Message From the Universe: Happiness and Unhappiness Dilemma

"No one can be both happy and unhappy at the same time, right?

One blights the other.

So here's what we do: Pick ANY reason to be happy, and unhappiness gets locked out.

And we do it forever.

Yeah, "OMG!"
The Universe"

Pretty simple technique right? When you feel down, when you feel sad or depressed, instead of talking about it with others and crave empathy along the way, the ONLY thing you do is continue feeling sad and depressed and feeding these negative emotions that will continue to haunt you for weeks or months. Let's say you just ended a relationship or a marriage. It is obvious that a feeling of depression and extreme sadness will kick in and make you feel like crap for the next few weeks, months or even years, depending on how much it hurts. You will seek family and friends assistance to go through this ordeal and hopefully take the time to heal and move on with your life. It will not be an easy path at all and you will need to invest time on yourself to cope with this sadness and depression. Time will heal all wounds, and once you've given the time to do so, you need to move on. the best revenge to the one who pained you is a fresh new start and moving forward. the culprit always wishes that the victim continues to feel like crap for the rest of their life, thinking that they have such a great impact in your life. Do not give them that pleasure. Get up, go out with friends, start fresh, go on dates with someone better looking and enjoy being single. Never let anyone control how you live your life from this point forward. No one deserve this power.

There is no space for unhappiness in your life. You should focus on doing things that make you happy. Sometimes, forgetting or denying events that hurts you is a good start for forgiveness. I am not saying that you should remain in that denial state of mind, but it can help you trigger moving on with your life, especially during the first few weeks after break up. Just remember that if it didn't work out with that person, that means that someone better is just around the corner. You need to be open to accepting someone else in your life. Being close minded will not help you moving on and keeping on talking about your resentment and anger towards the person who broke your heart will not enable you to take that leap forward. You can't make an omelet without breaking eggs and by you meeting people, going on dates, entering into relationship, learning from your previous lessons and putting the effort on making yourself a better person will make the next relationship closer to ultimate success. If you don't try, you will never succeed. It is by failing that you get better at things, and that goes the same for business, personal and spiritual. Eliminate fear from your mind and focus on tackling whatever comes your way. This is what life should be about.
