3 Keys to Living the Abundant Life That You Deserve

We all deserve to live an abundant life. And it is not wrong to have that desire. Abundance means "to have plenty of something." And that just doesn't mean money, even though we deserve to have enough of that too. Abundance means being supplied plentifully in every area of your life. If it is your desire to live a more abundant life then that opportunity is available for you.

This article will discuss three keys to living the abundant life you deserve. These are not the only three keys, but they are three keys that can get your abundance flowing in the right direction.

1. Practice Abundant Thinking:

Your thoughts are powerful and they magnetically attract things into your life or they act as a repellent and repel things. You have control over your thinking. You can choose to have thoughts of abundance or you can choose to have thoughts of scarcity. Often if scarcity is what you are experiencing then those are the thoughts that arise. But you have to make a conscious effort to think the thoughts that are going to attract abundance to flow to you and not away from you.

When you have abundant thinking it doesn't mean you are being greedy. It means that you just want a better quality of life. It means that you are not focusing on scarcity thinking, and it means that you are willing to bring about the necessary changes, because you are choosing to believe that better is available for you.

2. Live Authentically:

When you live authentically it brings about freedom which helps you to live an abundant life. It is extremely hard to manifest abundance when you are merely duplicating who someone else is, or trying to fit into a mold that other people try to put you in. When you are authentic your gifts and purpose can flow freely, and that allows you to create opportunities to live the abundant life you were born to live.

3. Don't Feel Guilty:

Feelings of guilt can block you from manifesting abundance. You should never feel guilty because you are living an amazing life. You deserve it. And there have probably been times that you wanted to give up but you didn't. Everything that you are blessed with you deserve to enjoy it. Living an abundant life doesn't mean that you are taking away from anyone else. So don't ever feel guilty about the abundance that you have been blessed with. Feel grateful not guilty.

7 Tips To Manifest Abundance With A Wealthy Mindset

Your mindset will determine your success in life. Studies show wealthy people think differently than poor people. It is crucial to pay attention to your mindset and change it to adopt the patterns of the successfully wealthy. In time, you will gravitate towards becoming a part of the 1% elite.

What is the number one mistake that people make that want to become wealthy? They listen to average people who aren't wealthy talk about money. That is like having a personal trainer that is overweight telling you how to get fit! Learn how the wealthy think and get on the path to success.

1. The wealthy master their mindset. The wealthy do not let negative thinking get in their way. They stay positive despite circumstances and keep their eye on the target. The wealthy pay close attention to their thoughts and beliefs and do all they can to take control of their mind. As soon as a negative belief starts to rear its ugly head, it is important to realize that it is coming from a place of fear. At that point, you can quickly replace it with a positive thought.

2. Rich people watch whom they spend their time with. The wealthy spend their time with battery chargers, not battery suckers. Poor people have poor people for friends and rich people hang out with intellectual people who are similar to them or even more successful. Their relationships have a give-and-take balance to it. They stay away from takers.

3. They control what goes into their body and their mind. Garbage in and garbage out. Rich people know that what goes in their mind and body, is reflected on their outside world. They only listen to positive and uplifting information and take care of themselves. Stay away from people who tell you that your idea or success can't be achieved because you don't have enough money, education or talent. Listening to those people and believing what they say can quickly crush your dreams.

4. Rich people are optimistic most of the time. The wealthy understand that a positive mindset is the cornerstone to success. They look at the cup half full instead of half empty and realize that as soon as they allow themselves to focus on the negative, things start to take a turn for the worse. Most of us are conditioned to focus on the negative and we can never get ahead when we are focused on what we don't have.

5. Rich people rarely complain. Once again, this has to do with focusing on what the rich do have as opposed to their lack. When we send out a vibration of misery, we only attract more misery. The wealthy know this and for the most part continue to stay in a state of gratitude.

6. Rich people are virtually excuse-free. One of the key secrets of the wealthy is that they take responsibility for their lives as opposed to placing blame and making excuses. If something is not going right, they take the bull by the horns and make the changes necessary to improve the situation. Most of us stay stuck because we are so busy making excuses and placing blame on others or outside circumstance for our current situation. With this mindset, we can never get ahead.

7. Rich people respect money as a tool. The wealthy look at money as a tool not the end-all for their happiness. They realize that they have power over money, which is in opposition to how most of us think i.e., money controls us. The poor give money all the power and allow it to control their lives. Money is just a tool to assist us in getting what we want in life - as are other people, information and resources.

10 Steps To Manifest Abundance

What's the one mindset shift that will improve your life forever?
Switch from a "scarcity" mindset to an "abundance" mindset.
To me, having an abundance mindset means that you don’t treat others as competition; there's plenty to go around, and collaborating together can make everyone more successful. People who live in the scarcity mindset are suspicious, jealous and think that there's not enough money, success, etc. to go around.
Of course historically, scarcity was a reality, especially in times of famine and land ownership. Resources were limited, and either you had them or you didn't.
It's different today. I've outlined 10 simple things you can do today to start shifting your mindset. I guarantee this will change your life. It's changed mine.
1. In your career, don't be afraid of competition or like-minded businesses.
In fact, they can make the audience larger and bring more attention to all the businesses in that niche. For example, Coke AND Pepsi are making plenty of money with almost the exact same product (albeit a product I do not endorse!).
2. In health, think of abundance as healthful, fresh food.
You're surrounded by amazing, healthy food that is plentiful. Don't think of life as deprivation diet. Food is not an enemy.
3. Don't feel bad about other people's health accomplishments.
Just imagine that they'll share with you the key steps so you can reach your own health goals.
4. Think of love that you have as plentiful.
For example, the love that you give your children doesn't deplete your ability to also love your spouse or a friend.
5. Steer yourself away from fear and worry-inducing media like the evening news as much as possible.
Those perpetuate the scarcity mindset.
6. Think of time as plentiful, not running out.
So you can take a deep breath and take your time today.
7. Savor interdependence.
You are not alone. Ever.
8. Think of the opportunities and learning that you achieved from a hurtful experience.
For example, I remember in the 3rd grade when I got head lice after traveling to India. I remember the humiliation I felt when I was sent home from school that day and the taunting that came after for weeks. But I think about how I learned so much from that experience about mental toughness, about cultural sensitivity, and moving forward. You can honestly take any painful situation and think about all the things it brought you, rather than what it took away from you.
9. Share your "abundance" with others.
If you are lucky enough to have a lot of money, share with others. If you have great knowledge of a particular field, teach it freely.
10. Express gratitude.
Be thankful that you have so much and not worried about what someone else has.
