Creative Choices Curtail Challenges!

relaxation, yoga, meditation, nature, sunny, summer, holidays ...

What are you most afraid of? What is your greatest desire? Most often these two emotional experiences go hand in hand.

That thing of your utmost yearning is being thwarted by your greatest fear. And fear is truly False Evidence Appearing Real! As you will read in the coming weeks, I often make reference to FEAR, because it is such a powerful force limiting the human potential of so many people. But do not be dismayed, the reference only serves to communicate tips, tools and techniques to empower your inner Conqueror! For example, ONE incredible tool I've found to combat uncertainty, anxiety and fear is creativity!

So how does one go about overcoming, overtaking our fears and choosing Creativity? Let's begin with daily habits. What were your rituals when you rose today? What about yesterday morning? And the day before that? There's a pretty good chance that your daily activities, routine will indicate the source of your fears. Your routine, and we all have them, is the repeated and duplicated behavior that creates your circumstances, situations and life. We are what we repeatedly do and that routine has become the comfort zone.

The basis of instincts is to desire comfort, the familiar... you know the true blue that which can be counted on! However to outdistance challenges, overtake hurdles and leap out of pitfalls comfortable won't do. A new perspective is required. Do you happen to remember the definition of insanity? Doing the same thing over and over, looking for a different result. Creativity requires the introduction of NEW information into your current database of knowledge to spark NEW ideas, insights and inspirations.

Recall the daily habits discussion earlier? Well, there are so many opportunities for you to introduce NEW information into your mental database. Here are a few suggestions for as short as 5-10 minutes or as long as you'd like. I recommend starting slow 5-10 minutes for 30 days to establish the habit then increasing. The goal is to BEGIN incorporating innovative information that gives you a fresh perspective propelling you into your possibilities!

Think about beginning your day in Gratitude Journaling. Do you exercise, have a long commute? Listen to a personal/professional development podcast. Watch an informative YouTube or participate in a guided meditation. Read a book of interest. The essential takeaway is that you embrace doing something different to ignite your inventive and creative nature. And like all NEW things, it will take time to adopt a new habit. Repetition is your indicator to once again introduce something new into the mix. SUCCESS will require becoming comfortable being uncomfortable to stay cutting edge!

The Habit of a Journalist

Out of all the activities, journaling according to me is the healthiest activity. You feel relieved after spilling out every single thought going through your head. It is a fun activity as well because you play with your own words and ways of expression. Everyone should make journaling a habit.

Most of us feel like giving up writing after a week or two. Have you ever wondered why does this happen? This is because we don't make it a routine habit. We actually think of it as a hectic task but not as a pleasurable and joyful activity.

At the very beginning we get stuck at finding the right topic to write on. One easiest way of getting rid of this problem is to right about what you've done for the whole day. Write down about your daily routine, your work, your love life, things you like and things you dislike. Writing about your own self is one of the simplest topic you can ever find.

Secondly, reading can also help. Searching for random stuff on internet including journals written by different people can give you various ideas about what to write and how to write it. Reading helps you learn better ways to express your thoughts and ideas. This is how you learn how to express your inner thoughts and feelings through relevant and affective words.

Try to find out inspirations. Your inspirations and aspirations are basically the sources of motivation. Bookmark the journals, articles, quotes or texts you like. Keep a record for present and future reference.

Environment and your state of mind are also quite important. The time when you wake up in the morning is considered as the period when you can effectively utilize all your senses to produce excellent work. Moreover, it is important to be in a relaxing environment where you feel good. It affects your mind more than you can imagine and it enhances the productivity rate as well. For instance, while sitting under a huge tree with a cup of tea, you can think about so many things and can transform all those thoughts and ideas into some amazing words. All you need is a good diary with a fine pen like that of Parker or Pelikan.

In the end, all I want to say is if you want to write, just start doing it. You will feel a lot better and productive. Mark my words.

Message From the Universe: Belief Is What You Need the Most!

"Fascinating, isn't it, how there are those who decide upon living in abundance, and the next thing you know, they're swimming in it.

There are those who think about being more creatively fulfilled, and as if by magic, all the right steps, connections, and inspirations present themselves.

And then there are those who simply want more friends, laughter, and song, and their life becomes a celebration.

Mind you, I didn't say everyone. Some want these things, they even want them real "bad," but they simply don't put themselves within my reach by physically preparing the way, acting "as if," or "buying the shoes."

Buy the shoes -
The Universe"

The belief that it will happen is a crucial element to the equation of success. Like anything else in the Universe, everything in our lives needs balance. Focusing on the belief that everything will happen the way you envisioned is a must for your dreams to manifest. Thinking that you will live in abundance but acting as you are poor will not work. You need to look at things differently. I am not saying to get a second mortgage on your house to buy yourself an exotic car when you barely can afford the first mortgage. You need to inspire your subconscious mind that your actions and belief are in sync throughout your journey of success. Your thoughts will create the path and your actions will get you to your destination. Looking into the horizon and feeling like everything will work out for the best is needed to let the Universe know where to take you from this point forward. Making smart purchases even when you can't afford it is a sign that you trust the Universe well enough that things will happen for the best. Again, I reiterate smart purchases ONLY. Feel like your life is headed in the right direction and look further down your path for exciting opportunities.

The future is scary because it is unknown to everyone. We have no way in knowing what can be expected. Sickness, disabilities, financial ruin can be a part of your lifeline if you allow it to be. Many are too afraid of their imminent success so would be more comfortable for just a normal life. So now, what do you want? Something normal or very scary success? Are you ready for it? Are you willing to go that extra mile where no one is willing to venture out? What are you ready to do so you can experience that ultimate success? You would be surprised as to how many people can't handle the sudden success because you can't really prepare for it. Being prepared for success means that you already thought the "as if" you were already successful when you weren't. You acted as you were so when it did happen, you were able to handle it accordingly. That is how people stay successful when it does happen. They visualized all of their steps to reaching their goals and dreams. There were no doubts, no second guessing, no feeling of remorse or fear. They just knew it would happen and it did. So, if it happened to them, why not you?
