None of them have given up even now, they are still on the same track on which they began. A little they fall of track; the entire system might fall off.

The goal is to realize that you are a leader for your success. You need to look into yourself to find out the route of success within you. Congratulate yourself and never stop. Lead yourself and be a successful leader to all those who look upon you.
