Objectives too high and unreal. These usually create a sense of inertia and awe. There are probably many "small-big" details in which it is important to take care before launching yourself into a larger space. When a priority area of your life lack of stability, it means that there is "something" that has not been healed or completed. In this way you operate unconsciously, grow insecure and no matter how good are your goal setting, your motivation will be not long-lasting.

Floating Objectives: These objectives are not related to your vision. They can be based on two things. One: In what someone thinks you should do or want. Two: It is based only on an illusion which does not support any of your achievement intentions in your life. There is no detailed plan or a fixed strategy. And if indeed there's any, you will continue postponing more than achieving. Not having a strategy is the same thing as having neither plan nor action.

Ambiguous Objectives: Here it is difficult for you to establish a concrete plan. Too much talking, too little of action. On the other hand, your goals are so ambiguous that your plan is not specific enough to have a tangible result.

Lack of Inspiration / Motivation: You have your intentions clear, you know where you want to go and you can even visualize yourself in your final achievement. But nevertheless there is a part of you, that no matter how attractive the plan, you simply lack energy. It costs you to be consistent.

You keep changing your mind: This is a clear sign that there is no clarity in what you want. A fear that you have not been able to handle domains your mind and you get stuck no matter how great your intentions are.

Very rigid or absolute goals: There is an expectation created of how each result should look like. It does not give you space to creativity and to flow before any change or unexpected challenge. Life is an unpredictable process and sticking to a certain way of achievement is limiting our chances of success and personal fulfillment.

  • Define a plan that not only delineates the biggest steps to achieve it, but also what you need to complete to make it happen. And that each one of the previous ones is directed towards your vision, not towards the opposite side.

Remember that as you walk, there is always an opportunity to refine.
