Crap happens and you are guaranteed to get hit again soon. The question is whether you are able to pick yourself up and keep going.

Here's 3 basic seemingly silly ways you can use to motivate yourself in the hard times.

Silly Method #1 What Actually Motivates You?

Well, it's funny that some people may have never thought about this question in their entire life while chasing what works for others.

Motivation is unique. It's a very personal, specific or sometimes strange to us.

To Rocky, it may be his family. But to you, maybe it's your ability to experience total financial or sexual freedom.

There's nothing wrong of owning your emotional trigger points even though it might sound weird, "bad" or unethical to others.

Know what fires you up most, what you are passionate about, and own that identity.

Silly Method #2 Be Carefree In The First 2 Hours Of Your Day

In other words, begin your day with a wonderful morning ritual.

Thousands of people have talked about the benefits of having a success morning ritual. While I normally hate to be on the side of the majority, it's an absolute must-do if you want to generate motivation.

Your first 2 hours should always be given to yourself as a gift. It's your sacred time to take care of yourself first.

It's for you to get centered, get energized, get refreshed, get positive, get motivated and get ready to get focused for the rest of the day. (How many "gets" are there?)

It's a quiet period for you to take care of your body, your mind, your emotions and your spirituality.

Affirmations, visualizations, exercises, cold showers, meditation, goals reminder, gratitude practice, green drinks, reading, watching Ted-talks are all good activities to embark your day.

Love yourself and find out your unique ritual that gives you most positivity, liveliness, fun and you'll be motivated to dominate the rest of the day.

Silly Method #3 Pump It Up!

This is my one of favorites.

Music has a direct impact to your emotional state and it doesn't make sense if you don't turn on some high energy music for great beats and wonderful blood pumping when you feel unmotivated.

Most of the time my go-tos are the Electronic Dance Music from DJs like The Chainsmokers, Avicii, Zedd, Tiesto etc.

But sometimes I also groove with the classics in the 90s, recent commercial hits or even some movie theme songs.

It's one of the fastest way to motivate yourself anytime you want.

Go choose your soundtrack, pick your mixes and get yourself back to the peak positive state!
