I can tell you it didn't immediately feel wonderful when my internet went down. Again! After I'd already had three service techs come out in one week [including one appointment that lasted more than 3 hours], each one assuring me I would have no more issues. It didn't immediately feel wonderful. In fact, my stomach was in knots and I felt awful.

But the thing is I can't stand to feel awful anymore. It's just not OK anymore.

So I did what I coach my clients to do - Step back and ask: "What's perfect about this?"

Determined to feel better, I breathed, chanted and sincerely asked "What IS perfect about this situation I do not like?" In addition to sweet relief, I got these answers:

*I can practice Feeling Good No Matter What.

This is the muscle I most want to strengthen. I want to be the kind of Conscious Creator who can notice something unwanted and immediately DECIDE to be OK. Feeling good inside is SO much more important to me than external conditions.

*I can remember I am never required to feel bad.

There is NO situation that requires me to sit in prolonged suffering. The first thing to remember when something unwanted happens is that I have a choice in how to respond. I am the decision maker for my life and I get to choose!

*I can practice rising above unwanted circumstances.

It feels good to take my power back and shift my focus. It feels good to know I have the ability to raise my vibration and feel good regardless of conditions.

*I can appreciate what I DO have and what IS working well.

Appreciation is always helpful in climbing back up the emotional scale.

*I can remember that feeling good is the most important thing.

My desire to feel good is the reason I want the reliable internet service or any other condition anyway.

I get it. Sometimes expecting ourselves to find something perfect in truly dire circumstances is a stretch. At those times, a softer question such as, "What wonderful thing will come of this?" might be easier. We can all remember unwanted situations that turned into something truly valuable.

Another good question to ask and answer is, "How can I feel good even under these conditions?" [A takeaway from my first Abraham-Hicks workshop, May 2005 in Asheville, NC.]

What's perfect about this?

What wonderful thing will come of this?

How can I feel good even under these conditions?

These questions enable me to quickly find my way back to feeling good no matter what.

Everything that happens is a gift bearing the opportunity for higher levels of joy and empowerment within. I accept that I simply can't expand without real world opportunities in which to practice.

Each time I choose to feel good no matter what, I raise my dominant vibration - which makes it quicker and easier to find my way back when contrast brings its next gift.

Each time I choose to protect my vibration as my most precious treasure,life becomes more fun and more joyful.

As Abraham reminds us: "If you had one goal, and that was to feel good, you would never again need to hear another word from anyone. You would live successfully and happily and in a way of fulfilling your life's purpose ever after."

10 Things Successful Manifestors Do Differently

Being a conscious creator is so important, because when you’re actively taking charge of your reality you can master your fate. Anything can happen to you and you have all of the tools you need in your spiritual toolbox to be okay no matter what the Universe brings to you.

So without further ado, here are the 10 Things Successful Manifestors Do Differently and how you can start adopting these traits as your own to create a life you adore.

1. Successful Manifestors are aware that they are working with cosmic forces.

They know and understand that the Oneness of all life, the energy that animates every single atom in the fabric of the cosmos, is governed by the highest vibration of them all. Some call it God, Source, The Force, The Universe or whatever. The Universe is oscillating at the highest vibration of LOVE and superconsciousness.

2. Successful Manifestors believe that anything is possible.

Even and especially if it defies all logic. Being open to ALL possibilities opens you up (and your vibration) to the opportunity for miracles to be drawn to you.

3. Successful Manifestors know how to trust and surrender.

Once an intention or a desire has been released to the Universe for the Law of Attraction to work her magic, then the successful manifestor knows how to trust in the process. As the old saying goes: ‘A watched pot never boils.’

4. Successful Manifestors understand that whatever you put out there comes back to you.

When you understand The Law of Vibration you see that whatever energy you are willing to put out there will probably boomerang its way back to you. The moral is to only radiate energy that you’re willing to have echoed back to you by the Universe.

5. Successful Manifestors always affirm ‘This or something better’.

They understand that The Universe always has their back and unfolds things, events and people in Divine timing in the highest order for your greater good.

6. Successful Manifestors master their language patterns.

They are hyper-aware of words and phrases that don’t serve them. They rarely use the word hate or ‘Universals’ such as ‘always’, ‘every’, and ‘never’. Successful Manifestors know that their words hold tremendous power in sculpting their future path.

7. Successful Manifestors practice the art of gratitude.

They feel thankful for everything that shows up in their reality no matter what it is. They say thank you for the smallest manifestation because it raises their vibration and clears the way for bigger and more magnificent things to appear.

8. Successful Manifestors keep good company.

Successful Manifestors surround themselves with people that inspire them and support them on their journey. They are super-sensitive to people that are negative or energy vampires. Successful Manifestors nurture friendships that have mutually supportive energy.

9. Successful Manifestors love money.

Successful Manifestors don’t have issues with money. They don’t believe it to be the ‘root of all evil’ – in fact they love it like it’s a good friend because they take care of it. They send it lots of love and it usually tends to multiply.

10. Successful Manifestors take time to set intentions.

Successful Manifestors create space in their lives to regularly map out a clear path for what they really want to create in their lives. They know (without a shadow of a doubt) that manifesting requires time to design the details with unique specificity. They turn it into a fun game with the Universe and trust that their desires will show up in Divine timing.
