conscious mind is uncertain and has doubts, it will go 'Yes, right. No way in hell!' Then rejects your energy and desires into space where it will just bounce back and have no effect.

Your certitude needs to be anchored so deeply that it becomes unshakable. But at first, your power of certainty has to be greater than your doubts. When you choose to act with such inevitability, you can overcome any fear or doubt you might have. You can achieve it mentally through invocations, not affirmations, but invocation as it involves feelings of certainty through your bones, body, heart, and soul.

As an expert, I believe you owe it to yourself to act with certitude. I truly believe and have also personally experienced the power of certainty which grows over time and goes beyond self-confidence.

The Lack of Certainty brings a Lack of Action
If you unsure and do not feel a power of certainty, you will surely lack taking action. To live their financial dreams, most people always think about wanting to generate an enormous amount of money. They love to talk a good game with some 'If... ,' and tell others about their big dream, but in the end, they never take action to realize it.

What are the reasons? Well, they do not have the certainty that they can do it. They have no certitude about the outcome. They do not believe in themselves or how they can get there. They then begin to fall into fears and doubts. As a result, their self-thinking and self-talking put things off.

Self-talk combines that little voice and the quiet conversations you have with it. You should be more careful of these little internal phrases as they can build your power of certainty or to tear it apart. It is a fact that certainty has a real influence on your conduct and actions. How? If you have failed to take decisions in any part of your life, it is somewhat because you are uncertain or unsure as to which method could succeed or fail. So you put off what you need to do today until later.

The Influence of Certainty over Confidence
The power of certainty paves the way for you to take action, even massive action. And the impact of these massive actions is how you improve your confidence and make things happen in your life. But what is holding you back from raising your game?

From what I have seen and learned from my experiences all over the world, is that it does not matter how confident or successful you are, we all have certain zones of weakness from time to time. I do not believe that anyone is immune to uncertainty. But if you decide to do something, and start to plan towards it, you then create confidence which in turn builds in time, certainty.

Therefore, it is when you decide with absolute certitude that you are going to create your dreams and then start to build a plan that something almost magical happens. You start to develop a power of certainty that influences and surpasses your confidence. You unexpectedly see that there are ways to achieve your objectives.

Suddenly, your goals dribble, drop by drop, deep into your unconscious to find the means to make your dream a physical reality. It is when the fairy tale begins. I am pretty sure that there was at least one time in your life where you experienced the absolute power of certainty.

The Power of Certainty Is Personal
Too many people live between reality and fiction when it comes to sensing certainty. But I know from personal experience that you or anyone is capable enough to do many things that most people think are impossible. Your certainty and confidence are about what you believe it to be. What is important is your perception.

"Whether you think you can or you think you can't, you are dead right." - Henry Ford
Therefore, perhaps it is often up to what you believe to be true. It sounds annoyingly accurate, isn't it? Of course, the power of certainty is not something you can just switch on or off. Very often, you need help with your ability to build and uphold your certainty as well as your confidence, mainly when it comes to challenging circumstances.

The Unbelievable Power of Certainty
At the moment you begin to carry yourself with certainty, people become logically attracted to that quality you have. When others feel your power of certainty, they tend to start trusting you as well. And as soon as you speak with certitude and act with conviction, it alters the way the world around you responds. Great leaders and dictators throughout history are excellent examples of this.

You need to realize that the power of certainty creates opportunities that would not have existed otherwise. Your body language also has a significant influence on the way others perceive you. It includes the way you carry yourself, your gestures, facial expressions, walk, and even your care. And all of these, in turn, send strong signals to your nervous system and unconscious mind.

It means that if your body sends signals to your nervous system which matches a personal power of certainty, your attitude will also adjust as to be in tune with these signs. You have to learn to develop and display incomparable certainty because it will change your life for good at every level of your being. Certainty and confidence are like powerful magnets.

Possessing the Power of Certainty
When you possess the power of certainty, with no doubt in yourself and your abilities, you begin to attract new chances, means, opportunities, resources, and people into your life. You suddenly start to find ways to open whatever doors are necessary to create the life you want.

Today, certainty is a necessity for being a successful person. So if this post resonates with you, why don't you start building certainty for yourself and see the difference it will make for you. You now know that it only takes common sense and discipline to reach beyond confidence and tap into the power of certainty.

Remember that if other people can do it, you can, too. But to actually develop, grow and improve the power of certainty, you should make it a routine to find the role models and take example by reading about people who inspire you to what is possible and impossible. So do not be reticent to plunge into the unbelievable power of certainty to help you achieve your goals and dreams.

Why Your Skills Are Put to the Test in Any Achievement

Everyone has something they want to achieve in life. Do you just dream about it without taking action to attain it? Do you know the steps it takes?

Many people who want to and become high achievers almost always accomplish what they set out to do. This is because they stay true to their passion for life. Things they are not passionate about never become their focus. They don't waste their time on those things. High achievers know that to attain their goals and to overcome any setback they may encounter they have to stick to what they are passionate about.

High achievers also understand that finding what they are passionate about takes time but they have the patience to try different things until they find out what it is. When they find that one thing that excites them, find that one thing they would do for free, find that one thing they look forward to getting out of bed everyday to do, then they know they have found their passion.

People that are high achievers don't procrastinate. They don't wait until tomorrow to do what can be done today. If a productive thought comes to them they will take immediate action on it. This is what sets them apart. High achievers will always seek help. They do not think they know everything. They will embrace mentoring, they will embrace the intelligence of others, and they realize doing this doesn't make them weak. They realize what they are strong at and what they are weak at. They will use everything at their disposal to improve and achieve.

Individuals that are high achievers use their passion to pursue happiness and fulfillment. Their passion brings a sense of fulfillment and this allows them to live a happy and content life. Many people set goals, but pursuing fulfillment is more important than pursuing goals when it comes to your happiness. High achievers realize how important it is to have positive thoughts. They are able to keep a positive mindset in the midst of negative situations. They are very good at keeping their mind in control and they are proud of it.

Lastly high achievers don't give up. They expect the unexpected and they prepare for it. They realize that obstacles and setbacks will come and their preparation helps them to remain focused. They keep their eyes on the prize. This is the difference between dreaming and achieving. Are you ready now to become a high achiever? If so read below and contact me.

17 Pretexts Why Most People Are Giving Up Way Too Easily

It appears that often, most of us are giving up way too easily when it comes to make a change or create something new in our lives. We begin by getting excited and captivated, but when we come across obstacles that are in our way, we decide to let our emotions get the best of us and give up.
Why does it happen? Why do people give up on things dear to their heart? Why have you given up on some of your dreams?

At the start, you get excessively happy to pursue a goal. You are even enthusiastic about it. You believe that it is something worth doing, something you want to master but after a while, when the euphoric emotions start to fade away, you often feel disappointed and walk away from the all thing.

This topic is a subject that takes me to heart! It doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure why most people call it quit way so easily. Typically, it is often because their goal gets too hard or it just takes too long. Unfortunately, people have all kinds of pretexts for giving in after a couple of failures.

But failure is a part of the process to success and is going to happen no matter what you do. You are always going to encounter walls, barriers, obstacles. It is normal in the beginning to be inexperienced or clueless about what you are doing.

"Every master was once a beginner, and every pro began as an amateur" - Robin Sharma

The Need to Face Your Difficulties
You should realize that obstacles in your way will not vanish, but you can get ready for them. You can prepare to overcome these walls, barriers, obstacles and even the doubts you have. As you progress, you get to learn more, practice more, and build more commitment towards your goal which in turn prepares you even better for difficulties that may arise.

Often, when you are facing problems, your emotions get in the way and try to take control. These feelings are not helping you to achieve the success you desire. During those times, you do not see the prospect of the long-term rewards because these protecting reactions only care about the present and not the future.

The primary cause people do not get what they desire is because they give up way too soon. Success may have been around the corner. Have you given up on things before? If you are anything that is human, you probably did.

At some point in life, we all packed it up and walked away. Do you remember the times where you have decided or tried something and then quit when it became too hard? How many times have you put off taking action until later, because you felt like it was not the right time?

The fact of the matter is that many of us give up far too rapidly! So, why do most people give up so easily? Here are my top 17 pretexts which people are using when giving up. I added a tip to each reason to get around it.

1. Lack of Determination
Understand that by having a lack of determination, all you worked so hard for will be gone the instant you choose to give up. You have control over this kind of decision. No one can do it for you or give you this willpower.

It is your duty to finish what you've started. If you can persist, be consistent, carry on with your efforts, and do not give up, you will inevitably arrive where you want.

2. Unbelief in Your Abilities
At one point in your life, someone close to you told you that you could not do it, and you did believe those words. Next time a person says such thing, begin to read biographies of people who have succeeded against all the odds knowing that such words have no power whatsoever.

The ultra-marathoner David Goggins has a video which is very inspirational. If you have never seen it, you should watch it. Do not worry; I will be here when you have finished.

3. Someone Else's Goal
If you ever work for someone else or had goals chosen by relatives for you, you know what I am talking about. These targets that are not yours! It is tough to keep being motivated if you feel that this is not your purpose in life.

You need to choose your own goals, take possession of them and act.

4. Life is Already Good
You should realize that the better your life, the more you feel tempted to let things the way they are. You might think that your life is good enough, so you settle, and give up on going further.

Let me tell you that no matter how good your life now is, it can always improve. Therefore, next time you feel like settling or stagnating, think about the facets of your life you dislike and focus on cultivating them.

5. Not Desire to Put Time in
Do not underestimate the time it takes to complete specific goals because you then get overwhelmed and have no desire to put the required time in.

You do not need more time; you just need to use it more efficiently. Focus on your priorities which are the most important things first. Use the Pareto Principle and spend 80% of your time on what will get you the most results, instead of just looking busy.

6. No Self-Confidence
When making changes or starting something new, you need self-belief, self-confidence. If there are any doubts about your abilities to succeed, you will have the desire to want to give up.

When I need a boost in my self-confidence, I close my eyes, take a deep breath and recall all of my skills, experiences, knowledge, as well as other assets I have.

7. Not Wanting to Do the Hard Work
The road to success is everything but an easy one. In adding to the issue of time, the difficulty comes into play. As soon as something is getting harder than you thought, it can be discouraging but know that the goals you should be most proud of are usually the most challenging.

If something is harder than you thought, it is time to work harder than you should. Strengthen and cultivate the abilities you need to progress so that over time, things will get easier.

8. Absence of Focus
What keep you from focusing nowadays are all the many distractions you have, which takes your time away from aiming at the important stuff! Social Media is an excellent example of that! The absence of focus leads to unproductive efforts which incline you to quit.

Create time by switching off or logging off social media sites and turn off your phone's notifications. This way, you will stay focused on the task at hand.

9. Interruptions
Interruptions and distractions might be coming by way of other people, television, phone or noise. You should know that it is impossible to jump from one goal to another, as you never feel or find that you are making any progress forward.

You should avoid any interruptions by finding a place where you will be in peace. Work on one thing at a time. Efficiency is the key here.

10. No Immediate Results
Today, everyone is a hurry to get instant gratification. But remember that anything worthwhile creating takes much time, and each flower needs time to blossom.

The more you work towards your goals; day in and day out, the earlier you will achieve them.

11. Very Little Reward
By working so hard and put in all that time, you thought you would have better outcomes. You get disappointed because your goal does not transform into the desired results. A lot of people give up easily when it feels like they are working hard for nothing.

You have to set mini milestones along your path and bit by bit you will see the rewards. Success will not come overnight to transform your life. As in any sport or as for any athlete, you need to train and practice to master.

12. No Enthusiasm or Inspiration
As you start making a change or creating something new, you feel full of enthusiasm and you are inspired and motivated. Then these feelings start to wear off, and you realize it is not that easy. Your inspiration fades away, and you just abandon.

Just think about your end goal, and remember why you are doing this. Remember what inspired you about your objective and put emphasis on those features.

13. Habits are Difficult to Change
Getting started is not always the hard part. The awkward phase is often getting rid of your habits or lifestyle, and to replace them. Changing a pattern is not an easy thing to do. There is also the fear of a new habit and the appeal of an old one.

You have to focus on your progress, not perfection. Realize that falling back sometime into old patterns is a normal reaction. Personal change is like taking two steps forward and one step back. What is crucial is to keep momentum to move forward.

14. Not Worth the Effort
Perhaps you had an idea but realized that it was just a short wish. You then understood that it was not worth the effort, the sacrifices or that you are going in the wrong direction.

Revisit and evaluate your goals, and if they are no longer what you want, then it is not giving up. Know that you were born a winner!

15. Scared of Leaving the Comfort Zone
Even if things in your life may not have been perfect before, you felt comfortable with them. It was a comfortable and easy routine. But in leaving your comfort zone to get into a world of doubt and struggles, you miss it.

You should only know that without leaving your comfort zone, there won't be any growth or progress and that once you have obtained what you want, you will be able to go even further.

16. A Ridiculous Idea
People think you are too old to begin all over and start something new. They believe that following your dream is not a realistic concept, or they believe it to be a childish fantasy.

Well, what people think is their problem. It is your life and your future. So choose wisely!

17. It Should Be Easy
You think it should be easy but when things are not running as they should, you quit, and so no more effort is required. You just give up, and the problems related to that go away. Easy does it!

The minute you start something, surround yourself with and talk to people who encourage you and are interested in your success.

A Final Word on Giving Up
The one important thing that sets successful people apart from the people who do not is their capacity to persist, keep going even after failure and never give up.

My final suggestion to you is that sometime, you may have to lock yourself in a room and scream at with all your strength. Do it until you get it out of your system. Then move on and get back to work.

Know also that your current circumstances are not the final outcomes.

A great thing about not giving up is that it a skill you can acquire. Be patient enough and do not be discouraged by the lack of instant results. A lot of people are using the above excuses and give up way too easily. Just decide that you're not going to quit. And instead be unstoppable!
