Happiness Is Not a One Size Fits All Benefit or Outer Expression

***Think of your jovial tone as something innate and individual. Keep some forms of joy hidden from the view of others that only want to exploit you- or your talents and gifts. I know of so many fantastic artists from different disciplines, that could command a great income. They dazzle by their own inborn way of processing songs, tones, melodies and crafts. Almost as if the artwork is being channeled from their very physical being, a bloodstream of talented veins of power and knowledge, in so many ways. They have the pulse on the heartbeat of creativity all stored in their mind and big brain.. I often wonder what makes them hide their talents from public view?

No, it's not insecurity or low self-esteem. It's that they are aware that people, corporations and other entities, some with a lot of means, are eager to want to take credit for their skills and talents and to steal from them, constantly. I can only admire their work from afar and know in my heart that I have met probably some of the most talented and guarded artists that one can only imagine. I just know that I understand them and their protective nature about their art getting placed into the wrong hands, and exploited by people that are indifferent to artists in general.

Having the ability to command a feeling is not as hard as we make- believe that it is! If your artwork makes you happy, there is no need to measure your treasure. NO need to have to prove or disprove to anyone that your artwork is good. Sit down and relax and perform your art, skill, gift or craft and do it because it's your own creation and because YOU CAN enjoy it ALONE! Whether it's calligraphy, botany, painting or cooking if it brings you joy, let the energy free-flow from your heart and hands to your mind and soul! Come on, let go and enjoy making yourself happy. Enjoy releasing the wealth of creative energy that flows through your blood and veins. You'll be glad that you completed your masterpiece before the end of your life. Perhaps you'll leave a legacy behind for family or extended friends or distant relatives. True Story: I heard of a man in North Africa that painted every day of his life and when he died, his painting's were discovered. He had painted so much AMAZINGLY BEAUTIFUL artwork, during his lifetime, that his artwork was placed in a museum. His artwork became a treasure for his country and the higher courts decided that they were valuable and represented the country very eloquently. The courts decided that this treasure find was so great that it commanded an ability to be displayed for others to see and appreciate, and this was decided after his death. ** He made himself happy, while he was alive, and made others happy after he died. What an amazing legacy he left behind!

Decide to make yourself happy on a daily basis-Go to your happy habit, space, or place where other people congregate, or to the slow, upbeat tempo in the music that you seek. Happiness and joy are subjective, though please know that the principles for contentment are all the same. If we were to define contentment as a condition or a prerequisite for something new or different what exactly would that something be?

Ways To Make Yourself Feel Happier

couple-love-happiness-park-733452.jpg

So literally Stop and think about your life and all the positive things in it. Change your focus from others to yourself. Are you a nice person? Helpful, kind, ambitious, excitable, relaxed, motivated, trustworthy and so on? Look at all your attributes which make you You. Then think of all the physical things you have in your life such as family, children, partner, friends, job, money etc.

Even if you don't have as much money as you'd like, or are not in a romantic relationship right now, or have children but they're causing you pain for example, then you can Still be happy and look at the positive side of each situation.

You may be in debt or not have much money, but do you have a roof over your head? Are you warm, dry and clean and still able to buy food to eat?

You may not have a partner right now, so why don't you revel in the fact that you don't have to compromise with anyone and can do what you want when you want?!

Your children may be causing you problems, but why don't you think how lucky you are to be able to have children (a position so many people would do anything to be in) and think of ways to help them rather than battle against them?

These are just a few examples, but it shows you can turn any situation around.

The happier you feel now, the more likely you are to get to where you want to be in the future. If you have goals and a desired life you want to obtain, then you need to be grateful for how your life is now. Sounds a bit like the chicken and the egg, which one comes first?! Even if you don't feel that great about how life is currently, it's not going to get any better if you feel negative. It can only get better if you already feel good!

Finding Happiness in Simple Ways

Joy

How do you get to joy? First, you need to recognize what brings you joy. Then you need to be able to figure out what conditions are required for those elements of life to be part of your life. Which leads you to the starting point of figuring out what you want to put into your life. Followed by figuring out the steps needed to make that happen.

Pleasure

How does pleasure arrive? It's the same process, isn't it? Discovering what brings you pleasure might involve taking a look around at your life in order to recognize what it is that you find pleasure to mean. Then to make that happen, you might figure out what exactly it takes for you to fit those things and what they mean for you into your life.

Well-being

How about well-being, how does that work? Again, it depends to a large extent on determining exactly what well-being means for you. Once you know what it means for you, then you can prioritize seeking ways to put that meaning into your life.

Action

Generally, putting something in your life requires taking actions to bring those things into being. For example, well-being might mean the basics of physical fitness.

Goals

Suppose physical fitness is what you want as part of what happiness means for you. That's something specific enough to set as a goal. Setting a goal is followed by choosing steps to make that goal happen.

Steps

Your first step toward physical fitness might be eating the kinds of food that make your body fit. You could begin choosing those foods, in the proper quantity.

Your second step toward fitness could involve giving yourself sufficient exercise. Walking is often a good way to start!

Your third step may be allowing yourself to get the right duration and quality of sleep. Setting up good bedtime routines helps!

Reflect

Decide what happiness means for you. You're unique! Look within for meaning.

As you recognize meaning, you'll begin to see examples of where happiness arises for you.

Keep it simple! Get some practice getting results. Use examples in your life and choose one to go after. You can begin to work toward making happiness a reality for you that way.

Make Every Day Better by Your Decision to Be Happy Before the Day Begins

Image result for plants

***Did you know that emotions are programmed or shall I say monitored and controlled by our perceptions? That's nothing that you haven't heard before. I'm sure... Though I can be assured in telling you that nobody or nothing can make you happy- BUT YOU! It is you who chooses, or should choose, to have an emotional outburst, outlook or happy expression.~ Everyday we all experience internal self-talk, decide to be a positive moderator. Talk yourself into remembering your victorious accomplishments and feats and be aware of conditions that challenge your progress.

Leave a lasting impression on yourself and on those that you effect. Everyday it is within your power to decide how you choose to handle situations, or outer events that are experienced, replaced or renewed, by your own actions. Make everyday better simply by your decision to be happy before the day begins! Set an intention daily, decide to grace yourself with thoughts of happiness and great potential for progress! The thoughts that follow will be within your emotional control, and given to you, by your own internal counsel. Your intention and outlook will soar in more winning ways than your imagination can foresee. Don't forget to see the warning signs of past defeats and use the signs as counsel and be vigilant when things are done that cause your stress or warning. Foresight is one of your best defenses and be happy to have it and use it wisely and often.

Foresight and outlook when contemplated and done in finesse bear happiness while reaping calculated success and advantage. If you and me decide to make happiness the tone that we desire to engage daily, then what we reflect, eventually will have a ripple-effect on our way of processing challenging or uncomfortable situations. In a defensive sense, foresight is a warning system that again, is a reason to be happy that your internal talk is helping you to be cautious- to utilize and calculate your fate and decisions wisely.

Be of the greatest service to yourself first. By assured by knowing how you want to feel from day to night. What that does is it convinces your mind that it is so much easier to be kind, content than it is to be critical, impatient or being contentious. Also, be sure to listen to balanced self-talk that is coming to you from your heart and not from your ego or from you mind.

Emotional progress is accomplished through one successful feat, lesson or experience at-a-time. My life experience is different then yours, though as long as you and me know that nobody's life is better than another's it's all about the perception that you choose to invite on a daily basis. Yes, some people appear to have everything, though unless and until you can hear the words of their own thoughts and emotions, you will never really know who is happy and who is in pain. Suffice it to say, take the road to joy and watch yourself and your emotions power-up like a toy soldier does for his owner on Christmas Day! I have been privileged to meet, work with, and to interact with many people of different nationalities and cultures! I keep an open mind to learn how wonderful their perceptions have helped them strive and accomplish their dreams by simply deciding to be happy before their day unfolds...

I enjoy learning from you and from others offering me knowledge continuously!

How to Bring More Happiness Into Your Life Right Now

Have you examined your life lately? Are you truly happy? Do you feel successful? Do you feel free? How well are you treating yourself and others? How well are you facing challenges in your life? How are you coping with worry and stress?

To answer these questions, it's important that we examine our lives, and, like the curious looking stone placed in the palm of our hands, turn it over and look underneath it. When we commit to examining and evaluating our lives in this way, our true inner self is given a voice and we have the great opportunity to listen. But, how do we do it?

Don't worry about things you can't control

We create the most hardship and adversity in our lives when we engage in the false belief that we can control things which in reality, are out of our control. Ask Rihanna, can you fist fight with fire? Can you stop a tornado? No! In other words, while we can't control every single thing that happens in our lives, we can control our perception and our response to it.

Know thyself

Have you ever thought you lost your car keys and search everywhere only to find out that you had them all along! This is the same thing that happens when we search for ourselves. We can search externally and over great distances and never feel the fullness and satisfaction of truly knowing ourselves because we fail to realize that "we" are right where "we" are! As corny as it may sound, I teach my clients that everything they need is within them. In other words, you are already equipped with everything you need and it can all be found within. As a Life Coach, I engage my clients in a process of acknowledgement of self. And once the true self is given an opportunity to speak its wisdom, you can finally hear it.

Value Relationships

Unlike everything else, you can't buy good relationships at Wal-Mart. No amount of money or power can make up for an isolated life without good relationships. It is the essence of a life worth living and a major component of true happiness.

Don't be a blame-shifter

Be accountable. Be responsible and accept the consequences of your own actions - good or bad. Many of us are not willing to hold ourselves accountable for the bad decisions and situations we find ourselves in, instead seeking to blame others. But, sadly, the finger-pointing, justifying and denial is toxic to our inner self and poisonous to our happiness.

Do not look for wrong or evil...

My grandmother used to tell me and my sisters... "do not look for wrong or evil, you will find it if you do, and if you measure it for your neighbor, he will measure it back to you."

We live in a society where "payback" and "getting even" and "an eye for an eye" are acceptable responses to wrongdoing. Not realizing that these types of responses not only harm the victim but the perpetrator as well, emotionally, psychologically as well as spiritually.

Be Kind

It's the universal Law of Attraction - like attracts like. You get in what you put out. Being kind to others makes us feel good and is another major part of living a fulfilled and authentic life. Actively seek out ways to be kind to others and trust that the universe will align to return the favor.

Being in Bliss Begins in Small Increments - Fed and Harvested Seeds Sow Manna and Accomplishments

***Happiness is a great feat or a big mess that you find unattainable- NONSENSE!

Happiness is a lot more than just a guess at what motivates you to feel content, satisfied, validated or justified. Even though happiness is your way of feeling peaceful, serene or good, the reason for happiness is always relative and individual. No matter what brings you happiness- It's a personal thing- Subjective and Non-negotiable.

Be wary of the way that you allow yourself to be affected by outer situations or other people's silliness. Omit or eliminate the charge that others have to push your buttons.Folks if other people don't understand what inspires or drives you to continue to place all, if not most of your focus, on your artistic expression, let it be of service in the form of a lesson to you as well as to them- What you choose to do is nobody's business. How you choose to live is what will bring you the results that you get, give and bring back to yourself.

Give yourself the chance to ignite the flames or to fan the embers of what brings you the most peace, joy or fulfils your heart the most. That is a positive way of experiencing happiness everyday. Fulfilling and inviting a soothing feeling, by the energy released through your heart beat is a great accomplishment. Don't take the expression lightly! Enjoy soothing your soul and senses, if you can make another person content through your own joy, that's the icing on your proverbial cake! Perhaps you can enjoy the melodic vibrations and intonations of music that transpires an immediate, calming energy to begin your day. Or you like deciphering the lyrics of songs from artists that you admire, it's wonderful to be able to command or flip the switch to the channel that brings happiness back to yourself- where it has always lived.

We started our lives as happy babies and happy children until we learned from others how to be discontent and angry. Having child-like joy is not so far from your hearts' origin and wish to be happy and content. Enjoy being content in the context of your life.

Experience more feelings of gratitude through the small gifts that life has given you, even if only in small increments. Reasons for being in bliss begin in small measure that when fed and harvested will sow and grow big feats or accomplishments. Know that everyday we are all sowing seeds into our own enriched, ripe, and toiled soil in preparation of a harvest. Be assured that not only farmers are responsible for the harvest that is reaped, for the manna that you are served, so are you and so are we collectively.

If you sow a harvest of deceit, cheating, lying, stalking, blocking, copying, and stealing, those are the seeds growing the roots for the harvest that you will assuredly reap and eat. You have grown the crop of your own effort for manna. Manna is another word for food or fuel that is harvested by what you invite, allow or bring to yourself, this was done through your past actions. Thoughts, acts, effort, and energy produced a harvest that was all planted by what you planted, watered, toiled and in the seeds that were sown.

Harvest a crop of healthy grains and sweet fruit. The fruit that you plant today will lead to your deeds or demons. It's not our place to understand what motivates another to be disgusting or dishonest, after all there are demons that need to be quelled everywhere. People can choose to deal with their own angels or demons as they wish. In just as much measure that there are demons, there are angels too. It's up to you to follow the ones that suit you best. Angels have higher standards. Angels are good people and acts that bring joy and happiness from hard work and perseverance. Demons are also people we emulate or through the words that we follow by our inner self-talk or guidance. This force is in contrast to our inborn energy force that if left unregulated gets corrupt. A corrupt ego, when not in balance with self-modulation, individual effort and healthy energy, creates false illusions of reality and invites shame.

We all have free will. We are individually empowered to follow who and what energy we find resonates with our personality, and the qualities that we wish to emulate. Lower forms or energy require less work and effort. People who have established a life-time of manipulation and underhanded ways to achieve their means have their own demons that won't even defend them, because that's called insanity.

After all, they have their own demons to contend with, which have been brought into their Universe by their own acts of aggrandizement and dissatisfaction. Jealousy is a messy and lousy deceiving demon that needs attention. Jealousy stems from feelings of inadequacy, incorrect assumptions, aggrandizement or entitlement at its' lowest form.

No single person owns all of the abundance on the planet- At least nobody that is still living. Thankfulness and contentment with our own life work and effort gives us a reason to be happy. Abundance, in any positive form, can enable us to climb hurdles, attaining feats of joy like we have never experienced before! I wish you abundant joy and happiness. May all of your dreams come to you, in a healthy way, with the energy of your own ideas, creativity or hard work..
