The Key to an Amazing Life

Success means wonderful, positive things in life. Success means personal financial gain: a dream home, lavish vacations, and travel, financial security, giving your children the best of life.

The key to an amazing life is understanding the difference between wishful thinking and belief. Belief generates the willpower to take action and acquire the knowledge to do big things.

You have to build real practical skills; you can't just sit around and use positive thinking as a crutch. If you could have a different life if you could change something about your life, What would it be?

What if everything you ever dream of could be real? If you could believe that you can move mountains then you can change it by thinking big.

What is Wishful Thinking?

Wishful thinking is basically daydreaming. Wishing or imagining something would happen that isn't exactly realistic. A long habit of mere wishful thinking makes you lazy. You become frustrated, rational thinking with ACTION can only produce results.

Wishful thinking makes a successful outcome harder to reach. For any definition of success, reaching it starts within oneself. Any artificial goals or constraints along the way are obstacles and distractions. wishful thinking is one of the most dangerous of those

Looking at things not as they are, but as they can be. Visualization as value to everything. A big thinker always visualizes what can be done in the future, He isn't stuck with the present. "David J Schwartz"

How would you like to adopt the mind changing experience of successful people? Thinking big could do magic in our lives, We all want the good things in life, better jobs, new home, new cars, and vacations.

If we change our mind to think big it gives us the motivation to take action to have happiness and create the success we want rather than doubting ourselves the ability to live out our dreams.

Thinking big is about achieving your goals and having everything you want in life. As I mention early people who are big thinkers get big things in life.

Where you focus your thinking builds momentum, and attracts new opportunities that will help you reach your goal and the desires of life.

If want a better life then you have to do a little more than wishful thinking, you have to take action to make things happen. Doing what everyone else doing is not enough.

We have to think about our goals and achievements. Many people get so caught up in their daily routine of life that they drive themselves into depression and frustration of their current situation wishing things were better.

Staying positive and focus on our dreams and take control over our thoughts believing that our dreams can become a reality. Sculpting our future desires to become happy in life. Believing that we can create wealth, happiness, love, peace in our lives. Shifting our thinking that empowers us to gain access to an amazing life.

What is belief? It's feeling of certainty about something. Belief is a huge element that holds the key to an amazing life. It's about putting your faith in the unbelievable. It's your belief that allows opportunities to show up in your life.

Most people limited their belief by thinking that they can't have the best in life. The Key to an amazing life is changing our thinking habits and start thinking big believing in the possibilities.

Positive thinking will change your life. If you want to become better in your current situation. You are where you are in life because you have chosen to stay right there. If you want to have the key to an amazing life then you must choose to take action to get to where you want to be in life.

Think Big Without Limitation

Imagine if you were making $10,000 a month with your business. and your goal is to make more money next year. what would be your goal to increase your income. The average person would probably say an extra $5000. But Big thinkers would say $50,000-$100,000 why? because of their belief and positive thinking will open up doors that will allow them to achieved their goals without limitation.

Whatever your goals that you want to have, whether it's to be happy, a better relationship, a better marriage, financial freedom, dream home, dream car, we all have the desire live an amazing life without limitation.

The key to an amazing life is thinking big, belief and trusting that our goals are possible achieved.

Discover the possibility of creating an amazing life with your passion if you believe it can happen then what's stopping you.

Is Anyone Disadvantaged From Getting Rich?

From my own experience of interacting with poor people, the complaint and excuse is always lack of opportunity or luck. Many poor people believe that riches and wealth is only a matter of luck, and those who are rich are only lucky to be so. Let me correct this idea that opportunity to be wealthy or rich is limited, no, the opportunity to be rich in this world is unlimited and open to all who are willing to exploit them. The opportunities are so limitless that anyone, male or female, black or white, from any race or ethnic origin can rise from the poorest of the poor to become one of the richest men on the face of the earth.

A look at the universe will show you the riches of God's creation, the vastness of the earth will confirm to you that there are too many opportunities yet untapped. The universe contains about one billion galaxies of stars. Each galaxy contains more than one billion stars, the sun to which the earth revolves belongs to the galaxy of stars called the Milky Way. This Milky Way galaxy is said to contain about one hundred billion stars, and the sun of our solar system is just one of the stars. There are mega stars, far bigger than the sun. This star we call the sun is having a solar system of which nine planets including the earth revolve, the earth is so tiny in size compared to the bigness of the sun. The sun is said to be more than a million times bigger than the earth. All these are in the universe created by God. Why did God create all these? To show man the vastness of resources and opportunities.

The earth which is so small compared to the sun is so big that it contains mountains and oceans and seas, and vast land with rich contents. The plants, animals and fish on earth continues to increase and multiply. Everything is on the increase, as man's population is increasing so are animals, fish, and plants. Knowledge to exploit and venture into production of agriculture and all other sectors of human needs are daily increasing and everyday, man is doing great things on the earth. The opportunities are increasing for everyone who can tap into it to become rich. Please note this, the opportunities are not decreasing but increasing everyday, and the floor is opening up for anyone who thinks he can. I know you can, that is why you are reading this. If one area of business is saturated, there are so many other areas that is waiting for people to step in and become as rich as they can ever imagine. No man is ever disadvantaged due to lack of opportunities or luck. Wealth is not a product of luck but a product of discovery.

Anyone who is bold to see these opportunities and tap into them will be rewarded with wealth. The good news is this, there is no limit to how much money you can make, whether you are young or old, male or female, weak or strong, handsome or ugly, bodily disabled or anyhow, you can amass wealth more than you can ever imagine. If you will believe and accept this theory then go ahead to discover your wealth through exploiting the opportunities open to you

Name It What You Want

ALL THAT'S INVOLVED

The more we get soiled in negative acts, the harder it gets to admit the acts are bad. What I mean is, it is bad for anyone to gossip, but a person with a gossiping mother would not want to criticize gossips. Therefore I try as much as possible to write down and criticize a lot of bad acts in case I get attached to them and thus, get silenced.

"All I require is the courage to pick up my pen and continue from where I stopped... once I start writing, the words flow", LOL, that's what everyone says.

There are two ways to be the best- by surpassing others or by bringing others down. I go for the former.

There are two ways to know how good one is; in relation to those around you and in relation to who you were yesterday- I go for the latter.

Availability is better than ability. There are lots of people who could have been Mandela, but... yes, the 'but'; a lot of people have the ability and the 'buts', but not Mandela- he did the deed.

A book no matter how stupid, small, nonconstructive and unimpressive it may be, you should know it has taken a courageous hand and an indefatigable spirit.

Everyone claims to be good at writing, "once I start writing, the paper gets full... " but really, how many people can write? How does one distinct a bombast from a good author, a good book from that by 'hungry authors'?

I've always needed a push to do stuffs and I've always got enough; but as an adult? You have to motivate yourself...

Fehintola Oparinde, a cousin of mine, would say, "Either you're writing in a jotter or typing it straight out, just make sure you keep writing".

There was a point in my life when I had difficulty writing. I knew I could write and I was sure writing was all I wanted to do apart from playing games. Still, I couldn't write. I had a thousand and one original ideas I could write about but I just couldn't produce anything. With time, I subconsciously considered myself a writer, even though I wasn't writing anything. The day of reality came though and I realized if I counted my works, I wouldn't be proud enough as I haven't justified the talent I've always believed I had. So I decided I would write on everything worth writing, and the good thing I discovered was that everything was worth putting down. All emotions can be saved up via writing.

After deciding to start small, I discovered I had a lot to learn if I was going to move beyond writing articles and essays. And till today, the learning continues.

Life is funny, depends on your sense of humour though. Some things happen and you just sit and wonder, "Vanity indeed, all is vanity".

There are times when all that's needed is taking things slowly, everything would fall into place with time. Time, they say, heals everything.

I don't play the blame game but, it's just never my fault.

When you depict any trait of greatness, people get intimidated and hate you for no just cause. That's just the way of the world.

Your actions should match your pride, if you have any.

Powerful Mantra for Money

Money, like everything else, is energy. Understanding this puts you ahead of the game. The most powerful energy you set into motion beings with I Am statements. Consider how often during the day you make I Am commands! Yes, they are commands. You are knowing yourself to Be that which you are stating. This is the power of creation working in, through, and in you to bring into manifestation that which you proclaim to be absolute TRUTH!

Take a few moments right now to think over how many times you command poverty, struggle, hardships and woe. How often during each day do you refer to yourself in terms that command Source or GOD, to bring you exactly what you say you don't want?

The key is to gain understanding of how you create. When you know yourself to BE a state, like poverty or sickness, health or prosperous, that very thing appears for you to experience. If you would change your life from one state of Being to another, commit to taking fifteen minutes, three times a day to sit quietly with your eyes closed. Use your breathing to relax and enter into a place of silence and stillness. While in this state imagine yourself living the life you dream of. Be there in that imagined place. If you desire is wealth, surround yourself in your imagination with all the things that represent wealth to you. Perhaps it's a beautiful home, or travel. Live in that state of being for at least fifteen minutes.

If your desire is health or love, follow the same pattern. Imagine yourself in that actual life. Fill that space with all that you would do if you were living it now. Using your imagination to the point of feeling it real or feeling it true, brings about a shift in energy, calling that very thing into form. You've been doing it your whole life, but you've used it to create what you worry about or fear.

By following the simply process I've outlined here, you will begin seeing results at once. In the beginning you will notice how different you feel. You are happier, more secure, more hopeful. As you continue to practice these steps you will begin to notice things falling into place much easier and faster.

Stay the course. You CAN have everything you desire. You already have the power. Stay aware of what you are I Am ing into reality! Proclaim only that which you truly desire to experience.

Message From the Universe: Money Isn't Happiness!

"Thinking that money will somehow make one happy isn't thinking at all.

Hey, sorry, you know better. But you might not believe how many people think that just because they don't have much of it now, its lack is at the root of their challenges, which is never the case.

Nev-a,
The Universe"

Less you focus on the pursuit of money, more chances money will start pursuing you. Learning to be happy with what you already have or possess will be a predominant factor on how you will live your life when you have money. Nothing will really change, besides a piece of mind that you can buy whatever you want. So is it primarily based on materialistic desires? If this is the case, being happy with what you have TODAY will not increase your happiness with what you can buy when you have plenty of money, right? You might want to buy more luxurious cars, or bigger homes or whatever else. However, this desire of lavish lifestyle will always keep you more stressed as to maintain this new life. You will stress more because you will be afraid of losing it all. These thoughts coming into your mind will pollute your consciousness and you will eventually lose what you have. Once you have lost it all, the thoughts of losing more are gone. This cycle will begin all over again, when you go back into wanting money and dreaming about it. The same goes for your health. You destroy your health in the first part of your life by stressing out and wanting to reach the summit of financial independence and wealth, to use that same wealth (with medications and hospital visits) to heal yourself on the second and last part of your life. Does that make any sense? Can't we just avoid all that by living happy with what we already have? It is not as easy as we may want it to be. Our society judges everyone with what we have, our status and whatever else we may possess to attract the wrong people in our lives. We forget what is really important and fall in the same trap as many others. We keep on pursuing an illusion, just like what you would see in the matrix. All this is just a fabrication of our mind, our thought process that dictates what or who will make it and who wouldn't. Don't live the life that you were given, start building it the way you want it.

You don't need to follow the crowd as many others do. When you do arrive on top of the hill, look down, and even though it may be scary, it is important to take that leap of faith and trust that you will make it at the bottom, that is a guarantee. Ideally, you would want to have your parachute deploy prior to hitting the ground, but ultimately, with the trust in the power from above, the parachute will open. You may have some scratches and bruises on landing, but you are just among the few that decide to take that leap of faith. Be different from every body else, and live a life for yourself. Stop waiting for anyone's approval and just take that chance. If you fail, so what? What's the worst that can happen? Nothing at all really. F.A.I.L (First Attempt In Learning) allows you to gain knowledge and experience on all future actions. As long as you do not repeat the same exact mistakes, you will live on making new ones and eventually become better at living your life. Remember, they are YOUR mistakes, and no one elses. When you learn to NOT share anything with anyone when it comes to your career plans, NO one will be there to say: "I told you so" because they wouldn't know anything about it in the first place. So what is there to worry about? Go out there and live your life, be happy and appreciative with what you already have and move forward to gaining more life experience by failing some more. This is what living life is all about!!!

Self-Motivation - The Need of the Time

Imagine.

You are standing on a podium, first time ever in your life facing a massive audience. Thousands of eyes are staring at you and you are in the dilemma, "How to speak?" Several things clutter your mind; you feel you want to deliver your message but are not able to organise words to say it aloud. You are having butterflies in the stomach. And your mind is yelling at you "You can't speak, you just can't." Your hands and legs are shivering but you are trying to hide all your emotions. Even in an air-conditioned room, you are feeling hot within and a look at the audience sends a shiver down the spine.

This is you, me and each one of us. Life is a podium where daily challenges are thrown on us-whether we like it or not-just like competitions. You may opt out of few but can't restrain all of them. Life will give you dare and you have to take it, by any means. You will have goosebumps, increasing anxiety and a fast-beating heart. You may feel "leave me alone" when directionless but the harsh fact is, it happens and it happens with each one of us.

I can't offer you solutions for your problems but I can definitely give you 5 tips that will give you the strength to face them. Believe me, it works!

1. The "I can" mantra

Thousands of books claim "If you believe I can, it will work."

And the honest part is 'I can'. Just a firm 'yes' within can push your anxiety down and calm your senses. These are the physical sensations that the body confronts on facing a challenge. Give yourself time, believe things will be fine. Don't be diffident just because things are not working out the way you wanted them to.

2. A positive vibe "Om"

Rapid thoughts book a special place in mind when you are facing anxiety. The mind tends to do negative talks ultimately breeding fears. All that you fear won't be true. It's your mind that makes you believe it. To deal with this, take a deep breath and just say "Om" (thousands of scientific research has proved Om has innumerable positive vibes) and feel that you are keeping the negative energies aside too along with it. You may use other words too but you need to have faith in them. Nothing works without hope, not even the Mother Earth.

3. Positive stories

Listening to a positive real-life story, reading stories online, and sharing your experience with friends and family will boost your confidence to face the problem. Miracles don't happen overnight, but they do happen if you have the positive energy within to believe in them. Try it, you will feel good.

4. Your magical diary

Make a habit of jotting down all those life events -whenever you feel life is tough and you passed the hard times with flying colours- in a diary. I call it "magical diary". Read through them when you feel down or negative, this will really pull you out from the quicksand.

5. Gratitude

When facing hard times, it feels impossible to express gratitude in life. Such times will make you feel "What should I be thankful for?" Well, take a seat, look back and think "Are your problems bigger than the small precious gifts you receive from life almost daily? - someone's smile, blessings, the ability to walk, talk, think, and many more".

Count on your blessings, the negative emotions within will start fading soon.

Miracles don't happen overnight, so practice these steps daily. You will notice the difference in your attitude down the line.

Life is easy and difficult. A paradox, right!
Life seems easy in happy times but when the high tides are crossing the sea limit, it is time to execute your strength to make life at ease.
5 Tips and find out the difference.

Metaphors Gone Wild: Madness and Hope

CAN YOU DO CAMUS?
Albert Camus once asserted, "In the midst of winter, I found there was, within me, an invincible summer." It is this belief in a metaphoric summer's return that sustains us when all around us seems bleak. Why does one person succumb to the freezing of hope and another recognizes the temporary nature of a desolate mental or emotional scene? Ideally, we can find within ourselves the strength to define temporary obstacles to happiness as less-than-permanent roadblocks on our life's path.

USE THE ROI FORMULA
Those who depend on their own invincible summers to sustain them understand that crises--actual or anticipated--can often be converted into opportunities. In the financial realm, "ROI" refers to a "return on investment." As we use it here, it's a means of maximizing the return on the investment you have made... in yourself. The investment involves thinking positively, creatively, and faithfully. It is an investment not so much of money as of time and effort. It is a pledge to view a negative experience in the most favorable light possible. Optimists are determined to find the silver linings in each cloud; they are persistent in their efforts to turn lemons to lemonade; they are adamant in their belief that if you want to see rainbows, you usually have to put up with the rain.

R = READ
One of the best ways to turn around large and small adversities is to read about others who have managed to create a mind-set that converts negativity to positivity. To illustrate, there is a growing trend among wedding planner to use less rice. Rice stings sometimes when throw at the happy couple and their guests. It creates slippery conditions. It is difficult to seep up. Swallowtail Farms in El Dorado Hills, California, has optimized the trend. In lieu of rice, they sell packets of butterflies to be released by guests. Truly, if one man's metaphoric trash can become another man's treasure, one trend can be "trashed" to allow a different trend to replace it.

O = OPPORTUNIZE
It's been said that it's better to be ready for an opportunity and not encounter it, than to have that opportunity and not be ready to take full advantage of it. Making an investment in yourself means having support systems in place. The systems may include intellectual readiness. They may be networks of individual who can support or teach you. They may also mean the physical equipment that may be needed when opportunity presents itself. Assess what your realized goals may require. Then, go about preparing for the opportunities that may come your way.

I = IMAGINE
Imagination plays an important role in converting obstacles into opportunities. A string of defeats can surely dampen one's enthusiasm. Jockey Eddie Arcaro, for example, lost 250 races in a row. But he imagined himself a winner and ultimately became one. Yes, despair can create the illusion of failure that doesn't end. But imagining ourselves ultimately successful is a powerful tool for sustaining hope.

VOLTAIREAN VIEWS
Voltaire once observed that "optimism is the madness of insisting that all is well when we are miserable." Perhaps a bit of madness, in the face of adversity, is a good thing. And, if you fear being labeled "mad," be heartened by Salvatore Dali's self-description, "The only difference between a madman and me is that I am not mad!" Here's to the "madness" that will allow you to see beyond the temporary misery facing you.

Truth Doesn't Have Versions

The sky is falling - the sky is falling. The earth is flat. We are all going to die in this storm. The end of life as we know it will happen this year. Give me a break. Just because the speed limit is 70 MPH - I don't have to go that fast. Just because the expiration date on my eggs is three days past doesn't mean I have to throw them away. Made my point yet or would you like twenty-five more examples (just kidding)?

Yes, I accept that some things I don't like or agree with are true but I also know that some things you believe are true are not - so - does the wind blow in both directions? Well yes. So, why then can't some people accept what is true when there is more than enough evidence and why do so many people live their lives in the realm of lies and obvious truths? I don't have 200 pages to deal with this so I'll do my best with just a few hundred words.

So, what is truth - truth is most often used to mean being in accord with fact or reality or fidelity to an original or standard. Truth may also often be used in modern contexts to refer to an idea of "truth to self," or authenticity. Need more? Want more? Truth - fact, veracity, certainty, actuality, reality. FYI - Truth isn't - opinion, impression, interpretation, estimation, judgment, belief, experience - Got this one too?

Therefore, I have three questions -

1) why do people act like their opinion etc. is the truth?

2) Why do people work so hard to convince others that their version of truth is the
only one or the only one that matters or the only one that you or I should believe?

3) How many facts (reality do we need) to know what is true or not true.

Is - gravity a truth?

Is - physical death a truth?

Is - the fact that change is constant a truth?

OR,

Is - the weather is crappy today a truth?

Is - the service in this establishment is really bad a truth?

Is - this "__________" (whatever) you believe a truth?

Is - this technology is really slow a truth?

Again - got it?

So, back to my questions.

Why do people act like their opinion etc. is the truth? Everything in life is a perception - the weather, time, health, food etc. In other words - This corn is too hot. No, it isn't! This movie is too long. Maybe yes and maybe no. That color is too dark. See where I'm going with this? Ever had an argument or disagreement with someone?

Sure, we all have. What caused it? Very simply - two different opinions coming face to face with each other - when only one could win but both were not necessarily true but you both believed that each of yours were true as far as the two of you were concerned. All conflict is the result of perceptual interpretation not based on truth and why - because truth does not have to be defended if it is real truth. When people can't let go of the need to justify opinions, attitudes, decisions, actions, feelings etc. that might be inconsistent with truth it is generally because of one of the following exists; the need for control, ego needs, arrogance, low self-esteem, insecurity or early conditioning that caused them to feel they need to get others approval in order to achieve self-acceptance and the way they do this is by being right.

Why do people work so hard to convince others that their version of truth is the only one or the only one that matters or the only one that you or I should believe or accept? A lot of this stems from the previous discussion but for clarity I will add a couple of other items. One is called projection. This is simply a refusal to accept a certain type of self-behavior and implying others of having the behavior that you have but refuse to acknowledge, admit or accept. In other words - "I am always late but can't admit it but I always blame you for being late whether you are or are not."

Another one is expanding on something or just making things up that aren't true. I want others to think I am successful so I create a self-story that over time I come to believe as true. Even if you know me well and know what I say about myself isn't true, I will still boast about these untruths as if they were true. Actually, you would be quite amazed at how many people have this behavior.

How many facts (reality do we need) to know what is true or not true.

Well, if you see a lose wire coming from a generator you might want to avoid it. If you see a red-hot grill you might not want to touch it. How many facts do you need to avoid these disasters? Probably just one. If you want to know if Heaven is for real you might need a few more facts. But here's the real issue when it comes to truth. Some things, many things might be or could be true, but we don't know it because we don't have enough information to make a decision. If this is true just because we lack evidence doesn't mean something is or isn't true. Think about it. For years people believed the earth was flat until what - someone figured out that it wasn't. But, many people continued to believe in this untruth because they lacked wisdom, knowledge or information. The same is true today. Could many things be untrue today that we just don't know are untrue but still believe they are? And the opposite. Could many things we believe are not true actually be true?

I'm done with my opinions - so what do you think about what you just read? Truth? Opinion? Blah, Blah, Blah?

It's Hard To Fix Someone

There's no magic formula that will just wipe off the hurt caused by a person you love so much. I am a living proof that one day when you wake up; it won't hurt anymore. You will realize that you only tortured yourself for so long by holding on to something that is so fleeting.

I realized that I am the one who cause the pain on myself. I'm the one to blame, because for the longest time I was trying to fix something that was already broken. I didn't want it to end. I didn't want to believe that I invested so much of my time and my emotions on something that was never stable since the very beginning.

Even if the truth hurts, that other person was not that invested to begin with. Probably because they have moved on long before I did. When you try to fix something that is already broken, you're settling for something so frail that it could easily be broken again. You're settling for something less and that could even potentially break you.

I think this is the reason why people can't move on, because they believe that if they try a little harder, if they can try to fix what's broken, if they can just find another way to communicate or deal with that person, they can get what they want. And that is to mend that wall. Basically, they'll be able to change.

I know it sucks when something doesn't happen just the way you want it especially in marriage. But it sucks even more when you're the only one trying, when you're the only one convincing yourself that maybe if you change a few things, you can make it work, when you tell yourself that you can fix what's broken because it's better than starting over. It hurts when you expect too much from someone who doesn't even give you a thought. It also hurts when you want other people to change but can't. It's quite depressing.

But the best way to handle this situation and save yourself from being hurt for constantly trying to mend your broken relationships is how you find healthy relationships. It all starts with you. And it starts when you stop trying so hard to fix what's broken in your past. When you stop trying to fix something together and start looking for something stable.

Reality sucks but it's true.

When your heart gets broken, you will never be the same again. You become a different people and scarred. You begin to see life through a different perspective.

The Golden Words For A Successful Life

It is pretty obvious that when we use golden words to our advantage, we get a better chance for a successful life. These words which work like magic push us to keep going and not quit. Yet, too many of us give up too soon when it comes to sticking with a change or a brand-new thing in our lives.
Why do people decide to make a change then just give up? What makes it happen? What is the reason that pushes them to quit on things? Have you ever given up on something in your life?

At times, I know I did. We begin by getting excessively happy and fascinated to chase something we just set for ourselves. It feels like it is worth it, that it will work out, but after a while, we come across barriers standing in our way. Then our emotions get the best of us, the dream fades away, we are disappointed, forget the golden words, and so we give up.

So, how do successful people keep going while the others call it quits? Well, it is because we live in a generation where instant gratification is the 'new style.' Therefore, most people are impatient as they judge that things are just taking too long or getting too complicated.

Patience, time, hard work, sacrifices are a part of the process for any successful life. Failing, making mistakes and going through hell is going to happen no matter what we do. It is in those times of hardship that golden words come even more into play.

In life, many things do not go according to plan. If you fall, get back up. When you stumble, regain your balance. Never give up. Do not quit. Keep going. Those are golden words you could use to push yourself through when you encounter fences, walls, barriers, and obstacles in life.

Using Inspirational Words
We all need such inspirational and motivational words made of gold to start, keep going and reach our goals. The barriers in front of you will not cease to exist, but you sure can prepare yourself. Therefore, you have two choices:

  • Keep going and overcome the walls, obstacles, doubts, and fears you get.
  • Give up, quit and walk away.

So, using any golden words can keep you strong and motivated in any situation in life. Know that your feelings frequently get in the way and try to take control as you face difficulties. These emotions are not doing you any good, so you have to use powerful phrases to get a boost and keep a move on.
The Essential Golden Words
We all use golden words of motivation to drive us further in life or through something we believe in. Do you ever give up when things became too hard? If the answer is yes, why do you?

I know we all did at some point in time. But next time, do not quit. Stay on track. Follow one course until successful. Below are my top golden words for you to use anytime you feel like starting something, pushing through and keeping at it until completion.

Believe in Yourself
The first golden words and the number one rule for success are to believe in yourself. You need to believe beyond doubt that you can do it. Not just on the beginning, but all the way through. So, repeat "I believe in myself" and trust in your abilities.

Next time someone tells you that it is impossible or you cannot do it, prove them wrong. Learn about and copy successful people. It is time to awaken the warrior within you.

Be Determined
The next golden word you should get is "I am determined." You determine to get through barriers that will make you a successful individual. If you can keep going, be determined, push on with your efforts, and do not quit, you will inevitably arrive where you want.

Remember that all you worked so hard for will be gone the instant you choose to quit. So, be like the wolf climbing the hill, coming to get what you came for, and always hungry for more.

Be Grateful
Know that no matter how hard your life now is, the moment will pass. Therefore, be thankful in any circumstances, even the most difficult ones. The phrase "I am grateful" is of those golden words that keep you in a positive state while problems arise.

I know it is not easy, but you have to focus on cultivating gratefulness, and your life will change. Do it even when your life is good or not so good. Do not settle for anything else.

Keep Going
Time is often necessary. Things will not happen overnight. You just have to keep going and find a more efficient or even another way to go forward. The golden words "keep going" should often be used and kept in your repertoire. Focus on them when you have a hard time, think there are no more avenues or feel like giving up.

Do not underestimate the power of these unique words which can help you complete specific goals. Just like the soldier in the film "Hacksaw Ridge" that keeps going all night to save as many of his injured fellow combatants as he can. And says to himself "just one more." Therefore, be the hero of your own story.

Stay Strong
"Stay strong" is another of those golden words you should keep in mind. The road to success is everything but an easy one. If something is harder than you thought, it is time to stay strong and keep going.

Staying strong will help you progress so that over time, things will get easier. Do not be discouraged if things are not going your way. Remember: the goals we are most proud of are the most challenging.

Be Patient is also a Golden Word
Great things take time, but nowadays everyone is a hurry to get. Most people want instant gratification. But remember this golden word: "Be patient." Anything worthwhile creating takes a lot of time, and each thing has a natural time to come into life.

Be Always Inspired
You have to always be inspired, so just imagine your end goal, and continually remember why you are doing what you are doing. Remember what do inspire you in the first place about your goal and focus on the golden words "I am always inspired."

When you begin a project, make a change or create something new, you feel captivated, inspired and all pumped up. After a while, these emotions start to wear off, and you realize it is not that easy. So always keep your inspiration boost up.

Face Fears
Another of those golden words is "I am not afraid, and I face my fears." Know that by facing your fears, you can leave your comfort zone. You can then grow and develop. Once you have obtained each milestone you set for yourself, you will be able to go even further.

Therefore, when you leave your comfort zone, you go beyond your limits and boundaries. You learn new skills and get more knowledge.

The Ultimate Golden Word: Never Giving Up
When you think that things should be easy, but they are harder than you thought, you may feel like quitting. That way, no more effort is necessary. You could give up, and no more problems. Welcome freedom!

One of the most famous golden words you need to have is "I never give up." All successful people do persist, keep going, move on even after failure and never give up. If you copy this mindset, you are well on your way to a successful life.

A Final Suggestion about Golden Words
A final suggestion is that you may have to repeat these golden words to yourself over and over, many times. You just have to do it until you get it becomes a natural part of you. And remember that your present conditions are not your definitive results.

A beautiful thing about golden words is that you can acquire and learn them. Stay strong. And do not be discouraged. Successful people always use the above phrases and keep going no matter what. You do not have to quit anything. Just know that you were born a winner!

Message From the Universe: Getting Back on Your Feet

"Inquiring minds want to know:

Have you ever felt so down you wondered whether or not you'd bounce back?

Were you later surprised by how quickly you did bounce back?

And then were you surprised by how far you went?

Did you promise you'd never forget how amazing that was?

We did.

In awe,
The Universe"

Any kind of failure can be very disappointing, and for some, it can be a disastrous event in their lives. Life will come and hit them with a ton of brick and beat them down to their knees until they are too weak to get back up. They will then wonder where did they go wrong? What did they miss to guarantee their success and what did they do to deserve such a terrible outcome? Life in itself doesn't discriminate base on color, ethnicity, race, status or whatever else. It will come to you and push you down when you least expect it. You will face failure many times in your life but it is up to you to get back on your feet and keep on moving forward. You, me or nobody else will be stronger than life. It's not about how hard you hit back, but it's about how many punches you can take and keep on moving forward. Life will randomly going to target people and will see how much will you have to fight back. If you are able to take punches and still stand on your two feet, life will eventually look for someone weaker. So if you want to win this battle, be ready to swallow these punches and find a way to stand tall. The fight is not over until you hear the bell!

Life is just like a boxing match. You just want to hit and take the hits as well, but not let your knees buckle during your journey to success. Yes, it will hurt like hell and your ego will also get terribly injured through the process. I know it can be hard at times to work so hard for something and not be able to reach the desired results. I am aware of all that as I experience it daily. I went through more failures than the amount of digit a calculator can hold on the screen. But do I stop because of it? Absolutely NOT. I will not stop until I get to where I need to be. If I don't try, I will never know and if I don't ask others for help, the answer will always be NO. What do I really have to lose? How is my life going to get affected by failure? As we all know, failure doesn't exist, acquiring a lesson does. Every time you miss the opportunity to succeed, you gain more knowledge the next time around. You gain experience so you can do it better next time around. If the next time doesn't work either, there is always a third time. Just look at Thomas Edison with the light bulb, it took him 1000 try before he got it right. Are you willing to try 1000 times to get things right and succeed far beyond your imagination? No one told him: "Hey Thomas, you have 653 more tries to go but I guarantee you it will work at the 1001th time. He went with his guts feeling and push forward, no matter the critics. I am sure that he faced a lot of mockery throughout his journey to the invention of the bulb. If he made it, as many other successful entrepreneurs, you can do it as well. Focus on what you can do and keep on fighting until you do. You have so much to offer so go out there and make things happen.

How We Find Happiness in Life

Happiness is life's most desired goal. But we can never achieve it while we continue to look outside of ourselves, as it is an inside job.

"Happiness cannot be travelled to, owned, earned, worn or consumed. Happiness is the spiritual experience of living every minute with love, grace, and gratitude".

Throughout our evolutionary journey we have tried every strategy imaginable and searched almost everywhere in our quest for true happiness. We have had some great experiences and learnt a lot along the way, but we have never found what we are searching for. Eventually, we grow tired of searching and turn our attention to the one place we haven't looked so far; inside ourselves. True happiness is not something that can be sought and acquired; it is our soul's natural state of being, and we can only connect with by going within.

Anything we do, it is simply our inner quality that we are going to spread. We cannot do anything of tremendous value for our planet until anything of accurate value occurs within us. Thus, if we want to be connected to the world, the first thing we must do is to transform ourselves right into a happy beings.

It doesn't matter what we do in our life, whether it is business, studying or giving assistance to someone or some cause, we're doing it because deep down, it gives us satisfaction. Each activity that every individual executes on this globe rises from a desire. We were not unhappy when we were a child, as joy and happiness is a source which resides within each one of us. So all we have to do, is to go for it and take charge of that joy which is residing in us.

Everything in universe is in order. The sun comes wonderfully well up in the sky. The flowers flourish beautifully, no stars falls along, and the galaxies are functioning perfectly. Today, the whole cosmos is occurring divinely well, but just a negative thought worming up on our brain enables us to believe that today is a poor day.

Suffering occurs basically when most human beings shed perception in regards of what this life is all about. Our emotional process become far larger than the existential procedure, or our petty creation become far more critical compared to GOD's Creations, to place it bluntly. This is the way to obtain all suffering. We miss the complete sense of what this means to be alive here. An emotion within us or a thought within our mind establishes the nature of the experience right now. And our thought may have nothing to accomplish even with the restricted reality of our lifestyle. The entire creation is happening beautifully well but just one considered emotion can ruin everything.

Anything we consider as "our mind" isn't ours basically. It is merely society's empty talk. Everyone and anyone whom we encounter on a daily base put some idea or information in our head and we truly have no choice about whose idea we accept or don't accept. These information are advantageous once we learn HOW TO process them and use them. This accumulation of opinions and information that we collect is simply useful for our survival on the planet. It is not something which is related to who we are.

First thing we need to do in the morning when we get up, is to smile. At whom? No one. Since just the fact that we have woke up is not a small matter. A lot of thousands of people who slept yesterday evening didn't wake up today. Isn't it great that we woke up? So look as you wake up, look around you, if there is someone, and then smile at them. Because this morning, for numerous people, someone precious to them didn't get up. Then venture out, take a deep breath and look at the bushes. They didn't die yesterday either.

You may think this is really funny, but you won't know its reality until someone dear to you doesn't wakeup. So don't wait until you understand the value of it. Appreciate what you have, be happy that you are alive and everyone who matters to you is still around.

Of course, people who do not have food or the basic needs for living can feel physically miserable and their needs must be addressed. Our duty as a human being is to help and take care of such people when we encounter them. But most people are unhappy not as a result of what they don't have. It is because they compare their life to others. You are driving on a motorbike, you see somebody in a Mercedes and you become unhappy. But for someone who is driving a bicycle, your motorbike seems like a limousine.

Life is about learning and appreciating what GOD has created for us on this plant. It is not about twisting and distorting it. When we rely on the external situation to make us joyful and content, we could never feel true happiness. The quality of our life doesn't depend on what car we drive, how much money we have in a bank account, or how big our house is, but how content and happy we feel inside.

Although each one of us is unique, and what works for one may not for other, but there are simply areas that tend to make a big difference to people's happiness in life; and crucially they are all areas that are within our control:

1 - Care for others genuinely: Caring genuinely for others around us is essential to our happiness. Being caring means wishing the best for others, and acknowledging in them the same wants, needs, aspirations, and even fears that we have too. It means providing a listening ear, noticing when someone needs help, and helping our community without asking for a reward. Being caring allows us to have empathy for others and to live a life based on affection, love, and compassion for the people around us.

2 - Connect with people: "Happiness is influenced not only by the people you know, but by the people they know". This means that by surrounding ourselves with happier people we become happier, we make the people close to us happier, and make the people close to them happier. People with strong and vast social relationships are happier, healthier and live longer. Close relationship with family and friends brings love, compassion, meaning and belonging into our lives and grow our sense of self-worth. "To touch the soul of another human being is to walk on holy ground" ~ Stephen Covey

3 - Notice the world around you: Taking Notice is about observing those things that we find beautiful and being mindful of them in our daily life. It can be easy to rush through life without stopping to notice much. Paying more attention to the present moment, to our own thoughts and feelings, and to the world around us; can improve our wellbeing. Becoming more aware of the present moment not only help us to enjoy the world around us more and understand ourselves better, but also recognize anew things that we have been taking for granted.

4 - Have something to look forward to: Happiness in anticipation is the key here. By having something to look forward to, no matter how our situations, bring happiness into our life, well before the circumstance happen. If your life is series of undesirable duties, commitments, and unpleasant tasks, take some time to find out something that YOU would find enjoyable. And make time to do it. "Happiness is the anticipation and the realization of the fulfilment of a dream".

5 - Avoid false beliefs and expectations: "Our authentic happiness is blocked by our false belief that life should be how we want it to be. The expectation that accompanies this false belief sets us up for disappointment, frustration, anger and unhappiness". Our expectations create our reality and they change our lives emotionally and physically. Unreasonable expectations can make life extremely hard and unhappy. These expectations are actually designed by our ego, as nothing give our ego a stronger sense of self-identity as an experience that supports our sad life-story. "In other words, we unconsciously create expectations so we can feel sad and disappointed when they are not met. Our ego is addicted to sadness and painful emotions". Master to drop all expectations and open your heart, begin to love yourself, and move beyond your ego. Embrace freedom from your ego.

6 - Be comfortable with who you are: Finding ourselves, our authenticity will help us to feel our beauty. When we endeavour to be who we are, to be true to ourselves, and accept ourselves with all our flaws and imperfections, we will automatically feel attractive and unique. Beauty is never dependent upon the approval of others. Quite the contrary, beauty is very much self-defined and self-created. "To be beautiful means to be yourself. You don't need to be accepted by others. You need to accept yourself." ~Thich Nhat Hanh. By accepting ourselves and becoming kinder to ourselves we will be able to see our shortcomings as opportunities to learn and grow.

7 - Find a purpose in life: We all have intact potential, perhaps even areas of intelligence, to become something entirely different, or somehow more than what we appear to be right now. People who find meaning and purpose in their lives are happier, feel more in control and get more out of what they do. They become less stressed, anxious, or depressed. But how do we find meaning and purpose in life? We're all wired differently. Some of us feel more connected to nature, others find meaning by employing in nurturing. The key is to know what works for us. Learning to live our purpose is essentially a spiritual exercise, and an inside job. Search how and what give you that sense of fulfilment and deep connection; and then peruse it in all that you do.

8 - Train yourself to be more positive: There is the positive aspect in everything, in every person, in every situation. Sometimes it's not obvious and we have to look hard. Even when we are faced with a difficult situation we can think to ourselves "What is good about this?" No matter how unpleasant the circumstance might look, we always can find something good if we take the time to think about it. Everything, good or bad is a learning experience. And there is always lesson to be gained from every bad experience. "There are moments when troubles enter our lives and we can do nothing to avoid them. But they are there for a reason. Only when we have overcome them will we understand why they were there" ~ Paulo Coelho

9 - Live Mindfully: "Life is not what it's supposed to be. It's what it is. The way you cope with it is what makes the difference" ~ Virginia Satir. Life is full of challenges. The way we manage them, can make a difference between whether we let them to control our lives, or we find a way to embrace every challenge as it arises. By practicing mindfulness we can find a more empowering way to react to the challenges life brings us. It also helps us to train our mind, manage our thoughts and feelings, and reduce stress and anxiety.

10 - Take care of your body: "Your body is precious. It is our vehicle for awakening. Treat it with care." ~Buddha. There is a powerful mind-body connection through which emotional, mental, social, spiritual, and behavioural factors can directly affect our health. Being active makes us happier as well as healthier. By spending time outdoors, eating healthy foods, and getting enough sleep, we can improve our wellbeing. A serene mind really is nothing without a healthy body to carry it, so show your body the same compassion that you show everyone, by taking care of it.

It is positively time now that we look inside of ourselves and see HOW TO produce personal wellbeing. From our own experience of life we can clearly observe that wellbeing will come to us when we change our perception on life. We need to realize, if we are determined to create our happiness and wellbeing by the outside factors it will never happens. As nothing will be %100 the way we want them to be. When we accept this fact, then we will be able to work on ourselves as an individual to become the person we want to be. And happiness will be our only choice which has been our authentic nature by creation in the first place. "Focus on the journey, not the destination. Joy is found not in finishing an activity but in doing it." ~ Greg Anderson

Self-Sabotaging Words to Reframe

People rarely succeed if they expect failure.

In addition to teaching my clients how to hypnotize themselves to expect success and take action accordingly, I also address how they might be unknowingly hypnotizing themselves to fail in the stock phrases they might use over and over again to describe their situation, goals, or obstacles.

There are seven what I like to call, "self-sabotaging words" which you can use as red flags or as wake up calls to interrupt your unproductive, self-sabotaging language patterns and reframe your self-talk to build greater expectation of success.

The first on the hit list of words to reframe you've probably already heard about, thank you George Lucas, is the word, "try".

As Yoda says, "there is no try, there is only doing or not doing", and he's right. "Try" lets the subconscious part of you know it's OK to fail.

What happens when that friend says, "I'll try to call you next week." Do they call? Usually not. "Try" let them off the hook. What they are really saying is that they'd like to call, but probably won't.

So the next time you catch yourself saying that you are going to "try to be on time". Stop for a moment and affirm to yourself, partner, or your boss that "you ARE going to be on time!"

Second on the reframe hit list is the word, "hope".

As the saying goes, "hope is not a strategy". Hoping, wishing, and praying the phone is going to ring is not going to make it ring. You are just waiting for divine intervention.

At some point you have to get out and advertise. Again, use more active language to describe your goal. Stop saying "I hope this works", and switch to "Let's make this work!"

The third self-sabotaging word to reframe is the word "always".

If you describe yourself as having "always been a light sleeper", then you are expecting to be a light sleeper in the future, because always is always, past, present AND future.

Better to say that "in the past you have been a light sleeper" and keep the future open for change.

"Why do I always do that?" isn't going to get you anywhere.

Now that's different from "No matter how I feel, I always feel better after exercising", that's totally acceptable! That's a keeper.

Just be careful with the word "always" when describing a behavior you intend to change.

Fourth word to reframe is the word, "never".

If you're saying to the coach, "Coach, we're never going to win", then there's no sense you would put the effort into playing your best, and so you are going to be sitting out the game on the bench.

If you take the opportunity to play your best, people notice, and that could open doors later.

Understandably, it may certainly sometimes feel like your injury or illness is never going to get better. Repeatedly describing your injury that way will only make it seem worse, especially if you are facing an uphill battle rehabilitating from a health crisis.

You will only start to feel better or play better by staying in the game and focusing on how everyday you are getting better and better!

"Can't" is the fifth word you can use as a wake up call that a different strategy is needed.

"I can't do this", is fine for setting boundaries and limits with others when appropriate, not for giving up when you meet resistance working toward your goal.

Each time you use "can't" another block is added to big stone wall.

If you hit the wall a few times it obviously hurts and overwhelming resistance just indicates that a new strategy or direction is needed.

Luckily, you are hardwired to resist pain, which hopefully will buy you some time to use your brain to scale that rock wall first in your mind before starting your next climb.

"I can do this" is more likely going to inspire you to devote the energy, use your creative imagination, and picture how you want your life to be different on the other side of that wall.

So reframing "something you can't do" into "something you are having difficulty with", is one way to leave the door open for something different to happen and buys the creative subconscious part of you more time to problem-solve and strategize.

The sixth word is "tomorrow", which is problematic, because tomorrow is not a day of the week. It never arrives.

So if you didn't have time to go running this morning, I suggest you move your running shoes closer to the door and say, "this will help me remember to go running on Sunday morning at 8am". Then it's in your mental calendar and more likely to happen.

Last on the word hit list is the word, "but".

"But" negates all that comes prior in the sentence. Do you want to hear, "You're a great employee, but here's a pink slip, sorry, we have to lay you off."

Are you going to feel like a great employee? Probably not. You want to hear, "You're a great employee, and here's a raise."

If you say, "I really want to do this, but I don't feel like it". What are you stuck with? I don't feel like it.

"And" connects the two sides of the sentence, which might come into play if the first part of the sentence is supposed to be motivational. "And" is also a great meditation tool; it keeps both parties at the negotiating table.

Saying, "I really want to do this, and today is a struggle", is likely to have more meaning if you can own the feeling in the first part of that sentence, since feelings motivate.

"Honey, I love you, and we need to work on our communication", is more likely to keep love in the equation, simply because you took the time to include it with "and" instead of playing lip service to the word.

Choose one self-sabotaging word to reframe at a time, maybe the one you catch yourself using the most. If you need reminding, write your word on your hand or ask a friend to inform you in a respectful and tactful manner when you have used the self-sabotaging word, so you can reframe your language and expectation to work for you, not against you.

Your inner dialog, your expectations, and how you describe yourself or your process to others adds up. The content of your self-talk will determine if you become your own best friend or worst enemy. Pay attention to the words you use to describe your situation, goals or obstacles, make an effort to reframe negative self-talk, and you will be surprised to discover new inner resources you thought you lacked!

How To Overcome Being Unmotivated And Uninspired

Being unmotivated and uninspired is, unfortunately, a very easy pattern to fall into and can also be a harmful way of living. You begin to lie to yourself, make plans but never follow through. You make resolutions but then repeat the same habits. So how do you overcome this and get motivated?
Do you dislike taking the initiative, working or even going to the gym? Do you hate getting up early? Do you not have time for anything? Do you keep postponing the work you have to do? And often ask yourself why you keep procrastinating?

If any of these habits sound familiar to you, then you are unmotivated, uninspired, and even becoming a never-do-well. These patterns are the behaviors of a failure, and that is what you will be if you continue on this path. But why is a person lazy, unmotivated or uninspired?

Well, one of the reasons is because you are happy with dreaming. You want to be famous, rich, dating sexy partners, buy a yacht or a jet, own a luxury car, have a house, get a vacation home, and yet at the same time, you do not want to do anything. It is just a deep wish inside your fantasy!

Countless of people do not want to do anything, but they want to have everything.

You hate work. I understand. Just the idea of work makes you start throwing fits and building plans on how to avoid doing it. When you were a child, you hated waking up early, going to school, doing homework, studying but were forced to do all of these things by your parents anyway. Under their supervision, and over your young years, these habits were set up in your brain.

Nowadays even technology comes into play. No matter if personalized or not, it is created to make you feel unmotivated or uninspired most of the time. The reason I say this is because it has a downside. Its purpose, after all, is to reduce all hard work and get you things faster, easier and with minimal involvement.

The Path Full of Hopeful Intentions
The path to lacking in enthusiasm is full of hopeful intentions. You might say that you are going to get more done tomorrow, but feel just as uninterested and unimaginative when you wake up the day after as you did today.

These days, you can buy food, clothes, liquor, groceries, medicine, films, taxis, meetings and even sign agreements without moving from your couch. You can even talk to anyone from anyplace in the world visually, verbally, or textually.

So, are all of these things making you more or permanently unmotivated or uninspired?

Of course not! Because you still playing sports, hanging out, partying, going to pubs, meeting your friends, going on vacation, on dates, shopping, and all kind of other things in the name of fun.

Now, you realize that your laziness is selective. It is prejudice. It only focuses on certain aspects of your life, which you honestly find annoying. You dislike working, studying, learning, researching but love doing everything that is fun. So it is all about preference.

Being Unmotivated and Uninspired is an Excuse
Being unmotivated and uninspired, by definition, is not a disorder. It is not something you are suffering from but is rather an excuse. The truth is, you want to be successful, but you do not want to work for it.

But let's take the case of a dog chasing you, lazy or not lazy, you are going to run your ass off. Why?

Walking unmotivated or lazily, in that case, is not a choice. Here is a typical guy's example: If a girl calls you and says "Come on over" or "My parents are not home," you do not stay there wondering what it is you should do, you get up, take a shower, and make a run to her place. The laziness again disappears. Why? Well, this time is for fun!

So to be lethargic or unproductive is ultimately just a habit. People are unmotivated or unproductive when it is convenient for them. It is a personal choice based on the freedom you have. It is like when your boss orders you to finish and submit some work in two hours, you do not have the same convenience, so you do that work, or else you will get fired.

Likewise, if you study on the last day before your exam because you ran out of time, now you find yourself having no choice, or you will fail. Therefore when you do not have a choice, you are not unmotivated and uninspired anymore. But when you are on your own, you find it convenient to sabotage your own life.

Are You Truly in Charge
As a result, when it comes to things where you are in charge, which is your life, most of the time you seem not to care much. Despite what you feel or say, you do not want to be successful in reality, because those who do are working like hell.

Being lazy and uninterested takes advantage of your willpower. It is okay to feel down at times, and you might probably miss a day or two every once in a while, but you have to get back on the horse. You need to remember that not feeling motivated or inspired is a habit, not a personality trait.

But be honest with yourself. If you can work hard to get laid, maintain relationships, hang out with friends, party, actively be part of a social life, chat on Facebook, and play video games for hours on end, and the only things you are avoiding are somehow work-based, then you are lying to yourself.

So the truth is that most of us are unmotivated or uninspired because we have not yet taken full control of our lives. We are still unconsciously waiting for some authority, supervision, guidance or a manual to make us do things. We do not realize that we have moved past that phase, and it is not going to happen.

Three Ways to Change Your Patterns
There are at least three ways to change your unmotivated and uninspired patterns by creating particular habits that you can add to your routine to transform it.

Accept Control of Your Life
You are on your own. Your parents now are your supporters, and your friends see you as only an element of fun. Most of them have no interest or investment in your success. They do not care. They will be sad for a minute if you fail, but they will most certainly move on.

Therefore, unmotivated and uninspired, your life is right now in your hands only. You are its master. You are the captain! As a result, accept control of your life and actions.

Remember What You Have to Do
Remember what your parents had to do to get you where you are right now. Even then, you did not want to study or do chores. You rather desired to sleep and only have fun, but they pushed you.

So now, in their absence, since you are the master of your destiny, you have to push yourself. The responsibility is now yours. Get yourself up. Scream on yourself if need be or if you are wasting time. Punish yourself if you have to.

If you have plans for the day or tomorrow, but did not study, work or do whatever you were meant to, then drop those plans. Discipline yourself. Being unmotivated and uninspired is a choice. You are choosing not to work or study. And by making that choice, you are going against your evolution.

End the 'Being Unmotivated and Uninspired'
Usually, whenever you have some work to do, you tell yourself that you will start later, in 30 minutes, the afternoon or tomorrow. Meanwhile, in that time frame, you text messages, check out pictures or look at your social media.

You are surrounded by millions of choices, options, and sources which are pushing their content on you. It is addictive, great, compelling content and these companies' goals are your permanent subscription, and to get you hooked on it.

Now, these people are doing a fantastic job because it is their job. But because of them, you are screwing up your work and your life. You are being unmotivated and uninspired to do your stuff. But still, the blame falls on your head because you are the one who has to manage your time.

The truth is that most of us are consistently good at lying to ourselves. What do you gain from lying to yourself? You are in charge of your life. It only proves that you do not value yourself enough, that you see yourself as a has-been or never-will.
