The Key to True Meaning of Success

In life many people believe that success is based on external things like cars, houses, money, and other things that are external but the truth is success is not about anything outside of ones self. Success should be based on ones contribution and impact in and on the Earth. Many of us have believed the hype for so long that we have to show people the things that we do and have in order to receive their approval or validation.

In reality, none of that is needed because who can judge, approve or validate what is within you? Who can tell you if you got it right or not? Who can jump inside of your true vision or dream and say "Yep that's it you did it the exact way it was shown in your vision or dream"? I often tell my clients the one thing no one can high jack is your dreams and visions.

Your dreams and visions are what give you the road map and path to what can be determined as success. Only you can see what is within your visions and dreams so in order to know if you are successful or not you have to ask yourself "Did I birth out what I saw in my dreams and visions?" Many of us have vivid dreams and visions but we are so afraid of trying to begin the journey of birthing because of what could go wrong.

I challenge you to begin the process now because either you are going to live with pain or regret of not doing it or the pain of doing it now. No matter what there will be pain but not all pain is bad. Do you remember the saying "No Pain No Gain?" This is indeed true when we experience pain there is a memory now that is there to remind you of what you made it through and it makes you stronger.

When you go to the gym and work out there is a level of discomfort/pain that is necessary in order for you to know that you worked the muscle group that you had in mind. Sometimes you are sore for a day or two afterwards but you continue to go back to the gym to eventually see the results you had envisioned. So if this is true for the gym and working your physical muscle wouldn't you think it applies to every area?

The answer is yes in order to reach the level of success that you were sent here to make you have to continue to go back to the mental and spiritual gym to see the vision board to determine if you are exercising the right muscle groups to see the results of the vision. It doesn't matter if other people can see the results if you can't because they have no idea what the vision board looks like.

I say this to my students all the time, It doesn't matter what other people say about you but what you say about yourself." Many people look at this saying and associate it with something negative but it applies to the positive words also because you have to learn to affirm yourself and ensure that you are saying the things that you need to hear to yourself.

I challenge you to stop thinking about what could go wrong and think about what could go right if you birth out that vision and dream. When you focus your attention and energy on the vision and dream a flow of frequency and intensity will be there to pull and push you through. I believe when the vision and mission is strong it will pull you and when the attention and passion is there it will push you towards to success.

When this is understood your true success will be awaiting and the level of happiness, joy and peace that we all envision will be there also. There is no need to live beneath your potential and there is no need to live a life where you never get an opportunity to experience the true meaning of success and happiness. This is your birth right so embrace it.

You lack nothing at all! You can to this world to do something great that only you can do. Success was and is built inside of you so dig deep within yourself and pull that greatness out because it is yours.

Words Are Powerful Seeds Planted in Our Minds

Photo Of Person Holding Cup

Words are powerful for good or for bad. Whether spoken or written, it has the capacity to heal our body, mind and soul.

That is, if we choose our words carefully, constructively, and thoughtfully.

It eventually brings about peace, happiness, unity and progress to us, our family, community, state or nation.

Positive words are powerful seeds in action, planted in our minds. These words heal our world, sooth our balms, comfort those who are in low and high spirits. It is godly, it is universal, and it is humanitarian.

The holy book makes it clear that the power of life and dead is in the tongue. This is very, very true.

On the other hand, words thoughtlessly and carelessly chosen and spread also have the capacity to cause havoc. Karmic law of sowing and reaping in action here, you know.

Our five senses are windows through which impressions come into our minds.

But, it is our duty to take a good look at these impressions. Use our knowledge, skill, maturity, and experience to analyze them.

We could discard some of the impressions that do not agree with our mindset and accept or retain others.

This is where words as powerful seeds are planted in our minds and with time will slip into our subconscious minds.

Our subconscious minds only hear go, not come. Please, do not laugh, only smile. The subconscious mind is unlimited and is linked to the cosmic in it manifestations.

Therefore, it is most likely that what is allowed by the mind to go into the subconscious mind will come to reality eventually, good or bad.

We make decisions every minute of the day. Some of the decisions dwell on what to wear, where to go, what to eat, what to drink, who to go into relationships with, when to get married and when to divorce.

Others could dwell on job, becoming a writer, business, social outing, cars, travelling, education, finance, etc.

I have observed that if I think negative words, especially while falling asleep in the night or during waking hours in the morning, it is not good for my activities that day.

It is most likely to accept my mood, make me a little intolerant, snobbish, and my words and deeds may likely be negative. But, I have the power to choose what and how I think.

But, each time I strive to be positive in thought, words and deeds, my activities for that day looks good.

It is not easy my beloved to maintain a positive outlook in the days, weeks, months and even years ahead. Pretty difficult, but doable.

Let Your Words Heal

Have you really thought about the power you have to either inspire or uplift yourself and others around simply by the words you use? Do you realize that words can either propel you to achieve excellence in everything that you do or hold you down from even trying anything at all?

Words - whether written or spoken - are the most powerful force on earth because not only are they the hallmark of our humanity, they are also used to create and communicate ideas that can either make or break us, both as individuals or as institutions. Indeed, words are the kindling energy that shapes our thoughts, fuels our actions and creates reactions in others. As a result of this, every word we speak or write produces an effect in the world even though we are oblivious of the positive or negative effect these words have on ourselves and the people around us.

Actually, most of us take words for granted by failing to realize that words are the most powerful tools with which we use to influence others, either negatively or positively. We do not understand that the constant usage and application of negative words lower self-esteem and destroy the joy of living; while well-chosen positive words on the other hand motivate, encourage, as well as propel us to gain greater heights in life. This is to say that nothing positive (good) can come from being negative (bad). However, for the benefit of those who may still think or feel otherwise, here is what the Bible says about the value of well-chosen words: "A gentle answer turns away wrath, but a harsh word stirs up anger."- Proverbs 15:1

In light of the above, rather than use words to hurt, abuse, ridicule, distort, disrespect, misguide, demoralize, defile, curse, humiliate, damn, destroy and hate - use words to heal, praise, compliment, beautify, respect, direct, motivate, purify, bless, educate, salvage, build and love. Certainly, the result of habitually using or applying positive words in our daily interactions with one another is greatly beneficial and more pleasing to humanity; because by doing so, we can actually overcome despair with hope, hate with love, failure with success, wickedness with compassion, impurity with purity, injustice with justice, weakness with strength, division with unity, selfishness with generosity, fear with faith, corruption with integrity, war with peace, and ultimately, evil with good. Simply put, through well-chosen words, you can become a dealer of hope in a world that is filled with fear, doubt, and anxiety.

Moreover, the continued cultivation and apprehension of such a worthy aspiration is far better than just complaining about the wrong things of this World, and practically doing nothing to change them. As a matter of fact, you can become part of the solution to the problems devastating many nations by making a conscious and consistent effort to always choose your words wisely and carefully, knowing that these words will surely have a positive and lasting impact on you and the people you interact with every day. And while you are at it, do not hesitate to encourage, urge or challenge those around you to continue emulating this meaningful act until our world becomes an interwoven web of positive words. Imagine what a beautiful world it would be!

Allow me to quickly add that just as God Almighty who is the maker of all heavenly and earthly things, created us in His image and likeness with words, so do we all possess the ability to create our world and determine our destinies with words, as well... So let your words heal and not hurt!
Let your words...
... accentuate positives
... herald truths
... spread love
... cultivate peace
... enrich lives
... uplift souls
... proffer solutions
... uphold justice
... empower people
... unite nations
... give hope
... create wealth
... apply wisdom
... share knowledge
... deploy joy
... break barriers
... exceed expectations
... open doors
... fulfill needs
... foster prosperity
... encourage patience
... exhibit courage
... embrace charity
... embody compassion
... honor humanity
... heighten happiness
... promote wellness
... express gratitude
... evoke empathy
... extol excellence
... enhance success
... laud integrity
... generate ideas
... add value
... transmit courage
... preserve civilization

But most importantly, let your words praise and worship God, always.

How to Transform Your Life With Affirmations

Why affirmations are good for your health

You've probably heard about affirmations and how a mind filled with positive words can contribute to a more peaceful and grounded inner life. But studies have also proven, that people exercising the method of positive affirmations, tend to grow muscles way faster and find it easier to become physically strong in most cases.

Being optimistic and life affirming is directly connected to a greater resilience against stress and all sorts of physical diseases.

At the same time, your face will become softer, wrinkles may vanish and your skin will become cleaner. There will be a gorgeous shine radiating from you. Expect to get more and more compliments for your good looks which boost your self-confidence and self-love even more.

Other health benefits include lower blood pressure, better overall circulation and a much reduced risk of cardiovascular disease.

Ever heard about the placebo effect? Patients given some fake medicine have shown to experience healing just by having a thought planted into their minds: They believe in the cure and therefore get cured indeed.

Affirmations work just that way!

Starting your day with positive affirmations is most effective since you can carry that vibrant feeling throughout the whole day.

Also, nourishing your mind with peaceful and life affirming thoughts right before you go to sleep has shown to have a tremendous impact on your welfare.

That way, your subconscious will continue to do the work for you and solidify the message while you are sound asleep. It's that easy.

Affirmations for success

Now we've provided you with some basic information about affirmations and hopefully could plant a little seed of hope and inspiration so you could think of giving it all a try.

But how exactly can you make them work for you and help you succeed in life? At first, it might still feel weird and not right to you, telling yourself nice things. We have been programmed from an early age to be critical, modest and not very fond of ourselves. I say find your own light and let it shine! Unfortunately, our society wants people to fit in for the most part, but what about all of our own talents, interests and passions?

When you find what you truly want and need, nobody can stop you. Just repeat your deepest desires to yourself over and over again. It might be best to start with something that is nourishing to your soul, like saying "I love myself" into a mirror. If that is too hard, just repeat it in your head when you relax on your bed. Make room for the new beliefs you want to have by forgetting about the compromising words you have been confronted with in your life.

Only you shape the perception of yourself and by believing in them, you will let them shine through and affect people around you as well. Collect a few of your most needed or fitting affirmations and put them around your room or house, make little love notes for yourself and repeat them a few times whenever you see one. They will soon sound familiar and like second nature to you, so that your old thinking patterns just vanish like they never existed.

You deserve a life full of positivity and all you have to do for that is invest a little time and be persistent. You are already holding the key in your hand.
